Doodles || Golden trio (ft. Snape)

No matter how many bashing fics I read (and I really do enjoy those sgshsn), these three will always be among my favorite friendships in fiction. Also wanted to include good ol Snape bc I can and I adore him.

I see their dynamic as very sibling-coded, very platonic soulmate type even. They're literally each other's ride or dies and I'm not kidding when I say that I wish I had that for myself :(

Also, redrawing movie scenes is easier than having to come up with original ideas. I might do that more often.

guys, you know how harry tends to internalise his emotions more but even then, Hermione could see that in GoF he was missing Ron so much? Imagine how much more obvious Ron was 😭. Like Ron unable to shut up about harry while hanging out with Dean and Seamus like "Harry isn't eating breakfast today even though its all his favourite food hos stupid why sint he eating why isn't Hermione making him eat he's so annoying" and Dean and Seamus just nodding along not really listening because Ron is constantly hiding his worry for harry as complains

Then that night when Harry threw that badge at Ron, Ron was definitely asking "why do you think harry is late, he's probs practicing for the tournament how dare he do it without telling me why isn't he sleeping now he needs to sle-" till Dean threw a pillow at Ron and Seamus told him to just check on Harry himself

Harry, Ron and Neville have a bet about who can go the longest without sex. Ron lost basically right away. Neville’s strategy was to avoid all female contact except his Grandmother. Harry was basically the same, except he still hung out with Hermione. Hermione, irate that she was considered safe, decided to seduce Harry. Afterwards, she’s mollified when Harry admits that she’s not safe at all, but giving up her company wasn’t worth the bet.

(While he was being perfectly honest about that statement, consider three facts: one, the bet was Harry’s idea; two, Harry knows Hermione better than anyone else; and, three, he was almost put in Slytherin for a reason.)

Hermione blinks at Harry before sighing and shaking her head. Wordlessly she leads him into her kitchen, sitting him on a stool before turning to the cupboard above her sink. Flicking her wand from it's holder, she opens it, summoning several of her healing potions to hover beside her. Turning back to him, she sticks her wand into her hair, her hands lifting his chin and checking his eyes carefully before moving on.

"Do I want to know what caused this?" She asks, hands shifting to look for anything broken. "Or rather who." Hermione isn't above a little light poisoning for someone daring render Harry in this state. In fact, she's so onboard with it, it's something Hermione chooses not to think about.
