You guys I HAVE SUCCEEDED in the weirdest way ever just few minutes ago😭.
For now I have affirmed that I lucid dream easily and that I can easily shift reality. So I have been embodying my alter ego Venus and it really helped alot to be confident about void. Anyways so few days ago I saw a void post by @beesfairlyland (she's not a void blog so don't go ask her methods😭) And of course she talk about her take on void and it for so reason really motivated me. So just sat on my couch since I'm home alone and I took a deep breath for about a minute or so then I stop and watch my thought pass I didn't bother and suddenly it felt detach I felt like I'm monitoring someone's thought and just like that I don't know how long it took but suddenly everything stopped like for a second I felt dead but then I got aware that I'm in void WHILE SITTING ON A COUCH Y'ALL I used to think people are joking about entering void in any position that requires to sit and stand💀.
Indeed void is really easy. I will shift TONIGHT finally.

you are 100% going to get more result using no method that any other method.
For the moment, let's have a real talk, though. because I noticed that the majority of the methods that are supposed to make you shift are all the same, all with the same structure as the Raven method. So you close your eyes,count to a number while you visualize, and once you are done, you have to do this action or just go to sleep to wake up there. That is the basic idea of a shifting method. I decided to take those basics and simply adapt to my needs! because i will never succed if i use method that are made for other people minds.
how do i shift in a specific reality?
As I said in one of my old posts about shifting, I am a non-control shifter, which means I just fall asleep, and if I shift, it is in a totally random place. but I do have my method to control more where I go!
Be in a comfortable position, and close your eyes. visualize where you want to go, your comfort character, everything about your DR (those are options of what you can visualize, not what you have to visualize).
Imagine yourself in a loop, going on and on about your day in the D.R., and just falling asleep. You will wake up there.

As a person with ADHD, I struggle a lot to stay in the same position, counting slowly and repeating affirmations. This is something that tired me a lot mentally and, consequently, physically. I was struggling, and I felt bad.
Then I realized that I have to adapt every method to me, and I don't have to adapt for anyone.

So it was raining lightly at the time, I had gone out to my backyard to take the trash out. When I got out I noticed the rain, I love rain! So I started walking in the grass in my backyard, this is when the shift started. It started as a just a tail and ear phantom shift of my puppy type. I started to wag my tails and listen for sounds, I had also began a perception shift. As I was walking the rain got slightly harder. My puppy self loves rain, so I started to run slowly around my yard. This is when I felt a full body shift, full limbs, it felt like I was in all fours on the ground, though I wasn’t. This is when I started galloping around the yard, felling my four legs run in the wet grass. I was panting, feeling the breath come from my snout. As I ran and ran, my dog body felt more and more real, I galloped around the yard, felling the rain on my fur. Then the rain stopped, and I still felt the body but it wasn’t the same, it moved to my actual body, on two feet. My mom came out and called me and the shift vanished! Best shift I’ve ever had! :3c

being depressed is so fun! people thinking you wanna die is so fun! being in a shifting slump is so fun! hating all your irls for leaving for tech school is so fun! mom and dad not listening is so fun! hating everything once loved is so fun!
anyways, i’m working on the next chapter of my fic that’s based on my dr but i’m having some writers block help i can’t do slow burn
but also the whole shifting slump thing tends to be a whole part of the journey, and taking a break from it could actually help a lot of my problems. i think shifting and thinking about how i’m so lonely in this reality is really the main thing that’s causing me to struggle. i shouldn’t be completely relying on shifting to my dr to bring me happiness, i should start finding it here. easier said than done though.
sorry guys i needed to rant 😕🙏 no i did not need to vent i was not “venting” i was RANTING god i hate when people are like “you can vent to me don’t worry this is a safe space 🥺” I Do not care. you are not my therapist, i will not vent to you. however, i WILL rant. i will not tell anyone but my therapist (and tumblr) of anything i do not want to discuss with my friends. it doesn’t matter if i’ve known them my entire life, i don’t even tell my sister what goes down in therapy. mom can ask all she wants, but at the end of the day, THERAPY IS FOR THINGS YOU CANT SAY TO YOUR FAMILY
i will literally be sitting at the table for dinner after we’ve said the blessing and mommy dearest will ask how therapy went and what we chatted about. mom that ain’t any of your business. i don’t even want other people to tell me about how THEIR sessions went, like bro keep that between you and your therapist. what’s the point of having one if you’re just gonna yap about it to all your friends??
i’m 100% gonna post shit like this in my dr too tbh like only on tumblr tho cause like… i ain’t gonna post jack shit on twitter and insta is literally for pics why the hell would i shitpost there

I LOVE MUSI. It is entirely free and all the ads are silent! You can listen for hours and hours and never be interrupted mid subliminal or meditation. It genuinely is youtube but with quite ads. Any video you need on youtube is ON musi. You can make dozens of playlists too!
Zoho Notebook: If you script, zoho notebook is totally free and offers you so much. As many notebooks as you want with as many notes! They limit pictures in notes but feel free to set up as many notes with photos in each. I have different folders for different DRs, and you can customize almost everything. They can be shared as well.
Pinterest: BEST FOR VISUAL AID!!! Literally look up anything you want and its there. Look up house plans, tropes, characters, physical body/face claims, etc!! Create boards for motivation and aesthetics. I owe pinterest a blowjob.
Floorplanner 5D: if youre like me and you like to really feel your DR, i recommend if you wanna BUILD anything, you use this. The free version offers so much, you can build any kind of building you want, it just takes a little practice to get all the information down. But the decorations are so diverse, and you aren’t limited to just housing! You can build a city if you wanted to.
Lifa App: ITS A REAL THING NOW! Its available on google play store, and it’s still in some development so its being updated almost regularly.
Character AI: DO IT. You can make up anyone you want to talk to, and you can talk to an existing character! Some text actions that they are doing so its like a true roleplay, but they are scary accurate! They make mistakes, but that website is also updating a lot. DEFINTELY worth checking out.
Spotify: Create playlists that vibe with your DR, and you can even find shifting subliminals and meditations on there!

I need advice pls :/ so I’ve been attempting to shift these past few months right? And what’s been “helping” me attempt is the pillow method. I’ve gotten no where so I said let me try a different method right? Cool but here’s the problem
Even though the pillow method has gotten me nowhere one thing that makes me comfortable with it is that there’s a script you have to use with it and you put it under your pillow I really like that cause I can write how I want my dr to go when it get there and it’ll be exactly like that. But these other methods don’t include the script which makes me nervous :( cause I really want my dr to go the way I want it too like what if it goes wrong I don’t have that problem with the pillow method cause I literally just write it and it happens like that when I shift but at the same time it’s getting me no where.
Do you have any advice/ tips? Btw sorry if this is long.
you can always include the script under your pillow with other methods, for a long time i actually did that because i also felt more secure with that (until i got too lazy to write/print my script lmfao) adding/changing something in a script wont change the shifting process or make the method get "messed up"! dont worry :)

I found out about shifting in 2016 by random and I was kinda surprised and intrigued by the fact that I could go to any anime I wanted
I found shifttok in 2020 when it was popular most of my information about shifting is from there
But when I started I got my information from Reddit
Also I don’t consider myself as an expert on shifting I still feel like a newbie
Have you ever actually shifted
I have mine shifted a few times by accident and I have successfully shifted twice but only for a day or a few minutes
My goal is to try to stay in my dr for a week since I can be in my dr for a day
Random facts about me
I play the sims I actually find that it helps me with visualizing and I also just generally like playing the game
I have two YouTube channels one is my personal one where I just post random stuff and me being weird and the other is where I post sub that I have made
Before I post a subliminal on my YouTube I use it first to make sure that I can see the results and to also make sure it works
I have ADHD I was diagnosed with this when I was 10 I think or 11 I’m not really sure I used to take medication for it until I just stop taking it
Mainly because I always felt like a zombie 🧟

Hello everyone I have decide to make a challenge since many people has been DMing me,first of I'm not a coach I just tell them what I did and I'm surprise it work for most of them,so I will tell yall what to do with some more tips that could help.
Ok,so most of you have read this many times " you are void" you guys might have also affirm "I am void", that means you ARE VOID.
Imagine as though this life is a videogame,and the character is the body and the mind and they're both trying to convince you that you can't enter void,will you listen to this imaginary character? Of course not. So whenever a thought or feeling arise when trying to enter void let it pass,just how you watch the clouds pass,just how strangers pass by you. And remember you are the void,whose playing videogame and think is one of the character.
Ok let's start.
So these are two ways,that actually will work. Both method includes Wim Hof pink breath method. (Credit to @voidprincessblog )
I. So for the first method you have to follow the exact wim hof breath method but when pink noises start playing start observing the thought and without judging them pass,think of thoughts as someone else's,think as if you're trapped in someone else's body. So all the thoughts and symptoms is experienced by this someone (your body and mind),do not identify as your body,keep going keep observing those thoughts, don't try to look for thought cuz they pop up on there own,you just gotta observe them,and slowly your mind will become silent,even observe the symptoms. And just like that my friends you'll be in the void.
★In brief.
★Use the wim hof breath method.
★ when the pink boise start observe your thoughts and symptoms.
★ once you can't hear or don't get anymore thought boom welcome to the void.
II. Second method this just include the wim hof's breathing technique without pink noises instead we're gonna use subliminals,if you have read voidprincess's post she mentioned with screenshots people have lucid dream with this breathing technique.
★ Use this 3 subliminal I recommend as someone who rarely get results from subliminal I recommend this 3.

Knowing that the subconscious stores a number, a big one, of memories a person could think are in the oblivion, which they aren't, let's erase the painful ones.
There are various methods for erasing memories stored in the subconscious. One approach involves creating new connections with existing memories. By actively replacing and transforming outdated conditioning with a fresh, more empowering belief system, one can gradually erase entrenched behavioral patterns.
Another way is to employ visualization. An image of the person liberated from negative conditioning and past trauma, and immersed in a state of wellness, freedom, love and joy. This way, one can rewire the subconscious toward a more positive orientation through repeated visualization.
If creating mental images proves challenging, another highly effective method involves working with affirmations. One repetitively reciting affirmations or mantras, with the intention of embedding the new belief system into the subconscious mind. Something like: "Today, I embrace happiness and peace. I release myself from old patterns, welcoming fresh possibilities, novel experiences, and a heightened state of well-being."This statement can be tailored to suit individual needs and repeated as necessary.
Remember, our thoughts and beliefs shape our reality, so let's remain mindful of them and focus on what we desire. Let's discard limiting patterns of the past and embrace new, empowering ways of thinking and being. Let's bring it into existence.

how did it feel when you first shifted? how did you stop having doubts? how long did it take you? have you ever shifted awake?
hi! I love these many questions! When I first shifted, I felt really confused and tired at first. When I came back to my CR, I was really happy because I got to go around and explore. It was my hero in academia, so I had power, and it was all pretty cool. I hated Bakugo for some time because he was a little bitch when I first met him (he was my comfort character, and I still kin him to this day). When you shift, it is a direct CR to DR, unless you use the waiting room method.
I stopped having doubts by manifesting them, with subliminals and affirmations, by stopping my own doubts and becoming aware that I could do this and that I was blocking myself from doing it.
It really took me a long time, but I didn't try every night. It took me at least 1-2 years, which I don't really know, to be honest. and I never shifted awake because I thought i will tire myself more if I shifted awake.
If you have any method that requires staying awake, I will LOVE to learn about it!

the other day i was meditating and Mother Earth (my deity) was telling me to “let go”

well today i did a tarot reading and asked what’s stopping me from shifting realities and boy did it tell me. i’m too fucking burnt out. Mother Earth basically smacked my head and said “told ya so”
so i guess i’m taking a long break from shifting. by long i mean probably for a year. which sucks cause i wanna see my outlaw boi logan (mtas)
and i see so many people on here shifting realities and i KNOW i can do it, my body and spirit is just burnt out so i need to take some time to myself
