i love tcock and strap as much as the next tranny but y'all gotta be more comfortable w people having bottom dysphoria and wanting bottom surgery. including phallo. like why can't we have the same excitement we have for top surgery? why is it that whenever someone talks about wanting a cock there's this pressure to come to Any Conclusion other than phallo. & being genderqueer it especially sucks because it makes phallo seem like smth that's only done by super cis passing binary guys (esp het guys). sorry maybe i don't want to suffer in my dysphoria for no reason! maybe having a phallo cock can be silly and fun and desirable. if a trans person says they want a dick and your first response is "oh but you can just use a strap–" maybe stop. and ask why you have mentally decided that getting a penis is functionally impossible.

Close! Tho truly, there's many reasons for their.. dynamic

Having no recollection of their past lives, D & L don't really have that brotherly connection from before. While the multiverse shows clearly their familial relationship, it is also vast and various- they don't trust the idea of loving each other when the idea of hatred and abuse is just as likely.

When a soul persists but fractures after death, they usually latch onto whatever emotion they held last. For L, it was anger, for R, it was grief, and for D, it was.. well, nothing. Complete apathy. While L aggressively feels everything, D feels absolutely nothing. And to L, that in itself is infuriating.

On top of everything else, there's a specific feeling of anger L feels when he's around D. He isn't actually sure why, and M never responds when he asks. L just assumes D is to blame.

Despite their differences though, they depend on each other the most. D is the only one who can handle L's depressive state, and L is the only one sane enough for D to hold a lengthy conversation with. It's not a great relationship, but it's all they really got.

Some gay men have also described being praised by people who know that they are gay fathers, as they react with astonishment over their capacity to take well care of a child without a woman in the household. Likewise, the participants in the present study described how they were recurrently praised, simply for taking care of their children. Such praise was given in situations where they had been read as fathers, i.e., presumably passing as cisgender men. One participant described a huge difference in how he was treated by people who presumed him to be a cisgender man, compared to when he was known to be a transgender man. As soon as people knew that he was transgender, and that he was the gestational parent, he was expected to be the main caregiver, and no one would praise him for his daily duties. Thus, caretaking engagements, which is often taken for granted when performed by women, seem to be similarly expected to be performed by transgender men who are gestational parents. The gender assigned at birth and/or the role as the gestational parent seem to trump the present gender identity when it comes to others’ expectations of a person’s parenting role.
