Skin outbreak is kinda going better I guess ? It barely shows on the picture but it’s still yerk IRL, it’s also in less many places than when it started but it’s still very persistent here and there. And so itchy... Doctor is still conducting tests and monitoring without any actual help so I’m going on with my natural remedies and I’m finding stuff that helps a bit. Of course the food plays it’s role too but since I’m mostly home all the time with Corona I can cook more and better so the problem is that I need to continue the medication giving me those problems. But it’s helping so much with the endometriosis (which also amplified the fibrosis pain so...) thing is, since I never liked taking medication except when I was feeling like dying from the flu or such, my body still reacts strongly to pretty much anything. Pretty sure there is not only an hormonal imbalance but also some gut reaction from the pills. Taking probiotic and vitamins and drinking so much water. Let see. Nothing else to do I guess. Oh I also took some allergy test, had one done but in France when I was a child so let see that, they have different allergen here in Japan and I have been reacting to them for years. Although things went way better after going vegan. But it’s still good to know, right ? I heard doctors usually don’t check every allergen though, so.. will see. Had a very feel-good and interesting talk with someone having be struggling like me. Getting older is good in that you don’t care about talking out loud about your problems cause maybe it will help others. I’ve been in pain my entire life and no real help around me (it’s in your head, many girls have this it’s normal (P.S. many people having the same issue didn’t make it normal) you just need to exercice more, eat less, etc etc) it makes you feel helpless and ashamed, as if the constant pain wasn’t enough. Frozen finner keto option by Real Good Foods, actually im no longer eating chicken so i gave these to my neighbor. I'm moving so I'm trying to get rid of anything in the freezer that has been there awhile. the reason I'm not eating chicken is because being half Pakistani my blood type is type B and a few years ago I read the blood type diet book and realized the agglutinating proteins proteins in chicken are not just harmful but it's detrimental to my body that I do not eat chicken, and can cause autoimmune reactions.
