WAIT GUYS I HAVE A QUESTION TO PEOPLE THAT HAVE SHIFTED/ ARE EXPERIENCED WITH SHIFTING!

I shifted today and I have a question for someone with more experience in shifting than me!

I had my first shift today, (it was accidental and all but thats not the point)

I had a really big problem with grounding myself in that dr. I could hear some sounds in my cr at the back of my head and sometimes i felt like i was drifting between my cr and that dr.

Is there anything in particular I can do to ground myself in dr? For example just sit and acknowledge that I am here?

Pls i would be more than happy if you could repost that post so more people would see that (⁠ ⁠◜⁠‿⁠◝⁠ ⁠)⁠♡

First time lucid dreaming story time?!

I have to give a trigger warning for two things! Number one is blade, and number two - heavy injuries(?) but I'll try to make it as little graphic as i can but it's important for the plot :(

So last night, when I was about to go to sleep i laid in bed (no shit) and I just tried to shift but also didn't try? Yk i laid in bed thinking about my dr and how much fun it would be if I would wake up there but i wasn't *trying* to shift ykyk.

The next thing I remember was that I've been in that state of being asleep and awake at the same time? (I'm pretty sure that's when the lucid dream started)

I really had to go to the toilet so i stood up from my bed and walked to the toilet and there was some kind of blade on the floor that i didn't notice for some reason and it made my foot... Have a hole? I don't remember feeling pain BUT THAT SHIT SCARED ME!!

So like a normal person, I walked out to tell my mom about it because HELLO? I HAD A HOLE IN MY FEET!And then when i walked out out the bathroom I was in a Russian town? And just to clarify that I AM NOT FROM RUSSIA. At this point I knew that something was off and at this point i KNEW that i had to be dreaming, so I did the reality check with like counting my fingers or something like that and OH BOY I WAS DREAMING!!!

after that everything seemed more real yk?

So i was at this random russian town(literally forgot about the hole in my feet) and I was like hmm if this is a dream then I want my parents to be there, AND I TURNED OVER AND THEY WERE THERE?!

And tell me the first things i thought that time was that i was drugged or something so i did ANOTHER reality check where you cover your nose and you're still able to breathe AND GUESS WHAT IT WORKED (who's surprised)

At that time i remember that i had a FUCKING HOLE so i was like "No I don't have a hole in my fucking feet wtf?" And i looked AND NO MORE HOLE!

But oh boy it's not the end!!

At this point I LITERALLY GOT SO EXCITED THAT I FORGOT ABOUT LUCID DREAM METHOD AND OMG IT'S SO SAD

At this point I was like "I WANT TO GO HOME" so my mom took my hand and we walked to the random russian shop and we were home! At this point i really wanted to test my imagination skills so i was like "okay I will walk to my room and there will be GOJO SATORU FROM JJK" and oh boy he was there..

DUDE'S SO TALL THAT I GOT SCARED, WALKED BACK TO MY PARENTS ROOM AND WOKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT 😭😭

IT SOUNDS INSANE AND OH BOY IT WAS?

BUT AT THE SAME TIME IT WAS SO AMAZING THAT AASAAA

I am turning 18 this year, which means I'll be an adult.

I've lost most of my teenage years and most of my childhood to mental illnesses, abuse and trauma.

I had to act like a grown up at the age of 10 because of how my parents acted. I developed severe mental problems and had my childhood TAKEN away from me. And i want it back.

Yes i scripted that I'm almost 3 years younger? And what? I already exist in that reality where I AM 15 SO WHAT'S THE PROBLEM?

I want my childhood back, I want to experience young teenage love and friendship that I never had. And YOU'RE NOT gonna tell me what to do with my fuckin reality, because IT'S MINE.
