All over my blog I see microfic accounts for all these lovely ships, and I sit there in silence waiting for daily microfics of all my rarepair faves, and today I gave up waiting and decided to make a blog specifically for MARAUDERS RAREPAIRS!!

I’ll be posting daily prompts per month for writers (and artists if you’d like!) to use to come up with fun little scenarios of our beloved odd parings starting May 1st.

Hopefully, this will bring more attention to the rarepairs so we can get more fics about them!

All rarepairs are welcome, no matter how odd, excluding pedophilia and incest. These micro fics can be NSFW if you’d like them to be, but just make sure to tag and warn correctly so people who aren’t interested in the smutty stuff can dodge it.

All you have to do is tag @marauders-rarepair-fics on your microfic (or fanart) and tag it “#marauders rarepair microfic” so people can easily find it, and your fics will be reblogged to this page!!

Since rarepairs aren’t a huge thing in this fandom, this may take some time to take traction, so any reblogs and interaction with this account would be killer so our fellow rarepair lovers can find us. It would mean a lot if you reblogged this post and put your fav rarepairs in the tags! If you have any questions, suggestions, or any other thoughts, feel free to jump in the ask box about it and I’ll get back to you asap.

The prompts will be posted April 25 for posting to start May 1.

Dumbledore was VERY good at telling the Order members what they needed to hear to keep fighting for him

To Remus: “Your actions in this war will set an example of the bravery and courage a werewolf is capable of. As soon as this war is won, I will be able to use your actions to show the Ministry why your people deserve more rights.”

To Sirius: “I am proud you decide to choose this, going against your family, such staunch pureblood supremacists must be hard. I am truly sorry about your brother, but he made his own choices, there was nothing to be done there. But you, you’ll make better ones, prove yourself to be better than your family”

To Peter: “Perhaps this is your chance to make a name for yourself, get out of your friends shadow”

To James: “I am glad you are here, you can better look after Black, Lupin, Pettigrew and McKinnon, make sure they stay safe, I’d be very concerned about what happens if you were to ever leave.”

To Lily: “You might be the most important part of this war, it’s muggleborns like you in most danger, and you’re work as a healer and Order member for this war will prove to the wizarding world that muggleborns are just as good as any other kind of wizard.”

To Marlene: “For one of the youngest Order members you’re also one of the strongest fighters, I’m glad you have a lot of righteous passion but perhaps you should temper some of it before you get hurt.” (Note for this one, I imagine Marlene is someone who reverse psychology is very effective on, especially when coming from men in power)

To Dorcas: “It’s a shame you are the only Slytherin to join, perhaps you were sorted into the wrong house? Or perhaps you are just the best of your house, perhaps you can be an example that not all Slytherin’s have to be Death Eaters”

To Alice and Frank: “The Order desperately needs aurors, so we’re so glad you’re here. I’m sure the younger members are especially, they admire you so much, you’re like older siblings to them and I am glad you are doing this to keep them safe.”

“Did you hear Frank Longbottom hooked up with Alice last week?”

James stood in an empty classroom’s door barely containing his laughter. Regulus, Barty, Evan, Dorcas and Pandora were gossiping so loud he heard them through the closed door while walking down a corridor. They were in so deep they hadn’t even noticed James walking in two minutes ago.

“What?”

“Yeah, apparently it happened at the Ravenclaw party last week.”

“But Alice? Seriou- James?”

It was honestly hilarious how quickly the slytherins (and a ravenclaw) paled after realising he was there, listening. However, they had forgotten everyone in the castle is a gossip - James included.

Plus, he's a gryffindor, so he has a bit more information about the situation.

So James just pushed himself off of the doorframe and joined in: “Did you know they’re officially dating now?”

“They’re what?”

Sirius staring at his brother across the dining hall melt into him staring at his brothers star from a prison cell. Remus reading alone in the library turns into his sitting alone at a graveyard. Oddly enough she never sees Peter though.

Pandora Rosier who is cursed with far to much knowledge and no power to change it. Pandora, who will see her own demise after watching all those she cares for go before her.

FEM!READER X PLATONIC!MARAUDERS

Currently, your butt was being scratched... Now, this would be weird if you weren't a cat. Well, you weren't like a cat-cat, but you were an animagus - curtesy of being a part of the infamous Marauders. Though, you were an illegitimate animagus, so only: Sirius, Remus, James and Peter knew that it was in fact you on Lily's lap rather than an actual stray.

"You are such a cute kitty." Lily cooed, scratching your ears with her nails whilst her other hand flipped through the charms homework you were yet to start reading. Oh well, hopefully Remus would do it for you if you promised him chocolate on the annual Hogsmead trip.

"I want to hold it-" You bristled at Alice's use of 'it', and Marlene lent forward to smack her leg.

"She is a she, A."

"Oooh, my bad kitty. You are a lady."

"What are you ladies fawning over." You flopped back onto Lily's legs in defeat, hearing the cocky voice of Sirius wash over you. That boy constantly claimed it was the 'household hierarchy' that dogs trumped cats. But you knew that was in terms of idiocy, as you had caught the grey-eyed boy chasing his tail when he thought none of you were watching.

"Kitty?" James stared at you, and you stared back with big yellow eyes.

"Yes, James. It's a cat." Lily rolled her eyes, and you hissed when Sirius flicked your ear. The problem with being a cat, is ear flicks hurt ten times more.

"Don't do that!" Dorcas cried, scooping you up into her arms and carrying you to safety as you smugly watched Sirius get verbally beaten down by the girls who's group cat you had become since the start of the year. You'd told them all you were practicing quidditch after hours, and nobody questioned it- well the boys didn't have to.

"Let it go now, Dorc. She needs to go now, we've had her long enough." Marlene didn't even crack her eyes open when she took a long drag from her cigarette, before pointing it at the common room door.

"Fine." Dorcas gently lifted your front paw and waved it, you would have flushed at the boys grins if you were human, but alas you could do nothing but wave a floppy paw. Dorcas eventually made it outside the common room and placed you down, giving you a toe curling scratch behind the ear. "See you later, Kitty."

Dorcas gave a little wave, before disappearing back into the common room. By the time someone came back out, you had changed back and were pulling a piece of cat hair from your mouth with a grimace.

"Evening, Kitty." A low voice drawled mockingly from the doorway.

"Don't say a word, Black."
