No.
ABSOLUTELY NOT.
This is the opposite of how AO3 works and you should NEVER, EVER DO THIS.
If you are talking about the relationship field on AO3, include one and only one if you are the author tagging your own work.
If you're talking about the freeform/additional tags field, there may be reasons to specify other things, like which character tops.
What I think is going on here is that you're doing a text search, but the most effective way to use AO3 to find a ship is via tag filtering. For the latter, you just need to know how the tag is wrangled.
On AO3, the main bakudeku tag that is marked "common"—i.e. that appears in autocomplete—is Bakugou Katsuki/Midoriya Izuku.
Usually, these main tags are the characters' full names written out, alphabetized by family name in English transliteration/this alphabet.
If you go to the tag page for that tag, you can see all of the current wrangling related to it.
Tag search can also help you figure out what tags total exist on the archive. Searching for katsuki x izuku in the relationship tags gives:
Relationship: Background Bakugo Katsuki x Midorya Izuku ‎(1)
Relationship: BAKUGO KATSUKI X MIDORIYA IZUKU X TODOROKI SHOUTO ‎(1)
Relationship: Bakugou Katsuki x Izuku Midoriya ‎(2)
Relationship: bakugou katsuki x midoriya izuku (friends) ‎(0)
Relationship: BAKUGOU KATSUKI X MIDORIYA IZUKU - Relationship ‎(3)
Relationship: Bakugou Katsuki x Reader x Midoriya Izuku ‎(0)
Relationship: Izuku Midoriya x Katsuki Bakugo ‎(1)
Relationship: Izuku x Katsuki ‎(2)
Relationship: katsuki bakugou x izuku midoriya ‎(1)
Relationship: Midoriya Izuku x Bakugo Katsuki ‎(0)
Relationship: Midoriya Izuku x Bakugou Katsuki ‎(2)
Relationship: Midoryia izuku/Bakugou katsuki/Ejiro kirishima/hanta Sero/ Todoroki Shoto x reader ‎(0)
Clicking through reveals that all of those are currently synned to the appropriate main tags with the same meanings.
Literally none of these need to be searched on their own to find a different set of fics.
There are also a bunch of other tags that don't have a category type and that are on bookmarks and a few freeform tags that authors have used, I think all on works that do also have the main tag.
If you go to the 'bumblby' tag on AO3, you will see that it says:
bumblby - Relationship has been made a synonym of Blake Belladonna/Yang Xiao Long. Works and bookmarks tagged with bumblby - Relationship will show up in Blake Belladonna/Yang Xiao Long's filter.
--
As for how you actually search AO3...
You start from the works page of the ship tag.
From there, you add filters until you find what you want. Since this is a popular ship with well-wrangled tags, you don't search for other random-ass names for the tag. That is the opposite of the point of AO3's structure.
All of those alternate spellings and names will appear in the same filter as the main full names tag.
It's only when you go to the main page and put some words in the search box that you skip all of AO3's most important features and do a plain text search.

College party (AFAB)
Bakugou x gn!reader (afab version)
Warnings: Smut, degrading, alcohol
Summary: College AU. Bakugou says something dumb while drunk, and you overhear. He follows you too make up for it.
Words: 2 k
Notes: amab version: here. And as always comments are greatly appreciated <3
It has already been a long night, you have maybe had a little too much to drink. You can’t find Bakugou anywhere, not that you have really looked. The house you are currently in is a suburb house, you are not even sure who’s house it was. But you are there and to some extent enjoying yourself. The sound system is playing as loud as it can and the whole house is shaking. The living room couches have been moved to a circle where a group is currently playing spin the bottle. The kitchen has been made to a home bar, you are moving slowly in that direction. You can feel the floor becoming stickier the closer you come to the kitchen.
Denki is standing before you, you don’t see where he came from. But there he is with two shots in hand giving you one of them.
“Bottoms up.” You entangle your arms and down the hatch the shot goes. It burns going down and it is probably vodka or something. That was not your go to.
“Have you seen Katsuki?” You ask the blonde, he shakes his head. You are not sure he heard you over the music. The shot made you giddy, and the time is dance time.
You move out on the empty dance floor and start moving your body to the music. You have never been an amazing dancer, but alcohol and loud music was the perfect time to learn. Some dude come up behind you, you are not even sure who it is. And who cares? You just keep dancing. The song ends and the next song is right up your alley. One of Taylor Swift’s older songs starts playing on the sound system. You sing along not caring about anything, the music is loud enough for nobody too hear your voice. Actually, you can barely hear you own voice.
The song ends, and you decide to move further into the house. Walking past the people playing spin the bottle and up the stairs. Maybe finding a place for some privacy and somewhere where the music is not making your head spin.
The stairs are gross, it looks like someone puked on the first couple of steps. You go upstairs trying to get away from the noise. A familiar voice can be heard in one for the nearest rooms. You follow it to find Bakugou sitting with Sero, Kirishima and Hagakure.
“What about them?” You hear Katsuki’s voice and are immediately intrigued. You lean against the wall, just besides the door and listen.
“You have been spending a lot of time with them, something going on?” Sero ask and the familiar feeling of butterflies erupt in your stomach.
“Nothing special.” He replies coldly, you smile. He was never good with feelings. You cross your fingers and silently pray for his friends to keep digging.
“Ohh come on dude, there must be something. No one spends that much time with someone if they don’t like them.” Kirishima adds and you can almost hear the tooth eating grin in his voice.
“Just shut it shitty hair.”
“Ohh come on Bakubro?” You’re standing as still as possible, waiting for him to say something.
“Okay? You really wanna know?”
“Yeah, Bakugou that is why we’re asking.” Hagakure’s voice is sweet in an almost creepy way.
“Okay, they’re annoying and clingy. I keep them around cause they are a good fuck. That’s what you wanna hear?” The room goes silent, and the lump in your throat grows. Did he mean that? Tears well in your eyes and it feels like the room is spinning.
The silent is disturbed by Hagakure that starts laughing hysterically.
“I knew it!” She almost yells and all you want to do is sink into the ground and disappear.
You run. That’s all you can do with the tears now falling down your cheeks. You run. You can almost see nothing, which result is you running full speed into a corner. The pain shoots from you shoulder out into your arm. You cry out, but don’t stop moving. You start feverishly opening doors trying to find an unlocked room. When you turn the third doors handle it opens and you’re standing in a pink bathroom.
You close the door and just start sobbing. Why did you always fall for the guys who could never like you back? Tears and snot are running down your face and a hiccup erupts from your stomach. You bend over the sink and try drinking some water.
You slowly calm down and your breath steadies. Fuck what did you get yourself into? Maybe the drinking was a part of the meltdown? Or maybe your world just turned upside down? You liked Katsuki. You really did. You thought you were an item. That he soon would ask to be your boyfriend. But maybe that was all just a sweet fantasy? Maybe you read the signs wrong?
A knock on the door disturbs your anxiety train. You look at yourself in the mirror, your eyes are red and swollen. You definitely look like you cried.
“Come on open up extra.” Bakugou’s voice is harsh, but in a caring way.
“Go away, not in the mood.”
“Ohh don’t bullshit me. Open the door.”
“No.”
The handle moves and the simple thougth passes your mind. You didn’t lock the door. The door opens and your crush is standing right before you. He looks at your face and his features soften. He strokes your cheek and brushes a tear away.
“Who hurt you?” His voice is soft, softer than you ever think you have heard it before. Maybe he cares?
“No one.” Your voice cracks and you know he sees right through you.
“Don’t lie to me.” He is stern and you know you can’t lie to him.
“You did.” It’s just above a whisper and you’re not sure he heard you. He grips you chin and turns your head up, so you are looking right at him. You swallow, but the lump in your throat isn’t going anywhere. His gaze softens and he slowly bends down to lay his lops against yours.
You turn your head and the hand on your chin hardens its grip.
“Why are you turning away?”
“Am I just a good fuck too you?” You voice is weak, and you look down. His mouth dries. You heard him? The one thing he would never want you too hear. You heard. What is wrong with him? Why did he have to say that? Why couldn’t he be honest? Tell you how much you mean too him? Tell you that nobody like you have ever made him feel the way you make him feel.
He clears his throat, open his mouth to speak. But no words come out. He lets his hand fall and tears well in his eyes. He hurt you.
“I’m sorry.” Its barely above a whisper and you feel you hear melt. You don’t think he has ever said those words to anyone. Not since you got to know him at least. You look at his handsome features and tears a slowly rolling down his face. You have definitely never seen him cry. You lay a hand on his cheek and moves his head slowly. His eyes meet yours.
“Tell me what’s going on?”
More tears start running down his cheeks and he open his mouth for the second time to speak.
“I thought I was protecting you. I know that’s stupid, but… I love you.” And in that moment your heart melts. He loves you. HE LOVES YOU! You giggle and he looks up at you again. A smile appears on his lips, and you lean towards him.
He catches you lips and for a second it’s just you too in the world. He moves a hand down your back and takes a good grip on your ass. He pulls you up against him and you wrap your legs around his waist. He kisses down your neck and jaw. He sets you down on sink and pushes himself in between your legs. He takes a hold of your waist and moves your warmth against his hard. You moan and he almost swallows your moans with his mouth. He pushes his tongue into your mouth and quickly takes control.
He lay kisses down your neck, he moves his hand under your shirt and removes the piece of garment. He kisses your chest and down your stomach. He kneels before you and the sight alone have you drooling. He smiles up at you while he pulls your pants and underwear down over your ass. He continues his kisses down over your hip and your thighs. He takes your Legs over his shoulders and plants a kiss right where you need him.
“Tease.” You half moan as he picks up and sucks on your so sensitive bud. You half scream as he gently bites, he licks from your ass up to your clit. You let out another scream and that is his cue to fucking devour you. He doesn’t give you a chance to prepare before he is eating you like a starved man.
You throw your head back against the mirror and just enjoys this beast of a man, kneeling before you and eating you out. You can feel your stomach tensing and the familiar feeling of building towards a climax can be felt in your whole body. You’re so close.
“Just a little more, fuck...” you groan, and he chuckles into you and the vibrations are heaven.
“I’m gonna cum, fuck… I’m gonna cum.” You scream as your high crashes over you. He doesn’t stop. He continues his assault on your clit. Working you towards another climax and another world breaking high. He licks your cum from your thighs and dips down to tongue your cunt.
“Too much… sensitive.” He doesn’t listen and probably doesn’t care. You’re his and he’s going to prove it.
When you come for the second time, he finally lets you breathe. He stands up and kisses you as devouring as possible. You can taste yourself on his lips.
“I’m gonna fuck you know.” It’s not a question, he has already decided what’s going to happen.
“I’m not sure I can go more.” He just chuckles and plops you down on the floor. Turning you around and pressing you front down on the sink. He runs a finger down your spine and dips it into you dipping cunt.
“You ready for me pretty?” You can hear him unzips his pants and there it is. His cock pressing against your pussy.
“Ohh your so wet for me, you think you can take me?” You nod furiously and hear him chuckle. He presses the head in and you’re already a moaning mess. He stretches you so good, he moves a few centimeters further in and you clench around him.
“Fuck.” He moans and you feel proud of yourself. He pushes the rest of the way in, and you scream.
“If you’re goanna be a tease, I’m gonna fuck you into the ground… bitch.” You mumble something like ‘try bitch’ and Katsuki takes it like a challenge. He sets a brutal pace and hammers your hips into the sink. The pain is excruciating but it just builds your high faster. Fuck you’re already going to come. He groans and reaches around your body to touch your clit. Your high is building to fast for you to follow.
You come crashing down before you get a chance to react, Katsuki groans again as you clench around him.
“I’m gonna fuck you full of my cum, slut.” He comes with a roar, and you can feel him spill his load into your pussy. Fuck it feels good.
You just stand there for a second covered in each other and sweat.
“I love you too.” You whisper, and in that moment none of you had ever been happier.

Shenanigans 7
(Alternative universe part 2/3)
Tumblr media
Part 7 (or Alternative Universe 2/3)
Bakugou Katsuki and the case of the missing Menace
~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~
Author’s note: the part got too long so I separated them to 2 parts! The last part will be out in a week, it’s already finished!)
If you are new to the story, start here!
The alternative universe chapters can be read without knowing the full story, start here, if you are interested, it’s really fun! It’s going to be a 3 parter.
Warnings: Foul language, reader’s thoughts get a bit angsty at one point, one inappropriate joke, Bakugou makes fun of gay people, but he’s a massive supporter so he’s allowed.
16+ for safety (just like everything I write.)
Summary: Mr. Katsuki is “NOT” worried about the Menace (you) being gone. Reader gets to know Bakugo, Deku, Todoroki and Kirishima in the new world, where quirks are non-existent.
~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~
Meanwhile in the real world…
“This is all your fucking fault, Deku!”
“Kacchan, calm down. Let’s go with the police to get some information about his quirk.”
“I’m not fucking moving from this place. Y/N can come back any moment!”
“So you do know her name after all…”
“Shouto, you are my best friend, but if you say a single word from now on I’m going to Texas smash you in the balls.”
~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~
“Deku?” You mumble incredulously, eyes wide, mouth open. You gawk at the blonde nerd on the other side of you; you are met with crimson eyes you know so well.
“Bakugou Katsuki?”
This is ridiculous. This can’t be real. This guy can’t be…
“Do you know us? Are we friends? Please, tell me you are Kacchan’s wife from the future!”
“You rewatched Back To The Future without me, you shitty nerd!” Complains the blonde, clearly offended by his traitor of a friend. “Also, are you my wife from the future? I hope you are.” The blonde sighs.
“Kacchan…” Deku pats his friends back apologetically, and Bakugou Katsuki doesn’t pull away.
What the hell is going on.
Honestly.
“I’m … not your wife, I’m afraid. More like the opposite.” You stutter. “You kinda hate my guts.” You sigh. “But wait… why are you not freaked out?”
“Well…” Deku is about to start rambling, but Katsuki is not having it. At least, something didn’t change.
“This fucker is the biggest conspiracy theorist the world has ever seen.” Sighs the blonde, his arms resting on Deku’s shoulder in case it’s not clear that he’s the culprit. “When he hears a weird story, he shuts himself off for a day and does a full research on the topic like a freaking pervert.” Bakugou answers while nodding to himself. He makes it sound like he’s moaning, but his facial expression is also proud; it looks like he’s actually really happy to have such a weirdo as a friend. You find this so adorable, you start giggling; but for your surprise, you are not being told off this time.
“There is a theory about another world.” Butts in the greenette with an enthusiastic face. “I found several stories about people turning up in random places, not knowing anything about the current president, our celebrities or anything, but they did know some people in the area by name, even though the other person had no recollection of knowing them at all. These people looked traumatized, like they’ve been in a fight or something, rambling about their ‘quirks’ being gone.” Deku rambles while Bakugou yawns dramatically. “These people usually disappear into thin air after a day, then we never hear about them ever again.”
A day…?
“So you mean… if your research is right, I’ll go back to my world in 24 hours, automatically?” You ask with sparkling eyes, clearly excited about the fact that there is an easy way to go back “home”.
Needless to say, if being far from home is already terrifying for some, being in another dimension is down right horrifying.
“By my research, every single person disappeared after 24 hours, yes.” Answers Deku with a serious expression on his face. “But keep in mind, these aren’t official statements. I don’t know which story is real and which one is a lie made only to get famous on the internet.”
“I’m glad you are aware of how much crap you are reading every day, Izu. I thought you went completely bonkers, but seems like there is still a tiny bit of brain left in that empty head of yours.” Smirks the blonde and gives you a hand to help you up. “Let’s sit down properly, being seen with Deku is already a big enough hit on my non-existent reputation, knowing my stupid classmates, I’ll be a ‘sexual offender’ the next time I step in class if they see us like this.”
Oh, so Bakugou isn’t the coolest guy in the class in this world? Wow.
“Yeah, god forbid someone thinking I’m actually straight.”
Deku said the word “straight” like it’s the biggest slur the world has ever seen, and you can’t help but laugh out loudly.
“You are so funny, Deku.” You giggle as you make your way to the nearest picnic bench. By the look of it, you are in the middle of a University lot.
“Am I not funny in your world?” Asks the green nerd with a bewildered expression on his face.
“You are not funny. You are just gay.” The blonde rolls his eyes, but there is no edge to his voice.
“You are rather adorable, I would say. And less… uhh… gay.” You ramble awkwardly. Is it okay to disclose this information with these people? Technically, it should be fine as you are in another world, not in the past, so TECHNICALLY, it’s shouldn’t harm anything.
Or…
Can this conversation change their future in some way?
Fuck, you have no idea.
“If you tell me I’m a closeted gay virgin at my humble age of 25, I’ll leave with you and smack myself in the face with a pink dildo.” Deadpans Deku while sitting down on the bench on the opposite side of Bakugou. You sit down next to the blonde, who can’t stop giggling like a child. Would it be rude to take this adorable Bakugou with you and ask the villain to send yours to this world forever?
“I’m also coming then. I need to see that.” He declares.
“If you wanted to see me smacking people with a pink dildo so much, you should have just asked.” Teases Deku with a mischievous look on his face.
“Thanks. Now you ruined it.” Bakugou suddenly stops laughing, his face contorted into a frown. Now he resembles your boss so much, you kinda start to miss him. But only a little bit.
“Why are we talking about pink dildos when the sun is still out?” Deadpans a new person from behind you. You look up at the new arrival.
“Todoroki-kun!” You greet the newcomer.
“Who is this lady and why does he know about my existence?” Deadpans the guy and makes his way to Deku’s side; he plops down EXTREMLY close to Deku with a glint of possessiveness in his otherwise cool eyes.
“Shou!” The nerd beams like the fucking sunshine, looking at the other like he is the best thing that have ever happened to this world.
“Jesus, get a room.” Mumbles the blond, clearly not fond of the cheesy interaction. Deku starts blushing like a tomato and moves away from his… boyfriend? Crush? Friend? You have no idea.
“I do have a room, it’s next to yours. Are you okay, Katsuki?”
Okay, this guys is even more clueless than the one in your word, and that’s terrifying.
“So you guys live together?” You change the subject; your heart can not take more of their shenanigans right now. You will never be able to look at Deku and Todoroki without shipping them like a bad fujoshi.*
* Fujoshi (腐女子) is a Japanese term for female fans of manga, anime and novels that feature romantic relationships between men.
“Hell no!” Comes the answer from the blonde, but he sighs when he sees your confused face. “We are living in the dorms here, at UNI. So technically, yes, we do live together.”
“Still studying?”
“We didn’t go to UNI right away and went to America for 2 years to piss off Shou’s asshole father.” Deku grins at you with a proud expression on his face. “Shou and I went to a different gay bar every week and posted about it on Instagram.” Deku continues and you can’t help the smile on your face when Todoroki looks at Deku fondly, clearly in his own world, reminiscing about the lovely memories.
“The guy is a massive homophobe.” Explains the blonde.
“It’s okay now. My parents divorced and I haven’t heard a single word about the old man for 10 years now. I can also study the way I want and do whatever I want…”
“And whoever you want.” Giggles the greenette and Todoroki blushes aggressively, clearly not impressed by Deku’s stupid joke. “Oh, by the way, what is a “quirk?”
So this is why you have no power in this world… because there isn’t any.
The more you hear about their world, the more sorrowful you get; seeing these people all giggly and happy with zero trauma in their lives makes you do a double take on how “good” it is to live in a world full of powerful people.
Deku in your world is so busy saving people and being the world’s best hero, he probably never even gave his romantic preferences a thought. Todoroki was severely traumatized as a child which made him emotionless and empty; and while the person sitting opposite of you resembles the hero you met in your world, this version of him is much more caring, much more himself, much more open to others… he’s free and happy, surrounded with friends he’s fond of.
You don’t even want to think about Katsuki right now; seeing this version of him only makes your heart ache for the hero and it makes you understand him a little bit more; with no quirks in this world, he had no reason to be so cocky and so full of himself, hence why he still has Deku close by his side, one not a whole without the other. With Deku’s constant presence in Bakugou’s life, and Bakugou actually caring about the other’s opinion, he ended up growing up nicely; he still wears his emotions up his sleeves, but there is no reason for him to be untrusting and angry at the whole world.
This version of Bakugou wasn’t corrupted by the fucked up hierarchy of your world; where weakness is a deathly fault, and the one born weak is nothing but a cockroach for the powerful people to step on.
As someone who was born with a great power, the ugliness of your world this didn’t really sink in… until now.
~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~
Meanwhile in the real world…
“24 hours.” Says a calm voice in the receiver.
“You are fucking kidding me, you half and half bastard.” Sneers the blonde, still not able to do anything than to stare at the empty space in front of him.
“Katsuki, I fucking tried to freeze his balls to get some intel, and this is what I got. Even if there is a way for him to bring someone back sooner, he’s an absolute dumbfuck, as you would say. There is no way he’s able to bring her back before the time ends.”
Katsuki has never heard Todoroki this mad. Never. He’s not even sure it’s him talking in the receiver at all.
“Where is she now?” Katsuki grumbles under his nose, because he’s already shown enough emotions to feel like an absolute weakling, he’s not going to dig his own grave deeper than that.
“By the previous witness statements, she is safe. It seems like his victims were sent to an alternative universe, to a world without quirks. All of the victims had the same experience.” Shouto’s voice goes back to his usual, unemotional tone, head clear, mind calm. “The quirk itself is harmless and was only used to make the battle easier by getting rid of the leader or the strongest person in the enemy team. The biggest injury in the statements was a bruised rib and a backache from falling down on a hard surface.”
“Kacchan, 2 hours has already passed. We will come back in 20 hours and wait for her to come back, okay?”
Of course, fucking Deku is worried. Of course he have to make him feel like a child in the middle of a tantrum.
“Don’t fucking baby me.” He grumbles and stands up from the floor; even when walking back to the car, he can’t peel his eyes away from that empty spot on the floor. “Fucking menace and her fucking shenanigans…” The hero mumbles under his nose as he moves further and further away from the battlefield. “Can we stop by a pet store?”
When the menace comes back, her work attire will get an upgrade; a shock collar, and a leash.
~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~
“What made you so sad all of the sudden?” Bakugou’s hand on your shoulders jerks you out from your thoughts. You don’t know when you started tearing up. Bakugou’s fingers slowly caress your cheeks in an attempt to clean up your messed up face, but the soft touch only makes you cry harder; suddenly, you are reminded of your hero in the real world, who’s nothing but rough touches and aggression, but under his strong facade there is this man hidden; the man who cares about everything and everyone and has biggest heart the world has ever seen.
“Oh no, Bakubro made the pretty lady cry!” A familiar voice joins the conversation again. This time, it’s a bulky guy with a basketball in his hands, his hair black with red highlights. He looks familiar, but…
“Not now, Ei.” Shouts the blonde, his arms on your shoulders protectively.
“Kiri…?!” Your mouth was suddenly covered by the blonde’s other hand, his gaze encouraging you to… well… shut the fuck up.
Okay.
That’s weird.
But it’s okay.
“Well, sorry for disturbing then.” Kirishima steps back, not wanting to poke the sleeping bear too much. He’s a clever boy. “Are you okay, tho? Do you want to leave?”
Even if he barely looks like the Kirishima from your world, he’s just the same personalitywise; always there in the time of need, caring and full of smiles, a real hero in the world without any.
Bakugou’s hands leave your mouth, so you are able to properly answer this time.
“I’m okay. I just had a bad day. Nice to meet you though!” You give him a wobbly smile, which is reciprocated right away.
“Don’t mess this up, she’s a cutie.” Kirishima fake-whispers then winks, and for your surprise, Bakugou’s ears turn red in only a few seconds.
“Oh fuck off, hair for brains!” He snaps at the other, who’s not even trying to hide the massive smirk on his face.
Is Kirishima… bullying Bakugou?!
“I’m going, I’m going!” He laughs loudly, but makes his way to the other side of the outside area. “Oh, and I love you too, nerd! Don’t forget the movie night on Friday!” The jock yells from far away, making Deku giggle.
“Yes, boss!” The greenette yells back.
Bakugou looks at you with trepidation.
“Please, tell me I’m not friends with this fucker in your world as well.” He sighs, ready to have his heart broken. Oh, poor boy.
“You are best friends, actually.” You answer, your hands scratching the back of your neck awkwardly. The blonde sighs into the distance, already done with his life after the terrible news.
“How did I end up with him from all people?”
“Shared trauma.” You answer easily, not even thinking twice before the sentence is out of your mouth.
“Sounds lovely.” Chimes in Todoroki, with a smug look on his face. “I guess that leaves this green potato as my best friend in your world?”
Oh, so that’s what the smug face was about; he doesn’t even care about the fact that Deku is having an absolute meltdown next to him after the news.
“Kacchan is not my best friend…” he mumbles under his nose, his eyes looking more like the eyes of a dead fish than an actual human’s.
“You are still close in your own fucked up way. And yes, Todoroki and you are really close to each other.” You try to ease the tension, but by the look of it, you just made it worse. Bakugou sighs again, his face on the table, looking like a zombie, Deku bites his nails with a face of a lunatic, and speaking of lunatics, Shouto looks at you with the face of a psychopath; his eyes are huge and hungry for more snippets of his other life.
“How close?” He asks, his eyes staring into your soul in a really creepy way.
“I can’t do this, jesus fuck.” Bakugou tries to knock himself out of his misery by constantly banging his forehead to the hard surface of the picnic table.
“Best friend kind of close?” You’ve never been this terrified in your life, to be honest. His look is almost predatory until your answer reaches his ears, then there’s nothing in his eyes but pure disappointment as he slowly goes back into his old, emotionless self.
As the time goes by, the guys decide to continue the talking in their shared dorm; they decide to use Shouto’s massive bedroom for today’s the pajama party.
Cuz that’s what this is for them, apparently. A fucking pajama party with this random lady from another world.
-> Next Chapter!

I’m so excited for the next part, guys! It may or may not contain a slightly drunk, slightly over sensitive Katsuki 😂 💜

Note
okay you said sent bkdk ideas & BET
1. The climax of she-ra w/ catra’s “dont you get it? I love you, i always have! So please, just this once, STAY!” speech and I actually can’t decide if it’s katsuki begging an unconscious deku to wake up or izuku begging an unconscious kacchan to wake up. But either way.
2. Bakusquad singing She’s In Love from the little mermaid stage show — again can’t decide if it’s about katsuki or deku (with the other one as flounder who is Most Upset about Ariel being in love w someone) (only this time it’s themself that is the love interest) (I have both sets of lyrics divided up and available upon request)
3. Say the Word from the mad ones (sorry yes I’m a theatre kid mb). That’s all. I’m tentatively working on an animatic but I can’t draw
4. Bksquad singing fixer upper from frozen. Bakugou is Kristoff & Deku is Anna obviously. I haven’t thought any further at all so just spitballing here but kirishima sven todoroki Elsa (obviously) aaaaand idk for hans. I feel like shindo yo would be the popular pick for a fake love interest?
5. Bakugou singing Granger Danger from a very potter musical.
6. Okay this is actually kiribaku but you by dodie, bkdk were fwb but deku caught feelings & bakugou starts dating kirishima
7. Atalanta (Greek myth) au — bk was raised by wolves/bears/dragons probably, then gets hunted by a king (mitsuki) who recognises him as his (her) son and takes him back to be prince. Tells him he has to get married, he says okay but Only someone who can beat me in a fight (in the myth it’s a foot race) and if they lose they die. Deku gets help from all might and wins (in the myth aphrodite gives the winner golden apples which distract atalanta, not sure how this would play out in this ver)
8. Howl’s Moving Castle au (book ver). Controversially, I have deku as howl, katsuki as Sophie & sentient OFA as calcifer. I can and Will back this up. (Kaminari as Martha/youngest sister who wants to marry rich and be a mom) & Uraraka as Lettie (middle sister who wants to be rich off her own hard work) (I actually have the whole cast planned out)
9. I’m currently writing a Carrie au. Deku is Carrie obvs. Katsuki is both Sue and Tommy, w Kiri coming in for some of Tommy’s advice giving moments. Decided Toga can be Chris and originally I had aged down!Dabi as Billy at a friend’s request but not 100% sure. Considered switching to mustard but like. We know nothing about him.
10. Barely fleshed out but I’ve seen a bunch of parallel universe swapping quirk fics where fantasy!bkdk or future!bkdk get swapped to the canon verse, including at least one w pregnant izuku and. Pregnant katsuki gets swapped to the canon verse because I think it’s WAY funnier
Okay I’m done now sorry
These were A LOT and as a uni student I don't have the time to do all/organise all in one post (but I will draw if more people insist on the asks (please submit your ideas separetly, it's a lot easier for my little pea brain)
BUT, i will give my piece about the songs, since I included them in my BKDK playlist
2. She's in Love - I see it as bkdk friends talking about Deku's (Ariel) clear crush while an oblivious Bakugou (Flounder) has barely been able to tell Izuku is in love and it's annoyed about it because he thinks it's not him (it is tho)
3. Say the Word - This is such a Katsuki-coded song about his feelings, it actually hurts me inside
4. Fixer Upper - Submitter's suggestion is good, BUT HAVE YOU CONSIDERED: Fantasy AU BKDK, where Kiri is the weredragon and Shouto is a prince and I would suggest Toga Himiko (my daughter) for Hans (would change some more of the story tbh, but that's the OG plan)
5. Granger Danger - COUNTERPOINT: Fem!BKDK in a ball, bkg is Draco, dk is Ron and they're talking about each other
6. What if She from Dodie but it's Izuku's POV cause he is enamoured by Katsuki buthas no clue what the other feels
Anyway, feel free to send more asks now !! I'll promise I'll get back to them, I just took a long break because of personal shit, but I'm back stronger than ever

_________________________________
Izuku was down.
He’d been hit by a quirk and was now laying on the ground.
Izuku, Katsuki thought, is on the ground.
They were in the middle of a fight, half of the city’s heroes were around, fighting on some big ass boulevard, against a mob of villains who crawled out of some shithole no one of them had been aware of and Izuku was on the ground.
Katsuki threw punch after punch, explosion after explosion and everything he could think of was Izuku curled up, not moving.
“FUCK!”, Katsuki let out a scream, knocking down a villain attacking him. As soon as Katsuki was sure this one wouldn’t get up any time soon, he swirled around, looking over to Izuku.
“Nerd!”, Katsuki screamed.
He needed to know if he was unconscious. He needed to know if he could move. He needed to know if he-
Katsuki’s thoughts were interrupted by another villain appearing right next to him, attacking with his quirk.
Move!, Katsuki thought, eying Izuku while fighting back, At least a finger! Move!
He felt himself starting to panic.
Katsuki’s opponent was suddenly caught up in ice, not being able to move.
“Bakugou”, Todoroki said, landing next to Katsuki, “Where are they all coming from?”
“Who gives a shit?!”, Katsuki couldn’t help but snap, “Watch my back while I’m checking on the nerd!”
“Midoriya?”, Todoroki’s eye went big, “Why? What-“
“Just keep them in check!”, Katsuki called over his shoulder, already running towards Izuku.
Be okay, he kept thinking, almost begging, Just be okay!
He grunted when he had to dodge yet another incoming attack.
“Half’n’Half, what are you doing!”, he shouted but when he looked over his shoulder, he realized Todoroki was already fighting four shitty criminals on his own.
While shooting another blast Katsuki looked around, watching their former classmates and other heroes fight that never ending stream of middle-class villains. But they outnumbered them, managing to give them a hard time just because of that.
Katsuki exhaled a short breath.
They needed Izuku.
To end this quickly and at minimal costs they needed him and OFA.
But he was laying on the ground, not moving and Katsuki couldn’t even get to him!
Katsuki needed to find a way to get past all these shithead-villains, but they wouldn’t let him through, that was for sure.
That’s when an idea came to his mind.
Katsuki took in a long, deep breath and shouted: “Uraraka!”
At his loud voice he saw a lot of heads turning into his direction.
“What is it?”, he heard the next second from above.
While still taking villains out, Katsuki leaned his head back, seeing Round face wrestling with some bat-woman midair.
“Check on Izuku!”
“What?”, she panted, blocking a hit from her opponent, “What’s wrong with him?”
Were they all shitting him?! How could they have missed this?!
“He’s down, for fuck’s sake, not moving, probably hurt!”, Katsuki burst out, “Just check on him!”
Uraraka defeated the villain, deep worry on her face.
“Behind me!”, Katsuki told her, “Hurry! Carry him away if he’s injured.”
If. If Izuku was injured.
And that was the whole deal to Katsuki’s dread – Izuku would never keep lying on the ground while civilians were in danger and while his colleagues were fighting, unless… unless he was injured badly.
Just be okay, Katsuki thought again.
It was actually his only thought while he kept facing villain after villain.
 ~~~
They somehow managed to fight them back, arresting most of them.
Even without Izuku. Because Izuku hadn’t returned to the battlefield.
That’s why Katsuki stumbled towards him, even though he himself was fairly wounded, bleeding from a dozen cuts. Kirishima told him to let himself be patched up first, but Katsuki ignored him.
His eyes were glued to the green huddle on the ground, surrounded by his nerd group and a paramedic.
“Be okay”, Katsuki whispered, being totally winded from his injuries.
When he was only a few steps away from them, Izuku’s friends registered him.
Katsuki stopped for a second as soon as they looked at him. Something was wrong. Their faces were off and Katsuki’s stomach dropped, expecting the worst.
“No, no, no”, he leaped forward, almost falling towards them, hadn’t Kirishima who was still by his side, grabbed him by the arm, “What’s wrong?”, Katsuki asked.
That’s when Izuku moved. Finally moved.
His head snapped into Katsuki’s direction and Katsuki’s breath hitched.
He was overwhelmed by emotions: Utter relief that the nerd was awake and deep confusion at his expression – Izuku’s eye were puffy like he had been crying for hours and he looked sadder than Katsuki had seen him in years.
“Kacchan”, he choked out.
“What the fuck”, Katsuki said breathless, suddenly overcome by his exhaustion and sinking down on his knees next to Izuku, “What the fuck are you doing, making me worry like that.”
Katsuki rubbed the dust out of his eyes and punched Izuku lightly on the shoulder.
“Kacchan…”
Katsuki froze and he could feel everyone else being just as confused.
Izuku had started to sob, crying like there was no tomorrow.
“What’s wrong?”, Katsuki grabbed Izuku’s shoulder, shaking him lightly, “What’s wrong?”, he looked at the others when Izuku just kept crying, not answering. They were all shaking their heads, looking helplessly at the bawling greenhead.
“What’s wrong?”, Katsuki asked once again, this time directed at the paramedic.
The woman sighed. “He has been in this state for a while, calling out for you, Dynamight-san.”
Katsuki opened his mouth but nothing would come out.
“He was hit by a quirk, I suppose.”
Katsuki nodded at that. “Yeah”, he said in a low voice, “I’ve seen him getting hit.”
“Do you remember which villain it was? Could you identify the person?”
Of course Katsuki knew who had attacked the nerd. He would identify the shit out of the guy and make him pay!
Definitely, he thought, feeling Izuku tremble next him.
“Let’s go”, Katsuki said towards the paramedic, moving to stand up.
“NO!”
Everyone was startled by Izuku’s alarmed voice.
“What-“, Katsuki stopped when Izuku launched himself on to Katsuki, holding on for dear life, crying even harder.
“Don’t go”, Izuku called out, “Don’t go, Kacchan, don’t go away from me.”
“Relax, I’m returning in no time”, Katsuki said, placing his hands on Izuku’s shaking back, “I’ll go ask that shithead who hit you what this quirk is all about and then I-“
Izuku shook his head fiercely, strengthening his grip around Katsuki. Katsuki’s rips were protesting painfully against the tight hold.
“Izuku…”, Katsuki let out a groan, “Stop using OFA, you’re crushing me.”
Izuku gasped, letting go of Katsuki, started to apologize, begging Katsuki no to leave him because of that.
What was happening?
“Okay, okay, okay”, Katsuki finally said, “I won’t go, okay?”
“Please”, Izuku sobbed, burying his face in his hands, “Promise me, Kacchan, please!”
Katsuki felt the eyes of everyone around them on him.
What the heck was happening?
“I promise, nerd”, Katsuki placed one hand in Izuku’s hair, stroking throw his messy locks.
Katsuki had a hard time grasping the situation they found themselves in.
Izuku had been hit by a quirk, sending him to the ground, crying out for Katsuki, desperately reaching out for him.
What the absolute heck was happening?!
~~~
Once they had managed to convince Izuku to let go of Katsuki to be properly checked out in the hospital, Katsuki had some time and especially some space to think.
Izuku was beside himself. He reminded Katsuki of a child but Izuku didn’t seem to be sent back into a state of a kid’s mind. Whatever this quirk holder did to him was shaking Izuku to his core and it made it harder for Katsuki to breath thinking about the fact that Izuku was crying out for him.
Only for him.
It touched a nerve Katsuki had been spending years to numb. Mostly failing but anyways. This didn’t help suppressing his feelings for the nerd.
“Midoriya-san!”, a nurse’s voice echoed through the room and before Katsuki could react, Izuku had collapsed on the ground.
“Oi!”, Katsuki called out, rushing towards him, “Wake up!”, he rattled his shoulder.
“He’s just asleep”, the nurse informed him, after checking his vitals, “Maybe the quirk has finally worn off. Can you help me get him on the bed?”
Without saying anything, Katsuki lifted Izuku up and placed him on the hospital bed.
Be okay, be okay, be okay, be okay!
 ~~~
“Eh…”, Katsuki felt like his own voice was coming from afar, “What?”
The doctor cleared her throat, giving him a sympathetic look. “What I’m trying to explain is”, she started again, “that the person you identified as the one hitting Midoriya-san, has a trauma-quirk. It activates the heaviest trauma, the deepest fear rooted in somebody’s mind.”
Katsuki looked away from her, feeling dizzy.
Maybe it was the fact that he had been up for over 24 hours and all his wounds, although being treated, made his body ache and that he’s had the most gut-wrenching duty of calling Inko, listening to her crying, promising to be here in no time.
Or maybe it was the fact that Izuku had been hit by a fucking trauma-quirk and it had led him into crying for Katsuki, begging him not to leave him.
“Do you want to sit down, Bakugou-san?”, the doctor asked after a while.
Katsuki let her guide him towards a chair next to the window. They were in Izuku’s hospital-room, the greenette was sleeping, monitoring devices all around him. It had been two hours since he had passed out.
Be okay, Katsuki found himself pleading once again.
“Bakugou-san, I was told, you were the one Midoriya-san was focused on?”
Katsuki nodded.
It was like his voice had just opted out. Damn coward!
“Trauma is a serious thing, I think I don’t need to tell you that”, she continued, mustering a small smile, “Is Midoriya-san seeing a therapist in any kind of context?”
Katsuki closed his eyes.
No, he wasn’t! Because he was stubborn and was sometimes still holding on to his habit of insisting on doing shit alone and-
“Bakugou-san?”
Katsuki exhaled, shaking his head.
“Okay”, she said, writing something down, “I will address this once he’s awake.”
Good luck with that, he thought bitterly.
“One last thing and I’ll let you rest”, she said, “It’s about you being part of his trauma. I want to narrow down the cause, in order to prepare a therapist if Midoriya-san is willing to see one. Fear of loss can be triggered by a lot of things. Most common is for one, abandonment. Second, being forcefully separated and third, witnessing the person being very ill or having a near-death-experience. Does”, she sighed in a way which made clear she already knew the answer, “any of this fit your relationship?”
“Tch”, Katsuki looked away, “You sound like a reporter.”
“Oh no!”, she rushed to say, “I promise you, I have the obligation to be-“
“I know”, he waved her off, adding: “Check all three of them off.”
“I see”, she said, taking some notes, “Thank you. For answering my questions and for saving the city.”
Katsuki lifted the corners of his mouth, trying to be more open about such comments just like Izuku bugged him to be but he could feel that the forced smile didn’t reach his eyes.
The doctor didn’t seem to mind. She excused herself and went out of the room, leaving Katsuki alone with the still unconscious greenhead.
Katsuki walked over to him, sitting on a chair next to the bed. He sighed and avoided looking at the sleeping face, focusing on his scarred hands instead.
The nerd had been bullied in school, had wrecked his own body over and over again, experiencing the most tremendous pain one could think of, had felt society seeing him merely as a vessel of OFA, burdening himself with everyone’s safety in consequence and still…
It activates the heaviest trauma, the deepest fear rooted in somebody’s mind.
Although living through all of that shit, his worst fear was Katsuki leaving him. Not just being abandoned in general but instead by Katsuki specifically.
“Fuck, Izuku”, Katsuki groaned into his hands, having absolutely no idea what to feel.
 ~~~
Izuku slowly opened his eyes, feeling sore.
He blinked against the bright light, feeling his mouth being dry and having now clue where he was.
When his eyes adjusted to the light, he realized he was in the hospital – he would recognize the pattern of the ceilings anytime.
He lifted his head to look around the room and his heart skipped a beat.
Katsuki was there.
Next to Izuku’s leg he had placed his forearms on the bed, resting his head on them, sleeping.
Izuku’s eyes lingered on the blond’s face, registering small cuts.
The fight!
Izuku sat up hastily, reaching out to wake Katsuki up but Izuku’s sudden movement had him already jump up in alarm. When he looked at Izuku, it seemed like it took him a few seconds to remember where he was.
Then he was suddenly leaning into Izuku’s space, piercing right through him.
“How are you feeling? Does something hurt, your head or anything? Do you-“
Izuku huffed.
Katsuki would never agree with him but he had started to pick up Izuku’s mumbling habit and even fell into this kind of rambling once in a while.
“Did you just laugh?!”, Katsuki grabbed Izuku’s hair, jokingly pulling on it, “I was worried out of my fucking mind and you laugh at me?!”
Izuku shook his head but ended up laughing even more. “Sorry, Kacchan”, he said, “I’m sorry to have you worry – what happened?”
“Tch”, Katsuki let go of him and turned slightly away from him but Izuku caught a glance on his face. And he didn’t like the expression.
“What happened?”, he asked again, more serious this time.
“What’s the last thing you remember?”, Katsuki growled.
Izuku rubbed his eyes, trying to remember but his mind was still foggy. His head was hurting badly.
“I…”, he started to say, “I don’t know actually. I know there was a fight but since you and me eating dinner at that new place across your apartment building, I can’t recall anything. At least not clearly.”
Katsuki twisted his mouth. “That was yesterday. Or rather the day before that, it’s almost morning. Seems like you don’t remember shit.”
“Well, tell me then”, Izuku stated, smiling at the blond.
But Katsuki wouldn’t meet his eyes.
“Nah”, he said, walking towards the door, “First I’ll get a nurse or some doctor to check on you and then I’ll look for your mom. She rushed over from work to be by your side the last couple of hours.”
Just like you, Izuku thought, feeling warm at the thought.
“She went to look for something to eat a while ago. I’ll tell her you’re finally awake.”
That tone. Izuku new that tone.
“They will tell me anyway, you know?”, Izuku said, “Even if you refuse to do so now.”
Katsuki shrugged, having his back still turned towards Izuku.
“Alright with me”, he said, opening the door, “Just not in the mood to tell you myself.”
And with that he went out of the room, leaving Izuku wondering what had happened.
Whatever it was, it had made Izuku forget a significant amount of time, sending him to the hospital, making his head throb painfully and… and it also had upset Katsuki.
 ~~~
When his mother entered the room, Izuku was half asleep again, giving in to that lulling pain in his head.
“Izuku?”, her worried voice reached his ears.
He abruptly sat up, extending his arms to hold her hands.
It hurt him to see her concerned expression and the reddened corners of her eyes.
“I’m okay, sorry to have you worry again”, he said, embracing her.
She sniffled into his hospital shirt, slinging her arms around him.
They stayed like that for a while before Izuku realized a nurse was checking his vitals and that a doctor stood in front of his bed, watching him patiently.
“It’s nice to see you awake, Midoriya-san”, she said, when he looked at her.
“Thank you”, he smiled at her and eyed his mother when she pulled away from him, brushing her tears away.
“Bakugou-san told me you don’t seem to remember the fight?”
Izuku eyes shot in her direction.
“Where is he?”, he asked back, recalling the worn out look on his face.
“He went home”, his mother said, placing a hand on his shoulder, “Let him rest, Izuku, the fight has been rough and he hasn’t left your side once.”
Izuku pressed his lips together. He did want Katsuki to get enough rest, it was just that… that…
“Midoriya-san”, the doctor said, trying to get his attention back, “Do you know where you are?”
Izuku nodded, telling them the hospital’s name.
“I’ll list a few animals, okay?”, she asked and continued when he nodded, “Bear, monkey, snake, ant, dog. Can you repeat that?”
Izuku repeated the animals, starting to zone out.
He wanted to see Katsuki.
The doctor asked him a few other questions, mostly about his physical condition.
“My head”, he said, rubbing his forehead, “it hurts very badly. Makes it hard to stay awake actually.”
His mother’s grip tightened. He flashed her a reassuring smile.
“Have been through worse, remember?”, he tried to cheer her up.
“I’d rather not”, she responded, mustering a small smile. Izuku laughed a little.
“Okay”, the doctor took some more notes, “Please list the animals from before.”
She smiled content when he could remember them, handing her clipboard to the nurse and sitting down at the chair Katsuki had been sitting on earlier.
“Well”, she placed her hands against each other, “If you feel ready for it I’d like to talk to you about what happened.”
Izuku nodded eagerly, longing for the blank spaces in his memory to be filled.
~MY HERO ACADEMIA FIC RECS PART 1~
If I die (will you be the one to push me off the roof ?) by Hoco_Koen (oneshot // 5k)
Bakugou Katsuki is many things, but he's not a liar. So when they ask : "Did you tell Midoriya to kill himself ?" When they ask, he says yes.
TW: Major Character Death, Suicide, Bullying, Stalking, Abuse, Murder.
Genre: Hurt No Comfort, Angst
Bakugou Katsuki-centric.
This was so deliciously sad, oh my god. Beautifully written and had a very bittersweet tone to it throughout the fic. The ending made me openly gasp and a complete 10/10.
2. Our echoes, they are deafening by underfallingstars (oneshot // 6k)
“Shinsou, I dare you to kiss the most attractive person in the room.” Bakugou knows Shinsou would choose him, if he gave him the chance. He doesn't.
No TWs Apply.
Genre: Hurt/Comfort
Ships: Shinbaku (Shinsou Hitoshi/Bakugou Katsuki)
This?? was so cute?? A bit angsty, a bit sweet. Made my heart throb, I loved it.
3. stitch me up by kae_karo (twoshot // 36k)
Much to his chagrin, both- what, halves? It’s as good a term as any, he supposes. Both halves of Todoroki stand side by side, staring at him in the most irritating and unnerving way. -- todo gets split into his two quirk halves and katsuki has to Deal With It
No TWs Apply.
Genre: Light Angst, Fluff
TodoBaku.
Absolutely brilliant. Idea? Brilliant. Execution? Brilliant. As a todobaku enthusiast, this hit the EXACT spots that needed to be hit. 10/10, will read again. The way both the halfs were portrayed was utter GENIUS.
4. Tales of unlikely brotherhood by mentallypapaya (Incomplete // currently at 6k)
Five times the class didn't get the Kacchan-Deku dynamic, and the one time they started figuring it out. // "So that was fucking weird, right?" Kirishima checked, pointing at the door they'd just left through. The other occupants of the room nodded in agreement. "I don't think I've ever seen those two have a conversation that didn't end in Midoriya's physical health taking a hit before." Todoroki muttered, head tilting to the side. "It is very odd," Tokoyami agreed. "Could that simply be what happens when Bakugou neglects his sleep schedule?" Kaminari shook his head. "I don't think so, we've been with him all day. He's mostly been normal, apart from just ignoring the shit out of us. I think Mido's the first person he actually responded to." "This is so weird," Kirishima reiterated.
No TWs Apply.
Genre: Fluff, 5+1 Things (is that even a genre-?)
Platonic BakuDeku, Bakugou Katsuki-centric, Midoriya Izuku-centric.
There is a lack of platonic bakudeku fics out there, just saying. And this fic is the perfect example of how many more fics we need.
5. lol get rekt endeavor by Saccha (oneshot // 4k)
"How do you feel about your father becoming the number one hero?" "He'll always be number two in my heart." In which Todoroki Touya grows up to be a hero, and channels his anger into pettiness instead of villainy.
TW: Implied/Referenced Child Abuse
Genre: Crack, Light Angst, Humour
Gen, Todoroki Touya-centric.
Beautiful. I love petty characters and this fic filled the petty meter 100%. The angst was also really well-done and ofc, the Todoroki family deserved better. Not Endeavour tho. Burn in hell to him.
i'm not sure if you use chatgpt for anything, but i heard its a good way to create a prompt and then write all of it yourself. Bakugou angst?
Oh boy
I'd like to thank @z-mizcellaneous-z for getting me hooked on it
In the past week I have put Kacchan through hell:
1. had the league of villains throw him off the roof of a building and hit beams on the way down, a limb is impaled
2. Bakugou gets crushed by rubble after being thrown off a building, dies after he lands on his head and breaks his neck
3. The class watches as bakugou gets tortured by a villain and breaks his neck
4. Toga is disguised as Deku and throws him off a building while the real Deku watches
5. Bakugou has returned to training after the war and a training accident has him losing his leg (started writing this fic before discovering I could torture the son infinitely)
6. The League watches as a new villain throws bakugou off the roof, dislocating limbs as he falls onto beams. The league takes him to Garaki and turns him into a nomu
7. Bakugou thrown off the roof and impaled in the abdomen, deku and kirishima kiss him as he dies
8. I've tried to have bakugou and dabi get teleported onto a mountain in a blizzard during a fight, bakugou gets crushed by an avalanche and dabi forces himself to help.
9. I've drowned bakugou several times
10. I've started something where bakugou and kirishima are fishing in the rain and then a villain appears
11. Bakugou gets kicked out of the dorms as the class is mad at him, a villain kidnaps him and tortures and kills him on a livestream as the class watches.
11. Currently, I'm having a villain torture bakugou, and the class is nowhere to be seen. ( until I order them in. Don't worry, deku will arrive)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
It takes a lot of wrangling the ai to get around the content policy, as it refuses to let me torture my blorbo.
I've done minimal writing on my own fic and grad research paper because of this.
20 Questions for Fic Writers
Tagged by @jazwritesalot. Thank you! 🥹🫶
1. How many works do you have on A03? 120!!
2. What's your total Ao3 word count? 497,454. I have over 25k I haven't posted on A03 though so tack that on and I'm looking at roughly 520k in total.
3. What fandoms do you write for? I currently write for BNHA/ MHA. I used to write for Durarara, HP, Fruits Basket but that was a looooong time ago when I was in my teens lol
4. What are your top five fics by kudos? Fair warning: most of them are NSFW. 1) Take a Bite of Me, 2) Another Day, Another F*ck, 3) more than a learning curve, 4) Need Your Touch, 5) Wrong Size
5. Do you respond to comments? I try to, but I get extremely lazy after a bit and then months later, I respond.
6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending? It would have to be my MCD KRBK fic that I never posted on AO3. It's on Twitter in full but both of them end up dying in the end, one earlier than the other.
7. What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending? Almost all my fics have a happy ending but the happiest one I have thus far is "more than a learning curve". It's completely self indulgent so I wanted it to end in a cute way 🥺
8. Do you get hate on fics? I've only thankfully gotten it once and it was on a collaboration fic. I don't let that stuff bother me though 💜
9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind? Absolutely. Almost 3/4 of my fics on AO3 and Twitter are explicit. I have the most fun writing them.
10. Do you write crossovers? Nope. I don't watch/read enough or have enough creativity to do something like that.
11. Have you ever had a fic stolen? Once. I was very young and found it when searching for my fic title online. It was under a different name and everything. I was so upset that I deleted the fic on my end and stopped completely.
12. Have you ever had a fic translated? Nada. But I would be over the moon if it ever happened. I would need to give approval first before anything, though. I don't want to come across it one day and nothing was said to me, y'know?
13. Have you ever co-written a fic before? Yes! I've done several actually. Some haven't ever been posted publicly but I have a few on AO3 like "Challenge Accepted" and "Pain and Pleasure" that I did with some mutuals on Twitter. It was very fun and I adore doing it 🥰
14. What's your all time favorite ship? KiriBaku! They have my heart in a chokehold. I'm trying to get into others from different fandoms but this one is hard to top.
15. What's a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will? Hidden Behind a Whisper. I loved loved writing this one when I started and I do go and add some from time to time but I've lost half the motivation I had when I first began. It's sad 😭
16. What are your writing strengths? Dialogue and action scenes. The way I write is like imagining a movie scene, and I write each movement someone makes and go from there. In example, Kirishima putting a hand around Bakugou's waist, Izuku kissing Ochako's forehead, things like that.
17. What are your writing weaknesses? Repetitiveness. I tend to say the same thing over and over and have to copy paste my document into a website to see which words are used more than they should. Half the time it's either "that", "just", or "but".
18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic? If you feel it would add more to your story, speak to someone that knows and is fluent in that language and can read over the dialogue to be sure it is correct. Do NOT use Google translate. It's hardly accurate and a terrible source for translation.
19. First fandom you wrote for? HP. It was a Dramione fic and I was I think 14? It's still up online to this day 💀
20. Favorite fic you've written? "more than a learning curve" if we're talking mildly mature. "Need Your Touch" for Explicit.
I tag whoever sees this and would like to participate! 🫶🫶
Class 1A as Genin Teams!
*This is purely my own perspective and how I think the team-ups would be, but I would love to hear what you think and/or if you would pair them up differently :) *
I wanted to keep the 2 boys, 1 girl dynamic, but was short 1 girl, so one team will be all boys.
Also tried to at least give each team a long distance fighter as well as a melee fighter. I will say which is which per team.
TEAM 1: HAWKS, MIDORIYA, TOKOYAMI, KIRISHIMA
Tumblr media
This team consists of 2 melee fighters (Midoriya & Kirishima) and 2 distance fighters (Tokoyami and Hawks).
TEAM 2: EDGESHOT, TODOROKI, YOAYOROZO, SHOJI
Tumblr media
Shoji is the main melee fighter, I feel like Yoayorozu and Edgeshot would both be mid range fighters, with Todoroki is mainly long distance fighter.
TEAM 3: MIRKO, BAKUGOU, URARAKA, OJIRO
Tumblr media
This team is purely consists of melee fighters. They aren't afraid to get close and personal in a fight.
TEAM 4: AIZAWA, SHINSOU, JIROU, SERO
Tumblr media
There are no heavy hitters. This team I feel like would be a stealth/capture team, with Sero as the long-range fighter and the rest as mid-range fighters.
TEAM 5: TENSEI IIDA, TENYA IIDA, ASHIDO, AOYAMA
Tumblr media
Aoyama is the long range fighter and the rest flip flop between melee and mid-range fighters.
TEAM 6: KAMUI WOODS, SATO, ASUI, KODA
Tumblr media
Sato is the melee fighter in this team, and the rest are mid-range fighters. Koda jutsu would be similar to Ino Yamanaka's.
TEAM 7: MT. LADY, KAMINARI, HAGAKURE, MINETA
Tumblr media
Hagakure and Mt. Lady are the melee fighters, Kaminari is a mid-range fighters, and Mineta is long range and very good at setting traps.
Since this is MHA in the Naruto universe, here is what some other pro heroes are doing instead of being a Genin Leader.
All Might is the Hokage.
Nezu is the Hokage's Advisor as well as Gran Torino and Recovery Girl.
Endeavor Is the Jonin Commander.
Present Mic is a pre-Genin teacher (like Izuka).
Midnight works in T&I (Also, would be an inappropriate Genin Leader)
Best Jeanist is a Jonin who usually teaches the Hokage's children and/or grankids the shinobi way, but All Might has no kiddos.
Fat Gum is the Team Leader of the Big Three, Mirio Togato, Nejire Hado, Tamaki Amajiki. (Between the 3, Mirio is currently the only Jonin on the team, Nejire is close to promoting, and Amajiki would have been Jonin way before Mirio if it wasnt for his self-worth issues and lack of motivation).
The previous holders of OFA are previous Hokages.
And there you have it!! This is something I also want to draw someday, but until then, let me know what you think!! 😁
Chapter summary: The movie premiere
Christmas and the New Year passed by in a blur, which meant that the Red Riot movie PR tour was underway, leaving Katsuki Eijirou-less for months. He totally handled it like a pro—he didn’t sulk for weeks and reverted back to pre-Eijirou crabby behavior. Just don’t ask for Deku’s opinion on the matter. At least the two of them were able to text and video call one another pretty frequently.
It also helped that work had picked back up once the semester had started, the steady flow of customers helping the months pass by in what seemed like a blink of an eye. So much so that it was already finals week, and boy were they busy as ever.
Katsuki was in his groove, Dunce Face to the right of him taking orders like a pro. Deku was in the kitchen along with Satou and Cheeks, while Jirou and Iida were zipping in and out of the store with orders. He was in the zone, the cold bar his best friend during the mini heatwave they were having. He added the syrups to the cup, the chocolate and caramel telling Katuski that someone had a hell of a sweet tooth. He topped the glass off with their cold brew, making sure to leave enough room for cream, if the customer so chose.
“One large chocolate caramel cold brew for… ‘Look Up?’” The hell type of name was that? Katsuki followed the direction, expecting to see some sort of snotty punk or a cosplayer as he glanced over the crowd, but his heart stopped as he took in garnet eyes and crimson hair.
“Ei?” he asked, not believing his eyes. Eijirou wasn’t due back for at least another few days.
“Hey ‘Tsuki,” he grinned, sharpened teeth on display. Katsuki handed over the drink, dumbfounded, while Kaminari slid over next to him, elbowing him back to life.
“Go Kacchan. We all got you covered.” He didn’t have to tell him twice—Katsuki ran around the bar and launched himself into Eijirou’s waiting arms. There were a couple oooh’s and awe’s from the patrons as they embraced, but Katsuki ignored them in favor of sharing a brief kiss. He had missed this man like crazy, so sue him for wanting to be affectionate in public. They parted, Eijirou slinging an arm around his shoulders as they left Sugar Rush.
“I thought you weren’t supposed to be back yet.” Katsuki tried to not sound accusatory, but he felt it slipping through the cracks. It wasn’t like he had a countdown prepared or anything…
“I wasn’t, but we had just been waiting around for our flights. Doing sight-seeing and all that. But I realized that I’d rather be here with you, so I pulled some strings.” Earnest, sappy idiot.
“Dunce Face and Soy Sauce Face in on it too?” The sheepish grin he got in response was all he needed to confirm that theory. They continued their walk to Katuski’s apartment, Eijirou talking about all the different people he met and things he got to see while he had been away. It was like there had never been any time apart, which Katuski adored.
“I was thinking, once you drop your stuff off, we can go to that ramen place you like—the one with the spicy tofu.” Katsuki had just opened the door, the two of them entering the apartment, and he had to suppress a groan.
“Eijirou, as much as I would love that, you’ve been gone for five months and I have the apartment to myself for the next four hours. We can eat later.” He was hoping Eijirou would catch on to the underlying meaning, and with the way the other man’s eyes darkened was an indication that he sure did. Katsuki did NOT squeak as he was picked up and the door was kicked shut behind them. But, as he melted into the kiss they shared, Katsuji forgot all about it, ready to get reacquainted with his boyfriend.
-----------------------------------------------------------
The week ended uneventfully, but Katsuki was full of energy. Today was the day he graduated, and he couldn’t be more excited. He was a little disappointed that his parents weren’t going to be attending the ceremony or after party, but he tried his best to stomp that down. Besides, he had Eijirou, and all his friends, there to support him in the ways they could.
“Don’t you boys just look so handsome!” Auntie Inko exclaimed, dabbing at her eyes with a handkerchief. Deku was standing next to him in their small apartment, biting his lip to avoid crying himself. Even Katsuki felt himself tearing up a bit—he worked his ass off for years for this moment. He didn’t even throw a fit when his Auntie insisted on a photo of the two of them together, leaning in to share the space with Deku.
Once the photos were complete, they piled into his Auntie’s car to head to the University. Eijirou told him he’d meet Katsuki at the ceremony so he could spend time with his family, which only made him pout a bit. But, he didn’t dwell on it for long; he was going to have unfettered access to Eijirou once the movie premiere was over. Which was tomorrow. And he was Eijirou’s plus one.
‘Focus Katsuki,’ he chided himself. He could think about the implications of going public with their relationship later. Today, it was his day. The ride to the University was uneventful, but it gave Katsuki time to redirect his energy toward how proud of himself he was. He had heard for years that he was going to be nothing but a delinquent, so how sweet this victory felt.
“I’m sorry Auntie Mitsuki and Uncle Masaru couldn’t be here,” Izuku whispered low enough that his mother wouldn’t hear, knowing that was a sore spot for her as well as Katsuki.
“Don’t be. I know they’re proud. They’re just busy.” It was the mantra he repeated to himself to stifle the disappointment. “You know, I’m proud of you, ya nerd.”
“Who are you and what have you done with Kacchan?” Deku teased, expertly avoiding the elbow thrown his way. It seemed that they made it in a blink of an eye, and the excitement surged through him all over again. Eijirou had texted him to let him know where he was, and the trio made their way to him.
“Hey ‘Tsuki. Hey Midoriya,” he greeted them both, Katsuki with a kiss and Deku with a fistbump. “Hello ma’am,” he added in Inko’s direction.
“So polite. You chose yourself a keeper, didn’t you, Katsuki?” Inko teased, which earned her a half-hearted snarl and roll of the eyes while his face flushed. “No need to be so formal. You can call me Mama Midoriya if you’d like. Now, Izuku, when is Uraraka supposed to get here?” she asked, turning her attention to her son, which left the two men in their own bubble.
“I’m so proud of you, ‘Tsuki,” Eijirou murmured while his fingers toyed with the medal around Katsuki’s neck.
“Just think, next year we will be doing this all over again, but for you.” He wasn’t sure why he was feeling so bashful suddenly; Eijirou’s praise was too much to deal with in public.
“True. But today is about you, not me.” He leaned in for a quick kiss, to which Katsuki happily reciprocated. “Now,” he started as they separated, “I told Denks not to go overboard today, but I can’t make any promises that he actually listened.”
“Hah! It would be a cold day in hell before Dunce Face didn’t overdo it.” Katsuki could only imagine what was in store for him at the party later.
“Now boys, we better get going if we want to get good seats,” Inko called to them, breaking them away from their conversation. Cheeks was next to her, which meant everyone who was attending the ceremony was there. Eijirou gave Katsuki one last parting kiss before he left with Inko and Uraraka. He and Deku made their way toward the mass of people, being corralled into their respective areas for the grand march into the auditorium.
If Katsuki thought time had been moving crazy fast already, it was nothing compared to now—one second they were standing outside, the next they were seated in the stuffy auditorium, perspiration beading under his cap. There were so many people in this small area, and while Katsuki wouldn’t say he was claustrophobic, it definitely had him on edge.
The emcee was flying through the names of those who were graduating, the Ph.D. candidates first, then the other graduate students before finally beginning on the bachelor degree recipients. Katsuki’s leg was bouncing with pent up energy; there wasn’t any sort of seating arrangement, so they were allowed to line up by major. He figured that being at the front of his section would mean he would be seated closer to the front of the recipients, but as luck had it, he was the absolute last person on his side of the auditorium. Fuckin’ peachy.
Finally the usher made their way to his row, and they made their way to the stage, his name card clutched firmly in his hand. The noise in the auditorium was deafening, most families ignoring the “please hold all applause until the end of the ceremony” that had been advised at the beginning by Chancellor Nezu. He was so close to his target, the person ahead of him getting their photo taken before walking the stage themselves. The flash temporarily blinded him once it was his turn, but he didn’t let it stop him, the adrenaline of this moment finally kicking in. He handed over his name card and made his way to the center of the stage.
“School of Science, bachelors in chemistry, Bakugou Katsuki!” the emcee’s booming voice called out as Katsuki shook hands with the short, balding man that was Chancellor Nezu while receiving the scroll that stood in place of diplomas. He was tunnel-visioned at this point, his focus on the symbolic scroll as he turned and grinned manically at the crowd. He fuckin’ did it! The room was full of polite applause for him, but he swore he could hear Eijirou hollering for him.
Once he got seated, the emcee went into a big spiel about something or another—Katsuki couldn’t focus, nor did he care. His hands were shaking and he knew there were a few tears mixing with the sweat on his face. And when they called for all the new graduates to move their tassels to the left, cheers erupted and chaos ensued as caps were tossed in the air. Classmates hugged one another and there were many tears shed. A sense of peace washed over him as they announced his graduating class. He made it.
As quickly as they all filed into the auditorium, they were ushered out, the staff ready to prepare for the next ceremony. Katsuki couldn’t keep the grin off his face as they were herded like cattle, losing track of Deku in the process. He squinted as they finally exited the building, the sun beating down into his eyes. He felt his phone buzzing in his pocket, and as he pulled it out, he saw that it was a text from Eijirou letting him know where they were at. He made his way over to their new meeting spot, picking up a lost looking Izuku along the way.
“Congratulations baby,” Eijirou smiled as they finally re-congregated, leaning down for a kiss before offering a bouquet of flowers to Katsuki.
“Thanks babe,” Katsuki blushed, taking the flowers.
“You two need a picture! Get close!” Cheeks said, whipping her phone out. As they posed for their picture, waves of gratitude washed over Katsuki—for the man next to him, for his cousin and Auntie, for the woman taking his picture. He wouldn’t have been able to come this far without each and every one of them in some form or fashion.
“We better hurry, or we will miss Kaminari’s party for us,” Deku called over to them as Uraraka texted the pictures she took over to Katsuki.
“We are the party, nerd. Dunce Face can get over it if we’re late.” It finally got to the point that it was sweltering in the regalia, Katsuki shedding the gown as quickly as he could.
“Denks won’t be mad. Knowing him, he’s probably scrambling to get everything ready because he slept in,” Eijirou laughed. He was probably right too. The men returned their gowns, and all five of them piled into Inko’s small car, ready to head to Tape Deck for the party, since their apartment was too small to host all their friends. The car was alight with idle conversation as they made the short drive to the house, Katsuki and Izuku’s excited energy still contagious.
Whatever Katsuki was anticipating as they pulled up to the driveway of Eijirou’s house paled in comparison to what Dunce Face had actually cooked up. There was a giant ‘congratulations!’ banner across the front porch, and you could already feel the music pulsing as they all exited the vehicle. It was then that it dawned on him that he was about to subject his Auntie to one Kaminari Denki. Thank God it wasn’t his own mother.
“Congrats my homo bromos!” Speak of the devil. Hurricane Dunce Face came running down the stairs, Soy Sauce Face and Troll Doll following behind him, and pulled Katsuki and Deku into a hug that Katsuki vehemently fought against.
“Can’t you behave for like, I don’t know, two seconds?” Katsuki griped as he was able to extract himself from Kaminari’s hold.
“He doesn’t know the meaning of that word,” Sero laughed.
“He really doesn’t,” Shinsou sighed as he pulled Kaminari away from the group and to his side.
“That’s totally not true and you all know it,” he pouted before noticing Inko. “Oh m’god I’m so sorry, Ma’am! I’m Kaminari Denki. It’s nice to meet you.”
“Please dear, call me Mama Midoryia.” Auntie continued to introduce herself to the others and Katsuki took the second to breathe.
“You doin’ okay babe?” Eijirou whispered into his hair as he pressed a kiss to his temple.
“I’m fine. Just know this is about to be a long day. And who knows what we will see once we get inside.” He shuddered to think of it, still scarred by Sero’s underwear.
“If it helps, I think Shinsou and Hanta helped him get things ready, so at least he wasn’t entirely left to his own devices.” Thank god for that. They made their way inside the house, and Katsuki was surprised to see that most of the staff of Sugar Rush was there.
“Satou had us get the orders out early this morning and closed up shop for the party,” Kaminari explained as he followed the two into the house. Huh, that was kinda sweet of him. Jirou was in the corner with Camie, both of them drinking out of plastic glasses which Katsuki could only hope was fruit punch and not liquor of some sort. Glasses was engaged in a conversation with the Midoriyas and Cheeks, and Dunce Face was greeting TetsuTetsu and Tokoyami as they showed up late, Tetsu with a case of beer in hand. Tokoyami immediately made a beeline for the stool in the corner of the kitchen, where Katsuki was sure he was going to remain for the rest of the party.
Hours passed by without incident, but the minute that Auntie Inko left to go home, Dunce Face had broken out the alcohol and the “real” party began, according to him. A few other Tape Deck regulars came filtering in, which made Katsuki suspicious that this was about to turn into another gig of Kaminari’s, which immediately was confirmed as the doors to the basement opened.  As they migrated downstairs and the live music began, Katsuki felt like he was at home with Eijirou by his side as they moshed and lived life to the fullest.
All of his worries about the next day that had been simmering seemed to melt away as the night progressed and the drinks continued. Whatever came next, he would be able to handle it.
-----------------------------------------------------------
Katsuki was wrong—there was no way he was going to be able to handle this. The next day came with a hangover of epic proportions and a pit in his stomach that was threatening to claw its way up his throat. The low-level panic that had been thrumming under the surface for about a week now reared its ugly head, causing him to be short with Deku as he was pacing around their apartment.
“For the love of god, Kacchan, calm down before you have an aneurism,” Izuku finally snapped, pushing tylenol and a glass of water in Katsuki’s hand as he guided him to the kitchen table to sit.
“Shut up nerd,” he snarled before downing the pills. “What if he gets embarrassed of me?” The insecurities were bubbling to the surface at a rapid pace, the fear of losing Eijirou too much to fathom.
“I hardly doubt you’re going to do anything to embarrass yourself, or him for that matter. You’re not fifteen anymore, Kacchan. You do have some sense of decorum now.” He had a point; Katsuki may be a hothead, but at least he knew how to control it, for the most part.
“But what if—”
“Stop with the ‘what ifs!’ You’ve been at this since you woke up! He likes you enough to want the world to know.” Izuku’s glare softened as he took in the wide-eyed fear that was blanching Katsuki’s face. “I know it can be scary, but I know you’re just as crazy about him as he is you.”
“I just want to be the best partner I can be. And you know how crowds make me.” Public speaking, and events where all eyes were on him, always made him squirm uncomfortably, no matter how much practice he had growing up.
“Just focus on Eijirou—I’m sure he’ll have your back. And I’m sure that if it gets to be too much he’ll know exactly what to do. You just have to let him know.” Damn the nerd and his ability to make things make sense. “Now, he will be here in an hour and you look like death warmed over. Get your ass in gear and get ready.”
“Oh fuck off,” he rolled his eyes. “Thanks, by the way.” Izuku just nodded at him, turning his attention back to prepping for his watch party with Cheeks, Dunce Face, and Eyebags.
Katsuki rushed to prepare himself, showering quickly then dressing in the suit that Eijirou had picked out for him, much to his dismay. Thankfully it wasn’t as much of a fashion disaster as it could have been, given EIjirou’s love of bold patterns. The dark slacks and deep red button down were accentuated by a vest with white roses on it. He was surprised there wasn’t a jacket, but he wasn’t going to question it.
By the time he finished popping in his contacts and applying some eyeliner, there was a knock at the door, signaling that Eijirou was there to pick him up. He scrambled to the front room, making sure he grabbed his phone, keys, and wallet, and opened the door to see Eijirou looking as dashing as ever in his charcoal grey suit. His hair was tied back tastefully and he had a bashful smile on his face as he took in Katsuki.
“You look great—”
“Damn Ei, you’re so handsome—”
They blinked as they talked over one another before both men burst out laughing. Why was Katsuki so nervous anyway? This was his Eijirou; the silly man he had fallen head over heels for. So what if they were going public with their relationship? It wouldn’t change a damn thing.
“As much as I’d love to stay here with you, we probably should get going so we aren’t late.” Katsuki nodded, slipping his shoes on and following Ei outside while throwing up the middle finger as Deku wished them good luck and to have a great time on the way out. Katsuki blinked when he saw the limousine.
“Perks of the job, I guess?” Ei shrugged sheepishly.
“Idiot,” Katsuki smiled fondly, sliding into the vehicle. Eijirou followed, his hand immediately finding the other’s and holding it securely. His palm was slightly sweaty and it was then that Katsuki realized that Ei must be just as nervous as he was. “Hey, we’ve got this,” Katsuki assured the both of them, “if shit goes south, we bail and just let those extras think what they want to. Today is about you.”
“Thanks Katsuki,” Eijirou smiled, leaning over and pressing a chaste kiss to his lips. Katsuki found himself chasing after his lips once they parted, which earned him a hearty laugh from Eijirou. The anxiety that he had been feeling all morning seemed to melt away as he sat hand-in-hand with Ei, the silence not oppressive but comforting.
As they approached the theater, Katsuki could see the crowd gathered, which made his pulse quicken. He could do this. He would do this. For Eijirou and for himself. As they pulled over, the red carpet matched with their door, he took a steadying breath.
“Ready love?” Eijirou asked as he squeezed Katsuki’s hand reassuringly.
“As I’ll ever be.” With that, the chauffeur opened the door and the silence was instantly dispelled, shouts and camera clicks accompanied by blinding flashes of light filling the void. Both men exited the vehicle and it was like a drop of blood being teased to hungry sharks—immediately they were surrounded by reporters who were calling out to Eijirou, desperate for his attention. He played it cool, however, politely smiling and waving, yet not engaging with the multitudes of voices chorusing out for him. It made Katsuki’s head swim, but he held steady, not wanting to break so soon.
“Kirishima!” one reporter called out, stepping in front of the two of them, shoving a microphone into Eijirou’s face. “How excited are you for the premiere of the Red Riot movie tonight?” It was then that they saw their intertwined hands, and a smile crossed their features. “And who might this be with you?”
“I am excited for the world to see Red Riot come to life on the big screen,” he answered diplomatically. “As for who I am with, this is my boyfriend.”
“Boyfriend? And what would your name be, young man?” The microphone was then moved to Katsuki, as was the camera that had been trailing behind the reporter.
“Bakugou Katsuki,” he bit out gruffly, trying to keep the nerves from his voice, but knowing he was failing miserably. A quick squeeze of his hand from Eijirou was enough to steel his nerves. The squeeze did not go unnoticed by the reporter, whose grin only widened.
“Bakugou, huh? Well then, how long have you and Kirishima been an item? And why is this the first time we are hearing about you?” He could feel his blood pressure rising with each question thrown his way.
“We’ve been together for a while, but we wanted some privacy with our relationship,” Eijirou smoothly interjected, saving Katsuki from blowing up.
“Is it really privacy, or is it more making sure he’s gonna stick around?” The fuck were they trying to say?
“Excuse me?” Katsuki asked, teeth gritted and veins pulsing on his temple. Eijirou just blinked at the reporter, seemingly stunned at her blunt question.
“I mean, Kirishima here is young, rich, and gorgeous. Who’s to say you’re not just in it for the money?” Oh, they wanted to play that game, huh?
“Listen here bitch,” Katsuki started, all sense of the decorum Deku swore he had leaving him, “I don’t know what kind of news program you’re running here, but you better think twice before asking people asinine questions like that again. Because there’s no reason for you to be disrespecting a wonderful man like Kirishima by making bold statements like that. And, for your information, I’m in love with this man, and I wouldn’t ever think of using him like you’re accusing me of. So, from the bottom of my heart, go fuck yourself.”
The reporter looked at him with their jaw hung wide open, and the cameraman was quick to run off. Katsuki felt his phone vibrate in his pocket, and it didn’t take a genius to know that it was Deku texting him. He turned to look at Eijirou, who was looking at him incredulously.
“Ei, I’m so—”
“You love me?” The words were asked so softly that Katsuki could barely hear them, but it was enough to make his own stop short.
“Of course I love you. Anyone would be an idiot to not love you. You make me a better man every day, and I’m glad you continue choosing me.” Tears lined Eijirou’s eyes, and Katsuki would be lying to say that he didn’t have any himself. They kissed briefly, ignoring the clicks of cameras and existing in the bubble that was theirs.
“I love you too, you know,” Eijirou said as they broke apart, and Katsuki smiled at him warmly, already having known this fact. “Let’s get moving; I’m sure the closer we get to the entrance, the less we will have to deal with nosy paparazzi.”
They hadn’t gotten more than ten feet down the carpeted path before a voice called out to Katsuki, making his stomach drop. There was no way…
“Oi brat!” his mother yelled, stomping her way over to him, his father in tow. “I thought my eyes were deceiving me, but sure as hell my ears weren’t. What are you even doing here at an event like this? You’re too fuckin’ feral.”
“Oh shove it, Hag,” he quipped back at her before stepping forward and giving her and his father a hug, much to the confusion of Eijirou.
“Uh?”
“Sorry Ei. These are my parents. This is my boyfriend.” There. Introductions were done. But, wait a second—
“Oh! Hello Mr. and Mrs. Bakugou. It’s nice to see you again,” Eijirou smiled at the couple. “Wait, you’re Katsuki’s parents?” he finally asked as it caught up to him too.
“We literally have the same last name, Ei. How are you just now putting this together?”
“You don’t really talk about your parents! For all I know, they could have been distant relatives of yours.” Well, he did have a point, even if Katsuki was the spitting image of his mother.
“Ouch, you don’t talk about us, Brat?”
“Oh shut up, Hag.”
“Katuski, please be nice to your mother,” Masaru sighed and Katsuki bared his teeth at him.
“I’m sorry Katsuki hasn’t formally introduced you to us. You’ll have to come over sometime for dinner. And I can show you his baby pictures as retaliation.” Eijirou perked up at this and Katuski whipped his attention back to his mother.
“You. Wouldn’t. Dare.”
“Try me, ya little shit.”
“As pleasant as it’s been seeing you both, Mitsuki and I must make our rounds. Please do come over soon Katsuki. And as my wife said, you’re more than welcome to join Kirishima.” As suddenly as they appeared, they were gone, mingling with the crowd.
“I really hope we don’t get any more surprises tonight,” Katsuki grumbled as they passed a trio holding hands, the blue-haired woman in the middle flanked by a buff-looking blond and a timid-looking man with black hair.
“No kidding. I still can’t believe I met your parents tonight.” They rounded the corner, closer to the entrance when they both stopped, not believing their eyes.
“Hanta? What the hell, dude?” Eijirou exclaimed, catching Sero’s attention.
“Hey guys,” he smiled, as if it were just another day at Tape Deck and he wasn’t standing there in a fitted designer suit.
“I mean, I know why I’m here. But why are you here?” Katsuki asked.
“He’s my plus one,” a stoic voice said, and a man with two-tone hair appeared out of nowhere, wrapping his arm around Sero’s waist.
“You’ve been dating Todoroki?” Eijirou shouted, briefly gaining the attention of those around them, before they decided that it wasn’t worth it, especially after the tabloid interview disaster.
“Is there a problem with that?” Half and Half asked, blinking at them.
“Not at all! It’s just surprising is all,” Eijirou backtracked quickly, waving his hands in front of him.
“The bastard’s just been cryptic with who he’s been seeing. That’s why we’re so surprised to see him here with you,” Katsuki added, once it finally registered in his brain who they were talking to. Deku would be rolling over in his proverbial grave right now if he could be face to face with Todoroki Shouto.
“Oh, that’s okay then. I thought you had a problem with gay people.” Katsuki couldn’t tell if that was a joke or not with how bluntly it was said.
“Babe, they’re hella gay for one another,” Sero whispered, which then answered Katuski’s unspoken question.
“Congratulations then. Sorry for assuming.” He accompanied his apology with a small bow.
“It’s really no big deal, man,” Eijirou laughed awkwardly, rubbing the back of his neck. Todoroki straightened his posture and something past the two of them caught his attention.
“Oh look, there’s my Father. Come on, Hanta—let’s go piss him off.” With that, he was gone, weaving through the crowd toward a massive man with flaming red hair.
“And that’s my cue to leave. Have fun tonight guys!” Sero called out to them as he chased after Todoroki.
“Do I even want to know?” Katsuki asked.
“From what I’ve gathered, Todoroki and his father don’t have the greatest relationship, so he does as much as he can to get under his skin. I’m just hoping that he’s not using Hanta.”
“Doesn’t look like it. Soy Sauce Face seemed to be smitten with the guy. Besides, if he is, we’ll just kick his ass,” Katsuki shrugged, earning him a hearty laugh from Eijirou. People passed by, filing into the theater, and Katsuki checked his watch. “Shit, it’s almost premiere time. We better get going.”
“Let’s do this thing!” Eijirou exclaimed, bumping his fists together before lacing his fingers with Katsuki’s. They made their way to their seats, at the very front of the theater, thank you very much. The lights dimmed, previews started, and Katsuki found himself antsy to see his boyfriend on the big screen.
“You excited babe?” Eijirou teased after a while, the previews cycling through not nearly fast enough in Katsuki’s opinion.
“I can’t wait to see you, sue me,” he shrugged.
“You’ve got me right here,” he chuckled and Katsuki flipped him off, which earned him another laugh.
“You know what I mean, asshole. This is your work—you’ve seen what I do, now it’s my turn to see what you pour your blood, sweat, and tears into.” He could see the tearful smile that Eijirou was sporting and leaned over to kiss him softly as the final preview finished.
“I hope you’ll enjoy it, I really do, ‘Tsuki,” he whispered as they parted and settled in their seats. They fell into a comfortable silence as the opening credits began rolling. As the credits transformed into the title sequence and first scenes of the film, Katsuki felt immense pride surge through him for his boyfriend. All the hard work finally paid off for him as they got to watch him bring a beloved character to life on the silver screen.
As he snuck a glance at Eijirou, who was watching the film, mesmerized by the action, Katuski knew that he wanted to spend forever seeing that face. He may be young, dumb, and in love, but he knew what he wanted, damn it. And that was a life with Eijirou, as long as he would have him. A soft smile came to his face as they both watched on—who would have ever thought that one shift at Sugar Rush would lead to such a life-changing trajectory for him. After all, Katsuki will forever be thankful for shitty coffee and for being wrong about never seeing Eijirou again, that’s for sure.
Not that he would ever complain, of course. They both may have done some stupid shit along the way, but all that mattered now was that they were together. Equals that had each other’s best interest at heart. If asked to do it over, Katsuki wouldn’t have it any other way. Sometimes, it does pay off in the best way to be wrong.
College Party (AMAB)
Bakugou x gn!reader (amab version)
Warnings: Smut, degrading, alcohol
Summary: College AU. Bakugou says something dumb while drunk, and you overhear. He follows you too make up for it.
Words: 2 k
Notes: afab version: here. And as always comments are greatly appreciated <3
It has already been a long night, you have maybe had a little too much to drink. You can’t find Bakugou anywhere, not that you have really looked. The house you are currently in is a suburb house, you are not even sure who’s house it was. But you are there and to some extent enjoying yourself. The sound system is playing as loud as it can and the whole house is shaking. The living room couches have been moved to a circle where a group is currently playing spin the bottle. The kitchen has been made to a home bar, you are moving slowly in that direction. You can feel the floor becoming stickier the closer you come to the kitchen.
Denki is standing before you, you don’t see where he came from. But there he is with two shots in hand giving you one of them.
“Bottoms up.” You entangle your arms and down the hatch the shot goes. It burns going down and it is probably vodka or something. That was not your go to.
“Have you seen Katsuki?” You ask the blonde, he shakes his head. You are not sure he heard you over the music. The shot made you giddy, and the time is dance time.
You move out on the empty dance floor and start moving your body to the music. You have never been an amazing dancer, but alcohol and loud music was the perfect time to learn. Some dude come up behind you, you are not even sure who it is. And who cares? You just keep dancing. The song ends and the next song is right up your alley. One of Taylor Swift’s older songs starts playing on the sound system. You sing along not caring about anything, the music is loud enough for nobody too hear your voice. Actually, you can barely hear you own voice.
The song ends, and you decide to move further into the house. Walking past the people playing spin the bottle and up the stairs. Maybe finding a place for some privacy and somewhere where the music is not making your head spin.
The stairs are gross, it looks like someone puked on the first couple of steps. You go upstairs trying to get away from the noise. A familiar voice can be heard in one for the nearest rooms. You follow it to find Bakugou sitting with Sero, Kirishima and Hagakure.
“What about them?” You hear Katsuki’s voice and are immediately intrigued. You lean against the wall, just besides the door and listen.
“You have been spending a lot of time with them, something going on?” Sero ask and the familiar feeling of butterflies erupt in your stomach.
“Nothing special.” He replies coldly, you smile. He was never good with feelings. You cross your fingers and silently pray for his friends to keep digging.
“Ohh come on dude, there must be something. No one spends that much time with someone if they don’t like them.” Kirishima adds and you can almost hear the tooth eating grin in his voice.
“Just shut it shitty hair.”
“Ohh come on Bakubro?” You’re standing as still as possible, waiting for him to say something.
“Okay? You really wanna know?”
“Yeah, Bakugou that is why we’re asking.” Hagakure’s voice is sweet in an almost creepy way.
“Okay, they’re annoying and clingy. I keep them around cause they are a good fuck. That’s what you wanna hear?” The room goes silent, and the lump in your throat grows. Did he mean that? Tears well in your eyes and it feels like the room is spinning.
The silent is disturbed by Hagakure that starts laughing hysterically.
“I knew it!” She almost yells and all you want to do is sink into the ground and disappear.
You run. That’s all you can do with the tears now falling down your cheeks. You run. You can almost see nothing, which result is you running full speed into a corner. The pain shoots from you shoulder out into your arm. You cry out, but don’t stop moving. You start feverishly opening doors trying to find an unlocked room. When you turn the third doors handle it opens and you’re standing in a pink bathroom.
You close the door and just start sobbing. Why did you always fall for the guys who could never like you back? Tears and snot are running down your face and a hiccup erupts from your stomach. You bend over the sink and try drinking some water.
You slowly calm down and your breath steadies. Fuck what did you get yourself into? Maybe the drinking was a part of the meltdown? Or maybe your world just turned upside down? You liked Katsuki. You really did. You thought you were an item. That he soon would ask to be your boyfriend. But maybe that was all just a sweet fantasy? Maybe you read the signs wrong?
A knock on the door disturbs your anxiety train. You look at yourself in the mirror, your eyes are red and swollen. You definitely look like you cried.
“Come on open up extra.” Bakugou’s voice is harsh, but in a caring way.
“Go away, not in the mood.”
“Ohh don’t bullshit me. Open the door.”
“No.”
The handle moves and the simple thougth passes your mind. You didn’t lock the door. The door opens and your crush is standing right before you. He looks at your face and his features soften. He strokes your cheek and brushes a tear away.
“Who hurt you?” His voice is soft, softer than you ever think you have heard it before. Maybe he cares?
“No one.” Your voice cracks and you know he sees right through you.
“Don’t lie to me.” He is stern and you know you can’t lie to him.
“You did.” It’s just above a whisper and you’re not sure he heard you. He grips you chin and turns your head up, so you are looking right at him. You swallow, but the lump in your throat isn’t going anywhere. His gaze softens and he slowly bends down to lay his lops against yours.
You turn your head and the hand on your chin hardens its grip.
“Why are you turning away?”
“Am I just a good fuck too you?” You voice is weak, and you look down. His mouth dries. You heard him? The one thing he would never want you too hear. You heard. What is wrong with him? Why did he have to say that? Why couldn’t he be honest? Tell you how much you mean too him? Tell you that nobody like you have ever made him feel the way you make him feel.
He clears his throat, open his mouth to speak. But no words come out. He lets his hand fall and tears well in his eyes. He hurt you.
“I’m sorry.” Its barely above a whisper and you feel you hear melt. You don’t think he has ever said those words to anyone. Not since you got to know him at least. You look at his handsome features and tears a slowly rolling down his face. You have definitely never seen him cry. You lay a hand on his cheek and moves his head slowly. His eyes meet yours.
“Tell me what’s going on?”
More tears start running down his cheeks and he open his mouth for the second time to speak.
“I thought I was protecting you. I know that’s stupid, but… I love you.” And in that moment your heart melts. He loves you. HE LOVES YOU! You giggle and he looks up at you again. A smile appears on his lips, and you lean towards him.
He catches you lips and for a second it’s just you too in the world. He moves a hand down your back and takes a good grip on your ass. He pulls you up against him and you wrap your legs around his waist. He kisses down your neck and jaw. He sets you down on sink and pushes himself in between your legs. He takes a hold of your waist and moves your hardness against his. You moan and he almost swallows your moans with his mouth. He pushes his tongue into your mouth and quickly takes control.
He lay kisses down your neck, he moves his hand under your shirt and removes the piece of garment. He kisses your chest and down your stomach. He kneels before you and the sight alone have you drooling. He smiles up at you while he pulls your pants and underwear down over your ass. He continues his kisses down over your hip and your thighs. He takes your Legs over his shoulders and plants a kiss on the head of your cock.
“Tease.” You half moan as he picks up and lick from your base to your tip. You half scream as he gently bites, he licks from your ass up to your cock. You let out another scream and that is his cue to fucking devour you. He doesn’t give you a chance to prepare before he is bobbing his head up and down gagging a few times.
You throw your head back against the mirror and just enjoys this beast of a man, kneeling before you and sucking you down. You can feel your stomach tensing and the familiar feeling of building towards a climax can be felt in your whole body. You’re so close.
“Just a little more, fuck...” you groan, and he chuckles down on you and the vibrations are heaven.
“I’m gonna cum, fuck… I’m gonna cum.” You scream as your high crashes over you. He doesn’t stop. He continues his assault on your cock and happily swallows your cum. He doesn’t stop. Working you towards another climax and another world breaking high. He kisses your thighs and the head of your cock.
“Too much… sensitive.” He doesn’t listen and probably doesn’t care. You’re his and he’s going to prove it.
When you come for the second time, he finally lets you breathe. He stands up and kisses you as devouring as possible. You can taste yourself on his lips.
“I’m gonna fuck you know.” It’s not a question, he has already decided what’s going to happen.
“I’m not sure I can go more.” He just chuckles and plops you down on the floor. Turning you around and pressing you front down on the sink. He runs a finger down your spine and dips it into you dipping asshole.
“You ready for me pretty?” You can hear him unzips his pants and there it is. His cock pressing against your hole.
“Ohh your so tight for me, you think you can take me?” You nod furiously and hear him chuckle. He presses the head in and you’re already a moaning mess. He stretches you so good, he moves a few centimeters further in and you clench around him.
“Fuck.” He moans and you feel proud of yourself. He pushes the rest of the way in, and you scream.
“If you’re goanna be a tease, I’m gonna fuck you into the ground… bitch.” You mumble something like ‘try bitch’ and Katsuki takes it like a challenge. He sets a brutal pace and hammers your hips into the sink. The pain is excruciating but it just builds your high faster. Fuck you’re already going to come. He groans and reaches around your body to touch your cock. Your high is building to fast for you to follow.
You come crashing down before you get a chance to react, Katsuki groans again as you clench around him.
“I’m gonna fuck you full of my cum, slut.” He comes with a roar, and you can feel him spill his load into your ass. Fuck it feels good.
You just stand there for a second covered in each other and sweat.
“I love you too.” You whisper, and in that moment none of you had ever been happier.
If you genuinely believe someone cheated & submitted an unqualified duo, DM or send me an ask. (Also: characters who date after a long friendships are allowed if emphasis is on the friendship)
Dad! All Might x Ojamajo! Reader (Part 3)
 i try to use “-” a lot and it may not be successful
https://youtu.be/didH5tJIGUU - the song that inspired it all, dont know it’s saying but the vibe inspired this story
Part 1  Part 2
Tumblr media
It was the day of the wedding. Yagi was so excited he wasn’t sure what to do with himself, this is the happiest day he’s had…in awhile. He finds it very fortunate to be here and to be marrying the most perfect woman he’s ever met. To be gaining a family again, a kid again. Although if you’d asked him he’s had a lot more kids then that, the students he taught were all like his children. And they were all here at the wedding!
Well, all but one. But your picture was there, that he made sure of. It’d be in the first row, so it could see everything that happened.
Izuku, the best man but also the one to give his mom away, was currently helping him get ready in his room.
“You’ve gone through how many press conferences and meetings, and you can’t tie a damn tie?”
Bakugou was also there.
All might could only chuckle and rub his head sheepishly. It was true, he had never really been able to tie his tie. He always got someone to tie it for him, it was hard to do in his muscular form so he just never learned how.
He was lucky Bakugou had mellowed out in adulthood some, or he may have gotten a much worse scolding then that one. Or maybe it was his husband, Kirishima, standing in the room that gave Bakugou some much needed restraint.
“Give him a break, Kacchan, he hasn’t had a conference in awhile.” Izuku had chimed in from his position, having had just finished helping Yagi with his hair.
“And lets face it hun, it’s better to let a perfectionist like you do it anyways.” Kirishima joked from his position in the doorframe, already having gone through the same thing himself with his own tie.
“Whatever...” Katsuki had only growled in response.
“Ochaco just texted, apparently some more guests have arrived. I’m gonna go see if they need any help.” Izuku informed.
“Go, we don’t need you here anyways.” The snarky remark from Katsuki, as expected. He heard Kirishima trying not to laugh as he scolds Katsuki growing more quiet as Izuku walked down the hall.
He took the moment to himself to admire the venue his mother and Yagi had picked out, it was really quite beautiful. It had a reception area just outside, all set up and ready for use.
Walking up to some of his old classmates, Izuku gave a brief explanation to them, instructing them to head towards the actual area for the vows while he took their gifts outside to the reception. He had gone outside and expected to be the only out there, but...
“Excuse me.”
Izuku jumped in surprise. He quickly turned around to see a (height) figure standing in front of him.
“Sorry, you startled me. Did you need something?” He was surprised that he didn’t hear you come up, especially since his senses had gotten pretty good since his time as a hero.
He didn’t recognize you. You weren’t a classmate or a family member, at least not any family member he knows of.
“This is the table for gifts, yes?” The mysterious stranger tils their head at him, hair falling gently over their face. His eyes couldn’t help but be drawn to the interesting clothes they had worn and the crystal that hung on a thread around their neck-
“Sir?”
“Oh, uh, yes! You can set it anywhere on this table.” He inches to the side a little, to stay out of the way of you placing your gift in its desired spot. Izuku was trying to wrap his head around your presence, a little difficult from  a little paranoia. What were the odds you were a villain, or the child of a villain coming to take revenge on the former number one hero?
But the security at this venue was tight, they made sure of it. There were a lot of heroes attending tonight, old and new, so it’s a prime event for disaster if a villain happens to hear of it. But observing your body language, your mannerisms, it didn’t seem like you were a villain, but then again you could just be a skilled actor.
“So how do you know the bride and groom?” He asked in hopes of getting more information, and from the way you inched your head towards him and the expression worn on your face, it didn't come to a surprise to you.
“My parents are friends with the groom, they were close when I was younger, so I’m embarrassed to say I actually don’t know him too well.” You had given him an answer with closed eyes and an embarrassed look on your face, “They weren’t able to make it, so they had me come in their stead. I have the invitation if that helps? I understand its probably concerning for a stranger to be here in such circumstances.”
“O-Oh no! I wasn’t trying to imply something like that, I was just curious is all! I-I’ve just known the two for awhile and just haven’t seen you before...”
Ah.
Why were you making such a face?
“Yeah...I guess you could say we grew apart.” The wind had picked up slightly, enhancing the mood in the conversation. There was a story, an unspoken one that he couldn’t catch. A sad one. “Well, my family and him anyways.” You gave a sheepish chuckle and sent a smile his way, but it didn’t reach your eyes.
“Did you want me to tell him? He may be glad to see you.” Izuku couldn’t help but try and suggest a solution, he was a hero after all. Seeing someone in front of him hurting left a bad taste in his mouth.
“No it’s fine. No need to bring up such things right before the ceremony, I’m more then happy to speak with him afterwards.” There was something off about the way you said it. Maybe you didn’t want to speak with Yagi?
“I’ll see myself to a seat, I’m sure you have things to do as the son of the bride?” You chuckled as a way to ease out any creases that may have formed as you put a halt to the conversation.
You gave a smile as you walked past him, and something about that smile felt familiar. He just couldn’t tell why.
“Hey Deku! Can I get a little help?” He had heard Ochaco’s voice in the distance, and quickly his attention had drifted back to his to do list, the former encounter shelfed in his mind.
And for the day it stayed shelfed, it was easy to forget such a thing in all the excitement of the wedding. It was beautiful, and definitely one of the most exciting days of his life. He had never seen his mentor or his mother so happy before, and that made him happy too.
The vows were very wholesome, as expected of the couple, and as some may have guessed Yagi had a small hiccup, dropping one of the cards where he had written his self-made vows, but made a quick and goofy recovery.
The reception was beautiful too, the likes of Toru and Mina had made sure of that. The highlight was definitely the speeches though, every 1A graduate had one prepped, and although some were a little...interesting (cough cough Katsuki and Shoto), most were guaranteed to enact smiles, laughs, and even tears from the newly-weds.
It wasn’t until the end of the night, when his mother and -now- father had gone to the gifts, that Izuku even remembered his encounter with the mysterious stranger earlier that day. Because when the couple had reached your gift, no one had come up to say it was theirs, and Izuku had to explain.
“A former friends kid, you say?” Yagi had looked down at the wrapped gift in confusion, his wife looking at him in curiosity. It seems that all former friends were accounted for, if at least all the ones who had kids at some point.
“Well why don't you open it and see, maybe there's a card inside?” The bride has suggested, sending a smile to her husband.
He can’t help but smile back at her, before gently unwrapping the gift.
In his hands sat a brown box, which upon opening revealed a small porcelain fairy in a dancing position. He gave the cranks a couple of turns and watched as the fairy begin to spin in place, as a soft and beautiful melody rang through out the room.
It carried a feeling of nostalgia, of love, and of longing. It was a simple song, but it carried impact.
Yagi’s grip on the box became firmer as the song flowed softly into his mind, bringing a rush of memories with it. Images of small hands, so small his own could eclipse them. He could remember how those hands showed him this exact music box so long ago, and he could remember so vividly the warmth of those hands when he gently took it from their hands.
He remembers hearing the excitement in the child’s voice when he walked up to purchase it, and how they talked about it all the way home. So excited, so happy. The sound of their glee with the music from the box was one of the most perfect sounds he had ever heard.
He could see in the child’s face, a face imprinted in his mind to never be forgotten, how truly happy they had been when listening to their favorite music box. Without fail he could see the peace this song had brought that child every time they played it, which in turn brought him his own sense of peace.
The music rekindled a warm feeling in his chest he had forgotten he was missing. No, it wasn’t forgotten. Just put to rest.
The music told him a message that went unheard by others, because they didn’t understand what this box -this song- had meant.
It told him that that child -his child-  had been here. They had entered this building and he was completely unaware. It had told him that his own kid had been watching over him from afar, just far enough to where he couldn’t notice.
 It had told him to spread the same joy this song had for his old family, and share it with his new one.
It had told him
 “ I’m happy for you Dad ! “
“Dear, are okay?” His wife, his beautiful wife, had called for him concerned but he almost couldn’t hear. His vision was blurry, tears clouding his eyesight and falling onto the fairy who had now stopped moving. He couldn’t stop the sobs that raked his body, but he tried so he could ask...
“Izuku...did they look healthy...happy?” Yagi had asked through heavy breathes.
Izuku seemed to have pieced something together that others hadn’t, or that others couldn’t. He remembered the distance the strangers voice held when speaking of the groom, the sad smile and look they had carried on their face. Most importantly, he remember the sad story that had been confided in him and his mother, of Yagi’s biological that had disappeared.
“...Yes.” Izuku could see the relief that fell over Yagi’s body upon hearing that. The weight that he had somehow been carrying for years had been lifted, if only by a little.
The music had began to softly play once more, turned for Izuku had assumed was comfort. Yagi softly dropped to his knees, silents tears falling once more. It seemed his mother wasn’t too far behind himself in piecing things together. She held a warm smile as she crouched next to her husband’s shaking form.
“So they were safe. I’m so glad for you Yagi.” She had whispered gently in his ears as he leaned into her, the music box held dearly to his chest.
Izuku had looked up into the night sky, it was covered in stars and it seemed to him like the moon was smiling from way up high.
“(Y/n), are you okay? You didn’t want to stay...?” Soso’s small form held your shoulder to provide her witch some comfort. You were flying high above the venue, using magic to help listen in on the events happening below.
“No. I’m fine. This way was...for the best.” You given your small fairy companion a soft smile. You didn’t acknowledge the small stream of tears that had run down your cheeks, surely illuminated by the moon glowing softly behind you. Soso didn’t acknowledge them either, instead holding her tiny form to your cheek to show her support.
You pat yourself lightly on your cheeks, making sure to avoid your fairies small body, “Well. Shall we get going?”
“I’m ready if you are.” Soso had responded.
“Lets us go then.” You turn your head towards the smiling moon and began your flight back to the witch world, satisfied with your short, but eventful, visit.
______________________________
Katsuki was listening to Izuku who was asking Glasses a thousand questions per minute – Glasses’ older brother was apparently able to walk again and Izuku was excited for his friend. And even if that much excitement tended to unnerve Katsuki so early in the morning, while eating his breakfast, the genuine beaming on Izuku’s face and the high-pitched tone in his voice somehow calmed him.
It meant the nerd was doing okay. More than okay, good even.
But while Katsuki was thinking about that a sudden bang disrupted the usual morning chatter in their common room, causing the whole class to jump to their feet - ready to fight.
Katsuki eyed Izuku, who was already surrounded by green lightning, ready to throw himself into whatever danger was waiting for them. Katsuki let out a growl, glancing back at the cloud of dust, slowly clearing up.
“Who is there?”, Iida said with his matter-of-fact-voice.
“Who the fuck are you?”, an angry voice shot back and the sound of that voice gave Katsuki an instant headache. He felt dizzy. What the-
“Kacchan?!”, Izuku asked, a baffled expression on his face.
“What?”, Katsuki said but his voice was overturned with the intruder screaming: “Huh?! Shitty Deku?”
“What on earth…”, Katsuki heard Kirishima say. The redhead stood next to Katsuki, flashing him a confused look. But Katsuki could only stare at the figure that was finally becoming visible.
“Dude”, Kaminari whispered, “Blasty, is that you?”
The atmosphere in the common room was so tense, no one moved.
A younger Bakugou Katsuki was standing in front them, wearing his black middle school uniform, a fair amount smaller and thinner than the older Katsuki and was cussing his soul out, asking, where in fuck’s name he had landed.
“Kacchan!”, Izuku took a few quick steps towards Katsuki’s younger self, but Katsuki reached over the table, grabbing the nerd by the arm.
“What?”, Izuku looked at him.
“Don’t go near him”, Katsuki just said, his voice sounding like a threat.
“But-“
“Don’t!”, Katsuki said with so much determination that everyone shot him a look.
“Is anyone going to answer to me any time soon?!”, the middle school-Katsuki barked.
Katsuki walked up to him. “Yeah. Me.”
Middle school-Katsuki was looking at him, a weird mixture of confusion and anger and a feigned indifference on his face. “What are you supposed to be? An extra future version of me?”
Katsuki heard Mina and Kaminari giggle in the background.
“Nah”, Katsuki said, looking down on his younger self, “You’re my past extra.”
“Pah!”, the other stretched his hand to the side, little explosions dancing on the palm of his hand.
“Don’t try that on me, I will blow your head off”, Katsuki was unimpressed and showed this brat his own explosions, much bigger and louder.
They stared each other down.
Katsuki was about to win when a hand reached out for his shoulder.
“Don’t start a fight with him!”, Izuku was dragging him back, giving him a dismissive look, “This has to be a quirk’s doing and we have to find out what happened. Are you hurt?”, Izuku turned to the middle schooler and reached out his hand. Before Katsuki could stop him, that middle school fucker slapped Izuku’s hand away. The sound echoed through the whole room.
“What do you want, Deku?!”
Katsuki could sense Izuku stiffen at that. It had been a long time since Katsuki had called him that. By now he was only referring to Izuku by that name when they were in battle – it was Izuku’s hero name after all – but even then, Katsuki hated it. And that full stock rage in his younger self’s voice gave all of it the last shimmer.
“Listen”, Izuku tried again, ignoring Katsuki telling him to leave his younger version alone, “I know you’re confused! Let’s just start with your questions.”
“Think you know more than me, huh?!”
Katsuki could feel everyone around them grow uncomfortable. They had known Katsuki when he was still this angry kid at the beginning of their first year at UA. But now they were close to graduation and Katsuki had changed a great deal – and secretly Katsuki hoped they all had just kind of forgotten his rude manners.
But no matter which side they had come to know back then – they were in no means prepared for this shitty kid right in front of them. By how he looked he must be in the last year of middle school, somewhere at the beginning. Meaning this was Katsuki’s worst self.
Katsuki didn’t want anyone to see him in that state, not even – no, especially not Izuku. He would get hurt again because middle school-Katsuki was a fucking asshole.
“Of course not”, Izuku tried relentlessly, always so patient with Katsuki, even then, “You’re at UA right now. This is our dorm and you seem to-“
“At UA?”, his younger self raised his eyebrows, looking around but then he seemed to remember something: “Then why the absolute fuck are you here, quirkless Deku?”
“You better watch your tone”, Katsuki said, again activating his small explosions. He would beat his ass if he didn’t behave, Katsuki didn’t care.
“Like what?”, the middle schooler said, barking out a laugh, “Are you defending Deku of all people?”
“I told you to watch it!”, Katsuki hissed, stepping closer.
“Don’t!”, Izuku was again grabbing him by the shoulder, “Just calm down, we will work through it.”
Katsuki wanted to snap at him, telling him that his guy in front of them was a hopeless case. But he knew that Izuku wouldn’t agree. And… that’s why they were here in the first place, right? Because that damn nerd never gave up on him.
Katsuki let out a deep, annoyed sigh, letting his arm sink to his side.
Middle school-Katsuki huffed at that, disbelief on his face.
“Did you just listen to that nerd?”, he shook his head, “To that useless, worthless-“
Okay, no more peacemaking!
Katsuki heated his hand up, reaching back to throw a punch at this prick. He could feel himself smirk when he saw fear spreading in his other self’s eyes. That sucker would burn for what he just said and Katsuki would make sure that he would for other things too.
Katsuki was about to release his explosion, ready to sting his younger self but then green locks and scarred arms appeared in front of him and before Katsuki could stop himself, he threw his explosion right at Izuku.
Katsuki’s stomach folded into a small tissue.
All the others gasped, shouting out for Izuku.
Katsuki didn’t dare to breath.
“Midoriya, are you alright?”, Todoroki was right behind Katsuki, while Round-face was calling for their First Aid kid.
“I’m alright”, Izuku called out, coughing at the smoke around him.
At the sound of his voice Katsuki inhaled a deep breath.
He could just stare at the nerd, waving the smoke away, rubbing his arms where Katsuki had just hit him. He then looked at Katsuki, a mad expression on his face.
“Kacchan! I told you not to figh-“
“And I”, Katsuki cut him off, furious, finally being able to speak again, “told you to not go near him! Are you freaking insane?”, he let out a loud groan, reaching out for Izuku’s face, inspecting it for any burns or cuts, “I could have blown your arms off if I hadn’t weakened the blast in the last second.”
“That’s exactly my point”, Izuku argued back, “You would have actually hurt your younger self! Stop picking a fight!”
“Tch”, Katsuki couldn’t believe it, “The fucker is the one picking the fight!”, he turned Izuku’s head around to see if his explosion had hurt his neck.
“Yeah, with me. I can handle him. I actually already did, remember?”
That made Katsuki stop for a moment.
“I know”, Katsuki let out a long breath, “That’s exactly why. That was enough for a lifetime.”
Izuku gave him a heartwarming smile, shaking his head. “Don’t say that.”
“What?”, Katsuki joked, examining Izuku’s arm that had blocked his punch, “You want that old version of me back?”
Izuku laughed at that. “I didn’t say that. But”, he shrugged, “Every version of Kacchan is important to me.”
At that simple statement Katsuki’s stomach ached even more. And even worse: He could also feel himself blush.
“Shut up”, he huffed, releasing the nerd after he was done checking for any injuries. Izuku closed his eyes while smiling at him and Katsuki pushed him away, jokingly, too flustered by now.
That’s when he realized his younger self was staring at him. Katsuki stared right back.
Something on the brat’s face was off.
Katsuki pointed at him: “Count your shitty blessings. If Izuku wouldn’t”, he stopped when he saw the middle schooler’s face twist.
Katsuki wanted to ask what his problem was, when he heard ponytail say: “Aizawa-sensei!”
Katsuki looked over his shoulder, meeting eyes with a sleepy Eraserhead.
“Two of you, huh?”, he said, standing next to Katsuki.
“What do you want?”, middle school-Katsuki glared at Aizawa.
“How old are you?”, Aizawa asked him.
“14”, he crossed his arms, holding his nose up.
Gosh, Katsuki couldn’t believe this was happening right now. This was a nightmare. As if he would want to be confronted with how he actually acted back then, his memory was working just fine on its own, he didn’t need a real-life performance. Especially not in front of anyone. Not around Izuku.
Katsuki looked over his shoulder.
Izuku was talking to his nerd group, gesturing around, smiling. But he looked worn out. After just a few minutes with his past self.
Fucking fantastic.
“How do we get him back?”, Katsuki asked Aizawa, “Like asap!”
Middle school-Katsuki clicked his tongue. “Don’t worry, I don’t wanna stay either. Here with you and your Izuku!”, he spat out Izuku’s name and Katsuki was about to punch him right in the face, hadn’t Aizawa grabbed young Katsuki by the arm, dragging him away.
“We will find out what happened, try to identify the quirk and then search for the person here in our time. They will know how their quirk works best.”
Katsuki grumbled. “Fine.”
“Can I help?”, Izuku looked at Aizawa, “If it was someone from our middle school, I would probably know them. I-“
“Of fucking course, you would”, young Katsuki rolled his eyes, “Stalker”, he added quietly.
Izuku didn’t mind him, just explaining to Eraser that if they didn’t figure out who that person was on their own, they should call him in.
“Alright, we will”, Aizawa said to him, then to everyone else: “Okay, the show is over. You all get ready for class, you still have enough time left. No excuses later at President Mic’s English class, you hear me?”
“Yes”, most of them answered in a sing-song and then Aizawa left, middle school-Katsuki trailing after him.
“Finally, damn it”, Katsuki rubbed his eyes.
What a shitshow.
 ~~~
Izuku didn’t know how to feel.
He was excited that there was apparently a time travel quirk at work but he was also sad about how younger Katsuki was treating him, reminding him of many, many wounds from back then. At the same time it made him happy. His current relationship with Katsuki had changed so much, with Katsuki even trying to protect him. He couldn’t lie though, it also made him worry a lot, since Katsuki’s protection came with the price of threating the smaller blond. Katsuki had looked at him as if he was ready to kill him.
And judging from that blow earlier – that might be a real concern.
Izuku wanted to protect the younger Katsuki. Wanted him to get home safely, to not have burns or anything like that, just to feel and be alright.
“Kacchan”, he whispered.
Katsuki who was sitting in front of him just looked over his shoulder, his brows raised.
“What?”, Katsuki asked after Izuku was just looking at Katsuki’s face without saying a word.
Izuku smiled. “Nothing”, he said, waving it off.
Katsuki clicked his tongue, no real heat behind it and turned around again.
Izuku wanted to tell Katsuki a ton of things. But that had to wait until later. Now they were in the middle of the class and he didn’t want to miss anything and he didn’t want Katsuki to miss anything because of him.
But 5 minutes later the door flew open and a very annoyed Aizawa was standing there, looking at Izuku.
“Oh”, Izuku understood from his look and stood right up, “I’ll excuse myself”, he said to President Mic and hustled towards the door.
“You stay put, Bakugou”, Aizawa said when Izuku reached him.
“Huh?”, Izuku turned around and saw that Katsuki was standing right behind him.
“I’m tagging along”, he said unimpressed, his hands buried in his pockets.
“No, you’re not”, Aizawa said, pinching the bridge of his nose, “You two will end up biting each other’s heads of and I’m not interested in witnessing that.”
The class chuckled at that and Izuku flashed a smile at Katsuki.
“It’s alright, Kacchan.”
Crimson eyes were looking back at him, not wavering once.
“No”, he eventually said, “If I’m not going, you’re not going”, he grabbed Izuku by the wrist and pulled him to his side.
Instantly the others were cooing at them and Izuku felt his face heat up. Katsuki wasn’t usually up to dramatic gestures, so that only showed how much he cared.
Izuku’s heart swelled up, making it hard to breathe.
When this is over, Izuku thought to himself, like he had done many times before, I will tell Kacchan how I feel. But for now…
“I’m fine”, he said to his childhood friend, detangling the fingers around his wrist, which was pretty hard since Katsuki’s grip was locked, “I was alone with him before”, he tried to joke.
The other just huffed and bit his lips, looking away. He was earnestly distressed.
“Come on, Midoriya”, Aizawa waved at him and when Izuku followed, Katsuki let his arm slip out of his hand.
When Aizawa and Izuku were a few steps down the hallway, they heard Katsuki calling out for Aizawa.
They stopped and waited until Katsuki caught up. He looked briefly at Izuku and then at Aizawa.
“If”, he exhaled, “If he talks shit, like… you know. Mean things to Izuku, then just”, he grunted, running his hands through his hair.
Izuku was just staring at Katsuki, too afraid to move. It hurt to look at him. It hurt because the sight made him happy and sad at the same time. Sad because he was obviously torn und happy because he worried for Izuku.
“Just stop him. Cover his mouth with your scarf or whatever, knock him out, I don’t care.”
That shook Izuku awake. “Well, I care!”, Izuku protested.
“Not talking to you, nerd.”
Before Izuku could respond to that, Aizawa had put one hand on Izuku’s shoulder, saying to Katsuki: “I get it. I won’t let him hurt our problem child.”
“Hey!”, Izuku pouted, “I haven’t made any trouble since the last fight with Shigaraki.”
“Yeah”, Katsuki scoffed, “Everything before that makes up for a few years anyways.”
Aizawa turned around, leading Izuku with him. “You’re one to talk!”, he said, “Now go back to class.”
Izuku looked over his shoulder, wanting to give Katsuki a last reassuring smile but when he met his eyes and saw his serious look, his smile died on his lips.
He sighed, turning his head.
Katsuki was overreacting.
 ~~~
Middle school-Katsuki gritted his teeth when he saw that the longhaired teacher had brought Deku with him. That this weak dweeb would make it into UA – unbelievable.
“That good-for-nothing-Deku won’t be any help”, Katsuki growled before they could say anything. They were in a room with a small couch, an even smaller table in front of it and a stool opposite from the couch. Obviously, Katsuki had made himself comfortable on the couch, occupying it.
“Aizawa-sensei”, Deku started to say, sitting down on the stool after the teacher had pointed towards it, “told me that you remember what happened before you landed here and that you remember the person you last saw. I’ll help figure out who they are.”
That smile. That rotten smile like Katsuki was a dumb shit who needed this nerd for the smallest things.
“Don’t need help from a-”
Suddenly something was covering his mouth, almost strangling him.
“Aizawa-sensei!”, Deku said, “I think this isn’t necessary.”
Katsuki followed Deku’s gaze and realized that the weird scarf the teacher was wearing, was actually some kind of shitty weapon.
“Please”, Deku added and at that the teacher sighed and let go of Katsuki.
Katsuki fixed his uniform, looking furious at the greenhead. “I don’t need your help! And I didn’t need it this morning either! That explosion would have done absolutely nothing to me, I would have blown this extra away like-“
“That’s weird”, Deku was pondering, “I would have expected you to be more confident about your older self, being sure that you would have only gotten stronger.”
“Tch”, Katsuki clicked his tongue, looking away from Deku.
Yeah, normally he would have smirked triumphally at the sight of his older self – ribbed, taller, stronger – hadn’t he sided with Deku of all people. Katsuki had wanted to tell Deku off the second after he had thrown himself in front of him but then his older self had caught his attention. Inspecting the nerd, touching him gently – like a total softie. Even calling him Izuku.
Katsuki wasn’t sure if he really traveled in time or rather switched a whole dimension. Coming to think of…
“Tell me again how you got into UA, Deku!”, he demanded, interrupting the teacher who updated Deku on what Katsuki had told him about the person he saw last.
“Well…”, Deku eyed the sleepy teacher, who just shrugged and said: “My suspicion is that he will forget everything once he gets back, taking into account that our explosive blond doesn’t remember anything like this ever happening to him.”
Deku pinched his lips with his fingers, nodding to himself. “That makes sense. Everything that happened has already happened. Well then”, he looked at Katsuki, “I actually got a quirk now. Seven actually”, he rubbed the back of his head, smiling innocently.
“Huh?!”, Katsuki sat up, “What was that? Seven quirks – you?!”
His fists were clenched so tight it actually hurt, but Katsuki was one inch away from blowing this nerd into a thousand shreds!
“This is actually a long story”, Deku held up his hands in peace, “I got it from All Might. His quirk is actually one that is handed over, throughout generations.”
Katsuki jumped to his feet, ready to throw hands with Deku.
“Stop with the lies, Deku! Never would the No. 1 hero acknowledge some weak, hopeless-“
“One more word and I will shut you up again”, the teacher threatened, already gripping his scarf.
“Pff”, Katsuki fell back on the couch, crossing his arms, “Whatever. I don’t want to hear any of this shitty lies anymore anyways. So! Why the hell are you here?!”
Deku gave him a small smile but it didn’t come from the heart, Katsuki could see it. The damn nerd was forcing himself like Katsuki was dumb enough to fall for it.
“Aizawa-sensei said you were in school when all of this happened?”
“Yeah.”
“And who did you see last? A student?”
Katsuki rolled his eyes, tired of telling this story once again. “As I already said”, he stressed, “I saw a weird girl, she bumped into me when I was walking through the hallways. When she bumped into me, she squeaked and the next thing I know is that I was standing in front of you extras.”
Deku hummed and was just looking at Katsuki, without actually seeing him. Even the future version of that nerd was a daydreaming. Great.
“Which floor?”
Katsuki rolled his eyes. “First.”
“Then the student most likely was a year younger than us. Second year.”
The teacher made some notes, asking Katsuki to describe the girl.
Katsuki shrugged. As if he minded how other people looked.
“Hair color?”, Deku tried.
Katsuki thought of it. “Purple.”
“Length?”
“Don’t know. Was in a messy ponytail, looking like she just stumbled straight out of bed. But”, he added, remembering something, “she was wearing a big bow on the top of her head. Like a moron.”
“Don’t be mean, Kacchan”, Deku said and before Katsuki could snap at him to not tell him what to do, Deku stood up, a bright smile on his face, “I think I know who you bumped into.”
“She bumped into me, are you not listening?!”, Katsuki hissed but Deku really wasn’t listening. He turned to the teacher, telling him a name and that the person had once told him on which school she had planned to go.
Katsuki rolled his eyes.
This dweeb and his ridiculous memory.
But Katsuki couldn’t stop himself from studying him. He talked back to Katsuki – to himself and to his older self – without any hesitation, totally different from the Deku back at home who was a stuttering mess at times, avoiding Katsuki’s gaze. The one in front of him was also built differently. Without the freckles and the green hair and that voice he probably wouldn’t have recognized the nerd. He didn’t like to admit it, but with those broad shoulders he was more massive than his older self.
Katsuki held back a growl. What was his older self doing?!
“Okay”, the teacher turned towards the door, “I’ll go look up some information about that girl, trying to reach out to her. Bakugou, you come with me and Midoriya, you go back to class.”
“Yes”, Deku stood up, “If it helps, I can search for her on social media.”
The teacher nodded. “I’ll tell you if that is necessary. I’ll see you in an hour, we’ll have hero training anyway.”
“Okay”, Deku’s voice was way too cheery.
Katsuki got on his feet, burying his hands in his pockets. This was all a nuisance.
“See you, Kacchan”, Deku waved at him and that’s when Katsuki realized another difference about this Deku.
He was plastered with scars.
Somehow Katsuki was suddenly lost for words, still staring at Deku’s hand.
“You should thank Midoriya”, the teacher said, “Without him we would still be wondering about that ‘weird girl’.”
Katsuki rolled his eyes. “Deku, get your shitty tie right, you look like an idiot.”
With that he walked out of the door the teacher was holding for him.
“Don’t mind him”, Katsuki could hear the teacher say.
“It’s alright”, Deku answered and Katsuki scoffed at the obvious lie in his voice.
And Then You by Maplefudge
Dragons live for centuries and it makes little sense to Eijirou that his entire being should gravitate and revolve around only one person for eternity–and so, he’s always thought the idea of soulmates was ridiculous.
That’s until he lays his eyes on Bakugou Katsuki.
A Story About Monsters by AmethystUnarmed
“Some people reported seeing a ‘monster’ in these woods. Heard anything about that?”
The other man’s smile faltered. His eyes widened in what looked like panic.
“Nah, haven’t seen anything like that out here… You sure you’re in the right forest?”
Bakugou had pretty good intuition, but didn’t need it to know this guy was full of shit. He cracked his knuckles, and when he rested his hands down, he rested his palm against the hilt of his sword.
“Uh-huh… You gotta a name?” Bakugou asked. The guy bit his lip.
“I’m Eijirou…” That name rang a bell in Bakugou’s head, but he shoved it away for now.
“Eijirou, you gonna tell me why you’re lying to me?”
Bakugou was sent out of the palace to find a monster and stay out of the way of peace negotiations. Instead, he finds a lost prince, and the key to his kingdom’s safety. That is, if curses, bandits, and swamp witches don’t stop him first.
Life’s a Drag(on) by PurplePersnickety
"Sparky," Katsuki turned and laid a hand on Kaminari's shoulder. "I need you to know that the position of Best Man at our wedding is between you and a fucking dragon, so start psyching yourself up to fight for it."
"A what?" Kaminari repeated faintly.
                                           ____________________
Bakugou Katsuki currently experiences three major problems with his life:
1. He helped a dragon with a broken leg once and now it keeps showing up outside his house all the time. 2. He has a huge hopeless crush on the guy with the red hair and the freaky teeth who just moved into the village. 3. He has no idea what to do about either of the above.
Scales Ain’t The Same As Feathers by Julietwasanidiot
Mitsuki launches herself off the horse and towards him, relief slamming through her as she soaks in the warmth of the willowy body of her son in her arms. She’s got a tirade queued up that will have the gods come down from the sky begging to tone it down, but then her eyes fall on the bundle of red scaled wings, white teeth, whiny chirping, and long, long, spiked tail clawing at the crook of Katsuki’s elbow to avoid sliding off to the ground. Katsuki sniffs proudly. “I found me a chicken.”
Or: in which a dragon is mistaken for a chicken for the longest time and Mitsuki clearly never told her child enough legends before bed.
"I hate every single person you've ever met. From now on the only person you've ever known is me. Only I exist. Got it?"
Kirishima smiles, swallowing before he murmurs, "That's a really tall order," and the king throws his arms out in glee.
"You're learning idioms! You got that from me, right? Do you see how I'm the only person ever?!"
"I didn't learn that from you."
The king looks so horrifically, disbelievingly offended that Kirishima wants to laugh so bad but he's shy, and he'll probably sound very horrible, so all that comes out is a low pleased rumble in his throat. And the king's jaw drops before he throws his arms into the air and falls dramatically back onto the ground.
"I found the coolest damn dragon who smiles like the moon and wants to learn from someone like me and apparently also PURRS. I'm fucking done."
Kirishima flushes a little, consumed by so much warmth that it almost hurts or maybe he's confusing pain with something else, and he reaches out to pat the king's arm except the king gnashes at him when he comes close. "Do not touch me, heathen."
We’re a good match, so let’s start a fire by Claus_Lucas
Kirishima thought he’d mess with this guy by pretending to help him hunt down a dragon, but at this point Kirishima really likes Bakugou and doesn’t know how to admit that he is the dragon.
Maybe if Kirishima can get Bakugou to like him back enough, he won’t be told to fuck off forever.
Heart Made For Taking Flight by timetoboldlygo
"You seem like you have a good soul, Bakugou," Kirishima grinned, acting like that was something sensible people said.
"That's the worst reason to save someone's life I've ever heard," Katsuki scoffed. "And I don't have a good soul." He'd know better than anyone.
-
Katsuki trusted things he could see, things he could feel. Things he could back up with his own power. Souls were not included, so he didn't necessarily believe they existed. Really, he didn't even think about them, or hearts, or true love, or any of that bullshit. He didn't know or care if it existed and he didn't need to know, either.
Slowly but surely, one Kirishima Eijirou saves his life, remains by his side, and changes his mind.
