How do you cleanse? When it comes to cleansing or when we think of cleansing most automatically pull out the sage and clear some space (if its energetic). Otherwise, physically we pull out the cleaning products and start cleaning. When talking on energetic terms; how many know how to cleanse properly 🤔. When we cleanse, it’s not just about the space we clear but also clearing down ourselves. There are a few things we can use to clear down ourselves and our space - Sage, Palo Santo, Frankincense and some other incense. Sage - a shamans tool. When using sage, a thing to know is, when using sage you must know how to use it. As sage also calls in spirit/energies. You must set clear intentions when working with sage. When clearing/cleansing space, you must allow the room to completely fill with smoke (so it gets into every corner). As it fills say your prayer or intention. Then when it is filled, then open the windows and doors. This allows all the energy to be absorbed into the smoke and it leaves out the door. Peace Babes, Here's evidence of my 1st cooking effort since relocating. In Miami, I usually prepped & cleaned. The man of the house cooked and cleaned w/me. We made a good team, which made it east 2 have dinner prepared 4 the children b4 they r released from school 4 the day. Here, things r different. My family eats just as normal as the average American. Cheese, chicken, turkey sometimes pork, lots of condiments, lots of bread, butters, ice cream. That kinda thing. My children have totally converted back to garbage eating. It's tough competing w/that. Add on the fact that I'm not the best chef... U get the picture I cooked quinoa tacos made w/red & white quinoa, orange & yellow peppers & red onion. I also sauteed kale, spinach, peppers, onions & mushrooms atop a spelt shell w/quac & mango salsa (not in picture). Blog comin soon about my whole experience. I'm a work in progress, but I'm dedicated 2 saving my own life. 4 2 mos, I've ate garbage as I learned how 2 overcome the emotional trauma of heartbreak. My body feels like it's been ran over! I'm gr8ful 2 be starting my journey in2 myself. When I ate this meal, I felt my body say thank u. My systems started functioning better. I feel reborn. 1day, these tacos gone be bomb!
