"Minjae!!" The doors chime as you step foot into the cafe, the camarel walls and dim lighting giving you a comfy vibe. The latter looks up from his phone, the black mask covering half of his face along with his black rim glasses.

He waves at you, giving you a big eye smile as he shoo's off yechan, that runs straight to your member. "How are the kids?" He pulls down his mask to show his toothy grin.

"You know.." you sigh, looking over your shoulder to find yechan and your member doing their complicated handshake. "No one told me leadering would be hard." Minjae laughs at your remark as you shake your head.

"Eh, their better than how you were when i used to babysit you."

"Babys- minjae, we're the same age!!" Minjae laughs again, his head throwing back against the cushion of the booth. "Yeah sure.." he waves it off before passing you your favorite drink. "But no seriously, how have you been doing these days?"

The playful mood shifts to a more serious one as he leans forward in his seat, twirling his straw around some of his boba. His eyes grow deeper as he studies your face, your posture, checking to see if there was any dark circles around your eyes.

And thats when you knew you could trust him with your whole heart, his body language laced with genuine concern. "It's been alright so far.. the members just got off from their vacations, and we are starting to prepare for our comeback."

"Has anyone been giving you a hard time or anything?" Not only was he genuinely concerned, he was also protective. If anyone was giving you trouble, they were sure to know minjaes name. He didnt just care for his members, he cared about you too.

"No, jae." You give a side ways smile, in which he returns, the tips of his ears going red because of the nickname you just gave him. You've been using that name for a while and although he should've gotten used to the feeling, the soft spot for you still manages to increase.

"How have you been doing?" You return the question as the boys eyes light up, his hands going through his hair as he talks about his day. You laugh along with him when he retells a joke that one of his members, hyunwoo, had told him before he left, taking a bite out of your strawberry doughnut.

"Mm jae, this is so good." You cover your mouth as you speak so that crumbs dont go flying everywhere. Minjae nods as you lift up the doughnut. "I decided to try out a new flavor today." He bites into his own doughnut. "I got blueberry."

"Ooh, lemme try!" You lean over the table with your mouth opened wide, minjaes giggles filling up the small space as he gives you a bite. Your eyes close as you savor the flavor, licking your lips to get the remainder of the blueberry sauce off of you.

It wasnt until you opened your eyes when you realized how close you were to minjae, his hand covering his mouth as he gives you the prettiest eye smile, grabbing a tissue to wipe off some of your cheek. "Messy~" he whispers before giggling again, his eyes looking deep into your own as you smile back, your cheeks flushed.

"Hyung! Can you record a tiktok for us?" Yechan pokes minjaes shoulder as he turns his head, sending you a glance as he nods at the younger. "Yeah, this shouldnt take long." He gets up, gesturing you to get up too with his hand.

After cleaning some of your mess in a hurry, you stand next to the boy, his arm wrapping around your shoulder. "Oop, you got something else." Minjae stops to wipe off your cheek again, the duo ahead of you groaning as they stop. "Can you hurry up and stop being a couple?!" Yechan exclaims, your member covering her mouth to hide her laughs.

"Yeah, yeah." Minjae shakes his head, the tips of his head lighting up again as the duo drags you to a small section of the cafe. Minjae props up his phone against the wall as he stands beside a vending machine, making sure everything works properly.

He gives them a thumbs up before coming to stand by you again, his arm back to wrapping around your shoulder. "What trend is this?" You ask, your arms cross as you watch your member laugh at yechan for making a mistake.

"Oh, you havent seen it before?" His eyebrows were raised as he pointed at the two, your head shaking. "Lemme show you." He grabs both of your hands, lifting one up to twirl you around, letting out a laugh when you get a little dizzy.

"Okay so you're supposed to step to the left with your right foot, then vice versa, kinda making a crisscross shape." He advises, his hand on your hip. "And then you jump! With a spin!!" He adds as you try to do, but you end up loosing your balance, letting out a soft shriek as minjae quickly catches your body.

Everything seems to happen in slow motion when you land in minjaes arms, you hands placed on his chest as you breathe heavily, your noses booping and your lips inches apart.

His mouth drops open as he stares deep into your eyes, some butterflies fluttering in his stomach.

"Hyung? You didnt press the record button. Hyung??"

"Let them be," you member shakes her head, chuckling softly. "I think oppa and unnie would be a good couple."

me: i don't think i have anything specific but probably learning more about sub/dom culture and realizing im a switch. i like both sides and and i like being able to control the pleasure of my partner.

aeon: i feel like they're both are just sex positive in general. (not in the beginning for leon) as i think he becomes more comfortable a lot later on as i wonder if his religious upbringing (cause i always hc that he grew up religious) affected how he thinks of premarital sex. i don't care either way for the hc of his ex girlfriend before raccoon. he could've slept with her or not. it doesn't really affect how i think of how he still perceives it. he could've thought it was an okay thing to do- but it also makes me think of how he would've perceived casually dating in the late 90s. he never struck me as a sexual promiscious character so it's hard for me to think of him that way pre 2004.

i just feel like ada's used sex in some ways (not always just sex, but even just using her body to get what she wanted for her job) so she's a bit numb to things. whenever she's with leon, she actually feels affection and his non-judgement that the first times he's really affectionate and loving her instead of just fucking her, she's too overwhelmed to really process it.

So going back to Chloe. I know she’s blaming herself for that whole tragedy. But! She did save a girl that night: Birdie. If she hadn’t done what she did, would Birdie have been punished or killed? 🤔 Pocket did save her.

I’m also wondering if we know WHY Chloe was killed? Did they figure out how old she was? Did she refuse to do something? Or screw up? Or was she with a John who just got a little too aggressive? Maybe one of the other asks was right, and Hydra did experiment on her and it went badly…

As for the miscarriage…somehow, based on your answers, I knew this was coming. And it breaks my heart for both her and Bucky. I can see both of their sides too. I think Pocket’s “trash” comment was maybe her way of trying to convince herself that she was fine with it. That she didn’t really want it anyway. But I can also understand Bucky feeling and reacting the way he did too. It’s hard because I’ve never been in that kind of situation. Never experienced such a terrible loss. But you wrote it so well!

You write everything so well. You bring all of the characters to life. And I LOVE that you have backstory that isn’t in the chapters. You just get it. You’re a natural writer. I’m so impressed by your talent. Please never stop writing!

Pocket did save Birdie! You're 100% right. It's just so hard for her to recognize that when all she's focusing on is her failure. If Birdie hadn't done the coke, she probably would have been punished, and that was what Pocket was focusing on. But, she sees her actions as failure, because they led to a girl's death (however inadvertently; I'm not really sure what she thought she could have done to save Chloe, anyway-- it's just the perpetual 'what if' hanging over her head).

Unfortunately, Chloe wasn't killed for any big Hydra purpose. Hydra is selling women through the Wiggle Room as a funding source. They're doing it straight up to make money to support their other endeavors, and they straight up have no care for what happens to these women once they've been bought-- they just see them as revenue. So, whoever bought Chloe at auction did what he did to her simply because he wanted to, and he felt that he had the right to, because he bought her. It's as simple and sick as that. It ties back to this over-arching subtheme Pocket deals with of men hurting women because they think their wants are greater than a woman's life. She experienced it growing up, she experienced it with Bucky cheating on her, and now she's seeing it here with the trafficking.

Yeah, everyone jumped on the "Pocket is pregnant" bandwagon so quickly, I was not prepared, lol. Which is why I really tried to push poisoning, just to keep everyone guessing. Her "trash" comment was definitely a defensive maneuver, her trying to convince Bucky (and herself) that this didn't bother her, that he, in a way, still didn't have a hold on her. But, she admits that, if she let herself think about it, she would have wanted to have a baby with him. It was something that took them both completely by surprise, and hit them emotionally. Neither one was approaching it from a rational mindset, so things were said that wouldn't have been said if they had taken time to think things through, first. Thank you so much for your kind words! Anyway, here's pretty much my ranking and thoughts for each ships lol:

1) Shinjiham - First of all, god Atlus doesnt FUCK AROUND with his SL route and it's so out of their fucking mind for Atlus to not let the girlies write for the romances in other persona ever again cuz WHAT THE FUCK???? They really fucking cook with his and Ryoji's SL its fucking sweet yet so tragic I just cant fucking take it anymoreeee 😭😭😭 and it fucking hurts me that even when you ended up not dating him, you can clearly see just how in love he is with Kotone like fuck man it hurtss

I am just such a sucker for the broody bf x cheery gf trope but they had me in my tits when they laced it with angst it had me bawling by the end of it. I really appreciate how in femc's route we finally get to see his true character like god before P3R we really only know him as that mean looking guy with a tragic broody past and he tries to make things right before its too late but we dont also see him trying to be better other than tiny mentions of it so when he is gone we dont feel bad other but P3P hooo boyyy shits fucked me up I miss him I miss my wife and even when I get to save him, even when he finally gains the reason to survive and have meaning to live, when the person that gives him that reasoning is gone, it fucking hits me like a truck man and that truck decides to reverse and run me over again. 2) Akiham - This is actually my initial otp before I blasted and fried my brain with foolmoon content. I was actually surprised to see this side of Aki where instead of him looking like he gets thing under control and cool all the time, he is just so clueless socially and every rank of him had me go "Holy shit he's autistic he's just like me frrrrr" like I didnt expect him to have awful social cues like me hskskssksk I also love how really cute the entire rank is like this boy is 18 and never dated anyone yet he is so sweet and thoughtful I almost forgot he probably learned this from the seventeen magazine in his room lmfaoo I love them they're the most tamed yet cute pair but also bittersweet and sad thinking that he lost everyone that he loves even after he proclaimed he will protect her ugh im in painnn

3) Theoham - I love how silly the entire route is! Its fun and relaxed and oh god what is up with everyone with white hair has autism in this game??? His lines are fucking bonkers it had me in tears and I cant even believe this man also manage to make me feel things about exposing one's hand after seeing it gloved for so long. Again Atlus please let the girlies cook again for the new persona i am begging you

4) Hamugis - idk if it was Atlus intention or not to make her pan but god I love this so much! Her entire route is her adjusting to being human and gaining human emotion gradually and I just really think its so beautiful when she said she doesnt even care if Kotone's a girl or a man she will still love her (Im sure she really meant it to be platonic and she pretty much mixed romantic and platonic but also that confession at the roof doesnt help at all I genuinely think she's in love with femc) and towards the end when she cried I can hear how human she is briefly like oh god I cant believe Atlus invented yuri

5) Yukaham - they're besties and she mentioned she wants a bf before okay whatever BUT I just refuse to believe she's into men honestly and she probably just wants a bf because thats what she believes girls should be (like obsessing over boys and such) and shes a girly girl so she should like boys, right?

Im not forcing anyone my HC at all so just ignore this if you want. Im writing this because the worm in my brain tells me to do it and i am also projecting myself here but like I just like the idea of Yukari feels conflicted about her sexuality because she's a girly girl and her liking girls doesnt fit the status as a girly girl but when she meets Kotone and she is feminine and likes girls stuff too but also a tomboy and doesnt really care much about the identity of being a girly girl and finds herself enamored towards her, she admits to her one day that she's having conflicted feelings about her and the other girls she finds oddly attracted to and Kotone's probably like "You should try to kiss me and see if you feel anything about it" and AKXHEIQPAUSQPAJQL oh god the thought of Yukari not knowing she's a lesbian and struggling to accept her identity as a lesbian is just so AAAAAAA i need more Yukaham content maybe I should draw them together

6) Mitsuham - I totally understand people's vision with Mitsuham. Actually at this point, you guys can see how Kotone brings impact to everyone in the team and towards the end of the game, everyone either finds a meaning to live or finally able to open up to each other but anyway shhh lets ignore the overall grim lore of this game and just focus on Mitsuru as a person instead. I really love the idea that Kotone introduce a lot of new things to Mitsuru since despite how rich and influential she can be, due to the responsibility and burden she has to hold at a very young age, she didnt get to experience what life is as a normal teenage girl so I just love the thought of Kotone teaches her what it feels to be a normal teenage girl like and gives her a glimpse of what it feels if she wasn't a Kirijo in the first place. Again, just a HC but like I think it would be so fun of Kotone and Mitsuru just sneaks out at night after she convinces her to forget her responsibility for a moment and loiters around town until it's the dark hour and Mitsu just freaks out because she was too distracted by having fun and being distracted by her duty and she was like I cant afford being normal, not in this world and not when she bears the name of Kirijo and oh god did I accidentally turn this into angst???? ANYWAYS yes I understand Mitsuham

7) Ryoham - Okay I have to admit, as much as bittersweet and tragic their whole relationship is (like the fuck as going on in Atlus' HQ when they wrote "Please touch me. Make sure I exist." Like ????) I'm just not into Ryoji much because of a personal reason but also like I love it when people draw them in an alternate universe where they meet again like I really believe in another life, they really do would fall for each other again ;w;

8) Juntone - Honestly I just see them as platonic but I saw this one Juntone shipper on twt before and I cant stop thinking of them whenever I have to think of this pair. Like okay shh imagine if Kotone isnt dead in the end but both of them still lost Chidori and Shinji, I know they both understands the pain but like if lets say they find confort in each other and down the line they do fall in love, I just think its really beautiful. Maybe not immediately but when years later theyre reunited and open up about their grief and still having a hard time to move on, I know they would clung on to each other just to feel absolutely alright because nobody can understand the circumstances they fall into.

Anyway, that's pretty much my ranking. I really do love and understand why people would love her with other pairing like I am all game but the ones I am pretty much very obsessed with is Shinjiham and Akiham while the others are more of an afterthought to me.

i wanna think about it. i wanna think about the raph leo becoming co leaders thing.... the showwww so so so primed for them working together and not having a direct hiercharly system fits cause this is the iteration they designed to be more like a typical family. that why splinter had a career that is not. ninja master. lol, thats why they are different ages (sorry to any quadruplets out there). and after the ages where the childhood developmental stages that are gonna favour the eldest sibling. as for something that actually ended up IN the show... fav fav moment makes me cry when every i rewatch or even THINK ABOUT IT. The moment that lets Splinter reconcile the pain that the Hamato clan brought him, with the legacy, intention, and love, it was created with.

The moment when Splinter's mom, (had to check ->), Atsuko shows up with the rest of the Hamato ancestors. she puts her hands next to splinter and she looks at him so so fondly and she repeats HIS action movie catch phrase. and THATS the moment Splinter, Hamato Yoshi can like. come to peace about the clans legacy.... Perfect culmination of his arc....

like it PROVES. his whole life the legacy of this clan was what was taking his family AWAY. his mom, probably his grandpa? he was suppose to let his sons GET MARTYRED. he left his family, as they had left him. but as they say anata wa hitori janai.... his mom still saw!!! HIS LIFE. his movies. Sees him as he grew, as a mutant, and the love between family is literally magic that keeps them together. THATS what Karai wanted it to be..... I jsut think we should talk about and the sad rat man healing from generation trauma. MAYBE. Cause he loves his mommy. [finally. A splinter with MOMMY ISSUES/BRICKED]

I did both routes but tbh I actually prefer Ozzy to Noah by miles. 3-way kiss is whatever when that man came running to propose to my MC even after I pied him in the challenge, a man that's willing to humiliate himself so much to win me over is a keeper Idc Idc. Also he never questioned what MC did in CA even tho he knew we went to the Hideaway there, while Noah's out here preaching that the only reason he twisted was cause he knew MC must've been a slut in CA, like sir get out of here.

Idk bestie!! Pre-casa Ozzys route was “better” in the sense that you actually have sooo much time with him and can kiss him a few times. But the one thing the writers did with Noah’s that’s different to Ozzy’s is they actually made it make sense to who he was as a character. Every convo was different with Noah.. he started off almost angry that MC would even think to break up his one day old couple to being conflicted that he disappoints ppl and how he’s a people pleaser and makes choices that are better for everyone else but himself. When you step back and look at Noah it actually makes sense that they never coupled up in the villa (even though I wish we had bc I love that pixel man lol) but with Ozzy he was wayyy more into MC and flirty with MC from the start. Yes FB tried to show he’s a slow burn but then his actions didn’t really reflect that and after weeks of it it got to a point where it actually didn’t make sense for him to still be with Grace and not us. Personally yes it was awesome Ozzy was making those choices like picking us to marry, or choosing to kiss us in every challenge before that. It wasn’t one sided. But then casa really stepped him out of this character profile and they never really explained it well. We had to pick up fbs pieces and create a narrative that we would be okay with just to move on from that and continue with the route. At least Noah got a video of us in casa doing whatever we did, Ozzy never saw anything and still decided to go skinny dipping and make out with two girls. It’s giving lads holiday. And for him to be the only one that went wild was also bizarre given he’d never even had a one night stand. As for him not even questioning what we did in the hideaway.. that’s just lazy fb writing bc they didn’t even show that in our movie night clip. You mean to tell me I could’ve boned Andy in the hideaway, chosen to not bring him back and they’re still gonna show the clip of me telling Ozzy I like him too?? PLS!!

It all really just boils down to the writing bc s2 had an actual slow burn with tension that built throughout the season. Noah and Hopes connection was also way stronger than Grace and Ozzys. Ozzys route lowkey started to not make sense bc why did we find out this man wasn’t attracted to Grace?? Bc at that point why in the hell after the first chat with him in the pool didn’t he say ok I’m dumping Grace since im not attracted to her and picking you since we have so much more in common??

Idk overall after s4 fb just fell off completely and their storylines just don’t hit the same anymore

idia/chenya: listen. come on. this is... this is a no brainer. seriously though i do love the potential here, and not just because he's a cat. chenya, at least how i write him anyway- is so whimsical and quirky. he isn't necessarily extroverted, but he isn't a big introvert either. like, he is genuinely a cat through and through. not a beast man, not a fae-- something else. i love the idea of idia having sb who doesn't push him to go way outside his comfort zone-- but wont let him just shut himself off from the rest of the world for too long. dunno. at least with my take on him, this one is a fave.

riddle/chenya: so i could really see these two going p much any direction. i love the two of them just... interacting, regardless of the relationship. chenya has known riddle since they were kids. and a bit like trey, i like to think he knows how to push riddle without him blowing up. there is also the added factor that chenya definitely knows at least in some way, what riddle's home life is like. it's the sort of thing that would make their potential bond that much better. i could rlly go in depth on it but then i'd be here making an entire meta on it lmao.

jade/chenya: funny enough. i think jade and chenya might click really well in long term, more than you'd expect. and yeah, i could see this developing from friends, to more given the appropriate amount of time. chenya would be sooo fascinated by how weird and how deeply fucked up jade actually is. and jade likewise would be really intrigued by chenya's strange and uncanny nature... good stuff.

Ah yes, your ideal morning, getting yelled at by a bunch of Karens. As you were making this lady’s Frappuccino, the coffee machine broke. Again. Your life was the worst.

“Damn it” You muttered under your breath, first a bunch of horrible Karens in a biking group called ‘Baking Bikers’, and now you have to deal with a broken coffee machine. And of course, your coworker/best friend is late. Again. Speaking of, where the hell is he?

“IM HERE, IM HERE, IM SORRY IM LATE. MY PC BROKE LAST NIGHT AND I WENT TO GET PARTS TO FIX IT THIS MORNING.’’ Ah, speak of the devil and they shall appear. “Tommy, how nice of you to join us.” You muttered, still trying to get the damn coffee machine working. “Yeah, yeah, I know I’m sorry dickhead.” The blonde boy replied back, almost instantly. “Just start making drinks, I’ll be at the register once I fix this thing.”

After burning your hand twice, you managed to fix the dang thing. You yelped at the loud noise, “AHH JESUS TOMMY. I didn’t hear you enter the break room???’’ “Well that’s just cause I’m stealthy, like a spy.” The taller boy replied, smirking. “Shut the hel up nerd.” You said, quickly jumping into your friendly banter.

“Damn. It’s been 20 minutes, Sam is gonna yell at us LMAO” The blonde boy quipped. “Did you just say ‘lmao’ out loud?” You asked. “Yes, do you have a problem with it short bitch?” You sighed, knowing you wouldn’t win this fight and walked out of the break room.

“Hey kiddos, how’s your hand y/n?”

“Oh, it’s fine Sam. Still hurts a bit but I’ll be ok.”

“Hmm, I think you should take the rest of the day off, you too Tommy”

“Are you sure? Hannah and Ant don’t get here for another half hour?”

Oc summaries

alright I decided do a mini lore dump of my different characters because my brain wont shut up about them ill put my ramblings under the read more if you want a summary of who exactly are my characters (its the characters ive drawn before and shared here lol) warning it does gets long as I realize each character I wrote a big paragraph explaining each of them lol

Birch: the dude as my profile pic lol. basically had a rough childhood its just him and his dad growing up and to help out for the house he got into sales and realized rich people are stupid and gullible so he got random junk as sold it as the next big thing and it worked. One night at one of the mansions of his rich clients finds this very odd book detailing a ritual of some sort with promises of knowledge and power beyond comprehension. He does the ritual ends up getting in contact with an eldritch being and has his mind (just slightly) broken but got these cool new powers now. He goal is now to go on a search for more information on how to contact these beings again and unlock more of that forbidden fruit (tho more he does it more he starts to turn corrupt its a whole thing) Hes not happy how its changing him physically and mentally but he is too obsessed over his goal. (tho in the campaign im going to play im hoping he learns the power of friendship and he stops before hes too far gone lol) oh yea hes also a warlock forgot to mention it and my fav rn.

Clay. Oh my baby my first dnd character I love her. Shes just a water genasi pirate I know cliche. She had an infamous pirate captain mom named Brooke but her mom settled down for a couple years with this hippy wood elf and she had twins clay and kai. Brooke pulled a parent trap on them where she took one kid and the dad took the other. Clay grew up with her mom and the crew on her ship. Brooke decided she needed to calm down and became a normal shipping company (most of the time there was some pirating aside) This made Clay a very wild child who does everything in the most chaotic way possible. Sadly her mom got deathly ill (she got poisioned) and she died so clay got the ship. She has been traveling around the seas with her crew which is basically her family and keep her moms spirit alive by living like her. She is a bard and loves to make friends everywhere she goes and get what she wants. She is about that grind baby all about da money. Very loud and pushy personality but if you get to know her shes just an excitable puppy who loves her friends so so much.

Kai. The sweeter and gentler of the twins. He grew up in a hippie commune middle of the forest with his dad. however since he was the only genasi there he was often treated differently than the rest. Always seen like an outsider. He became very reserved and recluse and spent most his time in the forest where he became friends with the mushrooms. Making him a druid. The mushrooms formed this symbiote relationship with Kai and now they help each other out and besties. He also is accidentally very morbid now as mushrooms are all about decay Kai is very comfortable with death and does not realize other people arent lol.Kai decided he had spent enough time in the forest and set out to go find his long lost twin that his dad told him about. However he has a difficult time in large crowds and dealing with people and takes a while to find her. When he meets up with clay the two are inseparable and become a very comedic and chaotic duo as both are unhinged on the opposite sides of the spectrum.

Vera. Shes basically the closest thing I have to a mary sue lol but I love her so much my unhinged little mad scientist. Basically grew in a rich family and was the top of her class for math and science. Got into a prestige university where she specialized in chemistry and biochemistry (im not a science major please dont judge my lack of science knowledge lol) and graduated top of her class. She is however a bit of a sadist and very curious so she often makes chemicals and viruses that could destroy humanity if she felt bored enough and likes to test it on anyone whos gullible enough to trust her. She even gets paid often to either make these dangerous chemicals or the cures for some. For her its not about the money its the science behind it. Big party girl loves to go to raves often gets dressed up in the best drip. Is up at ungodly hours chugging monster drinks like it water. You know she has that rgb gamer set up. Tried getting dark vision but her project backfired and now she just has glowing green eyes. (still cant see in the dark tho) just living her best life being a mad scientist and having fun with it despite how often she endangers her life and others lol

Quinn. She is high elf royalty however They hate their family (mostly her parents) so so much so she decides to run off and join the circus. Lol not really but they do become a famous jester who plays for all the royal courts across the lands. While they distract the crowds she likes to steal from them adding to her own collection of riches as a fuck you to their parents. They enjoy putting on performances as well for the children she visits when traveling around. She has a soft spot for kids. Otherwise a very standoffish personality who acts like they are above it all. Even tho she acts like that she is very, very lonely deep down and wishes they had even one friend who has their back. Oh yea absolute bisexual disaster, looses all sense of grace around whoever she finds attractive and becomes a rambling mess. Also she/they nonbinary, they like to fuck with gender presentation as a treat. i havent really fleshed them out more than that so yea lol.

gabriel, oh my poor gabriel I dont think of you that often. Basically hes a victorian british man who was happily married to his wife and was going to be a father but she falls deathly ill and tries to find this "cure(its vampirism)" that could save her, however things goes wrong and he ends up turning a vampire himself and the poor wife dies (no i did not fridge her i promise she has a backstory just im not putting it here) lives in his lonely home for hundreds of years isolated other than when he goes hunting for blood. Mopes around the place most of the time being a sad boy. Finds a vampire cat and now he has a cat. Eventually he finds a fellow vampire widow and they fall in love (I havent fleshed out the other vamp yet) and yea. I am not big into romance so I dont know why I wrote so much for gabriel so I tend to forget him as I dont care too much about his story lol hes mostly there so I can draw blood and cool victorian outfits.

OH MY GOSH! The happy dance-squealing sound combo I made when I saw this ask was absolutely insane. Buckle up because I am very excited, very caffeinated and going to write you a small novel in response!

I had way too much fun writing the whole piss segment, I too get extremely pee shy when there are people around and can hear it so I obviously had to inflict that on poor Fictional!Matty as well. In interviews from that era, Matty was also extremely passionate about Frozen, and Let It Go just seemed way too fitting 😂

Matty in 2014/2015 was tiny, at the time I don't think I even realized how tiny he was. But especially looking at pictures and videos of him now compared to then? Whoa. The man looked like a strong breeze would knock him over. Taylor during that time period, and Fictional!Taylor in my fic (who is a more dramatized version) was struggling with disordered eating and body images issues. Therefore, in my fic, she's hyper aware of those around her, and Fictional!Matty is skinny, boney, and as far as fictional!Taylor knows, basically living off of cigarettes, red wine, and Starbucks brownies, so obviously she is captivated by it. She had no idea that he's spiraling deeper and deeper into addiction. I think I had said it before, (and if I haven't I've at least told the Bestie) this isn't going to be a story where they make each other better. It's going to be one where they make each other worse.

IRL Matty during that era was a very outspoken Taylor Swift fan (before the whole putting his foot in his mouth thing about it being emasculating to date her) so my Fictional!Matty is obviously protective. He's still very much an up and coming artist at this point, and she's Taylor Fucking Swift in her 1989 era! He also has a little bit of a hero complex, we haven't seen it as much yet, since this fic is primarily from Taylor's perspective, but Fictional!Matty is an absolute disastrous mess and he is salivating at the chance to be the one to have it together, instead of having to constantly have someone else clean up his mess making him protective... And in terms of Fictional!Karlie, I hate to say it, but she is a model, and even if Heroin Chic wasn't necessarily all the rage in 2014 - it was still prevalent and influential enough that unlike my Fictional!Taylor, she knows what she's looking for and can clearly see the signs in Matty.

Taylor and George will be meeting in an upcoming chapter! It might not go the way that you're thinking or hoping though 👀

it’s hard, always, to talk when he’s like this. he’s not stuck anymore but it often feels like he is, no matter how many times flapjack presses care to his sides, thumps his massive doggy-head next to hunter’s small cardinal talons and repeats good boy! favorite boy! over and over again.

“scary?” flapjack asks. his tail thumps dully against the floor, where hunter’s hidden himself away in a corner of luz’s room. it’s just him here, today. that’s another thing he can’t stop thinking about. being left alone. being trusted like that.

“yeah,” hunter says, echoing, “scary.”

sometimes flapjack is better at emotions than him. or—always. always, flapjack is better at emotions than him. it’s…weird. he’s something like a daemon, isn’t he? isn’t his job to be good at this stuff?

“no jobs.” flapjack grins at him. “just us. together.”

“together,” hunter says. “i like that.”

2. Where Do You Go – Flor

she’s glowing, luz thinks.

it’s like—SHE’S SO PRETTY!! it’s all alight down her bond and luz doesn’t know what to do with ANY of it, and mari isn’t much better so she can’t talk, because—because—

we weren’t supposed to have any of this. mari’s frozen where alma’s curled and purring around her, stretching out and grinning up at luz, blue eyes sparkling. there’s low whale noises mixed with some sort of poppy song luz hasn’t ever heard spilling in from the kitchen, where gus and king have gotten into dj-ing with some of eda’s human things she’s letting them use.

and luz is here and amity is here too and it’s all—

we weren’t, luz agrees, and amity offers her a hand and she takes it, bouncing on her feet, wearing literally an outfit that is half-pajama, and amity’s still blushing, and so is SHE, and, mari, don’t be scared, don’t you see? we have this now!

3. Wake up – Eden

she offers him a hand.

“what.” hunter stares at it flatly. he’s been lying on her couch since he regained the ability to be in his body, all curled into himself with flapjack sprawled over him, heavy and crushing.

“it really sucked,” luz says. she doesn’t pull her hand away. mari’s perched on her shoulder as an owl, talons sliding down like they’re reaching for hunter. “all of that. didn’t it?”

hunter says, “sure. but—”

“and i dunno what to do with any of it,” says luz. “but you were there, too. and—and i don’t know. maybe you aren’t comfortable. maybe i’m not, or i shouldn’t be. but there was nobody else there but us two. and that has to mean something.”

flapjack lifts his head and hunter misses the added weight of it, but in return flapjack presses love you into hunter’s back with a paw, curling claws that scrape gentle against his back, and it’s stupid, and weak, but hunter needs it anyways.

“okay,” hunter says. flapjack presses his nose to luz’s hand. mari flutters down to take up position on hunter’s head, her talons knotting in his hair.

it should feel weird. bad. like something. that’s how it goes, isn’t it? daemon, palisman, whichever—they touch a human or a witch, and it’s overwhelming.

but hunter’s not any of those things, is he?

DISCUSSION

lets play a game called 'how much of this is still canon' lol. i think the answer is...not a lot! its really fun to see how much things have changed.

1: this is post hollow mind! ive always wanted hunter to stay at the owl house after it, 'cause for Reasons its after hollow mind he finds out hes more like a daemon--and since flapjack refuses to leave when hunter runs they sort of just pass out lol.

its so weird to see flapjack have dialogue!! flapjack has always been a silent character but originally i think i was going to let him sign...that sure has changed! as for Why he doesnt talk. (stares at most daemon aus) yeah i have some things im going to end up saying.

2: lumity!! awww there's not too many of them dnfgdfg and i dont have a whole lot to say on this one. i will say tho that lumity happens differently in the daemon au! i told myself that it happens when it feels right, which turned out to be in very different circumstances than in canon! but i like where it ended up.

luz and mari are doing so bad yall...its so funny to see luz this happy right now she is um. not <3 she n mari go the fuck through it and yes even their relationship with amity is hit by that, though things do look up.

3: oh my GOD this is super early post hollow mind stuff...the entire idea for this au was born with hollow mind and snowballed from there so no WONDER i was writing it first.

also! wow this is from when i was going to send all four of them into belos's mind lol. i decided that mind magic works where only daemons/palismen go in--so hollow mind is actually just hunter and mari, which is great, because, while luz and flapjack get along pretty well, hunter and mari fucking hate each other until they're bonded by the events of hollow mind. sort of hard to hate each other after that.

plz tell me abt ur wips

Im assuming this is about my art wips but!!!! I can't share those because its a birthday present and the person looks at my blog occasionally lol. All I draw/write about these days are ocs though. Theres at least 20 different sketches of lucifer specifically floating around. I did this whole thing last month where I kept drawing him as photos of awsten knight lmao

In terms of my writing though, I'm mainly working on three things right now [again all original work/oc stuff]

- This Time Last Year, its a breakup au between Giovanni [Anxious wreck of an engineer] and Miko [Loud + brash punk cartographer] where of course theyre exes and they're forced to get along during a Bachelorette party + wedding. Lots and lots of shenanigans, Miko is sorta dating Esme [sexy ambassador lady, tho bassist in this au] in the meantime but she's totally still into her ex, and Giovanni is an I.T guy that somehow became besties with a famous singer. Theres a solid side plot about Lucifer and Damien and them coming to terms with their relationship/them being more than friends with benefits. The first two chapters are actually already on ao3, but im rewriting ch2 and writing ch3 simultaneously.

- The Aptosis of a Supernova; Zombie au, my magnum opus that is still not written somehow. It has like one billion pages of plot in my brain. I can't possibly summarize it, but its mainly about Giovanni, Miko, and Damien, their struggles, and their relationships, and it cycles between their povs. Giovanni has to figure out how to reasonably survive as a pacifist in a zombie apocalypse, Miko learns to stop getting everyone collectively into danger, and Damien learns to let himself be around others and lean on people. Theres also a decent amount of content about Cynthia [Giovannis sister] and Alice [Mikos mom], and Lucifer, though he doesn't make an appearance until way later. Lots and lots of found family, people die, people murder, tragedy occurs, etc etc. Its a zombie apocalypse bad stuff happens. The first half of the story is about Miko/her moms traveling across the country to find her brothers who were shipped off to a military camp pre apocalypse, and they pick up Giovanni + his sisters along the way.

Im working on chapter 1 of it right now, and its almost done actually! Its super fun. I think Giovanni getting shot is the least eventful thing that happens in it.

- The third thing is just a fun lil Lucifer lore thing. I can't say a whole lot about it because its meant to be confidential [and alas the people who can't know about it also follow me][hi drrp] BUT its super fun to write. Lucifer in general is a fucking blast. Hes an asshole and a lunatic. I mean, being a daredevil is his entire shtick after all.

Im sure like none of this means anything to you because you have little to no idea who any of these characters are. but erm. I can also explain that too if anyone wants <3 I could go on for days about any of these guys really. But tysm for asking!!! <33

I had no idea it had so many seasons/movies!  That being Said. your character i couldn't find any youtube videos of him. So I had to ring it. (I could Only find the first episode for free.) Because I have No idea how fairies are hanging out with mermaids in the ocean lol I saw the evil three fairies. had some sort of magic around them to breathe. so im guessing that’s how the other did it too? if not. it's never good when Blossom, Flora, and Stella round you up. unexpectedly one morning to go on an "adventure" the last time they did that. you almost got suffocated by Fire. which. Is completely ironic since you a fire fairy and you have been able to control fire since you were four. but somehow your bestie Blossom screwed up and you swallowed a fireball. it was the first time you ever did that. and it gave you wicked heartburn for a week.

you were just glad that they were Plotting an adventure doing something fun. Vs what they have been trying to do for weeks. and that is to set you up with a guy.

you weren't against the idea of having a boyfriend. you loved seeing how all your friends were secretly madly in love. But you- you just Never met anyone in college that made your head turn twice. Or made your heart beat fast. The guys were great. but you prefer to focus on your studies and helping your friends and learning to be a guardian. Boys.. boys were just a great distraction that you didn't think about much.  Stella thought your standers were far too high because you read too many human books about Love. and that your ideal Match was Mr. Tinley from Northanger Abbey a Jane Austen charater. who was Best friend turned lover. which made the girls worried since you were friends with all thier boyfriends. but Flora mentioned how you thought Jace Lightwood was attractive. then she did research and realized.. another fictional charater and the girls realized your head was far to burried in the books of fiction and Romance to Notice or Care about Living breathing boys.

Which then Lead Flora to gather intell on your favorite fictional Crushes and compared them to real life people. a few were put on until Stella infromed her they were taken. out of 15. only one made stayed on the list after the girls did per interview trying to figure out if they were good enough for you.. Nereus . s a triton. He is the son of Neptune, the King of the Seas on Andros and of Ligea, Queen of mermaids. Which Only got him taken off the list due to pracitality but Flora said they should just try. and that lead to them. taken you to the ocean and using a magical Spell to Breath freely underwater.

Traveling to the mermaids kingdom was fun. You wanted to be a marine biologists your life you been obsessed with Whales. Which your mom always teases you about due to the fact you were terrified of things bigger then you. You were uneasy near horses. You loved elphants. But jn person they terrified you so you loving whales was funny.

That being said you never seen a large fish , the biggest fish you seen was a pike. You kept being side tracked on the journey by stopping every few feet to check out the sea life. Your friends kept having to swim back and drag you along. Flora was gleeful seeing your reaction to the underwater life. The happier you were the better you would be to Nereus.

It was all going to her masterful plan. Once arriving to the kingdom, your excitement was melting away. The formalities of visiting the kingdom was boring. You wanted to see a whale. And you can't see a whale in a kingdom.

Nereus wanted to do anything but greet the guests coming in. He had official business to do and greeting princesses were the last thing he wanted to do. Seeing the fairies swimming in he noticed you instantly. You were looking everywhere but at the castle or him. Nereus eyes lit up when your glance looked over at him. He felt as if you just pouched im in the gut, he never knew someone’s Y/E/C could sparkle so brightly as yours did. Flora introduced you to Nereus as you were polite and noticed the Handsome Mermaid Prince as you pulled on Stella’s arm after the greetings as you said you and Stella were going to find a whale. Nereus was left speechless as you Dragged Stella into the big open blue and waited. you weren’t sure if you would see a Whale. but you figured they are in the open blue vs the Castle. 

you swam a bit as Stella spoke, “Prince Nereus is handsome.” 

you nodded your head weakly, “Yea- he is. Oh, I wished I could of done research before we got here to see if Whales were even here this time of year.”

“I’m sure Nereus could have answered that.. if you didn’t drag me away!” 

you looked at Stella as you realized. He- or any of the mermaids you passed. You could have answered that question you’ve been pondering all day. “well, I got too excited about seeing a Whale, but I didn’t. I didn’t think.. should we go back?” 

Stella was about to suggest it till Flora and Nereus came swimming over as Flora asked how the Whale watching was going. 

“Are they even here during this time of year?” you asked Nereus whose entire body shot with electricity hearing your voice.  he never heard a more divine voice than yours. you looked at him curiously waiting for a response as Flora nudged him hard with her elbow as he spoke, ‘Yes.  yes, they are. I can take you to a spot?”  you smiled brightly nodding your head and saying sure as he swam over to you as he escorted you away. Stella and the girls stayed behind giving you one on one time. 

“you think she will like him?” 

“I dont know- she’s pretty dense- and I had no idea she had such a love for Whales.. could be 50 /50″ 

the girls sighed heavily at that.. only time will tell
