One Look
You are sitting with your friends, Lily Evans, Marlene McKinnon and Alice Fortescue in the Gryffindor Common room by the fireplace. All around students are chattering, a peaceful atmosphere in the room.
The Marauders come in, James Potter and Sirius Black racing one another to their dormitory, Peter Pettigrew following behind with food in his arms. Lastly is Remus Lupin, a book in his hand, watching his friends while shaking his head.
His eyes fly across the room as if he is searching for someone until they happen to lock with yours, and he gives you a gentle smile, which makes butterflies erupt in your stomach and you smile back.
Remus goes up the dormitory stairs while you look down trying hard not blush, a dazed smile on your face. Your friends all share a knowing look after watching the exchange but keep quiet for the time being.

Evan Peters x fem!reader
WARNINGS: mainly fluff <3
The young woman felt her heart race as she made her way to the award ceremony on the arm of her famous boyfriend, actor Evan Peters. She had been dating him for a few months, but hadn't been to a public event with him before, and she couldn't help but feel nervous and out of her depth.
As they entered the venue, she quickly noticed that Evan was receiving a lot of attention. Her eyes followed the movements of a famous actress who approached him, engaging in an animated conversation. Jealousy coursed through her veins, and she turned away, desperately trying to focus on something else.
Sensing her unease, Evan placed his hand gently on her shoulder, giving it a reassuring squeeze. He leaned in, his voice soft and comforting. "Hey, don't worry about her. She's just someone I used to work with. You're the only one I want to be here with."
A small smile formed on her lips, and she reached up to wrap her arms around his neck, pulling him into a reassuring hug. "I know," she replied, her voice filled with both relief and affection. "I just wanted to make sure."
Evan nodded, his eyes filled with sincerity, and he planted a tender kiss on her forehead. "I love you," he said, his words carrying the weight of his emotions.
Her heart swelled with warmth and reassurance as she looked into his eyes. She knew that his love for her was real and that she held a special place in his life. From that moment on, she resolved to let go of her doubts and fears, allowing herself to bask in the joy and happiness of being with Evan.
As the award ceremony continued, the young woman gradually found her footing, realizing that her worries were unnecessary. She observed Evan effortlessly navigating the social scene, engaging with fellow actors and industry professionals. He always made sure to include her in conversations and make her feel like an essential part of the evening.
The admiration and respect shown to Evan by those around them only increased her pride and admiration for him. She no longer felt overshadowed or insecure. Instead, she embraced her role as his partner, supporting him and celebrating his achievements.
In a rare moment of respite, Evan led her to a quieter corner of the venue, away from the bustling crowds. There, surrounded by the soft ambiance, they found solace in each other's presence. Looking into his eyes, she felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude and love.
"You mean the world to me," she whispered, her voice filled with tenderness. "Thank you for always making me feel cherished and loved."
Evan's smile was tender and genuine. He caressed her cheek gently, his touch conveying a depth of emotion. "You deserve nothing less," he said softly. "You're my rock, my inspiration. I'm here for you, through every moment, good or bad."
Their hands intertwined, a symbol of the unbreakable bond they shared. In that moment, she realized that her nervousness had faded away completely. She understood that being with Evan wasn't about comparison or competition; it was about mutual support, love, and growth.
Returning to the festivities, hand in hand, they radiated confidence and unity. The young woman felt a newfound sense of empowerment, knowing that she was an integral part of Evan's life. She no longer felt the need to compare herself to others or worry about the spotlight. Their relationship was built on trust, respect, and a shared journey.
As the night came to an end, marked by applause and celebration, Evan and the young woman left the award ceremony, their steps synchronized and their smiles radiant. They knew that their love was stronger than any external admiration or attention.
Walking towards their awaiting car, the young woman leaned against Evan's shoulder, finding comfort and reassurance in his presence. She knew that their future held countless adventures and shared moments. The glitz and glamour of the world no longer mattered as much as the quiet, intimate moments they cherished—the moments that made them feel like the only two people in the world.
