The rain is pouring, but all I hear is my cry

brought by the pain that lasts and never seems to die.

How does one get by?

Red flags planted, emotions overshadowed it

now, I suffer as I took the hit

because you want to split.

Do “I” deserve the ache?

When the emotions, the time, and the investment aren’t a piece of cake,

Ohh, wait! Do “I” even have a take?

On the month of May

I thought I let it all swayed,

but only got dismayed.

Months have passed

and things are like a broken glass

I even wished we don’t cross paths.

An afternoon coffee that’s freshly brewed

Your life is your story. Write it well. Edit it often, if needed.

Motivate yourself to do things that make you happy and things that make you alive like spending time with your family, and friends, and other things you can do during your free time.

Life is beautiful and we should always think positively.

Above all else, never forget to pray. Prayers work. They always do.

Forever chase your dreams and don't stop until you've achieved all your dreams and goals in life. If you ask me what are my dreams and goals in life, well, I have big dreams not only for myself but also for my family. Baby steps if needed as I know they will be stepping stones to my success.

Even if it's the road less traveled, I will not lose hope and keep walking with faith in God. I know He has plans for me and I believe His plans have already begun.

Keep being your authentic self especially if you have a beautiful soul. You are a priceless gem that is real and rare. Let go of people who don't deserve you as you deserve much better treatment from people who recognize your beautiful soul. It's just going to be a waste of your time, energy, effort, and peace of mind as well if you don't let them go. You deserve to be happy with people who are your "tribe". Be with people who ignite your flame and make you a better version of yourself.

An Interesting Idea I Had:

A woman is an assassin. One of her missions, she realizes that her target is a child. She is against killing children, so she takes him under her wing instead. Alternatively, I could have the woman kill the kids' parents and then she feels responsible for the child and then starts raising him. She won't exactly be a good parent, though. She would have her own trauma along with the stress of being an assassin and raising a child at the same time.
