rationally, i know that if i save my cash, live in a cheap apartment, eat nothing but oats and rice and sell my car, i could get completely out of credit card debt and have a positive net worth in about three years.

but.

if I transfer the balance of my credit cards to another credit card with no apr and never use it, while paying off the rest of the original cards' balance, the banks holding those cards will raise my credit limit. that combined with the payments will cause a drastic credit score increase, just high enough for me to apply for a new credit card which I can throw all my bills onto with no penalty (for at least 2 months, more if there's an intro APR deal) allowing me the space to pay off the balance transfer card which will cause that bank to raise my credit limit because they want me to spend even more outside my means, but also raising my credit score high enough for me to apply for another credit card to throw my bills on, which gives me just enough leeway to take a nice vacation before it all catches up to me and i owe thousands of dollars of high interest credit card debt. by then, i'll have enough points, miles, and cashback to afford another nice vacation as i spend nothing and slowly whittle it down until, behold, a bank makes an offer to transfer my balance to another credit card. thus the cycle continues. yes, i am an american how did you know

The Joker was apprehended, sitting on the ground as Batman guarded him, but the kid--"Bruce Wayne's newest ward, how tragic! Hehehe!"--was nowhere to be found. Nightwing and Red Hood desperate searched the warehouse until a shuffling noise grabbed their attention.

A kid, black haired just like the kid in the Joker's broadcast, crawling out of a pile of boxes. "Is it over?" the boy asked quietly.

Nightwing guided him to the only exit, unfortunately walking past the boy's own kidnapper. "Yeah, kid. It's over. Come on-"

Like a shot, the boy rushed the Joker and kicked him right in the balls.

The Joker wheezed like a dying squeaky toy. Red Hood froze. Nightwing immediately snatched the boy up by the armpits, but all that did was give the boy the height to attack again, punting Joker in the jaw. The clown went down and cracked his head on the floor. He did not get back up.

There was a moment of silence before Red Hood roared with laughter, his helmet distorting the sound.

This is maybe a bit of a petty complaint since I don't think that anime adaptations HAVE to adapt the source manga without cutting things out, but I do think the Dungeon Meshi anime is worse for the fact that this particular conversation isn't there:

This chapter is the final chapter before the one where the red dragon appears. In addition to adding to the mounting dread about what Falin's fate is, it also gives context as for WHY Falin's body being found completely digested (excluding the bones) is so bad. I saw someone (and my brother said something similar while we were watching episode 11) be confused on why Falin's skull is so shocking, since the rules of revivals haven't been laid out as well as in the manga

Daniel Wayne, the younger toddler brother of Bruce Wayne and the son of Martha and Thomas Wayne had been kidnapped the night their parents were murdered.

Daniel had been snagged the moment their killer heard people headed to the alley and Bruce in his state of shock didn't realize it until it was far to late and could only scream in horror (from everything) as his baby brother is crying his name. (If you wanna make it even more heart wrenching, make it Danny's first time being able to say Bruce's name right and/or Bruce had said some mean things to Danny earlier after he accidentally broke something of Bruce's, something like 'I wish youd go away' or 'I never wanted a brother, you're such a bother!')

Bruce is being held by Alfred as some police officers are chasing down the Wayne's parents killer while some stay behind to see if they could do something.

Minutes turn to hours and as they wait, praying the police at least found Danny, Bruce is ridden with guilt. From his parents death to allowing his brother to be kidnapped.

Eventually the police return to give Alfred and Bruce the news. And it's not good.

The killer escaped and Danny was nowhere to be found.

And it would take many years before he would be found.

Bruce gets a call from Damian during school hours one day. When he answers he is greeted with Damian demanding him to get to the school and explain himself.

Confused Bruce asks what does he mean and Damian responds with
