So there's been a new technique that was developed from @rima shifting on tiktok and it's been getting really popular. If you wondering, " can we use shifting techniques to enter the void state? ", yes you can! Don't worry, you won't shift realities lol, but you can use them to affirm for the void state <3 . The original creator ( rima) has said after using this technique, she's shifted to multiple parallel realities on the first day using this.

♡ How does this technique work?
It's involves the Wim hof breathing technique and pink noise. It's very easy to do and you will get into the void state on your first try using this ♡. Wait, ik some of y'all think that wim hof breathing is very fast pace, but there's an alternative which is the beginners one and people still shifted using that. Wim hof breathing is the best when you're trying to relax and release all stress/ doubts because it makes your thought process slow down by releasing dmt NATURALLY. This technique works by putting your body and mind into a deep trance state, whereby after you can start affirming for the void state. And don't worry, if you fall asleep because this method also helps you to lucid dream. If you do so happen to fall asleep while attempting this method, you're might find yourself in a lucid dream, you can affirm for a portal or dream character to take you straight into the void state.
♡ Technique in full detail :
1. You attempt this technique before bed, morning or during the day. Whatever time suits you the best <3.
2. Go to YouTube and search " wim hof breathing " or " wim hof breathing for beginner's ".
3. Play the meditation and follow all the steps, it's guided for you ♡. It's completely ok to take breaks any part of the video.
4. After the meditation finishes play the pink nosie. You can make a YouTube playlist and add these 2 videos. So the pink noise will automatically play after the meditation finishes. Also loves, you don't have 2 add the pink nosie, you can add your fav subliminal or theta waves, etc.
5. Start affirming for the void state, you will reach the void really fast because you already in a trance like state.

I often feel like maybe shifting isn’t meant for me, but why isn’t it meant for me? Why do I struggle so much? I don’t understand, why did I find shifting, only for it to hurt me so much? Did I believe in it because I genuinely believe, or because I’m desperate to leave a cursed plane of existence. I’m not sad and jealous anymore, I’m just angry. Angry at the universe for giving this to me but never actually letting me have it, angry at myself at failing constantly, for being so gullible, for not trying hard enough, for not spending days or weeks working to get what I want. But I’m just so tired. I’ve worked so hard for so long, to gain nothing, gaining sleepless nights due to trying to shift, gaining derealization from constantly thinking about shifting and how nothing really matters if I can just leave it in an instant.
I’m not quitting because I don’t have the strength to live in this reality, but I don’t think I can keep trying. I just want to be free, to be happy, to be loved.
I don’t know why shifting was given to me, but whoever gave it to me is a sick sociopath who loves to see me in pain

explaining my shifting method
so, I've only kinda really gone to my waiting room once or twice because on the first time my sibling woke me up and on the second I just lost motivation,but this is how I did it.
close your eyes,you can lie in any position, with subliminals if you want (i find it easier without.)
now imagine you are sitting alone on a beach. it can be rocky or sandy, sunny or stormy, you can see yourself in 1st or 3rd person. whatever's easiest. just picture sitting on a beach.
go through the different senses, what can you hear? I like to imagine my breathing is the waves and imagine I can hear seagulls. what can you smell? i have a bad sense of smell but i go for chips (fries for americans) and just kinda that smell you only get at the sea.what can you feel? for feeling I go with sand between my toes or rocks beneath me and a wall at my back. go through the rest of the senses and if you can put them all together. really try and convince your brain that you are at a beach
you can stay sat on the beach for as long as you need, affirming or getting rid of thoughts that belong in your CR.
when you are ready, walk forward, still imagining the sounds and what you can feel as you go. then you need to walk into the ocean, you can picture you're wearing a swimming costume/shorts or just normal clothes. don't dive in or start swimming, just walk down, still imagining the water slowly rising over your head. when it's over your head, then you can start swimming downwards.
keep going,keep swimming downwards. affirm or imagine scenes, do whatever helps you to feel like you are shifting
then, eventually you will see a room on the ocean floor,like a cube/cuboid, go down and stand in the ocean floor,then go and open the door. now you can either step into your DR bedroom and lie down and sleep if you can or just enter the room you want to be in when you shift.
this method tends to work pretty well for me but please don't attempt it if you are scared of the ocean (obviously). and please don't hold your breath when you imagine going underwater. just breathe like normal the entire time. I hope I explained this well enough because its been a while since I've attempted to shift.

I created a shifting method!! I call it the rocking chair method, and it goes as follows.
Lay down (on my back works best for me) and place your arm over your eyes. Close your eyes, and move them back and forth at whatever pace is most comfortable. I usually start pretty fast and get slower as time goes on. You’ll notice that feeling that you get when you go to sleep after you’ve gone swimming. Your mind will think it’s floating or rocking. I always feel it in my hips first. Just make sure you’re not actually moving your hips, or else when you stop, you’ll interrupt the method.
While you’re doing this, think about your DR. Whether or not you can visualize doesn’t matter, just think about it. Your mind will probably wander eventually, so let it. I notice that I shift best when I’m not thinking about shifting.
The main thing I need to alert you to is this: do not think about your CR. It will pull you back into this body. It will probably take a few tries, but I be really hope this works for you!! Happy shifting!

DREAM WALKING METHOD

this method is inspired by dream walking that is featured in multiverse of madness, I'm fairly sure this isn't a original idea so I apologise if someone's already done this, but this is my take.
Please know this isn't malicious or invasive like dream walking is! There are no negative or dangerous repercussions from using this method, if your worried please feel free to script that it isn't or whatever reassures you. This method is purely a way to focus intent on shifting and is only inspired by m.o.m.
This can be used as either an awake or sleep method. However this is preferred as an awake method? If you fall asleep know that's okay. Please know you don’t need a method to shift. This is quite visualisation heavy but you can always focus on thoughts, sensations, feelings and anything else that works for you.
Get into a comfortable position, sitting or lying, it doesn't matter; and close your eyes.
Take a moment to center yourself, moderate your breathing. Conduct a body scan, focus on your breathing, relax your muscle, let go of your worries and tress or nothing at all. Whatever you need.
Once you feel ready imagine that every time you inhale you draw energy from your surroundings. It gathers around your finger tips, forming a halo around you head, it casts a pallor of light under you eyelids. It swirls and dances, you can feel the power building. It makes you feel calm, comforted, peaceful.
In front of you, a book appears. What size is it? Is it ornate or simple? What colour is the cover? Try imagining this as vividly as you can. The pages start to rustle and move, brushing against each other softly as they open to the right page. A soft warm glow emits from the book, joining your power. It's comforting and makes you feel relaxed and safe. Slowly the glow begins to form an intricate web around you, endless realities sprawling out around you, connected by thin strands of pulsating energy.
The page opens to your desired reality, the intricate web of your power stills. Within your power, you can see your dr. Hold this image in your head, focus on any sensation to help with this final push and repeat affirmations as you begin to focus on your chosen reality, as you do it unfolds around you and begins to form into a scene.
You see you desired reality. What does it look like? What can you hear? what sensations can you feel? is there a particular smell? As you continue to observe the reality before you, you notice your dr body in front of you. What do you look like? What colour are your eyes? your hair? do you have freckles or dimples? They smile at you (or is it you smiling at you?), going to embrace you as you feel your conscious finally become aware of your dr self. You blink and suddenly you’re in your dr. Congratulation, you have shifted!

Hungry Shifting Method
Note: This method has a time limit and is best used as an awake method. At some point, you will have to stop doing the method and get yourself some food, since we don’t endorse disordered behavior here. It’s best to set a timer so that you don’t forget to get yourself something to eat.
Right around the time you would start to get hungry (usually around a mealtime or snack time) do not immediately make food. Instead, get into a comfortable position either sitting or laying down, and close your eyes.
Think of your favorite food from your DR. Think about how it’s made, what ingredients are in it, etc.
Now, imagine that meal is being cooked in your DR kitchen. Who’s cooking it? Is it you? Is it someone else?
Visualize where you are. Imagine how it smells. Imagine the sounds of cooking.
If someone else is cooking, imagine yourself walking into the kitchen to watch. Do you start a conversation with them? Do you get into their space to mess with them? Are you grabbing ingredients and adding them in so it’s more to your liking?
If you’re the one cooking, are you cooking for yourself? For someone else? A group of people? Would anyone walk into the kitchen to talk to you? If not, do you have a playlist going in the background?
Really try to visualize the space. Are there windows? What can you see through them? How are the ingredients laid out?
Once you’re done cooking, plate up the food. Are you eating in front of a tv? Do you have a dining room that you eat in? Sit down with your food and complete any pre-eating rituals you usually do.
As you eat, try to imagine the taste. The feel of the silverware in your hands. The sounds around you. Are there any pets waiting by your feet for scraps?
When you’re done eating, go about clearing up. Do you have a dishwasher, or do you do the dishes by hand? Does someone else do the dishes?
When everything is clean, go about any post-meal activities. Put on a movie or sit down with a book. Stay in this post-meal activity for as long as you feel comfortable.

— It is a reality shifting method coined by me that is inspired by the character Ramona Flowers from the Scott Pilgrim franchise. This character is shown to possess the great ability of accessing subspace, which the Scott Pilgrim wiki describes as ❛❛ a highway of reality-bending proportions that plays a crucial role in transporting characters to various locations with haste. ❞ The subspace is most frequently accessed by a portal of sorts, typically a door. In this post, you will learn the details of this method and how you can try it for yourself.
- This is a SLEEP METHOD that REQUIRES VISUALIZATION and CAN BE ALTERED to your personal preferences.
➜ PREPARATION
01) First, began with any unlisted preparations you would like to do— some like to do things such as bathe or drink tea before preparing to shift.
02) Meditate for as long as you’d like to help maintain a calm state of mind.
03) Find a comfortable position to sleep in. The “Starfish Position” is recommended to experience symptoms, but is completely optional. It is also recommended that you move as little as possible.
04) Take a few deep breaths and affirm. When you are ready, close your eyes.
➜ PROCEDURE
01) Once you are ready in your comfortable position, close your eyes.
02) Visualize your surroundings, in whatever environment you’d like. Perhaps you can use the snowy swingset scene shown above— how does the weather feel? What can you see, hear, smell, and feel around you?
03) Picture a door appearing before you. Observe it carefully— is it tall? What is it made of? How far away is it?
04) Walk up to the door. Allow yourself to feel as though you are leaving all your senses behind in this scene as you open it. You should visualize a pitch black space beyond the door.
05) Walk through it. You are now in the subspace. You may experience symptoms such as a floaty sensation or a loss of feeling in your body.
06) Imagine scenes from your desired reality as you float further through the subspace. Perhaps you will see items or characters from your D/R, or smell and hear things associated with it.
07) You will eventually see another door. Affirm a few times before going through it. There will be a bright white light. Allow yourself to fall asleep while repeating affirmations. You should wake up in your desired reality.

So if you looking to bypass the relaxation stage and end up straight into the void state, then I got you <3. I found this technique on shiftyourreality on reddit and while reading some comments, I saw a quite few number of people astral projected on their first try, I MEAN FIRST TRY COME ON!! This method is easy and does not require anything like meditating whatsoever.

Instructions for this technique :
☯︎ Set an intention. Before falling asleep, say something like "when I wake up, I will remember not to move or open my eyes ". Now this will remind your subconscious what you're doing, because when we wake up sometimes we fall back asleep😭 or forget what we're trying to do. If you remember the technique, you can skip this step <3
☯︎ The second you find yourself awake, before moving or opening your eyes, immediately start affirming for the void state. And you'll enter it instantly.

Why does this technique work?
" This method allows you to skip sleep paralysis and the vibrational state and move straight to the exit. You exit your body before you realize your body is paralyzed. " So basically it helps you skip all the needed steps to relax or enter sleep paralysis. "
This technique basically wakes up your energy body/astral body which is your consciousness, instead of meditating to reach deeper consciousness, just wake your energy body up and direct it into the void state by affirming.

I’m from Texas and so is my one shifting friend. She was telling me about something that happened in one of her drs that made her script something into ALL of her drs. My friend, Thursday, had shifted to her Twilight dr, which is based in Washington, and she was telling me that she went to a McDonalds one day to get some food and ordered a sweet tea to drink. The girl taking her order told her that they didn’t have sweet tea. That’s when Thursday remembered that she had shifted to WASHINGTON, she wasn’t in the south anymore. She then said that she came back to her or and immediately scripted, into ALL of her drs, that sweet tea was available in any dr she shifts to.
I have since then scripted it into everyone of my drs 💀💀
