Oh I mean tips on reaching the void ! Or stuff
my best tip would be trust it will happen.
the void is a state we reach right before sleep and right before we wake up. it is during that transition of unconsciousness into consciousness.
it is the point when the mind reconnects to the physical body.
in my personal opinion, we reach the void every night no matter what, it just depends on what we do in it.
another tip would be don’t put it on a pedestal.
i know this is obvious, but it’s something i did with shifting. if you do it every day, it literally is not hard. it isn’t impossible, and it for SURE isn’t something out of reach.
we are more than bodies, we are souls that have the ability to do any and everything. so trust that.
two more things — persist but know when to take breaks.
persistence is working until you get the desired results, but there need to be a balance of taking breaks.
for example, i have a certain sign i have to see if the universe wants me to make a shifting attempt, otherwise i rest. and if im so tired and burnt out, sometimes ill say fuck if and js go to sleep with only an intention. 🤷🏽‍♀️
take a break when ur tired, when you’re stressed, or when your struggling and look outwardly for advice. don’t always say “oh i need to do this myself it’s my own journey” bc it’s always okay to ask for help. hell, i do it daily 🤷🏽‍♀️

And i’ll tell you, that you don’t need to worry.
People may give you advice on how to feel fulfilled, but doesn’t mean it will fulfill you.
Because little does your naive self know, that they’re just telling you what makes them feel fulfilled, not what makes you feel fulfilled.
No, I’m not talking about the fulfilment of “Yeah, I’m a God” that lasts 3 minutes. I’m talking about true fulfilment. The one that takes you places. The places you want to be. The long term fulfilment. The unshakeable fulfilment, because you know you are who you want to be.
Here’s how:
STEP 1: Decide what makes you feel fulfilled.
Is it affirming?
Is it visualising?
Is it scripting?
Is it just simply deciding that you have it?

STEP 2: Do what fulfills you every time your desire comes to mind. Fulfill yourself until the feeling of desire completely vanishes. You can compare it to your soul feeling some sort of hunger, feed your inner self until you no longer feel the need to. Because you are fulfilled.

Try to visualise or affirm or any method you’ve heard of, and whichever one(s) fulfill you, then those are the one(s) for you.
How do I know when i’m 100% fulfilled?
- You aren’t identifying with the 3D

- State of waiting (waiting for the 3D to conform).
- State of failure (believing you’re doing something wrong).

VOID METHOD
this is a method I used and it helped me tap into the void state yesterday
So what I did was relax and do the I am meditation by Edward art I just affirmed the outer world doesn't exist I am just here I affirmed that multiple times till I was sure I was relaxed and detached from the 3d and then I affirmed I am not my body I am not even my mind multiple times till I felt that floating and vibrating feeling but I ignored it and started affirming I am awareness I am pure consciousness and I was there
It took me 15 min
Step 1: relax u can count from 0 to 100
Step 2: affirm "the outer world doesn't exist I am just here" till u are fully relaxed
Step 3: after feeling detached affirm "I am not the body I am not even the mind" multiple times will feel that vibrating and floating feeling just ignore it
Step 4: affirm I am awareness I am pure consciousness
Step 5: you're in the void state

Don't forget, your imagination is the epitome of power.
For example, if you imagine yourself with a pink Rolls Royce (idk much about cars but I think it's expensive) and then you continuously affirm that you have that pink Rolls Royce even if you don't have it in your 3D. If you're able to see past the 3D and keep affirming and assuming that you do have that pink Rolls Royce, your 4D(your imagination and assumptions) will influence your 3D and the physical realm(the 3D) will have no choice, your Rolls Royce will appear in your 3D just because you assumed it will. You influenced the physical world with nothing but your mind.
I don't believe that we ARE God because that goes against my religion and it's quite blasphemous(when I say it, idc if you believe you are.), however I believe, we've been given the power of imagination that other species do not have because we have been carefully crafted in His image.

do not underestimate the power of cleaning your space, meditating and journaling your thoughts. especially journaling cause once you start brain dumping your thoughts you actually release them and once you do your higher self starts to show up in your writing. whenever I need ideas I start brain dumping all of my thoughts, tasks and things I have to do and it’s like I empty my mind and my concious mind and my subconscious mind takes over and I get these amazing downloads come through.

as a person who started interest in the loa in late 2020 discovering subliminals. LOA is simple, idk why it took me 4 years to understand. manifesting is easy.

1. Realize you are in control

but no you just need to strengthen your self concept. you can do this BYYYYY

- changing your thoughts

and then the second you look in the mirror you like " damn bruh i wish i had my ideal body "
cause like why tf did you just ruin your fucking manifestation, why did you fucking react????
When you look in that mirror this is what they mean by " old story ".
Instead, look in the mirror and close your eyes and imagine your ideal body, or just deny it. " who the fuck is that in the mirror, gorll ik thats not me cause i got my ideal body ive had it since 1823 "
ALSO
dont let your thoughts rule u, u rule them. if you are in public and think " omg they looking at me cause think im big" NO dont do that...
instead say
" Girl they looking at me bc i got my ideal body, and i been had it since a baby in da tummy ahh"
exactly change that mindset. thats it. all you have to do is catch yourself, improve your thoughts and your self concept will be thru the mf roof. So den you can manifest in a snap of a fingerrr. period thats the magic 🪄 sauce bookie. also dont say will say have cause you already have it bookie bear ;)

Hey angels, so today's post is about " how to turn off your left brain to enter the void state instantly" , when I say instantly I mean it. So, most of you know that the left brain is basically the conscious mind. When we turn our left brain off completely our subconscious is fully emerged ready to accept any suggestions we offer it. I realised that many of us struggle with limiting beliefs and doubts when entering the void or doing a method. Well, in this post you will learn how to make these limiting beliefs disappear Instantly and this is also a scientific method for your logical brain. Also, by turning of your left brain you will naturally go into a deep meditative state bypassing all the necessary work you need to do to reach deep consciousness. Ready to enter the void state ??

Let's get straight into it :
Firstly, let me say that this method is extremely easy and don't overcomplicate it. This is also very helpful, if you are trying to shift or manifest something instantly. When the left brain is turned off expect Manifestations in seconds...

Step 1 :
(Optional) Setting an intention : before doing this method , you can set an intention like " I intend to enter the void state and be successful in it" or whatever you want, you may say this out loud or in your head. Now, i know some of us just go with the flow and there's nothing wrong with that. But before, have you ever considered making an intention beforehand that you are gonna enter the void state. Intention governs our brain into focusing on a specific task and make sure, we get it done.
Step 2 :
Get into a comfortable position. You can either sleep on your back or lay on your side, anything works tbh. And there's no specific position that you need too lay in. Choose whatever makes you comfortable, love.
Step 3 :
Keep your right brain awake! Guys, this is so easy istg. You can keep your right brain awake by :
- Listening to your fave song ( just like the zone out method by ghostfest), now tell me what's your fave song? Just pop into YouTube, play your fave song for about 15 minutes on loop. Don't blast it, play it like at a medium volume.
OR
- MAJOR TIP, you can imagine your desired scenario. If you're a daydreamer like me and can't stay still then doing this will most definitely help you. All you need do to is imagine something, ik some of us can't sleep without our romantic scenarios, so you can do that. Whatever you want to imagine , GO AHEAD!!
Step 4 :
Stay still! Don't worry, you don't have to stay still for hours, but only for 15 minutes. By staying still, you are convincing your brain that you are sleeping. You only need 15 minutes :-). And when you're staying still, begin moving your eyes fairly rapidly in all directions - imagine you’re looking at the night sky and you’re trying to look at every star. If your eyes start to feel tired or hurt, slow down a little. You can do this with your eyes open or closed - up to you! You’re doing this to trick your body into thinking you’re in REM sleep. This also helps keep your mind awake. You can do this about 15 times.
Step 5 :
In about 15 minutes, you will start feeling like you are floating. But, about 15-20 minutes you will start to feel like you're floating. Also, you may feel like your body is numb, twitching, etc. Now, don't get excited or move! It's just your body telling you that your left brain is completely shut off and your subconscious is awake.
Step 6 :
Start affirming and you'll literally tap into the void state instantly. You can affirm " I'm in the void right now"and your subconscious will make that immediately to happen because our conscious mind is completely turned off and won't interfere with our Affirmations. And once you're in the void state, you can say your desired Affirmation ♡. Once exiting the void state, you will have what you affirmed for instantly.

Scientifically, yess.
Is moving the eyes necessary?
I'd say yess, if you want bypass going into Rem sleep and stuff. It's all about convincing your brain and this is perfect.

You will enter instantly because your conscious mind is asleep and your subconscious is super suggestible.
Summary :
1. Set an intention that you will get into the void state ( optional).
2. Get into a comfortable position. Whatever position that makes you comfortable.
3. Keep your right brain awake! You can listen to your fave sings, or imagine any desired scenarios. You can do anything that relaxes you.
4. Stay still for about 15 - 20 minutes. When you staying still move your eyes either closed or open around in circles. By doing this, it will convince your brain that your in REM sleep. You can do this 10-15 times.
5. It takes 15 minutes for your body to be convinced that you're sleeping. You'll start feeling symptoms like floating, tingling, etc.
6. Start affirming for the void state and you'll get there almost instantly because your subconscious is full awake. Start affirming for your Manifestations.

Enter the void in less than 2 minutes
Guys i was testing something out for fun AND WHEN I TELL YOU!!!! IT GOT ME RIGHT INTO THE VOID STATE WITHIN 2 FRICKINF MINUTES!
First of all, just tell yourself that whenever you intend to enter the void state, you ALWAYS do. So nothing matters because you KNOW you will end up in the void state really quickly.
Picture something in your mind. Anything. I was picturing glitter. Now focus on NOTHING else but that picture in your mind. It doesn’t have to be vivid but just focus on it. Naturally your mind might morph that picture into something else, don’t resist it, just let it happen and focus on whatever your mind shows you. Do this whilst affirming “I am in the void state” or whatever makes you feel comfortable.
THEN BOOM. Void state. Like woah that was so quick it was genuinely hilarious. For a sec i said everything is pink then i saw it turning pink then i panicked and everything went black again and i could feel my body again. But woah i mean it’s nothing special since i’m a void master anyway but that was fun. And no, I was not sleepy or drowsy at all.
