Tissues and Blood (Last Part)

(Dandy x GN!Reader)

Request: “heyy! so, i was thinking about a short fic where the reader is concerned about dandy’s sudden sneezing and allergic reaction through the past few days and the both find out it’s actually dandy’s dust allergies seeing as dora hasn’t been cleaning anything for our infamous man child just to spite him? I THOUGHT OF THIS RANDOMLY AND I THINK IT COULD BE RLLY CUTE? though poor dora when she gets caught though 💀”

This is the last part! I hope you guys enjoyed this mini series!! I definitely think this is my best writing yet and I wish my other two were better but that’s alright!

Warnings: Fear, mentions of blood, torture (specifically being kept in the cold, needles (sewing), mentions of knives, mentions of murder, oblivious reader, major character death implied.

As the rain falls and the animals hide in their homes, the cold air sweeps through the town. It leaks through windows and doors of any home. Even though it was raining, people were still out and about doing their daily errands it simply just spending time with the people they love. It was interesting to say the least when Dandy assured you that he’d be fine without you the next day. He had told you that Dora needed the next week off to recover from her “worsening cold” as he described it. You didn’t think much of it since Dora had taken time off to recover from previous sicknesses.

You smile and kiss Dandy’s cheek, gently holding his face in your warm hands. “Are you sure you’ll be alright alone? I can stay home today if you want me to.” You say, your eyes shining with affection as you look up at him. “Yes my love, I can handle myself. Please be careful outside though. It’s still raining…” he says as he leans into your touch. “And anyways, I can just watch television. I haven’t been able to since I’ve had the difficulties with the allergies.” His hands come up to hold yours, kissing your knuckles gently while looking at your flushed face.

You laugh a bit and nod. “That is true. You’re awfully affectionate today…it’s adorable.” You say as you take your raincoat off of the hanger. “I’ll see you for dinner alright? Maybe I’ll bring something, don’t rely on it though.” Heading out the door and into your car under the soft rain, Dandy watches you with a smile. As you drive away, you let out a happy sigh. Thinking about how Dandy looks and must be feeling better, made you quite giddy. You make your way to work happily and quite relaxed, being innocently unaware as to what was happening in your home.

Dandy’s sweet smile fades into a sinister one, closing and locking the door. He makes his way up the stairs, thinking of all the ways he would want Dora to pay for her “sins”. Meticulously, he does his hair and shaved his face, making sure to look dashing. His hands gently smooth out his favorite shirt, adjusting the way out looked on his shoulders. Smirking at himself, he then makes his way downstairs. Quickly making himself some food, he finally makes his way outside to the garden. Even though he feels the rain slowly drench him, he stops to smell his favorite flowers. He loved them so much because you loved them, smelled like them, looked like them. The rain starts to fall harder as he makes his way slowly to the shed, his mind slowly losing control over his calm demeanor.

Dora shakes viciously from how cold she was, her lips softly bruised from the cold seeping through the wood of the shed. She knew Dandy was out there and she knew he was going to kill her. She thought about her family, how much she would miss them, how much she loved them, how much she wanted to see them again, even if it was for the last time. Her thoughts were interrupted from the door being pushed open. Her eyes squint from the sudden brightness in the dark shed, looking up. Dandy’s soaking form stands in front of her, breathing heavily from how cold it felt. She starts to cry as he takes slow, agonizing steps towards her.

“Oh no, don’t cry now. It’s too late to try and make me feel guilty.” He says as he leans in, his hot breath slightly warming her cheeks. “You have to pay for your stupidity.” He yanks the gag off of her and watches her cry, pleading as her voice breaks over and over again. “I told you to not scream. I told you no one would hear you. You knew no one would hear you and yet…you still wanted to scream. You did scream.” She watches in horror as a sick smile twists on his face as he grabs hers. “Do you know what I do to people who don’t take my advice? Don’t listen?” Her hot tears spill from her eyes and makes Dandy’s hand glisten a bit more. “I kill them.” He whispers in her ear before pushing her tied down body back, making her fall and hit her head against the back wall of the shed. She lets out a broken groan as Dandy picks her up, carrying her into the house. She loses consciousness as he lays her on the kitchen counter.

Dandy watches as her body loses the little fight it had left. He wanted to start with something simple, shutting her mouth up. He quickly gets his spare sewing kit, making his way back to her while thinking. He hums as he chooses the color for the string he wanted to use. He settles on her favorite color and makes sure the string is strongly attached to the needle. His hands move her hair from her face and he wipes away any tears or blood from her chapped lips. Dandy’s face lightens with a smile as he begins to sew her mouth shut.

Dora suddenly wakes up alone and cold. Her head was pounding and her lips were in pain. When she tries to speak, her lips don’t move and a searing pain shoots through then, making her stop trying. She hears Dandy come in and watches as he smiles in delight. “You’re awake! How wonderful! I wanted to show you how good you look like this!” He moves towards her with a hand held mirror, letting her see herself. Her eyes were red and there were a few gashes on her cheek. As her eyes shift to look at her lips, her breathing stops in shock. Her lips were swollen and sewed shut. Tears well up in her eyes as she looks from the mirror to Dandy. “Isn’t it great? I used your favorite color, though it turned red because of your blood. Nonetheless, you look great!” He smiles brightly at her and pulls out his knife, chucking evilly. “Now it’s time for my favorite part! Where should I start?”

Arriving home, your eyes droop as you walk through the door. “Dandy?” You call out, peeling off your wet shoes and hearing soft footsteps from the stairs. “My love! I missed you!” He says as he dries his shake with a towel. You smile and see how warm her looks in his fluffy robe. “I missed you too, very tired though.” He kisses your forehead and holds you close, warming up your shivering form. “I made dinner and washed up. Why don’t you do the same? You’re so cold.” He suggests and watches you nod, taking your things with you as you walk up the stairs.

Dandy sighs happily as he sets the table, hearing you come back from washing up and dressing warmly. “Did you plant something in the garden? I saw the dirt looking a bit strange when I was looking out the window.” You ask him. “I did! Some new flowers, I think you’ll love them when they grow.” He says as he pulls out your chair before placing your plate of food in front of you. “It stopped raining for a few hours over here so I thought, why not?” He kisses your head before sitting with you. “I’m sure I will! This looks delicious! You made my favorite.” You say happily and begin to rest, listening to him lie about his day. You didn’t know of course and it was going to stay that way.

Until Dora’s family comes looking for her.

Crybaby! [1 - Dandy Mott]

Angst.

First one shot in this series.

Cannot wait to write the rest of this series. They'll be very short drabbles, so please don't expect much lol.

No one's perspective

All he did was cry and moan if he didn't get his way. Whining in your ears and never letting you have a moment's peace. You'd put a Pacifier on him if you were able to.

What on earth had you done today to earn such a fit from the crying man-child? You had to work. You worked with Dora. Dandy didn't care. Just finish off this week with him then return to working with her.

A pathetic attempt to win you back with anything. Bloody flowers, new dresses, books, vinyls. Anything and everything to get you to be by his side again. But still, he cried out, he whined and sobbed on his own. Sitting on his knees in front of you as you read your book, just begging for one touch to ease his tears. Rubbing the side of your thighs, and easing himself in between your closed legs. "Please...please!"

"Dandy you're a crybaby! Keep being this way and I'll move out." You stated, not even looking away from the words on the page.

"wh...what?" A quick answer, and he was standing in front of you.

You stood up and slammed the book closed, leaving Dandy on his knees looking up at you like a sad little puppy. The last thing he wanted was for his pe- partner to move out. You were his! Always would be! Where would you go without him? Dandy doubted Jimmy would want you back if you asked, so the Freakshow was a no-go. "you heard me." Staring into his eyes with a hint of annoyance, you gripped onto Dandy's jaw, urging him to keep staring at you. "Stop being a whiny child and I won't move out."

Silence for a bit as Dandy's jaw was still slack, searching for an answer that would make you happy. "Answer me." You exaggerated, gripping harder.

"Okay." He whispered, now avoiding your eyes. As soon as you heard his response, you let go of him. Dandy's hand flew to where you gripped him, rubbing the area. A low groan escaped him, rushing to stand up.

"Good. Now, just leave me alone tonight, okay? You don't need to be around me twenty-four seven." You hummed as you knelt beside your bookshelf, putting away your current read.

"...Fine."

Non-anime, hm? Very intriguing question, anon ~

I'll try not to spoil too much... Just please keep in mind this probably won't be entirely spoiler free. So I apologize for that ^^"

But before I answer, a quick disclaimer :

With everything going on recently, I just want to clarify that I do NOT romanticize or support real life psychopaths, murderers, serial killers, or anyone of the sort in any way, shape, or form. Fiction is fiction, it's meant for entertainment purposes where no one gets hurt. Real life tragedies are completely different. There are real victims, real losses, and real emotions involved, those of which need to be recognized and respected.

With that out of the way... my top favorite fictional psychos are :

1. Oliver Thredson - American Horror Story : Asylum

Despite being the second season of the series, Asylum actually introduced me to American Horror Story. And oh boy, was I hooked instantly. Dr. Oliver Thredson caught my attention very early on. His rational, professional demeanor was a warm welcome in a literal madhouse. He seemed to genuinely care about people, whether they were his clients or otherwise. But surprise, surprise... He fits the "wolf in sheep's clothing" saying perfectly. His actions and the crimes he engaged in were completely vile and repulsive. But the weirdo in me was able to somewhat sympathize with him in regards to how he grew up (it certainly didn't excuse his behavior, of course). I would say that I'd be interested to see how long I'd last in his basement... But I like my skin on my body and would prefer for it to stay there haha ^^" Despite everything, Thredson will always remain one of my top favorite fictional psychopaths ~

2. Dandy Mott - American Horror Story : Freak Show

Another favorite of mine from the American Horror Story franchise, this time from Season Four. He's an insufferable man-child who throws legit temper tantrums when he doesn't get his own way... But Dandy is another character who can play the part of a gentleman so perfectly. He is able to adopt such a personable, charming, charismatic attitude right before pouncing like a predator on it's prey. With that being said, there's a lot to dislike about Dandy. Especially how pompous and entitled he is. But yet again, even though it doesn't excuse him, I'm still able to strangely sympathize when it comes to his upbringing/origins. And I can't lie... It would most definitely get me killed, but I'd kinda enjoy pissing him off just to see him flip out (for those of you who are familiar with the series, I'm specifically referencing the "you're not playing by the rules!" scene with Bette and Dot xD) Fun fact : my one dog is named Dandy. So I absolutely have to include Dandy Mott on this list ~

3. Tom - P2

Do you like yanderes? If so, I HIGHLY recommend watching the movie P2 because Tom is a perfect example of a yandere (and I love yanderes, so I love this movie lol). I won't go into too much depth since I never hear anyone talking about this movie, so I definitely don't want to spoil it for those of you who may want to watch it. But what I will say is that Tom is extremely delusional and a lowkey stalker, not to mention criminal considering murder, kidnapping, and drugging a person via chloroform aren't exactly smiled upon by general society nor the law. But these are all traits that make him the perfect yandere, so he earns a spot on my list of favorite fictional psychopaths ~

abelia ⇢ do you have a particular piece of jewelry you always wear or can’t part with?

I do! It's a ring with my birthstone on it, a garnet. It was the last Christmas gift my dad ever gave me before he passed away. It came in a pair with a matching necklace but I don't wear that much because the chain is so short.

chamomile ⇢ what kind of things do you like receiving as gifts?

I like receiving gift cards, money; I find it much easier that way to buy something I know I will like instead of having them guess if I will like it or not. Also chocolate, any kind, but especially Belgian sea shell shaped ones, or the chocolate covered Macadamia nuts. And also anything fandom related--that shows that the person giving the gift knows me really well and listens to me and I appreciate that! palm tree ⇢ do you have a fictional villain you shouldn’t like but love regardless?

Yes, I say I would. If you have seen season three of Fear the Walking Dead (FTWD), there is the character of Troy Otto, who is played by Daniel Sharman. He is a complete psycho, seems to enjoy violence, is missing a few marbles and has some severe mommy issues and his own actions eventually lead to the destruction of his family's camp and the deaths of many people, and he seems mostly unfazed by this. And from a book, the first villain type character I remember liking was Murtagh from Eragon. He initially was kind of morally grey but became a main villain towards Eragon in the later books. I never finished the series mostly because I wanted to keep the morally grey version of him in my head, but also because the third book I couldn't get more than a third through without becoming bored. EDIT: For the last question, about fictional villains, I also really like the character of Dandy Mott from the fourth season of American Horror Story. Again, love the actor (Finn Wittrock) and the character of Dandy is just so freaking funny. One line that he shouts a handful of times is “I hate you! I hate you! I hate you!” while stamping his foot like a child throwing a tantrum. He’s a man child that finds fascination in killing all the freaks at the freak show when the conjoined twins reject him and none of those in the freak show are glad he bought the place from Ms. Elsa (kinda like the ringleader). He is also unhinged, a child of incest, borderline psychopath-sociopath (imo) and also decides to take on Twisty the clown as a role model.

Can we have more headcanons about Esme and her parents pLEASEEEE. I’ve thought about this subject WAY too much

omg yes!! okay i’m still waffling with a lot of these, but these are sort of some basic ones i’ve thought of:

- Esme’s parents are named Nick and Jordan Salinger (also if anyone cares I headcanon their face claims as Jane Seymour and Martin Freeman, who I realize is young but i’ll get to that in a sec)- The Salingers are very new money which sort of makes them outcasts amongst the VFD families, and is also what fuels Jordan’s obsession with knowing what is/being “in”- When she was young Esme never really played with other children, because Jordan didn’t want to risk her daughter being seen with someone who was “below their station”. Most of Esme’s socialization in her formative years came from her mother and her mother’s equally materialistic friends- Esme inherits A LOT of Jordan’s personality, and as a result of being so similar whenever they fight it’s super explosive and often results in one or more things being thrown, and at least one of them storming out of the house (on more than one occasion after a fight, Esme would tell her father that she hoped her mother didn’t ever come back)- Nick Salinger is often forced to play the peacemaker between his young daughter and his wife, without upsetting them even more (a damn near impossible task). Like this man should’ve genuinely considered trying to get a job at the UN, because those negotiations may have been easier- Nick dies in a skiing accident when Esme is ten. Both she and her mother resent him for leaving each alone with the other. - After Nick’s death Jordan married six more men, two of whom died under suspicious circumstances - idk where this one fits in, but at some point, i’m going to say when she was around thirteen?? Esme killed one of the maids’ cat because it wouldn’t stop meowing in the night. When said maid came to Jordan to tell her what happened Jordan fired her, and to this day Esme doesn’t know that her mom ever knew about the cat thing- Unlike most VFD parents, Jordan was actually alive well into Esme’s adulthood, and only passed around a year or two before the events of The Ersatz Elevator

This is part two. I had a lot of fun doing this part because I gave Dandy a less whiny appearance. You’ll see why soon!

Dandy groans softly as he sits up in bed. He looks around, realizing that he didn’t get to say goodbye to you before you went to work. Groaning softly, he stands and stretches, sneezing again before sighing. “Damn…it’s always something.” He mumbles to himself as he walks to the bathroom, washing himself up. As he looks at himself in the mirror, he frowns. “There’s no way this is pollen. I’ve never had this reaction to it ever…” His frown deepens as he stares at the mirror before starting on his hair. He only had about 5 hours till the doctor came. There’s no harm in being ready a bit early.

Downstairs in the kitchen, Dora is finishing up her cooking to serve to Dandy, having hearing him pad around his room. As she hears him sneeze and groan, a sick smile makes its way to her face. A part of her felt bad since you seemed stressed about Dandy’s allergies. Dora had always liked you. Somewhere in her mind, she felt like confessing to everything and fixing her mistake. She was surprised when you didn’t scold her when you were leaving for work. Maybe you had forgotten. Maybe the scolding would happen later that day. Maybe your mind was occupied with something else.

Dandy makes his way to the dining room, huffing as he sits down. His nose was irritated once again from him sneezing. “Where’s the food?” He says loudly, frowning since everything wasn’t already there when he sat down. Dandy sees Dora rush in and set everything down, not wanting to hear him whine. “Thank you…” he says, side eying her a bit. He hums a bit as he eats, not paying any attention to her as she pretends to dust something. “It’s delicious. You’ve outdone yourself today.” He says before smirking a bit.

“Tell me Dora, why haven’t you been cleaning properly for the past…” he thinks for a second. “Two weeks? Yes about two weeks.” Dandy watches as Dora freezes for just a second before slowly turning around to face him. “I have done everything I’m paid to do, boy.” She says as she places her hands on her hips.

Dandy sniffs a bit and wipes his nose, looking up at her standing form before slamming his hand on the table. She knew he hated being called “boy” since everyone would belittle him that way. A sick smile, matching hers from earlier, twists on his face as he sees her flinch at the action. “You’re a goddamn liar.” He says before having to sneeze. Dandy frowns deeply as he looks back up at her. “You know how I know? You pride yourself in leaving this house spotless but when I was washing up in my bathroom, I saw the dust crust on top of my mirror.”

Dora’s eyes roll at him as she scoffs. “Boy please, just because I miss a spot doesn’t mean I’m slacking.” He laughs before suddenly standing, making his way over to her. Immediately a look of disgust paints her face as she sees him up close. “Wait until-“ suddenly he sneezes on her, both of them staring at each other in shock. “Well…wait until my darling comes home-“

He doesn’t finish his sentence because there was a knock on the door. Dandy sighs in frustration before quickly walking to the door, leaving Dora in a filthy state. “Yes doctor, please come in…” she hears Dandy say. Internally she screams profanities at Dandy before cleaning herself up. Her hands shake in anger and fear as she changes and starts to wash her now soiled uniform.

During the visit, Dr. Rocco informs Dandy that he does in fact have an allergy to dust. The doctor hums as he takes Dandy’s blood pressure. “If I were you, I would fire the maid. This house feels and looks stuffy.” He comments to Dandy as he writes down everything he needs to. “Talk to your partner about it before you do, of course.” Dr. Rocco says and smiles as he packs up his things.

Dandy smiles back and leads him back out the door. “Thank you, doctor. I’ll see you in two days? Same time?” He asks him and watches as Dr. Rocco nods. “Drive safe, sir.” Dandy says and watches his car leave and yours pull up.

As you walk in, Dandy immediately bombards you with information. It didn’t let you put down anything or think about anything else. “Dandy please! I just got home…” you mumble, him quickly shutting himself up. You slowly begin to put things away and settle down.

“She hasn’t been cleaning anything..even the doctor noticed. The allergy I have is from dust, he gave me this to take every night.” Dandy says and watches your reaction. He was surprised that you stayed calm. Too calm for him.

You stand up and reach your hand out to him. “I’m going to let you take care of this. I’m too tired, my love.” You say and watch as his face lights up with a smile. “I’m going to bed…” You mumble and let him kiss your lips gently before taking you upstairs.

Dandy quickly runs down the stairs and starts to search for Dora. “When I find her…” he mumbles and finally sees her in the garden, tending to some flowers. He quietly comes up behind her and covers her mouth. “Scream and I’ll break your neck. You know I can and will.” He whispers in her ear, feeling her body slightly give up on the slight struggle.

He sweats a bit as he ties her up, leaning back and smirking. “When tomorrow comes, I’ll end your suffering. I am your god and you have forgotten your place.” She cries as he gags her, looking up at him in fear. He wipes his nose on his sleeve and smiles evilly. “I’ll see you tomorrow…”
