Today my younger brother and I started working out together. If you train together, you gain together! One of my older brothers is gunna join us too starting tomorrow! Fit family incoming? I'll try to get clips of when I'm actually doing more of the workouts lol I think having others to workout with will help with the motivation. I've been practicing flexibility though for a couple weeks and I just noticed today I can touch my toes for one of the first times ever in my life. Even when I was a gymnast I always had a hard time touching my toes.
