the anti-Zutara criticism that “Zutara shippers are teenage girls who only like the ship because they self-insert as Katara” is actually so funny because how does that delegitimize the ship? So…girls who relate to Katara like Zuko, and they think Katara would like Zuko, and that’s bad because…girls are wrong? Girls are shallow? Girls don’t know what’s good for them? Anyway if I were a grown ass man who created a fictional teenage girl that lots of real teenage girls relate to, and these girls believe she would like character B instead of character A, I hope I’d have the humility to say to myself “hmm I wonder why people who relate to this character’s feelings and motivations think she would react this way” instead of jumping straight to “these girls are doomed to like toxic relationships”
(And I know Zutara shippers like the ship for many different reasons, and self-insert is not the most popular by a long shot, I’m just saying that the criticism of self-insert stems from dismissal of what teenage girls like, and that feels kinda misogynistic to me)

Girls and boys hear me out, if you're having stomach aches and been bloated everytime you eat, i recommend you to get a digestive tea (it got me a flat stomach in just a night (ive been very bloated lately)). Mine consists of mint, chamomile, licorice, fennel and rooibos. 100% natural. I drink one everytime i start to have stomach aches or if i've eaten something spicy.
It works everytime.

I'm begging the pro-Palestine movement to inject even the slightest bit of nuance into their rhetoric. I'm basically pro-Zionist at this point, but even I believe you SHOULD be pro-Palestine to an extent.
Here are some things to consider.
Israel has a right to exist. They didn't steal the land. You can say Britain did, but it doesn't matter. It's their land now and they have a right to live there, just as Canadians have a right to live in Canada despite the history of the indigenous people. Apply this to basically any other nation.
The October 7th attack happened. It was bad. It was an act of terrorism. They killed innocent civilians on purpose. The civilians didn't deserve to die for living in Israel. You condemn the attacks.
Hamas is a valid military target. They are a terrorist organization who are constantly attacking Israel. They're not freedom fighters. They may use the plight of Palestinians as an excuse, but they cannot be taken in good faith. You condemn Hamas.
Israelis are not Nazis. There are far right people in Israel as there are anywhere. Right now Israel's right wing is exaggerated due the attacks they've experienced. People's rhetoric can get extreme when such a thing happens. It's certainly something you should be concerned about, but comparing them to Nazis is not useful at all.
Generally speaking, Israel has a good track record of taking a lot of care to avoid civilian deaths. They have a strong history of calling areas by phone to warn civilians. They will then drop a knock bomb onto the roof to scare people out before dropping the actual bomb. They do not have a policy of killing Palestinian civilians.
The reason why Israel has the reputation they do for killing civilians is threefold. 1) Palestine is densely populated which creates huge complications in war. 2) Individual IDF soldiers or groups sometimes commit attrocities, on purpose or by accident. 3) Hamas has one of the most devious PR strategies the world has ever seen.
Hamas uses human shields. And I'm tempted to say they use them more effectively than anyone has in the history of the world. They operate in or under civilian infrastructure... seemingly exclusively. They make damn sure that, if you want to bomb them, you are taking civilians with them.
Combine that with the fact there's basically no way to identify a member of Hamas from a civilian and Hamas can generate an insane civilian death toll. Why? Because they can sell it to us. The western liberal is horrified by civilian deaths. Especially if the skin color of the victims is darker than the people doing the killing. It's the perfect plot for a terrorist group to pretend they have noble intentions of freedom fighting and whatnot.
So is being pro-Palestine just utterly foolish? Absolutely not. Palestinians are in an utterly horrible position in this world and you'd be absolutely insane not to care about that. They absolutely should have their own nation with their own government. They should have the opportunity to live in peace. They should have the opportunity to live in freedom. It's almost self-evident.
Of course Israel is too expansionist. The settlements are a disgrace. The IDF's reputation is not totally unearned and neither is their government's reputation. There is the stench of far right rot in both their military and their government. Netanyahu is absolutely a religious zealot.
All I'm saying is you can't look at this as a totally one-sided thing. Most of the people posting pro-Palestine stuff are being misleading at best and spreading flat out lies more often than not. This is not a valid strategy to enact change. And, frankly, you deserve better for yourself.
You do not need to lie about Israel to be pro-Palestine.

It's hard to talk about the war in Israel.
It's hard because it seems that everyone I know who IS talking about it, is 300% on the side of Palestine and Hamas, and they're sharing articles that make Israel sound like a country of barbarians.
It's hard to talk about because I have a friend who lives in Israel, who's literal job is to study Jewish history and then teach it to others. And she's been updating me (and others on her Tumblr) about her experience during the war. She's been sharing articles and videos and first hand accounts, and it all sounds directly opposite to the propaganda I see everywhere else.
It's hard because it feels like everyone I know doesn't care that it's her job to know the history and the truth. They keep sharing the antisemitic articles and cheering for the downfall of any company that half-mentions support for Israel or doesn't outright support Palestine.
For some reason, people are looking at this war that doesn't effect 90% of them and seeing it in stark black and white. They're raging against a country that has never hurt them, in defense of known terrorists that have never done anything for them.
And it blows my mind that I can't even bring up the idea that I want my friend to be happy and healthy and safe and for her life to go back to some modicum of peace and stability in the country she loves, because too many people will accuse me of supporting genocide and colonization.
Honestly, wtf is happening. It's like watching Donald Trump win the election and wondering how so many people can suddenly be racist, close-minded bigots all over again. How has America (and maybe the world?) been convinced that Israel is nothing at all but an aggressor and Palestine and Hamas are nothing at all but innocent babies in need of defense?
To all the people who claim this IS a black and white issue - honestly fuck you. No war has ever been black and white, and you fucking know it. Your brain's just gone stupid over this war for some reason.
To the civilians in Palestine, you didn't deserve the war brought to your doorstep by the terrorists among you. I wish this war would end yesterday and aid can rush to you and help you heal. You didn't (and don't) deserve to have your friends and family caught in this crossfire.
To the civilians in Israel, you have never deserved the vitriol thrown at you. And you certainly don't deserve to hear the world calling for the eradication of your country and livelihoods, all while erasing the terrible deeds done against you in this war. I wish I could erase antisemitism from the minds of everyone in the world so that you could heal from generations of degradation and mistreatment. You didn't (and don't) deserve to have your friends and family caught in this crossfire.
To anyone calling for the eradication of either nation - fuck you and your bigoted hearts. We're supposed to be spreading love, not hatred. We're supposed to care about each other, not hope missiles wipe imaginary enemies off a map.
What the actual fuck.

Legit I think the reason why so many indie fandoms end up so fucking rancid so quickly is because you people are TERRIFIED of consuming anything on your own terms. In trying your hardest to "respect creator boundaries" you VIOLATE them by badgering them about things like ships and NSFW content which they can't control the existence of, and by constantly asking them loaded questions about what you're "allowed" to do.
Guess what? You can do literally anything you want. The bottom line is you don't involve the creator in it. Sure, yes, some creators like to be involved in their fandoms, but that's them bringing THEMSELVES into it, not the fandom thrusting itself onto them in a desperate plea for validation. Stop asking creators for validation. Stop showing them potentially triggering content to ask how they feel about it. Stop white knighting for them because you've taken it upon yourself to assert a boundary on their behalf. S T O P I T .

Sorry sorry, I thought about Neuvillette getting so lost in the feeling of your mouth or your cunt around his cock that he fucking shatters the headboard caught in his grip.
Something about him always being in control, always being so careful with his strength when it comes to you, holding you so lovingly even when his thrusts grow harsher. Rougher. Sweet whispers littered between his subtle moans and your keening whines before you hear a sharp crack in the wood above you.
The way his hips stutter against yours, stilling as he presses his face deep into the crook of your neck; a single, deep groan and a hiss of "yes" as his warmth floods you - and he practically tears a chunk out of your headboard as if it's nothing but a flimsy sheet of paper.
His endless apologies afterwards and his insistence that he pay for the repairs (or for a new, more study bed); you're just trying to figure out how to get him that feral again.

Jumping jacks: Perform 1 minute of jumping jacks to elevate your heart rate.
Jog in place: Jog in place for 1 minute to further increase your heart rate.

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) (25 minutes):
Mountain climbers: Perform 30 seconds of mountain climbers (start in a push-up position and alternate driving your knees towards your chest) followed by 30 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 5 minutes.
Jump squats: Perform 30 seconds of jump squats (lower into a squat position and explode upwards, jumping as high as you can) followed by 30 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 5 minutes.
High knees: Run in place, lifting your knees as high as possible, for 30 seconds followed by 30 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 5 minutes.
Burpees: Perform 10-15 burpees (squat down, kick your legs back into a push-up position, perform a push-up, jump your feet back to a squat, and jump up explosively) as fast as you can, followed by 30 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 5 minutes.

Slow down your activity and perform light jogging or walking for 5 minutes.
Perform static stretches for your major muscle groups, holding each stretch for 15-30 seconds. Include stretches such as standing quad stretches, hamstring stretches, calf stretches, and standing side stretches.
*obviously not everyone will burn the same amt. of cals depending on weight.. these stats are assuming that you are around 63kg
