reader is an artist and posts mural concepts based off kpop bands and someone in BTS’ staff finds out she made one for them and hires the reader to actually paint that mural in a practice room

so uhhh reader live streams their process and has the boys guest star on some of the streams for fun as like part of some promotion thing to keep the hype around both the artist and the mural high

reader has their own pretty big following that love reader before getting hired by the company, but the sudden attention from the BTS fan base kinda backfires because some of the fans get jealous that the reader gets to hang out with them for like hours on end at least twice a week

a majority of them like reader though because the fan base is honestly pretty chill

i want this to be sooo cute, like the boys celebrate reader’s birthday on stream. reader gets sick and the boys make little secret missions to go to her apartment and take care of them. dinners to celebrate milestones of the boys and they invite reader because she’s a friend now

maybe smut??? but not like “OH GOD THEYRE F U C K I N G” but more like “they’re experiencing each other for the first time because they’ve been dancing around dating for so long that the wait was worth it” kinda thing

if i ever do write smut, it’ll probably be in its own separate post opposed to have it within a chapter

⚠️spoilers for my own fic that i feel might be a big plot point and i probably should let it be a surprise but i want validation⚠️

so i want to have a scene where a sasaeng finds a way into the building to basically attack reader, but reader ends up outsmarting them or something and locks them IN the practice room from the outside

then the sasaeng starts having a tantrum essentially and throws paint all over the mural (like halfway done at this point) while reader is like “security hello??” and like freaks out in the hall because what the fuck that’s terrifying

uhhh sasaeng gets arrested and taken away and the room is an absolute mess, the boys are all there trying to comfort reader while they basically just kinda blankly stare at the mess on the mural

but surprise surprise it just wiped off easily because reader is smart and puts varnish or something on after every stream (don’t ask why i don’t know i just wanted reader to be cool)

so reader gathers their jacket or rag around their arm and takes huge angry swipes at the “ruined” mural to reveal the untouched painting underneath. people take videos, making it into the news outlets and magazines and websites saying like “look at this badass, don’t fuck with her”

(edits get made out of that footage because i said so, and honestly good for reader)

This is the first proper thing I've drawn in ages (and first are I think I've posted in over 5 years?) I just needed to draw the opening to Act 5 and my reaction to it.

Nothing has gripped me in such a way and forced me to finish an art piece like this in so fucking long. I see far too much of myself in him. I just want them to be ok after this is all over. STARS, this is just Asriel all over again isn't it. But WORSE!/pos

There are so many things covered by each other and I just need to share and talk about them. Bonus details and rambles under the cut.

Siffrin's expression was like the first thing I drew and if it didn't turn out as good as it did I probably wouldn't have spent almost 10 days slowly adding to this and I just need to show it because his hands/arms end up covering most of their face.

Nothing much else to say about him, I'm just super happy with how everything about him turned out (I did have to go back and redraw some of his hair towards the end because the line thickness wasn't consistent with everything I drew after.

Next is ME yippeeeee. I have no idea why I spent so long adding details even tho I knew alot of it would get covered by Sif 'cause of how I was posing this.

I even designed a little button based on the Change Ornament + Star (the Change Belief and Lost Belief in The Universe really spoke to me in so many ways)

The gloves are an Archery Glove on the right hand and a Drawing/Writing Glove on the left.

The cloak is based on the style of cloak my mom made for my family for SCA events when I was young. It's just a simple hooded cloak but it has a slit in each side so you can stick your hands threw without needing to open up the cloak. I imagine it being stylized like, the opening doesn't exist until you stick your hands threw and then it can just freely glide around the face of the cloak to wherever it's needed, stopping at the elbow only letting threw the forearm, below the slit beginning to hang off the elbow with gravity while the part above begins to move with the upper arm.

I didn't even try to draw the outfit under the cloak because dealing with the folds of a thick wool cloak was enough for me (you can see how I gave up at the knees because I KNEW Sif was gonna cover them up). What I imagine the outfit being is this big baggy tunic and pants that are tied down at the forearms/calves to keep from getting in the way, it's also supposed to have a big baggy turtleneck thing that can be pulled up as a(nother) hood (iirc, this sorta thing was used so someone could wear a chainmail hood without it grabbing your hair(there ware also like stand alone cloth hoods that did the same thing too but eh, my memory is bad I might just be misremembering this)) but I couldn't figure out the folds and ended up just doing a simple button up thing (which then got covered by Sif's big head anyway.)

I spent soooo long trying to draw my eyes, trying to figure out the shape, and ended up just doing a bunch of small tests to the side before finding one that actually looked right. Drag it over the face and see that it fit EXACTLY, didn't even need to redraw it or anything.... unless you're talking about the other eye in which case I just duplicated it, flipped, and did some perspective warping until it looked ok because I could NOT draw that again especially at a different perspective (can I just say I have no idea how I drew that creepy eye but I love it, it was the first eye I drew and I just threw 4 lines down what the fuck how. Also the Mira-ish one looks cute too but didn't fit the expression.) I also needed to figure out what the hell was wrong with the expression I had before so you get 2 faces from me figuring that out (turns out I had the eyebrows facing the wrong way.)

I ALMOST FUCKING FORGOT MY FRECKLES TOO AAAAAAAAA (they're actually missing from the version I posted in the official ISaT server.) It was super weird trying to add them at the obscenely low resolution I was drawing at and they're probably gonna get compressed to hell and back but I think they're cute.

Why is my hair so similar to Sif's but longer? Like, you can see I was sketching over my drawing of him to make sure I'd keep the proportions right when I started working on myself but in the process I realized that I was basically drawing over his hair but longer for mine (drawing I was using as ref here made by @leemak)

Add that to the uncomfortably long list of things I have in common with Siffrin I guess.

My opinion is that the spikes in Hux votes are a mere side-effect of the poll being passed around the internet and bringing in new voters in droves. As your Anon mentioned, @tomatette's edits might's also pulled in waves of people who voted for Hux out of fidelity to her.

I'm fine with the campaigning. As long as the vote is ultimately achieved by a human clicking on the vote themselves, it's alright by me. Hell, I always reblog 'propaganda' I particularly like, and I even requested some Anakin propaganda when he was in his elimination round. It's all fun and games to me.

However.

If anyone is using bots, I'm asking nicely for them to please stop. I'm going to pull the 'I'm not mad, I'm disappointed' card on anyone botting. The polls are all strictly unserious things, so I hope that nobody is taking them too seriously.

I discovered that Communication Knife AweSamDrunz have Children Now today, and I’m loving everything I’m reading so far.

Also that they hang out with Sapnap, Philza, and Techno. Was not expecting that, but yeah, Dream would want to reconnect, wouldn’t he? Even if it make Sam Uncomfortable and Punz Salty.

aaaaaaaaa I'm glad!!! The kids are sort of separate from the main au in that they're not really the main focus, they're just something that occasionally makes me happy to rotate in my mind. Healed, happy characters who are extremely neurodivergent, with their weird neurodivergent children, able to exist contently.

also, yeah!!! I realized a while back that I haven't really talked about the relationships and conflicts or Anything with real consistency on this tumblr. I'm used to interacting with people in the discord who've already had to listen to me so many times yell and rant that I've forgotten that I. might need to give context actually to other people who have showed up to a person on a soapbox spouting nonsense.

short answer: yeah, theres a Lot of complicated feelings, but by the time the children are in the picture its been like a decade and peace has been made with most things. No one has forgotten, of course. Shit was fucked. But events keep happening, characters keep developing, and Dream cradles his happy ending with the people he got to keep so very close to his chest.

So its like! Techno will support Dream through thick and thin and be civil with his partners, Punz and Sapnap had some rough moments but are buddies, and Sam will never talk to Dream's friends about anything deep, but after years of him genuinely trying to be a good partner, Techno and Sapnap are no longer five seconds away from trying to murder him.

Long answer: I'm trying to pull together some posts that will give detailed explanations of this entire thing. Itll take a bit, but its infinitely easier than the full fic I was trying and failing to write. I'm pulling this timeline from an old post so it might not be completely up-to-date even with my edits, but this is some skeleton stuff I can give that will make things easier for Understanding probably. After Sapnap yells at SamPunz, Dream gently informed Sapnap he's going to continue the relationship, and they have an emotional reconciliation that leads to weeklyish meetings between Dreamnap where they can just sit and talk

My Btvs opinions part 1

Okay so I finally finished Buffy the Vampire Slayer and just wanted to share my opinions on all of the main characters throughout the season. Forewarning though, some of this might be controversial!!

Buffy

Ah Buffy. The most main character to have ever lived. She truly slays. Like I just love everything about her. She’s fucking iconic. Shes confident. She is a total badass. She has her insecurities. She can’t drive. She is totally bisexual. She has amazing one liners and amazing outfits to go with them. The list goes on and on forever. Buffy has taught me a lot about believing in myself. Believing in my power. I’ve made a post on this before but a common theme in this show is Buffy feeling like she can’t do something and then stops herself and goes “wait a minute? I’m Buffy. Of course I can do this” and then she does it. It was truly inspiring to watch. Since watching the show I’ve had moments where I’ve doubted myself and then I literally thought of Buffy and got a boost of confidence. Buffy is so inspiring. She is one of those characters that I think will live in me for a long time. She is very close to my heart and honestly gives me strength. Ironically she wasn’t the reason I started watching this show but she’s the reason I stayed.

Faith

I am not joking when I say Faith was the reason I started watching this show in the first place. I saw an edit of her on TikTok and she was so fucking hot I instantly fell in love with her. So I decided I HAD to watch the show. So maybe my expectations were too big because I hate Faith now. Don’t get me wrong Faith is a greatly written character!! She was only in 26 episodes and is one of the most impactful characters on the show. But I still hate her. If it was any other show where Buffy wasn’t the main character, I might love her and be in the pro Faith hashtag. But because of the way Faith treated Buffy, I just can’t with her. Especially after s7. Like she just fucking irritates me. She is always wallowing in her self pity and jealousy of Buffy. She pushed all of her insecurities onto Buffy and made her seem like some prudish stuck up bitch when that was just far from the truth. She didn’t even have a clear image in her head of who Buffy actually was cause of how much she projected onto her. And she was sort of a pick me girl. And no arguments or deep analysis from her supporters will change my opinions on her because my feelings are based on my utter love and devotion to Buffy. When Faith and Buffy were friends I loved her!! I loved their friendship and I would have probably shipped them romantically. But when Faith started treating Buffy badly is when my feelings for her changed.

Willow

Willow is probably my all time favorite Tv witch. So much so that she made me want to start practicing witchcraft again. She has so many amazing quotes like “Occasionally I’m callous and strange” and is such a sweetie pie. And I have a ginormous crush on her. But Willow season 6-7 I do not like. She became very egotistical and I also blame her the most for bringing Buffy back. It is honestly very hard to separate my feelings for Willow from s1-5 and s6-7 cause that’s how much she annoyed me. But before I watched s6-7 I truly loved Willow. And Alyson Hannigan is a truly terrific actress. Dare I say one of the best in the entire show.

Xander

Okay here is where things might get controversial. I actually like Xander. There are definitely episodes where I hate him but for the most part I really like his character. He has a lot of flaws like being a “nice guy” and his occasional sexism. But most of that I feel it is just a sign of the times. That was how they wrote guys in the 90s and early 2000s. The reason I like him despite these things is that I like his heart. Like what he brings to the group is stability in the form of food or repairing Buffy’s house or driving them around or babysitting Dawn. I just love how they didn’t give him superpowers or a lot of intelligence but was still needed in the group. Or maybe not even needed just wanted. He gave what he could cause he loves Buffy and Willow. And he is so fucking hilarious. Like maybe we just have the same sense of humor but I legit find him funny. And he is one of the few characters who I liked more in later seasons that in years beginning.

Giles

I love love love loved Giles. He was such a dad to Buffy and supported her through so much. In s3 he was one of the few to understand the pain she felt with Angel dying and running away. I love how he made mistakes with Buffy but always tried to do his best. He was always there for Buffy whenever she needed him and was there for Willow at her worst and helped her rehabilitation. And most importantly—I love his sweater vests. As with almost every character in this show, I started to not like him in s6. I know they had to write him off cause he needed to be with his family in real life but it still makes me angry that he left Buffy at her absolute worst. It was just so out of character for him and it made no sense. That’s really the only thing I don’t like about his character. Also teen Giles and demon Giles will never fail to make me laugh hysterically.

Dama: and then these demons start cropping up all over the world and its like. god. things look grim enough with just that but it appears the commander has either died or just left. and he's known for just leaving, and he's also known for doing things to put himself in danger, so. after some time canach probably just... finishes the grieving he's already started years ago, and tries to move on

Dama: i think it would hit alba hard if canach just moved on. 🧍‍♂️ a real blow to the chest.

Sage: The commnach economy is in fucking shambles

Dama: i think at his base alba is a lonely person because he does things to keep himself alone. and that's why he's perfect for heroics and perfect for the pedestals that he gets lifted up onto. the commander, the hero of tyria and amnoon and cantha, the wayfinder. pinning titles to his lapels like war trophies. meanwhile he doesn't know the most base things about his closest friends. doesnt know Zeeki's dying, doesn't know almost anything about Bourbon's backstory, he only knows so much about Auruim because Auru is loud and pushy about rubbing alba's face in things. Thiiyf had to walk away from the Pact, she could have stayed by his side into Lws3 and beyond but she couldn't stand to be involved with him any longer knowing how limited her time was.

Dama: he sees his friends as not caring about him when the world doesn't need saving, well? do you care about your friends? ever?

Dama: dragon's watch is basically defunct with soo won gone -- yeah and i bet these people still make an effort to keep in contact and share things from their lives while he runs around getting hurt and being miserable and bemoaning that no one needs the commander. i love him so much god

Dama: bottom line I think that the guild and others "only reach out when the world needs saving" because. alba doesn't care unless the world needs saving.

Dama: it would be such a funny (not funny) gut punch for him to see how much everyone has moved forward in their personal lives and still stayed connected while he was. doing what? whatever. like he felt like such an outsider with the wizards and all, these guys all know each other and he's just some random from Tyria... but he doesn't know his friends either.

Dama: he's a stranger to them too.

Dama: I think he went to Rama's party primarily because he was desperate and hoping that someone would drop a big adventure on the table for the guild to go conquer as a team.

Dama: i would find it so funny if the next time he sees someone from dragon's watch they showed up with a kid and he's like haha whose baby is this then and they're like ??? commander this is my daughter....? i wrote you a letter when she was born, didn't you... read it? and everyone's quietly uncomfortable because of COURSE he didn't.

Sage: Its sad to think that *meisi* is probably more knowledgeable about what deidre means to Auru god d a m n.

Dama: of course he is, Meisi takes an actual interest in Auruim.

Alba is overall a man desperate for approval and love. He's a bad friend and lover because he only cares when the stakes are world ending, and people don't seem to care about or like him much because Alba doesn't care about or like himself. He's unable to wrap his head around a trolley problem like "would you go kill the dragon's champion on the mountain, or would you save a village from bandits" as a philosophical question because to him the "correct" answer boils down to "which one is going to make people love me?" He wouldn't save the farm, not as long as there was anything bigger and more important to do.

Being elevated to the pedestal of Commander as a sapling and then left up there for over a decade has made him incapable of seeing eye to eye with other people, even friends and lovers, not with his massive ego in the way. In a way I think that 13 years of nonstop warfare has just traumatized him to where he can't see himself as a singular small person, he has to be the face of an army, the face of heroism, and it doesn't help that he’s always going to be the Commander, hero of amnoon, dragon's champion, now wayfinder. Not a person, just a symbol.

SotO has been fascinating because not only is he treated as an outsider to a group of people so close to one another that they're family–outside looking in at healthy, real interpersonal relationships– he's also treated with revile and hatred by people within the fractals that he's "failed" – thinking specifically about the Zaishen and refugees in the Elona fractal. Their version of him failed to do the good deed, kill the big bad, win the wars, and so they hate him, and it's been a LONG time since random innocents have treated Alba that way. It took me back to the start of Lws4 when people were running from the branded attacks on Amnoon, shouting at him "You said this wouldn't happen, you said we were safe, you said you'd protect us and it was over," etc. Forcibly rubbing his face in (a version of) his failures and telling him YOU fucked this one up. The first time in a long time that people who "should" revere his symbol instead spit on it and deny him the love he needs. Maybe that *is* what he needs. To be kicked down and told he's done wrong and he can't fix it. Maybe he needs more failures under his belt, failed attempts, failed relationships, so he can finally value what he has.

I don't know right now if he and Canach will try again later on; currently the plan is that in a few months, Alba will make some sort of contact with his old guild and be told, essentially "we assumed you were dead or had left us, either way we've moved on in these ways and suggest you do too," and Canach will inform him that the same is true for their relationship; i.e. you either died or disappeared again, and I can't keep doing this either way. I've mourned you enough already. Go deal with your problems and learn to treat people who care about you like people who you care about rather than props and side characters to your A-plot.

I could definitely say more on that but I'll wait until I get some lore figured out and posted for Auru and Bourbon for SotO. :)

Chapter 4: Stemming the Tide

It’s hard to hold onto hope when panic and fear take root and start to spread, climbing the notches of his spine and weaving back and forth between his ribs. But Ryo knows now, that hope and fear can both exist at once—he’s seen it for himself.

The group witnesses something that looks a lot like a miracle, but it's still not enough to chase away everybody's fears. Ryo and Shuuji each find themselves with separate demons to battle as they resist the pull of despair.

editing this chapter took WAY longer than usual. I do two proofreads per chapter before i post, and if i edit more than a couple of sentences at any point, i start the entire proofread over. needless to say, i did a LOT of editing and rereading before finally making it to my posting checklist. ultimately though im pretty happy with it. mostly im just so glad to have finally posted the scene that was jokingly titled "labramon the egg wizard" so i could talk about how much I enjoy the title "labramon the egg wizard". jokes that are for me

anyway, "labramon the egg wizard" is one of the first parts of this fic that i wrote! there's a skeletal outline of the events in that section in my replay notes, though a lot about that scene has changed since then. it was always going to be labramon who was gonna help out though! why labramon..? … … well she's a dog , and it made me go 'heheh' to think of her doing pointer behaviors. no other reason (:

i know we get renamon egg in moral, but i don't actually remember much of what that looked like because it lasted like 2 seconds. thats absolutely NOT what i wanted for shuuji - i wanted it to be a scene that completely bodies him, where hes got this unexpected second chance hovering just beyond his reach, but he has to confront exactly what he's done in order to get it. i dont remember a lot of 02, but that one episode where ken goes looking for wormmons egg has this very specific vibe where its like, "here's some hope for you when youre at your lowest but never forget that you seriously fucked it up". it was brutal but beautiful and then i cried a bunch i think. idk it was a long time ago. maybe im completely misremembering that scene, who can say. thats how it lives in my memories tho

in any case, i definitely wanted it to be from ryo's perspective for the same reason that the aftermath of wendimon was from his pov. he's so much more observant than shuuji, who would not take notice of what the others are doing and saying while he's in the middle of getting pingponged between hope and gut-wrenching remorse.

the middle section, titled in the draft as "mcfreakin losin it", was a lot of fun too! the Plan(tm) at the beginning was something i edited in pretty late in proofreading. having an itemized list like that might feel more like a "shuuji thing" than a "ryo thing", but i think ryo's active effort to take responsibility and try to help kunemon with what hes stressed about would lend to him trying to come up with something a little more concrete. unfortunately for ryo, he has no backup plan for when the first one is turned upside down, and we all know what happens when something catches him off guard lmao. it was actually really interesting to write ryo in a position where he's witnessing more or less what he himself is like when he shuts down. being the one who has to snap shuuji out of this state has ryo realizing that this is what takuma and kunemon have to deal with when he's the one freaking out. i think that's kinda fun.

the last section has what feels to me like the most editing. it really wasn't a section that i spent a lot of time fiddling with until now because the bulk of it was quoting or paraphrasing existing dialogue from the start of part 6 for context, then diverging into what that scene looks like in a world where lopmon isn't around to be unable to explain what happened. like i said on ao3, as i was reading over the canon dialogue in truthful for reference, i realized i really just…didn't like it much. the argument escalates and de-escalates several times but never to a degree that feels all that extreme, and ends up feeling like it's just dragging out for no reason. people make their points at times that feel WEIRD, particularly ryo. lemme see if i can explain this.

so ryo doesnt say this til the latter half of this argument, and i HATED THAT because it's like… after everything he's been through with kunemon, it doesn't feel right that he's having those doubts. but i thought about it and i actually think it makes sense for him to have a momentary lapse where he slips back into old habits - letting fear take over and pushing away anything and anyone that has even the slightest chance of hurting him. he spent a LOT of time in that mindset, and even though he's working on reversing it, it's not gonna happen in a day. that said… the placement of ryo's doubts in the canon dialogue still feels super weird. i think it makes a lot more sense for him to panic at the very beginning of this argument, and then calm down as he remembers how solid his bond with kunemon is before sticking up for the digimon a little more aggressively. it just feels so passive in-canon when i think he would have taken a much more active role in defending falcomon and the others once 1) he remembers the context surrounding what happened in the waterway, and 2) he's reminded of how kunemon has helped him change.

i know some of the weird pacing of this dialogue is because the player needs to have input at some point, but i think takuma could've been much more powerless during this argument - the game has no problem taking away agency, since saving ryo is the only thing that will save shuuji, no matter what the player does. maybe im nitpicking, idk.

regardless, minoru's dialogue makes the most sense, but i still think it could have been condensed into a much sharper and more sudden escalation. it keeps being like "(minoru voice) IM MAD IM MAD" "(takuma voice) chill" "(minoru voice) oops sorry. … … … IM MAD IM MAD IM MAD" "(takuma voice) calm down" "(minoru voice) oops. … … … IM MAD IM MAD" etc etc etc. it just made the argument feel weak and drawn-out instead of intense and explosive.

i did keep some of it though! i thought that minoru's paranoia and sudden fear of trusting his partner was pretty compelling, which is why i kept those doubts in and quoted the lines about him wanting falcomon to prove his loyalty.

i chose those lines specifically because they say a LOT about minoru once you connect this argument with what i think is the root of his insecurities - his parents' divorce.

it's funny because as far as im aware, The Divorce doesn't even come up unless you choose an INCORRECT ANSWER in an OPTIONAL affinity event with minoru. im not 100% sure thats the only mention though! im currently at pt8 of my replay where the goal is to see every bit of truthful route dialogue possible. if it comes up in other routes, i managed to miss it lmao. anyway, because of that, for the longest time i thought The Divorce was just a popular headcanon, and didn't actually see that dialogue until recently. but as soon as i did i started looking at the stuff he does and says through the lens of somebody who was affected extremely poorly by his parents divorce, and it contextualized A LOT for me. suddenly the way he reacts in pt 6 makes so much sense, because imo falcomon turning around and killing him isn't his only concern: he's also terrified that he was vulnerable in front of someone who doesn't actually care.

pre-game minoru lacks a support system, and is afraid to rely on a new one. im not going to go on about it for too long because we'd be here all day, but im pretty sure that his parents divorce was MESSY, and he witnessed all of it. that same event where he mentions to takuma that his parents are divorced is also when he says that he doesn't think his mom has noticed that he's missing, even though at this point the kids believe that they've been gone for several days. he doesn't see his mother as support because she's too busy working, and since he doesn't even know where his father currently lives, clearly he doesnt get much if any support from his dad. the difficulty minoru has in shedding the goofy exterior and being genuine and vulnerable in front of people makes me think that he never found a support system to replace the one that he watched crumble in realtime when his parents split.

prior to part 6, we can assume that minoru started to see falcomon as someone that he could allow to see his insecurities. i also believe that minoru understood that shuuji and lopmon's relationship was supposed to look a lot like his and falcomon's, or like anybody else and their partner's. minoru could see lopmon trying to be supportive, so the dysfunction only seemed like it was on shuuji's end. so when lopmon flies off the handle and tries to murder shuuji, one of the things that minoru gets from it is that, no, actually, the trust and support that the digimon have for their partners is NOT unconditional. i think that watching this happen looks exactly like how it felt when the support system he'd had in his parents completely fell apart, except the lopmon situation comes with a fun extra "I'm going to kill you" sort of vibe that tells minoru that his relationship with falcomon is just not safe.

or worse, maybe that support system was never real in the first place. what if there was something darker beneath the surface that he just couldn't see?

anyway.

now, as dracmon says, all we gotta do is hurry up and wait. well. you do. i dont, im gonna be editing chapter 5 til the cows come home. im getting the distinct impression that it's gonna require even more reworking than this chapter did.

but that's neither here nor there - id love to hear your Gamer Theories about what im cooking up. there are a few things that are still going unaddressed after four chapters, and i wonder how much of it can be puzzled out based on what i've said so far. obviously im not able to see the story from a reader's perspective, so im not really able to gauge if the stuff that's being foreshadowed or otherwise implied is starting to become clearer. so please consider leaving a comment with what you think, or your favorite part or anything else that stood out to you! Sometimes it’s just easier to pick a character and bang out a bunch of their requests than sorting though a bunch of different ones. I’ll try not to do this very often though as I do like to keep it mixed and not focus too much on one character as I love all my bots as children I’ve made and like to use them all as often as I can. So you may see me refer to them as my sons a lot. I mean that in the sense that I created them. It’s a joke don’t take it seriously lol. Like I may refer to Denmark as ‘My Danish son’ it’s just a term of endearment for the bot itself. You might wonder “Why does she feel the need to specify this? Please don't ask me for links to my characters as they do not exist. All my voices exist within in my personal PC. They are not hosted anywhere. So the answer will always be 'no'.

I do not answer requests in the order they are received. If I’m excited about one I will jump to do it even if it just came in. Please keep in mind this is a hobby, free and I’m doing it on my own time. That being said please don’t spam me to get to your requests. Quick Update

So I've been going through some stuff, from anxiety attacks to depressive episodes to insomnia... Just not a good mental healthy week! I've got food, I'm taking my meds, don't worry about it! Just know that because of that, I'm not very 'interactive' on tumblr!

Things aren't always tagged correctly, the dashboard can be overstimulating... It's not about any specific person or specific posts! (except whoever the fuck is reposting my art without consent that specific person is in my bad books)

Yesterday I found some of my art reposted without my PERMISSION and without even giving CREDIT. This is terrible for a number of reasons:

1.- It's disrespectful!

2.- AI art theft made easier by spreading my stuff around!

3.- The continued separation of the artists from the art within fandom spaces making fandom into a less enjoyable environment for artists! Especially for small artists who average less than 10 notes on an art piece only to find their stolen art receiving tons of attention! Can you imagine how that feels? I don't have to use imagination! IT FEELS LIKE CRAP.

Yep, I am still emotional. But I brought this up just to say I will be using watermarks from now on. I will also probably be going back and editing old pieces to add in watermarks.

It's upsetting that this is needed.

But it is.

The normalization of just taking art because all you have to do is 'right click', 'save image'.... The fact fanfic authors are having to insert scripts into their fics so people can't 'copy and paste' their work... All of this is so depressing to me.

And I don't have the mental health to really muse on it.

So yeah... I would love to stay in contact with people on discord, and I will be posting some art later today before the depressing reality in which we live overcomes me and I quit art for another year or two because of it (trying not to do that again).

I'm not leaving tumblr, but right now tumblr and its lack of respect for artists and authors and just those who create stuff... It's making me sad. So until I stop being sad I will be less present on here. And that means that I might have a good day where I'm active followed by going inactive again... I just don't know.

I would like to start posting my art on other more effective platforms but haven't actually decided which ones yet. So any suggestions from artists are greatly appreciated!

Re: Greg's job titles/promotions

I might be mistaken on all this as the show DOES NOT make it clear but this is how I see it.

Greg stated being Tom's assistant as in the one that makes him coffee, keeps appointments, takes calls, etc (basically being a slave to Tom's somewhat personal day to day needs)

At some point he got a promotion to Executive Assistant (probably when they moved to ATN) as that is a separate job title than just assistant since they usually take care or personal as well as business needs, as in he can make him coffee and keep appointment but also manage low level/short projects (like when Greg finds they can digitize ATN) and other things that do not require the Executive direct input cause they are already in motion (they are a slave but also their number 2 that helps them execute their vision)

Theen at another point he got promoted to Tom's Chief of Staff, where he got the big office with the windows and later demoted (physically but not title wise) to the mailroom office (which was great cause they had *privacy* with an actual door!). Here he would supposedly be actually involved in the business, as is not only execute Tom's vision of thing, but actually have input, that is still ultimately Tom's responsability if he fucks up but input nonetheless.

By S4 it seems he either no longer is COS and kinda became a low level executive or is still COS but not under Tom and maybe of an entire department? Because in 4x6 he is pushing the editing guy as if that was his role (maybe something in Digital like proposed to Logan in 1x8) and then in 4x8 is when Tom tells him I want you gregging for me, so he is probably not Tom's any type of assistant anymore and actually handles some business independently but parallel/under Tom.

This is clearly all Tom's doing and probably the fact Greg gets shit down in the most convoluted way possible because to go from assistant to low level executive it would take him around 8 years and the proper qualifications, which presumably he does not have.

huh! okay! yeah i seen a few explanations, and YEAH lol it’s pretty clear there’s a lot of favouritism there from tom, as well as seduction to try to keep him around eg. after the attempted blackmail.

and OUGH not actually under tom any more s4 that makes me!!! i mean i already knew he outranked him but i didn’t think on such a high level and being in like. a different department. but he’s there with tom 😭 ugh. it would track though bc the entirety of s4 is greg choosing tom/to bat for tom so like. wahg!!! and it also helps explain tom’s desperation to secure status and then later ceo spot more, like generally he would, but we all know he’d love to have greg back with him again in the same department, even though greg is clearly glued to his side regardless of that.

Tuesday!  What a week that was... Summer school ended, the last two weeks of vacation began, my husband and I were both sick as dogs but... writing happened Yay!

Writer to writer engagement is part of fandom lifeblood.  Writing can be a very solitary and lonely activity, and when writers talk, it can enhance, it can inspire, it can bolster confidence, it can do ALL of those things, but lately, one reason and another - lack mostly - it has had the opposite effect (not just for me). That’s one reason that I will ALWAYS send a TMI question to my fellow writers.

Belle has no memory of how she has so much blood on her hands, but it seems the townsfolk have turned against her, blaming her for some unseen crime. Rumplestiltskin, under the control of the Dark One's Dagger, held by Zelena, suddenly appears and makes matters a whole lot worse. Canon compliant variation of what might have happened when Rumple was trying to warn the people of Storybrooke of Zelena's dark intentions during the time he was her prisoner.

Gold has a past, a past that he has rejected, but it seems one that will not let him go. Belle, daughter of Governor Maurice French has been kidnapped, along with her mother, and just as the authorities raid the organization that is holding her hostage, decides to make her own bid for freedom, unknowingly derailing an undercover sting, and Agent Milnor has not choice but to take her into 'protective custody,' but is he all that he seems? As the threads of the story grow more tangled and the threat to Belle, and to Gold, her appointed protector, grow ever more real, a growing, mutual attraction makes everything far more desperate and far too personal for Gold to ignore what he knows to be the truth.

What the Actual Fuck! - Chapter 8

Prime Minister Robert Sutherland is feeling pressured, and isn’t prepared to acquiesce to the repeated challenges from within his cabinet nor the wider circle of those around him. He resorts to drastic measures to ascertain who can be trusted, turning to an ‘old friend’ to help him separate the wheat from the chaff. Said friend promises to send in his best operative to assist the PM, the trouble is the operative finds out more than Robert necessarily wants to know, and all this just as all hell is breaking loose around him; people hurt, Britain in chaos and multiple deaths push him into making some hard hitting decisions in order to safeguard himself, the country, and the people he cares about.

(Headcanon, perhaps seperately if your write for so many at once ^^') What would it be like for the demons and the purgatory hall to have GN!Reader who's like a master level chef👨‍🍳 Like they make such amazing food to the point it's *chef's kiss*.

BUT‼️ (But?😨) There is a catch . . Masterchef!Reader doesn't want to be disturbed while cooking due to being afraid one of them will do something that'll turn the whole dish upside down. So afraid to the point they will yell to leave before they touch anything. Though they will only let Luke and Barabatoes(Barbatos) stay because they know they can trust them

It was a night at the demon lords castle, and the human was cooking tonight. All of purgatory hall, house of lamentation and the demon prince with his butler were there, nearby them. Midway they were cooking they felt anxiousness bubbling up within their stomach and let out the loudest yell they ever shrieked "GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE, YOU MIGHT CURSE THE FOOD OR SOMETHING!"

All eyes directed to them in shock, but the human spoke once again "Besides for you two, I trust you two" they stated, pointing to Barbatos and Luke

Diavolo

He's very curious as of how you make such amazing dishes, so he would want to see you cooking up close to see exactly how you make these spectacular foods!

When you let out that yell, he was shocked, but understood how you felt...er- or at least tried to. He respected what you wanted though and left the kitchen. In his opinion, as long as he ate your amazing cooking, it was worth it.

Barbatos

He has tried your cooking once during that retreat back in lesson 7, he thought it was decent for a human and would like to have it again, maybe he'd even teach you how to cook some devildom dishes.

When you yelled out, he was almost already gone out of the kitchen, but once you pointed to him, he walked right back. He will so for sure teach you how to cook certain devildom food now. He's actually quite glad you trust him to be around you when cooking.

Lucifer

He's ate your food before, and absolutely loves it. He particularly likes it when you cook for him late at night when he's staying up working, so he appreciates your cooking, human food or not.

The moment you told everyone to leave, ouch, his pride just got stabbed, not like he'd admit to it ever though. He'll still walk out of the kitchen, after all you did request for everyone besides for the chihuahua and butler to leave.

Mammon

He doesn't care much about your cooking; he thinks it's pretty good for human food but could care less. Still make it for him, he craves it.

How dare you make him leave the kitchen! Lucifer had to drag him out of the kitchen so you’d be left alone. [not counting Barb and Luke] You bet he tried to sneak back into the kitchen but got caught by Luke.

Leviathan

To be bluntly honest, he probably wasn’t even in the kitchen in the first place, he’d probably be hiding somewhere on his phone. I’d honestly would be doing the same.

He could hear your shout, and honestly, he thought it was an anime protagonist yelling before powering up. 

Satan

No opinion on your cooking, he enjoys it and if it is cat friendly, he feeds the stray cats any leftovers of your cooking.

Wasn’t even in the kitchen in the first place, though he definitely could sense your building wrath, so he wasn’t surprised you yelled. He felt satisfaction when he saw the look on Lucifer’s face, he could easily tell that Lucifer’s pride got struck a bit.

Asmodeus

He LOVES your cooking as long as it doesn’t have too many calories, he thinks it’s absolutely delicious.

Oh he had to hold in the laugh when he saw Mammon’s face when you shouted, it was priceless! He even got a picture and posted it to devilgram. But his own reaction to you shouting? He felt a bit hurt, why don’t you want Asmodeus in the kitchen near you? But he listened anyways, he for sure filmed Mammon trying to get back into the kitchen

Beelzebub

Give him your food, he wants it. Beel adores your food a lot, just like any food he eats. Cook for him, he loves it when you cook for him.

He didn’t care that you yelled, and he just simply left. As long as he gets to get your food, he’s happy.

Belphegor

He thinks your cooking is fine for a human, he’ll eat your food if you do cook.

He was sleeping and not even you shouting woke Belphie up. He eats the food once done, he thinks it’s good. 

Simeon

Cook for Simeon more, he’ll love you even more if you do. Plus, he want’s someone besides Solomon to cook.

Was at the table like the gentleman and angel he is, though he was very startled when he heard you, yelling at everyone to leave the kitchen. Was confused when Luke and Barbatos didn’t walk out, but Lucifer explained to Simeon that you let the two stay. He loves you even more 

Solomon

Thinks your cooking is fine, but could use some work. He is so willing to “teach” you. Too bad he doesn’t know.

For sure was standing right beside you, trying to tell you how to cook. With that shout he quickly made his way out of the kitchen, he’ll have to teach you another time.

Luke

AAAAAAAAAAAA- please replace Solomon and move into Purgatory hall and cook for Simeon and him instead, please. But besides that, he enjoys your food, Luke has definitely taught you how to cook some celestial pastries before.

Was about to follow Barbatos out of the kitchen, but when you pointed to him? He stayed, standing by your side. Can you teach him how to cook your human world foods? Please?

Azriel x reader - Prompt: When it’s a slow burn, and the characters just look at each other like “Fuck it, I’m done with this.” and they finally kiss.

You could feel the beat of the music blaring from the speakers in your bones as you downed another shot with Cassian and Mor.

“Hell yeah!” Cassian yelled, barely being heard above the noise, “I fucking love it when you guys actually agree to go out.”

Mor cackled, “I always want to go out, it’s y/n that is a homebody!”

You pouted as your friends continued to talk about how you only wanted to sit at home and read. You really hadn’t wanted to go out tonight, but after overhearing a conversation between Rhys and Azriel, you needed to be anywhere but the House tonight. You had nearly fallen to the floor in tears as you heard Azriel confess to Rhys that he had feelings for someone besides Mor for the past 20 years. You hadn’t caught her name, but your heart broke as you fled down the hall to your room.

So tonight you were doing shots. And dancing. And anything else Cass and Mor did on a wild night out. Anything to forget that one of your best friends was in love with someone else.

Mor dragged you to your feet. “Come on!! Let’s go dance!”

“Mor, we’ve been here for 3 hours dancing!! My feet hurt!” You whined, feeling the sudden effects of the last two shots of whiskey you had taken, per Cassian’s request. As you moved to sit back down, a presence clouded in darkness joined your table.

“Fine, I’ll go.” You jumped at the chance to go off with Mor before Az could even question you about what was going on.

He stood there, puzzled, next to Cassian, trying to figure out exactly why you were there in the first place.

“What did you guys do?”

Cassian chuckled, “We didn’t do anything! This was all her idea.” He gestures towards you as you moved to the beat, letting your hair down.

Mor twirled you around the dance floor, and when you stopped in front of her she smirked.

“So what’s the deal with you and Az?”

“Wha-what do you mean? There’s nothing with Az! I mean I don’t know why you’d think there was anything with Az. What are you even-“

“You’re cute when you’re flustered,” Mor laughed. “I just know you’ve been avoiding him for the last two days. You’ll have to talk to him eventually you know.”

You glanced longingly in the direction of the Shadowsinger.

“For now, I just want to keep dancing.”

You all had gone back to the house around 2 in the morning. And while the rest of the group fell asleep the moment they got to their beds, sleep escaped you. You tossed and turned, thinking about what an idiot you were to fall for your best friend.

After sulking, and tossing and turning for nearly an hour, you carefully snuck down the hall to the kitchen to make some tea.

“Why are you avoiding me?”

“By the CAULDRON! Azriel! You cannot come out of the shadows like that! We’ve been over this! You nearly gave me a heart attack.”

He reached up to rub the back of his neck.

“Sorry. I heard you leave your room so I followed you down here. I really thought you knew I was here.”

You smiled sheepishly at him, turning your attention back to the boiling kettle.

“So…why have you been avoiding me?”

You sucked in a deep breath through gritted teeth, unsure of how to tell your best friend you have fallen in love with him when he’s clearly in love with someone else.

He took a step toward you, cornering you between the counter and him. He towered over you, but his eyes showed nothing but gentleness.

“Please talk to me,” he whispered.

“Fuck, Azriel. I can’t do this.” You pushed past him, trying to clear your head.

“You can’t do wha-“

“I know you’re in love with someone. I heard you talking to Rhysand the other day, and I’m so happy for you. Truly I am.”

Tears brimmed your eyes as you looked up into his.

“But I’m in love with you. And I don’t expect you to do anything about it. I want you to be happy and I don’t want to get between you and whoe-“

“You.”

You blinked away the tears forming in your eyes.

“What?”

“I was talking about you. With Rhys.”

You stood there, still as a statue. Not sure if this was real, or just a cruel, drunken dream induced by the tequila and whiskey.

“I told Rhys I was in love with you, because I had no idea how to tell you. I was asking for advice.”

He approached you and gently took your chin in one hand, cupping your cheek with the other.

“It’s always been you. I’m in love with my best friend.”

You stood up on your toes to press a gentle kiss to his lips. He moved his hands down to your waist and hips, sliding them under your thighs to lift you into his arms. You let out a moan as he swept his tongue along your bottom lip, giving him access to deepen the kiss further.

“AHA! I knew you guys liked each other!”

Azriel gently set you down before stepping back from you, both of you breathing heavily from the kiss.

Mor and Cassian stood in the doorway to the kitchen.

“You owe me 10 gold pieces, Cassian.”

“I told you I wasn’t betting on shit anymore! I always fucking lose!”

You and Azriel chuckled. As an argument started between Mor and Cass, the two of you slipped out the opposite door of the kitchen, taking the back stairwell to your room to pick up where you left off.

Arcane Background Lore/Easter Eggs (Episode 5)

A bit late today because I had to go to an evening work event and eat mediocre pizza. Call me a snob but there is absolutely such a thing as bad pizza.

Kay so remember how back with episode 1 I mentioned that hex crystals are actually the crystalized souls of creatures known as Brackern? Well Brackern have a sort of hive mind (it’s hard to explain) which they describe using musical metaphors (harmonies, songs, resonating hum etc.). I might be reaching here but doesn’t the music that play during Viktor’s vision inside the hex gate almost sound like a choir of ethereal voices? Maybe he was able to, for a short moment, hear the crystals’ song?

Up until Arcane came out and placed Piltover and Zaun next to each other instead of on top of each other, canon was that the way people got from one city to the other was using these elevators that actually do kinda look like bathyspheres (see below).

I will agree it’s a little confusing that Caitlyn mentions it while standing next to what is definitely a funicular.

There is obviously a Watsonian explanation for how Vi is able to effortlessly move around the undercity while Caitlyn is awkwardly climbing after her – But it could also serve as a reference to how they’re each commonly played in League. Vi is a jungler so she is expected to roam all around the map, while Caitlyn is an ADC, meaning she mostly just stays in one area until she absolutely has to go somewhere else.

Also I finally realized that “The Lanes” is a reference to how the main map in League of Legends (Summoner’s Rift) is separated into lanes which determine a character’s role on the team. I’m a fucking dumbass and im gonna have to go back and edit the Episode 1 post to reflect this.

The runes on the hex core references four of the five known world runes: Precision (inverse tear drop with 4 lines through it) Domination (trident looking thingy) Sorcery (diamond shape with one side broken off) and Resolve (the one that sorta looks like a house, or a roof held up by four pillars). “Correct” versions of the runes below.

Notably absent from the Hex core is the world rune Inspiration (the swirly circle thingy), this might mean something, or maybe they just thought it looked weird 🤷‍♀️

We don’t really know much about these amphibious people, not even what/if they have a name for themselves as a group – However a lot of them are apparently excellent cooks.

The violin performance is clearly meant to reference some sort of Freljordian legend (the longships and use of mixed shades of blue is very stereotypical of the Freljord aesthetic), but I can’t quite figure if its meant to be a specific legend or just like “generic Freljord stuff”.

If I had to pull an answer out of my ass, I’d say it references the battle of the Howling Abyss, where the sisters Avarosa and Serylda (the two dragon-headed ships in the foreground) marched their armies against their other sister Lissandra, who had allied herself with these Lovecraftian monsters called “The Watchers” (the dragon-headed ship on the left, and the one with a spiral head). The battle ended with Lissandra realizing she was being manipulated by the watchers and starting an avalanche that buried both her sisters and the watchers in ice – Hence why the performance ends with only a single longship still standing after the storm.

Two things: 1) I squealed the first time I watched this scene, 2) this scene becomes even more iconic when you know that Caitlyn is canonically a domme.

Okay so I know everyone and their mom has already pointed out the Artemis and nymph imagery here, but on the crack theory side of things: the Moriarty to Caitlyn’s Holmes is a Zaunite woman named Corina Veraza; with light brown skin and dark brown wavy hair, who wears a lot of pastels, and is really into gardening. You’ve heard of enemies to lovers, but how about lovers to enemies?

Using blood as a way to empower magic is kind of a Noxian specialty, it’ll be interesting to see if that comes up when Noxus shows up in act 3.

Caitlyn’s rifle in Arcane looks completely different from her rifle in League; the only real similarity is how both feature the barrel being pushed into the body of the gun to allow for easier carrying.

Listen I have a distinct memory of this being one of Caitlyn’s voice lines in-game, but I have spent the last 20 minutes trying and failing to find evidence of this being the case – Can someone please tell me if I accidentally gaslit myself?

Seeing as the lesbians are finally together, I think its only fair I end this post by introducing League’s other big sapphic ship: Leona (the Targonian avatar of the Sun) and Diana (the Targonian avatar of the moon). If you’re looking for a quick fix of fantasy gays to tide you over until the weekend I recommend looking up the short story “Rise With Me” which was when the two of them finally became canon.
