Information for use in fan fiction and anything else related to The Bill. This will be added to and edited every so often and please feel free to comment if you want to add or edit anything.
Part 1
The Bill is set in the fictional Sun Hill which makes up part of the also fictional Borough Of Canley. It's roughly set around the areas of Whitechapel, Stepney, Shadwell, Spitalfields, Portoken, Limehouse and parts of Aldgate, Bishopsgate, Shoreditch and Mile End. It's also known as the Tower Hamlets area. Maps of Sun Hill show the Isle Of Dogs area.

The station address is: Sun Hill Police Station, 2 Sun Hill Road, Canley, London, E1 4KM. The telephone number is 020 7511 1642.
The caution: I am arresting you on suspicion of (OFFENCE: eg murder or sexual assault). You do not have to say anything, but it may harm your defence if you do not mention when questioned something which you later rely on in court. Anything you do say will be given in evidence.
This MUST be said, IN FULL, each time someone is arrested and officers MUST make sure that the person understands it ALL.

Officer call signs:
Sierra-Oscar 5-2 - Superintendents used this so it was the call sign for Brownlow (and Derek when he was acting Super), Chandler, Okaro, Prosser, Heaton and finally Jack Meadows.
Sierra-Oscar 5-4 was for Chief Inspectors so Derek, Cato and Stritch but the call sign and roll was retired at Sun Hill after Derek was killed.
Sierra-Oscar 5-5 was the call sign for DCI's so this is Kim Reid, Frank Burnside and Jack Meadows.
Sierra-Oscar 7-5 was used for Frank Burnside when DI
Sierra-Oscar 3-3 was used for Roy Galloway when DI
Sierra-Oscar 7-0 was used for Neil Manson when DI.
Sierra Oscar 7-1 was used for Sam Nixon when DI
Need to check on those for Johnson, Wray, Haines and Deakin if required but they can just use rank/surname as described below.

Civillian Staff:
Jonathan Fox - Senior Crown Prosecutor and one time boyfriend of Gina Gold. He left Gina because she wouldn't commit right as she was about to commit to him. She tries to tell him this when he returns during her cancer fight but he's moved on with someone else... she can't handle just being friends so asks him to leave.

Roy Pearson - DAC. Neil Manson's father in law and user of rent boys. Murdered by one after attempting to retrieve a video that was being used to blackmail him.
Lisa Kennedy - Commander (Her son is involved in an altercation that leads to disaster at a football match)

Louise Campbell - Borough Commander
Ian Barrett - Borough Commander - tried to blackmail PC Dan Casper into ending his affair with his wife, Rochelle. Ended up getting Dan held at gunpoint and left Sun Hill alongside his wife.
Amanda Prosser - acting Superintendent whilst Adam took time off following the death of his family in an RTA. Upset a bereaved father who then took her hostage at gunpoint and caused a siege at Sun Hill (second live episode)
Rowanne Morell - DI/DCI who came in to investigate a case and then came in as cover for Neil whilst he took some time off after his father in law's death/end of his marriage.
Andrew Ross - DCI if I remember rightly he was part of MIT and kept coming over for murders - the Serial Killer/Des's Fire bombing/Cathy's murders etc.
Frank Keane - DCI from MIT. Rubbed everyone up the wrong way and thought the sun shone out of his daughter - Emma's - arse.
Karen Lacy - stuck up DI from SO15 who immediately alienated most of Sun Hill after Emma's death by refusing to let her friends in uniform help and would only let them man a cordon and then told Jack that CID could only help if EVERYTHING was ran through her and came back to her and her alone.
Tom Baker - TREV which was a fan coined term that stands for Totally Reliable Extra Veteran'. Tom was an outstanding back up CID member for over a thousand episodes. He's even in the Guiness Book Of World Records for it.
Terry Knowles - Terry was a Special Constable who idolised Des and wanted to be like him. He tried to copy how he'd seen him pick up a woman and flirted at a blonde in a convertible. Unfortunately it all went wrong when she stabbed him in the neck and severed his jugular and he died, leaving a 2 year old son fatherless.
Doug Wright - husband of Sgt Nikki Wright. Nikki transferred to Sun Hill when she got fed up of the confusion over two Sgt Wright's and then having to work opposing shifts. He's based at Sun Hill but they cross over to police a football match. Sadly Doug ends up getting stabbed and they realise there's a Cop Killer on the loose after he taunts them and goes on to murder new recruit Billy Rowan on his very first day.
Mark Rollin - Lance Powell's Boyfriend/Fiance/Civil Partner/Husband. Mark is a Sgt in CO19 and keeps his sexuality hidden to avoid the banter and bullying. He goes to pieces after shooting dead Jeff Clarke and he and Lance separate - only for Lance to go out drinking to try cheer himself up and be murdered.
Steve Hodges - an irritating little man who was the Detective Superintendent at CIB at the time that Claire Stanton was undercover trying to get information to prove that Don Beech was corrupt. He expected Claire to pull evidence out her arse and moaned constantly.
Rachel Kitson - Crime Scene Photographer who murdered old school friend turned Super Model Cindy Statham. She got away with it and someone else was accused and locked up...but then Jo went back and looked at the footage again as she had a niggling feeling. Rachel realised she was on to her and took her hostage at gunpoint. It was Stuart getting suspicious when he received a text calling him 'hun' and realising that something was very wrong that saved her life with seconds to go.
Important Reoccurring Characters (Civilians):
Rod Jessop - June's second husband after Jim. He is a headteacher and a good man who has 2 children of his own. At first June isn't too sure as she thinks he's a little too keen but she warms to him and they fall in love and take early retirement together.
Irene Radford - Mother of Karl, Wayne and David Radford, a large crime family with a history going back decades with Gina. She takes Gina hostage at one point and she and David are literally seconds from killing Smithy and Kerry at another point!
Louise Larson - Wife of Pete Larson. Unhappily married but settled until she met Smithy. Feisty, sarcastic and full of one liners, she kept him on his toes and they wanted to leave after she agreed to give evidence (Pete was arrested after almost murdering Smithy. I'm sensing a theme here).
Abi Nixon - The cause of Sam shrieking "MY DAUGHTER!!!!!" Had a fling with Matt Boyden - as you do. Then ended up pregnant and engaged to Hugh Wallis - a profiler - who manipulated Abi into it as revenge. He forced Sam to think her daughter was a victim of the Serial Killer. She keeps the baby and her relationship with her mother improves.
Cindy Hunter - Phil Hunter's wife who sees all he does on the side and - usually forgives him, even when a major criminal demands he be allowed to sleep with Cindy. Gregory doesn't force her to sleep with him but does take degrading pictures of her to wind Phil up. She still forgives him... but she can't get past finding out he has a daughter with another major criminals wife when they are trying for a baby of their own and they finally split.
Jenny Delaney - The girlfriend of George Garfield at first, Jenny is the nurse who looks after Dave Quinnan when he is attacked and left for dead in a youth club. She and Dave fall in love and have an affair which ends up in George leaving Sun Hill. They marry but do not get their happily ever after as Dave and Polly grow closer... and closer...
Kristen Shaw - Drug dealer who Zain goes undercover to catch and he ends up falling for her. She accidentally murders Honey by shooting her when the gun goes off in a struggle (Honey was trying to get Zain to do the right thing and arrest her with him). Zain reluctantly puts Honey's body in the water and they try to escape but in the end he can't go through with it and refuses to get on the boat with her to escape. He removed the bullets from her gun and so both end up arrested.
James Tennant - The father of Amy Tennant. This storyline goes on forever for over a year and Neil and James get close and become good friends through it before Amy is found.
Scott Burnett - Scott is the husband of a woman who is found murdered. At first his best friend is charged with it and as his FLO, Honey helps support him through it. They fall in love and in a whirlwind romance they get married.... only for Honey to realise that Scott actually murdered his first wife!
Laura Meadows - Jack's long suffering wife who put up with a lot, including affairs. It comes to a head when Jack - in full midlife crisis mode - thinks he's in love with Debbie McAllister and wants to support her and her new baby. Debbie thinks of him mostly as a father figure and is horrified when he finally puts the moves on.
Lilian Rickman - Cass' mum is devastated when her daughter is killed by the Sun Hill Serial Killer. She travels down and bonds with the team and later invites them to the funeral in Liverpool which some travel up to and then have to go straight on shift once they get back to London. She later returns to tie up the sale of Cass' flat and she and Tony grow closer and end up sleeping together.
Marie Graham/Carver - The bereaved mother whos daughter killed herself after being accused of sleeping with underage students. She's an alcoholic who seemed to understand Jim and all his problems... and then started to abuse him 2 days after their marriage. (he should have known it was a bad omen when he and June almost kissed the day of the wedding when trapped with Polly and Tony!)He is accused of abusing her before he ends up in hospital (Gabriel hit him over the back of the head with a vodka bottle - long story) and he cracks under accusations and shows his many wounds. He leaves Marie and goes on to recover and get back together with June... only for Marie to turn up on THEIR wedding day and cause a scene at the reception and then fall down the stairs and knock herself out. Jim, with a sprained ankle, ends up going into hospital too!
Pauline Smith - Smithy's mum seen in Killer On The Run. His father was an abusive drunk who used to knock her and Smithy around until Smithy was old enough to go out with his friends. Smithy has little to do with his unnamed father and next to no contact. She adores her son and is very proud of him. They are close and Smithy has a key to her house. He also had an unnamed little brother as a PC (mentioned in Soft Talking) but this seemed forgotten when he returned as a Sgt.

Okay, so I've been waiting to do this for a while but I kinda wanna see everyone's opinions on different characters from the RE7-RE8 timeline; also the reasoning of why you like or dislike them.
Here are some of mine(probably gonna make a part 2 post):
Chris Redfield-
Honestly, didn't see him enough in either game to really form an opinion, I played RE5 ages ago and witnessed the glory of the boulder punch but like... that's it. He just feels like if COD Ghosts was a person.

Jack Baker -
He's a cool tertiary character that scares the crap out of you on initial play but then bothers the fuck out of you once you know how his AI moves him around the house and his parts in the game. I like his voice lines and how genuinely like... unsettling he is. Even after years of playing and replaying this game, I still get goosebumps seeing him walk at you like the GTA character on roids.

Marguerite Baker -
Nope. Nope. Triple nope. I love the character as an antagonist but just hate her when I play. Two words. Vagina Bugs. Like, holy shit, Capcom nailed how much people hate unsettling things. Seeing this woman crawl at me around the greenhouse on all fours had me shooting her like I was playing a campaign of MW2. Her voice lines are great and her craziness because of Eveline's influence just makes her uncannily frightening.

Lucas Baker-
I want to see this little cunt die over and over again. He's just on another level than his parents because he was fucked up even before the mold got to him. Like, he's antisocial, great with gadgets that he uses for less than savory reasons, he's just John Kramer but in Resident Evil. All he needs is his Billy puppet and he's good. He wasn't as satisfying to play against because his part of the game was just an escape room and him escaping before you could get to him. All around, it was a creepy character that I sorta despise playing against but like all the same. Also, yes, I know that in "Not a Hero" or whatever it's called, you kill him. But, I never played that cuz I don't care for Chris and I'm lazy. I loved his little tidbits in "21," though so I'm probably just biased af.

Zoe Baker-
I might get flack for this but I don't... care for her. She's not a bad character but she's not really helpful. Yes, she points you where to go and tells you what's going on vaguely. But like, she just tells you. That's it. Sometimes, she doesn't even tell you stuff like when Ethan fights Marguerite and says that she didn't warn him about the bugs and "thanks for that" sarcastically; she replies with a laugh and a "sorry about that." Also, this might just be me but it's like her VA didn't know how to replicate a southern accent; she switches from sorta southern to no accent to this weird almost British sounding hybrid. It's something that @highlifeboat and I poke fun at whenever they stream it out of boredom.

Eveline -
My child. Little baby child. I really enjoy Eveline as the main antagonist because you can't help but feel this intense sympathy for this child who was made to destroy. She's just a kid and yet because of Miranda(which we find out later), she never gets the family or love she desperately craved. She wants to be loved but her efforts are completely twisted because she was completely twisted from experiments and protocols. Her imprinting protocol on Mia essentially drove her to excessive levels of obsession and made RE7 happen. I love her character and her voice lines are painful and raw. She's great in a lot of ways, she's even good in SOR which y'all already know my opinion on.

Clancy Jarvis-
The real protagonist of RE7, just yall wait for his revival in RE9, WHEEZE! No, but, seriously, I really like Clancy Jarvis. His influence in the game isn't major to the plot but it's just enough that the exposition rides on you watching his tapes and seeing his name around on initial play. A brilliant side character that you'll feel bad for because he just wanted to film a ghostbusting show with his friends and ends up being hunted, tortured, and eventually killed by Lucas Baker. Also, I love how he gives more emotion in every reaction of his than Ethan does in the entire motherfucking saga he's in. Like, his emotion is there and it's raw and it's visceral whereas Ethan yells or doesn't really react to things in RE7; yes, they patched it up in RE8 slightly but not altogether in a way that made sense to me at least.

The two of you were fencing and you were being a bit too aggressive for a simple sparring match. You hated to do it but eventually you caved and called Rick, who almost immediately agreed to help. Just as you were lunging forward, Jake entered the room. 
“Anything?” You bark as you remove your helmet and turn your head towards Jake. 
Edwin tries to advance but you manage to block his move just in time, you grunt as you do. Jake sighs as he shakes his head, not wanting to be on the receiving end of your aggression. 
“I know it’s sound that this coin represents but so far everything that I’ve tried hasn’t worked. And there could be dozens, hell, thousands of combinations of sounds that might do the trick. It’ll take a while before I have anything.” Jake explains, and he waits for your reply as you spar against Edwin. 
He watches as the swords tangle together and Edwin manages to knock yours out of your hand and it flies across the floor. A smile forms on Edwin’s face, one of being victorious causing you to narrow your gaze at him. You then do a couple of back flips and collect the Sais displayed on the wall. You twirl them a couple of times as you walk back towards Edwin, the smile from his face instantly fading. You turn your head towards Jake as you get into a defense position. 
“Then we’ll try thousands.” 
Jake lets out a huff of air. “Alright, I’ll get back at it then.” 
Jake walks away and heads back towards the office, he could tell he was in for a long night. You and Edwin continued to spar, each countering the other’s move. You eventually knock Edwin’s sword out of his hands and he concedes. The rest of the day was pretty calm with the slightest bit of tension clinging in the air. You and Jake tried different sound combinations but nothing seemed to be working, which only frustrated you and Jake more. It wasn’t until Edwin was bringing you two some coffee at the late hour, when you finally made some headway on the orb. You were taking a huge drink of your fresh coffee when the orb finally responded to the sound causing Jake to perk up. 
“Woah, what was that?” Jake inquired as he sat up, adjusting his glasses. “Do that again.” 
Before you could do anything though, a bullet broke through the glass window and instantly shattered it. The bullet flies past you and into the decorative bust on the table across your desk. Several more bullets follow suit as the three of you begin to take cover. You roll under the desk, grabbing the two hidden guns that are concealed beneath it. 
“Jake!” You call out to him before looking over at him. You smile to see that he’s already armed. 
The two of you nod at each other as you prepare yourself for a fight. The bullets suddenly stop and you go to peek over the desk when men in tactical gear smash through the window. 
“Get back!” You yell and you look over to see if Edwin is alright, only to find him gone. 
The men begin to force you and Jake out of the room as they begin firing again. Jake pulls you close to him as you scramble out of the office. You already know what they’re after, you don’t even have to think twice about it. The two men keep pushing you and Jake further away from the office as a third man comes through the now broken window. He walks up to the orb and just as he begins to pick it up to put it into a bag, he hears the cock of a shotgun. 
“I don’t think so.” Edwin says sternly and with a straight face. The intruder doesn’t respond so Edwin shoots off a round past the man, a warning shot. “The next one won’t miss. Leave now.” Edwin orders, cocking the shotgun again. 
Edwin then screams out in pain as a bullet pierce his right shoulder causing him to fall to his hands and knees. The intruder takes this moment to snag the orb and run off with it. Just as you and Jake were returning to the office, Edwin was getting back up on his feet as he held his shoulder. 
“Edwin!” You rush over to him to help him and so does Jake. 
He shakes his head, refusing your help. “I’m fine. I’m sorry Y/n but they got the orb, I tried to stop them.” 
You were about to say something when the sound of someone stepping on glass catches the attention of all of you. Still on high alert, you and Jake aim your guns in that direction only to lower them again. 
“What the hell happened here?” Rick inquired as he examined all of the damage. 
You can’t help but roll your eyes at him. “Someone just stole my bloody orb.” You say it as if it was the most obvious thing in the world. 
Meanwhile, Alexander Pierce along with six other men and women are in a conference room in one of Pierce’s many high rises located in Madripoor. As Pierce is talking about his latest discoveries, one of the men starts coughing and spitting up blood. Looks of concern form on the other’s faces whereas Pierce stops his pacing as he glances down to his watch. When he looks back up, he nods to a waiting agent and they begin to pass out a small pill. Pierce watches as everyone accepts the pill before adjusting his tie. He then starts to walk towards the coughing man, speaking as he does. 
“There’s an expression: “It’s not nice to fool mother nature.” Yet, that’s precisely what I’ve been doing for some time now. While the weapons I make serve their purpose, there have always been limitations. Stable diseases aren’t lethal. Deadly ones burn out too quickly. Mother nature can only be fooled so much. Deploy my weapons, and your enemies, however great, will collapse from within,” Pierce pauses for a brief moment as the man starts to cough harder. “Rather like Mr. Malick’s collapsing right now.” Pierce was about to continue when Ms. Hawley interrupts him. 
“What the hell is going on?!” Mrs. Hawley speaks up, a slight waver in her voice. 
Pierce turns to her. “Malick told MI6 about this meeting. That’s why the change in location. He was going to turn me over to them in return for his own safety.” Pierce then turns his attention to Malick, who was still coughing uncontrollably. Pierce grabs him by the hair and forces him to look at him. “A smart man would’ve known I was on to him. He would’ve never come to the meeting. But I knew you would. You actually thought you could fool me. That, gentlemen, is the sound of a traitor dying,” Pierce lets go of Mr. Malick as he takes his final breath. A long, pregnant pause fills the room as the group waits for what Pierce has to say next. “That was an accelerated form of Ebola, deadliest disease known to man. Highly contagious. However, as with all known diseases, there exist stockpiles of antiserum in the West.” Pierce was over by the agent who had handed out the pills and took the last one. He glances down at his watch and waits a few more seconds before taking the pill and placing it in his mouth, swallowing it down with nothing but his saliva. He waits a moment as he watches his colleagues do the same thing except swallowing theirs down with water. “There is no antiserum for what I’m offering you. No treatment. No vaccine. No cure. The world’s never seen anything like what I’ve uncovered.” 
“Uncovered?” Rockwell inquires. 
Pierce turns to him. “Yes, see, I’ve branched out. Archaeology. 5-3-4-9-2-0-8, that is the account at the Mashreq Bank. One hundred million each, if you please.” 
The group looks around at each other, each wondering what exactly could be worth that type of money. Pierce then spots Brock Rumlow out of the corner of his eye, waiting for him. Pierce then concludes the meeting, telling them the short version of Pandora’s box before walking out of the conference room. Rumlow and Pierce then begin to walk down the hallway. 
“Did you retrieve it?” Pierce inquires, glancing over at Brock. 
“Yes sir. It’s down in the lab as we speak.” Brock replies. 
Pierce nods his head in approval. “Good. Because I just told a room full of men about Pandora. We can’t have any setbacks.”

I’m going to be honest with you all. There were going to be more. Such as a drawing of Pamela Voorhees, Alice Hardy, Ginny’s youngest daughter, and even Jason’s own face. But during my drawing of Pamela’s well...head, and that was going to be Alice’s drawing at first. I was thinking about my art and the progress I was doing. Also, I forgot to give Tommy facial hair, mainly on his chin that is.
I gave up because I didn’t consider my art good enough. Meaning this will be the few Friday the 13th pieces you’ll have for a while if draw again. I even had wanted to mention of creating character bios for the characters I drew. And I told the story or the concept behind that “Joshua the Bear” to @lovezdarestevez4ever that it’s a bear Pamela personally made for Jason when he was younger to make sure he never felt alone. Including she purposely made the bear to have a bitten off ear, and a messed up right eye by telling Jason there is nothing wrong with him. It’s more like “This is your best friend and he’s just as perfect as you” and his name is a reference to the fact Victor Miller was originally going to call Jason Joshua. Along with the fact I thought back to that teddy bear seen in that one image from Freddy vs Jason. And I did think of wawa from Rugrats.
To explain things more, these are versions of preexisting Friday the 13th characters in my Friday the 13th reimagining AU. Which is something that’s still in development. You can look at these like concept arts.
Again, happy Friday the 13th everyone. Hope you can watch some FT13th films while you’re at while I do too.
