i am so sick of 2020 tt shifting information. so let me just go through the ones that i can remember and correct them.
- no one can know you've shifted unless you allow them to (by assuming or scripting or you telling them or whichever way you want)
- shifting to animated dr/s doesn't feel wonky and you don't have to script that you're comfortable with it. i've been 2d, 3d, 4d and other dimensions. you feel comfortable. you feel normal. you're you.
- no one can kick you out of a reality. saiki and dumbledore really can't. no one can.
- 'clones' are you. you don't leave a mindless fuck hanging around in your cr. they won't do anything that you wouldn't do. it's you.
- you are never stuck in one reality, you are forever shifting. you don't turn it off whatsoever.
- no, you won't randomly hear their voices throughout the day or see them peeking around the corner. you should get that checked out.
- it really kills me that i have to say this, but you do NOT leave to another reality as in your whole entire being, it's only your awareness shifting.
- you can't bring things from other realities that are physical like a necklace. on the other hand, you can bring back emotional and mental things like trauma or useful knowledge.
- shifting police was the stupidest thing i've ever heard. if we're talking infinity, then yes, they do exist. but are you gonna run into them? no.
- no one will abuse or bully you randomly. not even draco. yes it's a reality and yes it's real but cmon now.
- they won't miss you when you shift back because to them you're still there, that's YOU. you didn't leave.
- shifting won't cause you mental illness unless you're careless with your safety measures. even if it does cause you any, you can manifest it away or shift to a reality where you never experienced it in the first place "but it doesn't work like that >:(" uh, yes it does?
- you don't need to script EVERYTHING. your subconscious already knows what you want "you don't really need to script anything tbh, because your subconscious already knows everything you could ever want, but the ones that i'm talking about here is scripting glass skin is not actually 'glass' and stuff like that"
- yes, you can 'script' things for your cr, it's called manifesting
- you do not need anything to shift. all those methods, techniques, meditations, and all of that are only there for fun, do they actually do the 'shifting'? no, just for fun.
- there is really no such thing as beginners luck. your chances of shifting are equal all the time, and this might shock you, but your chances of shifting are always a 100%. always.
- you do not have to detach from anything, obsess over it all you want, it does not make the process harder.
some of these things are possible IF we're talking about infinity, but if we're talking about your dr/s, it's really undoubtedly that you will run into any of these things.

HOW TO GET IN THE VOID STATE AFTER YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra (61 Point Meditation) is, in my opinion, the easiest way to enter the void. When we are doing the yoga nidra meditation, we are entering the alpha state, which is essentially the state where we are relaxed and focused, where we can shift, get in the void state, and manifest instantly.
Now, a lot of people are confused on how to enter the void through yoga nidra when they are using a guided meditation. Here’s what you should do:
After the meditation is over, don’t open your eyes (obviously) stay in the yoga nidra state and I advise you to add any binaural beats or subliminals of your choice. I personally add alpha waves. Then, when the sounds of your choice play, start affirming for the void state. You should be there instantly because of these reasons:
1. Yoga Nidra meditations are normally 20 minutes to an hour, and staying still for this long (in the shavansana position) will make the left side of your brain ‘turn off’ and you’re more accessible.
2. You’re in the alpha state which is the relaxed state of mind where you can manifest, shift and void instantly.
3. You’re half asleep half awake, and when you’re half asleep (hypnogogia) you’re subconscious is more accessible.
I recommend doing yoga nidra when you’re tired, but not tired where you’ll fall asleep instantly. The reason you’re also not getting into the void state is because you give up way too easily. Like what if you got in right after affirming that time? Persist!

I want to give a shout out to all the shifters who don’t believe in the mainstream view of shifting, or law of assumption. To shifters who are religious, who believe in destiny or divine timing. Who don’t believe we’re all-powerful gods with all the answers. It’s okay to be uncertain. It’s okay to have beliefs that don’t align with ShiftTok or Shiftblr.
At the end of the day, nobody has the one way to shift. Your journey is no less valid, and you can still shift. ♥️♥️

so, i keep getting asks in my inbox about whether shifting is real or not. hello? i mean it when i say it is real. shifting is real. idc how many posts people create in order to make you feel like it's not real or that it's just a teenage phase. it is real.
i have shifted plenty of times. i can fucking promise you that it's real. it will not be blurry or fuzzy or distorted or anything that might come close to a dream. it will not be astral projection, it will not be a psychotic episode or anything people (anti-shifters) say it is.
shifting is real, like so fucking real. and i completely understand how hard it is to trust strangers on internet. and not even strangers, TRUSTING AN IDEA THAT GOES BEYOND YOUR COMPREHENSION AND THIS REALITY. YOURE PUTTING YOUR FAITH INTO SOMETHING UNKNOWN.
BUT I PROMISE YOU I PROMISE YOU I PROMISE YOU SHIFTING IS REAL!!!!1
i have debunked and tried all those ways in order to find out if it's a lucid dreaming or whatever, i have tried them all. and they all proved to me that shifting is real.
i have healed myself of shit i couldn't have fucking imagined to ever leave me, shit that stained my soul. i have cried, laughed, snorted, breathed, screamed, talked, jumped, slept, touched.. i have lived. LIVED. and it was real, safe, and everything i've ever hoped for. I HAVE FINALLY LIVED FOR MYSELF.
i have met the man that i feel everything for, i touched his hands, i took pictures with him, i heard his voice and it was not something that could be disturbed by poor wifi. i even fucking know what shampoo brand he uses. i got to know him and he got to know ME as well. it is real. it is true. it is not impossible.
i felt it ALL. i promise you i did. ik my promises mean nothing since the whole idea of shifting is just crazy even if people tell you it's not. even if people say it's a religious practice and that it has existed for many years, it's still crazy and i get it. I HAVE BEEN THERE. but that doesn't make it not real.
it is real. those people are real. those experiences are real. everything is real. your scripts are real. shifting is real.
this is not a big inside joke nor is it a coping mechanism for covid or anyone that is mentally unwell. i know it demotivates you seeing tons of shifters trying for years with no progress. i know it demotivates you seeing people shit on shifting because we believe in something that is quite literally beyond everything we, as humans, have ever known. i know it demotivates you seeing tons of shifters saying that they were lying about their experiences and that shifting isn't real. but again, that doesn't mean shifting is not real.
i know these words are recycled and you've heard them plenty of times before, but there is nothing that i could do to make any of you believe me when i say shifting is real. i have had some experiences that me and my friends could vouch for, to prove that shifting is real BUT they could easily be rewritten as lies or me having 'telekinesis' or being set up or whatever. so i really don't wanna bother.
people will always ask for proof and will always try to debunk it, that's the way your brain works and i am not saying you're wrong for doing so or even asking for it. it's normal. but then again, even if i couldn't prove it to you or my attempts to prove it are 'debunked', it doesn't make shifting not real.
you can tell me shifting isn't real day and night, for eternity, but what i have experienced is not a lie. nor is it something that could ever come close to a lie. it is real life.
your belief or faith in shifting is unwavering because you haven't shifted, DUH??? THAT IS NORMAL!!!! but once you shift, come back to this very post and tell me how was it. was it something like a dream? or did you feel everything? consider it a dare.
i am not trying to make an anti-shifter believe, i couldn't care less. but if a shifter thinks about giving up and leaving their wildest dreams behind, please do not (i am going to kill you) do NOT. it is worth it. it is worth all of it and i bet my soul on it.
no matter how perfect your lucid dreams are, no matter how intense your maladaptive daydreams are, no matter WHAT. shifting is nothing of that sort. it is real. it is real. it is real.
i want you to just get out of wherever you are, stand in the wind, smell the air, pinch yourself, splash water on your shirt and feel how cold it gets, eat something sour, look at everything around you and notice the tiniest of details, look real close at a piece of wool and notice the tiny strings. see how you can experience all those in your cr? you can experience all those with shifting too, and infinitely more. shifting is THAT real.
it's okay to doubt, it's okay to need reassurance. it is 100% fine. but what's not okay is you constantly doubting your own power when you've been possessing it the moment you came into consciousness. you'll do wonders once you finally drop your doubts and just give it to yourself.
this is a recycled talk, i completely understand. but please just stop asking for confirmation, you ARE the confirmation.

Shifting Tips!
Hey loves! Back with another post since I’ve been on hiatus for a bit! So today I’m gonna give you shifting tips! Why it’s easy, how to make it easier and stuff like that. Y’all just love to over complicate things and it’s getting on my NERVES! Let’s go ✨💜
1. Don’t over complicate it
Oh gosh, the number one thing y’all struggle with. Shifting isn’t hard unless you make it hard. That literally applies with anything in life, honestly. Shifting is literally the easiest thing ever, and because you guys say it’s hard for you, and it’s not working, it’s not going to work. Haven’t you ever thought of that? Come on! So the mindset that I have about shifting and what mindset you should have about shifting is - it’s okay if I don’t shift. I have plenty of nights where I can do it. It’s easy and fun. Look at shifting like a fun little sport, like you’re going to basketball practice. And you want to become better at it, but you have fun with it! See what I mean?
2. Find what works for you
This is an important one. So many people have said this before but some of y’all choose to ignore it. Find what works for you! Oh my goodness, stop asking people what method they used, what subliminal they used, what their routine was, yadayadayada! It’s okay to be curious and ask questions, but you’re literally trying to do something that someone else did. And you’re your OWN PERSON. You’re not THEM. For example, I’ve always had success with the Julia method. I used to do the raven method because other people did it. I hate that method, but I did attempt to use it because I thought it was the exact method for me. I use brown noise instead of subliminals because it works for me. You don’t need subliminals, you don’t need to lay on your back, do what works for you.
3. Don’t listen to everything you see on Tiktok
Shifting TikTok both has good information and bad information and so many misconceptions. Shifting TikTokers I recommend you watch are Liz (I forgot her @) @starkortmall777, and @shiftingwithreya. They have good information and amazing motivation! But yeah, don’t believe everything you see on TikTok. I seen this one girl say that she scripted she had clear skin, and when she shifted her skin was transparent. …🧍🏾‍♀️girl what? That’s not true and won’t happen. You can script anything you want, and your subconscious will KNOW. YOU DONT NEED TO REPROGRAM YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS, YOU DONT NEED TO DRINK WATER AND FLY TO MARS AND ASK AN ALIEN FOR A MAGIC POTION!
So yeah loves, find what works for you, have fun with it and don’t over complicate it. Shifting is apart of our life. This also applies to everything in life. If you make something hard, it will be hard. Just tell yourself you got this! It’s a fun thing I get to do and not many people know about about! YOU ARE THE CHOSEN ONE! I love you guys! 💗
