If you want to lose weight or tone your body there are mainly four things you need to do: 1️⃣ workout for at least 30 minutes 5 days a week consistently (make sure you have fun cardio and hiit workout sessions squeezed in this!) 2️⃣ eat a healthy diet (no need to rush into eating just salad 3 times a day, let go of 1 wrong eating habit per forthright 3️⃣ get a good night sleep (take time to wind down without electronics if you find it hard to go to sleep) 4️⃣ drink 2L of water a day (can’t emphasis how important this is for weight loss. The more water you intake the more the body will telease the stored water so you will feel lighted and more comfortable) Do you have any more tips?
