The alternative title to the next chapter is "I Fortunately Know a Little Magic," which is sassy and snappy (R.I.P. Howard Ashman) but less thematically relevant than the title I chose.

5. ⚠️Which WIP your most likely to finish or update next? Basil Pitch's Diary. Literally every other fic I've ever posted has been while "taking a break" from BPD, which could go on indefinitely if I let it, so I am bound and determined to finish this fucker before starting something else.

6. 💾What is your document of your WIP/ a WIP called? (not the stories actual title but what you’ve saved it as) I have a list for BPD called "Chapter Checklist." It contains subtle insights "Baz is an UNRELIABLE narrator."

8. ♻️A scrapped idea for your current WIP. I just looked in the trash folder of the BPD Scrivener project and found this note I don't remember writing:

Renée Zellweger would play Baz. People would be skeptical but she’d fucking nail it. Gaining weight for a role? How about growing eight inches, sprouting a happy trail, and joining the legions of undead. (Might as well cast Oscar bait.)

9. 🤔What’s a story you’d love to write but haven’t even started yet? A Watford-era get-together magickal mishap involving animal transformation and beloved children's literature. So, you know. The usual.

10. 🤡How many WIPS are you actively working on? Just the one. @facewithoutheart and I have a secret side project going that involves back-and-forth writing and it's stalled out on me. It's very fun and silly and I plan to return to it when I need a break from some of the angstier parts of BPD.

11. 🛠Is there a scene or anything in the WIP you are struggling with right now? I'm not working on any one BPD scene right now, but trying to map out the rest of the fic in greater detail so that I can roll from one chapter to the next. I was struggling for a couple of weeks with how to make an unavoidable canon plot point emotionally relevant to Baz's arc, but I think I figured it out last night. Phew.

reader's parents and younger brother (8 years old the young bastard😑💙 go pick up the reader at the end of the show, in that gentle moment when Noah chats a bit with fans. While he and the reader are chatting, the reader's younger brother approaches them and innocently asks "Is he that Noah guy you keep talking about in your sleep?🧐🤔" BABEGORL IMAGINE NOAHS FAACCEE IM FINISHEDD FOR LIFFEE😭😭

He come out of the concert absolutely exhausted, but absolutely fulfilled. You had one of the best nights of your life. The performance was amazing. The vocals were unforgettable and of course the boys as individuals was just a whole other experience. You were just a little little sad that you weren’t able to get VIP tickets in time but there was always the next show.

So here you were waiting outside for your parents to arrive. They’re about five minutes away, so it wouldn’t be too long. You scroll through your phone. Looking at the pictures you had taken tonight. You zoom in on a particular picture that you have taken nearly perfectly. It was a lead singer Noah and he looked fantastic. No it was very common but also pretty, looked down upon depending on who you asked to have a crush on the lead singer. as much as you try to avoid it or deny it, you definitely had a crush on him

His musical talents, his looks, and his vibe personality overall really draws people in, so could you really blame yourself? You sigh reliving the memory in your head.

“ maybe next time I’ll get into VIP “ you said to yourself wistfully

“ well, maybe that can be changed “ a voice comes from behind you you spin around to see none other than Noah Sebastian and Nick Rufillo. You felt your heart dropped into your ass you blink a couple of times look from side to side, not believing what you were saying. It was after the concert, and here was the band members themselves talking to you

You for a loss of words “I-I…. Your bad omens …” was all that you could muster

They both smile their heads “ that we are. Did you enjoy the show tonight? “ they asked and you not your head enthusiastically

“ it was so good I loved every second of it!” Compliment you’re more than sure that they could see the stars in your eyes from how you were gawking and rambling to them

“ Glad that you enjoyed, but how about a picture since you didn’t make it into VIP” offered you felt like you were dreaming at this point and you hope something would come and prove that it wasn’t a dream. As if the universe was listening to your thoughts at that very moment. Another voice comes behind you.

“Hi!” Slightly turned around to see your younger brother. “ is that your boyfriend?” he ask looking Noah up and down.

“Y/B/N! No, where’s mom and dad? Why are you here?” You ask as blush appears on your face. Your cheeks become aggressively red from embarrassment.

“ we’re here to pick you up remember” he said sarcastically pointing to the car. You just kept your mouth shut at that point because if you said anything else he’d make it worse.

“ hey how do I get a picture of you guys together?” Your mom offered pulling out her phones to take a picture. Your brother may have shown up to embarrassing you, but at least you were able to get a picture with Nick and Noah even if you weren’t able to get into VIP and see the rest of the boys.

Group together and take one or two pictures and thank them profusely

“ I know you” your brother says suddenly

And of course, Noah asks “oh you do do you enjoy the music too?“

“ not really but you my sister’s wallpaper and she talks about you in her sleep too”

You. were. Horrified. Sure your brother embarrasses you at times but why now? And in front of all people know Sebastian of bad omens. WHY???

You couldn’t move you couldn’t say anything you were completely petrified in your spot and just watched Noah’s eyes widen and surprise. A smile crossing his face in a light chuckle, escaping his lips.

“ well, I’m sure she does if she really likes her music” he was trying to save the embarrassment and redirect your brother in a different direction but of course this demon spawn says

“Mmm but she’s always staring at pictures of you saying how hot you are-“

“OKAY WELL IM TIRED and it’s time to go home and I have work in the morning”

“No you do-“

At that point, you sort of stuffing your brother into the backseat of the car and shut the door as fast as possible. You had nowhere to hide your face as a long size escapes your body. You had such a great night, and you even got to meet two of the band members and your brother just had to ruin the experience.

You felt the top of your shoulder and you turn around to see Noah, handing you a piece of paper those between his fingers. He gives you a soft smile and says.

“ we gotta get going, but have a safe drive and thanks for coming to the show”

“ thank you for taking a picture with me. I really appreciate it and again I love your music so much.” You think them and goodbye as they walk to you soon will be the tour bus

when all of a sudden you get into the car and put your headphones on completely ignore your brother. You look at the paper still in hands, folded. You take the paper and carefully open it, just enough for you to read.

It was autographed by Nick and Noah with a small note under Noah's name

"see you in your dreams ;)"

Your cheeks heat up and all you could do was fold it tightly and stuff it into your pocket. You'll make sure your brother doesn't ever see this one!

first time on set since I had the twins. I admit it hasn't been the easiest and I was quieting down fears even as the cameras flashed. but to make it clear, I only look like this post childbirth bec of my genetics/natural physique, and the resources that allows me significant assistance during childbirth, running the household and a loving, dedicated staff whose main job is to keep me happy and healthy. Our bodies have done such a wonderful thing to bring a child to this world and you should treat your body kindly after, not push yourself to look a certain way after.

Your body changing after childbirth isn't a bad thing, if you don't wear the same pant size anymore, your organs rearranged differently or something changes colour or the stretch marks that form, everyone's body is different and let's celebrate that as long as it's not causing any significant harm, discomfort or illness to your lovely body.

I cannot thank the entire village who was by my side then and now when I welcomed my two little angels and the warm embrace as you've welcomed me back to the fashion world. To my muse, my partner, my other half @/tchalamet I cannot thank you enough for the love and sacrifice you've shown our family and I love love you so much mon amour.

u should rant a little abt the 'will has powers thing' bc im a little confused LMAO

of course i will :)) anything to info dump lmao

okay so this might be a lot but- stay with me here please— (and ofc ask questions or add on to anything 😭😭)

one of the main things pointing to will having powers is basically a lot of the shit that he did in season one, more specifically how he was able to do it.

some things he was able to do includes: controlling individual lights, speaking to joyce through the phone + walls (?? ig idk how else to word it), appear in joyce’s dreams/a sort of apparition of him appears (this one is def more theoretical, i’ll get to it in a minute), and the reason why he was even taken in the first place (or at least my theory as to why).

first off: while, yes, in season 4 vol. 1 when the teens are stuck in the upside down, they found a way to talk to people in the (for better lack of words) right side up through the lights, it doesn’t completely translate to what will had done so previously. as we know, the upside down is stuck on the day that will went missing, so everything is how it was on that day in the upside down (except well— more decayed and covered in vibes but- whatever yk). so, this would mean no alphabet wall. there would be no way for will to know that was there. and let’s say that will managed to figure out what his mom was trying to do somehow, the christmas lights were never turned on in the first place. the majority of them were never turned on. in vol. 1 we see how the lights need to be turned on and source in the right place in order to communicate through them. this… doesn’t really make sense in terms of will talking to joyce through the lights. there was also this post i made that touched on the scene with the lights in wills room flashing in a circle that directly parallels the scene in s4.

another thing with the communication between worlds that doesn’t add up comparing the teens to will in s1 is how joyce was able to actually hear will. somehow he had called her, and joyce was able to hear him breathing through the phone until (supposedly) the demagorgan came and.. something happened to will. (i’m not sure if i’m just not remembering correctly or if it was never clarified what happened then, so.. yeah). anyways, the teens were not able to vocally speak to the kids in the right side up, and seemed to not be able to use any electronic things while in the upside down.

something else i find interesting and hope is touched on in vol. 2 is joyce literally ripping the wall down and seeing will in the upside down (before he ran away and she broke the wall down with an axe). like— how the fuck? was will making a gate somehow? or was it the demogorgan?? either way, it wouldn’t make sense (unless… a certain boy had certain abilities 🤔). adding on, there is a scene where will seems to appear in joyce’s dream/vision, before it’s shown to actually be johnathan. this is just a small detail, but it sort of reminds me of whenever people are able to see el when she’s in the black room/using her powers. so… hm…

finally, there’s the biggest question about will: why was he taken in the first place?

there is a big theory going around (that i believe in) that it was vecna, rather than the demogorgan, that took will back in season 1. this could explain why he wasn’t killed right away like barb, and why he was targeted even though he wasn’t bleeding. the figure also stalked him down, all the way from the wheeler’s house to his shed. that’s not normal behavior for a demogorgan.

so… why did he target will? of course my theory is: will has powers. but rather than be made to be born with powers, like el and the others, he was born like henry creel.

there are many parallels between henry and will. they’ve both been described as being “sensitive kids,” they both have an interest in drawing, they both don’t fit in the ‘societal norm,’ etc etc. we don’t know how henry (aka 001) has his powers, but i theorize that he was somehow born with them. and however he was somehow born with them is the same way will ‘acquired his.’

a foreshadowing of this lowkey comes from season 1 when dustin is talking about how el has powers.

“So, do you think Eleven was born with her powers like the X-Men or do you think she acquired them, like Green Lantern?”

now, eleven was technically born with powers, but they were ‘acquired’ by experiments trying to replicate henry’s, not naturally born.

so, why did vecna take will? it could be something similar to him trying to make eleven join him (before she.. yk.. sent him to the upside down). or it could be something else entirely. but i do believe it does have something to do with will having powers (and also his trauma and personality could play a factor into it too).

so.. yeah, that’s why i’m a will byers has powers truther. again, most of this is theoretical, so probs take everything (especially stuff towards the end) with a grain of salt. hopefully we get answers during s4 vol.2!!! i dont know which interview this was said, but there has been talk that why will was taken first being address in vol.2 so fingers crossed iggg 🤞🤞🤞

About your Dream’s Birthday Party comic, my goodness, there is so much sweetness and loveliness poured into it. It was an absolute pleasure to read and wait for, and, although you say the ending was somewhat predictable, I was FLOORED when Dream pulled the engagement ring out. I felt like sobbing in a most positive way. 🥹💕 Everything about it was so funny and charming! The characterisation, Hob’s inherent sillines, the splash of colours from Delirium’s wrapping, the FERRET CUDDLING INTO DREAM, DREAM’S LITTLE “Oh!”, HOB CATCHING DREAM MIDAIR—IT’S GOOD, IT’S SOSOSO GOOD. 😭

I am, especially, madly in love with your Hob and Dream dynamic. It’s, hands down, one of my favourites. Dream constantly feels like a princess whose knight in shining armour has finally showed up and carried her to her castle with love and strength. He is… so soft and touch starved, I adore him and his expressions… And Hob. He looks so ridiculously whipped for this beautiful creature, he’d do anything for him, and he is so funny and sweet and silly about it. He’s marvellous and they’re adorable together. 😭😭����

Each detail I established in the comic came to be like this: what's the next part? -> sketch it out thinking of the bigger image -> oh we need to fill in details -> monkey brain says "haha what if we did this" -> then I go "what IF we did?? What is stopping us"

At least for the comic, I had imagined it taking place in a time where dream finds himself happy and content; his family is as made up as they could be, he's got his shit together and an immortal lover so devoted he waited 133 years unsure if dream was ever going to show up in his life again. This had definitely taken a part into how i characterized them for the comic! Think of it as a happy ending au or something lol

(^Although I say this, the setting of the comic can very much be open to interpretation! I would hate to spoil anyone's fun 😊)

My dreamling dynamic I think stems from the fact that I have not read the comics and so I don't really have a complete grasp of how they're supposed to be. Going off of what I've gotten from the show and the fandom, I kinda just went with whatever characterizations I liked. Although I'm typically someone who likes to enjoy consuming content/stories/franchises by starting at the very beginning source material, this has felt quite freeing to essentially just play around with these characters like they're barbie dolls.

I really do feel how far I've come as an artist and storyteller seeing the little kiddie fan I used to be in the people that squeal and cheer for each updated part and/or post, and that now IM the person that kid me would've looked up to online... it just hits a deep part of my heart haha

I hate that Harry got a Weasley family watch on his birthday. It makes no sense to me. Im all for found family but as much as we’d all like to say Harry was another Weasley, I don’t think that’s actually true.

As least not when it comes to Molly and Arthur. They certainly do a lot for him but it’s still not like a parent and their child. We don’t see them writing Harry letters to congratulate him on anything or just to check in (we don’t even see that with the rest of the kids- only every the kids writing to them)

I mean, they could write a little note for holidays? What about cards for birthdays?

And while I think the watch would mean, does mean, so much to Harry and it makes sense that (in that moment at least) Ron would rather have something new it’s just

I think Molly and Arthur do care for Harry, but I also think it’s not the way Harry wants them to. The way everyone believes they do. Molly wants to control a lot of what Harry does but when is she there for everything else? And Arthur is just kinda there up until Harry needs more ministry help but even then that ends quickly. And while they certainly do a lot for Harry I also fully believe it’s because Harry is the boy who lives and then they did end up caring for him even if it’s just a bit.

We don’t see them bother acting that way with any other of their friends kids, not even Hermione that much.

So, I really hate Harry getting that watch and I’m also curious what the other kids before that got. I think something might’ve been mentioned but I can’t remember.

I get why they did it, and it certainly meant a lot to Harry.

And I'm all for found families and adoptions; adopted children are just as much family as anyone related by blood.

Yes, Molly & Arthur send Harry Christmas presents and try to include him, but they do not treat Harry the same way they treat their own children, and I've said before that there has always been an aspect of hero worship with them.

What's even more important is that Harry doesn't really want them to be his parents either. As soon as Sirius came into the picture, he wanted to be with Sirius much more than he wanted to be with the Weasleys (which is valid). And if he really viewed the Weasleys (as a whole) as his family, then his relationship with Ginny just got even weirder.

He definitely wanted Ron to be his brother (and Ron & Hermione were 100% Harry's family), but he didn't see Molly & Arthur as his second set of parents, and for good reason.

That's an interesting point about the watch too - why didn't they give it to one of Ron's five older brothers? Surely they didn't have a ton of those family heirlooms lying around and that was leftover? 🤔

Regardless, I do think they meant well, but it does fall a bit short.

its really a mixed bag LOL generally he sleeps lightly and disturbedly. a little more scheduled at the fresk facility (not his choice) but a little less horribly overall once hes with faust.

Details irt his dying and undying: he was like esploded and shot because he happened to join the military just before the once-every-20-years-severe-civil-unrest. and he died but the soon-to-be-defunct Citizens Longevity Project stitched his sorry ass back up and life supported him and tried to see wtf else would work Experimentally. it was Painful and Traumatizing for him. The project got defunded like a year or two after they realived him but long story short the founder coordinated things to where he and the others would pretty much have to just relocate but still stay in Custody. It was already pretty horrific but the quality of care obviously went steeply downhill LOL the only good part was that they didnt really bring in anyone new to get experimented upon.

2. Unlike harvey he actually graduated highschool before joining the military, but honestly it probably woulda been better for him to go earlier since he kinda sucked at school LOL. part two: i regret to inform that altho he was mainly a soldier/body to get shot at, his position during peacetime was pretty much just a junior cop.

3. He's pretty unimpressed by Faust's fancy coffee-making skills and doesnt really like coffee in the first place, but anything that isnt Facility Slop is a treat to him so he drinks it anyway.

He still remembers how to shoot *smiles* thats pretty much all tho, he'd have been a decent fighter in his youth despite his tall scrawnyness but those days are long gone. he sure can try tho.

Im gonna like.....not bring his Circumstances into it so i'll just focus on his base personality LOL. he's a Sheeple for lack of better words 😔 severely. Kinda in the same vein, he's quite approval-seeking. And i think he also suffers from harvey's disease in that he acts very passive and clueless while participating in (usually indirect) violence. altho i suppose he paid for that last one pretty quickly seeing how his bout in the military ended LOL.

Apart from several generations of region zeroites, i think his and harvey's ancestors are majorly like. german/british medwestern americans.

Faust gives him his unwanted scraps like he's a dog. He gets his own lunch when theyre living together too tho, ofc. hes a VIP. He has whatever Faust is having and its a LUXURY compared to the like. cheese sandwiches and slop he's been served at the freak facility.

He's often very confused or volatile Because he is confused because he was like literally reborn today and he can't catch a break. He has a staring problem.

He's guided by his desire to Keep The Peace, and he usually sees that as doing what he's told. I think its an emotional response. It's hard for him to follow much logic even if he wanted to nowadays, he's only able to operate in the Non-Warehouse World off of what the extremely biased other in his life have told him since he's been out.

i asked another account this but i am incredibly impatient! so i'm here now. im not sure what to do with these thoughts of mine.

i'm currently 20. when i was younger (middle school-high school) pre ASD diagnosis, i used to constantly throw other kids under the bus who were bullied and displayed more noticeable traits than i. in fact i was grateful it was happening sometimes because it would draw attention away from me and i was able to use them as my "test subjects" when it came to shaping myself. it's not like i never stepped in but as time went on i stopped because i would end up being shown i really couldn't do a thing and would become a brief target because i would get "too upset" and would say a bit to extreme of things.

what i feel really bad about though is my time one v. one with a particular person. i would be a bit aggressive/judgmental because i felt they weren't trying hard enough to do things the "right way." example: this person who was just recently diagnosed wouldn't eat anything other than mashed potato's and other starchy foods or would not decide on things quick enough for me. i used to get so mad about it because i felt like "it's difficult to do certain things and i personally don't like doing particular things either but to be healthy you have to be 'put together' and you aren't even trying" or "just follow what i do, i'm doing the right thing here stop wasting time! what would you do with out me here." i would make fun of them for these things (never to their face if i remember correctly). generally this person and i never got along too well as our personalities are vastly different (i was a "wolf" they were a "bunny" type of thing) but i feel incredibly guilty as these were situations where i don't believe it was our personalities clashing but rather it was me simply being a dick.

... I know its most likely the pms doing its thing and the rain's not helping but I just feel so sad today.

Like idk if my job is worth the hassle i barely make any money and I lose the clients if I up the prices and almost nobody working in social projects have the budget for design anyway and they're good projects so.

But Idk. And idk if im good at anything else like I dont remember being good at anything else I was ok as a waitress but that was like informal work 8 years ago. Idk what to do.

My computer's broken. Its been 4 months since i sent it to get fixed after it suddenly shut down and they're waiting for a chip to see if it would fix it or if we gotta replace a whole other thing, I mean we dont even know if it will get fixed. Im working on my mom's and my sister's laptops taking turns on them when the other one is needed. Im getting tired... And the money is not enough to get another desk pc obviously so I know if we cant fix my baby im gonna have to get a loan omg I hate loans im on (in? under?) debt as it is... But i cant keep doing this aaaaaa

And my room! The wall has some sort of leak in it from the roof we think but its the 3rd time theyre trying to fix it and as soon as there's a storm there's that fucking leak again. And so it has these ugly cracks on it and guess who said "I'll study how and fix it" over the pandemic lol 🙋🏾‍♀️👷🏾‍♀️ So that wall has been under works forever as you can imagine but also i cant touch the main leak yet bc like it wont dry properly until we find and stop the water from getting inside the wall and that is actually beyond me, like a wall and limewash-cement mix and stuff I can do but this is too much for me to go BobtheBuilder on like mmno. But is too much for the handymen too apparently bc it has never been fixed and its been what 3 years?

So in the meantime I'm sleeping downstairs in a sofa bed thats near the washing machine and its a small room and all my clothes are in boxes and I'm just... Tired! I wanna have a place to work and a place to sleep and a place for my socks and im like crying in my dad's bed bc mine is too cold and has no sunlight...

I want my room and my computer and my earnings from a job I'm good at, i think. Fuck this! I dont wanna be lile this anymore!

thinking of starring with actor!lee chan in a drama (remember when people were saying the guy from business proposal looked like chan in that one scene <3) 🤔🤔🤔 he was pretty easy to get along with and he always tries to make sure you're not uncomfortable in any situation or scene you're filming, whether he's in it with you or not 💖💖💖

eventually your relationship with him gets an upgrade from just co-workers to very close friends who start goofing around on set together and it suddenly gets hard to stay serious in serious scenes when you're facing this dork 😔 but simultaneously you find your acting has become more natural now that you've grown comfortable with your lead partner!! and somehow everyone else among the cast and staff never fail to mention how good the chemistry between you two is, both on-screen and off and it's become a hot topic among the viewers 🤗 but at some point you start noticing how the feelings you're "acting" for a romantic scene with chan starts lingering even after the director yells "cut!" and as it progressively intensifies you still find your heart aching for someonething even after you've arrived back home,,,

it drags on until the day comes when you have to film an emotional scene with him: standing outside, getting soaked in the rain, screaming at each other, you're both crying but you're so sure yours are real as you your character confesses their love to him his,, the silence that comes after is part of the script but it only hurts you more knowing that the "i love you too" from him is too 😞💔 you hear him say it, you're supposed to stop sobbing and look him in the eye before running into his arms to kiss him but for some reason you can't stop crying ☹️ you hear the "cut!" and someone call for a break in the distance but you don't move from your spot, even as you feel a hand rest on your head and you know exactly who it is from how many times he's messed with and ruffled your hair, both as his character and himself

he's smoothing your hair down, patting your arms and shoulders, whispering how good of a job you just did,,,, he even took a towel from one of the staff to wrap it around you (not that it would do anything considering how drenched you are but he's trying okay—) and bc i am horrible at writing kiss scenes i will speedrun this part JDKSJSJS after you calm down, he asks you to look up at him before he cups your face in both of his hands and tells you again that you did amazing and you're speechless bc holy shit he looks so good up close like this staring at you like THAT and oh my god is he moving closer why is your face also moving oh and you've both closed your eyes and 😚
