“You’ve got bad-blood” That’s what people say here in India to gay individuals.

So I don’t know where to begin with. I’m 14 year old gay guy from India, yes India, you heard that right, a lot of people say being gay in India is not less than hell and I agree, no doubt about it. Today, I’m going to write about an incident that occurred to me long ago and I just can’t keep it to myself anymore, I don’t have enough guts to go straight up to my mom and confess about this incident cuz not only this will break her, but also my sexuality’s hidden from everyone in my family and friends. Hundreds of days have passed now and I think it’s too much, I can’t let this thing haunt me forever, for a lot of you guys it may sound kiddish but for me to actually go through this, it was worse than anything that’s ever happened to me.

I was 13 when I found out that I’m gay, I found myself attracted to boys and stuff. And, I didn’t even know what gay was back then, I was this dumb kid who didn’t know that such thing even exist but somehow I found this out and finally came to the conclusion that I’m gay.

Leaving this thing about me being gay, I’d like to tell y’all about this incident that happened with me long ago. I was about 11 or 12 (I don’t exactly remember), umm, me and my brother never got along together and we always used to fight but I didn’t know he could go this low, we had an argument regarding the TV remote, my mom and dad wasn’t at home and we argued and shouted at each other, he abused me, I abused him back, he’s 2 years older than me so I was always a little scared of him so in midst of arguing he suddenly unzipped his pants and all of a sudden just took his dick out and said suck it and started wobbling it. I was SHOCKED, TERRIFIED. It was the first time I was seeing someone else’s dick and that too someone ordering me to suck it and back then I didn’t know I was gay, so like everyone normal kid would react, I pushed him away and ran back to my room and locked myself and didn’t come out until my parents were back home. Next morning when I woke up, I see a paper on my desk and it clearly states that if you tell anything to mom and dad, I’ll leak all your secrets out, I was so stupid bck then that I didn’t know I had no such secrets to be afraid of and I agreed and never told anyone. And now I so want to tell my mom about it but I just can’t because she’ll shatter since my dad dies 2 years ago and she won’t be able to handle all this and then me being gay as well. Idk what to do or how to handle this but I’m just very much sad and just terrified of what I must do and what might happen to my family. I don’t want to live under the same roof as my brother, daioy seeing his face with that devilish smile on his face, I just can’t. At times I feel like killing myself but I don’t know I’ve never thought further about it.

Life is very tough for me, first all of this and then the Indian society which will probably mever accept me. :/
