Honestly just wanted to test out some skin tones and such, and it is always good to do complex pose studies. Something something practice and warm ups XD But honestly it was also just really fun.

ALSO, this is based and inspired by the Bonded AU that I share with @bucketking which you can find more wonderful information here! I have been absolutely living for the padawan shenanigans (which basically means all the trouble you can get up to from 16-24 years old), and this will not be the last you will see or hear of them, especially padawan Obi-Wan. Quinlan and Aayla are the original Anakin and Ahsoka. Quinlan being Obi-Wan's age, and Aayla being seven years older than Anakin, Quinlan is only NINE years older than her. Legends Wookieepedia says he took her as his padawan when she was 10, which is patently ridiculous. Even if we age her up to a more new-canon-consistent age, that still gives us 23yo Quinlan and his 14yo padawan. Disaster duo. Terrifying gremlin pair.

I saw the headcanon that Luminara’s master was Master Katri who was mentioned in Tales of the Jedi and was like omg!! Cute master for lumi!! Before realising that Katri died when Luminara was maximum about 13/14 years old, so my new hc is that poor Luminara was orphaned very early on in her apprenticeship and having to deal with attachment and loss so intensely and so young is why she is so “detached” later on with the very real possibility of losing her own apprentice. It’s not that she doesn’t care, she does - too much - but she’s a Jedi Master now and feels that showing that is wrong.

Bonded AU? Bonded AU.

This one has been in the drafts for a while (general indecision on my art abilities and such being as they are) but truthfully it is such a silly little moment and I love it, so here is to Quinlan and Fox joyously being the nesciences they are.
