hihi! i dunno if you’re still taking requests or anything so im sorry if i do this wrong or if im bothering! also this is my first time requesting smthn but uh- is it alright if i request an xtale!chara x reader with angst and/or fluff headcannons?

I love a good ol' hurt/comfort situation. I'll keep these more vague, as if they were random things that could happen at any time.

+ XChara is definitely the type to keep problems to himself until it becomes too much to handle. With having a lot of experience of people turning their back to him or betraying him, it's pretty difficult for him to lean to someone else anymore when it comes to even the smallest of things. But when he does, it's like a weight being lifted off of his shoulders.

+ XChara gives me vibes like he would pull like, little "pranks" of sorts, but they're actually harmless if not heartwarming. More like, surprises, but delivered in perhaps a jarring or startling way. Like a cute gift hidden in a terrifying plush. Or he prepared food, but the first plate he gives you is actually really spicy, but don't worry, he's got a real one that's not spicy, he just wanted to mess with you.

+ This is a little cliché, but look. XChara really just feels like he would be the type to want to watch a horror movie marathon with you, but would also be screaming and clinging to you the whole time. Of course, he'd never admit he's actually scared. As far as XChara's story will go, he bravely watched all the movies without screaming one time.

+ If you're ever upset, expect this man to go to the ends of the earth for you. Probably a bit excessively. You might have to tell him to calm down. But he'd do everything to make sure you're okay, and if someone hurt you to make you upset, that person is his number one enemy for as long as XChara remains breathing. He'd probably even hate them more than you do. Really, it's a bit much, but he means well.

Hiya! So, i just read the scenario where the reader died during the X-event, and thought "This needs a happy ending!",, So, could you do Error, Cross, Dream (If you write for Dreamtale, it's okay if you dont, just do the others xd) and Swap Sans if they're S/o got badly injured during the X-event, but managed to survive? Thank you!

I for the life of me do not remember what ask this is referencing (it's been a while), so I can't go and grab it for reference. I'll be writing based on this ask only, so I'm sorry if I missed something integral that was mentioned in the other ask!

I don't currently write for Dreamtale, so I'll leave Dream out for now.

Error - He will NEVER admit this, but when you were so badly injured that you weren't responding, he was absolutely freaking out. Error did everything he could to make sure you were coming out of this alive -- sewing up wounds, bandaging what he could, stealing healing items from anything remaining he could find and shoving them down your throat. Anything and everything possible, he is going to do it, even at his own expense.

Once you're stable, though, he'll immediately go back to his normal self. And by that I mean he will deny ever helping you, probably tell you how stupid you are for getting hurt during that whole thing, refuse to admit he actually enjoys your company. You know, regular manbaby Error things. But he might suspiciously be far more okay than usual with you sitting close to him, provided you ask first.

Cross - Similarly to Error, Cross will do everything in his power to make sure you're okay. However, unlike Error, Cross will be very emotional at this point. He doesn't get emotional often -- only when he's in highly stressful situations. The last person he knows alive, nearly dying, and he's the only one who can help? Cross is a fucking mess, even if he doesn't look like it yet. All while running around trying to stablize you, he seems very stern, serious, strong. Nothing could faze him right now. But the second you're looking like you're gonna be okay... that's when he breaks. He can't stop crying or shaking, and he crumbles into a weak puddle of feelings. Cross is extremely happy you're okay, but the amount of stress he just went through and now there is finally a moment of silence and calm? Yeah, he's shaken up a bit.

Underswap!Sans - Once again, this guy is gonna be working his ass off to make sure you're okay -- even if it costs him his own life. Blue is not the type to sit back and watch anyone hurting, but he especially can't see you dying. In a way, he's almost the reverse of Cross: instead of being strong until the stress has cleared, Blue is frantic until his stress is gone. He makes desperate, rash decisions that he know will work despite the cost aside from perhaps more calculated ones that have less of a cost. Quite literally, if it came down to it, Blue would give up his SOUL so you could live -- but fortunately, since you asked for a happy ending, this doesn't happen. And once you're stable again, he desperately tries to go back to his confident, prideful persona. But any moment he's alone, he's practically falling apart and trying to glue himself back together.

So I've got a new fun little undertale theory of sorts! It pertains to monster culture and how it's connected to the stars.

We've only gotten a few scraps of info relating to monsters and the stars... such as,

... a lot of folks have grown to believe that stars are a pretty significant part of monster culture. Which, considering how they grew to adapt sparkling stones to replace the stars they couldn't have underground, leads me to believe that they were EXCEPTIONALLY important in years past. It's a popular theory that I really enjoy, so I wanted to expand upon it a little bit.

I propose the idea of monsters having a calendar and belief system of sorts based off of the stars. For example, months sorted by zodiac signs! Instead of January, they might start the year off with Aquarius, and so on. Some holidays might exist based on significant tales relating to constellations and such, alongside holidays that are slightly inspired from the days of living alongside humans, such as Gyftmas. It wouldn't surprise me if there were certain days that have superstitions based on myths or such, too, kinda like how Friday the 13th is considered unlucky for humans.

A lot of monsters might also rely on their fate being written in the stars and the horoscope actually gives an insight into that. I feel like it would also be more common for them to rely on compatibility between signs for like, partners or friends, and that if the stars say theyre incompatible, they likely believe that to be the case.

I can also see a lot of star-related names being pretty popular. Like, Aquarius, Pisces, Nemesis, Starlight, Starshine, etc. Not for all monsters, of course, since we don't see any in-game with names like this. I'm sure the star-related names might have dropped in popularity after being stuck underground for a while, too.

With Asgore, Toriel, and Gerson (and potentially other, older monsters who have been alive from when the war began) having the Delta Rune as a prominent symbol in their life, I feel like beliefs relating to the stars may be considered more of a lost hope or an older practice. Though, the Delta Rune relates to a prophecy depicting the Angel who has seen the Surface and will free them from the barrier. There is nothing denying connection to the stars, and especially since it's implied a big reason why monsters want to return to the Surface is so they can see the stars again and make wishes.

It wouldn't surprise me that, when underground, a lot of monsters are completely disinterested in the stars, however. How could they be -- most of them have never seen them! Some could be clinging onto that hope that their dreams will be heard, while many others just don't care to put forth the effort to wish any longer. Hopes and dreams are definitely a large part of what makes monsters even a living species, so without the ability to make those wishes, it probably becomes very hard for them to live out fulfilling lives, but also makes it harder to WANT to wish, too.

When reaching the Surface, though, I think this sort of belief system in the stars would make a bit of a comeback, especially since the prophecy about the Angel came true. It gives monsters a chance to have hopes and dreams to believe in again. I think the calendar would fade away a bit as they integrate into human society, thoufh, since they would probably adapt to the Gregorian calendar instead. But I can see a lot of monsters once again leaning towards the belief that their fates are written in the stars and that, when they wish for something to the stars, their hopes and dreams will come true.

That's just my thoughts on it though! Feel free to expand upon this or give me your guys' thoughts if you want, I'd love to hear how other people have interpreted monsters' relationship with the stars.

Underswap Asriel Headcanons

I’ve always hated how overlooked Asriel is in Underswap. I get that the MK <> Asriel swap doesn’t make much sense, but implications of this swap are fun to think about

I image Swap!Azzy to be pretty similar to his classic counterpart with two major differences. One, he’s a big fan of Alphys, and two, he doesn’t have legs.

The legs thing is inspired by one comic of Monster Kid watching Mettaton’s show and getting super excited when MTT says “Who needs arms with legs like these?” Since Napstaton loves his arms, I though it’d be a funny parallel, on top of me just trying to be original.

Swap!Asriel has prosthetic legs that Undyne made at Toriel’s request. Azzy’s pretty self-conscious about them, so he wears super long sweatpants that he trips over a lot. Swap!Asriel also plays a bigger part in the story than classic MK. He still sneaks out against his parents’ wishes, but that carries a lot more weight when you remember that he’s the prince. 

Asriel sticks a lot closer to you and basically becomes your only party member, possessing healing abilities similar to Ralsei’s. His anxiousness shows itself in his acts, especially when he has a flex off with Shyren, though he does seem to enjoy singing with Aaron. 

Alphys’ chase scenes involve Chara dragging Asriel along by the hand, with Alphys attacking a lot less out of fear of accidentally hitting the prince. Alphys, along with the additional guards patrolling Waterfall due to the prince’s absence, are under the assumption that Chara is holding the prince hostage, or at the very least manipulating him.

Alphys attempts to reason with Asriel, but the path gives out, causing Chara and Asriel to fall into the dump. The flashback plays out the same, and Chara wakes up to Asriel worriedly calling out to them. Asriel’s clothes are all sorts of messed up after the fall, basically forcing Azzy to come clean about his prosthetics. He asks Chara if they think he’s lame because of it. Chara will say no regardless of which option you chose.

Asriel becomes a bit more confident, even after the Bored Dummy insults him for having such boring magic attacks. He mentioned his love of the stars if you poked around the wishing room, but he’s now more vocal about it. He really likes Hapstablook’s poem about the stars, and he looks through Sans’s telescope, only to find that Papyrus drew on the lense with marker. A classic Papyrus Prank TM. 

After facing off against more guards, including 01 and 02, Chara and Asriel arive at the cliff. Alphys actually starts telling Chara the story of monsters before Asriel tries to sneak past with Chara, who seemed genuinely interested. The chase plays out similar to canon, only with Alphys trying to talk Asriel down. If you say just the right things, Asriel can convince Alphys to back off. If not, then the chase continues all the way to the bridge to Hotland. 

Alphys doesn’t buckle under the heat, instead grabbing Asriel. In a panic, Asriel pushes her away, right off the bridge. Alphys is now dangling above molten lava. She’s struggling to hold on, and Asriel can’t pull her up on his own.

If Chara does nothing, Alphys falls and dies. Asriel, overwhelmed by the guilt of killing his hero and his only true friend doing nothing about it, runs back to Waterfall. In many resulting Neutral routes, he is still missing. 

If Chara does help, Asriel will apologize profusely. Alphys asks one last time that Asriel stay away from the human, even though now, she seems a bit reluctant to. On more violent neutral runs, Asriel does just that, but otherwise, he stands his ground. 

Undyne is ticked off by the visitors, but she tries to be more approachable when she realizes that it’s the prince and the human. Asriel mentions seeing Napstaton’s blue prints along with the designs for his prosthetics. Undyne talks about Napstaton, who then bursts through the wall. 

Instead of TV programs, Napstaton’s encounters are them filming for their Music Videos. Each one is themed. A science song for the lab, a Halloween song, a love song (which is basically just the musical scene). Each encounter baring the first utilizes the Cyan soul, which is basically just DDR. Asriel can sing in each encounter, and he can even show up Napstaton, giving you the chance to freestyle. If you freestyle on all the previous encounters, then Asriel will (unwilling) play the part of the princess in the love song instead of Napstaton. 

Catty and Bratty are now 03 and 04, and their fight is pretty much the same as the unused encounter. Grillby is tough to reason with, as he doesn’t talk, but Asriel can help the fire monster WARM UP to you. In fact, Asriel can help you spare a lot of monsters in Hotland and the Core easier than if you were alone. Also, Asriel can cause Grillby’s attacks to become stronger/more erratic if he attacks the fire monster because fire + fire = more fire. 

In the dinner scene with Papyrus, Asriel confirms that the man behind the door is Asgore. Unlike classic Toriel, Swap!Asgore didn’t run away. He was purposely relocated to the ruins to… collect the human souls quicker. Papyrus drops a penny and takes his opportunity to stairwalk away and let you two talk.

Asriel talks about how tense things are between his parents. How tense the guards are as they walk him to ruins so he can stay with his father for the weekend. How tense his dad is when he tucks him in.

Asriel explains that he didn’t sneak out because he wanted to see Alphys, or the “stars,” or any of that. He snuck out because his parents were fighting over the phone. He needed to get out and clear his head.

Asriel chuckles at the irony. If he hadn’t been in such a bad situation, then he never would’ve met you. You, Chara, who saw him for who he was. Not “Asriel Dreemurr,” or “Asriel the prince.”

He was just Asriel. 

01 and 02 are out in the back alley selling stuff if you didn’t kill them. Nice Cream Guy puts on a glossy exterior, but Asriel can tell that the bunny man is dead inside. 

Undyne actually gives you the correct directions in the Core because she kinda wants you out of her hair. If you couldn’t tell, Hotland’s heat has made her a bit of a grump. 

At the end of the Core, you face off with both Napstaton and Hapstablook, the latter now having a robot body and going by Mettaton. Chara can help Mettaton overcome their stage fright, while Asriel can cause Napstaton to tear himself to bits similarly to classic MTT. Yes, that means that Napstaton’s question of “who needs legs with arms like these?” is directed at Asriel. Que happy goat boy sounds. 

Anyways, Napstaton has a bit of a Blooky moment before powering down, and Undyne steps in to sort everything out. While Undyne helps Mettaton calm down, Asriel and Chara ride the elevator to New Home. Asriel is the one who explains the situation with you taking the queen’s soul, though he’s even less tactful than classic Alphys.

If you killed Napstaton or Mettaton, not only would the fight end abruptly, but Asriel would lock himself in his room. Asriel would also do this if you started killing monsters after saving Alphys. 

If neither of those are true, then Asriel will follow you through the judgment hall, where all of your sins (or lack thereof) are spelled out by Papyrus, and finally, you reach the throne room. Toriel is both shocked and relieved to see her son, but when her gaze lands on Chara, she goes numb. She tells Asriel to go to his room, and after much arguing, he obliges, though not before giving Chara something.

A heart-shaped locket.

hey! i love your work so much. i was wondering if you still did stuff for xtale? if you did, i was wondering if you could maybe do a headcanon for how xgaster would confess to reader. (who holds mutual feelings?) idk. this is honestly hard to see for him so i completely understand if you do not want to take this request!

Not to worry, this isn't really that out of the question for him as you would think! Or, as far as I'm concerned anyway. He does possess great admiration for Ink, after all, so it doesn't feel impossible to me to see him express interest in someone else, too.

I think XGaster would honestly be the type to do something very extravagant -- but knowing him, it would also have to be perfect. He would probably spend an endless amount of time trying to put something together as a way to express his feelings, and frankly it'd probably be more likely that you'd figure out what he was trying to do before he managed to actually bring his plan to light. He would be very disappointed when you figure out his plan before he can put it into action, but I'm sure since he already cares for you greatly that you'd be able to say basically anything in thanks and he would be content.

I do, however, think XGaster would struggle to say many direct things related to love, such as "I love you"s or anything like that; and they might come off as more insulting than caring. He doesn't know how to sugarcoat anything around you, despite being a very good manipulator. But, in a way, I think him being wholly honest with someone he cares about, in his mind, would be the most loving thing he could do. It's just that the truth is not always the thing you want to hear, so it can make him pretty difficult to talk to.

Hi! If that's okay, x reader headcanons with Muffet, Mettaton and Grillby where the reader is sensitive and a bit overly empathetic?

Undertale!Muffet - You might actually unlock Muffet's softer side. Yes, despite her seemingly violent and greedy outer shell, she actually is a very gentle soul on the inside -- she is merely doing what she needs to to survive. Anyone who would be even remotely sympathetic for spiders would earn Muffet's trust, but to be empathetic is on a whole different level. It wouldn't be unreasonable to assume someone like this would make a donation or few to Muffet's bake sale, despite the prices, and a repeat customer who doesn't seem upset after spending their money is enough to leave her intrigued.

Undertale!Mettaton - You would remind him of Blooky, all things considered, although empathy is not necessarily wholly negative like most of Blooky's emotes tend to be. Mettaton would honestly find great interest in you and he'd actually more often than not find himself opening up around you without even realizing. Despite being so loud and proud on stage, Mettaton would be rather gentle and quiet around you, and probably be rather careful of your sensative boundaries without even realizing it.

Undertale!Grillby - All things considered, Grillby is the least prepared to handle someone like this. He won't really visually -- or verbally -- show it, but in actuality he'd be a little overwhelmed. In a good way or bad way? Even he's not really sure. But he enjoys your company, that much is certain. If you go talking to him enough, he might even start picking up on even the littlest of things that make you upset or uncomfortable and avoid them like the plague. He recognizes that you're always rather emotional, but he makes it a goal for all of those emotions to be something you can smile about at the end of the day.

I'm sorry if I wrote something wrong because I'm still learning English and my language is different from English, besides that I'm using Google Translate because I'm afraid of making something wrong or writing something wrong and coming out with another meaning, and there are also things I can't express right and maybe it looks bad when I translate...

Man I didn't even remember writing this one 🤣💦 Then again I've got so many of these that that's probably understandable. Lemmie see if I can get into the right mindset for writing this again...

XTale!Gaster - He would find about as much intrigue in you as he does Ink. Perhaps even some level of anxiety knowing that there is a world even beyond that of the Undertale multiverse. I can see him going down one of two paths, depending on when he meets you in the XTale timeline. Frankly, the earlier, the better -- because realizing how big and endless everything is, even beyond Undertale, it might quash his desire to make a perfect world, because, well, that's a huge thing to destroy first of all. How can he even be sure he cleans it all out? And secondly, taking the "best of each world..." looking into that would be incredibly difficult.

The second path I see XGaster taking is far more destructive. It would be later in the Underverse/XTale timeline, closer to the time Ink revives him. If he's already this consumed by his perfectionism, he would probably just extend the scope of the X-Event so it would wipe out even beyond the walls of the Undertale multiverse.

XTale!Chara - Almost pathetically, XChara would be begging that you change your mind about leaving the world for dead. He'd use every option at his disposal -- threats, attacks, kills -- just to try and convince you to join his side because of how hopeless he feels with XGaster being in charge of the fate of the multiverse. But if you have knowledge beyond that of the multiverse, you've gotta know a way to make this end! Right? Even if you don't actually have these powers, he'll probably disregard this and constantly try to find some way that he can use you to stop XGaster from doing whatever he wants. He's too desperate to let even a slim chance of freedom escape.

I've always personally written Ink as someone who struggles to understand how emotions work because his personal experiences with them are far drastically different than anyone else's and so it takes him quite a long while to adapt to one or two people in particular to understand even the slightest bit of their feelings...

But also I've seen a lot of people write headcanons where Ink is exceptionally emotionally intelligent because he's spent so long observing people and studying emotions to understand what makes people work the way they do and I find that just as interesting frankly.

+ pretty neutral in regards to most things. doesn't even mind that the Player takes control of most of their actions. + will eat literally anything, even if it’s definitely not meant for human consumption. somehow they do not get sick from this. + lost the memory of their life before falling into the Underground.

+ despite lacking a SOUL, there are still some things he can feel with Determination instead. + his body has not aged physically, otherwise his flower body would have probably died or wilted at this point; instead, it’s given a life force by his monster dust and Determination. + babysits Toriel pretty regularly because of how miserably she treats herself now that her life has fallen apart.

+ they actually are fairly confident with staying in a ghost body for the rest of their life. mostly because they’re too indecisive to pick a corporeal body. + their lack of self-confidence comes from the fact that they lost all of their friends and family, and even when finding out Mettaton was their cousin, they can’t help but feel worthless he never told them about leaving. + doesn’t understand compliments; will react with confusion.

+ actually a very talented artist who is always striving to do better, but his hobby is mostly kept to himself. + he doesn’t like greasy food at all... but put any kind of sweet food in front of him, from fruits to marshmallows, and he will eat it so fast-- + likes the quiet despite the fact that he speaks really loud most of the time.

+ falls for people really easily and this is to her personal detriment, so she tries to focus it all on fictional characters + notoriously bad at picking out gifts for people, but that doesn’t stop her from buying like forty or so for someone + probably has a very extensive backlog of self-insert fanfiction hidden on her computer that if you find it she will be extremely embarrassed.

Could I possibly have Underfell Papyrus, Swapfell Papyrus, Undertale Mettaton and Underlust Mettaton with an S/O who’s trying out they/them pronouns in addition to their assigned ones please?

Overall, I can't see any of them doing anything necessarily negative in regards to their S/O using new pronouns, but I do think that they would have different levels and kinds of support.

Underfell!Papyrus - His support would be immediate and aggressive. Not aggressive to you, but rather to other people. Edge is gonna be that type of person who the moment someone uses the wrong pronouns, he'll immediately correct them. If this ends up being something you're not a fan of for one reason or another, he'd be willing to talk it out and calm down, but it would take some adjustment. If someone consistently uses your old/otherwise wrong pronouns though, he's throwing hands. And by throwing hands I mean mercilessly giving them a strong talking to.

Swapfell!Papyrus - Rus is a lot more laid back than Edge, so while he will be supportive, he's not gonna go jumping on anyone that screws up. Especially since this is an add-on and not full replacement of pronouns, he'll be pretty lax with it so long as you are. He'll probably use they/them in reference to you when talking to other people every once in a while to subtly hint your new pronouns. If someone tries to complain to either of you about your choice to use they/them though, he'll have to really resist his urge to beat the person into a pulp.

Undertale!Mettaton - This man will just short of begin advertising to the world your new pronouns in excitement. Which might be great, or also a bit too much. He can try to tone it down if necessary, but that will be such a struggle for him given how Mettaton can't keep anything a secret. Really, if there's anyone he's not supposed to declare this to, it's best to remind him of that if you ever go talk to them together. Perhaps not too often, or he might get annoyed himself by too many reminders. But just so he doesn't blow your cover. And if that's not an issue for you at all -- even better. You'll be a perfect fit for Mettaton's loud and proud personality.

Underlust!Mettaton - Bowtie is a lot more anxious by comparison to his Undertale counterpart, and so he's far more likely to just keep your new pronouns used between the two of you and whoever else you may have told about this before using them anywhere he goes. He doesn't want someone to try and hurt you or get mad at you for choosing to be addressed one way or another, but his way of protecting you is a lot more avoidant than the others on this list. Because, well, when Bowtie snaps, he always regrets his actions, even if he never actually hurts the people he cares about.

Hello! New follower here and I’m loving the headcanons! So I gotta ask cause I am a major simp for undertale AUs. So I’ve been getting into Pale!Ink recently and what would happen if he started falling in love with someone who’s soul’s abilities can give souless people like him real emotions? (x reader headcanons please!). And probably Ink too (he is souless too so I’m pretty curious AND I love this little guy too)

Pale - So, Pale has very limited time with his emotions, and he has to consume an entire AU in order to feel anything. Already, he's got a bit of an affectionate personality -- not necessarily romantic or anything, he is aro/ace after all, but he does like showing appreciation and loves physical contact like hugs. It would be very difficult for him to recognize anything as "falling in love" per say, and rather he would just see it as loving your friends because he has such limited time with his emotions and can't get a proper assessment on them.

If someone has the ability to give him emotions, though, and he takes the offer -- which, he is the most likely out of everyone in the list -- he would probably start learning more about how these feelings work. Pale might start asking you for advice, though, since he's not that familiar with how this all works. It would take a long time for him to be able to properly identify what it is he's naturally feeling, given how he's gone so long without constant feelings.

Ink - Ink would probably initially brush the thought away. He doesn't need someone to give him new emotions, his paints work just fine! Sure, it's a little annoying to take them regularly, but it's not like he's new to it. Ink is perfectly content living out the rest of his immortal life like this.

... Until it becomes unbearably too much.

With his paints, when he feels too many things at once, he throws up in order to level out his emotions. Weirdly enough, every time you seem to be involved in anything, he gets overwhelmed. Probably not at all flattering for him to be throwing up all the time -- but Ink is not concerned about this. Instead, his paint supply starts running lower and lower even faster than usual. So... he heavily debates having you offer him real emotions this time.

Of course, in this case, he ends up taking this offer, only to once again be overwhelmed, but now he can't throw it up and calm down. He's just so excited to see you always.

Fresh - Unfortunately for this little thought experiment, Fresh is far too content with having little to no emotions to want to take up the offer. I can't think of any scenario where he could even be convinced, which sucks because I'm usually an advocate for "anything can happen given then right circumstances."

He might still enjoy spending time with you, though, but his concept of "love" is very minimal. You'd probably be some entertainment of sorts, and while he might grow a bit attached to having you around to the point where he might be a bit protective, he wouldn't bother wanting to feel anything more intense towards you.

How would Error react to his S/O getting errored?

In short: he would be traumatized. One might think that he'd be excited to share this with someone, but in actuality, he would be horrified. Becoming an error changes so much about a person that he would essentially believe that he murdered his S/O. His reaction after this realization could go one of two ways.

One, and the more likely option, is that he just runs away from the damage that he's done. He can't erase it -- all things considered, he's pretty weak, and it's unlikely he would have the power to kill another error. More likely than not, Error's gonna run away from his problems and push them aside until he's completely forgotten about them, and then continue on with his life. Besides, he lost his memory when he turned into an error, who's to say they wouldn't also? There would be no loss. ... y'know, other than his own happiness.

The far less possible answer, but yet something he is still capable of if genuinely attached enough, is to help his S/O adjust to this new life. He'll have difficulty taking responsibility for what happened to them on his own... even though, well, clearly he had to leave them behind in the Anti-Void for this to happen. But he's pretty familiar as to how to live this life, given that it's the only life he can recall. Knowing very well his S/O's own memory could be wiped, too, he'll more than likely try to avoid treating them the same was as before, until they say something to make him think otherwise. It'll hurt, and damn will helping them hurt so much more than running away, but... it's his own fault this happened, so he might as well try to help them.

Lust, as I've said before, is a bit of a hopeless romantic. Romance isn't something easy to come by in Underlust, so when he's given the chance to express things romantically or even just platonically for once, he's going all out.

He's hard to place in terms of his love language, since most things and gestures will make him happy. But I think what based on what he's most likely to do and what makes him the happiest would place him in the gift giving/receiving category. He finds a lot of benefit in tangible items that will always remind him of his S/O no matter where he is, so long as he has it. These don't have to be big fancy gifts either! Even just something as simple a few pictures would make him over the moon with happiness.

But, at the same time, Lust is also generally terrified of commitment. He'll be fine dating someone, especially if it's an open relationship, and he'll be fine spending all of his time with someone without even realizing it. But when something like marriage is offered, he starts to panic that perhaps he's making the wrong decision, and starts to worry about everything that could go bad in a relationship. That doesn't mean he won't or can't marry anyone -- that just means he's going to need a lot of talking to about it before even thinking of something like that. If he really likes someone, he might even be bold enough to talk about it first!

I like to think that Ink can also cry certain colors when he's feeling a lot of emotions. For example, if he's feeling extra sad, he might start crying blue paint. If he's extra happy, he might start crying yellow paint. If he's feeling a lot of everything at once, his instinct is to puke, of course, but if he manages to hold it back, then he'll cry black tears.

I have seen some posts and questions and discussions about this already, because 1. I like ur views on stuff and u have really good insights on Sans' character and 2. Even with my own thoughts on the matter and the different takes on it, I am still not sure which one I lean. Anyways, my question(s) are, do you see Sans as more of a social introvert or extrovert?

I have also seen takes, like how some people have talked about how Sans is either like, a depressed introvert or an extrovert pretending to be an introvert or something or an introvert pretending to be an extrovert or something or maybe he is just good at blending in maybe? (This idea comes a lot from a fic, i.e. The Golden Quiche, which is a UT Fic goes into this with Sans, a good fic, an amazing Sans and Paps and Grillby and just so many good takes on canon characters and good OCs too).

Some people also say he is an ambivert, though some of those people still think he leans one way or another.

(Sorry this got a bit long and disjointed).

Personally, I see Sans as an extrovert, but I'm also convinced he has some level of depression just based on my own experiences with depression. I don't think anyone who is ready to face the world every day would have their true feelings say something like "just give up. i did."

But considering that Sans visits Grillby's all the time and seems to be pretty popular with the entire underground, it leads me to believe that he's an incredibly social person, even if he's not trying. Not to mention, he is also incredibly good at reading people, which can be chalked up to the theory of he's seen the resets over and over again -- but he even notices things in your first playthrough, before any resets. He's probably always talking with people.

So... he probably keeps his energy to keep going every day by talking to people, and if he were ever to be isolated, he would lose control of his composure. It could also be his form of trying to avoid the actual problems behind his mental state, which is what I've always assumed his jokes are due to jokes being my own coping mechanism too.

How would Frisk, Kris, UT! Chara, US! Chara and Xtale!Chara react to seeing their S/o wearing something of them? Like their sweater, a shirt, jacket...

Undertale!Frisk - Frisk is a bit of a chaotic individual, so instead of being a sappy romantic when they see you in their sweatshirts or thinking it's really cute... well, now they're going to make a habit of wearing your clothes as well. If you keep going along with it, well, eventually it'll just come to a point where neither of you will know whose clothes are whose anymore (ESPECIALLY if you guys are the same size, it would probably be easier to tell if one of you is larger than the other). Needless to say, any time you guys go out clothes shopping from here on out? You guys are just getting a bunch of things you both like and can both fit into. Also, clothes gifts from now on would be pretty awkward. It's like when someone buys a game for their friend so they can play it together but the friend who bought it actually wanted it more than the one they gave it to... but with clothes.

Kris - Of the humans I write here, Kris is without a doubt the quietest of the bunch. They’d also the least expressive and doesn't really express enjoyment or lack thereof, even when in peaks of emotion. But even still, if you decided to take it upon yourself one day to wear one of their sweatshirts, oh. Well, how to tell you they're super attracted to that? It's incredibly cute. Like the cutest thing they've ever seen. They probably won't say anything directly, but they’ll probably give you a hug the moment they see you like this, no matter if you're in the middle of doing something or not. Bonus points if you're taking a nap or are curled up on a couch watching TV or something of the like -- now it's a cuddling session. Oh, and if you were asleep, Kris doesn't really care if they wake you up or not. This is more important.

Undertale!Chara - Nngh... I hate it but it looks cute. -- the summary of Chara's current state of emotions. They aren't the biggest fan of you wearing their clothing, to be honest, but they have to admit you do look cute regardless. But they don't know why you're wearing it. Why do you need to? You have your own clothes that are perfectly fine, yes? Chara's going to probably ask you to wear your own clothes immediately, despite being red in their cheeks. If there is some specific reason that your clothes are not available -- in the wash, need replacing, etc -- they'll tolerate it for a little while, but you better believe the second you have some clothes available that they'll tell you to wear them instead. Though, you have to wonder if it's because you in their clothes was distracting them more than they didn't like it.

Underswap!Chara - Practically immediately gives you their wardrobe. But in return, takes your wardrobe. Reacts pretty similarly chaotic to UT!Frisk in this regard, but Swapra is going to be way more flirty about it. Also you better expect some more frequent cuddling sessions as a result of this. Why? Well, there's really no particular connection between the clothes-swapping and the cuddling other than Swapra just really likes being overly affectionate and found this to be the absolute best excuse to cuddle more often. Sharing clothes? Next step, sharing body heat. They also might be a little more physically clingy and huggy. If you wanna get any work done, hopefully you can do it outside of the house, or Swapra is definitely not going to let it happen.

XTale!Chara - Oh, he's the cliché gives-you-a-boyfriend-sweater type. XChara will, without a doubt, at first chance available give you his sweatshirt to wear because he wants to see you wear it. Yeah, it's like, 1000 G down the drain if not more, but it's totally worth it because you look so cute. He's cheesy, he likes cheesy romantic things, and sweatshirts made of boyfriend materiel is definitely one of the things on that list. What's even better is if you also give him a sweatshirt to wear from your closet -- like, he'll be over the moon if you do that for him, and he'll constantly brag about having his S/O's sweatshirt. But he's in no way expecting that, and is definitely more than prepared to shell out the money for a new jacket.
