This is a guide to make your mind like your own garden flourishing with plants, flowers and butterflies. Having a good mental mindset, and being in the right state of mind is essential to being the best version of yourself.
This guide is divided into four sections: mindset, self-care, mental wellness and emotional intelligence. I hope you can take away something useful and take care of yourself! 💖 
MINDSET
Your mindset can easily determine how you go through life. It influences how you feel, act, behave and your thoughts. When you have a poor mindset, it is going to be difficult to go through life, even if your life is easy. 
However, once we grow and improve our minds, it is easier for us to navigate life, improve our well-being and increase our chances of success. 
Before we get into mindset shifts, I want to explain how exactly you can implement them in your life. I feel like there’s so much talk about mindset, but no one exactly explains on how to implement them. 
IMPLEMENTING 
The first thing to implementing mindset shifts is making a conscious effort to be aware of your thoughts. If you want, practice mindful activities to improve your self-awareness of your thoughts. 
You have to be able to catch a thought in its passing and whoosh it away from your mind. If you don’t whoosh it away, those simple thoughts build each time which can soon turn into the way you think.
Secondly, after increasing your awareness, identify what exactly about your thoughts or mindset you’d like to shift, and what you would like to shift to.
Thirdly, is to completely immerse yourself in that mindset shift. The mind learns through repetition, meaning that repeating it enough will make your mind learn it. 
Set your mindset shift as your weekly intention, say affirmations, and prayer, read books on it, put a quote on your phone as your wallpaper, just make it so that mindset shift is constantly on your mind. 
Lastly, do small actionable things that reinforce that mindset shift. I recommend you do at least one habit every day for this. 
This is not the only method to implement mindset shifts, but for me, it’s the one that is highly effective. I recommend doing some research on your own, and making adjustments when needed depending on how you think. 
MINDSET SHIFTS
This whole part we’ll talk about the mindset shifts I think everyone should at least try to implement in their lives if they want to improve themselves. These mindset shifts are my absolute favourites and they improved the quality of my life. 
After each one, I’ll state a small habit you can incorporate that contributes to that shift. 
Live your life with your highest self in mind. 
This is more intentional living than an actual mindset shift, but still as important. Whatever you do throughout the day, consider if it aligns with your highest self. If not? Release it. Your highest self knows what's best for you, trust them. 
At the end of the day, reflect on your daily habits, which include all habits you did today whether they were ideal or not. What habits aligned with your highest self and which didn’t? The ones that didn’t, why? How can you change or remove this habit to get closer to your highest self?
Rejection is just redirection.
As someone who has gotten rejected from the things that they wanted and felt so lost in the pursuit of fulfilment, this mindset shift saved me. You have to stop chasing the things that aren’t meant for you if life has proved it isn’t.
While I’m not saying give up after the first try, but try to step back and assess the situation. If you are qualified and ready for this thing, then why is it still not yours? Because it isn’t meant for you. God is trying to nudge you into a different path, recognise his signs. 
To handle rejection better, look for the lesson(s) you’ve learnt, and the skills you grew and see if there is another area of life that you can apply them to. 
Keep yourself on a pedestal.
I am worthy so much to me. It sounds like a weird sentence, but you should start treating yourself like a treasure and avoid giving out that same treatment to most people because you have your soul, which homes itself in your body. Every day, you are living through this soul and body. 
So, why would you take care of someone else’s soul and body? You are never going to be the soul that lives in their body, or the body which homes their soul. Don’t neglect yourself in the priority of someone else. 
Practice setting boundaries with others and recognising when someone wants more than what you’re willing. 
You choose the life that you want.
You have choices and options every day to do things that will eventually have an outcome. Whether this outcome supports the vision of your dream life or not, all depends on how you choose to live your life now.  
I don’t have a habit with this one but keep in mind that absolutely nothing is controlling you, and your choices are of free will. Circumstances can change, but that is why we have to adapt and be flexible.
Fear is a step to success
If you’re not scared, you’re not doing it right. Fear can hold us back, but that is why we have to twist fear into a source of motivation instead. If we were always in our comfort zone, stepping back when we feel a sliver of fear, we allow fear to dictate our life and its course. 
You can’t be successful unless you do the uncomfortable. For this one, do something each day that scares you or makes you uncomfortable. It doesn’t have to be anything extreme, but simple things like exercising longer than usual or talking to someone who you wouldn’t imagine yourself with. Those little risks are so important. 
Embarrassment is not a real emotion 
This one is a bit controversial, but I do not believe in the concept of embarrassment. Yes, things can sometimes be awkward, but it is fully in your control if you want to feel ashamed or not. Being embarrassed only holds you back, and doesn’t allow you to live life to its fullest. 
I would recommend doing a small risk every day as well, but of things that would usually feel awkward. 
Progress over perfection/completion
Perfectionism which is allowed to be nurtured over time can create an avoidance mindset towards doing harder things in life. While we should strive for excellence in everything we do, we shouldn’t allow it to consume us. 
(the avoidance mindset is when we put off/avoid tasks that we believe to be out of our abilities, and so that completion of the task is poor quality/not done well.) 
This one is less common, but I know a few people who would not do a task if they knew it would not be fully completed in their desired time frame. However, each minute of work contributes to the results or completion of something. 
Every day, do one thing that will add up to the completion of your long-term goals. 
To welcome tomorrow, you have to let go of yesterday. 
Living in the past makes us neglect our present self. I’m not saying forget everything that’s happened, but never allow the past to consume your mind. Acknowledge that you’ve been hurt, you’re longing or you were happier. Then, release it. 
Journaling is the perfect way to stay in touch with the present. You can type it, write it, vlog, draw, or compose to journal. 
Everyone has their beauty.
This one helped me a lot with comparison. I saw beauty, not as a measure or a value of someone, but rather something that everyone has uniquely and it cannot be valued. I have my sense of beauty, and you have your beauty as well. We are two different people with unique features, traits and qualities, so our ‘beauty’ can’t be measured against each other. 
Define your beauty. You could be smart, feminine, book beauty or dark, flowers, creative beauty. You add your details to your beauty and never try to define someone else's. 
To conclude this section, your mindset is very powerful. To achieve your goals, work on your mindset. Also, don’t try to work on more than one mindset shift at a time. Implement one fully then work on the next one. It could be overwhelming if you’re doing more than one. 
SELF-CARE
The next chapter of this guide is about self-care. Self-care is important for maintaining balance in our lives and generally keeping ourselves happy. However, most people don’t understand the concept of self-care, so they just end up doing a bunch of random things and wondering why they don’t feel better.
Yes, you can coddle or pamper yourself when you want, but it is not self-care. While activities from these three things do overlap, do not confuse the terms with each other. 
Self-care is simply what it says. Taking care of yourself. Taking care of yourself looks different for everyone. My idea of self-care will be different to yours.
REDEFINING SELF-CARE.
When you imagine what self-care looks like, it’s typically someone else’s definition of self-care which has been reinforced in your mind. You have to redefine your idea of self-care to match your goals, energy levels and circumstances. 
Before you do, self-care is not always about taking a break. It seems that way, however, self-care can also be having the discipline to do the things that you don’t want to, but are good for you. 
Here are some questions to help you redefine your self-care:
What does self-care mean to you? Does that meaning align with your current values and needs? 
Do you have any negative associations or misconceptions of self-care? Why?
How do I feel in all areas of my life? (physically, mentally, spiritually, professionally). What areas need more attention and how can I improve that area(s)?
What activities bring me happiness, fulfilment and a sense of renewal? 
What tasks do I have to do, which are good for me but I hesitate in completing that task?
How would I like to feel after complementing my self-care rituals? 
Envision your life if it had complete balance and self-care incorporated. What habits would you be doing to support that vision? 
My idea of self-care is completing all of my non-negotiables, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, taking somewhat productive breaks and talking to others daily. 
THE SEVEN PILLARS OF SELF-CARE 
Self-care has seven pillars, which you all need to take care of to have a balanced life. However, balanced self-care does not mean equal attention to each pillar. It means that each one is up to the same standard of self-care you’ve put for yourself. So, you need to allocate your attention appropriately. 
MAJOR PILLARS 
Physical - The well-being of your body. 
Mental - The state of your mental health, mind and emotions. 
Spiritual - The strengthening of your relationship with God while nourishing your holy spirit. 
Personal - Doing things that bring you enjoyment and fulfilment + embracing your identity.
MINOR PILLARS
Social - Connecting with friends, family or even strangers.
Professional - Your work/school life. 
Environment - Keeping your space clean and extracting anything that holds you back. 
Major and minor do not add or take away the value each category has, it just means that major pillars may need more attention compared to the minor ones which may need less attention. Of course, you may need to focus more on a minor pillar, as self-care is individual to you. 
I would’ve added a list of things that you could do for each category, but I want you to think about what you need for each instead of relying on strangers with different lives for self-care. 
Maybe you need to focus on exercising and doing your hobbies more. Or you need to create a better work/life balance for yourself. It all depends on your values, needs and circumstances. 
MENTAL WELLNESS
Mental wellness is the state of our cognitive, emotional and psychological functioning. When we are mentally well, we can cope better with challenges, develop a habit of having positive thoughts, and greater happiness and improve most areas of our lives overall.
There are a lot of things that contribute to our mental wellness, and I most likely won’t have everything here. Just a little disclaimer as well, it is completely normal to have a fluctuating mental state especially when we are going through unfavourable change. 
DIGITAL MINDFULNESS
Social media is a huge part of our lives but is also the main factor of mental destruction. I’m not going to say delete all of your social media, but I want to introduce to you a few ways to mindfully consume and rules with managing screen time. 
MINDFUL CONSUMPTION
To consume content mindfully, go onto apps intentionally and know what your purpose is when using that app. For example, if you want to find new habits that you can do, you could search on Tumblr or if you want a quick break from something stressful you can watch an episode of something on Netflix. 
It doesn’t matter what the purpose exactly is, but the action of being intentional. 
After you consume what you want, download images, and screenshots, and take notes or any documentation of what you found/learnt. This is more so the information is remembered/used. 
Manage your notifications. You do not need notifications from every app. Except for messages and phones, I do not put notifications on my device. I believe that if something is important enough, I’ll remember to check my phone later without the help of a notification. 
Only consume quality content. It is so easy to consume content that has obviously been reposted or is blatantly spreading misinformation. Only consume from people who you trust and you’ve followed/subscribed to. While yes, you can explore but be very mindful when doing so.
You should be decluttering, organising and deleting on your devices routinely.  This reduces the amount of distractions on your phone and makes it more intentional. Only keep the things that align with your needs, values and goals. 
DIGITAL BOUNDARIES
Have rooms or zones in the house in which you’re not allowed to use any devices or the devices you choose. For example, the bed, bathroom, office, when you’re eating at the dining table, etc. 
An alternative is having a period of a day when device usage is not allowed. It could be right after you wake up, right before you go to sleep or just in the middle of the day. Either, I recommend you have a time or place in which device usage is not allowed.
While I encourage everyone to keep up with socialising with their loved ones and friends, I don’t support dropping everything just to talk to someone. E.g If somebody wants to text while you’re in the middle of a study sesh, just say you’ll talk later. 
MANAGING STRESS
Stress is an unwelcome yet common feeling we all have. No matter what’s on your plate, we tend to stress a lot, especially in a society that is going so fast and makes us feel like we’re falling behind. 
To manage stress, you need to be self-aware of when you feel stressed. A lot of people actually can’t recognise when they feel stressed, and I am one of those people. Instead, I rely on mental or physical signs that tell me I’m feeling stressed out. 
SIGNS OF STRESS
Unusual lack of motivation or discipline
Feeling tired constantly even if haven’t done anything exhausting
Inconvenience impacts you more
Overthinking about small things
Trouble with sleeping
Low appetite
Focusing is harder
Crying or feeling tearful over small things
This is not the complete list of symptoms, but these are the things I feel/do when I feel stressed. Stress will look different for everyone, so you need to be able to create your own list of signs when you feel stressed. 
CREATING A STRESS MANAGEMENT PLAN
Creating a plan helps you to be prepared to effectively address and cope with stress. It allows you to be more productive and improves mental health when you use this plan when needed. 
Here are a few steps to creating your own!
Identify stress triggers. What do you dread the most? What makes you feel drained? What do you overthink about? Answer these questions to figure out what triggers your stress.
Assess your coping strategies. Notice if you have any ways of coping that are self-destructive, as this only contributes to your stress. 
Choose 1-3 activities that are fun to you and are not self-destructive. These activities do not have to be productive or beneficial, but they have to make you feel relaxed and generally feel better
Choose one relaxation technique and one self-care activity. These are up to you, as we tend to neglect self-care relaxation when we’re stressed. 
Optional, but have one person who you can talk to when you’re stressed. When we are stressed, we tend to look at the smaller picture but talking to someone else helps us gain a greater perspective on the matter.

Journal about why I’m stressed 
Make a cup of strawberry and mango tea
Read a nice story while drinking tea
Guided stress meditation
Eat some fruits 
Another thing when creating you plan to not restrict yourself using time. Allow yourself to take as much time as needed to alleviate yourself of stress. 
EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE 
Being emotionally intelligent is a skill. It is the ability to understand, process and communicate emotions effectively. 
There are times when we do sometimes let our emotions take over and they dictate our actions, thoughts and words. This is why we need to build this skill, to get that control over our emotions back. 
Thinking before you speak is an oldie but goodie. What we say can drastically influence the current situation for better or for worse. If you think that what you might say is rude, offensive or crude, don’t say it at all. 
Also, stay quiet! I am all for standing up for yourself when being disrespected, but you need to recognise when someone is trying to rile you up... They WANT a reaction out of you. Most likely to use against you. Silently exit the situation instead. 
If you are someone who gets a lot of energy from big emotions like anger, dejection, sadness, and jealousy, try to channel that energy into something that requires you to have a lot of energy and is beneficial to you. Keeping that energy in until you blow up is a no-no.
Not everyone is trying to hold you back with ill intent. People’s previous experiences can influence the advice they give to you because they have your best interest at heart. They know that their method worked, which is why they’re advising it. These types of people don’t understand that there is more than one way, but they still love you.
Avoid prolonging emotions. When you’re sad, don’t listen to depressing music. When you’re angry, don’t consume ragefuel. It’s very easy in this age of consuming to amplify therefore prolonging emotions, but it holds us back. Process it, and move on.
Stop acting on a whim. Go where your heart takes you, but reflect on it and create a plan. When you do, you end up in unfavourable circumstances. The most common one is working so hard to get to a certain point, only to realise that you don’t even like it. This is why reflection is important. 
Be kind even when you’re not receiving it. Kindness is only kind when we do it out of pure love instead of personal gain. Stop expecting people to be kind to you after you’ve been kind to them. Kindness is a debt-free action.

Living in the end completely changed my perspective.
So, I started building up my self-concept, I started living in the end, I started doing shadow work, I stopped trying to tap into the void, I stopped trying to shift and I stopped listening to subliminal. I started this at the beginning of 2023. It was hard, but I persisted and I'm happy to say that my mindset completely shifted. Here's how I did and how it changed my outlook on my life.
"Living in the end. It is a state of wish fulfillment. It is not trying to get your desire, it is knowing that you have your desire" This never clicked, You see, I would read all these posts about people having an epiphany and it just started to make sense. But, no matter how much I read these posts, no matter how many mindset change subliminals I listened to, and no matter how many methods I tried, it just never clicked. It didn't make sense to me.
As humans we desire proof. Growing up, a lot of us were told that what happens all happens for a reason and that our fate had already been decided. That's why the idea of LOA seems so unusual. Suddenly, we find out that we can change anything? We can control every aspect of our life? It was strange. I never really understood what it meant when someone said that I was in control of my life. But what I knew I was in control of was my thoughts.
Wish fulfilled. The state of thinking from the perspective that creation is finished. That you aren't manifesting your desire but that you already have it. I knew that no matter what, I would always be in control of my thoughts. Even though I never understood what the state of wish fulfillment was, I just started thinking from that perspective. It didn't feel good. I felt like a liar and delusional. But, I kept persisting. Every time I would look in the mirror, I would compliment myself in a way that my desired self would. I started thinking like her.
Thinking like her wasn't easy. But, I took small steps. I started thinking like her with regard to food. Then I started thinking about her with regard to my education, Then I started thinking about her with regard to social media. I would affirm whenever I had free time. But, I did it cause I enjoyed it. Don't force yourself to do the same.
Once I did this, my entire life started to change. I tapped into the void state, I shifted, I got a partner, I made a ton of new friends, My appearance changed to my liking and I got my desired life.
I don't want you to spiral after reading this. I'm just sharing my journey. LOA is like life. Everyone has a different path. Not everyone is going to have the same journey. Don't let that demotivate you. Create your own path. No matter how long it has been, don't ever give up. Keep trying and trying. It will be painful but nothing is more painful than staying in the same place for the rest of your life.

So, lately I see a lot of people questioning law of assumption and void like "is this even real?" "I saw this post on reddit and they say manifestation is not real" "void isn't real, it never worked for me"
well guys, rather than sending hundreds asks to bloggers, just try to manifest once in your life? It's not like you're doing this for someone else. You're doing this for YOU, for YOUR OWN SELF. THEN WHY THE PROCRASTINATION?
Secondly, use your own fcking mind okay? Why do you even listen to people who are judgemental and just always shittin around? Do what benefits you!! If reddit doesn't benefit you then delete it.
Thirdly, VOID IS REAL!! 100% tested and proven by hundreds and thousands people but you still chose to believe one of those who don't believe in void. Great, right? a method guide ⋮ 1 ⋮
there are so so so many methods you could make use of when manifesting … at times, it can really be challenging to maintain an overview of it all — which is why i made this guide for you! here, i want you to be able to find a method that aligns with you and your personality the most.
which method suits you ?
affirming ✿ you like to talk but also think a lot. affirming can be done in several ways, some like to complain about how well everything is, some sing about how lovey dovey their lives are and some just repeat affirmations robotically in their minds whenever they have the time or aren’t really occupied with anything. you like to make use of your free time and like to use as much time as possible to declare — but also to remind yourself! — that you have whatever you want. most effective for people that tend to overthink, get doubts frequently, forget about their desires and remain persistent in the old story.
visualising ✿ you are good at imagining things. you are creative and have fun creating scenes in your mind. you probably enjoy daydreaming and may also zone out sometimes throughout the day and get lost in your own imaginative world. most effective for people that replay unfavourable things that have happened in the 3D, tend to get lost imagining old circumstances or prefer to visualise desired scenarios rather than affirming.
askfirming ✿ you question many things. you are either a very curious person or ask yourself why things are the way they are in a rather comedic manner (or you like to complain a lot). again, you also think or talk a lot, similar to the people who like affirming, especially as askfirming is just another way of affirming. most effective for people that often end up asking themselves why nothing seems to work for them or struggle declaring that they already have their desires.
accepting ✿ you manifest the best way by just declaring that you have your desire once and then move on with your day. you have a clear mindset and have an easy time cutting out unwanted and negative thoughts as you don’t easily give in. most effective for people that have overconsumed or done many methods in the past to force a change in the 3D. info: accepting is something we all do, it’s not the method itself. the method here is called "affirming only once".
scripting ✿ you like to write. you like to predict things as it makes you (quite literally) feel like the author of your life. you like to determine your own fate and destiny. you also enjoy the process of writing. it could be analogous with a pen and a notebook or digitally on your phone, tablet or laptop. you also enjoy going into detail, making sure that everything goes according to your plan, but also like the satisfaction of "getting something done". most effective for people that like to be more specific about their desires (rather than using umbrella affirmations) and cannot repeat affirmations without wanting to write them down.
decreeing ✿ you like to command things. you have zero chill. you want something? you will make sure to get it. you have no time for bs and go straight to the point and remain faithful to your subconscious mind. you are quick and like to make manifesting as effortless as possible. most effective for people that get tired of affirming for too long or don’t want to put in any physical effort to make themselves feel fulfilled.
remember.
you can do any method, even if these descriptions don’t resonate with you. the reason i prepared this post is to guide people to a way of manifesting that resonates with them the most and also feels the most natural for them. because that‘s what manifesting is about! rising to the naturalness of consciousness of having or being the thing desired. and in order to do that, you shall feel natural about it. it’s up to you which method you want to try! if i was you, i would try each one and see which one (or how many) of them fulfill me the most. ♡

Okay this is outrageously easy. The way I overcomplicated everything is ummm embarrassing but we move…
So I just really thought and took in that I don't have to put anything on a pedestal and tire myself out I should just stick to that “idc” mindset I have. I was manifesting waking up in the void since I wanted to experience it (and probably manifest my dream life through it) and I was like it's literally nothing, not that deep. Before I would affirm and vaunt many times, visualise and I’d experience that feeling of fulfilment and knowing multiple times until it felt natural. Then yesterday I basically just left it all alone since I already did everything (even when I didn't have to) so it's basically inevitable for me to get what i want, there’s no point in doing anything more now (also methods made me feel like i was struggling to “get” and i didn’t like that). Anyway last night I woke up in the void (by literally falling asleep normally) and I didn't even freak out or anything I was just like "hm okay". I affirmed that I manifest things I want extremely fast and I wake up in the void every night, after I just chilled there for a bit.
I came across this post on how to make your desires feel natural to you i forgot who it was and I honestly can’t be asked finding it but it said to think of it this way. Let’s say many people want a certain feature you have like your eye colour or hair type/texture and they really want it, they even get hella excited or happy thinking about having it. But when you actually take the time to think about that feature you don't even give much of a reaction like you don't care as much that's cus you already have it, it's always been yours. I know I'm repeating what everyone has said and that's because that's literally all there is to say honestly. So being on tumblr scavenging for answers isn't doing anything really. everyone will just repeat the same thing but phrased differently to help people understand better and some people will get mad about them repeating themselves like….. yeah..? that's basically the answer to all your questions.
You think you’re “waiting” to “get” your desires but like it’s the other way round, your desires are waiting for you to wake up and accept that they’re already yours
So it's all just crickets and tumbleweed, if you're just sitting there questioning why you, apparently, don't have your desires. Imagine your desires are just awkwardly watching you ignoring the fact that you already have them and they’re right there in front of you. They’re probably just looking to the left and right, scratching their head. it's especially awkward when you're looking at the 3D for answers when it's literally useless and doesn't do shit, it only reflects old circumstances. That can only change when you turn to yourself or the 4D for answers, and of course any method will help but then again it all comes down to you to decide if it works. If you "want" your desires don’t dismiss what it is that "gets" you them...idk how to phrase it but just start applying and persist it's honestly too easy.
Anyway enough from me, I'm finally deleting this app right after this. This was long sorry if it doesn't make sense but this is how I understood it. To summarise you're all that's left to"getting" your desires. Think of it as having a breakdown over not being able to find your glasses or hair tie but turns out you're wearing it the entire time.

choose, assume, persist. - a guide
first: decide whatever you want to manifest.
think– what do you truly desire deep down inside of you? for example: when manifesting a sp, are they truly what you want? when imagining the perfect sp do you envision them? or do you imagine someone else?
second: decide you have it.
this is the part that most people struggle with, but you can actually have fun with it. all you have to do is assume and accept that you have whatever it is that you desire. you want that house? assume you're living in it. you want that ugly ass boy? assume you're dating him? you wish ur english teacher would stfu? assume she's not annoying asl.
feel that you have what you want. this is when methods come in. methods are only for sustaining the feeling of the wish fulfilled (i'll go more into depth further in this post about this.) the most popular methods are affirming, visualizing, scripting, inner conversations, etc! this is the fun part, visualize whatever you want, hear whatever you want, feel whatever you want. you are, of course, not obligated to use methods and can just simply assume what you want is yours and move on. all you have to do is decide "i have _" or "i am _!"
third: persist in your assumption
persist in your assumption that you have whatever it is you desire in imagination. this means to continue to accept whatever you desire as yours. i suggest that whenever the thought of your desire pops inside your head you shift back to the state of the wish fulfilled. you dont have to think about it every single second of the day but i suggest once or twice a day.
now.. what is this feeling/state of the wish fulfilled stuff?
"When I speak of of feeling (feeling of wish fulfilled) I do not mean emotion, but the acceptance of the fact that it is fulfilled." - Neville Goddard
i absolutely adore this quote by neville and it simplifies tfotwf (the feeling of the wish fulfilled) so perfectly. when we talk about "feeling" in loass we don't mean emotion, we mean knowing. knowing = acceptance = belief. we mean the knowing that your desire is yours in imagination. all you have to do is decide "it is mine" or, once again, use methods.
to understand the state of the wish fulfilled you first need to understand states. a state is a mindset comes from assuming a new belief. now, the state of the wish fulfilled is just the state of your desire being yours. you reach this state by accepting and assuming your desire as yours.
so.. how does this stuff manifest?
the 3d is a mirror of the 4d, this meaning you have to change the 4d to change your 3d. your 4d meaning consciousness, imagination, the inner man and the 3d is the external world. what you see when you open your eyes. i've heard this example about 100 times and i love it sm: when getting dressed and you put on a shirt and you don't like it, would you try to change the mirror or change yourself into a different shirt? your shirt ofc! imagination is the real reality. imagination creates.
Your assumption, though false in the sense that it is denied by your senses and reason, if persisted in will harden into fact in such a normal, natural way that you will think it would have happened anyway. - Neville Goddard
dont place your focus on the 3d. dont check for proof expecting the opposite right after you accepted that you have what you want. instead, live your life in the 4d, experiencing whatever you'd like.

guess what, there is not secret. there is no "key" to manifesting that i can tell you. you already know everything you need to know to manifest. you know enough. i have no secrets to spill.

YOU decide what is the key to manifesting. YOU decide it all. YOU are the creator of the reality. but why do you need a secret technique to manifest when creation is already finished and YOU are the only one who can do it.
maybe some people assume it's the feeling that's the secret. some people assume it's their belief. some assume it's the self concept. some assume it's the repetition. some assume its just deciding
similarly, some assume the states manifest, some assume its your dominant thought that manifests

you probably don't want to hear this again, but it's most likely the truth. you already know how to manifest. you know exactly what to do. you know enough. what are you even looking for at this point? why do you need to know more? why over consume? why question if you're doing it right? why not JUST DO IT?
also some of you don't realize it but it's obvious some of you aren't at all confident in yourself and it SHOWS. like why check the 3d and then waver? you validate yourself. why are you BEGGING for tarot reading every day? aren't YOU the one deciding. i see people getting desperate for just a tarot reading. the same thing as checking the 3d btw, bc you're literally giving the power away.
if you're someone who has failed in the past, trust me, i know how it feels. it's happened in the past. but don't let that affect you anymore. let it be and move on. stop beating yourself up for "failure" because failure is the only thing impossible to us limitless beings. stop accepting failure. stop accepting what you don't want. move on from the old story, it's non existent anymore.
basically slam the door on your doubts, old story, anything other than what you want. never settle for less, and never question it because it's already done in the 4d, so why question.
another thing is, i always wonder why do people spend so much money on coaching or people to manifest for them when all this info is available for FREE.
there's a reason we bloggers have masterlists. we provide this information for free so you can APPLY it.
and stop trying so hard. it should never take much effort, not even lifting a finger. it's easy. make it easy and fun for yourself, stop stressing out about something that you can do instantly. applying doesn't mean you gotta neglect yourself. stop trying to pause your life just to avoid 3d. take care of urself. also take care of your mental health too.
bc you can literally do it all urself. you can manifest it all this very second.
oh and for some of you relying on bloggers and thinking we should be manifesting for you. bitch stop asking bloggers to manifest for you if you have a shitty mindset. and then go complain that it didn't work. you're literally reaffirming that it didn't work which keeps the assumption and you'd be trapped in that cycle.
for those who are constantly going on every social media platform, every neville book, every youtube video, every blog post. STOP RIGHT HERE. you're never going to find a "secret method" that will manifest all your desires once in for all if you don't APPLY.
be for real, are you applying? are you persisting? or are you constantly being confused and going back and forth, overconsuming, and not applying?? i don't care if one blogger says states manifest and another says affirm and persist. take what resonates and leave what doesn't. don't even listen to everyone on the internet, or even youtubers, even neville.
everyone has their own set of assumptions. if someone says "robotic affirmations doesn't work," but you want to do it, go ahead. if someone says you have to "experience time lag(which is bs)" but you don't want to, then ignore. ITS UR ASSUMPTIONS. WHAT YOU ASSUME TO BE TRUE IS TRUE. if you assume doing one method works, even if some other people say otherwise, it will still work for you. but seriously, apply the law.
no like aren't you glad you even know about the law? you literally have the power to experience whatever you want and yet you're scrolling through tumblr trying to find a secret method? seriously? you can literally change EVERYTHING this very SECOND. you could be applying and persisting all that knowledge you already know and manifest everything you wanted already.
so start applying, and stop looking around. you know enough, you know exactly what to do, do it now 💙

lucid dream "challenge"
this is more experimental and not confirmed but it is easy and aligns with how i lucid dream so i'm thinking some of you might want to try it. sorry if it's already been done, though i don't think it has
set an alarm for every single hour, when the alarm goes off, ask if yourself if you are dreaming and answer yes or no. do this until you get into the habit of asking yourself this question all the time, and feel free to throw in a reality check if you want to.
this is not about changing your mindset or creating confidence, this is just creating a habit. eventually you will start to become more aware in your dream, you will ask yourself if you're dreaming in your dream, and then you can affirm for the void or just have fun doing whatever :)
the reason i recommend trying this is because it's a habit and not a method, you can do this and keep manifesting however else you want in your life in the meantime, it also doesn't take any energy and should be easy to start doing everyday,

believing in the law of assumption and that we actually have the power to attract things to us, and doing it from the start of your journey is simply not easy. What I'm going to explain in this post is how to open slowly and test for yourself how the L.O.A works. 
How to manifest when you don't believe?
Take baby steps and start small - If you have problems or simply don't believe completely in the L.O.A., start by trying to manifest small things. I remember that the first thing that I manifested was a phone that had much more memory. I did the 5x55 simply by stating, "I have a new phone".
Don't focus on the outcome; focus on the feeling - Whether or not your manifestation is going to become a reality, you should turn your focus on how you feel when it actually manifests, or start to think about the feeling you could have when your manifestation comes.
Start to slowly reprogram yourself; Use affirmations - Use affirmations to reprogram your brain to a healthier mindset, to a mind that is capable of everything, and everything will come to you. guiding your mindset towards positivity and empowerment.
and, of course, one of the most important. Take inspired action - Taking action towards your desires can help build your belief in the process. When you take action, you demonstrate to yourself that you are committed to manifesting your desires, which can help boost your confidence and belief.
And to actually finish this post, manifesting can be hard when you start, and even harder can be believing in new things. Manifesting is not only a way to have what you want but also a way to have a healthier and calmer mindset. Since I started, so much has changed about me, and I know that so much more will change in a positive way.

In a community where strict mental diets and positive affirmations/self concepts are often pushed into your fyp 99% of the time, admitting your current mental circumstances feels like a fall from haven to hell. As if you were the brightest, most high angel, who sinned by having a bad thought and fell from your grace.
But you cannot put blame upon loa bloggers or their posts for feeling helpless, you cannot put the blame into the 3D or it's people. After all, even if every loa post has positive intention, it's what you do with it that matters.
So I ask you, did you use the post you read to free yourself, or did you use it to see more things you are now afraid of?
To be afraid of negative feelings, negative thoughts and God forbid- have doubt.
And while I've seen affirmations and methods work for people, if you're anything like me, they only caused a war in my head.
I decided to go back to Edward Art's older posts, where I stumbled upon something he wrote which I find very interesting, helping me come to a fascinating conclusion.
He talked about the famous Neville quote:
" 𝐴𝑛 𝑎𝑠𝑠𝑢𝑚𝑝𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛, 𝑡ℎ𝑜𝑢𝑔ℎ 𝑓𝑎𝑙𝑠𝑒, 𝑖𝑓 𝑝𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑑 𝑖𝑛, 𝑤𝑖𝑙𝑙 ℎ𝑎𝑟𝑑𝑒𝑛 𝑖𝑛𝑡𝑜 𝑓𝑎𝑐𝑡"
I tell you now I always hated that quote, never understood it as it always felt contradicting to what Neville was teaching. I asked myself why would he say an assumption is false if he was teaching people that their desires are real amd within them? That quote made me feel like I was beliving in a delusion, that is why I stayed away from it.
Up until now, I feel in love with it. It was when Edward art broke it down to what Neville was truly saying, that I understood.
Forcing yourself to believe in something makes you feel delusional, doesn't it? Unnatural.
It is when I accepted that what I was assuming of myself was fake, that I felt the sense of freedom and relief. It was then that I could imagine whag I wished and feel what i wanted without worrying if I was doing it right or not, if you dare, accept that you assumption is fake, and feel foe the sake of changing your feelings simply because you want to.
But then as Neville said, what if is the difference between your assumption and this reality was simply trust? It's all real only because you trust that it is, that you experience it.
It is then that I realized, the point isn't that every reality/state is real and I must occupy the one I want. It's that everything is only as real as I make it to be.
Nothing is real without your trust that it is, nothing has it's own life without you breathing air into it's lungs. That is what Neville meant with this quote.
I found it easy to imagine after that, I didn't worry how real it was to me, if I was doing it correctly or if it would ever even happen.
So let it all go, break your inner self free from 3D and make yourself absolute in your mind. To feel beautiful because you want to, to feel rich because you can, to feel powerful because you must.
This is because many connect the word " real" in their dictionary with the 3D. But like i said previously, everything is as real as you trust it to be.
This goes for everything on this earth, the undesirable circumstances you loathe to wake up to everyday, the frustration you feel when you imagine what you want because it feel so close and so far at the same time, it's all another state/reality-yes- but it's only as real as your focus on it is.
I found it ironic that this is what helped me the most. To stop caring of the truth of my assumption is what made it real for me.
This should free you, you should be able to imagine what you wish and how you wish whenever you want to, knowing you can't do wrong because what wrong is there to do? You are reality, the only thing that truly exists, that is why a change of self/mindset is a change of everything, because that's all there always is.
To me it was not a matter of " everything/ every state or desire is real and I must come the realization and acceptance of it" it was that nothing truly was without me bringing my focus to it.
So go ahead and let your emotions out whatever it is that you've been keeping in, no matter how negative it feels, you are not called to be perfect or move mountains, not to change things or make them happen. You are called to be free in your own mind only, you are called to be alive.
And so when your mind tries to argue you out of imaging by saying " this is all fake" it is then you fire back by saying " well so is everything, what does "real" mean to you after you found you bring meaning to it?

LAW OF ASSUMPTION : AN EPIPHANY-Ⅰ
⋆ ☾ : What is the law of assumption?
Law of Assumption in it's simplest form is: WHATEVER YOU ASSUME, YOU WILL HAVE IT IN YOUR REALITY. Now, for example : if you were assuming that you're a billionaire, then BY LAW you're a billionaire. You will have it in your reality in no time!! ALL ASSUMPTIONS HARDEN INTO A FACT.
⋆ ☾ : If it’s that easy, then why do people fail?
First of all, you cannot “fail” in the law of assumption, there is never failure in the law of assumption. The LAW CANNOT FAIL YOU!! People simply don’t get their desires for many reasons, which i will discuss thoroughly :-
1. THEY ARE IN THE “WAITING” ZONE.
This is a common mistake and i see it all the time, you are NOT WAITING FOR YOUR DESIRES, your desires are already YOURS. Once you assume it, then your desire is yours, thats it. It's done. Start maintaining the state of wish fulfilled.
State of wish fulfilled isn’t being happy or excitement, it's the fulfilment and acceptance that your manifestation is yours, it's a natural feeling.
2. THEY GO BACK TO THE OLD STORY.
“Your assumption to be effective, cannot be a single isolated act, it must be a maintained attitude of wish fulfilled” — Neville Goddard
You cannot serve two masters at once, to successfully manifest you must kill the old beliefs you’ve had, you must get rid of the limiting beliefs you’ve entertained. For example: if you’re manifesting a new desired appearance, you can’t keep persisting in the assumption that you’re ugly and start tearing yourself apart, you must persist in the assumption that you HAVE your desired appearance.
3. THEY ASSUME THEY HAVE TO DO A LOT OF THINGS TO GET WHAT THEY WANT.
THIS IS WRONG! You do not have to lift a finger to get what you want, you can stay in the comfort of your bed and home to get your dream life, the only thing you have to do is get out of the comfort zone of a victim mindset. Methods, yes they’re helpful but are they necessary? no. You do not have to do the void, SATS, scripting, 5x55 or 3x33 or lullaby method to get what you want. You just need yourself and your mind.
4. THEY HAVE A FEAR OF FAILURE.
As i mentioned before, you cannot fail. So, GO ALL IN, start taking that leap of faith, nothing bad will happen, start believing in yourself and start having faith within yourself because trust me YOU CAN. You can do it. Majority of people have this longing fear that they’re wasting their time but it WILL WORK and it's NOT A WASTE OF TIME. The biggest risk is sitting there idly by not doing anything and staying in the same position when know all this power you have!
5. LACK OF SELF CONCEPT.
Self concept is something everyone will benefit from, no matter what, take it from me. When i focused on my self concept i got better treatment from other people, people treated me with respect, i treated myself with respect, toxicity out of my life, fortune and luck everywhere i go.
Our concept of ourselves revolves around our manifestations; if you always thought of yourselves as ugly, a loser, stupid you don’t have that self respect for yourself and you dont feel worthy enough. Look at rihanna, rihanna treats herself highly and so does everyone else around her. why? because she has a high concept of herself and SHE KNOWS that she deserves to be treated with the upmost respect and she reflects that.
⋆ ☾ : So, it’s really that easy?
YES! it really is that easy, a lot of people don’t think its easy because of the way they VIEW it. Some people view law of assumption as a job or a chore when it really isn't. We assume everyday without even realising it, when we see food that looks gross to us, we assume that it most-likely tastes like absolute garbage and because we assumed it so....IT IS!
That girl in your school who you think is a snobby little privileged bully? if you changed their assumption on them and replaced it with new beliefs and maintained those new beliefs then they would change.

3 Ways to Plant Ideas into the Subconscious

Planting Ideas into the Subconscious Mind is powerful and can be used on yourself and on others to manifest your desires. 
When it comes to getting your way in disagreements, it is always easier to insinuate what you want rather then nag or fuss about it. If you want something, never ask, Insinuate.
Insinuation means to hint at or suggest something in a subtle, sly way.
You may notice during a disagreement that when you directly ask a person to do something they turn defensive. This is because no one likes to be told what to do or like being nagged. (And honestly it's annoying). People like to feel independent and in control of the choices that they make.
By using insinuation, it makes the person believe it is their idea. This motivates them to act on their own will, or so they think. It works like a charm. This as an easier way to communicate and build bonds with other people.
Whether it’s your own subconscious or someone else’s, planting ideas in the subconscious requires strategic thought and proper planning.
1. Stay Calm
Remember insinuation means to hint at or suggest something in a subtle, sly way.
This method works more so when you're planting ideas into another persons subconscious. It is easier to resolve a problem or an argument through calmness than it is through pleading with someone or using an accusing tone.
When you address someone directly and aggressively they will respond defensively and will become less motivated to change their behavior.
But by staying calm, especially during a disagreement, it makes the other person drop their guard and listen to your POV.
2. Use Suggestive Language
Here are some examples of using suggestive language.
(In a relationship)
"You need to take the trash out! It's full!” → “I love a man who takes the trash out. It shows that he's such a gentleman which is honestly so attractive.”
"You're showing too much! You look trashy!  → "I love seeing you in the black dress. It looks so classy on you."
"It's your turn to wash the dishes! This kitchen looks awful!" → "Whenever I go to my friends house her kitchen is so clean. Her man helps her clean up. I just love when a man helps out around the house. She really got lucky."
Swap the accusive language and use suggestive language.
Using suggestive language is not always easy and requires you to think and stay calm in heated moments. But in the end it works better than exhausting yourself and playing the role of the mom - the nagger.
It's best when you mention things like this randomly and then change the subject to allow what you said to sit in the other persons mind and register subconsciously.
Tips:
Compliment a habit of someone else that you'd like your person to have or want them to do
Don't ask blatantly
Don't use 'YOU' statements
Use 'I' statements
Don’t blame
Talk of your displeasure but never of the other persons flaws since this puts them on defense.
3. Surroundings
This method is more effective when it comes to planting thoughts into your own subconscious mind.
It is important to surround yourself with things that remind you of what you wish to have. Whether that's a new mindset, lifestyle, etc.
Use Repetition:
Create affirmations and repeat them daily.
Watch subliminals.
Write manifestations in present tense as if you already have them.
Visualize yourself as already having what you desire.
Take classes to enhance your skills.
Watch others and mimic them.
Mirror powerful body language.

I'm in law of assumption since 2019 and in void since 2020 i have tried numerous times to enter/wake up in the void and i failed everytime now it's 2024 and i still haven't entered/wake up in the void and feel like loser i have tried EVERY.SINGLE.METHOD but nothing helped at this point idk what should I do I just want to enter/wake up in the void and change my life I just can't take all this anymore
Stop using methods. Stop saying that you are failing. Stop with the “trying” mindset. Methods are so ridiculously useless. It’s not the methods that work, it’s YOU that makes them work. Stop putting methods on the pedestal because you are literally the creator of your reality. Once you realise that, and actually APPLY, you are unstoppable. There are no limits whatsoever.

Know that you are a void master once you accept it in the 4D. Because the 4D (imagination) is the true reality because it creates everything in your 3D. Stop accepting the 3D as the real reality. It isn’t!
How people succeed after realising that the 4D is the real reality and to stop identifying with the 3D: @loasuccessarchive literally every success story on here is from people accepting that they already have their desire in the 4D because it’s a fact that the 4D is the true reality and there is no choice but to reflect that.

This person manifested everything they wanted in just 2 days after living in the 4D (living in the end). It’s that easy. And they didn’t drain themselves by affirming all day and night. They just simply accepted that they have their desire NOW.
