plot: ellie is one of the best knights in the whole kingdom, the first female one as well. you, the perfect princess. your mother has no clue you have a crush on ellie. but, your marriage is assigned. you couldn't get what you wanted.

why did blair have to see this? she's going to tell mom for sure.. oh my god. my arrangement? what will happen to ellie? to me? you sigh and let go of ellie.

"blair.." you mumble. blair looks at you and ellie in complete shock. she never expected such disobedience from you. you knew the guidelines, and you broke them? out of all people. blair clutches the top of her gown and walks to you and ellie.

"sister.. you know better." blair looks at you. ellie was embarrassed and rubbed the back of her neck. you looked down feeling ashamed for your actions. you should've never fallen in love with her. why couldn't i just be normal? why does it have to be like this? your thoughts spiraled. you almost were completely distracted that your sister had to nudge your arm.

you jumped a bit, realizing you zoned out. "please.. don't tell anyone." you take your sister's hands and grasp on them tightly, begging her to keep this secret. if anyone knew, you'd be banished. ellie on the other hand.. executed. you couldn't let that happen to her. she was all you had, being forced to leave your home wasn't something you wanted either. why can't things just go back to how they were before? you and ellie, simple childhood friends. playing in the royal garden every once in a while. she'd talk about her training and show you her skills. but even before.. it was never "normal" you loved her, just didn't know it yet. why did you have to be like this?

"i.. i can't promise you-" you immediately cut your sister off. "i could be banished! do you really want that?" you were fed up with blair at this point. did she really want you to be cast away? thrown to the enchanted forest for good?

she lets go of her hands and sighs. "of course not," she turns around and was just about to walk away. right when you think she's done, she continued. "i have to follow the rules and so do you. i don't want you to end up like, him." she walks away, you hear her heels click-clack on the floor. ellie turns to face you, seeing the worry on your face.

"i'm sorry." she says. why was ellie saying sorry? she didn't do anything wrong. this is all your fault. if you didn't fall in love or be into girls.. everything would be normal. you'd be normal. "don't apologize." you say quietly. "you have absolutely nothing to apologize for. this one is on me." you grasp onto your dress and walk off. suddenly, ellie grabs your arm.

"let's go to my room, ok?" she says with a reassuring smile. god, that smile. who could say no to that? being in a room alone with her is probably all you need right now. you nod, letting her guide there.

you wore ellie's clothes. her oversized grudge band shirt and a pair of flannel pants. pretty comfy than your dress. you laid down on the bed and she sat next to you. she gently rubbed your thigh. her touch was immaculate. her rough hands on your soft legs. it felt so nice. you feel her hand glide up to your waist, gently squeezing it. you felt a sort of arousal from this. wanting more. knowing ellie, she doesn't back down. she gets more aggressive as time goes on. this was just the beginning. the squeezing gets harder. she leans closer to you. "is this okay?" she whispered right into your ear. her hot breath on your neck. god. you nod. "yes- it is." ellie smirked at your nervousness. it was cute to her. just when was about to put her lips against yours, a sudden knock occurs.

ellie quickly moved away from you and yelled out. "who is it?" your heart was beating loud. please.. don't ruin this moment. "its the queen." fuck. your mom, of course. ellie puts the covers over you and gets out of the bed to open the door. "yes? what do you need, your majesty?" ellie asked. the queen looks down at ellie. "is my daughter in here?" ellie rubs her nose, it was a habit of hers. a cute one at that. "uh, blair?" the queen smiles a little and shakes her head. "don't act inarticulate. y/n, obviously." her big words confuse ellie in a way. ellie's usual language was just swear words. "ah- well, no." ellie smiles nervously. the queen looks away for a moment. "you certain?" she says again. ellie nods. "certain indeed!" ellie clears her throat, trying not to act so "enthusiastic". the queen nods and takes a step back. "very well then. sleep well, knight." the queen walks away and ellie shuts the door.

you uncover yourself and look at ellie. ellie sighs in relief. she walks back into the bed and lays down. she smirked again. that damn smirk. she patted on her legs. "c'mere." she said. you crawled over and go on top of her, ellie held your thighs down so you could straddle on her.

"now, where were we?"

1. Salt - ok, a rocky start. Is someone making beef stew without salt? Who?! WHO IS DOING... ahem -10/10

2. Rosemary - all right, that is a seasoning and while it is a very basic one that I would assume the majority of European cuisine based beef stew wood include. So. Better than salt. 3/10

3. Bacon - nice, a little novel. And I guess if you make your stew with a few solid chunks of bacon in it. You might not need the salt? I guess. I have never done more than using bacon fat to sear the beef but I'm willing to give that to go. 7/10

4. Mushrooms - I suppose this is flavorful if you use specific kinds. And umani is the most important flavor part. Still. A pretty standard ingredient though. 6/10

5. Coffee - much better. Never tried this, though I've used coffee in different gravies and sauces before. Will give it a go, though I'm a little unsure because I associate it with slightly sweeter companion ingredients. 10/10

6. Cacao - I'm from Cincinnati; I love chili; this is probably delicious and I will have to give it a go. I'm surprised I've never tried it. Am sure the way chocolate is used in general food palettes ill prevent people from using it though. 9/10

7. Orange - now we have gotten to in not sure about that. The tartness of the orange pairs well with sweetness but using it in a umami-based dish with high levels of salt seems undesirable 6/10, it's a bold strategy, Cotton, let's see how it plays out.

8. Garlic - oh, it's salt 2: electric boogaloo. because there probably are people who have never used real garlic and there are many flavor profiles produced in how it's prepared -1/10

9. Onion - Oh, come on. -10/10

10. Pepper[corn] - who wrote this, jfc. I know you are white, and that's why pepper is novel. -5/10

11. Cinnamon - this is more like it. I bet cinnamon adds a lot of warmth to the stew. I think it would depend heavily on what other ingredients you used herbs and seasoning wise, because there are some things that it clashes with. 7/10.

12. Potato - ok, I looked up the author and Nicole Adams definitely has a taco Tuesday where she eats store bought taco mix hard shell tacos, wearing socks and shoes in the house, and does yoga led by another white lady with a hyphenated first name like Becky-Sue or Ruth-Anne . I'm gonna generally assume she wrote this while wine hung over because I want to assume nice things.

Look, potatoes absolutely belong in beef stew. They are in fact one of the core ingredients that will always appear in beef stew. But as the title of this is things that add flavor to beef stew, and the fact that potatoes are only carb flavored, and their function is to pick up the flavors around them the addition of it. to this list. is. irritating. Null/10

13. Carrots - I... Guess. I'm going to give this points because carrots do add a flavor. They are a part of the flavor profile. They are part of the standard flavor profile, though, so 4/10

14. Red wine - Yes. Ok. Cool. You should definitely add some form of alcohol to your beef stew because it will marry the flavors better. However, this is pretty basic (I prefer the sharpness of dry white wine, personally but it's a far less popular choice) 7/10

15. [Stout] Beer - there are worse places to end this. I'm gonna give Nicole points for specifically saying stout instead of general beer. Bear in general is a good ingredient for something as rich and heavy as beef stew, but stout is the correct choice if you're going to go with it. 8/10

You haven't heard from Wanda for the rest of the week. Some substitute came to teach her classes and the corridor gossip didn't give you any real motive about what happened:

"Maybe she was called back to the Avengers! Like a big green sticky dude that they need her help with!"

"Don't be silly. Everyone knows about the Starks November party. I bet Potts kept the tradition"

"Maybe she just decided to move out? She didn't stay long in the other school she taught..."

Unfortunately you didn't know any better. She wasn't responding to your texts or picking up you calls. She had vanished leaving you with no goodbye and you missed her.

That Saturday night, after you placed the kids in bed, you floped down the couch with an overfilled glass of wine. Just when your lips touched the liquid, you heard a zipping sound followed by a step behind you.

"Y/N. I am sorry, I didn’t mean to startle you" - you heard a male voice

Your heart twisted in fear as you let the wine spill and quickly go up in a very clumsy defense pose.

" WHO ARE YOU? WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?" You looked around trying to figure out a scape plan to what you where sure to be a home assault.

"I am sorry! I didn't mean to startle you!" A tall lean guy wearing funny clothes said raising his hands in a show of no-harm

"Who-how-What ARE YOU?" You trembling raised the now empty wine glass as a weapon

"I am Stephen - Dr. Strange" He said adjusting his stand a little offended that you didn't recognize his title "I am Wanda's friend"

"Wanda?" You let your arm down "Do you know where she is?" you asked trying not to show how worried you were.

"She is in trouble and we need your help. So let's go, shall we?" Dr. Strange wasn't known for his public skills, as he harshly approached you opening a portal to the Avengers compound with little to no explanation.

"Ok. It was very nice to meet you. But I am not about to jump into the Eye of Sauron just because you mentioned to be Dr. Stitch - Wanda's friend" You said crossing the living room to your kitchen leaving a fumming Stephen behind.

"First, it is Dr. Strange! God, haven't you heard of the Avengers? Thanos? The snap?" He rolled his eyes

"Oh. You are the green one?" You asked him while passing through him to mop the floor where you spilled the wine.

"DOCTOR STRAN... You know what? It doesn't matter" He took a deep breath " Look, Wanda needs help and I think you are the key to save her. Would you mind coming with me?" He pointed towards the portal with a grin full of sarcasm.

"Ok. Send me address I will go there tomorrow"

"Not tomorrow! Right now!" He exasperated

"Ok, Doc. And who is going to look after my kids?" You crossed your arms mocking.

"Wong" he said already summoning a new portal that showed a confused Wong

"Who is this?" Bith of you asked

" I am the Sorcerer Supreme.. Not a baby sitter, Stephen" Wong crossed the portal

"Life or death. Now come" Stephen said pulling you into the portal and closing a pissed off Wong behind.

"(...)Wanda has been the vessel to the Scarlet Witch for sometime now. She has trained to keep her imprisioned inside of herself until we can figure out how to kill or ademonish her for good(...)." Stephen was rambling while guiding you through one of the Avenger's Coumpound corridors. "(...)And she was just fine, stronger than ever - not even a hint of SW showing for months. But last Sunday she came in demanding to be imprisioned again because she was 'losing control'" he spat

"Last sunday?" It was the same day she left town with no explanation.

"Yes. And I didn't think much of it, because we all know she is stronger then Scarlet on her good state of mind. What brings me to you." He looked at you puzzled

"Me? I didn't do anything" You said stopping in your tracks "Why does that have anything to do to me? We are just friends"

"She loves you" he said plainly like he was just stating a ordinary fact.

You laughed. Wanda Maximoff? Yes, she became your frined, you had one or two nights taking some wine together, but she had never said or done anything to you to suggest any romantic interest. Not that you haven't tried once ou twice after meeting her closed reaction and obediently retracting to your 'friend zone'. Right?

"She doesn't love me" You scoffed

"Don't argue with me" he turned to you with a hard gaze "Come".

You finally reached a massive door with a observant glass window that showed a dark red and black dusty cloud. Near the window was Bruce and Steve discussing something on a low tone.

"Steve. Bruce. This is Y/N" Stephen introduced you

"Hi, Y/N" Bruce said friendly as Steve looked sternly to Stephen "I told you no"

"Well, do you have any other plan? This is the best one we have" Stephen retracted to analyze the midst

"What plan?"

Bruce answered: "You see that midst there?" You noded "That is Wanda"

"Wanda is in there?" You gasped

"No" Steve interrupted "Scarlet Witch is in there".

You gulped. You knew nothing about SW besides that she was supposely a demon that possesed Wanda in the pass, as Stephen had told you just know. But just the sight of the dark cloud sent shivers down your spine - how could anyone be stronger than that?

"I don't see where I can help" You said staring down the cloud looking for any shadow or movement that hinted Wanda's location.

"She loves you. You are the only one who can convice her to fight again and get SW under control" Stephen murmured

"We are just friends" You said between your teeth. That Stephen was getting into your nerves.

" You just need to get in there and called out for her" Stephen said reaching for the door

"Are you crazy?" You and Steve Rogers shouted

"I will not get anywhere!" You said stepping back.

You weren't the bravest person on Earth. That was true. You would shamelessly run away from a little bug if it came too close to you. But your refusal had nothing to do with that. You liked Wanda, truly. She was amazing and she made you feel all mushy and at peace - being frienzoned or not. But you were not just Y/N, anymore. You couldn't be selfish with your own life - you were now a mom. And you wouldn't put Tommy and Billy's mom at risk ever again - for crying out loud, the first thing you did was to sell your motocycle! Imagine getting inside the ring of hell with the demon herself to call out Wanda?

"I can't" You said crossing your arms in front of you and starting to walk back the corridor

"I am sorry. This is the only way" Dr. Strange said pushing you inside the room.

------- Dr. Strange point of view

"STEPHEN!" Steve shouted pushing Stephen away and forcing the door trying to go inside- now locked with more then just Jarvis AI. The three heros got shivers down their spine as they heard the sinister laugh that followed.

"How could you do that? We need to get her out of there- help me unlock the door, Bruce!" He kept pushing the handle

"We can't" The Hulk didn't agree with Dr. Strange actions, but he couldn't think of another solution to prevent the chaos from ever leaving that tiny room.

"The thing is that Wanda didn't lose control." Stephen slowly started to explain himself " She is in control of all that." He pointed towards the picture of chaos" if she wasn't, Scarlet would have already breached - don't be naive. We are not strong enough to contain her, you know that, Steve"

"I don't follow" Steve looked puzzled but stopped forcing the handle

"When she searched for me on Sunday, she had finally understood what me and America had already known for awhile." He breathed out "She always asked herself why she didn't have her 'Billy and Tommy' in this multiverse, giving that all other Wanda's had theirs." He stopped as a light flashed from the cloud followed by a loud sound "The thing she missed all this years, is that we have various ways to becoming parents - something that she had never considered. She always thought Billy and Tommy were hers and Vision kids. But no. They have nothing to do with Vision. They are her kids. And kids are not just the ones born from one's womb, are they?"

"What does that have to do with Y/N?" Steve looked puzzled

"Y/N's kids.. Are Wanda's Billy and Tommy" Bruce realized.

"And Wanda is trying to protect them, from herself" Stephen concluded

"... By convincing us to lock her away" Steve concluded "This is all happening because she wants it to. She wants to force our hand."

You don't know what hitted you first. The ground, as you clumsy landed on all fours. The phosfor stench. Or the burn in your eyes as your sight was filled with a dense and hot air.

Your surrounding looked very much like an orchard. If the trees had any leaves and apples in them, it could even be a beatiful sight. As you catched your breath you heard a sinister laugh echooing from everywhere at once. Your heart was pouding as you desperately tried to find back the door that had vanish replaced by the ilusion in front of you.

You walked around that place for what it seemed to be hours. You haven't seen anyone yet, as the orchard extended for infinite lenghts. You were starving, thirsty and tired. The more you walked, the more you thought you would never find your way out of it, and the more you got anxious and desperate to get back to your kids. Suddenly appeared a white house down the hill, and you could swear you saw a shadow by the window.

When you reached the house, you soon realized how folish you were to literaly come knocking in the demons lair.

"tsc tsc tsc. I thought you were the smart one" Wanda's voice came from behind you with a reprimanding tone. You quickly turned and saw her. But not as her. She held her hair the redder it has ever been, dark circles around her eyes, black fingers and big red horns caming out of her forehead.

"Ste-Stephen " You sttutered walking backwards away from the witch

"Don't talk about him" She hissed crossing the ward and grabing your throat in a fury "He ruined everything!" She said through her teeth with a hard gaze. You whimped barely able to breathe through her hold.

"So-orry. I-I am not supposed to be here"

She tilted her head in confusion with a small smile "Haven't you come to save your precious little Wanda?" She loosened her hold on your throat and her eyes sparkled red as she read your thoughts "HA!" She laughed "Poor Wanda.. Not even her little human-pet came to save her!" She mocked "You have more important stuff to do, right, kitten?" She let go of you with a humorous laugh

"Will you let me go?" You dared to ask

"I could.. But you know.. You are pretty, aren't you? I might keep you for a bit." She turned and walked back to you slowly checking you out bitting her lower lip " I think I will just dumb you down, turn off that little brain of yours and use you to have some fun. Would you like that?" She said "I will keep you as my personal pet as I rise as the Master of Chaos" She gripped your cheeks strongly as you wiggled trying to get loose from her

"No, please. I need to get back" You begged

"How pathetic little girl you are, aren't you?" She smirked "You know what is the cherry on top of this? Our little Wanda loves you, but didn't have the gut to tell you about it." She smiled mischieveously " But she didn't even read your thoughts did she? She couldn't know you love her back" She laughed "And I am the one who is going to have you". She crashed her lips into yours. You could push her away with all your strenght and it wouldn't be enough: she was at least a thousand times stronger and you were powerless in her grasp.

And then she came.

"Leave her alone" Wanda's voice echoed loud and strong coming from the house. Scarlet smiled immediately detaching herself from you and pushing you aside in the ground.

"Well, well, well. The rabbit is out the hole, isn't it?" She held a wicked smile as Wanda calmly got herself in your direction

"You shouldn't have come, Y/N" She said extending you her hand and giving SW her back as she meant no threat at all

"Wanda.."

"Go inside the house and I will come for you" She said keeping her expression closed and avoiding your eyes

"That is a lovely reunion" SW said with a mocking tone "But I will have to cut in, you know? I think we have things to settle, Wanda" She said harshly sending a joltz of red light into Wanda’s back. The energy, though, dissipated before reaching her skin.

Wanda smirked "don't be silly, Scarlet"

SW growled sending another blast that ricochet back to her hitting her shoulder in an electrical pain.

"Argh!" She shouted and kept trying to reach Wanda growing beastial and frustrated at the lack of effectiveness of her attack.

While SW lost her control, Wanda calmly took you back to the house and closed you inside - apparently a fortress where SW hasn't been able to crack since Sunday.

As soon you were safe, Wanda felt relief washing her whole body. She didn't know you had come into the illusion when you did. She didn't think that was possible, so she just meditated and waited for her friends to be convinced of how dangerous she was. Maybe then they would be persuaded to take her out of her misery. But all plans came down in ruins when she heard your begging and saw SW holding you. At that moment she knew you wouldn't be safe without her, and that maybe she being in your storyline would be good for you - not just for her.

"How dare you touch Y/N?" She barked turning her red eyes to face an angry SW "How dare you try to hurt her?" Wanda stepped close hands ablaze with red fire...

As soon Wanda shutted the door, you were absorbed in another illusion. The world seemed to dim and turn Black and white. Old music was playing out of nowhere and you could hear a TV show on the back. The smell of fresh cookies and cut grass filled your senses still involved in the stench of the demon's orchard, completing the enchanted scenario. You felt at peace and at home, like inside a safe 50s TV show. You couldn't see the fight going on between Wanda and Scarlet outside, the window showed you a pristine garden and a row of suburban houses bathed in the early morning sun. Cars passing by eventually and birds singing could make you forget about anything else.

As you walked through what you assumed to be your home, you notice some photo frames on the table next to the couch. The picture showed a family of four, a blurred 4th person you couldn't quite place as a male or female, Wanda motherly hugging two little kids. Two little kids you knew awfully well.

The faint of recognition of the kids identities passed by you as the world trembled, lights flickered and the whole illusion shredded slowly. Bright lights hit your eyes in a painful intrusion as you blinked repeatedly trying to adjust. When you finally got to yourself, the photo was gone, and in front of you with a worried glance was a sweaty, flustered and tired Wanda.

"Let's get you home"

Then almost immediately, our first introduction to one of the protagonists alludes to him being a walking venereal disease: “If he have caught the Benedick, it will cost him a thousand pound ere a' be cured.” 

In return, Benedick swears he will never “hang my bugle in an invisible baldrick” and on it goes for 5 acts. Even BeneDICK’s eventual declaration of love includes a sex pun. “I will live in thy heart, die (orgasm) in thy lap, and be buried in your eyes.” Stay classy, guys. 

2. Romeo & Juliet

Just your regular tween romance in which thirteen-year-old Juliet monologues repeatedly about how much she wants to get Ro-Ro into her bed. Even the classic ‘a rose by any other name’ speech includes the line: “nor hand, nor foot, nor arm, nor any other part belonging to a man” fnar fnar. 

Oh, and she also dies (slang for orgasm) asking for his ‘happy dagger’ to rust inside her ‘sheath’. Yeah yeah, it’s a tragedy, but it’s also sex ‘n’ death right to the end.

3. Twelfth Night

Malvolio is the king of (accidental?) debauchery. While reading a (forged) letter from the lady he fancies, he declares: “By my life, this is my lady’s hand. These be her very C’s, her U’s and (N) her T’s, and thus makes she her great P’s.” Yes, that is how you spell **** and we’ll let you figure out the P bit. 

He’s also responsible for the most misquoted line by wannabe motivational speakers everywhere: “Some are born great, some achieve greatness, and some have greatness THRUST upon ‘em.” 

Yes, he’s talking about his dick.

4. Hamlet

To be or not to be whatever, but just imagine trying to sneak ‘c*ntry matters’ past the censors today:

But the tables turn beautifully and profanely when she asks her maid the English word for ‘robe’ and is told ‘coun’ (gown) which sounds a lot like… uh… See you next Tuesday. 

Yep. Shakespeare really got the future queen of England to say c*nt live on stage. Bravo.

8. Titus Andronicus

For years, I lived in bewildered befuddlement regarding the musical musings of Taylor Swift. I usually listen to rock or metal, so her brand of pop was not a part of my usual lineup. However, I gained lovely friends here on Tumblr who swear by our Lady TayTay, so I decided I should check out her stuff. But there was SO MUCH, I didn't even know where to start. a few clear-headed thoughts on the monaco gp - i’ll try to be short: 

1. shit wasn’t looking good since the very beginning. rain. in monaco. i guess fate is really testing charles. but things were going incredibly smoothly until ferrari decided to pull a typical ferrari stunt. 

2. aaaand strategic mistakes cost charles his long awaited monaco win! old memories come flooding back some would say. and that is not ok. there were too many mistakes that almost made ferrari look like amateurs. everything that went wrong yesterday wasn’t obviously about carlos not being a good teammate, but it was about ferrari being shit at this. carlos made his call, and went with it, but then, you - team of current race leader and current title contender is relying on - put HIM on the defensive strategy, once the other driver refused to stop. that is absolutely madness to me. carlos’ strategy, who might’ve been correct, cannot cost him the win.

3. not wanting to make the hierarchies clear will be a problem sooner or later. i agree that, at least at the beginning of the season, both drivers should be in an equal position, but at some point, you need to be clear about it. just like how redbull and mercedes have been doing, and guess what? they did win. and they’ve also won by adopting a line in which there is a first driver and second driver. carlos made mistakes. he’s far back in the championship, and if i were to choose one ferrari driver to bet on the title, well, i don’t think i’d go for him. and by this, in no way i mean carlos should bottle a win if he’s faster, or shit like that. just, charles shouldn’t have his race compromised because he refused to go for the defensive strategy so they went with charles - which by the way, was only one of the many mistakes. 

4. to mention the madness that went on online, i just don’t understand how anyone can criticize charles. you need to have a team that is going to have the best strategy ready for you, you can’t possibly do everything yourself. championships aren’t won by drivers alone.

5. thinking about what it could’ve been, won’t bring us anywhere. there’s an italian saying that goes “history isn’t made with ifs and buts”, and it couldn’t be truer. sometimes it simply is what it is. teams are bound to make mistakes, and the drivers as well (imola, for example). this is what sports are about, i guess it wouldn't be so funny if everything went smoothly all the time. the season, as we’re getting used to hear, is still quite long, the gap isn’t huge, and if there’s any driver who can compete against max and do magic it is charles. 

6. i want to believe ferrari will learn from their mistakes, i really want to believe this shitshow will somehow make them come back stronger as a team. but most importantly i really hope they won’t let the driver who has put all his talent and faith in their hands down again. they owe him big time. 

7. final thoughts on charles - yes, mind full of charles leclerc and charles leclerc only - best of the worst, possibly one of the very few good insights of the weekend, i would say we did semi-destroy the monaco curse by seeing the checkered flag - not fully, because how does one go from first to fouth in monaco - and that for sure is an improvement. and once again charles proves to be one of, if not *the*, the best qualifiers of the grid. and that very final lap in q3, the one that never was, oh what was he about to do. pure magic. chapeu. overall he’s in splendid form, couldn’t have done anything better in the last two gps despite being this unlucky. i think we might have to go back to lourdes. 

8. also i just wanna have a nice talk with albon and ask him if he knows how blue flags work. mf thought he was fighting for the win or smth? and the fact that he didn’t even receive a penalty - it wasn’t even noticed by the race direction i think - despite charles shouting about it on the team radio. really funny. he’s lucky ferrari fucked up real bad and is the main source of pain right now. 

9. the track needs to stay on the calendar. for plenty of the reasons, but above all, charles needs to have his monaco win and put that damn gold throphy on his piano. i won’t have peace until this happens. 

10. last but not least kudos to redbull for once again being smart with the strategy and congrats to checo!

1. fnf - oh my god i cant believe theyre singing abt five nights at freddys… this song is genuinely so good though; it makes me feel the same joy as i cant stop or the view does upon first listen. its emotional but its danceable, its got everything.

2. collision - THIS SONG WASNT EVEN RLLY ON MY RADAR AS A POTENTIAL FAVORITE?? (talk abt a collision haha!!) but dare i say it is actually my favorite?? (edit: its actually my second favorite) its a really fun track; this is one i would hope would get a dance tbh bcuz i think itd look really cool

3. topline - this song is such an ear worm its been stuck in my head before it even came out; it simultaneously serves cunt and bad ass at the same time; tiger jks verse eats. love the vocals in it too, and the BOM DIGGY DIGGY BOM BOM BOM BOM. its a rlly fun enjoyable song def gonna be on my list of faves

3. youtiful - i thought it was gonna be cringe which it kinda is but its also heartwarming and a bit sad. it would probably rank a bit higher if it didnt have some tough competition but ‘the universe in ur eyes’??? UGH IM BASHING MY HEAD INTO A WALL SCREAMING OK ITS CHEESY BUT ITS ALSO GREAT. our first tie because in making this these two kept switching ranks over and over

4. DLC - ok dlc standing for dance like crazy is so cute. this song makes me wanna just vibe and have a great time; just dont listen to the lyrics they make me a bit sad just a little bit. also the pre chorus whisper with a harmony right underneath? YES PLZ. eating this for breakfast this is so good

5. hall of fame - WOAH! early on i was like oh its nice but maybe not my fave until the kinda tron-ish break down before the chorus its kinda hypnotic—ONE SMALL STEP FOR MAN ONE GIANT LEAP FOR MANKIND made me giggle lol—the instrumental of this song is v interesting i like it a lot (this was actually below #6 for a hot second before i made a last minute call)

6. superbowl - you whisper in a song and thats it for me it kills me sorry!! someone said this is god menu pt 2 and it is its so good (i dont care that the lyrics are goofy i love it) this ones rank was shakey until the end that rlly sold it for me. noticing a trend of rlly strong outros on this album

6. get lit - i rlly struggled with this and superbowls ranks so theyre getting the same rank. skz knows how to make an amazing party song fr. i love a lil edm moment i wish they would do even more like side effects level breakdown

7. s-class - okay this song is a bit all over the place but kind of in a way that fucks; like its a mess in a way that if would blow my mind to play a shooter too! i do love IN’s breakdown he gets i LOOOOVE his voice. also the last bit before the end starting at like 2:35 to the end kinda reminds me of og skz in a way i rlly enjoy

i'm only gonna do snowbaz, and also these are just in order of how recent they are bc i dont know how to rank them lol

1. Something's Gotta Give Now (T), 7k

this is my most recent snowbaz fic and i really really liked writing it. it's an au, and i don't really want to give too much away because part of what i like about this fic is the way the backstory unravels. but the gist is: baz plays a sexy, angsty vampire on a popular tv show, and simon is very bitter and very funny about it.

i did this after not writing snowbaz for a while, so i feel like i was able to return to the characters with fresh eyes and some broken bad habits. the third person is nice too -- i definitely write more cleanly in third. it's definitely not crack (which was my original intention lmfao, it's technically my crackfest entry), but im not really mad about it. i gave up on my ability to not to take it seriously about 500 words in. also, there's a second chapter that it just unhinged shit lmfao.

2. The Places We Build (T), 4k

this fic plays with the idea of: what if simon and baz decided in their first year at watford that they didn't want to hate each other? what if everything was the same, except nothing was the same, because they were friends? i like it because i feel like it has a strong heartbeat. i love to see how much of a world i can create in the least amount of words, and there's a looooot of history packed into these 4k words. very tender. very cuddly :)

3. love means slowly using losing your mind (E), 8k

this one was so fun to write. another au -- baz is a wedding planner, simon is penny/sheps best man (yes, both of them). it's loosely based on THAT scene from the movie 27 Dresses (iykyk) but it stands on its own. i like how i leaned into the setting here -- it feels like a very accessible world to me, like you could close your eyes and see the pub. and also i really just like to put my blorbos in a situation where they get drunk and have fun hahaha. as always, shit gets kind of real and snowbaz are their usual intense selves. also there's awkward car sex, which was hilarious to write.

4. Jump Up, Chosen One! (T), 8k

dude. what the FUCK was i on here..... this is perhaps the most plot-driven thing i've ever written, while also being one of the WEIRDEST things ive ever written. the premise is: simon goes off, trapping him, niall, dev, and baz in a Super Mario Bros game. and like. it's silly, yeah. but when i read back through im always like -- oh, ok, there's a lot of heart in this! good job rory! more reasons to love: lots of fun niall & dev screen time, simon solving problems thru the power of Being Determined, a tender moment that i interrupt several times by reminding you that simon and baz do indeed look like mario characters, penny solving problems thru the power of Being Clever, and a surprise tonal shift at the end lmfao. idk man. there's a lot going on here and i think it's p sweet.

5. In black ink my love may still shine bright (M), 5k

even though i hate that i used a fuckin long ass shakespeare quote as a title (lmao. like it fits and i love that sonnet but still. tacky !), this fic is great. @starwarned and i talk a lot about the power of The Slutty M-Rated Fic, and this is my best work in that regard. post-awtwb, date night -- they get ice cream and go to a bar and... shenanigans ensue. it's sweet and happy and nothing bad happens. NICE. the e-rated sequel is the first smut i ever wrote. i was so nervous about it. look at me now.... our resident blood slut LMAO.

honorable mentions, because im a dirty cheater. these probably belong in top 5 but ive been talking about them already recently so i didnt want to be repetitive.

Hey so. If you don't wanna hear a kid in their late teens rant about life n stuff then I suggest you leave. But it's not like anyone would really be reading this anyways.

So.. I guess I'll have to write down my collective of thoughts

1. Growing Up

I've been feeling terrible lately because of all that responsibility that's gonna get thrown on my shoulders. In afraid of messing up, of the worst case scenario. It's most likely not gonna happen, but I know deep down it terrifies me. Otherwise, I wouldn't cry about it. I'm already getting small teaching jobs just cause my parental figure wants me to start making money already.. not that I'm doing any good. It just sucks and I don't feel any good about it.

2. Outcast

Now then, the title for this section or whatever.. I couldn't find the right word for it. Basically, in struggling to find my community, a place where I feel like I belong. I have friends who care about me, I care about people that have literally never held s conversation with me before. It sucks, it feels like I'll never be able to have a deep bond with someone because I suck at talking to people or even just letting people get close to me. I do nothing and I hate myself for it.

3. No Motivation

Yes yes I know I probably have depression but I literally don't know who or how to talk about it. I've tried to get therapy in s rather roundabout way, but.. well, time flies and I don't really wanna put stuff about my family online. I feel like I'm just doing things because that's what I'm supposed to do, and there are less reasons for me to want to do anything other than "I need to make money" yk.

2. Spectrum

I didn't know what to call this either as neurodivegent is a broad term that covers more than just adhd or autism, so I think I might just cut this section short; I'm autistic and I'm already struggling in some ways, but I think I might have I diagnosed adhd too. This sucks as my parental figure also has adhd and although I have told her multiple times I want a diagnosis, nothings followed through. I'm also too tired to do anything and really forgetful when I focus on other things.

4. Love

I don't know how to talk about this, it runs deep. Basically, I'm sad that I've never fallen in love before, but honestly I'm not surprised. I've literally never been able to make friends on my own, what do I expect. I also think I want a lot of attention but obviously trying to be that girl would make me uncomfortable.

5. Low self esteem

This is probably the problem that's stemmed into everything else. I just feel like I suck or I could do better. Like if someone compliments me, sure it's nice but.. something's I feel like they're just doing it out of obligation, or they're just trying to be nice. Either that or I feel like I could've done better, so they're actually wrong. See what this brain is telling me? It's total bs but I still feel that way. What am I supposed to do if I know it's lies but it feels like the truth?

TL;DR I need help immediately. Fun. Ok, goodbye.

(p.s. I think I might have social anxiety but it's also probably my autism plus how awkward I am. I overthink wayyyy too much)
