any Vernon bf thoughts? :) just read your other HHU headcanons and noticed he wasnt there yet...

damn so i have feelings for this guy. good to know good to know

one of the biggest things about vern is that he's chill asf. we all know this. but i think it'd travel into his relationship

genuinely just happy to be here bro. doesn't get weird about things -- respects and loves you and asks that you do the same, and that's kind of it for him

not suuuper big on pda, but will honestly kinda let you do whatever with him if you like pda LOL. probably won't initiate a lot but will definitely indulge if you do; feel like he def has limits but as long as you both feel comfortable

in private however ... i see him being a bit more touchy. just a lot more comfortable with initiating it. he'll usually put his arm around your shoulders or just grab for your hand, a few little kisses here and there

doesn't have an organized playlist for you but definitely has a list of songs that remind him of you

BIGGGG fan of movie nights and watching stuff with you; if theres a movie coming out soon that he wants to see he'll get tix for the theater and make a lil date out of it. or if theres one that you guys just want to watch at home, he's so down for cuddling up on the couch while it plays

you steal his shirts and hes like "cmon :/ i paid for that :/" LMAO but he'll never ask for them back

the idea of vernon in a kitchen um. kind of scares me. so while he doesnt cook without your supervision, he'll show his appreciation by cleaning up after you're done cooking... or you'll end up with take out lol

is so interested in hobbies you have. loves to see your works when you're done with them, if you feel comfortable showing him -- hypes you up in his own gentle way

i think when he's on tour or just away from you he'll send you pictures or videos of what he's doing... usually no caption. but it's sweet to know he's thinking about you

if you ask, he'll tell you all about the stuff he's currently working on. but like.. not in a way that will give you hints HAHA he's very meticulous about it, he wants it to be a surprise for you. when you asked him about black eye he was like "yeah the production was so fun to work on, the lyrics too. it's something i'm really proud of" and you're like Awe. but then you're like Let Me Hear It and hes like No

idek if he has his license (leaning towards no) but if you guys both happen to be free on a night, esp if you haven't seen each other in a while, hes always down for driving around and talking and sharing music. absolutely

making plans with him is soooo easy. will text you and be like "your place tonight? tacos? 6 pm?" and if it doesn't work hes just like "alright, tmr then."

doesn't Surprise visit you at work but he'll text u and be like "coming by" LOL. loves taking your break with you when hes able to

silently insists on paying for you anywhere at anytime for anything. will never really Fight you on it but you know better then to try atp. BUT HE ALWAYS IS LIKE "guess i'm paying again..." and you're like "i can do it" and he's like "absolutely not. put your card away."

we all know his gifts end up being So late but they're always very thoughtful and you know he tried with them, which is what matters most

u guys have matching bracelets i don't make the rules.

the more romantic songs he's written... some are definitely about you. you never have to ask, and vernon never says anything -- the songs speak for themselves, and you think you'd both know anyways.

pretends he doesn't know any of your frequented drink or food orders when you guys are together but then somehow remembers them perfectly when he gets takeout alone for the both of you

probably steals stuff of yours, like your bigger hoodies or shirts. will ask to borrow jewelry on occasion too

if he's having a rough time writing or getting a song started or just getting stuck on a certain part he'll always invite you to the studio. claims it helps. you think he just misses you

C!Phil Ramble

Phil is so, hard to talk about. Because like, his character is so subtle its really something that it built over time, but it's so there. And he is genuinely fuckin Devastating.

I've just got done transcribing some dialogue from both his discussion with Techno before Techno visits dream, and then I transcribed some dialogue where Phil asks Ranboo more about the experiments, and they are... painfully similar.

The thing that stands out is how, all Phil wants is for the people he loves to be careful, just to try to be safe. He asks for nothing more, the smallest thing, and he can't get it.

P: [Sighs] [Looks away] Alright, well T: [Pause] Alright. P: Be safe, just be safe alright? T: I’m off Phil P: Don’t take any unnecessary risks. [T pauses and looks away] P: Okay, alright. T: Yeah P: Bye mate…

[link to all transcribed dialogue, it was just practice for characterization/writing, so it plots some tone and eye line movement if it felt important, its not formatted to be captions]

And he knows he can't. He just has to watch again and again as his world crumbles again and again. It's this line that has been so consistent, he loses people to self destruction. He just cannot bear to lose people to the same mistakes, Like he states the reason he did doomsday is:

"People can't be replaced. I'm not losing.. anyone else. [pause] I'm not losing anyone else. Not to this bullshit. " {source]

And he will have to. He will have to and he just has to watch. Like maybe not to "This bullshit" but he will have to watch as the people he loves destroy themselves again and again. And he won't stop them.

You know I tend to view Phil as a morally complex character, and there are some principle's he seems to hold Very dearly to himself and one of those is he will not deny someone agency. Pretty much No Matter What. Its the reason he killed Wil, it's the reason he won't stop Ranboo's experiments, even if he can hear them at night, its the reason he didn't stop Techno going to visit Dream. And so he will not stop them, he will not stop them he just has to watch. AND THAT'S A LOT!

/// So much of his dialogue is genuinely so subtle, and idek if half of it is intended, but it so much of his like, fear and grief and emotions are in these, little things.

P: [Pause] So how long do I wait? 2-2 days? 3 days? A week?

In the face of it this is already a lot. He's asking how long he should wait till he read Techno's will, how long before he has to consider another loved one dead enough to read their will. But the context of knowing he had to decide how long he'd wait for Wil's letter, before he tried to intervene and check on Wil, and knowing he chose wrong just, adds to the weight of it

You get scars, if you, if you keep repeating too often, if the cut, if- if the- if, if it’s- if the- the pain, or the damage is too deep you get scars, Ranboo. And scars, scar tissue-

This is Phil trying to tell Ranboo how scars form, it's an attempt to communicate that scars are badly healed skin, its an attempt to tell Ranboo that he will have to hurt himself a lot to get the "resistance" he talks about. Which is again, already a lot. But the context of this conversation is it occurs directly after Phil sees Wilbur alive again, and suddenly these words about repeated injury, the focus on pain by accident, instead of how scars form, mean a lot more.

P: Mistakes can happen even if you don’t- [walks out the door past Ranboo] you don’t intend them to.

In the clip of this you can hear his voice break a little on "don't" and the context of it Wilbur just having thanked him for killing him is suddenly Pulled into view. Like these conversations he has where he is entirely IC are so fuckin, full of these things the seep through the cracks in ceramics we assumed to be in one piece.

Fuck I could go on and on. There's this book he writes about they day after NOV16 and about trying to find a way to bring Wilbur back, and it's so, quietly understated in its metaphors. Like the way he describes how he felt as "cold and guilty, torn apart from the inside out" and then he talks about how he's moved to a new place which is "is very nice, thought empty" and that he likes the ice because it reminds him of simpler times. And like man if that isn't something of a perfect little look into his relationship with grief and guilt. There's another time where he fails to save a fox from "drowning itself" (in his words) and it just, sets something off in him and he has to leave immediately. He says "everything that comes near me dies. I'm a terrible parent" and then later he says "I killed a fox just by being around it" and it is the most explicitly view we get into how Phil sees himself, like how he actually sees himself. And it's just like a line he says out of the blue but it's something that crops up so often. We see how much of shit he takes on, how much he assumes responsibility for those he cares about, how he sees himself in other peoples lives. As curse. And suddenly shit makes a lot more sense, he's scared of hurting the people he loves, of people getting hurt because he loves them.

like MAN, Phil is just such a wonderfully subtle character. He really is someone you have to experience by watching him over time. This sorta subtle shit is one of the reasons I started my clipping habit, because its so hard to evidence shit with him. Its so much more than the sum of the individual parts. I have so much more to say but i'll end this Absolute Mess of a ramble here. Philza fucking Minecraft, everybody

Kazuha x fem! Reader

Day 3 of writing for Kazuha until he comes home.

Warning: one suggestive line and that's it. Oh, and also inconsistent plot and idek where I'm going with this anymore lmao.

The air was stiff, moon fully out in the open. It was a rather lonely night on the ship, everyone asleep except for him and the caption - Beidou always made sure to take good care of her crew. And she considers him one of her own, even if she never directly said it. It was obvious.

Everyone else was asleep except for those two, and as he lays in his bed looking at the wooden ceiling, he wonders if he'll be able to sleep tonight. It was a calm night, nothing going on, no storms heading in on them. The sea monsters were not in the mood to play, to try and tear them all apart. It was a calm night.

There's a knock on his door, and for a moment, he thought he was hearing things. And then there's a second knock and a third, and he's off the bed, confused as to who would come to his room this late at night. Was it Beidou, checking in on him? No, that can't be - she's the one steering the ship. Imagine his surprised when he sees you at the doorway, loose sleeping garments on your form, along with a shawl loosely falling off your shoulders.

Kazuha blinks once, twice, thrice and his face turns red. If you notice this, you don't say anything about it.

"Sorry... I... I was worried, about you. You seemed down all day, and I just... Couldn't find it in me to check on you until now... I didn't wake you, did I?"

The concern and worry laced in your voice and on your face makes his stomach churn. He hated himself because what he had thought was...

"Ah... I was just... Remembering some things, is all. I'm better now, really. It's chilly out, you shouldn't have come in such light clothes... I could walk you back to your room, if you wish."

There's an awkward silence before it's broken by your giggles. He's caught off guard.

"Sorry, sorry, it's just... Um... I kinda forgot I was wearing my night gown... And uh, I guess I'm just being awkward now... Goodnight, Kazuha."

Part of him wants to stop you. To invite you inside his room, but then, wouldn't that give everyone the wrong idea? Even if it was just for a bit loner, he wanted you to stay. But he doesn't say anything other than,

"Goodnight, (name)."

however, 99.9% the gift is a plushie and the other 0.1% it’s a doll

(he literally bought a whole fkn barbie bc you owned a dress similar to the one the doll was wearing)

anyway, whether he is at the mall, in the town, in a gift shop or at the carnival, if he sees something that he knows you’d like or that reminds him of you, he’ll stop at nothing to get his hands on it

so he asked the lady running the stall if he could have it and she said it was all his, if he could get a ball into the basket 3 times in a row

and once he figured he couldn’t do it on his own, he got the bakusquad to help him out

(bakugo was all like ‘i’m not helping you, dumbass’ but kirishima convinces him to give it a shot and as soon as he misses on the third shot, he is livid.)

anyway, after an hour of holding up the line, the lady just gave the plush to kaminari for ¥1000

but it was all worth it after he saw how thrilled you were 🥺

you told him that they help you sleep and he just..died..

there is nothing she loves more than vibing with you in her room - whether y’all are studying, cuddling, playing videos games or something else - while chill music plays in the background, either from a playlist or from her playing it herself on one of her instruments

and sometimes when she’s feeling especially comfortable, she might hum a tune or sing some lyrics to match the mood

she asks you for suggestions for music to put on bc she loves introducing herself to new music

but when you’re concentrated, she doesn’t want to disturb you so she just puts on a playlist she made prior

she doesn’t create a new playlist each time you hang out but there is at least 10 new songs added to it every day

anyway, she just loves hanging out with you bc you’re one of the very few people who don’t annoy tf out of her

Sero loves spending as much time with you as possible - hence, he’s a quality time sorta person

but i also think he’s barely a quality time guy bc he expresses his affection in so many different ways

( not gift-giving, whenever it comes time to get you gift for whatever occasion, he’s always stumped and ends up asking someone for help)

he preforms acts of service in a sense that if you are both cuddling on the couch and you are cold - even if he seriously can’t be assed to move - he’ll force himself to get up and bring you a blanket

he is really good at compliments bc he barely has a filter so if he sees you looking good, he’ll straight up tell you

plus, he loves seeing your reaction - especially when you get all flustered

most of them are school related though

he can easily tell if you’re struggling with the coursework and asks you if you want go on a lil study date at the library or in his dorm

he also helps you with homework or explains the material to you if you don’t understand it

and he’s the best teacher since he’s extremely patient and well-spoken

if you’re feeling under the weather, he’ll head to your dorm to fetch your notebook so he can write the class notes for you

and he’ll put in the effort to make them as similar to your other notes as he can

so he flicks through the pages and (for example) if you have a highlighting code, he’ll look for the legend and highlight the notes he took accordingly

once school is over for the day, he goes to your dorm to drop off the notebook, putting it back in the respective part of your bag

and the next day when you open your notebook to check the notes, you notice that he wrote a little note for you;

‘get well soon 💛’

it was a simple, kind gesture but the small details like how he coloured in the heart with a glittery yellow highlighter he must’ve took from your bag had you blushing (^///^)

also, whenever you’ve scheduled a study date at his dorm, there is no way in hell you’ll walk into his room and there isn’t 2 bowls of fresh soba sitting on the desk

no way. impossible.

Katsuki Bakugo

he’s definitely a physical touch kinda guy but tries to be an acts of service man..y’know?

he doesn’t want you thinking that he likes hugging, cuddling, kisses or any of that none-sense bc..he is a big macho king explosion murder

and he knows that if he gets to comfortable with showing affection through physical touch, it’d become a habit then he might do it in public and the last thing he wanted was a rumour coming out that ‘king explosion murder is actually a huge cuddle-bug dork!’

so he hides it the best he can and expresses his love by like letting you wear his hoodie and not cussing you out when you do something stupid

but the fact is, nothing makes him feel better than holding you in his arms - under a blanket or not - with your face buried into his chest and your arm lazing draped over his shoulder

he usually does a good job at resisting his urge to randomly kiss you or take your hand in public

but there was that one time

luckily, it was on a date rather than on a school outing so it was only you who knows about it

it was probably around 6 months after y’all first started dating and he took you on a date to the carnival

there was a gang of boys who looked around a few years older than y’all and they were chatting amongst themselves until they approached the line you and Bakugo were waiting in (to get onto a ride at the carnival) and the group of boys stood behind you in line

at first everything was alright; they were just chatting while you were raving on about the ride to bakugo but he kinda tuned you out after he heard one of the guys say something along the lines of

“she’s kinda hot- a bit young but so fit. i think she’s from the UA too.”

that comment was enough to make his blood boil but a separate comment from one of the other guys tipped him over the edge,

“yeah and look at the guy she’s with. he’s the feral guy that needed to be put in chains at the sports festival - how embarassing.” he snickered, which was genuinely one of the most annoying noises bakugo has ever heard

his voice was low, in a whisper so they probably didn’t expect bakugo to hear it over the background noise of the carnival along with the girl yapping in his ear

but he did

and when i tell you this man was livid

in that moment he seriously considered just turning around and burning each and every one of those guys into a crisp

but the law-abiding citizen and hero inside him said no

instead, he fiercely snaked his arms around your hips to pull you into his chest and looked over his shoulders to shoot literal daggers at the guys

he led you out of the line for the ride in silence and you followed him without question - having heard the things those guys said but choosing to pretend as if you didn’t

“What was that about?” You finally asked as he brought you over to a bench, pulling you onto his lap

“Nothing.” He said, oddly calm as he stared into the void

“Okay.” You rolled your eyes, deciding not to pry as you obviously already knew what provoked him to do that. “I’m gonna go get some cotton candy then. Do you want some?”

“No.” He replied monotonously, allowing you to hop off his knee but immediately grabbing your hand, preventing you from going any farther than arms length from him.

“you needy cow.” you giggled, playfully kicking his shin, “I’m so hungry - let me go!”

“No.” He replied in the same monotone voice. “I can’t be assed to move.”

You leaned back, pulling your whole weight backwards to try get Bakugo to release his grip on your hand and eventually he gave in and got up, sluggishly following you to go get cotton candy

you gleefully popped some of the delectable fluff into your mouth before sneaking some into bakugo’s mouth too.

“are you gonna let go of my hand any time soon?” you asked, wanting to hold the bag of cotton candy for yourself but instead having one hand interlocked with his and the other being used to rip small pieces off as Bakugo held the bag in his spare hand

“No.”

definitely a words of affirmation kinda guy

bc he knows what it’s like to have to go through life with barely anyone besides your mother telling you that your great and that you’re worthy. it’s depressing and traumatic and he wouldn’t wish that misery on his worst enemy

so he’s like your personal hypeman :)

making sure that you always feel appreciated, confident and loved

during the sports festival or anything similar, he’s always louder than the cheerleaders when it comes to your turn to shine

but like ‘omg you walked into his dorm wearing a new dress and you look really beautiful and you smiled at him so emotions wash over him and he just cries bc he realises how lucky he is to have you.’

he loves to receive words of admiration from you too though

one time you wrote him a birthday card and signed it off as ‘the future wife of the #1 pro-hero’

and as badly as you wanted to just sign it as ‘from the future pro-hero 😘’

➵➵➵A/N: I hope this is something along the lines of what you were wanting! I had a lot of fun writing this!!

You spent a lot of time with Jungkook, he'd been your best friend since you were kids, you grew up together because your parents were friends with one another so it was no wonder that you spent most of your time with him or your boyfriend of two years, Kim Seokjin. Jungkook had been the one to introduce you to Jin you'd gone to the dorms for Jungkook's coat and he introduced to everyone in the apartment at the time which was Jin, Namjoon and Yoongi, you instantly took an interest in Jin right away because you'd always loved older guys and he'd been kind to you the whole time you were in the apartment. Jungkook had fun teasing you about it for the first three years, promising never to tell Jin the truth because of how embarrassing it would be for you and for him but once Jungkook noticed Jin taking an interest you, he knew he had to do something. His version of doing something, however, was locking you both in a studio alone together without your phones forcing you into talking to one another for hours until Jungkook found it a reasonable time to come and let you out. Resulting in both you and Jin admitting your feelings for one another and Jin asking you out on a date, both of you promising to kill Jungkook for locking you away as if you were two children.

"Jin I'll be fine, it's just bungee jumping." You said one morning as you rushed around the shared apartment you had with Jin, he followed behind you trying to stop you from going but there was nothing he could say or do that would stop you. You and Jungkook had always loved doing adventurous things and this was something you'd been wanting to tick off your bucket list for years.

"Have you thought it through?!" He asked like a worried parent as you found your jacket and slipped it on, you nodded and looked out of the living room window, Kookie was sitting in the car waiting for you.

"I'm always fine remember, I'll be home before you know it with another killer story." You giggled running for the door only stopping when you caught a glance at Jin in the reflection of the window. You stopped and turned around, walking over to him and wrapping your arms around his neck, bringing your forehead against his and smiling.

"I love you." You whispered standing up on your toes so you could kiss him, his arms protectively wrapped around your waist and dragged you closer to his body. He wanted nothing more than to be able to keep you there with him, but he knew how much you'd been wanting to go on the bungee jump. You'd talked about nothing else this week except for that and who was he to stand in your way.

"Go, have fun." He chuckled letting you go and watching from the front door as you sprinted down the steps to Jungkook who was yelling goodbye to Jin. This week had been full of fun things you'd been together since they had the week off, it started off with Zorbing, the next day was rafting, go-karting, paragliding and now you were going bungee jumping, everything you and Jungkook had been dying to do since you were teenagers and now you had the chance to do it, you weren't going to say no.

Jin should have been used to all the times you went out with Jungkook and came back with horror stories, it'd been happening since the moment you started dating. You were always off doing crazy things together, sometimes dragging Jin along for the tamer things like paintballing and Go Karting. You were always coming back covered in cuts and bruises but nothing major, you were always careful when you went out, you knew how to look after yourself and it was nothing big. It didn't stop Jin from worrying all day though, wondering what you were doing until you text him or sent him a video of you getting put into the harness,

"See safe!" You yelled down the phone, Jungkook dancing behind you and making Jin chuckle at you both.

"We're going paintballing after, do you want to come?" You asked down the phone as you waited for your turn to go jumping, Jin looked at the clock on the wall,

"I promised Namjoon I'd go to lunch, maybe another time though." You hummed and looked over at Jungkook who was waving you over,

"I have to go, I'll see you after paintballing. I love you! Have Fun with Namjoon." You hung up the phone before Jin could tell you he loved you too but he smiled at how giddy you were being to go and bungee jump.

The day had gone by so fast that Jin hadn't had the urge to check in with you, only checking his phone to see the occasional photo of you and Jungkook then he would see them on the BTS twitter with a cheesy caption, the fans had loved you since you were introduced in a video with Jungkook, though none of them knew about your relationship with Jin they all had their suspicions about it. Always screenshotting photos of Jin staring at you in videos, or catching you out together without Jungkook there but the paparazzi played it off as that you were just close friends with each member.

"They having fun?" Namjoon asked from across the table and Jin nodded showing him the video of you and Jungkook from that morning,

"They both take ten years off my life every time they hang out," He grumbled pushing play on the video,

"Jungkook did it upside down?" Namjoon asked nearly choking on his drink as he watched the second video that you'd sent Jin, it had you dying in the background laughing as Jungkook went upside down on the bungee jump.

"He's insane." Jin groaned laughing along with you in the video, he put his phone down onto the table and went on to tell Namjoon about what you'd been doing that week when his phone started ringing, he stared at your name and answered it,

"Hello?" Namjoon stared at his phone as it lit up with Jungkook's name and they both frowned.

"You're where? Y/n? You're breaking up...I can't hear you." Jin said down the phone to you but you couldn't hear him either, all he could hear from you was his name and a cry.

"Y/n?!" He yelled but the phone line went dead and Jin turned to Namjoon who was shaking his head, apparently getting the same bad connection with Jungkook as Jin was with you.

"I'll call her back, get the car," Namjoon said getting up from the table and paying for the food, dialling your number but getting your voicemail.

"It's Namjoon I'm with Jin, call me when you get this." He said in a hurry, hanging up and trying Jungkook's number but he got nothing with him either.

"They're probably just out paintballing and lost connection," Namjoon said trying to calm down Jin who looked like he was about ready to throw up as they walked to find the car.

"She was crying down the phone, fuck. I never should have let her go this morning." He grumbled unlocking the car and getting inside.

"Not a big deal?! NOT A BIG DEAL?!" Jin screamed at you and Jungkook as you sat across from him sitting there like two children who were being scolded by a teacher. Namjoon stood by the door and shook his head at you both,

"You rang me in tears and then I couldn't get to you!" You watched as Jin began pacing in front of you, something he did a lot when he was going to go on a long rant in front of you. Jungkook stared at him nervously and you looked down at the floor.

"You're in a fucking hospital and it's not a big deal?!" He yelled again and you bit down on your lip, staring at the cast that was around your wrist and then back up at Jin nodding your head.

"It wasn't as bad as it sounds," You tried to say with a smile but Jin was serious about this and you stared at the floor again,

"It was an accident, she slipped from the rock-" Jin held his hand up not wanting to hear it from either of you again,

"Jungkook it's on!" You screamed climbing one of the rocks in the park and aiming the gun at him, shooting him in the chest and laughing as he died on the floor.

"Fuck!" You screamed your foot slipping on the rock, you didn't expect to fall forward off the rock but you did, landing on the gun and snapping your wrist in a clean break.

"Shit! Y/n!?" Jungkook screamed dropping the gun from his arms and sprinting in your direction, you were on the floor screaming and crying out in pain, your arm was already turning a purple colour despite only happening a couple of seconds ago and you were whimpering when Jungkook went to touch you,

"We have to call Jin and Joon," He told you as you walked to find the exit of the paintball area, you were clinging to Jungkook with your good arm while trying not to bang your other one.

"Look how pretty I made her cast though..." Jin stared at you both clearly not finding any of the story funny and he definitely didn't find the fact that in the time you were waiting for Jin and Namjoon to come and get you Jungkook had turned your cast into Iron Man's arm.

"It's pretty cool Jin, admit it." You said poking him with your finger and he licked his teeth,

"Joon take Jungkook to get something to eat, he looks famished," Jin said through gritted teeth, no one said anything as they left the room and you looked at the floor. Now you really did feel like a child that was getting into trouble. You felt the bed dip as Jin sat down next to you on it and you sighed,

"You can't be mad at Kookie, I climbed the rock on my own." You whispered to him, leaning your head on Jin's shoulder and sighing as he looked down at you.

"I'm not mad at either of you, I just- I was so worried when you called me and then I couldn't get back through." You didn't think about how much it would have affected him, you just assumed he would know you would be fine.

"I'm sorry Jin, I tried to get back through but the signal was awful out there." He turned you to look at him and he sighed looking at the cast, chuckling a little finding it funny now that he'd calmed down a little more.

"You and Jungkook are the reason stylists have to keep dying my hair, giving me greys." He joked poking your cheeks before he gave you a quick kiss on the lips.

"Does this mean I get to spend the rest of the week alone with you?" He questioned as he lifted up your broken wrist and you nodded,

"Does it mean you get to be my nurse and nurse me back to full health?" You joked getting up from the bed as the nurse walked into the room with your discharge papers.

"It means I get to look after you until you're fully healthy." He whispered in your ear as you signed the papers, making you giggle as you felt his breath on the back of your throat. Jungkook came back into the room holding up ice cream for you and Jin,

"This doesn't make up for you breaking my girlfriend." He warned taking the ice cream for the younger member and walking out of the hospital with you both.

"So when are we going paintballing again?" Namjoon smacked him around the back of the head and you both giggled.

suicidal idle animation (as in, after years of depression my brain sometimes defaults to this even if it's without cause, intention and also deeply pathetic) under the cut

idek whether it's because i'm stuck writing right now but would actually like people to like what i (haven't yet) written (fml) or whether it's the possible minor social faux pas i committed yesterday on a discord server i just signed up to that triggered the old "bad at socialising, no-one likes you, die" instincts but i would quite like to die rn. i'm sewing some patches i just got onto new comfy trousers i also got today and i should be excited about that. or about writing. maybe i should take promethazine and go sleep? it's not like tomorrow is guaranteed to be better but also, this current suicidal spell is annoying. not even suicidal about climate change and my complicity this time but just, "i'm bad at socialising and terrified of everyone i've ever talked to, i will do something wrong. die."

also i realize i'm currently sewing a rainbow captioned "fuck off" onto the comfy fatigues which should be considered conflicting signalling re: desperation to be liked but also, i'd like to be liked by people liking rainbow fuckoff patches & additionally would rather be disliked for rainbow fuckoff patches than for making people uncomfortable by violating social norms i don't understand

Why Zarry?

Zayn had nudes of Harry on his phone. He accidentally tweeted it once with the caption "Enjoying my view ;)" but took it down. The pic is still on the internet, it's not that hard to find. And he also said that he accidentally sent a nude of Harry to a group message of 6 people. They also used to post joking-lovey shit about each other on twitter too, like comfortable "bromancey" stuff that you only do when you really click with someone.

Probably the most convincing thing about Zarry is the fact that even though Zayn and Harry were super close, as much if not more than they were with the other boys, when Zayn left he said in an interview "I never spoke to Harry even while I was in the band, so I never expected much of a relationship with him". I think til this day, they have never cleared up in any interview whether or not they actually talk to each other, and I think Harry only started following Zayn's twitter again in 2017 (Zayn left 2015). Even Liam was confused and said he was never aware that Zayn and Harry were never friends.

This basically means Zayn is straight up saying bullshit lol. Why exactly would he (kind of vehemently) deny a relationship, even if it was only a bromance, if he wasn't bitter about something? And if they were "never close" how could you even be THAT bitter about something to the point that you're trying to deny that you ever had a relationship to begin with? The fact that he's lying speaks volumes. Zayn first got in touch with Liam, Niall shook his hand at music award (he kind of wasn't expecting it and was shook) and they're okay now, and Louis' late mom kind of forced both of them to reconcile because it was her last wish. Literally the only person that's up in the air is Harry, and NO ONE has anything bad to say about Harry (except tswift but she's irrelevant). Zayn is the only other person ever that I know of who has come close to shading Harry in a weird apathetic way. No one knows why, no one asks them why.

There's a lot more stuff though (like A LOT) and it's still going tbh. Like 2017, before Harry's tour, he was promoting his album. He blanked out his instagram and posted 3 empty squares on March 25 (exact same date Zayn left the band and released his official statement that he's quitting). Back in 2016, Zayn did THE EXACT SAME THING when he released his album (blank instagram, 3 empty squares, on March 25). After Harry did this, Harry posted a teaser of him walking out through a smoke screen, and ON THE NEXT DAY I swear to god, I'm not making this up, Zayn tweets "Clouded in your love, but I'll follow it". They did this during a time where they were supposedly NOT talking to each other.

To add to this, Harry's songs are so fucking... omfg almost every song on his album relates to his relationship with Zayn in some way, like its all about sad, bittersweet love, sexual experimentation, losing someone, not communicating enough in a relationship, having arguments. And small aside, Harry has never had a serious girlfriend that we know of so idek where all this sad, hurt boy persona is coming from if you're looking at his "girlfriend" track record. And he's been writing songs like this since Zayn left the band (listen to If I Could Fly). He chose to cover this song called "Girl Crush". It's about a girl, who has a crush on another girl, who took her man away from her. The lyrics are like "I want to taste her lips cause she tastes like you", "I want her long blonde hair, I want her magic touch, so maybe then, you'd love me just as much", he uses female pronouns, and Zayn has been dating blondes (Perrie and Gigi).

Harry also wrote his own song which he says is "the most honest song on his album" called From The Dining Table, and in this song he's crooning over some lost significant other, the lyrics are like "We haven't spoke since you went away, comfortable silence is so overrated" and "Woke up to a girl who looked just like you, I almost said your name". Harry was dating Kendall at the time.

This isn't even the tip of the iceberg. If you want to ruin your life over IRL pinning, get into Zarry lol. I don't ship real people, and even when I do, I'm always conscious of the fact that they're not actually in a relationship and I only ship for fun and aesthetic. But JFC Zarry makes it really hard to think that way when there is literally too many coincidences. It's also worth mentioning that Zayn's songs also parallel Harry's. Harry's motif is always "call me pls, I miss you" (He sings 1D songs in his concerts and he actually said "I miss you" on his tour after singing Zayn's part) and Zayn's lyrics are all over the place, but a couple of his songs have "I wanted to call, but I didn't" (Too Much ft Timbaland, it's recent) and they both have this weird "affair and cheating, I'm addicted to you" theme thing going on. Harry's is more "I want u, I want u", Zayn's is more "I want u, but I cant have you, I dont know what I want, life is hard".
