Hey everyone, long time no type!

My health is still shit, yes it’s bullshit...but maybe things are looking up? Writing-wise I mean. I’m starting to get back into the writing mood and I’m excited for it! So, without further procrastination, here’s some fun Dragon AU Fatgum!

It was almost comical if it weren’t for the fact that you would have to come face to face with your new owner solo for the first interaction.

As much as you despised the man that dragged you everywhere, you could at least appreciate not being shoved into a room with someone you didn’t know, all alone, each time you were sold off.

“You can either send the girl in alone and get paid shortly, or we will simply inform our king that you are a distrustful coward with no respect for him. Which will result in your death, I promise you that.” The guard’s harshly spoken words made you more nervous than you already were, a shocking feat in itself, moments before your handler reluctantly held out the chain that kept you by his side obediently; giving you a harsh glare while mouthing one simple word. “I expect her back if he changes his mind” The words made you cringe while the guard that now held your restraints rolled his eyes, sparing you not even a single glance as he opened one of the ginormous doors that concealed what you could only assume to be the throne room from the main hall.

“That is entirely up to our…” The conversation behind you disappeared entirely as you were pushed into the room, your chains now hanging from your collar and laying on the hard ground; scraping against the marbled stone floor when you shifted your position.

The room felt impossibly large to you as you looked around, trying to absorb it all while simultaneously attempting to locate the man that possibly owned you. Perhaps you would be able to zone out whatever activities that he had planned for you, it would all depend on what you would have to endure.

“You must be her…the woman I’ve awaited the arrival of”

The deep, husky voice drew your attention immediately. Your eyes flickering from one side of the room to the middle, where a large throne sat; accented by only a simple side table with a few hard to distinguish items on it. Items that you cared little for so long as they weren’t something to be used on you.

“It’s a pleasure to meet you, my King. I am (Name)...and I’m not a human” You spoke softly, dipping your head as you curtsied to the massive king that continued to observe you through a disapproving gaze.

“If not a human, what then? Your master advertised you as such…are you saying that I was lied to?” The deep snarl of anger echoed around the room, the sound piercing your very soul; suffocating you with a previously forgotten fear for your life. Whatever you had been thinking, revealing your masquerade as a human to your new owner, had been a mistake.

“I, I am a half-breed. Part dragon. Your highness.” The words fell from your dry lips in a stuttered-out mess, regret lacing your tone while you dipped your gaze to avoid the burning stare of a now angry king; your mind scrambling to think of a way to appease his temper without getting yourself into more trouble.

“Come here.”

You tried your best to not flinch at his command, approaching him as he had ordered; stopping only when you found yourself between the legs that he had uncrossed while you had approached. One of his large hands closing around the chain that connected to your collar, a deep rumble resounding through his chest.

“Tell me this, little half breed. If I free you of this seal, would you devote yourself to me? Body and soul?” You stared at the king silently for a moment, allowing your gaze to drift to the hand that held your biggest problem; the entire reason for your slavery. His dangerously tempting question coiling around you, tighter than the chains that bound your blood. Your power.

“My king” You paused, reaching up hesitantly to touch his well-muscled arm while dropping down to your knees between his legs; staring up with an intensity that had his eyes glowing with interest; your kneeling form of desperation reflecting back at you through his golden orbs.

Yet, for the first time in your life. You didn’t feel disgusted with the sight, it didn’t make you want to scream until you had no air left to give. It felt like a second chance at life. An opportunity.

“If you free me, my King. I would do anything you ask of me; you would have my body and my soul with just a glance…I am yours if you wish it” You let the words spill free of your mouth, desperately holding onto the arm that offered you everything you ever wanted, everything that you had ever dreamed of.

“Then you are mine, and should anyone ever dare to touch what is mine, I will slaughter them at your feet. My new queen.” Taishiro moved his hand from the chains to the collar around your throat, flexing his muscles only briefly to destroy the cursed collar; all the binding seals dispersing immediately, causing a rush of power to slam into your body without warning. Fatgum x (F) Reader: Fantasy AU PT1

(PT1) Wedding Night.

((Author’s note: This is loosely inspired by Under the Oak Tree and I will admit that up front.

Trigger Warnings: Fluff, SFW, SLOW BURN this is gonna have multiple parts and I intend to slowly build up a beautiful, strong, healthy, and stable relationship.

You have been betrothed to the Golden knight. The renown champion of the realm, friend of the dragons. The people’s hero. You as the reader are a lower nobleman’s daughter and have been betrothed to Taishiro to symbolize the union of your homeland to his newly established stronghold in the mountains. You can’t help but wonder if you are worthy of him.

The light poured in from the many windows. Colours illuminated her veiled face from the stained glass behind the altar, the guests whispered and stood agape as the chapel filled with song. The upper floors were filled with a large choir, their voices only adding to the ethereal atmosphere. She walked with no one at her side but those closest to her walked ahead of her in procession, slowly filling the seats to one side. Her eyes slowly lifted to the ceiling to look at the beautiful crystal chandeliers that caught the light and made sunspots dance. The ceiling and walls were painted with intricate images of angels dancing among the clouds, the pews were polished wood, the carpet was red. (--) felt her heart racing, doing everything she could to look everywhere but the altar. Anywhere, focus on anything but the man that would soon stand before her. They had only met once, when her father offered her hand. They were not permitted to even speak to one another. Eventually her entourage opened the way for her to finally stand before the altar. Then, and only then did she look.

Her heart skipped a beat as she gazed upon him, His armor was well polished and reflected the many lights and colours of the room. Taishiro, he walked down the couple steps towering over her to offer his arm. It was expected of him. This was an obligation, wasn’t it? She thought to herself, but his eyes seemed to contradict all she had been told. That this marriage was beneficial, ceremonial. That it meant nothing. As he reached his arm towards her, (--)’s heart skipped a beat. He was smiling, it made his face look so soft and kind. Her eyes finally met his, and they were as warm as his smile.

Taishiro could hardly breathe, his nerves a bust as he stood beside (--). She looked beautiful, was he even permitted to think such a thing? He felt his heart grow heavy as she looked away and turned to the priest. “Surely, she agreed to this only out necessity? It is simply only her duty...” He took a deep breath. “As her to be husband...I only wish her happiness.” He saw something in those eyes of hers, and he longed to explore it. To learn the stories that were behind them and how life shaped that hypnotizing gaze. However, if her happiness meant that the closest he could be was at an arm’s length, then it would be so.

“You may kiss your bride.” The old priest announced with a bow.

(--) turned to face him, her fingers twisting the beautiful ring that now adorned her hand. She suddenly looked up in surprise, his large calloused hands taking hers with such a gentleness that she had never known. He was still smiling, his touch made a tickle run down her spine. He leaned forward, her heart racing with apprehension as their families cheered and sung together. Once again he surprised her, leaning to her ear. “If you permit me, may I?” He whispered, there was no hiding the hopefulness in his voice, but his question was so earnest and sweet. Her nerves ebbed away ever so slightly and she looked into his eye as he drew back to steal another longing gaze. (--) smiled, and he felt himself grow weak.

“Yes...you may.” He gently held her face with a shaky hand. It was as though he already knew every curve of her as he gently brought her close, his kiss was light and left her feeling guilty for wishing it had been longer as he left the smallest, sweetest kiss on her lips. They left the church in a grand parade towards her parent’s estate to join the festivities, and for the rest of the night as (--) danced with him her heart grew heavier and heavier. “This is only an obligation...that is all he thinks of this isn’t it?” She didn’t know what to do, things were moving far too quickly. Wasn’t it dangerous, to fall in love so fast?

The party dragged well into the night and (--) felt that she would pass out from the heat, waiting for a moment of respite. She found her way to the gardens, where she had spent much of her formative years. Often when her parents held parties, she would escape here. Walk by the pond, and watch the bees fly amongst the flowerbeds. She lay back in the grass, looking up at the stars as her dress billowed about her. (--) removed her shoes, breathing deeply. The snow was finally gone, the dampness dried up from warm sunny days but the air still clung to the chill in the evenings. She remained outside until she heard the music starting to die, and with it her heart sank as she walked back to the castle. Her stomach was tying itself into knots, she looked hesitantly into the ballroom. He was speaking to her guardian, unable to hear what they were saying but a part of her guessed it.

More marital obligations.

(--) Found the nearest servant and requested they inform Sir Taishiro that she would be in their room if he needed her. As she made her way to the room, her heart was pounding, her hands shaking as she opened the grand door. The room was warm from an already lit fireplace, beeswax candles scented with lavender made her feel somewhat more eased but she still felt dizzy with worry. Two handmaidens that were waiting for her. Silently they helped (--) get out of her wedding attire and into a comfortable nightgown. One of her own, but for the first time she noticed how thin the fabric was. How exposed her chest and neck felt. She got under the blankets and thanked the two ladies, insisting they could take their leave and she would be alright on her own.

Taishiro went to the armory, his brows knit together. “Sir Tai?” A young man called. He felt at ease to see a familiar face, smiling.

“Ah there you are Tamaki...I didn’t see you at the festivities after the ceremony.” Tamaki, his apprentice immediately came forward to start removing the ceremonial armor. He chuckled.

“I don’t much care for parties.” He shrugged, carefully twisting out the bolts and sliding off the leather straps. “What do you think Taishiro?” Tamaki asked, putting the armor pieces one by one onto the work table. He rubbed his tired face, thankful to stretch properly. He pulled off the chainmail underneath himself, his yellow tunic loose on his soft body.

“I think...that she is beautiful, and I only hope that she wants to know me as much as I long to know more of her...” Tamaki nodded, taking the chain mail and carefully putting it on the table.

“Well, tell her that...when the time is right, you both have a long future together.” He smiled, “take your time and show her all the kindness in the world.” Taishiro chuckled.

“You are wise beyond your years, thank you Tamaki.” He left the armory, and as he found himself at the staircase he saw a young woman waving, one of the servants.

“Her ladyship awaits in the bridal chamber, she retired earlier.” She bowed then went about her business before Taishiro could even properly thank her. He went up the steps, his own heart racing as he approached the door.

When he opened the door he was surprised that the candles still burned, bathing the room in a soft glow. She was sitting up in bed, looking out the window and lost in thought. He had opened the door quietly in case she was asleep and she had not yet seen him. Taishiro stepped back, his face burning. “What do I do?” He thought, without even thinking he suddenly knocked. Making (--) her attention to the door. “Hello?” She called hesitantly. He cleared his throat and approached.

“uhm, (--)? Forgive me I should have knocked before opening...I uhm...may I come in?” He wanted to kick himself, they were married he should probably just go in but...that felt so rude. His nerves eased as she offered him a sweet smile and nodded. He was unsure if he was overthinking it but, she seemed tense to him. Maybe she was just as nervous as he was. He politely bowed, entering the room. He didn’t think much of it, but he kept his back to her, just wanting to take off his smelly tunic.

When he removed the tunic, the light bouncing off his soft looking bare chest her heat skipped a beat, and she slowly lowered her gaze. Every part of her trembled. “He...expects this of me?” She looked back up, he still wore his trousers, rummaging through his trunk of clean clothes. “I...well, that is my duty is it not?” She could barely breathe as she slid her legs our from under the covers to sit on the edge of the bed. Her fingers lifted to the buttons of her nightdress. She she undo them? Or wait did he want to? (--) felt sick to her stomach, did...did she even want him to? Did she even want this? She wanted to run, run as far and fast as she could. Her fingers struggled with the buttons as she continued to tremble.

She had only undone the top button when those familiar hands took hers. (--) looked up, and he was kneeling beside the bed, his eyes looking into hers. “You’re shaking like a leaf...” He lowered his gaze, caressing her hands and just looking at them. As though he were memorizing their every detail before looking into her eyes again. “I am your husband...you are my wife, by title and ceremony yes however I believe there should be more to a marriage than duty, obligation and rules...” His thumb continued to run circles along her knuckles. He knew it, she was so nervous. Only a few hours they had shared, and already his heart ached to see her like this.

“I could hardly call myself a man if I brought on you such fear...” He hesitantly lifted a hand to her face. “I am your husband...and that means to me, that your happiness and safety are something that I must protect with the same ferocity that I use to safeguard our people.” (--) listened carefully, her shoulders finally loosening, her breaths free. “So, I swear to you that only when you permit me, when you are ready...we will share those more intimate experiences of this journey.” (--) could hardly speak as tears of relief silently poured down her face. He took her hand and placed on it a gentle kiss before he finished getting ready for bed. He blew the candles out for them, making sure the fire wasn’t too large before he too went to sleep.

19. Favourite character(s) to draw? It’s such a fascinating thing to learn what character an artist has a particular affection for. They always embed a little bit of themselves into said character, whether they realize it or not!

(For the Artist Ask Game back in March) Here's some free samples of other characters I adore! Junkrat and Roadhog, back when I used to play a ton of Overwatch. As far as I can remember, I adore the OW cast as a whole, but these two are among my top favorites (I was a Junkrat main because I can't aim to save my life). And yes, I ship these trashy boys together.

Kirby, Meta Knight, and King Dedede. I haven't drawn this set of characters as much as I would've liked (nor have I played the games yet, aside from Kirby Fighters 2), but they're a lot of fun to think about! I've also enjoyed more Metadede fanfics than I'd like to admit.

Kris and Susie from Deltarune. I also ship these two, in part due to the personal associations made with someone I was very close to once. One sketchbook has a back section dedicated to pages of these characters. Maybe someday I'll post those old drawings, if and whenever Deltarune gets a big update in the future.

Aizawa and Fatgum from My Hero Academia. Also another ship, and I'm so not sorry. I haven't kept up with the anime lately, but it makes me happy thinking about a stinky, sleepy stoic in the arms of a big, warm teddy bear of a man.

I don't know what kind of personality of mine you can infer from these characters, but I'd like to hear your thoughts!

If I wasn't so keen on maintaining a polished and consistent look for my art blog (which, let's be honest, I've done a terrible job with), I'd be posting more fandom art alongside personal projects and solemn art of sad/angry dragons.

Summary: Being transgender and working with idiots can be really hard, but luckily you have the softest boyfriend ever.

Warnings: Mentions of dysphoria, talk of binding, people being dicks, mentions of food, let me know if i missed anything that should be a warning.

A/n: So little background, one this takes place shortly after the Shie Hassakai raid, so Taishiro is in slim form. Two I wrote this because recently at work I’ve been having a lot of trouble with people misgendering me even after having conversations with management about my identity. It's getting better but still feeling kinda shitty. Anyway, enjoy this comfort fic and let me know if you like it. Also, requests are open just check my rules and character list and feel free to ask for anything.

Today was by far one of the hardest I’ve had in a long time. I just wanted to go to bed and not get up for anything. I spent the entire day at work being misgendered by coworkers, and customers, this really did a number on my gender dysphoria and self esteem. Every Time I was called ma'am, or heard someone refer to me as her or she I felt like all of the work I have done to pass as masculine was for nothing. I know I shouldn’t let these things get to me because people can be dicks but it still really hurts, especially when I've told coworkers multiple times that my pronouns are they/them or he/him, and they keep ignoring my wishes.

My only relief is when I get to go home to my lovely partner Taishiro Toyomitsu. We’ve been together for the past couple of years and he has been supportive the entire time. He has been with me since before I started transitioning and didn’t even bat an eye when I finally came out and decided to transition. Tai always knows what to say when I’m having a bad day, and supports me in every way that he can. I don’t know where I would be If I didn’t have him.

That’s why I was so relieved to arrive home to find him relaxing on the couch with take out from our favorite restaurant down the road. It’s like he knows when I’m having an off day before we even talk. I took my shoes and coat off, setting them by the door before plopping down on the couch leaning on his shoulder. While I enjoy the warm cuddles I get from him when he’s in his fat form, I enjoy being able to lean on his shoulder without struggle.

“Hey dumpling, you want to talk about it, or just eat dinner?” Tai asked as he wrapped his arm over my shoulder, pulling me in closer.

“Food first, I just want to relax with you.” I was not ready to talk about my struggles of the day yet. He just nodded and reached for a take out container with teriyaki salmon and noodles, handing it to me with a pair of chopsticks. I gladly accepted it, ready to enjoy a meal with Tai.

Before we could get too far into eating, Taishiro sat up from his current box of rice with a look of reliastion on his face. “You didn’t take off your binder.” He turned to me. I turned away slightly because I know what he was gonna say, sure he’s right I just can’t handle that right now. “Hey, I know you don’t want to, because of whatever happened today. But it’s for your own safety, I don’t want you hurting from wearing it too much. Tell you what, if you go take it off now you can wear one of my hoodies, and while you’re doing that I will put on How to Train Your Dragon cause I know it’s one of your favorites.” Tai encouraged me to go take off the constricting fabric.

I nodded begrudgingly, before getting off the couch to find the giant hoodie I had claimed as my dysphoria hoodie. It took me a minute to get my binder off and get the hoodie on, making sure to stretch out my shoulders and cough to help expand my lungs after 8 hours of compression on my chest. Once I felt somewhat comfortable, I made my way back out to the living room. “Happy now?” I said as I watched my boyfriend finish what I assume is his third box of rice judging by the empty containers stacked at the end of the coffee table. He looked up at me with rice stuck to the outside of his mouth, he smiled at me and nodded. I sat down next to him picking my food back up and playing the movie.

After about three hours, an entire table’s worth of food, and two How to train Your Dragon movies later, I was faced with a discussion I still didn’t want to have. “You should really talk about what happened at work. I know you don’t like talking about your struggles, but you can’t bottle it up all the time, dumpling.” Tai said, pulling me into his side.

I nodded but took a minute to respond. “It’s just so difficult. I work so hard to look the way I want to and people just ignore it. They just assume because I have a higher pitch voice that obviously I’m a chick. I just wish people would take in more than one feature of a person before making assumptions, or ask before calling people something.” I began ranting, and like every other time I’ve needed to vent Taishiro just listened, rubbing my back. “I hate that I’ve explicitly told people ‘hey I’m non-binary and prefer these pronouns’ and they straight up ignore it. If I didn’t need this job I would probably quit. And I know what you’re gonna say, yes technically we could comfortably live off your salary as a pro, but I can’t sit around all day. I need to do something and not be cooped up all the time. I just wish there was a way to get people to pull their heads out of their asses and be respectful.” It felt nice to get that off my chest, I truly did like working and being out of the house, but dealing with assholes is so draining.

Taishiro didn’t immediately respond knowing that it was necessary and just pulled me closer. It may not have been long since he used up his fat stores but I could tell he was steadily building it back. He was becoming less lean and softer. I was always in awe of how much he changed because of his quirk, it honestly made me slightly jealous and that thought led me into another rant. “Uhg, I'm so jealous of you sometimes you know. You have such an amazing quirk, you get to save people and they respect you no matter what. They don’t look at you and assume you’re lazy because of your fat form, they don’t treat you differently when you expel the energy from your body and become skinny. No matter what to people you are the BMI hero Fatgum. But when people look at me, I’m just some chick trying to pretend to be a guy. If only I had a quirk that let me change how I looked, I would be able to look how I want when I want and I wouldn’t have to wait ages to get approved for surgeries to make me feel comfortable in my own body. Hell if I even just had a quirk people would probably respect me more.” I finish slightly out of breath.

I heard a sigh from above me and looked up at Taishiro. “Don’t say that. People respect you plenty. Plus you’re perfect the way you are. You are so much braver than most of the pro heroes I’ve worked with. You face the world everyday with a smile on your face even when you feel less than perfect. You treat everyone with respect even when they don’t really deserve it. And yes people will look at me no matter what and see Fatgum the BMI hero, but only you look at me and see Taishiro. You’re the only one who knows how frustrating it is for me to find clothes because of my size, or how tired I get after using up all my fat. You are the only person I want to see when I’m eating a grocery store worth of food in one sitting because it’s not a pretty site and I know you won’t judge me. The people love Fatgum because he can save them and not break a sweat, they love that in dire situations he goes from an 8 foot ball to a 6 foot lean attractive person. Being able to change how you look can be great but it can also be a pain. I wouldn’t want you to change the way you look just so other people stop being dicks. If you want to change the way you look, do it because that's what you want. And I’ve told you before I’ll pay for anything you want, if you’re tired of waiting for approval for top surgery I’ll gladly pay for it. If you want to quit your job because people are assholes, quit your job.” He went on his own rant trying to get his point across. “ And before you say it, if you quit your job you can come be my assistant at the agency, help me with paperwork and talk with Amajiki and Eijiro cause I know how much you care for those two.” He added on. We had talked about it before and I had always turned down the offer, but with how stressful my current job is it would be nice to work with people who actually respect and care about me.

“Okay, I guess I’ll come work with you. It has been a while since I talked with the boys. I’ll put in my two weeks tomorrow.” He gave me his signature smile finally glad that after years of trying to get me to work with him I agreed. “Also thank you for listening and cheering me up. I love you so much Tai. I don’t know what I would do without you.” I said giving him a kiss on the cheek before standing up to head to the bedroom for the night.

Before I could get too far he pulled me back down to the couch, giving me a kiss on the lips. “I love you too, Y/n. I truly am proud of you, whenever you need to talk I’m always here for you.” Tai said before letting me up and following me to bed.\

There may be bad days where it feels like nothing is going right but at least I know I have the most supportive boyfriend ever to help me through it.

OMORI - Voice Actor Headcanons.

While I haven’t exactly finished this game yet, I am close enough to the end and have met basically all the characters, so I think it’s time I got around to doing my good ol’ series of VA headcanons for a game that either doesn’t have one, or doesn’t have an English Dub.

This time we’re doing Omori, a game I started playing at the beginning of this year and have fallen in love with very very quickly. I’ve been through a very painful time of my life recently and this game helped me work through it letting me know that it doesn’t matter how I grieve, just that any way I can is correct.

And the way the characters work together in the game is also incredible, and I was eagerly awaiting to get to the point that I’m at so I could do a VA headcanons section for this. So before we get started, let me once again go two things.

This is NOT CANON. These are HEADCANONS and are unofficial. It’s just a hypothetical situation. If the characters were voiced, this is who I imagine would voice them.
