Anxiety for me is feeling like i can't get air. It is like something dark is sitting on me, putting a pressure on my chest and keeping me from breathing properly. It is something dark that's a part of me, but not me. I can't think and i cant stop thinking..

Anxiety for me is walking around in the grocery store and it feels like every part of the environment. is attacking you Every lightbulb hurts my eyes, every sound startes me and everyone feels unsafe and dangerous. Anxiety for me is being on high alert as soon as i step on the other side of my. front door and first being able to relax hours after. I get home again and my brain is yet again convinced it is safe.

13)to retain emotional stability and wise composure

15)be constant, strong and free

16)don't be afraid to take risks, feel easy and free

18)read aloud and practice self-expression

Conclusion

While you are leaning things you need to think about them and examine them from many sides. By connecting them in many ways with what you already know…. you can later retrieve them in unusual situations. It took me a long time to realize that each time I learned something I should put “hooks” on it. This is another face of the extra effort, the studying more deeply, the going the extra mile, that seems to be characteristic of great scientists.

the thing is israel basically belongs to the united states. it is funded by our government. they test weapons for us. when the us defends israel it is not defending a sibling nation where there might be room for them to break away or disagree, it is defending its own military interests. i think this is important for understanding why the states are acting this way and to make it clear this is something US citizens are directly involved in, as much as any other cruel, imperialistic war we are told to support, only to be apologized for as wrong decades later. you can apologize for the deaths once you have already benefitted from the deaths. that is how these things go but it is always essential to fight that pattern because we already know how it ends if we were to let it play out. none of this is new, for all the claims of complexity, it is the same old playbook and we must recognize it for what it is and fight it as we would any other demand for crimes against humanity in the name of "peace". learn from the past, learn from each other, learn from those who have been fighting this struggle longer than we have been alive. mass opposition to US imperialism, to settler colonialism, to """justified""" genocide is the only way.
