I just realized I have been doing both dieting and exercising - I went vegan 2 years ago and I've been walking miles every day for work, up and down hills - and I still eat the same amounts of food I used to eat before all this (even less because I literally have less time to eat now), yet I haven't lost ONE kg. Oh no! A fat person just proved that dieting and exercising won't always work to lose this demonic mass of fat! Quick fatphobes, get all the successful weight loss stories and blame the fat person's "failure" on something else!

my new headcanon is that rudy gets diagnosed with celiac disease when he's 12 or 13 (one of his many many health issues and allergies) and when he tells louise that he's sad he cant eat at bob's burgers anymore bcuz the buns have gluten in them bob makes a special order for gluten free buns and stores them seperately so that rudy can always enjoy his burgers :) <- and anyone else who is gluten intolerant there's like a special sign that says "ask about our gluten free options!!"

What's the recipe for that Belchamel? 👀
Ty for waiting, It took me a bit to write this down
I'm embarrassed to say I messed up the recipe I was following and ended up winging it 😭
I started with this recipe: https://schoolnightvegan.com/home/vegan-bechamel-sauce-vegan-white-sauce/#recipe
I didn't have bay leaf or whole clove so I skipped em.
But I added a few extra things:
1/2 tsp White pepper
1 tsp garlic bouillon paste to the milk mix
1 Tsp of grey poupon mustard to the milk mix
2 tbps nutritional yeast along with the flour
1 cup vegan shredded mozzarella at the end and slowly melted it on low heat
I accidentally poured too much milk and had to balance it with more flour 😂 so I can't really tell u exact measurement, sorry
I also suggest adding much more salt then they tell u to, a tsp minimum. (But take that with a..... heh.... grain of salt i am a sodium freak I need it Salty)
