I've worn out Good Omens, Sherlock, Moon Knight, Everything Everywhere All at Once (that one was delicious!), Hannibal, Prodigal Son (WHY DID THEY CANCEL IT??) Our Flag Means Death, AtLA, Owl House, and a few more.

I need something thrilling and thought provoking. And I want it to feel like electricity is flossing my brain.

Early this year I read The High Crusade by Poul Anderson in which a group of English crusader knights take to the stars and engage in warfare with hyperadvanced aliens. It was really fun and would make an amazing miniseries.

So when I spotted The Horn of Time, a short story collection by the same author, I thought it would be an easy fun read. But tbh I've found 1/3 of it dreadfully boring and won't be finishing it :/

What if we wrote a story… based on random suggestion prompts. Every time you hit a snag, you have to add a prompt. Like rolling dice but with outside random generated help. And nobody really knows what direction you’re working in. 🫡 like that’s how I’d love a writing circle to work.

Any genre. Any characters. Any tropes. Any themes. Any observation. Any setting. Just try to make something of it. And move things around if needed when inspiration strikes. Teamwork.
