Hunter lost almost everyone.

He was the big brother, the protector, the leader. He knew every member of his team; he was confident, skilled, knowledgeable; he knew how to coordinate every mission assignment according to each individual's strengths and weaknesses to ensure success.

Yet he couldn't convince Crosshair to come back.

He couldn't commit the entire squad full-time to the cause Echo wanted to join.

He couldn't stop Tech from falling - Tech, who always had plenty of ideas but ultimately followed Hunter's orders, had fallen after Hunter had given him the go-ahead to fix the rail car.

He couldn't stop Omega from being taken, and then he couldn't even find her.

Wrecker was the only one left. Hunter, once a sergeant of an elite squad, had no squad left to lead. And it's easy to see that he blames himself for this.

But then Omega came back, and she brought Crosshair with her. His family started to come back together... and then Omega was taken again.

He's not losing them. Not again.

All this to say - after everything he has been through, after all of his losses, Hunter NEEDS to have a win and get to see his squad, his family, all back together again.

Hunter NEEDS a happy ending.
