This sweet little suitcase right here is what has made the last 10 weeks of traveling in multiple states possible.. I haven't been able to use it that many times, but when I could crack this precious sucker open, Id cook some sweet lowcarb fuel, in bulk. Today I met my mentour and fellow KMS graduate @joshperrybmx in person! Such a pleasure to find people who have similar growth mindset. Hey all! I have been enjoying the intricate bike systems here in Ashburn Virginia!! I have a lot to share with you all soon about VA and what I have been doing here.... My time, energy & attention have been taken this past month to a lot of new, unfamiliar, things and situations, and people and it has been a lot to handle - and I have grown mentally and spiritually, and I am grateful to have taken up this challenge. That said, I have decided to move again! Crazy - I know, but Im excited! sold a ton of my big furniture and have downsized from needing a 16-ft truck to only needing a 10-ft truck which has been cleansing... I will be heading SOUTH, this Sunday (or magbe Monday) in hopes to find a warmer and peaceful region to spend this next chapter/winter but might also do more traveling - we shall see! Post mini-workout fuel, a low carb strawberry+lime protein and @justpruvit (powdered ketones) green smoothie😋 topped with shredded coconut (though, I think I prefer regular-fat, coconut flakes over the shredded reduced fat - it gives it a more fun crunch). Went in to the training center I am trying out for a month, @eatthefrog_broadlands (they do variable interval training classes) to get my evaluation done and get my specialized workout regimen designed (see last pic!). They test your flexibility, strength, and endurance to design an 8 week program to follow for your fitness level and then change it once you progress. The agility is definitely where I need to focus for sure - I knew that might be the case. Frozen finner keto option by Real Good Foods, actually im no longer eating chicken so i gave these to my neighbor. I'm moving so I'm trying to get rid of anything in the freezer that has been there awhile. the reason I'm not eating chicken is because being half Pakistani my blood type is type B and a few years ago I read the blood type diet book and realized the agglutinating proteins proteins in chicken are not just harmful but it's detrimental to my body that I do not eat chicken, and can cause autoimmune reactions.
