WELCOME TO UNITY.

This is an inclusive roleplay server focusing on a Marvel and DC crossover event. The server is run by a group of friends who work to ensure that the server is a safe space for all — free from the hateful behaviour that tends to lurk in superhero fandoms. That being said, please read the Rules & Lore before clicking the join link at the bottom of the page.

SERVER LORE.

In the year 2018, the greatest heroes the universe had ever known were brought to their knees by the Mad Titan, Thanos. They fought with all their might against the impossible, and despite facing insurmountable odds, they emerged victorious. But the price of that victory was steep.

During the final battle, the Reality Stone, an aspect of the universe itself, was shattered into a million pieces. The very fabric of existence was torn asunder, and the barriers between universes were destroyed. Portals appeared across the cosmos, bleeding different dimensions together. The impossible happened: the worlds of Earth-616 and Earth-0 collided, leaving heroes, villains, and everyday citizens alike scrambling for answers. For some, it was a chance for wonder and excitement, a brave new world full of infinite possibilities. But for others, it was a grim foreshadowing of the chaos and destruction yet to come. Now, time has passed. The introduction of multiverse traversal tools and the formation of unlikely alliances have made the universe seem a little less vast and intimidating. But questions remain: are the old realities beyond repair? Who or what is behind the mysterious AI that has brought them all together? What malevolent forces lurk in the shadows, waiting to seize control of the chaos? But most importantly, do they even want to go back to the way things were? The multiverse has opened up infinite possibilities, but with those possibilities come infinite dangers. Only the bravest and strongest of heroes will rise to the challenge and keep the universe safe for all.

The year is 2019, as we have decided the timeline moves along naturally. That doesn't mean you can't have certain characters (say, Kate Bishop) in this. Reality is already funky, we don't really care about continuity of other projects.

We are not exclusively movies. We take aspects of everything — comics, shows, animation, movies, etc. We want everyone to have a place here.

The two universes have not merged; they are still separate but there are "doorways" between the two now. Think of it like how Loki got from Asgard to the other realm in Thor: The Dark World by going in the right spot.

Not everyone is disappearing. This isn't like the Blip where half of everyone is gone. It's enough people that the media has gotten rumors of it, though.

RULES.

There is a three-strike rule in place. First problem results in a warning, second results in a suspension, and third results in a permanent ban.

Additionally, please note that you have to be over 16 to join the server.

To roleplay any character, original or canon, you must first complete an application. This is to prevent overpowered original characters and canon characters that aren't being played to their fullest potential. We have appropriate templates and channels to help you out with this process.

Absolutely no white-washing! I don't care if they're white in the movies, if there is any run where the character in question is a person of color, you must uphold that. If you're unsure of something, please please ask! Make sure to respect religion as well. For examples of this, Wanda Maximoff and Dick Grayson are both Romani. Peter Parker is Jewish. They are staying that way.

No god-modding. Don't take control of another character without permission. If your character can mind-control people or something similar, be sure to ask the mun (the person doing the roleplaying) first. Failure to do so will result in a warning.

This is an LGBT+, neurodivergent, and POC community. Don't be an asshole. Read the DNI.

Semi-Literate, third person responses are preferred. Give your partner something to work with.

Currently, there is no limit for characters, but it is expected you are active a minimum of once per week (either in ooc, threads, or chat) to keep them. This can be discussed with the admins, as we understand that you have lives outside of roleplay.

For ships, there are a few major rules: ASK. If you want to ship with someone, ask them first. No self-shipping. By this, I mean that if you have a canon character you can't ship them with another character you play. No incest, pseudo or otherwise. Adopted families are still family.

If you have an OC that is connected to a canon character, and that character is taken, ask the mun first.

You absolutely must get your roles and give an introduction before you can apply for a character. You will be reminded of this by Dyno when you join.

If you'd like to reserve a character for yourself, you can check out the "reserved characters" channel. When you reserve a character, it grants you one week to complete the template without fear of someone else taking them. Reservations end after a week or after an application has been denied.

Absolutely no villains, so no Joker, Deathstroke, etc. Anti-heroes are fine as long as they aren't too dark. Smaller villains can be negotiated.

This server is not a welcome place for bigotry. We have a standard DNI list, and for an extended one you are more than welcome to reach out to us.

Danny as Fenton takes a hit that no human boy should survive while in a different city (im going crossover here) and just transforms into phantom and pretends to be all sad that he died. Just for a moment. He then proceeds to kick the baddies ass. Claims he got ghost powers and fucks off. Imagine if Captain America or Batman saw this while failing ti protect him, hell or any hero type. Danny doesn’t think much on it and just goes on with his week. Continues being Fenton of course but what if he runs into whatever hero, but out if costume, saw him do that.

“How are you here? And alive?”

Danny holding a smoothie:”uhhhh I made a miraculous recovery”

He just shrugs it off and goes about his day. It isn’t until he finally gets some sleep later that night that he wakes up in a cold sweat realising he now knows their secret identity. “Oh well it’s neat I guess” starts to go back to sleep only to bolt back up “oh god now they know my secret identity”

Meanwhile said hero is too busy trying to figure out how to help this random kid to even be worried about the fact that they outed themselves. Someone else probably points it out to them and has to explain it twice before it gets thru.
