Gasp!! I love this concept, so many opportunities...

Not sure if you meant pre-trauma, headspace or post-trauma characters buttttt I am gonna do post because hcs are easier to come up with for that!!

Ok so. First, context hcs

-I imagine out of the whole gang, younger Aubrey is actually the best at teasing while tickling (first being Mari, because of course it is.)

-As she gets older, her teasing style does change from stuff like "D'aww your smile is so cute!! Tickle tickle~" to stuff like "Not sure why you're laughing right now, I'm not doing anything." and "Oh, is this a bad spot? Does it tickle?"

-So basically from more childish to more monotone but both are deadly

-I ALSO imagine (and am most certainly NOT projecting... sarcasm.) that Sunny doesn't actually laugh when tickled. At most he will let out little huffs and noises because he is still a little ticklish, just not enough to laugh loudly

-And he's lowkey self-conscious about this because. It makes it seem like he doesn't enjoy it and he's already not great at expressing emotions so

-With Mari's help when they were younger, he eventually managed to let the gang know (both verbally and not) that he did enjoy tickling, though rough tickles do not work and moreso hurt/are uncomfy

-So aside from specific spots that can actually get soft laughs out of him (mostly neck, but also behind the knees and where his back meets his ribs), the gang discovers another way to get him to laugh: teasing.

-Can u see where I'm going w this.

-Also, Sunny is primarily lee leaning while Aubrey is primarily ler leaning (she is not a fan of physical touch from most people after. Everything and grows more accustomed from the gang as they begin to repair their bonds)

-As Sunny also got older and gets closer to everyone again, he gets a bit more comfortable being the ler

OK, PROPER HCS NOW!!

-While Kel is mainly the tickle fight instigator, Aubrey will also occasionally start them (usually to shut Kel up)

-She also almost always ends them aside from Hero....

-Out of everyone, it takes her the longest to be really affectionate with Sunny, somewhat because he is also bad at initiating

-But she picks up a habit she learned from Mari when they were younger where, when Sunny starts to space out, she'll tickle him slightly to snap him back to reality

-She also occasionally does it when he's drifting off to sleep since he already has a lot of trouble sleeping and napping during the day screws his schedule

-Normally she'll go for easy access spots like gently scribbling under his chin/his neck, which gets him to scrunch up and huff out a snicker or smthn

-But Sunny is like a walking ler mood creator you see him smile once and you're like. Holy shit do that again please

-So sometimes she will continue these quick "attacks" till Sunny is biting back a smile and he sorta glances at her like. Don't you dare

-Aubrey does dare however bc she knows his little glares mean nothing and she'll start gently scribbling around his neck or lower sides

-And if he has the energy, he'll retaliate after a bit too

-(Keep in mind they know the others worst spots by heart like almost out of habit. Just best friend things!)

-Sunny also usually goes for bad spots first bc he prefers no build up when in tickle fights and also he already gets weakened from being tickled

-So he reaches and starts squeezing just above her hips which makes Aubrey yelp and go "Shihit!" (Shes gotten better at holding back laughter as she got older and replaces it with swearing a lot....)

-It is so very rare for anyone to win a tickle fight against Aubrey, let alone Sunny. He's only got a bit of a better chance than Basil bc that boy can never win any

-But if Sunny tries hard enough he can get Aubrey laughing. This dude has slim and nimble fingers and was tickled by the best of the best (Mari) for years he had to inherit some of it

-Also after Sunny starts yknow. Properly living and whatnot he does gain a healthy amount of weight back, and has a surprising amount of strength for his size and build? Still not a lot but. It counts

-Plus the others are NEVER rough with him because they're too afraid to be and also he's not a fan

-On the off chance he does get the upper hand he really doesn't tease verbally at all, though with close friends he will eventually get more comfy doing it

-Sunny prefers sort of evilly smirking (albeit hard to see) at his lee, making very short comments like "That was cute." and "You're all red." in his monotone voice

-He'll massage Aubrey's ribs (props to her crop tops for easy access L) as she falls into both uncharacteristically girly giggles and louder deep cackles at bad spots

-She's def more comfy fully letting herself laugh around close friends

-Also tickling Aubrey is dangerous she squirms SO much you are 100% in danger of being hit at some point

-Sunny is good at dodging

-Sadly there is no way she doesn't turn the tables and wreck his ass after he tickles her for a bit

-Like this kid is not safe. Kel will walk back to his room after having to run an errand while they were over and hear Sunny's soft giggling and protests in his room and he'll just smile as he sees Sunny laying on his bed with Aubrey sitting next to him, tickling him to bits while he clings to her arms for support

-It's such a silly and heartwarming thing to observe, 1. Because watching Sunny get tickled/properly laugh and smile is always so sweet, and 2. Just. Let these kids be playful please they deserve it after everything. They deserve to be silly!! And they all love being silly together

-But yes. 90% of their tickle fights together are one sided but the tides can be turned slightly and they both have fun either way

-Extra points if you ship Sunburn/think Sunny's crush is still around because then he'd be more easily flustered by Aubrey than the others L!!!

U know when you have dreams and you're awake you're dreaming and then it turns into nesting dolls of dreams like fuckin inception and when you wake up /for real/ after a bunch of false starts everything is disorienting and unreal and bad????

Switched my wfh day this week so I could stay home and on the one hand I'm grateful on the other hand I can't keep doing this last minute what if they get mad at me at work (despite the fact that I still get everything done and my boss is almost certainly too busy to be watching my every move, I am convinced I am in the panopticon regardless)

Okay so “Game mechanics” part 1. Cevio is good at Convincing People, specifically getting them in a scenario where the spores can spread. V4 and Talk would mimic eachother, but only Talk spreads spores. V4 makes it very clear she's after the victim so they run away and right into Talk. V3 is the *Original* original, so she emits a fuck ton of spores and is the hardest to take down (her disadvantage would be she has flowers growing on her so is Visibly dangerous) -🌟

I have to WORK TODAY but i slept a lot yesterday bc idk chronic pain/fatigue/fibromyalgia things teehee so I havent slept yet TONIGHT and tomorrow I have a DATE that we've had to postpone twice due to Circumstances and I think that's also part of why I haven't slept im just like AAAAHHH identity crisis and How Do I Behave and interact with Others

When I watched The Batman, I watched it with my parents and I was like. "very good movie, I like how it wasnt sexy" and they were like "wtf do you mean, they were literally iin like... a sex club. Batman was shirtless. They smooched" but I stand by what I said. It wasnt sexy. I did forgor that Patinson was shirtless for a scene but the club was suitably uncomfortable in its portrayal. Selina didnt pose and lavish in attention, it was clearly a performance and one that she didnt enjoy. Very not sexy. andthe shirtlesss detective boy was like a wet cat. He wasnt posing or flexing, he could have ahad a shirt on and the scene would not have been markedly different for me. It reminded me of the guy in Elementary who did math shirtless because it let him feel the numbers and helped him do math good. Honestly shirts suck and being shirtless is comfy, its not neccesaroly sexy. The smooch I didnt like tho, thats true. it felt forced. Like clearly smthn that was just in there bc as a movie made in 2024 there must be smooches, even if there wasnt chemistry or any sort of relationship building. Like... I liked their vibe as a team and I could see how the partnership might evolve, but they were not romantic or even sexual in any way and the smooch was bad. I havent looked up any reviews to see if other ppl think this way but I dont want to do real work and I like ur blog so I thought I'd share my thoughts

Agreed that the lack of sexualization for both parties brings a refreshing change! Bruce and Selina, characters sexualized in very specific, but fateful ways, are portrayed almost perfectly in the Batman. They’re not Being, they’re Performing.

However, I can understand why your parents mean as well! Romance and sexuality, I feel, are such diverse and fluctuating mediums that can be interpreted a hundred different ways, and mean even more.

For you and I, — nudity isn’t sexual specific. But hey — maybe someone else thinks differently, so the opinion of the shirtless scene being sexy isn’t wrong — at least not totally. I find it sexy because I find Bruce hot. But it’ll be different for everyone

To me a dyke is... someone who is a girl or was a girl or is/was girled against their will whose fucked up about it. like Defective Model of Girl. dyke is a mix between bitch and freak. fucking over female expectations in some queer way or another. dyke is when you are obligated to be a woman but your inmate personhood is viscerally disgusting to the patriarchy, so it both demands womanhood while punishing you no matter what you do. you aren't necessarily a woman, but you have (willingly or not) a fucked up and queer relationship to being a woman or womanhood or lesbianism etc etc.

the reason i focused on guydykes in that post is because i wanna point out how "dyke" has always been an anti-transmasc slur as much as an anti-lesbian one. same with fag & anti-transfemininity. trans guys of all kinds have been punished for Doing Girl Wrong (and ofc so have transfems; there is as wide a variety of transfem dykes as transmascs, same with transmasc fags). people can get real tetchy about trans guys calling ourselves dykes, especially if we aren't attracted to women at all. even though it has always been used against trans men&mascs& so many other trans folks. i love woman dykes ofc but it's important to me that we recognize how often transmasculinity erased and then alienated from itself, to the point that trans men who have been called dykes their whole lives feel like they aren't allowed to be a dyke because some people made up arbitrary rules based on a concept of dykehood that never considered transmasculine experiences in the first place.

I can only imagine that, after the party, since you interacted with so many kids and parents that night, they all kind of blurred together. And it's not until, after he visits your place of work, and you chat over text for a while, and you have a real date, then invites you back home for an after date drink, do you start to remember. And that's only because the twins are scamps and stayed up past their bedtimes, and they are staring at you with eyes you remember.

Obviously, you are gonna chalk it up to a coincidence. "Oh my god! You know so-and-so, right? I think I met you at a party a few years ago!" He laughs, and plays along, oh my god,.yeah what a really good coincidence.

Meanwhile, the twins share a look, because Dad has talked about you every day since Mom died, so they know he's lying. Hell, when you aren't here, they already call you mama/papa. But, they are their father's kids, so they are never going to say anything.

One date turns to two turns to three, turns to a year of dating. It's time to meet the family. You know Jade has a twin, but they've taken different paths in life.

So when Dilf Floyd Trudges up the driveway with his six adopted kids, four of whom are sprinting around the house and lawn and destroying Jade's home, two of whom are under Floyd's arms like suitcases, you're in for a culture shock.

When you first meet him, he seems incredibly grumpy. He's got salt and pepper stubble, the baggiest outfit, though you get the feeling it's designer, no matter how slouchy it is, his hair is slicked back, making the grey streaks look neat against his otherwise messy look.

He tosses the kids and yells at them to go play with their cousins, then he rudely shoves past you. Jade stops him with a hand on his shoulder that appears gentle, but if you had felt the full force of it, you'd have landed on your ass. He hissed at Floyd, through a smile, to greet his new fiance. There's a tense moment where they stare at each other, then Floyd storms over to you, and presses a ticklish kiss to your cheek, before muttering, "Welcome to the family," then storming to his room and locking himself in for the night.

The next day it's like he's a different person. He makes breakfast for you and excitedly asks you about yourself, wanting to know everything about his future sibling. Eventually he pours you a glass of what you know is Jade's most expensive wine, which he has been saving for a special occasion, and you finally get the courage to ask about the night before, and he laughs and says he was tired from the trip. Wrangling six kids on an airplane is exhausting, you know?

You decide to ask him about little Jade, and Floyd's stories of childhood charm you so much that you don't notice Jade's brooding presence.

Not that Floyd minds. Yeah, he got off to a rough start with you, but he gets why Jade likes you. And Jade only has two parentless kids, he has six. So his kids need you more than Jade's do, right?

Will the dad's eventually drag the kids into this fight? Absolutely. Those kids have Mafia parents, they have plenty of acting training. They will be pulling those heartstrings of yours 😊

that first boss fight was fire 🔥🔥🔥 and that was only the FIRST shit!!!!

so idk what the deal is with order bitchass 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 i assume its a built-in (or maybe it installed itself via a "virus"???) AI that gained self-consciousness (also order has a super chunp face or am i trippin LMAO)

i know in the recent concept art, on top of that spinning thing were like,,, dark figures with reg eyes, with the middle's silhouette resembling agent 4's default look in the promo arts— i still feel like agent 4 MIGHT be the "final boss"? or a boss that leads into the real boss??? but they're not evil— i feel like with agent 4 it's probably gonna be like,, "what if a character got entirely grayscaled? is grayscalification (??) reversible?"

as much as im annoyed by the potential implications of the mhj/hybe drama i do feel like theres way too much speculation rn ... rlly doesn't sit so well with me that everyone is bashing on mhj alone (im not supporting her either though) and not bang sihyuk too. some hybe stans rlly js worship the guy and idk why . its not like he's innocent too. like those texts from him are so annoying too. abt if she's satisfied that nwjns is so popular and also abt trying to rival aespa / bp alone ...

hybe has sm power and r known for their mediaplay so i rlly do wish people would keep that in mind instead of doing their own speculation to bash on mhj . we don't know fs if she's the reason behind seunghan, youngseo, etc .... it seems so forced that everyone just collectively is making stuff up on their own theories and pissing on her. like im all for it when everything's done with but it's giving misogyny to me ughhh idk how to explain it eitherr without sounding like a mhj stan I PROMISE IM NOT TAKING HER SIDE T_T i just cant help but feel like poeple find it easier to hate and bash on women sometimes. even me scrolling x nowadays feels so annoying. literally feel so bad for illit and nwjns rn.

personally i was a teeny annoyed that illit had a similar image to nwjns w their nostalgia/coquettecore (also though just seems like cute/youthful concept is making a cb in general in kpop) but only because their songs on super real me were the exact type of songs i liked most from nwjns (super shy, hurt etc. the softer less peppy songs compared to hybe boy) so it bothered me that there was an implication that nwjns might be forced to distance itself to a more differing concept to keep some contrast btwn the two ... but ik that's not illit's fault at all (literally love the girls sm im a runext fan ^^) i feel like i can understand the upset that illit was getting a similar concept when every other grp before illit in hybe had more defined concepts seperating each other. but once again that's all hybe's doing ...... seeing the choreographers supporting mhj too makes it seem like not even the nwjns team or even all the staff were on board with the references in the choreo either...

anyways i do hope this controversy doesnt impede on either grps promos :( and i rlly hope everything gets sorted out... im srsly hoping this doesnt turn into a 5050 situtation again but with nwjns i was so upset when that happened . was curious on what your thoughts were or if u were keeping up with everything?

the way im coming back to reply to this first thing after my exams is insane, but this nwjns thing makes me so angry for all the idols under hybe. both parties j cares sm ab money that they're blindsided by the potential of ruining their idols careers, mental health and images. mhj is being stupid and hybe does seem to be doing anything to protect nwjns (as far as we know. i could be wrong).

i def thing that bang hyung sik (bhs) isn't innocent either. although min heejin (mhj), in my opinion, is more in the wrong j based on the treatment of other idols, bhs seemed to provoke her, and on top of that, the company seems to blindly support ppl and give them a platform so long as they make profit for the company. ive been seeing a lot of ppl saying hes j human but youd think theres a reason why mhj got kicked from sm, yk? and you j took her back in w open arms.

hybe is v good at media play fs. its their forte, and ppl seemed to stray from the from the main problem. mhj is using nwjns as a weapon. hybe probably is doing the same thing w their other groups too, dont get me wrong. ppl seem to forget that this entire issue isnt "drama", its a legal battle ensuing between a huge corporation and its subsidiary. hybe has infinite power compared to ador. its horrible on both ends.

the thing is tho, mhj has consistently been showing the public red flags. the lyrics of 'cookie (ik she didnt write the lyrics but shes the ceo. she got them approved)', the portraits gifted to her of naked underaged girls, her obsession w olivia hussey (who happens to look like minji), her treatment of sm employees, her past work w shinee (sexualization of underaged taemin), etc. not to mention her extremely (at least in my eyes) inappropriate relationship w nwjns. the gifts shes gotten them and how she uses their emotions as a weapon. if bhs did that, everyone would be up in arms.

i dont think (for the most part) this is misogyny. i think ppl alw had a weird feeling about her. at least i did.

idt its good to speculate on ppls departure tho. youre def right ab that. the lsfm hate train (esp the coachella one) most likely has nothing to do w mhj. and i do agree that hybe copied or was at least inspired by nwjns, but idt illit copied them. illit and nwjns have a very 'pinkpantheress' sound, the uk early 00's bedroom pop genre. however, nwjns is more y2k and illit is more dream-like, ykwim? hybe was def inspired by nwjns tho. i think a more fitting one would be tws tbh. their sound is v similar to me (emphasis on to me) than illit.

dont get me wrong, it's incredibly shady and the way that a lot of staff are on her side makes me think that hybe was leeching off of the success of nwjns. it referenced all girl groups under hybe tho, lsfm and fromis, but there was def more nwjns references.

what im worried ab the most are the groups, esp nwjns. lsfm has been going thru their own struggles and rn this isnt the best for them, but theyre not extremely involved in the situation, not like nwjns and illit. illit, from what ive seen, has majority of the success and recognition from overseas. however, their success in korea'll take a huge hit. itll def take a toll on the girls mental, considering they j debuted and this happened.

nwjns is the worst off. theres a chance they might leave w mhj if ador does pull away from hybe, which isnt in the groups best interest. mhj's press conference and overall attitude is gonna affect their upcoming release fs, and their proximity to mhj herself is worrisome.

hybe doesnt seem to be doing shit to protect their artists, they're j protecting their name. theres no statement on or for illit, no statement on malicious comments for any of the groups (that i know of).

tldr: min heejin and hybe are both at fault. dont take sides of either, take the side of the idols.

sorry, im j so passionate ab this. the shit ive been seeing online has been making me mad. after getting back from the lsfm hate train too... as mad as i am at mhj, hybe GAVE her that platform. if the things they claim is true, and if the speculation is true, they alr knew from her past employment that she was shady. its their fault for allowing that.

ok so i've gotten a few asks abt this now and i will concede and answer this one because i love the insinuation here that I can have a stance like I'm a politician or smthn <3 thank u for voting and for this platform <3

I'm also going to take the opportunity to say this is entirely my stance, not what i think everyone should believe or i think is the "right" perspective or blah blah yada yada disclaimer disclaimer. no one come at me saying I'm forcing my beliefs on you. you catch my drift. if you disagree with me, that's your prerogative and i frankly just don't care very much.

if we're being entirely honest, I think people in the modern age - especially twitter users - actively seek out reasons to be upset. they crave drama like bees crave honey. especially when it comes to ashton tbh. the man can't breathe right without people claiming he's being problematic so I don't put a lot of stock in general in anyone's opinions of him but my own, especially bc I'm in fandom for my own enjoyment, not for anyone else's !! so it doesn't much matter to me what they think of him. i don't value their opinions!

if you'll notice, fandom is a lot about curating your own special little bubble and here on tumblr, literally no one is talking shit about ashton that i follow. it's literally just on twitter that I've seen any hate because twitter is a cesspool filled with chronically online social justice warrior bullshit :) and there's a reason I'm not on there often.

i think hate like this is just point-blank stupid because, as I've said before and I will say again, cancel culture is fucking fake ! it is literally not real and it is invented by people who have miserable sad little lives and want to self-impose their issues and hypocritical views onto others to pretend that they're doing good in the world when, in reality, they're making it that much worse!!

now, don't get me wrong, i really don't mind someone saying to their fave, "hey, this thing you said was hurtful for X reason, maybe you could consider that in the future :)" but I've already seen people saying ashton should kill himself sdfghjk so ! i don't care much for any opinion they have because they undermine their own arguments by telling people to spread kindness by spreading cruelty. it's frankly moronically hypocritical and embarrasses me every time i go online and see it.

as for the actual reason ashton's getting hate right now, i don't personally think it's as big a deal as people pretend it is. and this is getting into my own personal perspectives of things and please feel free to disagree with me on this because i know it's a Hot Take, but i can believe and support victims while simultaneously thinking that anonymous twitter allegations are mostly bullshit.

all allegations against All Time Low were entirely anonymous from a twitter user with no evidence/support/timeline (and, yeah, a random user said there were "97 allegations" but when people asked where she got that number from, she literally admitted she made it up and deactivated her account. but that didn't stop people from just fucking running with the number) and when ATL threatened to press charges for defamation, all of a sudden this anon user disappeared with no further comment. but twitter went wild - as it often does - and completely exaggerated all the actual information given.

twitter spreads misinformation like a disease. that's just the truth. and im certainly not saying all allegations that originate on twitter are fake because they aren't but i am saying that people online need to support victims at the same time that they actually start thinking critically about things. twitter acts like it's "guilty until proven innocent" instead of the other way around.

that being said, i don't personally support ATL because i didn't listen to their music before so this doesn't affect me and - if there is the chance they're abusers, i don't really want to listen to them. But that doesn't mean i tell people to turn them off if they like them or something, or tell them to stop being fans. because it doesn't affect me and i, frankly, just don't care. people need to learn that supporting the artist and supporting the art are two totally different things. you can listen to a song you like without knowing every allegation the artist has ever faced. also, if we stopped listening to every song made by a problematic artist, I'm afraid there would be very little music left.

that's where this brings me to the fact that people are throwing around insane accusations like that ashton supports rapists which is a fucking insane thing to say about a) people who arent even confirmed/charged rapists and b) over the fact he literally just played a song by them? he was DJ-ing for an emo/pop punk night? people would have been shocked if he hadn't played All Time Low??

also, I'm sorry but are you going to boycott every single person and establishment that plays one of the biggest pop-punk bands ever?? if you walk into a store and hear it playing All Time Low, will you never shop there again?? where is the line drawn?

and finally, the whole thing pisses me off because people use it as an excuse to say that they stand with victims and that ashton is actively harming victims by playing All Time Low when, I'm sorry, but no the fuck he's not ?? and, in my opinion, this is actually does MORE harm to victims than it does good? it's all just performative crap to make yourself look "woke".

and, excuse me, but what have you actually done to genuinely fucking support victims other than tell some random rich man who you don't fucking know that he should kill himself for DJing at an emo night?? using all this time to "cancel" Ashton Irwin's privileged cishet male ass could have been spent actually raising awareness about rape or helping actual real life fucking people in your community? this level of vitriol doesn't help anyone. it's pathetic.

this is just my real problem with the internet in general is that people act like hate inspires kindness and education when it does the exact opposite.

so, that being said, i just think the hate against ashton is small-minded and embarrassing. it doesn't mean anything at all. and I'm going to keep enjoying tumblr where people aren't pathetically insane (they're funny insane) and we can just learn how to fucking enjoy things because the world is too ugly right now to not find beauty in SOMETHING, goddammit! i am in fandom to have fun. not listen to people bitch and moan about their uninformed, damaging views of what social justice is.

The black dress with lantern sleeves and your little kitten heels. Hair up. You were beautiful in that unselfconscious way people have when they've forgotten how awkward they feel. And all he wanted was to take you back home. To have you all to himself again.

And when you turned to look up at him, beaming, Bruce bent his head to kiss you softly. "Do you know how beautiful you are?" he asked, brushing hair out of your eyes.

"Bruce-"

"Prettiest piece of art in the building," he insisted, kissing the end of your nose and enjoying the way you flustered. It was shameful, really. How little people had flirted with you. How little experience you had with being courted and pursued. It made him wonder how his predecessor had done it.

And he dismissed the thought before he made himself angry. However he'd done it, he'd probably not done it like you desereved. Just throwing you scraps and banking on your insecurity and inexperience to take care of the rest of it. To keep you ignoring your instincts and coming back.

"Exquisite," he said, warming to his theme as he felt you pull closer. Trusting him to be telling you the truth. "I could take dozens of pictures and it still couldn't show you just how beautiful you are. Your eyes light up. It's like you glow." He smiled, wondering if he could tilt his hand just a little. To tell you that he'd like to push things further. He was fine with kisses and snuggles. But whenever you were ready, he'd happily take more. Anything and everything you were ready for.

"It makes me wonder what else could make you light up light that," he teased, his lips close to your ear.

He expected you to swat at him playfully. Shoot back your own flirty comment. But he didn't expect you to look up at him, doe-eyed and earnest and say, "Being with you."

"Oh?" he answered, kissing your forehead.

"Is that not what I was supposed to say?" you ask, biting your lip.

"It's not what I expected you to say," he said, tucking a stray lock of hair behind your ear, "But it's not wrong- I was trying to tell you how bad I want to take you home and show you my bedroom."

"Then why didn't you just say that?" you ask, feeling embarrassed. And a little dizzy.

"Is that all it would take?" he teased, tilting your chin up.

"Yeah."

"Then please," he rumbled, "Let me take you home, Doctor?"

And when you nod, his slow, satisfied smile made heat pool in your belly- not sure if it was a comfortable warmth or not. But- you knew that even if you didn't have sex with him you'd probably get pretty close.
