The Justice League finds out about the Anti-Ecto Acts, and Batman is the driving force behind condemning them.
He even goes so far as to summon popular ghost hero Phantom for advice, given that his son, Red Hood, would absolutely fall under those Acts.
Phantom...tells him he's wrong.
Red Hood is 100%, completely and totally alive. Same soul, same body, sort of the same person. Only 'sort of' because people change as they grow, so obviously he isn't going to be the same person he was when he was fifteen.
There's not a trace of ecto in him, or in any of the Bats. None of them are even liminal.
Batman asks if he's sure. If he's really, really sure. Because ghosts run on emotions, and Red Hood came back extremely violent and irrational.
"Well yeah, of course he did," Phantom deadpans, and Batman suddenly feels very, very small under that glare. "He was murdered, unavenged, told that there was no way he was the same person when he came back pissed, and had his words as a victim ignored. I'd get violent too. Look, I gotta go, but thanks for getting the Acts removed."

idk why but I feel like Jason would be either very good with babies or terrible with them. In both scenarios he never offers to babysit.
Tim: Can you tell the civilian we found his baby? Also this kid has been screaming since I found her.
Dick: Sure! She isn't very happy huh? Try handing her to Jason!
Tim: What?
Dick (causally): Jace is like a baby whisperer or something.
Tim: ooookaaay?
later they peek around the corner
Dick: See?
Jason has the baby cradled in one arm whilst having a lovely conversation
Baby: *Babbles for a bit*
Jason: I couldn’t agree more, but have you considered how the death of Mercutio sets the tone and gravitas of the story?
Baby: *Babbles more*
Jason: I see, I see.

i actually love that stede refused to give izzy the time of day. fandom can have their izzy redemption but its really important that at least at this point, stedes inherent kindness does not extend to someone who tried over and over again to completely ruin his life. stede doesnt owe someone who went above and beyond bullying (turning him in to the AUTHORITIES) anything at all actually, especially when it was to get in the way of not just his happiness but also to try to control ed

I like to imagine that Branch joined/started Kismet in between movies one and two because he decided he wanted to be normal again and to him that means being in a boy band (insane but funny)
that actually is really funny! (and insane!) also from what i've seen from the cartoon, branch does actually feel like he has to go out of his way to fit in and be a "real troll" so this is totally in character for him.

James: Did you just give me a sunflower
Regulus: Yes it’s your favourite
James: You remembered?
Regulus: Your voice is so annoying I couldn’t forget it if I tried
James *smiling widely*: I love it when you’re nice to me
