Test Tube Babies, Spleens, and Fruitloop Father?! NOPE. No thanks.

Danny and Ellie take a small, reincarnation, vacation from their duties in the Infinite Realms (King Danny and his most trusted Knight/Princess Ellie). Don't worry, they leave the Realms in good hands (Jazz, Pandora, Frostbite, CW, etc, basically Danny's main council takes over for a few years)

They both weren't expecting to wake up in an assassin cult though.... Nor to find out they're five year old twins now... Twin, somewhat clones of the leader and this guy Red Robin their 'father' is kinda obsessed with....

Great their 'father' is an insane assassin leader fruitloop and their 'dad' is named after a fast food joint... whose barely out of his teens btw.

Danny al Ghul Danyal, cast a glance as his full blooded and twin sister this time around Helen Ellie al Ghul who rolled her eyes as they listened to their 'father' ramble on and on about their 'dad' and how they were created to be his heir (Danny mostly, though he had plans on Ellie going to be trained to be his body guard by someone named Lady Shiva soon)

Yeah, no. Ellie dealt with one evil fruitloop father who cloned her once before, she's not dealing that again or falling for the 'I created thus I love you but not really' bs. They need to leave, like yesterday.

Hopefully their 'dad' is... okay he doesn't need to be okay with it at first but hopefully comes around to it, okay with the two of them showing up on his doorstep soon.

And you know what, they're gonna bring him a gift.

His spleen. Yeah it'll be good to give that back to him.

A random headcanon about Crowley I have is that he grew up COUNTRY country, or the closest equivalent that they would have in that time, I guess. Like, he grew up on a farm in the middle of the countryside, and his best friends growing up were chickens sorta country, lol

That, combined with Halts extravagance and the fact that Irish insults are just hilarious, means that whenever Gilan is being particularly dumb the entire corps gets treated to some of the best insults they have ever heard

Also, Crowley doesn't really have a country accent typically, but sometimes, when he's ranting about something, he does. When both Crowley and Halt have accents, you know some crap's boutta go down

Re-read the "NO LIMIT!!!" event story bc it's one of my fave RAS stories, and!!! how much I love these idiots🌈 Rei is literally the most insecure mf in the whole universe and CHU2 is this abrasive rude-ass little gremlin and still we see their soft sides like that, supporting each other~ I think one of my favorite aspects about CHU2 is the fact that she wants everyone in her band to be their best selves. I think it's really cute how she reinforces how special RAS members are, and more specifically Rei, whom I've seen her say stuff like that more than once. We stan supportive sisters 💛

I'm thinking about the FFXIV portrayal for my White Boy (Schmitty Schmee) for once. I need to do the Sorrow of Werlyt questline sometime, because I imagine him picking a silly name to better hide his tracks on the run after he escapes Werlyt. His name sounds stupid enough to be fake, but it's close to his actual birth name (Smithy Schmidt), so he kinda hides in plain sight with it. I imagine him also changing his hair to the mullet he has in ARR to make himself look different too, and grows it back out through MSQ.

I also imagine it being a time where he joins Arkhe for the quests, and it traumatizing him so much he steps back on joining for quite a while to recover. Being back in Werlyt was bad enough, but from what I hear of those quests it'd make his PTSD act up BAD.

Has FF14 ever Hinted at the Possibility of a Dark Market?

I know it's a kinda out of the blue to think about the dark market— you know, with killing gods and saving the world... However,

Let's say that there is a black Market.

What would they sell? How big of an operation would it be: is it something that's accessible everywhere? How would one even go about entering the circle of trust?..

Yeahh— I know I'm overthinking it, but I'm not really interested in all the tiny details.

I'm more curious of what would be sold.

There's loads of possibilities; I mean— there's mystical creatures and gods/goddesss that roams the lands! I better be seeing baby Au-Ra horns, that— for some reason— has healing properties!

Along with parts of beastie-people, I'm thinking there would be other... dark and suspicious things.

There's more I would like to say; however, that might deserves it's own post, since it takes on dark topics.

A/N: Optimus' part is so freaking soft and sweet 🥺 and then Bee's is corny and cheesy fluff and this is just a short reaction to get back into the groove of writing again!!

Silence. The silence was killing them- they didn’t even know what they did wrong as they saw their precious human woman talking to Cade like it was no big deal that they hadn’t spoken to their lover in hours. They had thought maybe she just didn’t hear me or was too busy to notice. But that thought was quickly replaced when they noticed she was able to talk to everyone else just fine.

What they didn’t know was that (Y/N) was just testing their patience to see how long they could go before they got mad at her for playing such games.

Enough was enough.

Optimus:

Optimus POV

Optimus watched and waited until (Y/N) was alone to approach her so that she would be forced to talk to him. Optimus walked up to her before kneeling before her. He gently put his hand down for her to climb onto hoping that she would accept his silent invitation. When she climbed onto his hand he thanked the stars that she didn’t seem to be as mad as he thought she originally was. He then stood and walked away from the group enough to have some privacy as he spoke to her. 

Once at the spot that was hidden and far away enough, he sat down on the ground and held her up so he could look at her but her head was stubbornly turned away from him. Optimus sighed softly as he gently placed his finger under her chin and carefully turned her head to look at him. Longing shined in his optics. “Sweetspark… have I done something so wrong that you no longer wish to speak to me?” Optimus asked (Y/N) with his deep voice as his head gently moved to look her in the eyes.

(Y/N)’s POV:

Your heart ached as you looked at him and heard the genuine worry in his tone. The silent treatment was over for you the moment you saw and heard the hurt he tried so hard to hide. “No no no, Optimus- I-... I was just being childish- you did nothing wrong. Believe me, you did nothing-,” you rambled before he cut you off.

“But you have stopped speaking to me. You are not one to do such things without reason,” Optimus interrupted.

You tried to think of a reason that wouldn’t make him angry at you, “Bee told me to do it.” Really? Well, at least it’s believable. You think in your head as you give a sheepish smile and gently reach forward to cup his cheeks. “I’m sorry, Optimus. I didn’t realize how upset you would get,” you say softly as you place gentle kisses on his face making him close his eyes softly in relief. 

“Please don’t play such games again. My spark burns for you and you alone. It can’t accept you being so upset with me,” he says softly in an almost uncharacteristically soft way.

“I promise. Do you forgive me?” you ask.

“Of course.” He says as he gently touches his forehead to yours.

Bumblebee:

(Y/N)’s POV

You were just saying goodbye to Cade as you walked away and towards the rest of the group. Unbeknownst to you, Bee was watching with desperate eyes as he waited for you to come to him, but when he saw you walk the opposite way he became frustrated.

You were walking while looking at your phone when you heard a quiet whine and then loud footsteps that came rushing up behind you before you could even react, you were lifted up by Bee before he quickly transformed into the Camaro where you’re in the driver’s seat and buckled in before he speeds off at high speeds into the desert. You let out a yelp at the sudden and quick change as you watch the speedometer climb. 

“Bee! What are you doing?! You’re going too fast!” You say slightly panicked as you hold onto the door handle and the armrest desperately. 

“Shouldn’t have ignored me, babygirl,” Bee’s radio said as he changed through the stations to communicate his frustration, “now we ride!” he finished before purposefully swerving and doing donuts in the empty desert making you let out a shriek and a loud nervous laugh realizing how annoyed he was by your silent treatment.

“Ok! Ok! I’m sorry, Bee! I- I’m going to be sick!” you say between giggles as he finally stops and transforms into his humanoid form with you cupped in both of his hands as he rubs his mouthpiece against your face affectionately in a playful manner. 

“My honeypie, my sugarpie, my princess, my babygirl, my hot mama!” his radio blasted as he switched through channels making you laugh out loud as you grabbed his head and kissed his mouth piece over and over in loving affection. 

“You’re so annoying- you know that? You’re lucky you’re cute and I love you so much,” you say to him as you look into his eyes with a softened, fond smile.

“I’m lucky I have ya darlin’,” his radio switched to a cowboy accent that spoke so softly making the moment more loving and intimate.

Beloved Beyond Time

A DeadSerious Prompt where a young Damian follows his mother's advice about finding his future 'Beloved' and is smitten with a TimeTraveling Ghost King (Prince) Danny when his grandfather summoned the eldritch being.

Damian, despite being young, will want no other to be by his side once he takes over the League. Especially since the King was able to strike fear in his grandfather for even just for a moment.

Danny, whose just started taking up his soon to be Kingly title and duties, at first freaked out when a kid who just got out of toddlerhood is offering marriage. Who wouldn't. And well while he didn't fully encourage it, he found it a little adorable and tried to nudge the kid away from said... err crush feelings?

He was a little sad to have to say goodbye to the kid when his month long stay with the al Ghul's (mostly to see if they're worthy to keep the Pits) he was pretty for sure he'd never run into the kid again and if he did who knows how old they'd actually be because again.. time travel.

So Danny now at the age of 16 really wasn't expecting to be basically be cornered on his first day at his new school at Gotham Academy by a 17 year old Damian Wayne who is leaning over him and says "Hello Beloved. Time has been kind to you it seems."

Danny's poor half-alive heart is currently dying from being cornered by an older Damian.

Sometimes Leona sends Ruggie on 'quests,' as you would often call them. Ruggie just calls them chores

Things like getting him lunch, cleaning his room, delivering papers, and recently he's been tasked with keeping an eye on you.

Word on the proverbial grapevine is that you haven't been doing so great. Falling asleep in random places, spending long hours in the library, working extra shifts at the monster lounge, and most importantly- you haven't visited Savanaclaw in over two weeks

Now Ruggie would get shanked if he ever said it out loud, but Leona has a soft spot for ya. Just like he does for Jack Howl and the other nosy freshmen

When Ruggie hears, "make sure those idiots aren't causing me extra work," it translates to "make sure those idiots aren't in any trouble. go help them,"

Think good-cop and bad-cop. Leona lays bad-cop, and marionettes Ruggie as good-cop

He's sent Ruggie to do a bit spying on you a few times, not that the errand boy complained. He has personal motives for these little 'quests'. Like sometimes finding you in the most interesting positions

"Aye Aye...geez, can't you do it on your own for once?" - "Care to repeat that" -"Nothing! Nothing..."

He never sees anything horrible. Just funny situations, like when you're in a sneezing fit or rambling about the 'oh-so-generous' Crowley to yourself when you think you're alone. Ruggie always gets a good laugh at your antics when you think no one is watching

But this- okay, this scenario is a new one for him.

"You really have no sense of decency...do you, prefect" he says, looking down at you napping under a tree in the courtyard

It wouldn't be so bad, if you weren't curled around a small stuffed rabbit. He just-

Pulls out his phone and takes a picture. No hesitation. Just quickly snaps it and then crouches over you

And stares. Anyone walking by would think him a creeper, with his ears twitching and face scrunched up in concentration

You...shit. He can't keep doing this for Leona if this is what he'll find. His shriveled little heart can't handle it

He definitely plans to rub the picture in your face later, but for now he'll lay down next to you and watch the clouds. To the onlooker it looks like your both chilling, but for Ruggie it feels more intimate. He's guarding you from anyone that might disturb your rest or trying to peak at the cute sight only he gets to see

Malleus Draconia

So, this all began when Malleus asked about University life from your world. He wanted to know more about human culture and how dormitories in TW are different from what you know

Your world is definitely less exciting than Twisted Wonderland. You have to walk everywhere and don't have mirror travel? Dorms contain hundreds of students at once? No prefects? No set schedule? Who controls the chaos? That...sounds tiring

He wants to know more about the dorm culture. So you tell him about staying up late to study, coffee addiction, mutual understanding of finals stress among peers, how prefects are essentially called RAs, fraternities/sororities/etc, extra curricular clubs, bad cafeteria food, and most importantly- crashing in other dorms to escape your own.

He has never shared a dorm with another person, or a room. There were times he snuck into Lilia's room as a child after a nightmare, but he doesn't mention that to you

The 'dorm crashing,' you talk about- he wants to experience it. He wants to spend an entire evening with "friends" and enjoy a wild adventure

He nearly invites himself to spend the night in your dorm, but trails off since that would be indecent considering his...emotions

"Might I impose upon....ah. Pardon my boldness, I retract my previous suggestion,"

He wants to interject when you insist on his idea. It's improper but how can he say no when you are so excited?

And this is how Malleus ends up sharing your dorm for the night. You both set up sleeping arrangements on the floor of your room, which Grimm loves since the bed is now all his. After all, it is not a proper sleepover unless you both wake with backaches (from the floor, not what you're thinking of -_-)

You both go for a late-night walk, play a board game with the resident ghosts and Grimm, enjoy a warm beverage by the fireplace, and end the night discussing whatever thoughts come to mind.

It's the most fun Malleus has ever had. He's never experienced such a relaxed evening. Not once was there a moment of discomfort

Until you both settled in for the night, and you bring in that plush dragon. He's uncomfortable but not in a bad way

He says nothing at first and instead focuses on the crackling fire. He doesn't need as much sleep as a human, so he merely pretends until your steady breathing can be heard

He turns to look your way, watching how you snuggle into it's fur. The fire illuminating your peaceful face and blankets drawn up to your shoulders

You look so serene. No one has ever looked so calm in his presence or allowed themselves to be vulnerable. Then again- he's never dropped his guard this much around anyone other than his close dormmates. His family.

"Oh, if you only recognized these feelings I carry. Would you still allow me to witness this sight?"

He cannot help himself, and reaches over to tuck you in further and pat the dragon on it's head.

You're too precious. Welcoming a demon into your den and taunting him so...

Jade Leech

Similar to how Leona has a soft spot for you, so does Azul

You are the only person allowed back in the VIP lounge without permission. No contracts, no deals, no nothing. The space was offered in case you ever felt overwhelmed and needed somewhere to cool off

More specifically, when you first saw Azul's octopot you had mentioned missing having a safe-place, and that there was nowhere truly quiet in NRC for you to go. Azul immediately offered the lounge and instructed the tweels to let you in whenever (so long as a transaction wasn't being made. Then you could go to one of their dorm rooms)

You surprisingly took him up on the offer, and on occasion Jade would escort you to the VIP lounge for some quiet time. You'd normally do your homework in the corner as Azul worked, or fell asleep on one of the couches

Today was one of the times when Azul needed the room for work, but seeing your defeated expression convinced Jade to loan out his room

Floyd offered his as well, but it was rarely in a state to host company. So you agreed to rest in Jade's until his shift was over and he could escort you back to Ramshackle

"Please don't touch anything other than the desk and available seating. I have many dangerous specimens in here and cannot guarantee your safety. Rest well~"

It is not necessary, but he greatly dislikes you walking alone at night after closing. He will not take no for an answer, and will dismiss any rebuttal with a smile. Before you know it, you're half-way to your dorm while he is guiding you with a hand on the small of your back

After his shift, night had long fallen. He mentally prepared to once again swindle his way into walking you home as he approached his room. Though after opening the door? His plans changed

Laid on his bed, you have clearly fallen asleep while reading a light novel. In one hand is the book and in the other...a plush piece of toast?

What?

He has seen you asleep many times in the VIP lounge, but never like this. Not in his room, completely relaxed, and entirely unaware of the danger you were in. His prior warning did not pertain only to mushrooms

"Aha...my dearest, it seems you are not as conscious of me as I thought. You are fortunate that I am merciful,"

He runs his index finger along your cheek and down your neck, stopping when his hand meets the plush toy clutched in your hands. He is showing you mercy, but at the cost of more self control than his twin could ever muster

"I adore you..." He doesn't need to walk you home, because he does not bother waking you up. He instead tends to his fungi, and spends the night sparing occasional glances your way until morning

Okay, but they were trying to ditch their duties and push all the work onto him! He's just trying to live an honest life here and they had the gull to pull the 'I'm your superior now do as I say,' bullshit

He sent a cauldron their way...and well, you get the rest. He's honestly lucky that Riddle did not collar him and instead Trey sent him away for a few days. Just until tensions cool off

Which is why he's here now. At your doorstep, in the middle of the night, with his pajamas on and nothing but a backpack. He doesn't even have proper shoes on! Just slippers

Annnd he's begging you to help him out. He's stayed over many times anyways. What's the harm in a few nights? It's just that this time Ace wouldn't be around

....lock the doors. He may have followed and Deuce is not in the mood for a second argument of the day. He just wants to do his homework and get some rest

"Please! I promise you won't even know that I'm here. I'll be super quiet,"

Say yes already and tell him to stop bowing. It's pathetic

Normally when Ace and Deuce sleep over, you have the living room set up for them. Since this is last minute he'll have to bunk in your room. You don't have fresh linens and it's too late to warm the living area with a fire.

Que you both fighting over who takes the bed. You're fine with him taking it, but Grimm refuses to sleep with him. Deuce also isn't happy kicking you out of your bed.

Egads his mother would have him hung for taking his host's bed. Especially your bed - the thought sends him overboard

In the end, Grimm ends up making himself comfy on one of the recliners in the room. Which leaves Deuce to share the bed with you after finishing his homework (that you begrudgingly help with)

He's already near a heart attack when you both get into the bed. Then he watches you lean over to grab a large plush dog...and snuggle it

He has never invaded your room when sleeping over. This is the first time he's seen you so...adorable. Utterly. Adorable.

He promptly turns so your backs are facing each other, and buries his face in his pillow.. Before he realizes it, an hour has passed and the grandfather-clock down the hall is chiming. Slowly, he peers over his shoulder to see that you've turned to face his back.

" Forgive me...I don't think I can do this-"

You wake up to find him in a blanket cocoon on the floor. He was not going to get any sleep staying in that bed

I'm just cracking up at the idea of A)Batman's villains not knowing robins apart, and B) Jason being (in his 20s should point out) thirsty af for Bruce, like he's the only robin who doesn't have fatherly/uncle-like (Tim has parents doesn't he?) relationship with him and he gets pissed when other villains mention it to him as red hood.

+yandare for Bruce Ra's al ghul and Riddler for good measure and I feel this would create an interesting Batman story. :'D

Y'know what I would love to see?? More training years of Bruce! Like, we don't see much of it??

We see a little more of his time on the League of assassins (I don't read a lot of comics, more of the timmverse and live action movies so that's what I'm talking about)

but I would love to see him doing random side quests in the meantime of running out of Gotham and joining Ras, when he was touring the world

There's this one ficlet of @/wanderintofics that kinda of gets there? I won't be able to link it I KNOW IT EXISTS BCS I HAVE SC OF IT BUT I DONT KNOW WHERE IT IS

but it talks basically about an island in the Indian oceans that Bruce absolutely loves of sun and warm water that he adored, it was before the "weight truly sat on his shoulders". AND isn't even the point of the fic but I just thought the concept was sooo interesting

It's a faux freedom kinda? He's doomed by Gotham, chained to it yes, but seeing so much things new he never got to see in Gotham, it's the silence that he doesn't have in the west coast but also chatter and happiness and noisy, and the crying he can't never run away and the whole reason why he's doing it – the fact no one knows who he is also almost loke he isn't carrying his name and all the weight with it, even though his minds never let he runs away from being a Wayne, and only the thought of running away from his legacy (from his parents) makes him all nauseous and stomach heavy

Saving people at a much greater cost and getting beat, randomly getting drawn into dismantling (or at least destabilizing) mobs but getting badly hurt in the process, because all training he had was taught by Alfred or by bullies that bad talked his parents, and something about how his lessons always boiled down to "don't get hit", until he had to do more than not get hit

Aarrgh I just love the concept so much I was wondering if you have anything on mind??

I think you hit on all the great parts about this period of Bruce's life! It's such a fascinating insight into his character, to see him in this kind of half/in-between state. He's not quite Batman yet, but we know he will be. He's trained, but not the best. He bleeds, but we know one day it won't matter.

Half myth, half human. The people who know him then don't realize the sliver of truth they'll have, year later. That's why appearances by Talia, Ra's, Minhkhoa Khan, etc are so interesting. They knew him in between, but they don't truly know him as Batman, either.
