Everyone knows what you gotta do in these scenarios. Your loved ones will cry (“awe, Dickie, you do care”), they’ll try to find a different way (“shut up Bruce. Even you can’t concoct a cure in two hours”) and blame themselves (“fuck you, Timmers, I want you to know I died because you wanted that damn coffe!”…. Yeah, he could have handled that one better in hindsight) and then, ultimately, they’re gonna put a bullet in your brain. For the sake of the group.

And it’s fine, really. Better than turning into a mindless, flesh eating meat sack. He was ready. He got to say goodbye. It’s fine.

It was only during the reception, when Kirishima put the chair in the middle of the dancefloor and Katsuki shot a wild grin at your former lovers as he got up from the table, that you realized your mistake.

True to his word- Katsuki never said a thing to your exes. But then again, he didn't need to. Not with the way he hooked both your pretty heels over his shoulder as he dove under your skirts. Nearly growling, he nipped up your thigh to your garter. Chuckling hotly as he felt you tremble with need the moment he pressed a kiss to your clit, before he ripped the piece of lace down your leg with his teeth.

remembering how tubbo and cellbit being siblings was a pretty popular headcanon before bagi joined, and then people headcanoned the three of them as siblings. but i think that what we've ended up with is tubbo and bagi as siblings, removed from cellbit. i don't usually like to assign found family traditional family roles, but in this case, i think it being specifically a sibling role is important.

because bagi's spent so long chasing after a brother who doesn't want her. so she's gone "fine, then. i'll find myself one who does." and tubbo certainly wants her around! he doesn't mind her stealing from him. he chose her for his team the first time around, despite the one-sided tension they'd originally had.

she went to purgatory for her coach. she said she'd stick her hand in the fire for him. and they didn't win, but they get to walk out together, so i think bagi won, honestly. there's also the mutual bickering and the stealing, but that's part of it too. and there's so much mutual respect there as well.

anyway. i love seeing them hang out and i hope they hang out even more going forward, not just for themselves but also for sunny and empanada <3 because they're siblings too and i love them and i wish they got to see more of each other!

forgive me if you've been asked this before or if its annoying, but how did you learn to use colored pencils like that? your art is so special to me.

ty :) I took an art class for a few years where our teacher had us buy prismacolor pencils as one of the art supplies and had us use them kinda like paints, pressing down hard right away and blending the colors together. its not how youre supposed to use them she was just trying to teach us to use color and ig this was more to the point. I picked them up again years after i stopped going to that class just bc they were there and i wanted to play around w them a bit and ended up actually enjoying it when doing it on my own terms lol

This series has had an insane impact on my life, to the point where I genuinely don’t know where I’d be without it. From first picking Carry On up the week I turned 15, to having to physically restrain myself from reading WS in one sitting because it was my first hard week of college as a freshman, to reading AWTWB in one sitting the day it released despite being on a family vacation. From starting a sideblog, to making art and fics about it with my sister, and to looking through art or fics when I was having a panic attack to help me calm down. To the amazing community I’ve found online with the most talented and kind people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. My life has been fundamentally changed for the better because I decided to pick up Carry On in January 2016, and I wouldn’t change it for the world.

if you're estranged from your family of origin like?? u don't want them having custody of your remains and misgendering you in your obituaries or whatever, or putting you through religious ceremonies that you reject

you don't want them keeping your death secret or shutting out your actual family and loved ones from your death and the grieving process just bc you didn't write up a piece of paper

and that's not even thinking about the division of your assets? stuff like savings or bonds etc if you have them, other assets if you have them - your home if you own it, your car or bike, your big pieces of tech, your collections

if you're an artist or another independent creator, who gets to receive the profits in your death, who gets to control your body of work, who inherits creative control of your work or your name? do you want your unpublished work to be finished by someone else and put out there?

and that's not even considering like. an advance directive / living will, which for many of us with chronic illnesses (esp considering long covid) are important to keep in mind, to make sure you're given appropriate care if you are rendered unable to control your own circumstances, or if you don't want to be kept on certain forms of life support, or if your family follow a religious doctrine you don't that would lead to you being denied certain medical care, etc

like i know it's easy to sort of go all-edge and be like, oh well, i don't care what happens when i die, i'm cool, etc, but like. if you have people you love and care about? if they depend on you?

and even if it's like "Oh, fuck the state, it's terrible, i shouldn't have to play by their rules" ok well if you don't have living relatives and you don't make a will then the state gets control of your assets, and wouldn't you prefer to give it to a charity or an organisation you love and trust?

like if you die in the UK and your assets can't go anywhere they go to the fucking Crown. would you rather king jackass and his line of inbred imperialists get your assets, or a trans charity? exactly.

sorry, but "what if there was no mom" is not some crazy, groundbreaking unconventional dynamic. yes, the dictionary definition of a nuclear family is "het couple + kids," but also it's not 1956 anymore. single parent families are basically just nuclear family lite at this point. there's really nothing all that mold-breaking about an only-technically-non-nuclear-family where the only real difference is that you deleted the woman lol

on today's episode of "pieces I put way too much work into realistically!". Since it's unlikely we'll get a quinceñera for Luz at this stage of the show, I wanted to draw a cute scene of it, which slowly turned into posing and lighting practice
