Xiao // @ a1atus
★ ★ pre-relationship ★ ★
Very rarely posts
Never pictures of himself, you’ll only see his face in tagged photos
If he does post, it’s probably a new album cover of a band he likes, a particularly good plate of almond tofu from his favorite café, or—if he’s in a particularly good mood—a cute stray cat that befriended him on the street
Never edits anything but still takes pretty decent photos because he understands basic composition rules
Never tags anything but will sometimes write simple captions like “new guitar”
His pfp has not changed since he made his account and its literally just the blandest selfie you’ve ever seen—but he’s effortlessly photogenic so even when he’s just staring at the camera with a blank expression he looks hot
★ ★ in a relationship ★ ★
Xiao will unintentionally do his loyal boyfriend duties and like all of your posts but he never actually leaves a comment unless you specifically ask him to but you have to tell him what to say or else you’ll just get something like “your hair is nice” LOL
Maybe makes one post related to you but it doesn’t have your face—just picture of your hands holding each other or a photo he secretly took of you from behind as you admire some paintings from when he took you on an art gallery date
Still doesn’t write much in captions but if the post includes you, he always adds a little black heart emoji 🖤
Scaramouche // @ balladeer
★ ★ pre-relationship ★ ★
Vehemently claims he’s not chronically online but he definitely is
Def has a dark / emo aesthetic profile and puts more effort into it than he’d ever admit
Uses stories pretty frequently
Usually to show off his game stats and victories or to vent about some annoying inconvenience that's just happened to him
balladeer Jfc the train is late again I may as well just walk home everyday ffs
All his late night gaming photos are so highly saturated in his pitch black bedroom, the only source of light being his screen on max brightness and his violet RGB keyboard. If you raise the screen brightness on your phone you might be able to make out some empty Monster cans and ramen cups on his desk—he absolutely gives Discord / Reddit mod vibes 🤢
Definitely has a story archive just for Valorant 🤮
I wanna fuck him so bad it makes me look stupid—
Posts a few selfies to show a new piercing or the very rare occasion where he’s feeling really confident in his looks
unintentionally thirst traps the emo boy lovers; yes, I am talking about you and I—
Lightly edits photos or uses filters to make them look good but nothing extreme or super aesthetic, mostly just for decent contrast
Usually the first one to see any of his friends posts but never ‘likes’ them
Will leave snarky or sarcastic comments when the mood strikes tho
His pfp is a candid picture someone else took that he thinks he looks decent in—sticking his tongue out and giving double middle fingers to the camera
★ ★ in a relationship ★ ★
Makes a post or story for every date you guys have, even if it’s just a vague picture of your shoes together
He likes to show off that he has such an attractive s/o but also lowkey just wants to have a memory to look back on for the nights he feels lonely
Doesn’t post just you though, he’s always in frame holding you or touching you in some way—he feels the need to put some sort of claim cause he thinks people are gonna shoot their shot with you—he’s kinda paranoid and insecure, pls have patience w him
Likes and comments on all of your posts. Sometimes it's a snarky quip like if you post about you and your friends doing something funny he might comment “lmao ur so dumb” but if its a selfie or something you’re proud of, he leaves a little compliment and heart emoji.
YN0103 [bedroom mirror selfie of you shyly posing in a dress]
YN0103  Bought a new dress today…it’s not my usual style but I rlly like it 🥺
balladeer cute 💜
If anyone ever confronts him in person about his nice comments on your posts tho he’ll get flustered and claim his account was temporarily hacked LOL
His heart def flutters when you post a picture of him on your own account
He kinda can’t believe you’re proud enough of him to publicly post about him
Changes his pfp to the two of you together and, if you zoom in and squint, you can tell he’s kind of smiling <3
Zhongli // @ rex_lapis
★ ★ pre-relationship ★ ★
I’m sorry but I have to do it…
He has Facebook grandpa vibes
Like he has no idea how to use half of the features; stories are an absolute mystery to him. What is a reel?
But he tries to be supportive of his friends and will leave way-too eloquent comments with a Wikipedia levels of supplemental information
a1atus [ photo of a shiny Fender acoustic guitar laying on what seems to be a bed]
a1atus new guitar
rex_lapis Lovely new instrument, Xiao. You seem to have quite good tastes – that particular model is popular among many professional musicians. It is well renowned for its clear sound and beautiful mahogany exterior. If you wouldn’t mind, I would love to hear you play it someday over tea.
a1atus @ rex_lapis thanks
the way I cackled writing that exchange ygweyufgwyu Xiaos just like ‘thanks for commenting dad’
His pfp is not him—it’s probably a famous painting he likes or a beautiful white flower from a garden he visited
★ ★ in a relationship ★ ★
If you want him to improve his Insta game, you’re going to have to teach him, I’m sorry
On the up side, Zhongli is a great student and is eager to learn anything you teach him
Will try to post pretty regularly; usually somewhat mediocre photos of beautiful scenery like sunsets and flowers
Like Scaramouche, he enjoys the idea of documentary your time together so he posts something at the end of each of your dates
Your heart lowkey melts when Zhongli, very earnestly, asks after dinner if you’ll allow him to take a selfie with you to post on his Instagram
Regularly asks for feedback on his posts to ensure he’s properly taking your advice and improving :,)
He even starts organizing and naming story archives on his profile—simple titles like “tea,” “nature,” “friends,” and “my dearest”
Likes and comments on every single one of your posts and replies to all of your stories, even if he was there with you
Usually just lathers you in compliments on your beauty or tastes but they’re so thoughtfully written that it’s obvious he’s not “just saying it” and genuinely believes all the kind things about you he writes
YN1231 [photo of you twirling in a summer dress amidst a colorful of bed of flowers in a botanical garden, take by your friend]
YN1231 It’s finally starting to feel like spring! 🌸🌼🌺
rex_lapis While the camelias are lovely, they pale in comparison to your radiance. Your yellow sundress is also quite lovely and compliments your complexion in the morning sunlight. Truly a divine sight.
balladeer @ YN1231 @ rex_lapis ugh can you guys keep it in the DMs
- Changes his pfp to a selfie of himself smiling after you told him he should. The angle is a little odd but he’s so naturally attractive that he still manages to look good.
Ajax // @ tartaglia_on_top
★ ★ pre-relationship ★ ★
Doesn’t post too often but when he does, it kinda gives stereotypical frat boy
Like, lots of parties and shirtless beach photos with his friends
The surprise is the occasional posts of his little siblings and kids he volunteers with in between
He sometimes posts championship and practice photos from his martial arts competitions with captions thanking his team and mentors
Is pretty popular—has a few thousand followers, many are people he met just once or twice at parties or genuine friends and classmates, but the vast majority are online fans who just follow cause he’s hot LOL
Is the type of person you followed once after meeting a long time ago and never talk to again but you can’t bring yourself to unfollow cause he’s nice and his updates are kinda interesting and he’s hot
Isn’t online that much so he doesn’t like/comment on his friends’ every post but usually tries to leave congratulatory messages when someone accomplishes something or graduates
His pfp is a closeup of himself with a boyish grin he cropped from a group photo
★ ★ in a relationship ★ ★
It is super obvious when you guys start dating cause almost every post from that point is about you in some way LOL
tartaglia_on_top [photo of Ajax, sweaty and exhausted but clearly excited as he holds a trophy in one hand with the other wrapped around your waist while he presses a kiss to your cheek]
tartaglia_on_top Officially a 3 year championship winner! Thanks to my biggest supporter @ YN0720 😘
He’s not even consciously trying to post you all the time, it just happens because you are either always together or any memorable moment he thinks are worth an Insta post involve you in some way
You’re the only person, aside from his family - that he actually likes/comments on all posts for
Is the type of boyfriend to leave those super dramatic, embarrassing comments on your selfies like “DAAAMN BABE 🥵 finna make me act UP” and, in one particularly shameless case, “god youre so hot pls step on me queen 😍”
Please block him
He shamelessly liked all your past posts from before you too met as well—you were kinda mortified to wake up one morning to a notification that just said “what a lil cutie ❤️” on a post of yourself from seventh grade.
Changes his pfp to a couple selfie he took of the two of you kissing on a winter vacation in the mountains
Kaveh // @ kaveh.designs
★ ★ pre-relationship ★ ★
Obsessed with having an aesthetic profile
Like, the color palette of the background and clothing in his pfp selfie are carefully matched with the cover of each of his story archives, down to the hex code
He carefully edits every post and uses filters to make them all fit with his theme no matter how inaccurate to real life they may become
“Huh…I thought your bedroom wall was a bit more orange than this…”
“Oh, that’s cause I use 30% Juno in all my bedroom photos for a warmer finish.”
“???”
Despite his aesthetic profile, he doesn’t come off as particularly vain or narcissistic—only posts selfies when he’s has a particularly good hair day or changed his accessories
Most of his posts are of places he travels to (museums and big cities with interesting architecture) or his own sketches and rendered design projects
Online pretty frequently, always checks insta when he wakes up, before bed, and during lunch breaks
His stories are often project updates, interesting things he encounters throughout the day, or food photos
Only likes posts he actually likes and sometimes comments with photography critiques
tighnar1 [photo of a cluster of three bright blue mushrooms clustered against vibrant green grass and patches of dark, wet soil]
tighnar1 Proof the forest is an amazing place: found this beautiful little cluster of juvenile Rakkhashava mushrooms on my hike today. Great spotting by @ colleeei. Check my story for some cool mushroom facts. 🍄
kaveh.designs great photo composition, Tigh, perfect golden ratio on the caps.
tighnar1 @ kaveh.designs Thanks I guess…
Has a decent number of followers, many of whom are also artists familiar with Kaveh’s reputation from the Kshahrewar. Others just like his OOTD stories and charming smile
★ ★ in a relationship ★ ★
Kaveh revamps his entire profile once you two become official
His pfp becomes a candid taken by a stranger of the two of you together at an aquarium, holding hands as you point something out to him through the glass
It was taken by a photographer working at the aquarium as part of a promotion—the photographer showed you two the photo and asked for permission to post it on their official website and Kaveh was absolutely obsessed with the photo—it’s still one of his favorite and it doesn’t even show your faces
He still matches his archived story covers to his new pfp but his actual feed had become a lot more relaxed and natural now
He still slightly edits photos so they look as good as possible, but he doesn’t like using filters on photos of you or the two of you together because he thinks it would be a disservice to your natural beauty
Like Ajax, his posts and stories naturally become mostly about you whether scenes from your dates—candid photos he takes of you where he insists you look like art even though you’re just in pajamas with an unmade face—or even photos of things he sees throughout the day that remind him of you
Sometimes he posts stories of funny reels or art pieces he knows you’d like and tags you in them with messages like “@YN0709 omg remember when we were talking abt this?” and “me & @ YN0709💕”
Similar to Childe, leaves the most downbad, dramatic comments on your posts
YN0709 [swimsuit selfie]
YN0709 happy summer! ☀️🌊
kaveh.designs Oh my god my heart– 💘 I cannot believe I get to come home to this every night 👅💦
YN0709 @ kaveh.designs omg kaveh pls 💀
al_haitham @ kaveh.designs Every time I see one of your comments I regret ever learning how to read.
Alhaitham // @ al_haitham
★ ★ pre-relationship ★ ★
Only made an account so his friends would stop bothering him about not keeping up with things tbh
Checks his feed a few times a day but skips through stories if they’re too long/too many
Absolutely hates concert stories the most cause they’d loud, long, and filled with off-key drunken singing
Never likes or comments on anything unless it’s really interesting to him
Occasionally shares reels in his story that are like interesting history facts or official Akademiya announcements
Has a few posts (and only cause Kaveh would not shut up about it) but they’re mostly just pictures of book covers he’d just finished reading with a detailed review or literary analysis as the caption—but he’s mindful of avoiding spoilers for those who haven’t read it
However, he does have one post that stands out quite a bit
He posted an unintentional gym third trap because he just happened to be working out, as is routine, and thought it might be nice to share some tips on proper rope pushdown form
If you’re not a gym babe and don’t know what this is, I beg of you, please look up a gif or video and imagine Alhaitham doing this, shirtless. You’re welcome.
It has become his most popular post by far
His pfp is probably taken straight from his faculty ID card: plain background, bright lighting, neutral facial expression
★ ★ in a relationship ★ ★
After you two have become official and are pretty comfortably established in your relationship, he’ll post a photo of the two of you—probably one you took - with a simple caption like “Late night at Puspa Café with my favorite person 💚”
Everyone who knows him freaks out in the comments with variations of “omg hathie got an s/o???” and “wow he finally posted a normal pic of himself, y/n is a good influence” but he doesn’t reply to any of them lmao
If you use Instagram a lot, he’ll naturally become more active too because he enjoys learning more about what you like through your posts and stories
He likes all of your posts but never comments—if one of your posts interests him, he’d prefer to wait until he sees you later to ask you about it in person
He just wants an excuse to talk to you more
As he becomes more active, little bits and pieces of your relationship naturally infiltrate his feed
His latest book review post has your favorite mug in the background because the two of you had breakfast together
His informational story post of an antique Sumerian emerald he found at a street vendor is being modeled by your pretty hands because you were with him when he saw it and later given to you after the vendor insisted on Alhaitham gifting it to his “beautiful spouse”
He changes his profile picture to the two of you from one of your many reading dates, comfortably lounging on a loveseat in a quiet corner of the library—and this time, he’s softly smiling
Tighnari // @ t1ghnar1
Surprisingly active on social media
He thinks social media is a great way to share information about the importance of forest conservation and get people to appreciate the beauty of Avidya forest
Makes one post almost every day and multiple stories
Needless to say, 90% of his posts are of plants or small animals he finds on his hikes or while working
His most popular posts are those of cute squirrels and birds that are being nursed back to health after being found wounded—animals just seem to naturally love him so the pictures are usually taken by his coworkers because his arms are full with cuddly animals that refuse to move
The other 10% of his posts are from the occasional hang outs with friends or coworkers after work—snaps of iced fruit teas from Puspa café or colorful clay plates overflowing with Collei’s homemade pita pockets.
He makes sure to reply to or at least like every comment, particularly those from people asking questions about the plants he posts or how to become a forest ranger. Even simple “wow that's so cool” comments often get at least a “thanks, glad you liked it” from Tighnari
He tends to use some cute forest or food emoji when they fit with his posts. For example, 🍄,🥙,🦊,🐦, etc.
Also tends to use “:)” when replying to his followers because he knows it can be difficult to read tone in text-based communications
Tigh is basically a social media manager at this point oops
Because he is online so much, he naturally keeps up with almost everything his friends post and will like or comment on things he finds interesting
His pfp is a selfie of himself with a small yellow bird perched on his shoulder from one of his patrols
★ ★ in a relationship ★ ★
All Tighnaris written by me WILL follow the “fennec foxes mate for life” trope regardless of AU, it is an indisputable law of the universe
If you’re in a relationship with Tighnari, you should be prepared for stability and commitment in general
While he doesn’t go out of his way to make an official announcement post or anything like that, you become a regular feature on his page
Will tag you in anything you’re related to, unless you specifically ask him not to
t1ghnar1 [photo of a small, cream-colored fox brushing itself against Tighnari’s leg and looking up at the camera with large eyes]
t1ghnar1 On a walk with @ YN1229 this morning we spotted this cute little kit without her mom. 🦊 While adorable, foxes - even kits - are wild animals and should never be approached unless by professionals. We have informed the local animal control where she will be taken care of until we can locate her family. Photo by @ YN1229
He never outright announces you as his lover but he seems to spend so much time with you and refer to you so casually that his followers who don’t know him just assume you’re his spouse LOL
He doesn’t bother to correct them either :,)
bennie_boy Wow, that mountain is so high up - wasn’t ur spouse scared to go up there?
t1ghnar1 @ bennie_boy Y/n has been on so many trips like this with me that they’re pretty used to it. :)
Likes your posts as he see them on his feed and occasionally leaves a short comment like, “beautiful <3”

Can I ask headcanons for Jason Todd, Dick Grayson, Wally West, and Clark Kent react to his petite gender neutral! crush accidentally sits on his lap?
Accidentally? Falling into someone's lap? That's such an anime trope Anon, but lucky you, I love anime tropes.
Pairing: Jason Todd, Dick Grayson, Wally West, Clark Kent x Reader
Tags: fluff, teasing, crushes, sitting in their lap, cuddles, neck kisses, confessions, slightly suggestive at some parts but overall playful
A/N: If you were a cat you can just curl up into someone's lap and get all the coos and head pats. My cat uses the same strategy with me. It's very effective
Tumblr media
Jason not only lets you fall into his lap, he wraps his arms around you to prevent you from moving off him. Thought he wouldn't notice all those looks you've been giving him right? Well he did. Why do you think he's walking around shirtless more often, to attract your attention. It was all part of his plan and you've fallen for it, fallen for him, fallen right onto his lap. God you're cute when you try to deny it. You don't have to, not anymore, tell him everything that you've been thinking off, tell him where you want his lips the most and he will grant you that wish.
"Can't hide anything from my eyes babe. Then again I don't think you were even trying, eyeing me up and down like a piece of meat. Oh I've got meat, just not the kind you want to eat, you get me? If you keep squirming in my lap like that you'll get what I mean real fast."
Tumblr media
Dick is ready to catch you in his arms the moment you're in his lap. Careful of... uh... there's nothing here to trip over... Why are you pretending to be clumsy, if you wanted to sit in his lap you could have just asked, he would have let you. Of course he would, he loves cuddling with you. Do you want to watch the movie like this? That's cool, you can have the remote them, and he'll wrap his arms around you. If you want to change positions just tell him. He ends up falling asleep like that, cuddled up and curled around you, his breath tickling your neck and shoulder and... just as you were about to doze off, you hear his sleepy confession.
"Why so flustered all of a sudden? Did I say something weird while I was asleep? Oh. I said that? Huh, must have... must have been some dream I was having. I don't mind you overhearing it, its the truth its just that its a really lame way of confession. Can I take you out on a date and do it properly?"
Tumblr media
Wally catches you with his superspeed but to your surprise ends up pulling you on top of him instead of setting you down. In this move however he ends up accidentally leaning forward a little too far and brushes his lips against your neck. He knows he didn't just imagine that moan. What's going on? First you trip, now you're moaning and squirming on top of him? Is there... something you want to tell him? He can kiss the truth out of you if needed, he's told he's got a very fast tongue. Talking so quickly after that, not like it was a secret in the first place.
"My offer still stands you know. I think its gonna be less complicated now that the feelings are out in the open. Yeah, the offer would still be there even if you didn't confess right away. If you didn't say it then I would have, it was starting to drive me mad, how you danced around me."
Tumblr media
Clark would catch on that something's up. You don't just fall into his lap, not with your heart racing so fast. Now that he thought about it, your heartbeat spiked up very time he got near. Does that mean what he thinks it does? No? So if he were to kiss your neck, to blow cool air across your skin and them soothe the area with his tongue, you wouldn't want that? There it is again, he heartrate spiking, the subtle but definitely there roll of your hips against his. You feel so light on top of him, so fragile, yet somehow you're the one who holds all the power over him.
"You should know better then to try and lie to someone who has superhearing. Stop trying to deny it, I know you like me, can you feel how much I like you back? Oh! No, hold on, I meant because of my hands not... ah... sorry about that, I'm... uh... I thought about this a lot so, I can't really help myself right now."

Love the Way You Lie (M)
This is the real part five to the Pathetic series
Tumblr media
Summary:
After finding out that Jeonghan has been lying y/n is thrown into a state of emotional turmoil. All the while, Jeonghan's actions leave her more and more confused by the day.
Warning: Y/n is objectified a bit in a not-so-cute way by two people who aren't Jeonghan. Nothing really happens but just be warned.
Tags: 15k words, dub con for safety reasons, Porn with Plot, frat boy!Jeonghan, college student!y/n, best friend!Jeongyeon, soft!dom to hard!dom Jeonghan, mean!Jeonghan (and y/n loves it), submissive!y/n, female!y/n (sorry gender-neutral friends), heavy degradation, a lot of impact play in this one, masochist!y/n, sadist!Jeonghan, skull fucking, creampie, little bit of exhibitionism, little bit of cumplay, Jeonghan regains his aftercare crown
-
Part Five:
It turned out you were right. Thirteen boys couldn’t lie to you. Just one. You went to each and every boy in Alpha Mu. Random questions about random nights, and you realized that there was no reason for them to lie to you about this. They knew Jeonghan better than anyone other than you assumed his own family.
If Jeonghan was sleeping with other people and was willing to tell you about it than the others would know that. What they wouldn’t know was that Jeonghan would lie to you about sleeping with other people because that would be crazy.
You didn’t get it.
Why did he think that you would care about him sleeping with other people? You two weren’t exclusive. He had made that abundantly clear, and you had made it abundantly clear that you didn’t mind your arrangement.
You stared at your black television screen; your legs crossed on your couch. Your lips were pursed in thought but no matter how long you sat there it didn’t make any sense. Who the fuck would lie about that?
Thirty minutes into your silent pondering the front door opened. You didn’t look over, but you didn’t have to. Moments after the door closed you felt someone join you on the couch.
You and Jeongyeon were silent for a while.
“I...” Jeongyeon finally broke the silence. “I talked to Jimin.”
Your eyes widened and you looked over at her.
“Yeah?”
“Yeah,” Jeongyeon replied. For a scary moment she was silent, just staring at the television like you had before. Then the smallest hint of a smile crossed her lips. “We’re going on a date. A proper date!”
Jeongyeon squealed, covering her face with her hand.
“I literally can’t believe it!” She exclaimed. “I mean... After all these years, I never thought...”
She trailed off shaking her head.
“You know, it was killing me not to tell you about how I was beginning to feel about Jimin. When I realized that I was looking forward to waking up next to him-”
“I could tell you wanted a relationship,” you agreed softly. “But with Jimin? I’d never imagined it.”
“He’s so nice y/n. It started off slowly, at first it was disgruntled kicking me out, both of us completely disgusted by what we had just done but as it kept happening... I looked forward to it. He started being nicer, gentler... I was happy to wake up next to him.”
You were happy for Jeongyeon- You really were, but as she was talking you were beginning to realize something. Your eyebrows furrowed uncertainly, and Jeongyeon seemed to notice. She frowned.
“What’s wrong?” She asked. Your eyes trailed down to your lap.
“I’m just... Confused.”
Jeongyeon reached forward, her hands taking yours.
“What about?” She prodded.
“Jeonghan.... Lied to me about sleeping with other girls.”
Pity crossed Jeongyeon’s eyes, and she squeezed your hands.
“Hey, look he isn’t worth shit if he’s going to cheat on you.”
“That’s the thing!” You emphasized. “We agreed that he could sleep with other people, remember? That never changed between us. I don’t care if he sleeps with other people. We’re fuck buddies! That’s what fuck buddies do when they aren’t exclusive.”
“Then why did he feel the need to lie to you?” Jeongyeon asked, her confusion matching your own.
“You don’t even understand yet- He didn’t lie telling me he wasn’t sleeping with other girls. He lied telling me he was sleeping with other girls.”
Jeongyeon pulled her hands away from yours, her mouth slightly ajar and her eyebrows scrunched together.
“What?” She blurted out.
“See, Yeongtae and I were talking, and he pointed out that Jeonghan is really possessive of me. Which I had noticed, and you know...”
“Hot,” Jeongyeon agreed. “That’s part of why I fell for Jimin. Another guy was flirting with me at a party and... Well...”
You nodded.
“Right, so he pointed out that he’s possessive but I kinda just thought it was a bit. Foreplay.” You paused. “And hatred for Yeongtae, of course.”
“Of course,” Jeongyeon agreed.
“But the longer I think about it. We don’t really act like fuck buddies.”
“How do you mean?” Jeongyeon asked.
“Like... I stay and eat breakfast with him, and the other Alpha Mu boys and he always makes sure I stay the night. Gives me better aftercare than anyone I’ve ever been with before. I helped him build a lego set the other day. That’s just. Friend behavior.”
“Friends with benefits behavior,” Jeongyeon pipped up. “But non-exclusive friends with benefits.”
“Right. Except that now I come to find out we are exclusive.”
You shook your head.
“Soonyoung told me that Jeonghan hasn’t slept with anyone since the second time that we fucked.”
“You don’t think... That he has feelings for you, do you?”
“I didn’t!” You insisted. “But now...?”
“The man who doesn’t sleep with anyone twice,” Jeongyeon said, her voice airy. “I mean if he actually is into you. What are you going to do about it?”
“I don’t know!” You replied. “I mean... He’s Yoon Jeonghan.”
“Yeah...” Jeongyeon agreed, a small cocky smile crossing her lips. “But he’s Yoon Jeonghan. Everyone is practically begging to date him. And if he’s willing to settle down for you? You’d be dumb not too.”
“You think?” You asked, your eyes looking away from her.
“Yeah,” she agreed. “And he’s really nice to you. He clearly cares for you in a way. Even if it isn’t actually those feelings yet.”
“This is stupid,” you said, immediately waving away the thought. “Now, I can’t explain Jeonghan’s behavior but there’s no way that he actually likes me.” You needed a conversation change. “Let’s focus on what we do know. You and Jimin!”
The smile grew back on Jeongyeon’s face.
“I hope that you can skip your morning class tomorrow because I could talk about this all night!” She exclaimed excitedly.
A smile cracked across your face.
“I’m looking forward to it.”
-
“No y/n today?”
Jeonghan glanced up from his phone while he walked into the kitchen, finding only Seungcheol standing there, leaning against the counter.
“Hm? No.”
“Weird. She hasn’t been over in a few days. Have you been seeing her?”
“She’s busy,” Jeonghan replied. “Studying with Yeongtae.”
A small crack echoed through the small room. Both Jeonghan and Seungcheol looked at the now broken wooden chopstick in Jeonghan’s hand. He cleared his throat, setting the pieces on the table.
“Besides, we don’t need to hang out all the time. That’s not really what our relationship is.”
“Right,” Seungcheol said. He let silence fall between the two for a little bit and then: “You know, y/n called me the other night.”
Jeonghan perked up at the information, but it wasn’t in excitement.
“What? Why?”
“She asked me about what girls you were sleeping with.”
Jeonghan looked away from Seungcheol, cursing under his breath and burying his face in his hands.
“Fuck, why would she-” He groaned loudly. “And let me guess-”
“Why does she think that you are fucking other people? Aren’t you exclusive?”
“Technically, it’s one-sided. She’s made it very clear that she had agreed to not sleep with other people, but I was free to.”
Seungcheol’s confusion didn’t have to be outwardly expressed. Jeonghan could feel it.
“Who would-” He shook his head. “I’ve got to stop questioning the things that y/n lets you do to her. Just... So why would she care if you were sleeping with other people if she agreed to those terms?”
“Maybe because...” Jeonghan cleared his throat uncertainly, risking a look at his friend. “Perhaps I told her I was sleeping with other people.”
Seungcheol gave Jeonghan a blank stare.
“But you’re not.”
Jeonghan nodded.
“But I’m not.”
Seungcheol stared at Jeonghan silently, and then, after a few moments turned away from him, placing both of his hands on the kitchen counter and sighing heavily.
He began to mutter under his breath, but it wasn’t quiet enough for Jeonghan not to make out the: “How am I the one that is single in this house? I’m the only one with fucking-”
Seungcheol turned back around, forcing a smile on his lips.
“Why would you lie to y/n and tell her that you are sleeping with other people?”
Jeonghan’s eyebrows furrowed.
“Why does it matter?” Jeonghan demanded. “I’m allowed to lie to her if I want to. It’s a harmless lie.”
“It’s still a lie.”
Jeonghan exhaled loudly out of his nose.
“What does it matter?”
“Jeonghan, where do you see this thing with y/n going?”
“That’s a stupid question,” Jeonghan said.
Seungcheol walked over to the table, pulling out the chair next to Jeonghan and sitting in it. He fixed Jeonghan under a stern gaze.
“Do you like y/n?”
Jeonghan scoffed at first, his eyes turning away from Seungcheol.
“Do I like y/n? Jesus Seungcheol, do you know me at all?” He looked back at Seungcheol. “I’m Yoon Jeonghan.”
“Yeah,” Seungcheol agreed. “Yoon Jeonghan who fucks everything that walks and unabashedly kicks them out every morning. Yoon Jeonghan who does not fuck anyone twice- Hell you barely interact with the people you’ve fucked before.”
Before Jeonghan could say anything Seungcheol continued:
“And then you sleep with y/n. You sleep with... What? Two girls after her and then it’s back to her. You’re so bipolar about this! The first night you slept with her you were definitely open to fucking her again, and then you got all aloof and then you slept with her a second time and all of a sudden you are saying we should get used to her-”
“That’s-”
“I’m not finished,” Seungcheol interrupted. “Don’t even get me started on your borderline obsession with Yeongtae. You think I don’t notice you asking about him to anyone who will listen? Your phone is open to his instragram page right now!”
“He’s a weird guy!” Jeonghan protested.
“You are jealous,” Seungcheol said. “You are jealous, and you miss her when she doesn’t come to parties, and you even let her mess with legos with you. You practically beg her to stay every morning.”
“What are you trying to say?” Jeonghan asked angrily, not afraid to express that this conversation was not one he wanted to be a part of. Seungcheol, however, was not fazed by his murderous tone.
“Just admit it!” Seungcheol replied. “I don’t have to tell you your feelings. You know what I’m trying to say.”
“I have nothing to admit.” The two of them were screaming at one another now. The top of their lungs, neither of them backing down.
“If y/n were to call you right now and tell you she was dating Yeongtae and wanted to cut things off, what would you do?”
“Nothing! We aren’t dating. She’s allowed to do what she wants. If she wants to date Yeongtae she can.”
“Liar.”
“I’m not lying!”
“You love y/n,” Seungcheol accused. “You love her and that’s why you hate when she hangs out with Yeongtae because while you two connect on a sexual level you are worried that you two won’t connect on a personal level, and Yeongtae and her do and you think that she’s going to leave you for him.”
“Shut up.”
“And if you keep this up? She will leave you,” Seungcheol said. “Are you really going to just let her slip away?”
“She’s not going to slip away!” Jeonghan hissed, slamming his hands down on the table. “You want the truth? Yes, I fucking love her. And I am jealous of her and Yeongtae. Why doesn’t she spend that time with me? I practically have to force her to have breakfast with us every day! She always has something else to do. I’m fucking Yoon Jeonghan why doesn’t she want me?”
Silence fell between the two, both of their chests heaving. They both stared at each other. Seungcheol looking pleased but also distressed for Jeonghan. As the two stood there, someone cleared their throat. Both boys turned to see that Seokmin was walking into the kitchen.
“What was that?” Seokmin asked. “Oh, yeah, my favorite way to wake up in the morning is to you two screaming about Jeonghan’s obvious feelings for y/n.”
Jeonghan rolled his eyes, and briskly scooted back his chair back, the sound screeching throughout the house.
“Fuck off.”
Jeonghan stormed out of the kitchen, brushing past Minghao as he walked.
“Good morning to you too,” he said softly.
Jeonghan completely ignored him.
“I’m going to get some air.”
And just like that, he stormed out of the house.
-
You were startled away from your homework by a sudden knock at your door. Your eyebrows furrowed and you glanced at your phone. It was early. Jeongyeon was at class. You weren’t expecting Yeongtae today.
You cracked open your door, and standing in the hall, red in the face and breathless was Jeonghan. Your eyes widened.
“Jeonghan-”
“Did you even check before opening the door? Anyone could have been out here.”
“I-”
Jeonghan raised his hand in front of your face.
“I’m not going to lie to you right now: I am fucking furious,” Jeonghan said. “I know it’s early, and we haven’t seen each other in a few days but this is your first chance to back out. What is our safe word?”
You were surprised but... Always down to be fucked by Jeonghan. You were quick to say your safe word, taking a step back into the room and pushing the door slightly open for Jeonghan. His jaw clenched at the clear invitation.
“If I come into that apartment-”
“Do whatever you want to,” you replied. You pushed aside the uncertainty in the pit of your stomach, completely ignoring the part of you that was desperate to know why Jeonghan had lied to you about sleeping with other girls. “I’m yours.”
Jeonghan was in the room with the door closed behind him in a blink of an eye. He locked the door and began to rip his shirt off of his body. You were momentarily distracted... God, Jeonghan was like a walking fucking Adonis but you were snapped back to reality by Jeonghan saying: “Don’t just fucking stand there. Get your clothes off.”
You quickly locked the door behind you and began to strip yourself of your clothes but you weren’t fast enough. Jeonghan pushed you roughly against the wall and dragged your shirt off of you. As soon as it was tossed aside his lips were pressed to yours.
Jeonghan’s hands were quick to unfasten your bra, and you let it fall off of your shoulders and onto the ground between you two. Jeonghan pulled away from you, narrowing his eyes at you.
“You remembered what I told you? That day in the bathroom?” He asked. You didn’t need him to elaborate.
“You said you’d remind me of how depraved I was,” you replied breathlessly. Jeonghan’s lips flickered into a smile.
“That’s one thing about you,” he murmured. “You are a good listener.”
He stepped away from you and as he walked back his eyes trailed over your body. You swallowed hard.
“Crawl,” Jeonghan said. It snapped your attention back to Jeonghan, your eyelids fluttering.
“What?”
“I said to crawl,” Jeonghan repeated. Your mouth fell open and you quickly dropped down to your hands and knees. Your face blazed in embarrassment as you began to crawl towards Jeonghan but it just made Jeonghan laugh, his head tilting to the side in what seemed to be adoration. “So good for me.”
When you got to his feet, he kneeled down in front of you, placing a single finger to your forehead.
“Have you been good recently?” He asked you. It felt like a trick question, and you had no clue what the answer was.
“… Yes?”
He slapped you, making you gasp in surprise. He stood up and began to walk backwards again.
“Crawl.”
You did as you were told, and as you followed him, he started to talk again.
“You haven’t been good recently. You know why?”
You shook your head quickly. He scoffed.
“Because I had to fuck you twice in two separate bathrooms,” Jeonghan replied, his voice sharp. “You haven’t been over, you haven’t invited me over and I had to settle for fucking you in bathrooms.”
He turned around.
“Where’s your room?” He asked. You cleared your throat.
“It’s uh, the last door on the right.”
Without another word Jeonghan walked down the hallway, disappearing into your room. You stayed there for a second, on your hands and knees, wondering what he wanted you to do. You decided to just keep crawling.
That ended up being the right decision. When you got to your room Jeonghan was sitting on your bed, his legs spread and his head rested on his arm. He looked annoyed.
“Taking your fucking time, aren’t you?” He mumbled.
“Sorry,” you murmured. You crawled all the way up to him, settling yourself between his legs. Once you had sat back on your feet Jeonghan’s hand was on your chin.
“Open your mouth,” he said. You opened it and he suddenly stuck two of his fingers in your mouth. Surprised by the action you gagged, your head dropping forward. Jeonghan chided you softly.
“If you can’t even handle my fingers, how could you possibly handle my cock?” he asked you, his voice high and mocking. Your eyes widened at the tone, his words going straight to your core.
“I can handle-“ You were interrupted by a slap, and this time Jeonghan grabbed your chin with it. He looked at you with hooded eyes.
“I didn’t say you could talk now did I?” He asked. You shook your head obediently. His lips curled up into a smile. “There’s my good girl.”
He turned his eyes away from yours as he went to rummage through his things. You frowned, unsure of what he was doing, but you were glad he looked away because your face was burning red at the compliment.
It was ridiculous how much a tiny bit of praise could really send you over the top when it came from Jeonghan.
“I want to propose something,” Jeonghan said. Your eyes darted to where he had just grabbed something. He flashed a camera at you.
“How do you feel about being a star?”
Realization flooded your body as you realized what he was asking. Your mind raced to come up with an answer. This wouldn’t be the most public thing that you would be letting Jeonghan do, but it would be the most permanent thing you let him do.
You had never before let a fling take a video of you or a picture of you in any intimate way. At least, not since you were able to make rational decisions and remembered that you really had to trust someone before sending them those kinds of pictures of yourself.
Your hesitance wasn’t missed in Jeonghan. He nodded and started to put his phone away.
“That’s okay you don’t need to-” You reached out suddenly, grabbing his wrist. His eyes widened slightly at the sudden touch. You quickly searched his eyes, your mind running fast to figure out what you wanted to say.
“No, I just had to think about it for a second,” you replied. “I trust you. Go ahead.”
You let go of his wrist.
“Why do you want it anyway?” You asked, your tone lightly. He searched your eyes for a second, and then tilted his head, raising the phone camera to his face.
“I want you to see what you look like when you’re groveling at my feet,” Jeonghan replied, his voice low. “You’ll see what a good little slut you are.”
As Jeonghan spoke one of his hands left his phone and he buried his fingers in your hair.
“What do you do when you want me to stop?” Your eyes had drifted to Jeonghan’s dick, your mouth, embarrassingly enough drooling at the sight of it. It had been such a long time since he had decided to use your mouth. “Y/n.”
He tugged your head up sharply, and your eyes darted up. You quickly thought back on his words while you had been distracted and raised your hand to his thigh, tapping it twice. You gave him an apologetic expression, but his expression didn’t change.
“You’ve been bad about listening to me recently,” he commented lightly. “You’re so used to reward, and so spoiled that you think you can act up.”
You wanted to argue with him but as soon as your eyes fluttered back down he was tugging your head up more.
“Keep your eyes on the camera,” he said sternly. “Now tell the camera: Have you been spoiled recently?”
Your eyes peered into the camera lens, your face surely dark from a combination of anticipation, lust, and slight embarrassment.
“I’ve been spoiled,” you agreed. Jeonghan hummed.
“You started taking my dick for granted, didn’t you?” You nodded your agreement, fighting the urge to look at Jeonghan. “You’re going to have to earn your orgasm today.”
You couldn’t help it, your eyes shot to Jeonghan in surprise, and as soon as they did you felt yourself get hit in the face. This time it wasn’t by his hands. Your eyes widened further when you realized that his hand had left your hair and was now wrapped around the base of his cock.
Heat rushed through your body when you realized that he had hit you with his cock.
Your eyes darted back to the camera.
“I’m sorry,” you said, you glanced back at Jeonghan. “I’m so sorry, I’ll be good.” And then your eyes returned to the camera.
A hum left Jeonghan’s mouth, but he didn’t dwell too much on the fact that you were having trouble listening. Deep in the back of your mind you thought that Jeonghan couldn’t blame you for being so distracted. You wanted to be good but how could you be good when it had been so long since Jeonghan had touched you like this?
As these thoughts ran through your mind, Jeonghan’s hand returned back to your hair.
“Mouth open,” he commanded. Your mouth dropped open and Jeonghan quickly pushed your head down on his cock. You choked a little at the sudden intrusion, feeling your gag reflex go off even as you tried to push away the feeling. Jeonghan scoffed.
“You can’t even take my dick the way you usually can,” he chided. “You are usually so good at not choking, is it too big for you love?”
Your face burned as you focused hard on breathing through your nose. You made sure to keep your eyes on the camera, feeling ease fall over you when you stopped feeling the need to gag after each and every thrust.
The longer Jeonghan forced your head up and down the length of his cock, the more his taunting tone turned airy. He stopped talking in favor of moans tumbling from his mouth, but his relentlessness did not end. He began to essentially fuck your face faster and faster the longer that he went.
“Your mouth is so wet and hot,” Jeonghan said gruffly. Your eyes flitted towards him only to find that his eyes were shut in pleasure. “It’s almost as good as your pussy.”
He moaned at the mere mention of your pussy.
“I’m not interested in foreplay today; I need to fucking destroy you. You better get yourself ready.”
Your eyes shot back to the camera, realizing that you probably did not have much time to get yourself ready. Your hand lowered to your pussy, which was, of course, dripping wet. You pushed two of your fingers right into yourself with ease, wasting no time in matching Jeonghan’s pace.
It was getting a lot harder to keep your focus on the camera as Jeonghan started to move your head up and down faster on his cock. You could feel his cock twitch inside of your mouth, and by the way that his fingers were tightening their grip in your hair you knew that Jeonghan was getting close to having his first orgasm of the night. You pushed a third finger into yourself quickly, ignoring the burn as you began to also suck on his cock more, hoping to bring him closer, faster, like you thought he wanted.
“I’m going to cum in your perfect little mouth, and I want you to capture all of the cum. I better not see a single drop spilled.”
You moaned around Jeonghan’s cock, excitement buzzing through your body as Jeonghan got closer to his orgasm. You only had to wait a few more pumps before Jeonghan’s cum started to fill your mouth. He pulled his cock out enough so that it was really just his tip in your mouth as he began to come.
“Don’t swallow it either.”
His hand left your hair, and then suddenly he pulled himself out of your mouth. You opened your mouth to protest but then a little bit of cum dripped from your mouth and you slammed it shut. Jeonghan didn’t seem to be bothered. He instead gave his cock a few pumps as he painted your face with the rest of his cum, and once he had finally stopped you got slapped hard.
“Didn’t I tell you not to get any cum on your face?” He snapped. Your eyes shot to his in apology but that apparently wasn’t the right move either. “And you’re not even looking at the camera.”
Your eyes shot back to the camera just in time for Jeonghan’s fingers to bury in your hair again and he forced your head back.
“Say thank you for the cum with it still in your mouth,” he commanded. You were quick to comply.
“Thank you for the cum,” you said.
“Louder.”
“Thank you for the cum,” you repeated, much louder this time. Jeonghan hummed, looking at you from behind the camera screen. After a few seconds of just staring at you he set the phone aside and pulled you up by the strands of your hair. He pushed you onto the bed, your ass sticking out over the edge and grabbed you by the hips to pull you up against his pelvis, pushing his cock into you without warning.
You cried out in surprise and more cum dripped out of your mouth, so you slammed your hand over it, feeling your already wet fingers smear his cum over your cheeks.
Jeonghan snickered.
“Trying so hard to be good now aren’t you?” He asked. “You scared you’re going to lose your orgasm?”
Jeonghan pushed deep into you, hard again without warning, jostling your whole body and making you fall awkwardly on your face. You quickly tried to steady yourself but then he pushed into you hard again and you found yourself back in the same position.
Jeonghan seemed to be annoyed by how you were jostling because he made a sound that resembled  that of a growl and pushed your head down into the comforter.
“Stop moving.”
Now that you were steady under Jeonghan he began to really lose control. You hadn’t thought it was possible for Jeonghan to fuck you any harder than he had in the past but you had been ridiculously wrong. With each thrust you were fighting screaming, the only thing keeping you any semblance of quiet being the fact that he hadn’t told you yet that you could swallow the cum you were still holding in your mouth.
Jeonghan was bouncing your entire body with his thrust, your bed creaking with each movement. After a while of literally pounding you his hand left your head, and he grabbed you by your forearms. You were lifted off of the bed, your back arched as Jeonghan fucked himself even deeper inside of you.
“I want to hear you,” he snapped gruffly. You didn’t have to be told more than once. You opened your mouth, both loud moans and cum coming out of it as you did so. You ignored as the cum and spit soaked your chin, dripping down your body and onto the bed.
Jeonghan didn’t pay much mind to it at all either. In fact, his hands quickly switched their position so that he was holding you up by your throat.
His hands were cutting off your air circulation just enough that it was making pleasure swirl even more aggressively in your head.
Without any warning at all, you suddenly felt Jeonghan begin to come deep inside of you, his hips stuttering a little as he began to unload himself in you.
“Fuck, thank you Jeonghan. Thank you,” you cried out, earning yourself a slap.
“Shut up,” Jeonghan mumbled, but you could hear the smile in his voice as he said it.
You felt your own orgasm starting to come up but you desperately fought against it, recognizing that Jeonghan had not told you that you could cum yet.
Jeonghan didn’t stop fucking you even after he had finished coming inside of you. Instead, he briefly pulled out of you to flip you onto your back, and pushed right back into you. His cock somehow already hard again as he began to drill into you from there.
“Do you want to cum?” He asked you. You pressed your lips together and nodded eagerly. He hummed, his thumb running over your cum and spit-soaked chin. “Do you think you’ve earned it?”
Your body was burning, and him talking to you like this wasn’t making it any easier to hold off your orgasm, but regardless you had to be honest.
“No,” you admitted. “But I’ve been better than others haven’t I? I always take your cock just the way you want it, and I’m so good at taking your cum.”
Jeonghan nodded, his eyes flickering down to your lips.
“You like being my little cum dumpster? You like it when I fuck my cum deep inside of you?”
“Yes Jeonghan, fuck yes. I need it, I need your cum so badly,” you agreed, your tone getting lighter, more desperate. “I need you so badly Jeonghan, all the time. I want you to use me more.”
“Yeah? You like this way too much for the average person,” he chided. His fingers pinched at the corners of your mouth, forcing your jaw open. He spit in your mouth and then let go. You swallowed it without a second thought.
“Thank you,” you blurted out. Jeonghan’s head fell to the side.
“For what?” He asked, but as he did he lowered his hands to your waist, forcing himself into you faster.
“For everything,” you cried out. “For fucking me, for coming in me, for coming on me. For all of it. For your spit. Thank you.”
 Jeonghan’s hips stuttered against you.
“Fuck, y/n,” he said, sounding absolutely wrecked. Suddenly he wrapped one of his arms around you, lifting you off the bed a bit so that he could bury his face in your neck while he fucked you. You felt him bite down on your neck, sucking a hickey into it just as his other hand pressed down on your clit.
“You can come you little slut. Come on my cock like a good girl.”
You didn’t have to be told more. You felt tears of relief began to roll down your cheeks as you finally let yourself come, your thighs shaking as Jeonghan came right after you. His thrusts not stopping until you felt so full that you thought you might explode.
Jeonghan held you in that position for a little while, his cock buried deep inside you as he busied himself marking up your neck again, but after a few minutes he flipped you both over, sliding his cock out of you.
Your chest heaved against Jeonghan’s and you buried your face in his chest in pure exhaustion. You heard him sigh, his fingers making their way into your hair. He combed through it gently.
“Sorry,” he mumbled, his voice so quiet you almost couldn’t hear him. You looked up at him, confusion riddled over your clearly messy and red face. A flicker of a smile crossed Jeonghan’s lips at his handiwork, but it was replaced quickly by a solemn look that matched his apology.
“For what?” You asked. “You heard me thank you for everything earlier.”
You laughed softly and pressed your head back against his hand.
“You know I like it just as much as you do.”
“It’s not that,” Jeonghan replied. He looked troubled, and serious. “I’m sorry for taking my anger out on you... I shouldn’t do that. I won’t make a habit of it.”
“I don’t personally mind,” you commented with a shrug. “Take your anger out on me all you want if it makes you feel better.”
Jeonghan was still staring at you.
“Did it make you feel better?”
Jeonghan sighed, finally his eyes flickering away from you.
“I think it made it worse.”
You wanted to scream at Jeonghan. Mostly for being confusing. You were thinking of how to bring up the fact you knew he was lying about sleeping with other girls but every communication technique that you could use just fell flat in your mind. Start, stop, continue... NVC?
I feel confused because you told me you were sleeping with other people when you weren’t and I would like to talk to you about why you felt like you had to do that.
Not only were you not sure if that was formed right, but it would also be stupid to bring up in any normal context.
… Stupid Micah Salaberrios...
So instead of using your engrained knowledge of healthy proper communication you fell back on the easier option.
“You’ve never been in my place before. Do you like it?”
Jeonghan hummed and pulled away from you, sitting up. You whined as you fell into your comforter which made Jeonghan laugh. His fingers tightened in your hair again and he dragged you up with him.
“Dick...” You mumbled. Jeonghan snorted and you propped yourself up in your bed.
“You certainly have a lot of posters of men on your walls,” he observed, gesturing to the kpop posters you had scattered across your room. It just amused you.
“Jealous?”
“Hardly. I doubt you would be groveling on your knees for them, begging to be hit and used like a pretty little fuck toy.”
Your face reddened a bit.
“You would be surprised. I don’t know if I would be able to choose if my choices lied between you and Taeyoung.”
Jeonghan clearly didn’t like where the conversation was going as he gave you a stern look.
“You really want me to put you in your place all over again? Remind you what your only real use is?” He demanded.
You swallowed, surprised (and disappointed) by his lack of physical touch to match the threat. You kind of did want him to put you in your place all over again.
“No,” you mumbled. It was small. You clearly wanted more but Jeonghan played dumb. He patted your head.
“Where’s your shower?”
There he was again. That gentle Jeonghan that came after being railed and treated like you were nothing at all.
“Down the hall. On the left.”
Jeonghan stood up, stretch as soon as he was out of your bed and then scooped down to pick you up. You yelped in surprise but were in zero shape to fight back.
“I don’t always have to shower right after we fuck,” you whined, wrapping your arms around his neck. You couldn’t help an intrusive thought from escaping as well: “Why do you care so much about after care anyways?”
Jeonghan scoffed, and it vibrated through his body.
“What kind of emotional damage would I be leaving on you if I called you worthless and hit you and then just… left?”
You shrugged.
“What does it matter?” You asked. “I’m just a fuck toy.”
Jeonghan paused at the statement, his face scrunching in concentration for a moment. He looked like he really wanted to address your words but for some reason couldn’t figure out a way to. You didn’t understand why those choice words were bothering him. Even if he wasn’t sleeping with other people, they were objectively true.
“You’re not just a fuck toy,” Jeonghan finally said. “You are my fuck toy, but that’s not all you are.”
You opened your mouth to negate Jeonghan’s statement but before you could he was talking again.
“I’m going to start your shower.”
If his purpose was to derail the conversation by causing you additional frustration he had done the perfect job. You groaned, successfully rolling out of Jeonghan’s arms and back on your bed. You buried your face in your bed sheets. He didn’t seem put off by your show.
“I’ll shower first but you have to shower too,” he stated. “I don’t know why you are such a brat about showers. You’re so obedient for me otherwise.”
You waited for him to say more but when he didn’t you sat up and found that he wasn’t there anymore. You sighed. How unproductive.
Your mind turned to Jeonghan in the shower, and you realized that you didn’t actually have anything for him to wear. You knew that your clothes wouldn’t fit him so you raced to come up with anything else and then remembered that you had some clothes that one of your old flings had left once before.
You got out of bed and walked over to your closet, getting on top of a chair so that you could grab them from the top corner.
You gave them a test sniff, and found that they just smelled like your laundry detergent.
Along with those, you walked over to the hallway closet grabbing a fresh towel.
True to his word Jeonghan was still in the shower when you pushed into the bathroom.
“I brought you a towel,” you mumbled. “And some clothes.”
Jeonghan peeked around the shower curtain, frowning.
“I don’t think I’ll fit into your clothes love,” he stated. Your heart fluttered at his words. Love.
“They’re men’s clothes,” you replied. “I think they’ll fit you. You’re about the same height as…” Suddenly your thoughts turned to the other day at the library. Your lips pressed together. “Uh-”
At first Jeonghan just looked confused, but that confusion faded into understanding when he realized what you had been about to say. His head tilted and his expression became harder.
“About the same height as who?” He pressed. You kept your lips pressed together, unwilling to say a word. You just shook your head. He pushed aside the shower curtain and took the clothes from your hands tossing them on the floor.
Before you had come in here you had put a shirt on so that you weren’t walking around completely naked, but Jeonghan wrapped his arm around you, dipping under the shirt and coming down hard on your ass. You yelped and he pulled you close to him, the water from the shower coming off of him and onto your shirt.
“Whose clothes are on the floor of your bathroom y/n?” Jeonghan asked you. Your lips pressed together and again just shook your head. He slapped your ass again: “It’s not like you to be bad. You must be really scared.”
There was a hint of amusement in his voice. You cleared your throat.
“They’re just a friends-” Jeonghan hit your ass again. “Okay, it was a flings’. But it’s been months since I’ve even talked to him.”
Jeonghan’s eyebrow rose slightly.
“Then why are you so nervous?” He mumbled. Your eyes flickered to his.
“You have a bit of a jealous streak.”
Jeonghan laughed and looked like he wanted to negate what you said but before he could you flicked your head in the direction of the discarded clothes. He pressed his lips together.
“Okay… Maybe you have a point,” he relinquished. He looked back at you and shrugged. “Thanks for the clothes. Your turn.”
-
When you got out of the shower, you found Jeonghan in your kitchen in the clothes you had left for him. He looked annoyed and you didn’t have to look at him long to figure out why. He looked at you.
“Why do you even still have these?” He asked you. He pulled at the collar of his shirt in aggravation.
“I thought maybe Yujun would want them back.”
Jeonghan scoffed and rolled his eyes.
“Does it still smell like him?” He asked. “Don’t men’s clothes smell like them for a really long time?”
“Jeonghan don’t be stupid-”
“You can keep the clothes I wore over here,” he interrupted you. He gestured to what he was currently wearing. “I’m burning this.”
You rolled your eyes, but honestly, you thought it was a little cute. Even if this just made you even more confused on what Jeonghan saw you as. You wandered over to the kitchen island, taking a seat at one of the chairs. You rested your head on your hand.
“What are you doing in my kitchen anyways?” You asked. Jeonghan hummed.
“I thought it was about time you tried my cooking.”
Your eyebrows rose in surprise.
“What?” You asked. Jeonghan walked over to your pantry, pulling out a box of pasta. He looked at the box.
“I love pasta,” he mumbled, but it seemed like it was mostly to himself. He set the box on the counter and then looked in your fridge. He paused for a second as he looked at the contents. He then reached in and grabbed out a few things. Spinach, heavy cream, milk, cheese. You were surprised you had so many fresh ingredients.
He closed the fridge door behind him. You frowned slightly.
“Have you ever made pasta before?” You asked, your mind flickering to the fact that Jeonghan had evaded answering if he was a good cook or not. You thought that if someone were good as cooking they would brag about it. Like Mingyu did everytime you were over.
“I’ve seen Mingyu make pasta before,” Jeonghan replied, focused on getting out the things he needed for the dish. “How hard can it be?”
You had never seen anyone mess up anything as bad as Jeonghan messed up cooking pasta. You watched as he didn’t stir the pasta as it boiled, he burned the milk by turning the heat up too high, and on top of all that he set one of your kitchen towels on fire.
To be completely fair, you were pretty sure that the Alpha Mu house had electric stoves, not gas ones but regardless, it wasn’t what you had expected at all when he first started measuring out the ingredients to make the pasta sauce.
“When you said that I would find out if you were good at cooking or not-”
Jeonghan shut you up by lightly putting his hand in your face and pushing you to the side. You stumbled a little and shot him a glare.
“Hey! You about burned my apartment down!” You protested. Jeonghan had taken a seat at your kitchen island while you started to clean up after him. He had the audacity to be sitting there with a sad look on his face. As if something you had done was the reason that he couldn’t eat.
“I just wanted pasta,” he replied, his head rested on his arms that were on the counter.
“If you were that bad at cooking why didn’t you just ask me to make you something?” You demanded. Jeonghan still held that pathetic look on his face, as if he was a child being scolded.
“Do you know how to make pasta?” He asked you. You huffed loudly out of your mouth.
“You’re so weird Jeonghan,” you mumbled. “Of course, I know how to make pasta. All you have to do is boil some water and heat some milk and heavy whipping cream.”
You put the lid on your pot as you dumped the water out of the overcooked pasta.
“It’s not really aftercare if you do the cooking,” Jeonghan continued, that whine still in his voice. You rolled your eyes.
“That’s not true. Maybe it’s aftercare from me to you,” you replied. “You make me shower. I’ll cook you food.”
Jeonghan was silent for so long that it worried you. You dumped the pasta out into your trash can and then looked up at him. He was watching you closely, the pout that had been on his face was gone now. When he realized that you were looking at him, he let his eyes flutter closed.
“Okay, cook for me then,” he said. There was something weird in his voice, your eyebrows furrowed as you tried to figure out what it was. You stood there for only a few seconds before you gave up.
How could you expect yourself to understand the tone of his voice when you didn’t even understand why he had lied to you about sleeping with other girls?
You turned your attention back to the stove, cleaning the pots as you needed them. The silence between you and Jeonghan was weird, so you found yourself glancing back at him a lot to see if he was asleep or not. Each time you looked back at him you found his eyes were fluttering shut.
It was like he was a child. He was quite literally pretending to be asleep when in reality he was watching you cook.
You couldn’t help but feel a little irritated.
“What have you been doing the last few days anyways?” You mumbled as you mixed some cheese into the sauce you were making. “Or I guess the question is who have you been doing?”
It was a trap really. Was it fair for you to trap a boy in a lie who didn’t even know you knew he was lying?
“I thought you didn’t get jealous unless it was Chaedom?” Jeonghan asked. You rolled your eyes and looked back at him. Again, his eyes fluttered shut as if he hadn’t been watching you at all.
“I’m not jealous,” you replied, but the bite in your voice said otherwise. “I’m just wondering that’s all.”
“I don’t need to tell you about that kind of stuff,” Jeonghan responded. “Why do you even care?”
You couldn’t answer that.
“I don’t,” you replied. “It’s just interesting to be fucking around with someone who is so openly fucking other people.”
You heard Jeonghan moving, but you kept your focus on the stove. You sort of expected him to have left the room but then all of a sudden his arms wrapped around your chest and Jeonghan buried his face into the back of your neck. You made a small noise in protest to the sudden affection.
“I’m tired,” Jeonghan complained. “You’re taking too long to cook.”
You wanted to be annoyed but having Jeonghan at such a close proximity made your heart flutter. Against your better judgement you let your head loll back against his a little.
“Cooking takes time,” you mumbled back. Jeonghan made a soft noise of complaint, but he didn’t say more.
God, you really didn’t get Jeonghan sometimes and it was almost as if the more you got to know him the more confusing he got. The way that he was holding you it was almost as if...
God, you didn’t want to think those things. You couldn’t stand to be any more delusional than you already were being.
Why was Jeonghan lying to you? It had to be a manipulation tactic. Maybe he was just bored. Maybe he had tired of fucking other people but he wanted to keep you at a distance.
Or maybe he just thrived on your confusion. Maybe he just wanted to see how far you would let him go with things. Maybe he wanted to hurt you, and this was the way he was going about it.
“Your thoughts are loud.”
Your eyes widened at Jeonghan’s words.
“Huh? What thoughts?” You asked. Jeonghan shifted his body.
“You’re overthinking us again, aren’t you?” He replied.
“I’m not-” You huffed out in aggravation. “What is there to overthink?”
Jeonghan turned so that his face was in yours.
“It’s natural to want to be close to someone in a relationship like ours,” Jeonghan said.
You stared at Jeonghan, a little lost for words with how close he was to you.
“A relationship like ours...?”
“We’re practically in a dom/sub relationship,” Jeonghan defined. “Just without a contract.”
Luckily the addition at the end seemed to remind yourself that this was Jeonghan you were talking to. He probably categorized dreams that he had about being in a real relationship with someone as a nightmare. You were being delusional getting stuck on things like him being clingy after sex and referring to you two as having a relationship.
He was right after all. You two did have a relationship. It just wasn’t a romantic one.
“What? Like in 50 Shades of Grey?” You asked, rolling your eyes. You batted Jeonghan away from you and took the pot off the stove to drain the noodles.
“I’m just saying, it’s not weird that I would want to hold you while you’re cooking. Or that you would want me close when we’re sleeping,” Jeonghan continued. You tried to come off as indifferent towards the conversation, honestly feeling a bit annoyed that he had been so easily able to tell that your mind was racing. “It’s better if I give you reassurance afterwards, whether it be physical or just emotional.”
Still ignoring Jeonghan you poured the pasta into your finished sauce, tossing the noodles around in it.
“And what about you?” You pondered, turning to look at Jeonghan. He was now leaning against your counter, just looking at you. “Don’t you need reassurance?”
“I am always getting reassurance from you,” Jeonghan replied bluntly. “Your confirmation that you know our safe word, the way that you let me tell you to do things even outside of the bedroom, even when you’re being a brat about after care-”
You looked away from him with an annoyed grunt as you went to get some bowls out of the pantry. You opened up a cabinet and got on your tip toes a little bit so that you could grab the bowls. Jeonghan stopped you, putting a hand over yours. You felt like you had to look at him.
“Your trust is reassurance to me. You have every chance to tell me no. You have every chance to tell me something is too much. You don’t have to put up with anything I do if you don’t want to,” Jeonghan said. He grabbed down two bowls, holding them out for you. “That’s my reassurance. It’s in your words and actions. You need the same reassurance from me.”
You pressed your lips together and took the bowls from Jeonghan. You looked away from him and started to scoop the pasta into the bowls. You cleared your throat, trying to shake the heavy feeling off of your shoulders.
“Why are you talking to me as if I’m not a Psych major?” You asked. “I understand the importance of reassurance.”
You turned around and pointed for Jeonghan to sit down. He did as he was told and you set the bowl of pasta in front of him, giving him a fork and a glass of water before sitting down next to him.
“Then why are you acting like it’s weird when I take steps to make sure you are reassured?” Jeonghan asked. Your eyes fluttered down to your food.
“We’re just fuck buddies Jeonghan,” you replied as if it was obvious. You risked a glance at him and immediately regretted it. Even though he had said early he was hungry, even though he had complained about being tired the only thing he was focused on was you. “I’ve had boyfriends who were less affectionate than you are.”
Jeonghan’s jaw tightened a little at your words.
“What do you mean by that?” He asked. You couldn’t keep looking at him, so you looked back at your food, poking at it as you waited for it to cool down.
“It’s just all this aftercare… I’m just not used to it.”
“How could you not be used to aftercare?” Jeonghan practically repeated the same question as before.
“My other partners never gave me aftercare,” you replied. “They would just… Fall asleep, or kick me out, or leave themselves. We didn’t do legos, or breakfast. They definitely didn’t start showers for me.”
Jeonghan was quiet, and honestly? His silence made you feel like your confession was worse than it was.
“It’s not like I need the reassurance. It’s kind of like you said. I find reassurance in other ways.”
“No,” Jeonghan said, his voice sharp. “I find reassurance directly in what you say and do. What you’re describing is the same as if I never even told you how good you are for me.”
You rolled your eyes.
“Jeonghan you assure me that I’m good even in the middle of sex.”
“Yeah, I do,” he agreed. “But did they?”
Your lips pressed together firmly.
“I thought you didn’t like me talking about other men,” you finally said. Jeonghan pressed his hands on either sides of your chair and turned you so that you were facing him. He then raised a hand to your face, forcing you to make eye contact with him.
“Y/n, you can’t be so nonchalant about these things,” he said, his voice hushed. “You’re smart, you know better than I do the effect that this kind of relationship could have on you if I didn’t force aftercare down your throat. I know it’s uncomfortable and it’s weird since we aren’t dating and you aren’t used to this but you do need it. You know you need it. I need you to admit that you need it.”
You didn’t want to admit that you needed aftercare. You didn’t want to admit that you needed Jeonghan’s reassurance. This was only more confusing knowing what you knew about Jeonghan. How could he be lying to you about sleeping with other people and in the same breath tell you that he knew how important it was to reassure you that you were good?
Again, his actions just didn’t make sense. If this was a manipulation technique it was a fucking weird one.
But then again, Jeonghan didn’t look like he was manipulating you. Getting to know him you couldn’t really see him as some sort of monster who was just trying to hurt you. Why would someone who was just aiming to see you cry put so much effort into making sure you understood that you were cared for?
It was moments like these where the delusions were so easy to believe. He knew you so well, and he clearly cared so much about you. You could tell in the way that he wasn’t just looking at you. His eyes were darting all over your face like he was reading every single part of you to completely understand you. Maybe Jeonghan not sleeping with other people was actually for you.
Maybe he cared about you so much that he just couldn’t imagine actually sleeping with other people.
But then again, these thoughts were all just that- Delusions.
“I…” You really hated that Jeonghan was right. “I do need it.”
A smile flickered across Jeonghan’s face.
“And there’s my reassurance,” he said softly. His fingers loosened their grip on you, and he raised a hand to your head. He patted you. “Now eat.”
You opened your mouth to say more, but it seemed like Jeonghan was done with the topic. He turned to the pasta and took a scoop of it. As soon as he put it in his mouth, he let out a pleasant hum.
“This is really good,” he commented. That seemed to kick you back into the moment. You turned yourself back towards your food and began to eat as well.
“Of course, it’s good,” you mumbled. “I made it.”
“I should come over more.”
The comment was probably meant to be off handed, but it only took you more by surprise.
“But you should cook before we have sex so that we can just go to sleep right after.”
He glanced at you.
“You don’t seem like your mind is being all that quiet today.”
Of course, your mind wasn’t being quiet. God, you wanted to scream at him. He was lying to you. Lying to you about something stupid. Lying to you about something that no one in their right minds would ever lie about.
And no matter how hard you thought about it, no matter how much you searched for a logical reason you couldn’t find one. It didn’t make sense that Jeonghan would lie to you and say he was sleeping with other people in any way at all.
You tried not to let it show too much how bothered you were, and instead just let his comment sit in the air. You noticed he finished eating a while before you did, but he waited as if he wasn’t done until you had finished yourself. Then- Despite your many protests- He got up and started to clean the dishes.
“Go to sleep y/n,” he said. “You need to rest.”
You did feel tired. Physically, and emotionally. But regardless, you were annoyed at Jeonghan.
“I never do dishes at your place,” you complained. He laughed airily.
“And you also never pull me by the hair and tell me I’m only good at being fucked,” Jeonghan replied. “Our roles aren’t so easily reversed.”
You defiantly stayed where you were, watching Jeonghan clean the dishes.
“And what are you going to do then?” You asked him. He glanced back at you. “Are you going to go home?”
“What do you want me to do?” Jeonghan asked. Your heart skipped a beat but before your mind could complicate the feeling you remembered what Jeonghan had said. It was natural to want a kind of intimacy with Jeonghan within the relationship you two had. You needed reassurance.
You didn’t respond. You just silently screamed at him.
Stay.
Jeonghan hummed, and his eyes flitted back to the dishes.
“I’ll come join you in a minute then.”
You blinked.
“I didn’t say that I wanted you to stay,” you said. Another laugh from Jeonghan.
“Okay, then I’ll leave.”
“No-” Your response came a little faster than you thought a fuck buddies should. “No, I do want you to stay.”
Jeonghan hummed and didn’t respond so after a few moments you sighed.
Why were you trying to pick fights with him right now? You were tired. You should just let things be for the time being. You quietly left the room, putting on some pajamas and climbing into your bed. You laid there for a few minutes, but it felt weird to be in your bed instead of Jeonghan’s after just being railed.
You wondered if your mind was racing so much because you were used to your relationship with Jeonghan being in a finite place.
You worried for a little while that Jeonghan wasn’t actually going to join you, but just as those thoughts appeared in your head, Jeonghan walked into your room. He closed the door shut behind himself and then climbed under the sheets.
Your bed was a queen size, versus his king, so it was a bit smaller than you were used to sharing with him. You tried to lay there and pretend like you were asleep.
A few minutes passed. Had it always been so cold in your room?
“Jeonghan?” You managed to say. Jeonghan hummed a response. “Can you hold me?”
Jeonghan shifted beside you and suddenly his arms were around you. He pulled you up against his chest, putting his face in his favorite spot- On your neck.
“See that? My reassurance,” Jeonghan mumbled. “You’ve been good today.”
You put aside all worries about Jeonghan’s intentions towards you. You did really like the assurance.
-
“So, how has it gone in paradise?” Yeongtae asked. You groaned, loudly, unafraid to express to Yeongtae that he was treading in territory you didn’t want him in.
“I don’t want to talk about it,” you grumbled. He laughed.
“I’m rooting for you two!” He insisted. “And, admittedly, I’m curious to see how things will play out. Last episode was kind of a cliffhanger.”
“My sex life isn’t a tv show,” you replied. Then after a few minutes. “Besides, I’m also in the dark right now.”
Yeongtae’s eyes widened.
“You haven’t asked him yet?” He blurted.
“No,” you mumbled. “But that’s not a big deal, I mean what’s it even matter that he’s lying to me about sleeping with other people? He’s not. That’s a good thing.”
You tried to come off as nonchalant, but your mind was racing. You wondered what Yeongtae was going to say in response. You weren’t sure if you wanted him to reassure you that it wasn’t as big of a deal as you were making it out to be in your head or if you wanted him to reassure you that you weren’t crazy for obsessing over it so much the last few days.
“He’s still lying,” Yeongtae mumbled back. “What’s the harm in confronting him over it? I’m sure he has answers.”
You frowned, still a little put off by the whole situation. You didn’t want to have to bring it up to Jeonghan yourself. You didn’t really want him to know you knew.
It crossed your mind briefly that maybe one of the boys had told Jeonghan that you had asked them but quickly dismissed it. You were pretty sure that they all liked you a lot, and building off of that you were pretty sure that if Jeonghan did know, he would have brought it up by now.
… Maybe.
“You are way too stressed out over this situation,” Yeongtae said with a sigh and a shake of his head. “You should come to a party with me tonight.”
You scoffed at the invitation.
“Right.”
“No, I’m serious!” Yeongtae insisted. “You never have fun and let loose! We’ll bring Jeongyeon and Jimin and Jun and you can drink for once.”
“There is nothing healthy about going to a party to drink away your problems,” you replied. “It would just be further-”
“Blah, blah, blah,” Yeongtae interrupted. He took a step in front of you, forcing you to stop walking. “Come on! Forget your psych degree. Who cares if it’s unhealthy? It’s just one night. You’ll just stop thinking about him for one night. Nothing wrong with that.”
You had never hung out with Jimin and Jeongyeon voluntarily. That being said, your whole group was weird. To be going to a party that wasn’t an Alpha Mu party, to hang out with Jun, Jimin, Jeongyeon, and Yeongtae?
Well, you had never imagined that there would be a day.
As soon as you got to the party, Yeongtae had peeled away, only to come back a few minutes later with a bunch of drinks in red solo cups in hand. He passed the cups out to everyone, smiling brightly.
“Is everyone ready to have an amazing night?” He asked excitedly.
One of the reasons that you had actually agreed to come out tonight was because of Yeongtae. Namely, because it had occurred to you recently that Yeongtae hadn’t been lying to you when you first met. You were pretty sure that you actually were his only friend in school.
He never talked about meeting with other people, and if he did answer a phone call or anything it was from a friend that was out of town. You felt a bit bad for him, considering all you two spent your time doing was studying.
You looked down at the cup full of amber liquid, squinting at it unsurely. You cleared your throat.
God, it had been such a long time since you had actually gone drinking. You didn’t tend to find solace in getting drunk as normally you were practically babysitting your friends.
“Y/n, don’t worry so much about it.”
You looked up to find that Jun was watching you closely. He gave you a smile.
“I’ll watch out for you,” he assured you. “So don’t worry, nothing bad will happen.”
You gave him a small smile and nodded.
“Okay, thanks.”
You knew you didn’t have to drink if you didn’t want to. Not really.
You tipped the drink into your mouth.
You supposed that you wanted to.
The thing about getting drunk for you was mostly just that you were constantly dizzy. You weren’t necessarily clumsier than usually but the whole world constantly felt like it was spinning. You kept your grip tight on Yeongtae’s forearm as he started to talk to a girl. You laughed as you watched the two interact, glad to see that Yeongtae was actually enjoying someone’s company.
“How long have you and your girlfriend been dating?” The girl asked, her eyes shooting to you. It was a look that you had only seen in this eyes of other girls who wanted to be with Jeonghan. You laughed.
“What? We’re not dating,” you said. You let go of Yeongtae’s forearm and craned your neck, pointing to where you thought some of your fading hickeys might be. “I belong to someone else.”
“Yoon Jeonghan,” Yeongtae filled in. The girl seemed a bit surprised at the mention of Jeonghan but regardless a smile flickered across her face.
“So you won’t mind if I take Yeongtae away?”
Your mouth dropped open in excitement and surprise.
“Oh, be my guest!” Your eyes flitted towards Yeongtae. “I won’t be answering any phone calls though.”
Yeongtae laughed as the girl latched herself onto Yeongtae.
“And here I was hoping to finally get my revenge.”
The girl dragged Yeongtae away through the crowd and you found yourself alone. You wondered where to go next but you vaguely remembered Jimin and Jeongyeon sneaking off to a closet a little while earlier. They were no help.
You thought maybe you would try and go find Jun.
You took a few steps but before you could get far you bumped into someone. You went to apologize but stopped dead in your tracks. Your eyebrows furrowed slightly.
“Yunjun?”
The tall boy looked to be just as surprised as you were. You thought for a moment that maybe you had the wrong guy, but Yunjun was definitely standing there. Your eyes flickered to his hair. It was long and blonde. You’d never seen it like that before.
“Y/n,” Yunjun replied. His eyes flickered up and down your body, making you feel a bit self-conscious. You weren’t dressed in a lot as per Jeongyeon’s request. You two were wearing matching skirts and crop tops. “You look really good.”
Your lips flickered into a smile.
“Uh, thanks.”
You couldn’t help the way that your mind turned when you were with him. Just being near him reminded you of your time with him. Of all your flings he had probably been the worst one that you were with in terms of reassurance and aftercare. And going on that he had been one of your most intense flings.
Whereas Jeonghan was rough with you in actions and words he still slipped in praise here and there. Yunjun had never done that. It was why you had stopped seeing him. He made you feel small.
“What have you been up to recently?” Yunjun asked. He seemed to think over a few things. “Don’t you still have some of my clothes?”
Your mind flickered back to Jeonghan.
“Uh, something happened to them. I don’t have them anymore.”
Yunjun seemed confused by that statement, but he didn’t dig.
“You know, it’s been a really long time since I had my hands on you,” Yunjun said softly. He stepped closer to you, his hand coming up to your face. He brushed a strand of hair to the side. “It would be fine to have a blast from the past.”
You laughed nervously. Yunjun was someone that you didn’t really feel comfortable around. You went to respond but before you could his eyes flickered to your neck. He frowned and tilted your head up.
“How did…?” “Oh, uh-” You batted Yunjun’s hand away from you. His frown deepened at that. “I actually am seeing someone right now.”
Yunjun’s eyes narrowed at you. You could tell he didn’t like that you had diminished his display of dominance over you.
You were a bit too drunk to handle this situation. If you were sober, you knew that you wouldn’t be so nervous around him. You also knew that you would be able to leave this conversation without a stray thought.
“Who?” Yunjun asked. Now it was your turn to frown.
“It doesn’t matter,” you responded.
“Sure, it does. I just need to know if I should really worry about using someone else’s toy.”
You pressed your lips together. You hated being objectified when it was like this. This wasn’t a turn on. This was a situation you wanted out of.
“You should worry about it because I’m not a toy you’re going to get to use today,” you replied. “Or tomorrow or-”
Yunjun interrupted you with a laugh.
“It’s not like you to get drunk y/n,” he said. “The alcohol is making you forget how much fun we used to have.”
He tilted his head a bit, his eyes still on the hickey’s on your neck.
“You never let me leave hickeys on you.”
“He’s more possessive than you,” you replied pointedly. “I’m done with this conversation. Even if I wasn’t with someone, I’m not interested in sleeping with you again.”
You turned away from Yunjun, your thoughts returning to getting back to Jun but just as you turned around Yunjun’s tight gripe was on your wrist.
“That’s not your safe word,” he warned. Your eyebrows furrowed as you searched your mind to try and remember what your safe word with Yunjun had been, but in your drunk haze all you could remember was your safe word with Jeonghan. You opened your mouth to reassert that you weren’t going to sleep with Yunjun and that you didn’t remember your safe word (not that it should matter) but before you could someone came to a stop in front of you.
Your eyes furrowed and you raised your gaze to meet the persons eyes.
Everything was blurry but you could still make out that it was Jeonghan standing in front of you.
His face was a dark red and after glance at his hands you saw that his fists were clenched. You looked back up at his eyes.
“Jeonghan.”
His eyes flickered away from yours and he looked over your head.
“Let go of her.”
Jeonghan’s voice was deeper than you had ever heard it before. Yunjun let go of you so suddenly that you couldn’t help but fall forward, your head bumping into Jeonghan’s chest.
He wrapped his arms around your body, and pulled you close to him, one hand going protectively over your head. You could feel that he was talking, his body was vibrating with each word, but you couldn’t figure out what he was saying.
You tried to move to look up at him or access the situation but Jeonghan’s grip on you was too tight. He was quite literally shielding you from the conversation. Part of you wanted to fight against it. You wanted to know what he was saying.
But another part of you was tired and felt undeniably felt safer wrapped in Jeonghan’s arms. For the first time in hours, it felt quiet.
Then, Jeonghan started to move. He kept you close to him, still trying to shield you as he started to lead you through the crowd. He stopped somewhere and this time you were able to look up. He was talking to Jun. He covered your ears again quickly.
Then he started to lead you out of the party again.
Once the two of you were out in the cool air, he loosened his grip on you, letting you pull away from his body. He didn’t completely let go of you. His hand slid down, his fingers intertwining with yours.
He was quiet, not saying anything. You could feel that he was upset. But you could also feel that it wasn’t at you.
“Do you know how hard it was to watch that?” Jeonghan asked after a few minutes. When he started speaking, he also started to walk again, dragging you along with him. “I didn’t want to intervene, I know you can handle yourself.”
You didn’t respond to him, so he continued.
“When he touched you? You so clearly didn’t want it and he ignored all of your signs.”
Another brief span of silence.
“Who was that?”
“Just an old fling,” you replied, your voice quiet. You were still so dizzy. “Yunjun.”
Jeonghan’s grip tightened on your hand.
“He’s lucky he’s not dead,” he replied. “He might not see the end of the week.”
“Don’t joke about that Jeonghan,” you said. His eyes fluttered back to you, and the look in his eyes made you realize that his next statement was true.
“I’m not joking.”
You looked to the street.
“I’m sorry,” you mumbled.
Jeonghan stopped in his tracks, making you bump right into him. When you looked up, Jeonghan was looking at you with a terrifyingly serious expression on his face.
“Why?” He asked. You just stared at him. “Why are you sorry? Because you decided to have fun for once? Because you got drunk safely around friends? Because you let an old fling touch you even though you told him no?”
His words were hushed in a way that made it very clear to you he was fighting screaming.
“Don’t apologize for that,” he said. “You didn’t do anything wrong.”
“But you’re upset,” you replied softly. “I’m sorry for making you upset.”
“I’m overly possessive. This isn’t news,” he said. “Of course, I’m upset. Someone else was touching you.”
His eyes briefly flickered away from you, but his gaze was back fast.
“But that’s not your fault. I’m not upset at you,” he said. “And even if you had wanted the touches. Even if you had asked for that attention I still wouldn’t be upset at you. You can do whatever you want.”
You wanted to argue with him further on this. If he wasn’t mad at you then who was he mad at?
It was useless though.
“Do you want me to take you to your place?”
God, he was so frustrating.
“I don’t suppose you’re going to fuck me.”
You didn’t mean to be so blunt, but also you didn’t care. You kind of wanted the validation that came from having sex with Jeonghan. Even if he was confusing. Even if he was lying. You knew that he was serious when he called you good. You knew that he was being truthful when he said that he couldn’t get enough of you.
You liked that at a party with a hundred people you knew that if you were there Jeonghan would end up going home with you.
You wondered if he got jealous over other people he had slept with flirting with people. It didn’t make sense that he would only be jealous over you.
“You’re drunk,” was all Jeonghan said.
“You’d fuck me if I was sober,” you replied. Jeonghan ignored you, but you knew he was right.
“Can I…” You didn’t want to ask. This was stepping over some sort of boundary, right? You couldn’t stay the night at Jeonghan’s if you two weren’t going to have sex. You two were entering a weird territory.
But you were craving validation. Yunjun had left you so unsettled.
“Can I stay at yours?” Your voice was really quiet. “I know that we aren’t really in that sort of-”
“Of course, you can,” Jeonghan replied. “I’d never say no to something like that.”
You two walked for a few more paces in silence but suddenly nausea swept over you. You tugged at Jeonghan’s hand, trying to get him to let you go. Once he did, you felt yourself fall to the ground. You groaned and buried your face in your hands.
You didn’t walk another step.
“Let’s sleep here,” you murmured. “The ground is comfortable.”
You rolled over even further, your back hitting the concrete. You heard Jeonghan sigh, and he knelt down in front of you.
“You can’t sleep here,” he said. “We’re almost back.”
You groaned in protest, keeping your face buried. Jeonghan let you sit there for a few seconds.
“Do you want me to carry you?”
You peeked up at him.
“Carry me?”
He nodded and turned around, crouched with his back towards you. He glanced at you over his shoulder.
“Come on. Get on my back.”
You pressed your lips together. Wasn’t this a little intimate?
But then again, if it were a friend like Yeongtae or Jun you would get on their back without hesitation.
You did as Jeonghan wanted you to. Once you were secure on his back Jeonghan stood up and began to walk. You two were quiet, you were afraid to lay your head too close to Jeonghan but you were also still ridiculously tired. You let your head rest on his shoulders, your eyes fluttering shut.
“Jeonghan?”
He hummed.
“Yeah?”
“Thank you.”
-
When you woke up you were in Jeonghan’s room. Your head hurt a little bit as you turned over to face Jeonghan’s side of the bed, but he wasn’t there. You pressed your lips together. Was this how he felt when he woke up and you weren’t next to him?
You glanced over and noticed a glass of water on the bedside table with a note. You reached over and began to drink the water as you read Jeonghan’s writing.
Call me when you wake up. Mingyu’s making you breakfast.
You weren’t in the same clothes as you had been the night before so Jeonghan must have changed you.
You tried to think back on the night, but you couldn’t remember anything after you fell asleep. Maybe you and Jeonghan had fucked last night? Further evidence that you meant very little to Jeonghan.
You sighed and pulled out your phone to call Jeonghan. You knew Jeonghan wouldn’t fuck you when you were drunk. As much of a player as he was, there were lines you knew he wouldn’t cross.
The phone only rang once.
“Good morning, sleeping beauty.”
You rolled your eyes.
“Morning,” you mumbled.
“Sorry I wasn’t there to greet you. I had an exam to go to,” he said. “Are you drinking your water?”
You hummed your confirmation to his question.
“Are you feeling, okay?” There was an air of worry in his voice.
“Yeah, I’m fine,” you replied. “I just don’t drink a lot is all.”
Jeonghan was quiet for a little while.
“It’s hard to figure out if you’re telling the truth or not over the phone,” he murmured. “Tonight Alpha Mu is throwing a party. If you’re feeling better, you should come.”
You thought over it.
“Maybe,” you replied. “Hey, why were you at the party last night?”
“Hm? Jun told me about it.”
Your eyebrows rose.
“What? Why?”
“He wanted to make sure you were watched well while you were drinking since you were nervous about it,” Jeonghan replied. “And he knew that I would kill him if something happened to you.”
“I can take of myself,” you murmured into the phone.
“I know,” Jeonghan agreed, and nothing in his words made you think that he was just saying it to make you feel better. “But isn’t it nice to have someone watching out for you?”
It was.
“I should get back to my place,” you said. “Maybe I’ll see you later.”
Suddenly a thought occurred to you.
“Hey if I don’t come to the party tonight, are you going to sleep with someone else?”
“Why’re you so interested in who I sleep with recently?” Jeonghan asked. “I thought you didn’t care.”
“I don’t,” you replied. “Just… Wondering. Do you use condoms with them?”
“I always use condoms,” Jeonghan replied as if it was obvious.
“But never with me,” you replied. He scoffed.
“Aren’t you the same person who was begging me for a creampie the first time with me?” He asked. You opened your mouth to argue with him, but then your mind flashed the memory of your first time with him.
“Goodbye, Jeonghan.”
Jeonghan laughed.
“Goodbye, y/n.”
You walked downstairs after getting changed, giving a drowsy smile to the boys in the kitchen. It was only Mingyu, Seungcheol, and Jun. You took a seat next to Jun, immediately getting a plate of eggs placed in front of you. You smiled at Mingyu.
“Thanks, I feel bad, you’re always feeding me.”
He waved away your concerns.
“It’s nice to feed someone other than the boys,” he assured.
“Are you feeling okay?” Jun asked you. He leaned close to you, peering into your eyes. “Jeonghan and I were watching you talk to that guy last night-”
“Yunjun,” you agreed with a nod. Seungcheol suddenly shifted on the other end of the table.
“Yunjun?” He asked. “How do you know Yunjun?”
You glanced across the table at him, your eyebrows furrowing.
“I had a fling with him,” you replied. Seungcheol’s face showed that he was troubled by your response. “How do you know Yunjun?”
“Mutual friends,” he replied. “Did he do anything to you?”
You could feel the gaze of all three boys on you.
“It’s just Yunjun,” you said with a laugh. “He’s harmless.”
“Jeonghan was pissed when he brought you in last night,” Mingyu explained. “We wouldn’t be concerned if it weren’t for just how angry he was.”
Your eyebrows rose in surprise.
“Angry?”
“He came downstairs after putting you up and sat for an hour building lego sets not saying a word. He didn’t really get anything done. That’s how you could tell he was mad. Then he went back upstairs to be with you,” Seungcheol explained.
“Nothing really happened,” you disregarded. “Jeonghan just gets jealous.”
The boys were silent for a few seconds. They clearly disagreed with something you had said. You weren’t sure what.
“Are you coming to the party tonight?” Jun finally asked. You shrugged.
“Maybe. I don’t know yet,” you said honestly. “My head hurts from the party.”
Seungcheol wordlessly got up and rummaged through a drawer for a moment before setting a bottle of ibproufen in front of you. You laughed dryly, shaking your head.
“You are a strange group of guys,” you said honestly. “You baby me just as much as Jeonghan does.”
The boys ignored your statement, and brought up something else. Luckily, giving you the chance to eat your eggs in peace.
Despite the weird air the boys gave off initially, being around them made you sure of one thing. Maybe another party was just what you needed. After all, last night your stress had momentarily been gone. What was the worst that could happen?
-
When you got to the Alpha Mu party your first thought was that you shouldn’t have come. Your head still hurt a little bit from drinking the night before. But, you wanted to see Jeonghan so you had wanted to come to the party either way.
You were sure that you could convince him to spend some time in his room if you found him soon anyways. You walked through the party but didn’t make it far before someone stopped you.
“Hey it’s y/n, right?”
Your eyebrows furrowed as you made out the boy standing in front of you. He was only slightly taller than you, his black hair in a bowl cut with wide eyes.
“Yeah…” You replied uncertainly. “Who are you?”
“Oh, right, you wouldn’t know me,” he replied with a hearty laugh. He held out his hand. “Hyeon.”
You dipped your head a little in greeting.
“Nice to meet you.”
It wasn’t though. He was giving off a strange air.
“I heard you had a run in with Yunjun last night,” Hyeon said. “I’m his friend. We met a little while after you stopped seeing him.”
Your eyebrows furrowed.
“Oh.” “And I heard that you like it rough in bed yeah? You like to be owned?”
The way he was speaking was making you a bit angry. The difference between today and last night being now that you weren’t drunk you had clarity over the situation. Hyeon was being a sexist asshole and it was making you angry.
However, before you could respond Jeonghan came up behind you, placing his hand on your shoulder. His grip was tight as he came to a stop beside you. You glanced over at him, noticing a really hard expression on his face.
“Oh, Jeonghan. I heard that you’re the man in the know,” Hyeon said, an even bigger smile crossing his lips. “Is it true that y/n is a pathetic slut in bed?”
Your eyes widened slightly.
“How did you hear about that?” You asked, but you supposed it was from Yunjun if they really were friends.
“Was I talking to you?” Hyeon asked roughly, his eyebrows furrowing. You blinked at the aggressive tone.
“Hey-” Jeonghan started, but before he could get more out you interrupted him by placing your hand on his chest and stepping closer to Hyeon.
“I’m sorry, what did you just say to me?” You asked, your voice getting deeper and your words getting curter.  Hyeon leaned closer, his eyes narrowing.
“I said I wasn’t talking to you,” Hyeon repeated. “Don’t you know better than to talk without permission?”
Hyeon shot you a cocky expression on his face.
“I guess you forgot Yunjun’s training,” he said. His gaze darted over your shoulder. “And Jeonghan hasn’t done well reminding you of your place.”
Your fist collided with Hyeon’s face before you could think about it further. Hyeon stumbled back, in surprise, you figured, not pain, and readjusted his jaw.
“What the-”
“Don’t talk about me like that. Not in front of me, not when I’m not around, not ever,” you snapped. “Just because I like it when Jeonghan treats me like that doesn’t mean I want to be treated like that by everyone. Especially not an ugly piece of shit like you.”
Hyeon squared his shoulders,
“Sorry Jeonghan I’m going to have to beat some sense into your little side piece-” Hyeon started to approach you again, raising his fist as he approached. You immediately regretted speaking. Your eyes widened and you raised your hands in front of your face, but impact never came.
“Hyeon, you seemed to not have heard what y/n just said.”
You looked up at Jeonghan to find that he had Hyeon’s fist in his hand and he was completely blocking Hyeon’s access to you with his body. You straightened back up, glancing around Jeonghan cautiously. Unlike earlier with you Hyeon actually looked a little scared looking up at Jeonghan who quite literally towered over him.
“J-Jeonghan, I was just joking-”
“Apologize,” Jeonghan said.
“Wh-what?”
“Apologize right now.”
Jeonghan let go of Hyeon’s fist, making him stumble a bit. He took one more glance at Jeonghan’s face and then immediately looked at you.
“I’m sorry, okay? I didn’t mean it.”
Jeonghan grabbed Hyeon’s arm and tilted it behind Hyeon’s back in a way that made him cry out.
“Not good enough,” Jeonghan said sharply.
You thought that this Jeonghan should seem familiar to you. After all, it should on paper be the same Jeonghan that you saw in the bedroom. Rough and stern and not going to leave without getting what he wanted.
But he was different somehow with Hyeon. For once, you were a little scared about what he was going to do.
“I’m sorry, I really am.”
Jeonghan scoffed and knocked Hyeon down to his knees. Once Hyeon was down there, Jeonghan pulled his head up by the roots of his hair.
“Why don’t you beg y/n for forgiveness?”
Hyeon pressed his lips together, clearly hesitating to do so but despite his hesitation: “Please forgive me.”
Jeonghan looked over at you, an amused expression spreading over his face.
“Ever wondered what you like when you’re with me?”
You rolled your eyes, a little flustered by the display in front of you.
“You seem like you’re enjoying this,” you mumbled.
“Not really,” Jeonghan replied. “I’d much rather it be you. It’s not enjoyable in the slightest to put Hyeon in his place.”
He tightened his grip in Hyeon’s hair.
“Well, do you forgive him?” He asked. You sighed and shrugged.
“I guess. I kinda feel bad seeing him like this. He can’t help that he’s a man.”
Jeonghan hummed and released Hyeon’s hair, throwing him forward so that he had to catch himself with his hands. He gasped as if he hadn’t been able to breathe before and looked up at you, this time a look of fear in his eyes.
“You two are crazy.”
And then Hyeon stumbled to his feet and rushed away, disappearing into the crowd of people that you couldn’t believe weren’t paying attention to the two of you.
You glanced at Jeonghan, but he wasn’t looking at you, instead he was squinting in the direction that Hyeon had rushed off in. Your eyes narrowed slightly as you looked at him.
“Why did you react like that?” You asked. Jeonghan hummed in question, merely tilting his head towards you in acknowledgment.
“React like what?”
“Like... That,” you emphasized. “Like... You cared about the fact that he was being a dick to me.”
“Why wouldn’t I care?”
“Because I’m just a fuck toy,” you blurted. This made Jeonghan look at you, his eyebrows raising.
“What?”
“I’m just a fuck toy,” you repeated. Jeonghan frowned deeply.
“You’ve got to stop saying that outside of the bedroom,” he mumbled. “You’re not just a fuck toy. Why would you refer to yourself like that to me?”
Frustration bubbled in your chest. You knew that Micah Salaberrios would be laughing at you right now. If you had used his nonviolent communication techniques earlier your feelings wouldn’t be boiling up like this.
Despite the dumb advice in Micah’s book you knew that there was one piece of advice you shouldn’t overlook. Don’t bring up the conversation right now when your feelings are just going to prevent you from talking rationally. Whatever you do don’t bring up-
“Why did you lie to me and tell me that you were fucking other people?”
Jeonghan’s confusion evaporated from his face almost instantly. His mouth closed and his fingers closed around your wrist.
“Maybe we should talk about this somewhere less public,” he mumbled.
“Why? You don’t want everyone to know? You lied to me about fucking other people.”
You grabbed a random girl.
“Want to fuck Yoon Jeonghan?” You asked. “Well, you can’t! Because he is only sleeping with me and yet is telling me that he is sleeping with someone else regardless.”
Jeonghan sharply tugged your wrist, and the girl gave you a weird look, but walked away with a slight reciprocated bow towards Jeonghan.
“Look we can talk about this,” Jeonghan insisted. “Just… Can’t you just come upstairs?”
You didn’t know why but you were mad. Too mad at Jeonghan to want to be rational. You hit his chest to which he sighed, wrapped his arms around your waist and tugged you up over his shoulder.
You yelped, causing a couple of people to glance over at the two of you. Embarrassment filled your body, more so even then when people referenced your sexual relationship with Jeonghan.
You hit Jeonghan on the back.
“Put me down Jeonghan!” You insisted.
“Just let me take you upstairs,” Jeonghan argued back.
It wasn’t that you didn’t feel safe. You always felt safe with Jeonghan. No matter how rough he was being, you knew at the end of the day he wouldn’t do anything you didn’t want him to do. A closed door conversation was exactly the thing that you two needed.
But fuck that.
“I think Jennie’s texting me,” you blurted at the top of your lungs. Jeonghan’s entire body froze and he had you steady on the ground so fast that you felt the world spin a little. Your eyes tried to focus on him, but for some reason you were crying.
“I’m sorry,” Jeonghan said softly and from what you could see of him (blurry Jeonghan was still stupidly attractive and serious) he did look like a reflection of his words.
“Don’t call me, Jeonghan.”
And with that you turned on your heel and left the party.

Hi! I’m CatboyBiologist.
Formerly a femboy, now a trans woman just starting HRT, and a PhD student in molecular biology. I started using this online persona as a fun, shitposty way to explore gender a few years ago. I post selfies (generally sfw, but somewhat sexy, so minors and ppl who don’t like that have been warned), rambles about science, tutorials and advice from the stuff I’ve learned by being a femboy in the past, nature pictures, stuff about the ocean, my adorable grumpy little tortoise, and unsolicited opinions on random nerdy topics. Any pronouns are fine. I don’t plan to socially transition for a while, and still present as a man most of the time, so I’m used to whatever you wanna use for me (for now, I’ll update this if that changes). Please send me pictures of your pets or other cute animals in your life!
As a scientist, I’m also documenting my transition! This google sheet will be updated at least monthly. I also have additional metrics I’m keeping to myself, and pictures that go with this, but I’m not sharing them publicly yet. Keep in mind that this is just one person’s experience with HRT, and may not represent universal trends!
Adding a little something here, bc I think it was an interesting bit a writing: if you want to see me respond to a transphobe about what "biologically female" means, here's a thing I wrote about it. CW for transphobia and discussion, obviously.
Also, if any of my measurements look weird, its entirely possible I fucked up. Let me know if anything looks off!
Here’s some of my favorite pre-HRT pictures:

If you want to see more of my pre-HRT selfies, browse the “femboy” tag on my blog!
And as of this writing, I’m only 2 days after the start of HRT, so here’s a picture with my tortoise that’s technically post-HRT (but with 0 time for actual changes):
Tumblr media Tumblr media
If you want to see my future post-HRT selfies, browse the “trans selfie” tag on my blog!
Also here's another really cute picture and fanart of my tortoise by @whalesharkcat:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I have affectionately given my tortoise the title of The Grumpus.
I also wrote a couple of tutorials and general vibes about being a femboy before I started HRT:
Sometimes I make shitposts of myself, I don’t take myself too seriously:
This includes the way I came out on tumblr:
And here’s an overly serious, long ramble about trans thoughts and things that I wrote shortly afterwards:
Later addition: Someone asked how I take selfies, so I wrote a quick and dirty guide with some tips on how I do so in response to their ask:
Oh yeah and apparently I was a 196 microcelebrity? I never to thought I was popular enough for that but apparently some people do 🤷‍♀️. So uh, hi 196 tags, I'm abusing you for my pinned post LOL
As for terminology, I personally do think of myself as a “man who is becoming a woman” as opposed to having always been a woman. If that doesn’t resonate with your experience, I totally get that! But that’s why I freely call pre-HRT me a femboy, while still calling post-HRT me a trans woman. I’m also keeping the blog name as CatboyBiologist for the forseeable future, because at this point, Catboy just seems like a gender neutral term to me.
I’m also trying to put together a script for a podcast regarding how studying biology influenced my perspective on sex and gender- lmk if there’s any interest in that! It’s probably gonna be way too long and indulgent but oh well.
So uh. Yeah. I don’t end these types of things well. Byeeeeee

Your friend gets jealous - Wriothesley
Gender neutral reader, reader isn't dating Wriothesley and their friend gets jealous of how close they seem. Angst to fluff.
--
Wriothesley didn't often come to the surface, only doing so for mandatory meetings with various people. You were lucky enough to get close to him through your work, and you discover that he is a good friend to have. You treat him to a meal, where your friend comes along and asks you who the handsome man across from you was. After making a small joke about no handsome man across from you, you introduced him.
Your friend tagged along all the time for hangouts with Wriothesley when they see you with him, now ignoring you the rest of the time. You asked them why, to which they said their work kept them away more often.
Your friend was not shy in their flirting with Wriothesley, to the point they looked wildly out of place when the conversation was casual and not at all romantic. Wriothesley brushes it off, not wanting to assume your friend was flirting, and when he cracks a joke, you genuinely laugh at the joke. Wriothesley smiled at the achievement of making you laugh, and your friend does this fake, flirty giggle. Wriothesley continues the conversation, not sure why the laugh was so delayed, and your friend went silent for the rest of the conversation.
--
"_, we need to talk." Your friend huffs, you nodding in agreement. "Your laugh is so annoying, you know that?"
"What? A laugh is a laugh, I can't help it." You chuckle in disbelief. "Why have you been so flirty with Wriothesley? Just ask him out if you want to!"
"Well, because you're so obviously the obnoxious pick-me who wants to get an attractive man." Your friend tuts. "From my perspective, you are the one being inappropriate. Stop being so desperate."
--
From that day, you actively stop laughing out loud at anything. You didn't want to annoy anyone with your laugh, especially if it was angering other people. Your friends, with the exception of one, became concerned. They asked you if something has been stressing you in your personal life, but you kept brushing them off with a smile.
Wriothesley was especially worried, but he decided to ask your 'friend' about you.
"Hey, do you know if someone's threatening _? I'm getting concerned, and I could support them if this is the case." Wriothesley asks, wincing when your friend rolls their eyes and sighing out.
"What, because they stopped being obnoxious?" Your friend tuts, Wriothesley unimpressed by the statement. "Don't you agree that they were being too loud when laughing?"
"Not at all." Wriothesley replies, crossing his arms. "I value their friendship, and I feel happy when I hear them laugh. If I'm being honest, I feel odd when you're there."
"Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. Is there anything I can do to... change your mind?" Your friend bats their eyelashes, leaning towards Wriothesley and implying some romance.
"...I don't want to have anything to do with you." Wriothesley admits. "I'm sorry, but you didn't even know anything about me before starting to flirt with me."
"So you're going to give that pick-me a chance?" Your friend laughs horribly, Wriothesley staring at them with a blank face.
"I'm not giving you a chance. _ has a much better chance than you ever would have." Wriothesley states, walking away as your friend gawks at him, both people feeling the eyes of the public on them.
--
The next time you meet up with him, you don't see your friend there. Assuming your friend was going to be there as well, you mentally prepare yourself for another conversation where you stop yourself from laughing.
But he cracked another joke to start things off.
Unable to stop your laughter from bursting out, you do so for a few seconds before stopping yourself. Before you can apologise for your loudness, Wriothesley cuts in.
"That was like music to my ears." He smiles warmly, removing your hands from your mouth. "You should laugh when you want to."

Part Summary: “You sacrificed yourself for me,” she ends in a whisper. “I did what?” Knowing you don’t have any family, anyone you’re supposed to care about, the revelation stuns you. Who is Wanda to you?
Chapter word count: 3.1k+ | Tags: Light Angst, Still UST, Still gay, Still sharing a bed, Memory loss

-
You slide the change across the counter, offering a warm smile to the satisfied customer. “Have a nice day!” you call out with practiced cheerfulness.
You let out a sigh; only six more days until it’s Thursday again.
Without looking up, you mechanically go through the motions of preparing the register for the next customer in line.
“I’ll have the vanilla latte, please.”
The voice unmistakably belongs to the one you've been waiting to hear all week. Wanda stands on the other side of the counter, her bottom lip caught between her teeth, looking every bit as nervous as you feel the moment your eyes land on her. Your heart rate quickens, an involuntary response to the sudden nearness of her.
Subconsciously, you open your mouth to greet her, the words, "Hi, Wanda," at the tip of your tongue. But you snap your mouth shut at the last moment, realizing the slip that almost occurred. You know her name, yes, but not because she's told you. Louisa had been the one to fill in that blank.
“Your... vanilla latte will be right up,” you manage to say, mentally kicking yourself for sounding so out of sorts. The news that she was searching for you last night still lingers in your mind. And though every part of you yearns to question Wanda about it, you're uncertain how to broach the topic with someone who's essentially a stranger.
“Thanks, Y/N,” Wanda says, her tongue fleetingly grazing her lip. The sound of her saying your name only intensifies the blush warming your cheeks.
Your hand, as it's done this countless times before, reaches for a cup. Without thinking, without asking, you write ‘Wanda’ on it, surprising even yourself. You pour the milk, steam rising as the frother does its job. A few times, you sneak glances at her, and each time, you find her already looking your way, her gaze unwavering.
Finishing the final touches on her drink, you set it down at the pickup station where Wanda is waiting for it. She steps forward, her fingers brushing yours as she takes the cup. “Thank you, Y/N,” she responds, deliberately emphasizing your name.
As you move on to the next order, you catch Wanda out of the corner of your eye, making her way to her usual spot by the window. It's a table tucked away in a cozy nook that offers a clear view of the counter. You can't help but smile, feeling a warmth of contentment knowing she's there, within reach whenever you want to see her.
Lost in her thoughts, Wanda takes a sip of her latte. It's only when she sets the cup down does she notice the name written on it.
In your handwriting.
How did you know her name? She never let on because she'd signed a legal document that forbade her from telling you anything, unless... unless you remembered something?
She feels her heart rate pick up, and without thinking, she stands up abruptly, nearly knocking the chair over. Taking quick strides, she's in front of the counter faster than she realizes.
“Y/N,” she starts, her voice catching a bit. You feel a blend of confusion and terror all at once.
“Why...Why did you write my name on the cup? Do you re—”
“I’m sorry, it’s my fault,” Louisa interjects before you can dissolve into a heap of embarrassment on the floor.
Wanda pointedly turns to Louisa, arms crossed in front of her.
Louisa toys with the edge of her apron, her cheeks slightly pink. “Well, it's not like I straight-up told them, but Y/N might've heard your name from me... accidentally.” She gives a small, awkward shrug, trying to dodge Wanda's piercing look.
“Anyway, I've got orders to fulfill,” she adds quickly. Then with a hurried nod, she heads back to her station, leaving you face-to-face with Wanda.
You gulp, struggling to speak up. Your hands feel clammy, and you kind of wish the counter was tall enough to duck behind.
“Why would your colleague tell you my name?” Wanda asks, her tone more curious than accusatory.
Your eyes dart around, looking for an escape, but it's clear Wanda expects an answer. “Um... I might've asked about it,” you admit, trying to sound casual, but failing miserably.
“You wanted to know my name?” Wanda's voice reaches your ears while you keep your focus on the countertop.
You take a deep breath, mustering up some courage. “I hope this doesn't come off too weird, but ever since you first walked in, I've been curious about your name,” you admit, your gaze dropping even further to your shoes. “Okay, that sounded kind of creepy. Sorry about that.”
Wanda blinks in surprise, processing your words. “Oh,” is all she manages to say. Then, without another word, she returns to her seat by the window, leaving you flustered and second-guessing every word you'd just uttered. From behind the counter, you watch her, heart sinking. You watch as she sips her latte, lost in her thoughts, occasionally peering over the rim of her cup, casting glances your way.
Did you just ruin any chance of getting to know her better? It's probably not a great sign she walked out without reacting to you admitting your crush on her.
From her seat, Wanda’s mind races. A part of her is wracked with sadness. Sadness to see no recognition in your eyes still. How could someone forget something that meant so much? And more importantly, why did fate have to play such a cruel hand?
How could you forget her? Someone you risked your life for?
But then, another realization strikes her.
You wanted to know her name—for weeks now, since she started visiting you on Thursdays. Perhaps you don't remember her from your past, but your interest in getting to know her offers Wanda some reprieve. Maybe for now, she has to be content with that.
Maybe there’s no harm in what she wants to happen next. She recalls the countless secrets she’s already kept, the rules she’s broken, and the distances she's traveled just to see you. With Vision’s help, she’s been flying back and forth between states, all the while keeping it from the team. If she’s already breaking a non-disclosure agreement due to your reassignment, what's one more rule?
Taking a deep breath, she stands up, resolve steeling her nerves. She walks up to you with confident strides despite the fluttering anxiety in her chest. “Hey,” she starts, drawing your attention, “When does your shift end?”
You look up, slightly taken aback by her directness. “Um, 8 pm.”
“And after that...?”
Your heart thumps loudly in your chest. Why would she ask? Does she want to... spend more time with you? Before Wanda can make the situation even more awkward with her stammering, you attempt to flirt in the only way you know how, “Planning to kidnap me or something?”
Wanda's cheeks flush a deep shade of crimson, her eyes widening in surprise. “No! I just thought—”
“Oh, I didn't mean to—” you begin, regretting the choice of your playful words.
Wanda, clearly flustered, tries to formulate a coherent response. “I was just—You know, trying to be forward for once and—” She pauses, taking a deep breath, and chuckles at her own awkwardness. “I'm not great at this, am I?”
You grin at her. “Clearly, I’m no better.”
“Do you want to, uh, grab ice cream after your shift?”
“I’d love to,” you reply, your smile growing to match Wanda's. “Meet you later outside?”
Wanda nods, anticipation gleaming in her eyes. “It's a date.”
-
You spend the last few hours of your shift in a state of giddy excitement, frequently glancing at the clock, eager for the end of your shift. Each time the bell above the door chimes, you hope it's Wanda entering. By 7:45, you're already tidying up and getting ready to leave.
8pm arrives and with a quick farewell to Louisa, you push open the door to the café, the cool evening air wrapping around you.
Just as you step onto the pavement, there's an unexpected, sharp tug on your arm, pulling you into a dark alley.
“Hey!” you shout.
Fear courses through you, and you struggle, trying to break free. Just as one of the abductors attempts to cover your mouth with a cloth, a red blur races toward them. The abductors are thrown off their feet, their bodies slamming into the nearby wall. It happens so quickly that it's almost a blur.
But when the dust settles, standing protectively in front of you is Wanda.
“You okay?” she asks, her tone devoid of the commanding presence she displayed earlier.
You nod, but the shock has rendered you speechless.
As you try to gather your bearings, Wanda wraps an arm around you, guiding you away from the scene. “It's not safe. We need to get out of here.”
You're both a few blocks away when you finally find your voice. “What was that? Why did they... and you? What did you do?”
She stops, turning to face you, her features softening. “I didn't want to get you involved. Not like this,” she says.
“Involved in what? What's happening?” you demand.
Wanda looks down, taking a step back. “Do you trust me?”
“I... I don't know,” you say, trying to reconcile the kind woman you've grown fond of with the apparent superhero who had just saved you.
Wanda sighs, taking your hand gently. “There's a lot you don't remember. About us, about you. It's safer for everyone if you don't, but now... it seems you're in danger regardless.”
“You're scaring me,” you whisper, holding her hand loosely.
She looks at you with pained eyes. “I promise I'll explain everything. But right now, we need to go somewhere safe.”
“My apartment. We can—”
“Absolutely not,” Wanda cuts you off sharply. “If they know where you work, they probably know where you live. They'll be waiting.”
The thought of strangers lurking in your home, waiting to ambush you, sends a shiver down your spine. "Then where?" you ask, feeling vulnerable and exposed out in the open.
“There's a place,” Wanda says. “Somewhere they won't think to look.”
She leads you through winding streets, and eventually, you find yourself at a seemingly abandoned building. Wanda carefully approaches a hidden entrance, pushing open a concealed door.
Inside, it doesn’t feel abandoned at all. The walls are lined with bookshelves, filled with titles from all genres. There's a quaint kitchenette in one corner, and a cozy living area with plush sofas and a fireplace in another. A few framed photos adorn the walls, though turned face-down so you can't quite see who's in them.
“This is...unexpected,” you comment, looking around the transformed space. “Is this where you live?”
Wanda chuckles softly, “No, I live at the Avengers compound. But Vision helped me set this place up... for emergencies.”
“For emergencies?” you echo, your eyebrows knitting together. “Like being attacked outside coffee shops?”
Wanda looks away. It doesn’t matter that you don’t remember anything. You’re still so naturally gifted at figuring her out.
“In a manner of speaking, yes. But also... I was thinking about making this place a sort of... second home,” Wanda says.
You tilt your head, puzzled. “Why would you need a second home in North Carolina when you live in New York?”
She looks around the place, seemingly avoiding your gaze. But then, she turns to face you, sincerity in her eyes, “To be close to you.”
It suddenly clicks—she's been planning, making moves, all for you. As much as you'd love to revel in the fact that Wanda feels the same way, knowing she's been watching and even got a place nearby just to be close... Well, it's a lot to wrap your head around.
To say it's overwhelming is putting it mildly.
You’re not sure what to feel about these myriad of revelations. What you do feel strongly is that Wanda doesn't come across as a stalker with harmful intentions (even though saying any stalker has good intentions is a stretch).
“Look,” you say, leaning against a wall as your legs feel like they might give out. “I need to understand. Why all this? Why not just approach me or talk to me instead of... this?” You gesture around the apartment.
Wanda runs a hand through her hair, looking genuinely troubled. “It's not as straightforward as you think. Given who I am, my past, my abilities... There are dangers, complexities. And I wanted to protect you.”
“From what?” you question, your frustration steadily growing. “From you?”
“From the likes of me,” she whispers.
You take a moment, letting her words sink in. “So, all those Thursdays, at the coffee shop... you weren’t just stopping by for coffee. You were... watching me?”
Wanda sighs heavily. There’s no point in lying to you now.
“I knew where they had relocated you after you lost your memories and your powers,” she says.
“Relocated? Powers?” The words swirl in your head, conflicting with everything you thought you knew about yourself. Part of you half-expects someone to jump out and reveal this is all an elaborate prank, because how can any of this be real?
She nods slowly. “You were an Avenger, Y/N. Just like me. We fought together. We... were close. And after the incident, they moved you to keep you safe. But I needed to be sure. I needed to see for myself.”
You attempt to sift through the influx of new information, attempting to grasp each piece individually.
“How did I lose my powers?” you ask.
Wanda’s eyes meet yours, and you’re not ready for the vulnerability displayed in them.
“You lost your powers because you saved me,” Wanda says. Before you can even question her, she delves into the account of the attack at the compound, of finding her beneath the rubble, on the brink of death. You'd pulled the steel impaling her, using every ounce of your strength to mend her wounds and keep her alive. Once impervious to bullets, your depleted energy left you exposed.
In Wanda's eyes, it was all her fault.
“You sacrificed yourself for me,” she ends in a whisper.
“I did what?” Knowing you don’t have any family, anyone you’re supposed to care about, the revelation stuns you.
Who is Wanda to you?
Wanda swallows hard. “Your powers, Y/N, are linked to your emotions, to your very soul. And when you saw me in that state, you poured every bit of your energy, your very essence, into saving me. You brought me back from the brink, but in doing so, you lost everything that makes you... you.”
Your pulse quickens, snatches of memories pushing to the forefront: the tang of smoke, chaos everywhere, the gut-wrenching sight of Wanda, still and lifeless, and that burning urge to rescue her. It's like a fog's lifting, but everything's still a bit blurry.
“Why don’t I remember any of this?” you say under your breath, your hands balling into fists.
“There were complications. They said the exertion, combined with the traumatic event, caused a severe memory block,” Wanda murmurs. “We—we tried everything to bring your memories back. But nothing worked. And then they decided... it was safer to relocate you. To give you a normal life away from all the dangers that come with being an Avenger.”
“Who's 'they'? I can't even—” You stop mid-sentence, feeling a sharp headache building as Wanda's words start to sink in.
Wanda quickly moves closer, her hands reaching out to steady you. “Easy,” she murmurs gently. She pulls you into a nearby chair and kneels before you. “I'm sorry, this is a lot to take in all at once.”
You take a few deep breaths, trying to stave off the dizziness. “I just... I don’t remember any of it. Any of this.”
Wanda’s gaze drops guiltily. “And for that, I’m so sorry. I wish you never had to go through any of it.”
After a brief pause, she adds, “You should get some rest. It's been one hell of a day.”
Guiding you gently by the arm, Wanda leads you to the adjoining room. As you step inside, you notice the room’s simplicity: a wardrobe, a bedside table, and a single bed positioned under a window. Your eyes dart between the bed and Wanda, and you mumble, “I can take the couch.”
Wanda shakes her head, dismissing the idea, “Nonsense. You'll take the bed.”
“That's not fair. I can't take your bed,” you argue, your eyes fixed on the plush pillows and blankets.
She smiles, feeling a sense of déjà vu from the first time she took you to her room. “I'll sleep on the floor.”
“No way,” you retort. “If anyone's sleeping on the floor, it's me.”
Wanda sighs and then says, “Look, the bed's big enough for both of us. It's not like we haven't shared a bed before…”
You blink, taken aback. Another missing memory? You ponder for a moment, then give a reluctant nod. “Alright, but only if you're sure.”
Wanda grins, the edges of her lips curling up sweetly. “I am.”
She then moves to a small closet and pulls out a shirt and some sleep shorts. “Here,” she hands them to you, “they should fit.”
You thank her, examining the clothes. They look comfortable enough. Both of you stand awkwardly for a moment before you break the silence. “Shall we...?”
Wanda nods, and with a quiet agreement, both of you turn around, ensuring your backs are to each other as you change. After that, you both move to opposite sides of the bed. Before lying down, you grab a pillow and place it squarely in the middle, creating a clear boundary.
Wanda glances at the pillow barrier, a smirk playing on her lips. “Seriously?” she says with a playful lilt.
“What?” you shoot back, a bit defensive.
Her fingers tracing the edge of one of the pillows. “We used to do this, you know,” she explains vaguely.
“What?”
“We had a pillow barrier for a short time in the past. It didn't last long, but…” Wanda trails off, feeling a little silly for bringing up a memory that you clearly don’t recognize at all.
Sensing her despondency, you urge her to tell you more. “Why didn’t it last long?”
Wanda dares to meet your eyes in the darkness. “We became closer, in every way. The pillow just... became unnecessary.”
You nod slowly, processing her words. Even though you can't recall the memory, you can sense the significance of it to Wanda.
“Well, for tonight, the pillow stays,” you murmur.
She nods, her eyes misty. “Of course. Tonight, it stays.”
Both of you turn away, but just being near each other brings a sense of peace. Given everything that's happened today, it's surprising how quickly the two of you are pulled into a deep slumber.

Your tryst with Astarion should be over by now.
It was supposed to be a one off moment of passion, a way to destress after all of the danger you’d thrown yourselves into. He’d asked so easily, you’d agreed just as readily– a quick celebratory moment after defeating that goblin camp, when your spirits and libido were running high.
The second time? Well, that was easy to write off as well. You’d just fought off an entire creche, moving through it like a pair of practiced assassins, a synchrony you haven’t felt since– well, you’re not certainly you’ve ever felt so in sync with someone. Either way, it was another easy nod to his sly, questioning look.
You’d had similar excuses for your first night in the Shadow-Cursed Lands, for the handful of midday, afternoon, midnight romps since.
It’s just a way for us to cope with the situation at hand, nothing more, nothing less, you’d told yourself.
That is, until you’d realized that it wasn’t just that. Not to you.
Oh gods, I love this insane vampire.
The night you’d realized that everything had changed.
What had begun as a distraction for you both, had turned into a poison– one slowly working its way through your system, incapacitating you piece by piece at the thought of another night falling into his arms, sinking deeper into the throes of an impossible love.
After all, what is this other than convenient? And if you continued to be a mere convenience to him, well, you doubt that this would end well for you. It’s high time that you cut off the source of this poison before it festers too far. Before it grips your vulnerable, aching heart.
That’s what you’d told yourself, but you’re finding it so much harder to cut off the source when he’s standing right in front of you, waiting for you with a smirk toying along the edge of his mouth, an eyebrow raising suggestively as his voice lowers to a sultry invitation.
You’d come by his tent to say goodnight. Maybe, ‘Good job today.’ Any excuse to see him really, but now you’re met with a challenge.
Astarion’s words don’t make it much easier either.
“Oh my dear, you look positively wound-up after today’s bouts. Care for a little… unwinding?”
His voice drips with promise, with want, with a feeling that echoes through your own traitorous core. But, like a sweet that’s overstayed its welcome, it seems too tacky, hardening into something utterly indigestible.
“Are you sure that’s a good idea?” you ask, eying him carefully, fighting down your own building desires.
“Why shouldn’t it be?” he asks, a raised brow lowering in uncertainty.
You hesitate, unsure how much truth you’re willing to part with. Certainly not, ‘Because I may have accidentally fallen in love with you.’ And you don’t want to shove him out of your life unceremoniously either. Just… to slow down, allow your heart time to adjust– to get over him, if need be.
After a pause that goes on for a second too long, you finally settle on, “It just seems as if we’ve already had plenty of ‘fun’, don’t you think?”
Astarion’s small smirk drops, a dark look entering his eyes as he registers your words, how they directly counter his own from your first night together. How they fall between you with the full weight of rejection. “Don’t tell me you’ve grown shy now, darling?” he says, voice a bit sharper than what you’re used to.
You’d known that trying to slow down wouldn’t be easy, but his downturned lips make you want to take back your words, dive back into the intoxicating miasma of his cold embrace. But you also know that if you don’t stand your ground now, you’re liable to fall too far too fast.
“Not shy per say,” you respond, measuring your words carefully. “Merely wondering if that’s what you want.”
Astarion seems no more placated by these words than your earlier ones. “And what makes you think I wouldn’t want this?”
Fear born of your heart, insecurity born of your nerves, damned logic born of your head– there are really so many reasons he wouldn’t want this, wouldn’t want you. But you don’t want to be too transparent, not when this adventure could all be over very soon. You say as much.
“Well, our days could be numbered.” Then your lips continue. “Perhaps there is someone else you would rather be unwinding?” The question slips out of you, an unbidden, unwelcome concern courtesy of the fear building in your chest.
“Is that what you want?” he asks, response quick, tone biting. His lips are pressed in a tight line, the muscles in his neck tense as he clenches his jaw.
Gods, you’d known your heart would lead you astray. Here you are, facing an Astarion unlike any that had made a home in your bedroll. An Astarion made of sharp edges and cutting words. Expression closed, mouth a tight line, you find his change in demeanor aggravating. You bristle at his accusation. “No, Astarion. I don’t want that. If I did, I wouldn’t be here, speaking with you. Though you’re making me regret doing that much now.”
He tilts back at your words, leaning back on the heels of his feet as if thrown off balance. “Then why did you even come over? To reject me then to–to taunt me?”
You had meant to do none of that. Really, you’d only come over out of habit, to see him, to… spend time with him. But it’s hard to say so without being entirely too forthcoming with your feelings. You wish that you could put your feelings into words, however it’s your burden to bear, not his. He has more than enough on his plate between the Absolute and Raphael’s deal.
So you shake your head at him. “I didn’t mean to reject you, Astarion. I hadn’t come here for sex at all.”
Once more, he asks the question you do not want to answer. “Then why did you even come over?”
You could lie. It’s as easy as breathing for you– it’s how you and Astarion had grown so close so quickly. You should lie, you tell yourself. But one look into his crimson, pleading eyes and the lie dies on your lips.
He looks hurt. So genuinely confused at your presence in front of him, deeply convinced that you could only be here for one thing and one thing only. And you know then that you can’t lie.
“I wanted to see you,” you say, the honest words tightening your throat on their way out, You haven’t told him how you feel, but you may as well have, with the way the words sound utterly, sinfully soft, a secret lost on the cold wind of the Shadow-Cursed night.
“You… wanted to see me?” he repeats, tone losing all of its edge, losing any of its structure at all.
You nod silently, uncertain if more words would help or hurt the situation.
To that, Astarion only blinks. His mouth opens, head tilting in that cautiously inquisitorial way, as he asks, “And then what?”
There was no ‘and then’ in your mind. Merely the need to see him, spend time with him, even after spending an entire dark, dreary day with him. But you suppose he wouldn’t understand that if you said it. So you need to come up with something concrete, a reason to be here beyond words…
“I was wondering if you wanted to share a bedroll tonight. To sleep,” you say, infusing enough confidence in your words that you can hardly note the nerves. You expect Astarion wouldn’t notice them at all.
His defenses noticeably drop, his shoulders sagging in relief, and a sigh escapes him as he shakes his head at you wryly. “Well, why didn’t you just say so, darling? I understand that not everyone has my stamina, but it’s nothing to be ashamed of.”
You want to roll your eyes, defend your honor as it hangs on by a thread, but you’ve narrowly avoided disaster and you’re not proud enough to ruin that. Instead you play into the role, ignoring the dull twinge that twists through your heart. “I wasn’t sure you would be so magnanimous,” you say, giving him the slightest bow of your head. “I should have known.”
“That you should have,” he says with a breathy laugh and he sounds almost… relieved?
More than anything, you want to ask him, why? Are you relieved that my feelings have stayed silent? That this thing between us remains uncomplicated? That you don’t have to find yourself a new distraction?
But your questions stay just as buried as your feelings do.
Your damnable feelings, which seem to threaten to burst out each time his eyes linger too long, with every touch you weren’t expecting. It must be a talent, holding them in as you do now.
They stay hidden as he extends a hand to you, inviting you into his tent with a warm smile and a, “Shall we?”
You keep them dormant as you follow, tucking your head into the now-familiar red structure, narrowly avoiding the mess he’s left inside.
They almost slip to the surface as he pulls you down onto his lap, and a heat rises between you as natural as steam from a hot spring.
It’s an invitation, of course. One last effort from Astarion for something more tonight, for you to be won over by his beauty and charm. But there’s nothing to be won over because you are already his.
You wish he could tell, from your drunken declarations, from the way you’ve made a second home in his arms. Maybe he can tell, but refuses to acknowledge it– you could hardly blame him if that were to be the case. But you also can’t blame yourself for barely holding back.
Even now, seated in his lap, staring into his mesmerizing red eyes, you’re not certain you could trust a single word that comes out of your lips. So you throw every word you’ve ever known, could ever know, to the wayside. And simply kiss him.
You press your lips to his slowly, contact feather-light as you balance on his thighs. Bracing yourself with a hand on his chest, you lean in, locking your lips together fully.
They move together easily, dance partners on a familiar dance floor, to a practiced tune, but when you think of all of the things you wish you could say, an urgency rises in you– a deep-seated need to tell him how you feel, even if only through this.
So you kiss him harder, your hands holding him all the tighter. You kiss him with every word unspoken, every intangible feeling rising in your chest, every single ounce of you that he’s already won, if only he were willing to claim it.
Astarion moves to deepen the kiss, placing a hand on the back of your head, the other on the small of your back, not understanding where your desperation comes from. Misunderstanding your intent altogether.
Of course, what was I thinking? you wonder to yourself as you pull away, panting lightly. That some magical kiss could make this man realize my feelings, could make him love me back?
But you’re not in some copper novel. This man harbors no hidden feelings for you. Only a deep need to lose himself, and you happen to be the person he’s chosen to do that with.
So, despite the confusion in his face, you crawl off of his lap. Despite the way his hand trails along your side as you lay down, you don’t get back up. You merely say, “It’s getting late, we should get some rest.”
Astarion murmurs his agreement, but you can hear the reluctance in his tone, see the bewildered expression on his face as he lies down, all of his clothing still covering his body.
You could laugh at the absurdity of it all, how unnerved he is, how deeply your chest aches– gods, this didn’t go well at all. But you don’t laugh. Only a sigh escapes you as you wrap your arms around him, as you press your body to his with all of the affection you cannot contain.
His arms stumble, they falter, but they find their way around you as well. An awkward embrace from a man who has no clue how he’s arrived at this point.
It’s difficult at a moment like this to remember that you shouldn’t love this man. That there are a dozen reasons to tamp down your feelings, a dozen more to run away. This was never supposed to be more than a single night of fun.
But, face tucked into the crook of his neck, hands clutching his loose shirt, nose filled with his carefully curated scent– you can almost pretend that this is real.

Got a oneshot! Have a fic where Sans rejects your romantic pursuits with a happy twist ;)
CW: Flashback section containing Sans’ ex, where he wasn’t having a good time
(Sans & Gender Neutral Reader)
Sans doesn’t know what he thinks about the whole romance thing after a disastrous start. What happens when a precious friend confesses?
——————
It wasn’t entirely unexpected.
Sans didn’t think much of it when you came that day. Sans would often usually invite you over anyway, though today you were first to ask him if you could visit. Which was fine- he’s never as comfortable with anyone else as much as he was comfortable with you. (Maybe Papyrus, but even then there were things Sans wouldn’t tell his brother because he didn’t want to burden him with problems that Sans would rather burden himself with.)
You were laughing. He always loved it when you laughed.
“so i told him: paper-thin skin? buddy. pal. i ain’t got skin.”
You were in an uproar, slapping your knee. “Oh my god! I’d give the world to see the look on his face,”
“oh yeah. definitely unforgettable. man got so red faced he looked like he was gonna burst. he then stomped out like an angry toddler.”
You were giggling, before the both of you fell into a silence. That was a normal part of conversations, Sans was used to it. Especially with you, the silence was never unwelcome. But this time… something felt different. The air has shifted. Your carefree expression had changed into something more contemplative. He wasn’t sure what it was, then. Or maybe, he just didn’t want to read too deep into it.
You spoke up.
“... Hey Sans? Can I tell you something?”
Why was he nervous?
“... yeah?”
“It’s… um. Give me a second…” you laughed nervously. “Haha, sorry, I feel a little sick.”
Sans’ brows furrowed. “what’s up? you ok..?”
You huffed. “Ok. Yeah. Sorry for ruining the moment? But uh… it’s been on my mind for a while, and I have to tell you. I hope you’re ok with me saying this but. I like you, Sans. Kind of… a lot?”
… Ringing. Sans hears ringing. It feels like something in his soul crashed.
“... Sans?”
Sans wasn’t there. His mind was somewhere else.
“i just… i just don’t know if i like you in that way…”
Her face broke into despair. She wouldn’t look his way. She didn’t even say a word to him.
“w… wait. why are you… where are you going?”
“I can’t be here.”
It was years ago. Monsters had lived on the surface for about a year. She was one of Papyrus’ friends, and their first meeting had been wonderful. It still leaves an ache in his chest when he thinks about it now, how hopeful he was when he met her. She was fun, always got Sans involved in social events, always found her way towards him when he was sitting on the sidelines while Papyrus took the stage.
“hey i wouldn’t recommend the punch.”
“Why not?”
“y’see, i like funny things. and that thing… it ain’t got a punchline.”
“... Are you seriously punning?”
“i think i’m being funny.”
“Hah, that’s so stupid,”
She was laughing. But when Sans thinks about it now, maybe it was a pitying one. Sans wasn’t one to judge, puns didn’t win everyone over.
She quickly became a regular in his life, the first human friend he’s made since the surface, one that seemed more interested in him than his brother. She would even pout and joke when Sans didn’t give her enough attention which was cute, at the time. It was easy introducing her to his friends, with how often she tagged along with him.
She would put her arm over his shoulders, hug him, get so close to kissing but miss… Sans never initiated, but only because he wasn’t much of a physical person to begin with. It was nice to have someone so affectionate with him.
He really liked having her in his life.
And then… came that fateful day.
“I was going to wait for you. But you never asked me out.”
“what do you mean…?”
“I know you’re smart, Sans. I’ve been obvious. I just don’t know if you even like me.”
He didn’t know where this had come from. He was suddenly put on the spot, struggling to give her an answer, an answer that he knew she wanted. But Sans was lost.
“i just… i just don’t know if i like you in that way…”
“...”
She was stoic. She was upset with him, she left him alone in his room after he brought out the games he was hoping to play together. Had he made a mistake…? Was he really that dense? Was he just terrible with commitment?
She… she deserved better.
So he decided to fix it. At least, he thought he was fixing it. Though it turned to be a decision Sans would regret soon after.
He showed up at her door the next night. She hadn’t responded to his texts, his calls. Not even Papyrus’. He felt guilty, like he ruined something perfectly good.
i can’t lose her.
Sans was starting to panic if she maybe had left- then the door opened. Sans soul shook when he saw how her face fell when she saw his face. She was going to retreat back into her room.
“w-wait! please listen to me,” His hand was at the door. “i… i made a mistake. you’re important to me, ok? and i think i want… to be with you.”
His soul sung when she finally looked him in the eyes. There were tears in hers, but she was smiling, and he was happy to have her hugging him again. The tension snapping was a relief. That he saved himself. But even then he wondered… why did it taste bitter to say those last few words?
It… didn’t last long. More and more of Sans’ time was taken up by her, which… should be a good thing. Couples should spend lots of time together, right? But he didn’t have time for his friends anymore. Everytime she went out, he needed to come with.
“Sans, you smell like ketchup.”
“oh… yeah, i put too much on my hotdog.”
“Come on, you need to eat something better. People keep telling me you smell like grease.”
“... really?”
“Yeah. Here, I got you new clothes. Crisp!”
“oh… thanks.”
“Get ready, I’m planning to go at six.”
He was becoming active. He was going out every day, he wasn’t locking himself in his room.
It was for the better, he told himself. She brought out the life in him.
… Sans always thought he was intuitive. He was the best at reading people. He’s the judge. It came to him like breathing.
But apparently, he had been blinded. He had a hard time trusting himself. That maybe his gut feeling was wrong.
“SANS…”
Papyrus had found him alone during a party, having escaped to the bathroom. His sockets had bags under them. His face was dripping with water. He just… needed to rest. Without anyone else around.
“ARE YOU ALRIGHT?”
“yeah… i am. just needed to freshen up is all.”
Papyrus looked so… sad. He hadn’t seen his brother frown so deeply, in a way that made Sans feel guilty.
“SANS. I KNOW YOU FEEL LIKE YOU NEED TO PROTECT ME FROM YOUR FEELINGS EVEN THOUGH I DON’T NEED YOU TO DO THAT BUT… YOU HAVEN’T LIED SINCE WE SURFACED, AND NOW IT’S BACK. AND I THINK… YOU MIGHT BE LYING TO YOURSELF AS WELL. BROTHER… WHAT’S THE MATTER?”
Sans was getting sloppy. He looked away from him, to the mirror- he couldn’t handle that sorrowful look on Papyrus’ face. All that did though, was force him to confront his own expression. His signature smile wasn’t even there. And Sans couldn’t muster the energy to bring it back.
“I DON’T WANT TO PRY, IF YOU’RE UNCOMFORTABLE, BUT… Could This Have Something To Do With Her?”
Sans should’ve said no. Denied it. Told Paps that everything was fine and he was just… just overwhelmed. But he didn’t.
“i… maybe. i…” He exhaled through his phalanges, staring at the bottom of the sink. “i don’t know if i love her, pap. at least… romantically. i’m… i’m trying paps, i’m trying, i should- she deserves to have someone love her. i want to love her.”
Papyrus finishes his thought for him.
“BUT YOU DON’T.”
“... no.”
Sans felt horrible. He felt like he was leading her on. But Sans really thought that he loved her. He did! He cared for her!
… But not in the way she wanted.
And Sans didn’t want to pretend anymore.
“What did it? Did… did you find another person??”
“no. it’s nothing like that.”
“Then what changed?!”
She was shouting. Sans didn’t like the shouting. She never took kindly to him giving anyone- anything else attention. Sans tried to fix it, at first. He thought he was the problem until he got the messages asking him where he was, why he was so absent.
“nothing has, it was just a lot of little things. i’m sorry. i don’t love you in that way.”
“... How could you say something so horrible!?”
It was a good thing they hadn’t moved in together. She had insisted on moving, and that was one thing Sans could put his foot down about. He has a couple of old shirts and pants at her place from the nights he’s stayed, but nothing he’ll miss much. Lots of them were clothes she approved. It smelled like perfume. Even when he thought he was in love with her he thought moving together then was too fast.
She blocked him. Cut him out. Told her friends how Sans didn’t try hard enough when she put in the effort. Sans was never a crier- but he was in tears, hiding in his room. He would talk about it with Papyrus, but right then, he didn’t want anyone to hear. He wanted to throw his phone, he wanted to scream at her. He loved her! Maybe- maybe he never wanted to date her, maybe, if they hadn’t they’d still be friends but she always just… took too much.
It was nice when Papyrus chose to cut her off, to show support for him. It was ironic, even though Sans was the one she always chased, she always seemed to be on good terms with Papyrus. Even would ask him to put in a word for her after their arguments.
Sans was fine now. No- more than fine. Sans was happy. His time with her being a mere bump during his time on the surface.
Then, not too long after, he met you.
He never realized what was missing until he met you. You gave him space, and you never asked him to change for you. You… you liked who he was, you liked Sans.
After her Sans was afraid to attach so fast but… he really, really wanted to keep you in his life. He might even like you, more than a friend would. But he wasn’t ready to start another storm in his life.
As he looked into your eyes, he felt his soul sink. He wasn’t ready for it to end.
“... i… i’m sorry,” Why was the air so hot? “i… i… hhh,”
“Huh?”
It was a little hard to breathe. Which should be impossible. He’s a skeleton… air… air literally moves through his ribcage. He isn’t… uh… what’s happening?
You were frowning. Oh no. Were you upset?
“S-Sans? Are you ok?”
Sans was gripping the couch too tightly, phalanges digging into the couch cushions, close to ripping them. Beads of sweat were rolling down his skull. He suddenly felt pathetic… panicking over you.
“Sans?”
His eyelights darted back to you, bringing him back to the present. You looked so confused… he felt so guilty.
no… i can’t do it again.
“i… sorry. i don’t… mean to panic in front of you but… are you upset?”
“About what? I’m… Sans, you’re not making a lot of sense.”
He presses a hand to his face, then takes a deep breath. His mind was in a frizzle and he had to explain to you now before he goes crazy.
“sorry, my mind is a mess right now. i… i don’t want to make you sad. but i don’t know if i’m ready for a relationship right now. and it isn’t you, it’s… it’s me. i don’t want to take away your hope or anything but… i don’t know if i’ll ever be ready for a romantic relationship.”
You blinked at him.
“Oh,”
Sans tensed. Expecting you to explode, or cry, or yell at him, run out the house, hate him, oh god he ruined everything-
“Sans, that’s… ok?”
“...”
what?
“w… what do you mean?”
You’re confused. Sans was too. You shift your eyes left and right.
“I mean… that’s ok. I just didn’t want to make you upset is all, and w… why are you looking at me like that?”
Was he dreaming? His eyelight flashed yellow, as if he could find something. He scanned your face, your eyes, your nose- looking for a shudder, a twitch, even a pulse out of place.
Your face was neutral. Was it just hard to read you?
“you know, you can tell me if you’re upset.” Sans was telling the truth. “i can take it. i’d rather you tell me straight to my face if you are. i… i don’t want to lose you.”
You look startled at his sudden pleading, before giving him a pitiful smile. You put your hands on his shoulders.
“Sans? Can you look at me?” You asked in a soft voice.
It was difficult to look up. He knows you, you’re not the type to yell at him or to curse him for little things. He’d trust his judgment but he’s been mistaken before. Nonetheless, slowly, he tilts his skull up to you. When he does, he sees the determination in your eyes, a fierce yet gentle look.
“Sans. Believe me, I’m ok. You’re not going to lose me if you tell me no. Ok?”
“m… mhm,”
Your serious expression melts a little when you start snickering. “Sans, I… I didn’t even get to finish my sentence. I was about to tell you that I’ll understand if you don’t wanna do a whole romance with me, I’ll be fine! I think it’d be great, and I stand by saying I like you a lot. But, I also like where we are right now, and staying like this is pretty nice too. Just being with you is fun, and whether you’re my friend or my boyfriend, that’s not going to change. So… if you’re ok with staying friends after my confession, I think I’d like that.”
The static of panic started to fade away, and a feeling of calm washed over him. The relief was so potent that Sans could feel his sockets start to sting.
h… heh… i was worrying for nothing.
“yes. god, i’d like that too,” Sans wobbles, phalange wiping his socket. “i was scared that if… if i said no you’d hate me.”
“Pfft,” you snort, before you quickly covered your mouth. “Sorry that wasn’t, I’m not laughing at you. I just want to know what made you think that?”
You bump him gently on the shoulder with your fist. “I thought you knew me!”
Sans snickers, a bit more giggly than usual. “i do! i just have doubts when it comes to romance nowadays,” He sighed. “so… you’re really ok with being friends?”
“Yeah! What’s so bad about being friends anyway? As long as you’re not weirded out by me, if I still get to see you, I count that as a win.”
Sans thought the same thing. He smiled.
“yeah… you’re right.”
It was definitely a win having you in his life.
You go oof! When all of a sudden Sans tugs you into a hug, squeezing you tightly.
“i’m… i’m glad i met you.”
You take him in for a moment, before wrapping your arms around him. You squeeze him back.
“Me too.”

Crave 7
Pairings: Various Genshin Men x Isekai'd!Reader, Scaramouche x Isekai'd!Reader
Summary: You and Scaramouche go to Inazuma City together! Even though Scaramouche is (reluctantly) accompanying you to the City of Eternity, you can't help but feel like you're forcing him to go with you. The next thing you know, you and Scaramouche booked a motel room overnight because of a sudden weather change.
Note: It's been a while since I've posted something for Crave, so here is part seven of Crave! The smut is shorter than I planned for it to be, but I will make it up to you Scaramouche simps, hopefully soon. As previously stated in the previous Crave "series," I tried to keep the smut as gender-neutral as possible, but this smut does lean more toward AFAB!reader/female-bodied reader. All of my smuts do lean towards female!reader/AFAB!reader with gender-neutral pronouns. As usual, minors DO NOT INTERACT! I don't post anywhere else but on Tumblr (Genshinluvr) and on AO3 (Aaliah_exo).
Warnings: Horribly written smut as per usual, fingering, Scaramouche almost cummed on the spot lol, hair pulling, biting, cervix fucking chest/breast groping, reverse cowgirl, full nelson, creampie
Word Count: 8k
Crave "Chapters": [1], [2], [3], [4], [5], [6], [7]
The cool air of the Inazuman weather blows through your hair as you walk in the streets of Inazuma City, breathing in the sweet and savory foods. You close your eyes and take a deep breath. It feels nice to go outside every once in a while. Around you are bustling crowds murmuring, children laughing and chasing each other around, and street vendors shouting and giving customers their food.
The person beside you lets out a scoff, pushing past you. “Don’t just stand there and look around with your mouth open like a fish out of water,” Scaramouche scoffs, nudging you with his elbow. “Let’s start moving. The longer you stand there, the more you’ll be hungry and complain.” Scaramouche gestures for you to follow him.
You blink at Scaramouche and pucker your lips while watching him walk away from you. “Me? Complain? You’re the one that’s been complaining since we’ve arrived, not me.” You let out an exasperated sigh before following the shorter male. Scaramouche stops at the nearest food stall, getting in line behind a tall woman with long purple hair. You stand beside Scaramouche and cross your arms over your chest, tapping your foot on the floor.
Scaramouche looks at you from the corner of his eyes. “Why are you tapping your foot? Are you nervous?” Scaramouche asks, raising his eyebrows at you.
You purse your lips, shaking your head.
“Then stop it. It’s starting to get annoying,” Scaramouche rolls his eyes.
You stop the tapping and frown at Scaramouche, turning away from the indigo-haired man with a huff. Prior to arriving in Inazuma, you had planned on visiting Inazuma alone. But of course, your beloved boyfriends did not allow that and had one of the men tag along on your adventure outside of the abode. However, that person, Scaramouche, did not want to go to Inazuma due to personal reasons.
“If I have to go somewhere with you, I would rather go anywhere that isn’t in Inazuma,” Scaramouche deadpans, crossing his arms over his chest while glaring down at you.
You blink at him, looking at the other men. Scaramouche didn’t have to join you on your outing if he didn’t want to. It’s not like you’re holding him at gunpoint, demanding for him to tag along. Childe rolls his eyes, shaking his head as he approaches you and Scaramouche.
Childe wraps his arms around your shoulders, gazing at the shorter male with a smirk. “And what do you have against Inazuma?”
Scaramouche scowls at Childe. “None of your business, Tartaglia. If I don’t want to step foot into Inazuma, then I don’t want to,” Scaramouche hisses.
Childe holds his hands up in front of him, chuckling. You shake your head, smiling at the fuming indigo-haired man before you and Childe. Again, it’s not like you’re forcing Scaramouche to accompany you to the City of Eternity. You know his distaste for the Electro Archon, whose also your close friend aside from Lumine, and you didn’t want Scaramouche to feel the need to keep you company.
“Scara, it’s not like I’m forcing you to come with me! You don’t have to go to Inazuma with me if you don’t want to! Childe can come with me instead,” You said, gesturing to the ginger beside you.
Scaramouche’s eyes dart over to Childe’s direction. Childe smirks and drapes his arms over your shoulders, pulling you to his side and kissing your forehead. Scaramouche scoffs and rolls his eyes.
“Fine. I’ll accompany you to the City of Eternity. Just as long as we don’t step foot anywhere close to the Tenshukaku,” Scaramouche grumbles.
Before you can respond to Scaramouche, the man walks away with another annoyed huff of breath. You can’t help but feel bad. While Scaramouche begrudgingly agrees to accompany you to Inazuma, you can’t help but feel like you’re forcing him to. Pantalone and Dottore come up from behind you and pat your head while the other snickers.
“Don’t take it to the heart, [Y/N]. The Balladeer isn’t upset with you. It’s his resentment for his creator that’s making him cranky,” Dottore snickers, crossing his arms over his chest.
You press your lips into a thin line, playing with the hem of your shirt. “I don’t know, Dottore. I can’t help but feel like it’s my fault,” you grumble.
Pantalone ruffles your hair and pulls you into his arms, kissing the top of your head. You sigh, resting your head against Pantalone’s chest and listening to his heartbeat against his chest. You sure hope Scaramouche’s sour attitude won’t affect the outing in Inazuma tomorrow. Still, knowing Scaramouche, he’s going to be sour the entire time until the both of you return to the abode.
“What do you want to eat?” You ask, looking up at the menu with a sulking Scaramouche beside you.
Scaramouche lets out a long exhale through his nose. “It doesn’t matter to me. You pick,” Scaramouche replies, looking at his surroundings.
You nod and begin ordering for the both of you. After ordering your food, you and Scaramouche stand to the side, waiting for the cook to call out the number of your order. The minute you and Scaramouche arrived at Inazuma, Scaramouche had this permanent scowl on his face. You try not to let it ruin your mood, but the man is making it hard for you not to feel upset. You rest your head on the counter, waiting for the food to be ready.
Footsteps approach where you and Scaramouche are standing. You assume it’s another customer until you hear a familiar voice. “Oh? [Y/N], and Kunikuzushi? What are you two doing here in Inazuma?”
You look up to see Ei standing before you and Scaramouche, with Yae Miko standing beside her. “Oh, no. This is not good.” You clear your throat and smile at the purple-haired Electro Archon and the pink-haired kitsune, who giggles beside Ei and waves at you and Scaramouche. Scaramouche’s face pinches with disgust before looking away from the two women.
“Your visitation was unexpected but not unpleasant. We hope you two have been doing well,” Yae Miko looks at Scaramouche, giving him a closed-eye smile, “especially you, Kunikuzushi.”
You can feel the crackling tension between the three of them. You scratch the back of your head and gulp. You smile at Ei and Yae Miko, only for it to turn out to be a grimace. Scaramouche huffs and turns to watch the vendor cook his and your food.
You laugh nervously. “We’ve been doing well! I wanted to stop by Inazuma to try some food and maybe do a little shopping while we’re at it. Scaramouche is accompanying me,” You reply, looking at Scaramouche from the corner of your eyes. “How have you two been? It’s been a while since I’ve seen you two!”
Ei smiles, tucking her hair behind her ears. “I have been busy. As the Electro Archon, there are many duties I need to tend to. And because I have been busy for a while, Miko stopped by the Tenshukaku and dragged me out into the city,” Ei replies, looking over at the snickering kitsune.
Scaramouche continues to ignore the two women standing before you and him. He rests his arm on the counter, closing his eyes and taking deep breaths. While you, Ei, and Yae Miko are conversing, he starts tapping his foot on the ground.
“Can they be any slower? I just want my food and get out of here as soon as possible,” Scaramouche grumbles under his breath.
Yae Miko giggles. “If you and Kunikuzushi want to have a full experience in your exploration of Inazuma, I recommend stopping by a kimono shop. It’d be fun to dress like a local, no?” Yae Miko asks.
Scaramouche can feel Yae Miko’s gaze burn holes into the back of his head. Scaramouche continues to ignore the two women and taps his fingers on the wooden counter impatiently. You tap your chin, taking in Yae Miko’s words. It does sound fun, but would Scaramouche be interested in joining you in wearing kimonos and exploring the beautiful region?
You smile at Yae Miko and Ei, nodding. “That sounds fun! Thank you for the idea. I think we might try it out,” you say.
The two women nod before bidding you and Scaramouche goodbye and walking off. You turn around, and the food vendor places your and Scaramouche’s food down on the counter. You and Scaramouche ate in silence. The two of you have yet to look at one another after Yae Miko and Ei walked away. The tension between you and Scaramouche remains. You wipe your lips with the napkin and turn to face the Inazuman man.
“What do you think about wearing kimonos as we explore Inazuma? If I recall correctly, Ayaka recommended a kimono shop called Ogura Textiles & Kimonos,” you say.
Scaramouche sighs, closing his eyes. “Alright, we can do that,” Scaramouche mutters.
Your eyes brighten, and a big smile stretches across your face. “Really?! You’re okay with wearing kimonos with me while we walk around Inazuma?!” You squeak.
“Mm. Yes, I’m okay with it,” Scaramouche answers. “Only because I want to see you happy.”
You throw your arms around Scaramouche’s shoulders, nearly knocking him back. You press a big kiss on his cheeks and nuzzle against him happily while Scaramouche wraps his arms around your waist and pats your back awkwardly.
After finishing your food, you and Scaramouche walk to Ogura Textiles & Kimonos. You're excited and kind of nervous about trying and wearing a kimono because you've never worn one before, and you don't know what to expect. Is it too late to invite Ayaka to Ogura Textiles & Kimonos with you and Scaramouche to give her insights on the kimonos you and your boyfriend are going to wear? As much as you would love to ask Ayaka to join you and Scaramouche at Ogura Textiles & Kimonos, you don't think Scaramouche would appreciate having people tag along after what happened between Ei and Yae Miko.
You and Scaramouche enter Ogura Textiles & Kimonos, looking around the small store. You skim through the variations of kimonos, but none has captured your attention. Then there's Scaramouche, who looks uninterested but is trying his best to find something to wear. As much as he dislikes being in Inazuma, being with you makes it less painful and boring. An indigo kimono captures his attention, and he grabs it, only to realize there's another one beside it that matches but has a different design. Scaramouche reaches for the two indigo kimonos before he looks at you, only to see you glare at the kimonos before you while muttering something under your breath.
"Did you find anything?" Scaramouche asks, approaching you.
You shake your head. "Not really. There are pretty kimonos, but some of them aren't really my style," you mutter.
Scaramouche rolls his eyes, scoffing with amusement. "Well, in that case, here. Try this on, " Scaramouche says, handing you the indigo kimono.
You take the kimono from Scaramouche's hands and stare at it before going to the changing room after approaching the sales clerk at Ogura Textiles & Kimonos. Scaramouche sighs and leans against the wall, waiting for you to try on the kimono. This is probably going to be the only time when you and Scaramouche get to spend some alone time together. As much as he despises being in Inazuma, being away from the others and being alone with you is tolerable. Maybe while he's waiting for you to come out in the kimono, he should change into his as well. Scaramouche sighs and pushes himself off the wall, walking to the other store clerk to show him the way to the changing room.
A few minutes after fighting with the kimono, you're able to change into the indigo kimono Scaramouche picked out for you. Well, with some assistance, of course. You walk out of the changing room and to the front of the store to see Scaramouche waiting for you in a similar kimono as yours but with different designs. You clear your throat, approaching the indigo-haired man. Scaramouche turns to look at you. His eyes widen slightly as the color pink slowly appears on his cheeks. “Scaramouche looks so cute when he’s blushing.” You smile at Scaramouche, holding your arm out and twirling for him.
"What do you think? I say you picked the perfect kimono, Scara. Plus, we match!" You grin at the indigo-haired man.
Scaramouche clears his throat. "You look beautiful," Scaramouche mutters shyly. "I picked out the perfect kimono, didn't I?" Scaramouche murmurs, the corners of his lips quirks up.
You grin and nod, twirling around for Scaramouche to see the full view of the kimono he chose for you. You look at Scaramouche, admiring the view of him wearing something other than his daily wear. Scaramouche looks devilishly handsome in his kimono. Instead of going back to the changing rooms to change out of the kimono and buying it after, Scaramouche pays for the kimonos upfront and tells you to grab your clothes from the changing room.
You point at the kimono. "We're leaving Ogura Textiles & Kimonos wearing the kimono?"
"Yes, that is what you wanted, is it not?" Scaramouche asks, raising his eyebrows at you.
You nod and rush to the changing room in the back to grab your clothes from the changing room. When you return, Scaramouche's holding a bag in his hands. The bag contains the clothes he wore prior to changing into the kimono. You put your clothes into the bag, and after Scaramouche pays for the kimonos, both of you walk out of Ogura Textiles & Kimonos.
"Where do you want to go next?" You ask, looking around the beautiful city.
Scaramouche shrugs. "Doesn't matter to me. You lead the way, and I'll follow wherever you choose to go," replies Scaramouche.
You scan your surroundings and spot a dessert vendor from afar, calling out to passing citizens. Your eyes light up. You loop your arms around Scaramouche's left arm before dragging him to the dessert vendor. You know Scaramouche doesn't like Dango or any sweets that are sticky, so you're planning on ordering something that isn't Dango or is sticky.
"One Dango milk, please!" You say to the vendor. Scaramouche makes a sound of distaste. You chuckle and shake your head. "Relax, it's for me. I'll get you something else. I know how much you don't like Dango or anything sweet that's sticky," you say, nudging Scaramouche lightly.
You end up ordering Taiyaki for Scaramouche and another drink for him. You want to go shopping around Inazuma and see many things, but you don't want to overwhelm him with many activities. Maybe a little picnic under the Sakura tree trees will do. After receiving your order from the dessert vendor, you and Scaramouche begin walking around with your desserts and drinks in hand.
"Let's sit under the Sakura tree while we eat our desserts," you say, pointing over at the tree planted outside the city, away from the bustling crowd and prying eyes of two certain Electro users.
Scaramouche wordlessly agrees and links his arms with yours as the two of you walk to the lone Sakura tree. Beneath the tree are two large boulders, large enough for you and Scaramouche to perch on top while eating your desserts and drinking sweet drinks. You brush the dirt and rocks off the boulders before sitting down, patting the spot beside you.
Scaramouche sits beside you and looks around, taking a bite of his Taiyaki. "Is this all we're going to be doing today?" Scaramouche asks.
You shrug. "Maybe! I know it's not a lot, but I didn't want to drag you around Inazuma City and overwhelm you with the things that are happening," you reply, uncapping the bottle of Dango milk and taking a sip. "We can still walk around and look at things together."
Scaramouoche hums, taking another bite of his Taiyaki. There are other activities that can be done in Inazuma, and he doesn't mind doing them with you. The only issue is the possibility of running into the Electro Archon and her Kitsune companion. Scaramouche tenses up when you lean your head on his shoulders with your eyes closed. He relaxes and sighs, resting his head on top of yours. You suddenly jerk, startling Scaramouche. Scaramouche turns to check on you, only to see you holding a Sakura bloom in your hands. Your nose scrunches up as you stare at the pink petal with scrutiny.
You smile at Scaramouche sheepishly, rubbing your neck. "Hehe, sorry for scaring you like that. This Sakura bloom scared me when it landed on my face. I thought it was a bug," you whisper, tossing the Sakura bloom on the ground with a small huff.
Scaramouche snorts, shaking his head. "You get scared of the little things, don't you?" Scaramouche teases, pinching your cheek.
You huff again and look away, heat rushing to your cheeks. "Not necessarily! But since I have you here with me, I shouldn't be afraid, right?" You ask, batting your eyelashes at him.
"What do you mean?" Scaramouche asks, tilting his head to the side.
You scoot close to Scaramouche, nodding. You loop your arms around his and snuggle up against Scaramouche with a content sigh. You rest your head on his shoulders, staring at the view of the ocean. Scaramouche blinks at you, waiting for you to reply to his question. Scaramouche nudges you. You look up at Scaramouche, who blinks at you, gesturing for you to explain.
You smile. "I have you here to protect me from harm," you murmur, leaning up to kiss Scaramouche’s cheeks.
Scaramouche scoffs and looks away, pretending not to like it. You stare at Scaramouche with a smile. The longer you look at him, the more you can see that his cheeks and ears are turning red. Cute. Dear Archons, Scaramouche is adorable. You chuckle and snuggle up against Scaramouche, taking a sip of your Dango milk.
About thirty minutes later, you and Scaramouche leave your spot from under the Sakura trees before making your way back to civilization. Both you and Scaramouche decided to trek to the nearest island where a festival was once held when Aether and Lumine visited with Ayaka.
You were surprised to see the island is packed with many visitors, not just from Inazuma but from other regions in Teyvat. Scaramouche makes a noise and squeezes your hands. You turn to Scaramouche, blocking his view of the festival-goers. You smile at Scaramouche and squeeze his hands.
"We don't have to stay here if you're not comfortable with being around this many people," you murmur.
Scaramouche sighs, looking around the island with a deep frown. While you and Scaramoche can do that, he doesn't want to hold you back from having fun and enjoying the festivities in Inazuma. Besides, it's not like Ei and Yae Miko are going to be at the festival as well, right? It'll be just you and him (and other festival goers) enjoying the food, snacks, and games at the Inazuman festival.
He shakes his head. "No, no. It's alright. We can walk around to see what catches our eyes," says Scaramouche, pulling you toward the large crowd of festival-goers and vendors.
You and Scaramouche go from vendor to vendor, checking out what they’re selling to the festival-goers, from desserts to street food to masks to prayer plaques. You and Scaramouche draw your wishes onto the pentagonal piece of wood. You have many wishes, and you weren’t sure what you wanted to focus on. “Is it possible to draw more than twenty-five people on the prayer plaques?”
“Are you done?” Scaramouche asks, startling you.
You look at Scaramouche like a startled crimson fox. Scaramouche cocks an eyebrow at you; a small smirk appears on his face. You clear your throat, rubbing the back of your neck while staring at the blank prayer plaque. You don’t have a specific wish in mind. However, you want it to involve everyone in your life. Since there’s not enough space for over twenty-five people, one person should be good enough.
You pucker your lips, shaking your head. "I haven't drawn anything yet! What did you draw?" You ask, poking him in the chest and trying to peek at his prayer plaque.
Scaramouche moves away from you, shielding the pentagonal piece of wood from your prying eyes. "I'm not showing you until you show me yours!" He huffs like a petulant child.
"Hmph! Fine! Just give me some time to think about it, and I'll show you mine," you say, walking to the nearest table to contemplate what you'll be drawing on the prayer plaque.
Despite dating Scaramouche, you only know a few details about him. From his background to the people in his life to how he became a Harbinger before being where he is now. The man is open to you, but Scaramouche has his shield up all the time. You assumed it was going to be bothersome in the beginning, but you don't blame him for putting a shield around his heart and putting up a cold exterior.
You doodle a small image of you and Scaramouche standing beside each other with little hearts surrounding the both of you. Your wish is for Scaramouche's happiness and sense of security and belonging in Teyvat. You turn to Scaramouche and wave him over. Scaramouche walks over and crosses his arms over his chest, continuing to shield his prayer plaque from your view. You assume Scaramouche wants you to show him yours first, given the look he's giving you while keeping his prayer plaque covered.
"Don't make fun of mine, okay?" You mumble.
Scaramouche snorts. "As long as it's not ridiculous like wanting a vision," Scaramouche comments.
You roll your eyes. "It's not! I don't think I'm worthy of a vision in general because I'm not from your universe," you grumble.
Scaramouche takes a step closer to you, gripping your chin, and tilts your head up. "You're always worthy," He murmurs, brushing your bottom lip with his thumb. "Now, show me what you put on your prayer plaque!" Scaramouche pinches your cheek and tugs on it hard.
You wailed and smacked his hands, glaring at him after he released your cheek. You rub your aching cheek with one hand while cursing under your breath. You let out a long sigh before flipping the prayer plaque over and showing him the doodle, looking away from the indigo-haired man. Scaramouche adjusts the plaque and gazes at the doodles on the prayer plaque. You hear a small huff, causing you to snap your head in his direction.
"Care to explain to me what your prayer is? It looks like you want me to be shamelessly in love with you," Scaramouche teases, poking your forehead.
You sigh. "My wish is for you to be happy and feel a sense of security and belonging in Teyvat," you murmur, looking away from Scaramouche.
Scaramouche stares at you while you're looking away from him, your face feeling hot. Scaramouche chuckles and pinches your cheek for the umpteenth time today, making you groan and grab his wrist, pouting at him. Scaramouche pulls you into his arms and squeezes you tightly, kissing the top of your head.
"You're cute, you know that, right?" Scaramouche murmurs into your hair, stroking your hair.
You peek at Scaramouche, wrapping your arm around his waist. "And what's on your prayer plaque?" You ask.
Scaramouche stares at you, nibbling on the inside of his cheek. You stare at him, waiting for the indigo-haired man to answer you. Alas, the both of you continue to stare at each other in silence while children laugh and other festival-goers murmur to each other. You narrow your eyes at Scaramouche, reaching up to poke his cheek, only for him to grab your hand halfway and lightly squeeze your hands.
"Tell me. I showed you mine and explained what my prayer was! Now, it's your turn to do it!" You said, puffing your cheeks out while glaring at him.
Scaramouche snorts, rolling his eyes and releasing your hand. "Alright, alright," Scaramouche sighs, showing you his prayer plaque.
It's a doodle of you and him— similar to yours, but his prayer plaque is slightly different. You tilt your head to the side, gazing at it questionably. You look at Scaramouche, silently waiting for him to explain what his doodle meant, but he doesn't say a thing. You look down at it again, scratching your cheek, trying to interpret what it could've meant, but only for your mind to blank.
"What's your prayer plaque about?" You whisper.
Scaramouche sighs, closing his eyes and pressing his forehead against yours. "My prayer is for you to be by my side forever," Scaramouche whispers. "You're... precious to me, and I can't imagine my life without you."
You gulp, watching Scaramouche slowly open his eyes. Your eyes dart down to Scaramouche's soft pink lips before looking into his eyes. Scaramouche caresses your face, brushing your cheek with his thumb before leaning in to kiss you. You wrap your arms around his shoulders, pulling him in close to you. The kiss was rudely interrupted when a child bumps into your and Scaramouche's legs. You and Scaramouche pull away from the kiss to see the child scurry off with his siblings trailing after him. You close your eyes and rest your head on his chest while he wraps his arms around your waist. You and Scaramouche remain at the festival for another two hours before returning to Inazuma City, hand to hand, while chatting about your and his potential future.
On your way back to the city, the clear blue skies quickly change to dark gray skies, and rain starts pouring down on you and Scaramouche. The both of you run to the nearest motel in Inazuma City to stay until the rain calms down. While it wasn't your and Scaramouche's intention to stay at a motel in Inazuma, it's best to find shelter until the downpour ceases. You and Scaramouche can't return to the abode when it's pouring and thundering.
After checking into a motel for the night, the clerk at the front desk hands you and Scaramouche the key to your room. You and Scaramouche are drenched from head to toe. Thunder booming from a distance and rain crashing to the ground, and bouncing off buildings fill your ears.
"What a good way to end the day," Scaramouche says sarcastically, rolling his eyes.
You giggle. "It's definitely something! Although I wasn't able to cross 'kissing in the rain' off my bucket list," you sigh, pouting at Scaramouche.
Scaramouche pauses at the door and turns to you, raising his eyebrows at you. You smile at Scaramouche innocently before walking around him to unlock your and his motel room. When the door clicks, you open the door and walk into the room with a sigh of relief. While your kimonos are drenched, you're relieved that your and Scaramouche's clothes aren't drenched from the rain. The door makes a faint click as Scaramouche closes the door.
The motel room is lit up by two tall lamps in the corner of the room. It's not a typical Inazuman-style motel. Instead, it was a mix of Inazuman and perhaps maybe even Liyuen. You walk further into the room and stop suddenly, causing Scaramouche to bump into you.
"Why'd you stop so suddenly?" Scaramouche asks.
You turn toward Scaramouche. "There's only one bed," You state.
He raises his eyebrows at you. "Okay and? I don't see the issue in sharing beds with each other. We are dating, right?" You nod. "Therefore, sharing beds shouldn't be an issue," Scaramouche says, pushing past you to put the bag of clothes down on the nightstand.
Scaramouche is right! There's nothing to worry about! You and Scaramouche are dating, and it's normal for couples to share beds in motels like this. The more you look around the room, the more you start to realize something strange about the small motel. While it's a mix of Liyuen and Inazuman, there was something a little bit off about this motel. You walk to the drawer, only to find a small gray and purple box.
You tilt your head to the side, eyebrows furrowing. "Huh? What's this?" You murmur.
You lift the box to your face, only to toss it back into the drawer and slam it shut after getting a clear look at it. Scaramouche looks at you, startled because you slammed the drawers shut. You clear your throat and turn to Scaramouche with a fake smile— Scaramouche motions to the drawers, gazing at you quizzically.
"Why did you slam the drawers shut? Did you see something?" He asks.
You gulp and smile at him sheepishly while shaking your head. "Oh, it was nothing! I didn't mean to slam the drawers shut," you lie, rubbing the back of your neck.
Scaramouche hums, getting up and walking toward you. You freeze and press your lower back against the cabinet, blocking the particular drawer. Scaramouche reaches behind you, grabbing a champagne cup and inspecting it. Where did that come from? You didn't even notice there were four wine cups behind you.
"Now, what are you hiding from me?" Scaramouche asks suddenly, placing the wine cup back on the stand and crossing his arms over his chest.
You sputter. "Nothing! I'm not hiding anything from you, Scaramouche!"
Scaramouche narrows his eyes, places both hands on your shoulders, and moves you out of the way. You groan and run your hands through your hair, mentally preparing for Scaramouche's reaction to the box in the drawer. Scaramouche looks at you, slowly opening the drawer without taking his eyes off your face, watching your expression very closely. He blindly reaches into the drawer and reaches around the semi-empty drawer before stopping when he feels a box.
Scaramouche diverts his attention from you and gazes at the box. Scaramouce reaches up and squints at the words printed on the box. Scaramouche snorts, closing the drawer with the box in his hands. He leans against the drawer, holds the box up for you to see it clearly, and chuckles.
"So this is why you tried to act like you saw nothing when you clearly see this," Scaramouche gestures to the box. "What, are you scared of a box of condoms?"
You bristle at the sight of Scaramouche's teasing smirk as he lightly tosses the box in the air and catches it with ease. How dare he teases you for getting flustered after seeing a box of condoms in the drawer! Is it possible that the previous motel visitor left their boxes of condoms at the motel? No, it couldn't be. Most people wouldn't forget something like this! Right? You gulp and tap your fingers on your thighs.
"I think this motel is a love motel," you squeak, looking anywhere but Scaramouche.
The indigo-haired man raises his eyebrows at your speculation. Scaramouche places the box of condoms on top of the drawer before walking over to you. You subconsciously step back, too embarrassed to look at the man before you. Scaramouche scoffs, grabs you by your biceps, and pulls you toward him. You squeeze your eyes shut as he grabs your chin and tilts your head up.
Scaramouche murmurs, "Look at me,"
You reluctantly open your eyes but nearly shrivel up in fear after seeing how close his face is to yours. You audibly gulp, locking eyes with Scaramouche as he smiles with amusement. Scaramouche feels joy and pride after seeing how flustered you become when he's so close to you. SCaramouche looks down at your plush lips, brushing his thumb against your bottom lip.
"Why are you so shy, hmmm? Is it because we're in a love motel, or is it because you found a box of condoms in the drawers at a love motel?" Scaramouche asks, sticking his tongue out at you.
You look down, refusing to continue to lock gazes with Scaramouche. "Both," you mumble.
Scaramouche hums, kissing the side of your head. You gulp and grab Scaramouche's kimono, tightening your grip. Scaramouche caresses your face, his nose brushing against your cheek. Scaramouche's lips brush against yours. You close your eyes and close the gap.
Scaramouche wraps his arms around your waist while holding the back of your head with his other hand, keeping you in place. Scaramouche deepens the kiss while backing you up against the motel bed. The back of your knees hit the bed, sending you tumbling back. You look up at Scaramouche, who towers over you. Scaramouche kneels on the bed, caging you against the motel bed.
Scaramouche gulps. "You drive me crazy. Did you know that?" Scaramouche whispers.
Before you can open your mouth to respond, Scarmaouche leans down and presses his lips against yours. You automatically wrap your arms around his shoulders, deepening the kiss while tangling your fingers in his soft damp hair. Scaramouche straddles your hips and begins unraveling your kimono while your hands slide down to the obi and begin unwrapping his. Scaramouche breaks the kiss, brushes his lips against the base of your neck, and starts nibbling on your neck while pulling and yanking the obi off the kimono.
You arch your back to let Scaramouche take the obi off and watch him toss it to the ground. Scaramouche begins taking the kimono off you while you struggle to take the obi off him. Scaramouche chuckles and grabs your wrists, pinning them over your head. He leans down and gazes into your eyes, smirking at you. You gulp and stare up at Scaramouche, watching the pink muscle peek from his lips and swiping over his bottom lips.
"I love watching you struggle," Scaramouche chuckles, trailing one hand down the kimono and opening it.
Your face becomes warm as you squeeze your eyes shut, feeling Scaramouche's eyes wander over your almost naked body. Scaramouche bites his lips as he slides one hand down to your chest and gropes it hard. You gulp and peek at Scaramouche, watching him fondle your chest. Scaramouche leans down, takes a nipple between his lips, and begins swirling his tongue around the sensitive bud.
You whimper softly, clenching your fist on the bedsheets. "It's not fair for you to tease me like that," you whine, arching your back and letting out shaky moans the more Scaramouche sucks and licks your nipple.
Scaramouche releases your nipple with an audible 'pop' before looking at you, raising his eyebrows. "If it's not fair for me to tease you, then it's not fair for the others to have you before me," Scaramouche huffs, getting off the bed before grabbing you by the calves and yanking you toward the edge of the bed.
Scaramouche yanks the kimono off your body, tossing it to a nearby chair, and runs his fingers through his hair. Scaramouche gazes down at your almost naked body with hunger. Scaramouche pushes your legs apart with his legs while taking his kimono off his lithe body. The Inazuman clothing slides off his body like melted butter, leaving him in his black, tight-fitted boxers, allowing you to see a prominent bulge. You look away from Scaramouche, face hotter than it was.
Scaramouche snorts. "I don't understand how you're so flustered. This isn't something you haven't seen before," he smirks.
You swallow the lump in your throat. "I know, but...." you trailed off.
Scaramouche hooks his fingers over the band of your panties, raising his eyebrows at you. "But?" Scaramouche asks, waiting for you to finish your sentence.
You shake your head. Scaramouche shrugs and slides your panties off, letting them pool around your ankles before throwing them into the pile beside the bed. Now, Scaramouche can take his time on you and do as he pleases. But seeing you sprawling out on the bed, naked with your legs spread, your entrance dripping with need, makes him not want to take his time with you. He wants to be inside of you immediately, plowing his cock in and out of you until you scream and cum around his cock. Scaramouche clenches his jaws and takes his boxers off. His boxers pool around his ankles before stepping out and kicking it to the side.
Scaramouche's cock slaps his abdomen--- the mushroom tip is pink and glistening with pre-cum. Scaramouche reaches down, spreads your folds open, and dips his middle and ring finger into your sweltering heat. You gasp and involuntarily clench around his fingers, whimpering and letting out breathy moans as he steadily pumps his fingers in and out of your entrance. You dug your nails into Scaramouche's arms while he fingers your entrance repeatedly.
Scaramouche leans over you with one arm, buries his face into your neck, and begins leaving hickeys all over your neck. You hook one leg over his waist and pull him toward you. You blindly reach for his erect cock and begin pumping his throbbing hot dick. Scaramouche grunts and bites down on your neck. You tense and arch your back as a choke moan escapes your mouth. All you can hear is heavy breathing coming from you and Scaramouche, the squelching of your sopping-wet entrance, and your hand meeting the base of his cock with each stroke.
The tip of Scaramouche's fingers hits a gummy wall, causing you to freeze in his arms and squeeze his cock. Scaramouche groans and slowly pulls his fingers out from your hole. You release his cock and stare at him with lidded eyes. Scaramouche smirks and licks your juices off his middle and ring finger. You bite your bottom lip, watching Scaramouche suck on his fingers. You can't help but look down at his throbbing red cock, watching it bob up and down from the slightest movement.
"What? You want a taste?" Scaramouche teases, gripping his cock in one hand before kneeling on the motel's bed with one leg and caging you in with the other.
You nod, licking your lips while eyeing Scaramouche's throbbing red cock. Scaramouch hums, pumping his cock while watching your expression closely. Your eyes are hazy with lust and need, your chest heaving up and down with each breath you take. Scaramouche hums, tapping and rubbing the bulbous tip of his cock between your wet folds. You shudder when his dick rubs up against your swollen bundle of nerves.
"I really want to," you whisper, finally taking your eyes off his cock.
Scaramouche snorts, continuing to coat his cock with your juices. "I don't know about that, Sakura Bloom. While you may say that you want a taste, your body seems to want something else," Scaramouche murmurs, grinding and rubbing his cock against your entrance. "What is it that you really want, hm? Do you want to suck my cock, or do you want me to fuck you until you can't walk?"
You don't respond to Scaramouche's teasing comments as he continues to teasingly rub his cock up and down your folds, coating the underside of his cock in your slick. You whimper and bite on your bottom lip. You want to suck Scaramouche's pulsating cock and slurp up all of his cum until there's none left. But you also want Scaramouche to plunge his cock into your sopping-wet heat until the walls of your insides make a mold of his cock.
You throw your head back with frustration. "I don't know! I don't know! Scaramouche, I want both!" You whine, gazing up at Scaramouche pleadingly.
Scaramouche scoffs, prodding your entrance with the tip of his cock. "If you can't decide, then I will make the decision for you, pet," Scaramouche chuckles.
"Wait, what?!"
Scaramouche rams his cock into your wet entrance, causing you to shriek and involuntarily clench your walls around his throbbing cock. Scaramouche pants, propping both his arms beside your head as he sinks his aching dick deep inside of your gummy walls. His eyes roll to the back of his head, gripping the bedsheets hard until his knuckles turn white. Scaramouche pants, burying his face into your neck, latching his teeth on your neck, and nibbling on your skin.
You whimper, locking your legs around his waist and pulling him close to you until your bodies are pressing up against each other. Your walls clench around Scaramouche's dick, trying to adjust to his size. Scaramouche groans, biting down on your neck. You let out a breathy moan when Scaramouche's pubic bone rubs up against your swollen bundle of nerves.
"Stop tensing up so much. Relax your body or else...." Scaramouche trails off, letting out a deep guttural groan.
You pant, digging your nails into his pale back and dragging your nails down to his lower back. You can't help it. The sudden intrusion caused you to tense up and clench around his cock. You take deep breaths, close your eyes, and attempt to relax your body.
"Or else what? You'll cum on the spot?" You choke, cracking a weak smile.
Scaramouche doesn't respond. You peek at him to see his cheeks are red, and so are the tip of his ears. How cute. Scaramouche nearly cummed when your gummy walls clench around his cock while trying to adjust to the sudden penetration. You can't help but snicker, causing the indigo-haired man to snap his head in your direction with a glare.
"Why are you giggling?!" Scaramouche hisses.
You shake your head. "Oh, it's nothing! I find it cute how you nearly cummed," you giggle.
Scaramouche glares at you and thrusts sharply into you. You hiss and arch your back, legs wrapping tightly around his slim waist. He smirks and thrusts into you again, watching your eyes roll to the back of your head, jaws dropping, tongue lolling out of your mouth when the fat mushroom tip of his cock hits a certain spot inside you.
"You seem to like that," Scaramouche comments, scoffing.
Scaramouche pushes himself off you, keeping his cock buried inside you. He stands at the end of the bed, grabs your hips with an iron grip, and pulls you toward the edge of the bed until your ass is hanging at the edge. Scaramouche begins hammering his cock in and out of your heat with no remorse.
"Oh, fuck!" You yelp, grabbing the edge of the bed for dear life as Scaramouche rams his girthy cock in and out of your quivering hole.
Scaramouche growls, grab your hair by the roots, and pulls on it hard. Scaramouche yanks your head back and leans down while continuing to thrust into you with fervor. Scaramouche slams his lips against yours, your and his tongue rubbing against each other. Scaramouche rubs his pubic bone against your swollen, throbbing nub, making sure to put a lot of pressure while doing so.
The bed creaks beneath you while Scaramouche pistons his cock into you repeatedly. Your whimpers, moans, and yelps fill the room while Scaramouche's growls and pants overlap yours.
"You're a filthy slut, did you know that? Sleeping with multiple men before me," Scaramouche growls, ramming the tip of his cock into your g-spot.
You wailed and arched your back, digging your heels into his asscheeks. "Be gentle, Scaramouche! It hurts!" You whine, clawing his back until his pale skin turns red.
"Ha! Did you really think I was going to be gentle with you? A slut like yourself needs to be taught a lesson," Scaramouche growls.
Scaramouche suddenly pulls out of your sopping-wet entrance abruptly, making you cry out in protest. Scaramouche climbs onto the bed and lays on his back. He reaches for your arm and yanks you toward him. You stumble and land on his chest. Scaramouche flips you over on your back so your back faces him and adjusts you on top of him.
Scaramouche slaps your ass, "Ride me."
You huff in response and grab the base of his cock, and sink down onto his cock. You lean back, place your hands on his stomach and begin to bounce on his cock. Scaramouche grabs your wrists and pins them back, and thrusts his cock up into your entrance. You grit your teeth and plant your feet on the bed beside his thighs and begin bouncing up and down on his cock.
Scaramouche suddenly stops you midway, hooks his arms underneath your knees, and brings them up until your knees are beside your shoulders. He clasps his hands together and begins thrusting up. The new position has you gasping and curling your toes as the bulbous tip of his cock rams into your cervix repeatedly.
"Fuck, fuck, fuck!" You gasp, head falling back as you succumb to pleasure.
Your entrance spasms around Scaramouche's cock as you're nearing your end. An all too familiar feeling starts forming in your lower abdomen as Scaramouche batters his cock against your g-spot. Scaramouche's thrusts start to become sloppy as he starts chasing after his orgasm. Scaramouche releases one leg and reaches for your swollen nub, pinching, squeezing, rubbing, and twisting the throbbing nub.
The tight knot in your lower abdomen suddenly snaps, and you cum all over his cock before collapsing onto him. Scaramouche slams his cock into your cervix, shooting thick, hot ropes of cum deep inside of your entrance with a growl. He releases your other leg and presses his cock inside you, making sure to fill you to the brim with his cum until there is nothing left.
Scaramouche wraps his arms around your waist and pulls you to lay beside him, his cock remaining buried inside of your cum-filled entrance. You take a deep breath and open your eyes, vision still blurry from your orgasm. Scaramouche mindlessly reaches for the blanket and covers your body. Scaramouche presses his lips against the back of your head, closing his eyes and trying to catch his breath.
Scaramouche reluctantly pulls his cock out from your entrance. You wince at the emptiness before gingerly rolling over to face Scaramouche. Scaramouhce caresses your face and kisses your jawlines, wrapping his arms around your waist and pulling you close to his chest. You press your hands against his chest and close your eyes.
"You cum fast," you mumble.
Scaramouche scowls and pinches your ass. You squeal and slap his hand away from your ass, glaring up at Scaramouche.
You huff. "That's not a bad thing, you know! It means I got a good—"
Scaramouche covers your mouth, his face bright red. You remove his hands from your face before scooting close to him, hooking your leg around his waist. You freeze and shudder, feeling the mix of your and Scaramouche's cum oozing from your sullied entrance. You slowly remove your legs from Scaramouche's waist and wince.
The birds chirp outside, and the sun peeks from the blinds. You close your eyes and snuggle up against Scaramouche, lacing your fingers with his while Scaramouche kisses the side of your head. The door slams open as you and Scaramouche are about to fall asleep. You and Scaramouche jump and stare at the door, covering your naked bodies with the blanket. Dottore and Pantalone step into the motel room, looking around the messy room with amusement.
"Ah! So that's where the two of you wandered off!" Pantalone chuckles, crossing his arms over his chest.
Scaramouche hisses, "What are you two doing here?!"
Dottore giggles and steps over your and Scaramouche's discarded panties and boxers. "Well, we heard there was a storm going on in Inazuma, and Lord Ayato sent us out to search for the both of you!" replies Dottore.
You hold the blanket against your chest, heat rushing to your face as you stare at Pantalone and Dottore, completely mortified. Pantalone closes the door behind him before walking over to where Dottore stands, flashing you and Scaramouche a teasing smile. Oh no. You recognize that smile of his.
"You heard us, didn't you?" you whisper.
Dottore and Pantalone nod. "That we did."
You collapse onto the bed while Scaramouche stares at the two men with disgust and embarrassment. Wait, how did they get into your and Scaramouche's motel room so easily? You're going to interrogate them when you guys return to the abode. You're too mortified to question them while butt-naked under the blanket.
Note: Ahhh, not the best smut, I tried my best 🥹 it's been a while since I've posted something for the Crave smut series, and I hope I can post more in the future. I'm not entirely satisfied with how short this fic (mainly the smut part) is, but I will try to make it up to you Scara simps in the future! I do have an idea for a Scaramoche individual fic, and I'll most likely toss smut into the mix. If you're new here and have never read my fics before, I do have another Scaramouche smut you can read. It's Route 1 of the Burning Desire series (in my masterlist). I like that smut better than what I have written out for Crave 7, mainly because it's longer. If you guys want, you guys can join my discord server to get fanfic updates and see the progress of the upcoming fanfics in [Zhongli's Server]. You're not obligated to join, but it'd be nice to have new members :) Please be respectful to everyone and remember to follow the server rules. Anyway, to all my new and returning readers, keep in mind that I ONLY post on my Tumblr (Genshinluvr) and my AO3 (Aaliah_exo)! Nowhere else except Tumblr and AO3!

Tumblr media
it had surprised you when one of your best friends, coriolanus snow, had asked you if he could tell you a secret. he nearly pleaded with you not to tell anyone else about it before he did, and when you promised over and over again that you wouldn’t, he finally took you to his house.
due to his family having been very popular and seemingly well-liked back during the war, this had been a stark contrast to what you had been expecting. he lived with tigris and his grandma’am, which you had known. however, what you hadn’t known was the fact that his fridge was nearly empty every single night, if not completely empty.
it was as if tigris had known you were coming, based upon the solemn expression she wore when you and coriolanus walked through the door. she could only smile sadly at you, and you could only walk over to her and place your hand on her shoulder, quietly reassuring her and coriolanus that you would help them.
and you did. you consistently invited them (including the grandma’am) to your house for dinner, making them delicious food and making sure that all three of them were well-fed. they would always profusely thank you, unable to do much else. sometimes, the grandma’am would slip a white rose behind your ear when you walked them to the door after dinner, and it always made you smile softly.
until that changed. one day, it hadn’t been the grandma’am to step forward again to slip a rose behind your ear as you had expected. it was coriolanus. you blinked at him, unspeaking as he carefully caught your chin with two fingers, angling your head slightly so that it was easier for him to slip the rose right behind your ear.
you didn’t move as he stepped back, looking behind him at tigris and the grandma’am. they both nodded to him before beginning to walk off, whereas he stayed right in front of you, just a few steps away. he swallowed thickly, and suddenly you could see how.. nervous he seemed to be?
“i have something to tell you,” he blurted out, his face flushing slightly in embarrassment.
“hm? what’s wrong, corio?” you asked softly. “are you guys running low on food again? i can start making more-” you started to say quickly, before he quickly cupped your cheek with a hand.
“that’s not what i wanted to talk about.” his voice was quiet, his nerves seeping through the words.
“..then what did you want to talk about?” now you were confused.
“i told you i had something to tell you. well.. i’m just going to outright say it. i like you.” he inhaled deeply, and it looked as if he was preparing himself for a rejection.
however, the opposite happened. you leaned forward, kissing his cheek softly. “i like you too, corio.”
coriolanus froze where he was. had he just heard you correctly? you liked him too. a sudden giddy feeling erupted in his stomach, a stupid smile on his face. “can i..”
he didn’t finish his question, as you kissed him softly, already knowing that had been what he wanted to ask. before you pulled away, you whispered a soft. “yes.”

Do I have a chance?
Pairing: Portgas D. Ace x [gender neutral] Reader Words: ~ 1 600 Summary: Ace is just trying to get you to like him. Tags: he's so. ace. / Marco just sits back and eats popcorn while watching it happen
Requested by anon [Hi! Could I request male reader X Ace where Ace is nice and adorable with everyone except reader? Ace is not toxic or mean to Reader, he just acts more serious and tough around him (...)]
MASTERLIST
Tumblr media
Your eyes observed Ace in the distance as he talked with the others. He would often giggle, showing that wide smile that made your heart flutter as he opened that wide smile. Sometimes he would joke about something, playing offended and being way too dramatic, and it was also way too cute when he randomly fell asleep. Only you knew how hard it was not to just reach out and ruffle his hair, play with his messy black strands, maybe squish his cheeks together, and kiss all over his freckles…
All of it was to be appreciated just by far, though. Marco and the others were so lucky.
“Ah, hey, (y/n),” Ace mumbled with a light wave as he approached when you sat at one of the tables on Moby Dick’s with a book in hand. “I was wondering, could you help me with some bandages? It’s kinda tricky to clean the wounds.” He pointed to the bandage on his shoulder. He didn’t smile. Okay. It was so awkward when Ace did that. It felt like he was annoyed by you.
“Sure.” You grabbed the marker and slipped it into the book before closing it. His eyes glanced down at it.
“What book is that?” Ace blinked as he observed you set it aside.
You raised an eyebrow, looking at it for a moment, and hummed. “Ah, it’s just something I grabbed from Marco.” You took the book while standing up, observing the cover for a moment. Ace always asked you about the stuff you read or watched, so you just told him about it before he asked. “It’s about a king who searches for the fragments of his dead wife’s soul. He’s the main character, along with a guy and a girl. This other guy is so cool. He’s stoic, y’know, all serious and tough. Very cool character. The king is way too dramatic.”
Despite your grin, Ace only raised an eyebrow in brief interest and nodded with a hum. “Oh, great. Sounds cool.”
Why did he always make things awkward?
You nodded with a hum. “Either way, I’m going to put it away. Where do you want to change your bandages—”
“Your cabin?” Ace said almost instantly. You blinked a couple of times before slowly nodding, and he exhaled softly. “Then let’s go.”
Ace was terribly quiet during all of that. He was serious, not reacting so much to your jokes and barely keeping the subjects going, so you just opted for silence. If he really disliked you, you didn’t want to keep bothering him. Even so; if he disliked you, why did he insist on always trying to be around you? You’d questioned Marco about that a couple of times, but all he did was scoff and chuckle in response.
You did favors to Ace once in a while, yeah—you two were close crewmates at the beginning—, and that was never the issue, just that he didn’t even thank you this time. Ace just walked out of the cabin before you could finish speaking, leaving his button-up on your bed.
Ace had sort of told Marco his plans. Marco didn’t agree at all, but he also knew he wouldn’t be able to convince someone with a thick head like Ace, so he didn’t even try too much. Honestly, Marco couldn’t even wonder how you were feeling with all this mess because he would often catch you gazing at Ace with those dreamy eyes.
One of the things that went through Marco’s head was certainly about the amount of functioning brain cells inside Ace’s head. If Ace was too shy to confess to you, maybe he should try some tactic that didn’t involve making you fall for him and confessing to him instead. Or just anything that involved Ace being Ace instead of someone who clearly didn’t please you.
As far as Marco could remember, it started when Ace wanted to find things to talk about with you, and the fact you were around reading a few books made it easy for Ace to figure out two things to chat about: what kind of stuff you liked, and also what your type was, hopefully. Marco could remember Ace ranting to him about how you loved all the serious and Stoic characters from those books, admiring their coolness. It was a matter of time until Ace was changing into that said demeanor whenever around you, but his attempts at being serious honestly just made Marco want to hide due to the second-hand shame. Ace was so stupid. He was like a weird kid.
On the other hand, Marco also wanted to strangle Ace to make him confess to you already. He noticed that most of the crew was dispersed now that you stopped by an island. You were sitting alone at one of the tables on the main deck, reading your book.
“Oi, Ace-yoi,” Marco caught Ace’s attention. “I’m going ahead to the shop, so can you tell (y/n) I’ll already be there?” He didn’t actually wait for Ace to answer before he left, waving back at Ace with his other hand stuck in his pocket.
Damn, Marco. He could’ve at least told Ace something about that before. At the moment, he wasn’t fucking prepared to talk with you. Ace’s mind was racing as he looked back and saw you there, nose buried in that same book from the other day. You were the only one there aside from an occasional pirate that would walk by, which wasn’t even relevant. Marco really hated him, didn’t he?
Ace cleaned his throat and tried to seem cool as he walked over to the area where you were, hands in his pockets. He could do it. He was going to do it so well that maybe you’d confess to him today. The same things went over and over in his mind as he leaned back against the wall, letting his hat cover his face lightly. You probably were sleeping hugging the shirt that he left in your room. He probably looked so cool. He was so cool.
… Well, why didn’t you approach him, then? What was taking you so long?
You had noticed Ace’s presence there, of course—how could you not? It wasn’t even the first time he saw you after the day you fixed his bandages, but you still wished that Ace would finally come to thank you or ask for his shirt back. Despite having your eyes glued to the page, you weren’t reading a thing. You couldn’t read a thing.
This was already getting on your nerves. Did Ace think he was better than anyone? Did Ace hate you?
Ace jumped when the book was suddenly tossed at him. He gasped as he caught it before it fell to the ground, holding it tightly in his hands.
“What’s wrong with you?” You stood there, pointing at Ace accusingly. He had wide eyes, mouth opening and closing as he tried to say something, but it never came. You groaned, clenching your hands into fists and stepping towards him. “I get it that you don’t like me, but I don’t see the reason you keep hanging around! If I annoy you so much, then just avoid me, and I’ll return the favor!” You sighed, pinching the bridge of your nose as you took a moment; the dumbass just stood there tensely, face red. “Look, you could’ve at least acknowledged that I cleaned your wounds and taken your shirt back!”
Ace finally managed to choke something out. “But I don’t hate you!” His voice sounded weaker than he planned. Shit, he was making a fool of himself in front of you again. He groaned, looking at the book and slipping it in his pocket, not knowing what to do with it.
“You don’t have to lie, Ace!”
“I’m not lying!” Ace groaned as he pulled his hat over his face to hide it. “Ahh, I fucked it all up… I’m so sorry, (y/n)!”
A sigh escaped your lips. “Ace, it’s okay, really. You’re not obligated to like me or anything.”
Ace lowered his hat enough to look at you over the brim of it. He stuttered a couple of times but decided to take a pause—he took a deep breath, closing his eyes for a moment. “Look, I’m so sorry. I actually like you a lot.”
You furrowed your eyebrows, eyeing Ace up and down. “What do you even mean by that? Like me? Ace—”
“I was trying to be like those characters you talk about! From the books, I mean.” Ace sighed in frustration. He adjusted his hat, letting it hang over his back. “I thought you’d like me more if I did it.”
“Ace…” You sighed, burying your face in your hands and then rubbing your temples. Now all the hints that Marco dropped were starting to make sense. “Okay. Terrible choice, actually, because I like it when you’re being yourself.” Ace furrowed his eyebrows, so you nodded more. “I’m always hoping you’ll be silly and playful when you’re around me because it’s so cute.” Your cheeks reddened as you confessed it, but there was no other way to fix things without talking it out, even more after a misunderstanding going on for so long. “Just be yourself, Ace. I actually like you a lot, as well.”
Ace was pouting a little, his cheeks all red. “Can I hug you, (y/n)? Pretty please?”
A chuckle escaped your lips as you felt your face heating up as well. “Yeah, yeah, I—”
He was in your arms before you could finish saying it, hugging you tightly. “I’m sorry, okay? I won’t do it again.”
“Yeah, you better.” You patted his back lightly with a sigh.
“You know,” Ace chuckled a little bit as he pulled back; his cheeks were redder as he looked away. “Do I, y’know, do I have a chance with you now that I’m being the way you like me?”
You raised an eyebrow and slowly grinned wide. “Hmm, I’ll think about it,” you teased a little, kissing his cheek.

Good Things

A soft sigh escapes Kalim’s lips, warm ruby eyes looking up at you as if you had hung all the stars in the sky. He was quiet, something that would have surprised anyone, but you knew that despite his loud and warm demeanour, Kalim had a calmer side, still warm but in the sense of the warmth of a comforting blanket instead of the sometimes harsh brightness of the sun.
You hummed, pausing your hands in his hair, looking back at him with a silent question.
He brought your hands down from his hair down to his lips and placed a gentle kiss on your knuckles, paying each joint of each finger mind before placing a kiss on the inside of your wrist and nuzzling into it.
“What was that for,” you hummed, a flustered yet giddy smile on your face. Even if you wanted to hide it, it was nearly impossible. Plus this was Kalim; why would you hide your happiness from him?
Kalim smiled widely at you, still holding your one hand. “Because you deserve good things!”
You deserve good things! Such a simple statement yet it held more weight than its simplicity.
Good things.
Kalim nearly drowned you in good things. One may think he gifted you gold and more valuables than humanly possible, and while that was true at the beginning, he had eased up.
And while he does still give you a miniature stroke every now and then by gifting you something that you honestly don’t want to even think about the price of, the ‘good things’ had changed as he got to know you. As you got more comfortable around him. As the lines between friendship and romance blurred until you found yourself clutching onto his cardigan as you melted into one of his warm embraces during a particularly rough day.
He didn’t push for answers, he didn’t push for anything. He was authentic with you from the first day you met him, and you, in turn, became authentic with him.
He never judged you. Never pushed you to go outside your comfort zone. And he stuck back with you where others may have walked on ahead.
You brought up his hands to your lips now and paid the same mind he did to your hands. “You deserve good things too,” you sighed in contentment. “I may not have-”
Kalim stopped you gently by getting his head off your lap and placing a kiss on your forehead. “You’re the best thing that has ever happened to me. That’s enough… you are enough.”
You looked at him, and his bright eyes looked at you with the warmth of the sun.
Cupping his face between your hands gently, you placed a kiss on his forehead too, lingering there. “Thank you, Kalim… for everything.”
“You don’t have to thank me,” and he placed a chaste kiss on the corner of your mouth. Soft, yet it felt like the sun gently warming your skin.

sorry im gonna aut out for a second going off these tags
this book is so fucking aggravating because the author's (cis man. ofc.) reasoning for why the P.U.F isn't trans is because they didn't seem to struggle with their gender before becoming the P.U.F (we have no way of knowing this btw. not only do we have limited information on their personal life before transitioning, but whose to say they ever showed signs of being trans openly? whose to say their near-death experience didn't awaken something inside them?) and since their rebirth was due to "spiritual factors" instead "some long-term struggle over [their] identity" (because it would have to be a struggle, right?), we should only view them in the context of women's history and not trans* history.
which makes me want to rend flesh with my teeth!!!! sir you CANNOT separate spirituality from identity like that. were the priestesses of inanna not trans* despite taking on women's clothing, names, language, because they viewed their gender as a spiritual event? its so ridiculous to take someone who literally changed their entire identity because of this spiritual rebirth, and then call them by their birth name and she/her pronouns and be like "well since SHE didn't struggle with HER gender before, then SHE isn't trans!"
and its not like this is some "ohh we don't know what they would have wanted," the P.U.F made it very clear they were not Jemima, they would not tolerate being seen as her, they dressed androgynously on purpose, their followers considered them a neutral spirit. They identified as the Public Universal Friend, it doesn't matter whether you think they really were a spirit from Heaven. They did everything possible to express "I am not who I used to be and my gender is not the same as it was," how is this not trans??????? Because they weren't the fucking textbook transsexual that is the only True Trans allowed to exist???????? god forbid a trans* person's gender be more than some hellish struggle. god forbid other parts of our identity affect our gender and be inseparable. and god forbid a trans* person assigned female do literally anything because if they aren't a cis woman somehow their defiance of the patriarchy is no longer radical. paul moyer meet me in the fucking parking lot i'm gonna break your nose what is this shit. can't trust a cis to do a trans' job.

Poppy Seeds --Part Two
Inspired by TooManyPsuedonyms work, which in turn was inspired by @semisolidmind fanart/cabin!Au for Playtime Poppy.
Dogday/Player!reader (attempting keeping it gender neutral)
Warnings: will touch on the after effects of trauma, but nothing is super explicit. Maybe some unhealthy coping skills (Dogday holding Reader on a pedestal) But otherwise we're giving everyone a happy ending. (Everything is wonderful and nothing hurts)
@twistedcece wanted tagged, anyone else?
Four: Water
It did end up raining later that afternoon. You had found Ollie a fresh change of clothes and had been showing the four around the farm. Thankfully, the day was warm enough that the cold droplets weren’t going to chill anyone too much, though Ollie squeaked as soon as the first droplet hit him.
It was just a light spring shower, but it was still tricky to convince Ollie to come out from the chicken coop he had taken shelter in. It wasn’t until you decided to join the others that he slowly peeked out, sunken eyes wide.
Kissy was twirling in the middle of the drive, her arms spread wide and her smile bright as ever. Poppy had her own arms outstretched, her face tilted up against the tickling drops and a smile on her eternally-painted lips. Dogday was brightly laughing as he pulled you out from the sheltered area to where several puddles were quickly forming.
Seeing you and Dogday stomping in the water looked far too fun for the boy to ignore, and soon he was brave enough to leave his place of safety (to the relief of the hens not used to the small child in their home). IT took him a moment to get used to the constant patter on his skin, but both you and Dogday were becoming him closer with open hands.
Laughter soon echoed in the air as the three of you would stomp from puddle to puddle. Kissy and Poppy didn’t join in --both not fond of getting muddy-- but enjoyed watching the three of you, two acting like overgrown kids and one finally able to act his age.
Things seemed perfect.
---
Later, Kissy and Poppy had corralled Ollie into the upstairs bathroom for a ‘proper’ bath. Judging from the splashing and outraged squeals from Poppy, the boy was still enjoying the new lease on childhood… or maybe Kissy had decided to join in the impishness. You weren’t sure, and was more focused on Dogday anyways.
Your bedroom had its own bathroom, complete with an old large clawfoot tub that Dogday was able to sit in, though it was a tight fit. So you had taken it upon yourself to grab a basin and a few washcloths to scrub his back that was still coated in sticky things you rather not think about while he handled the rest.
“I wish I could have done better on these stitches,” you offered as you gently cleaned around the sloppy uneven stitches where you had sewn his bottom half back on. The thread you had been able to find was a bright neon green and easy to see against his tan hair, and the ‘hide’ of his top half flapped over a bit of his bottom half since you had no idea how else to stitch the pieces together. Sewing has never been your forte.
You swore magic had to be involved, considering that a simple sewing together and undoing the tourniquet had somehow ‘healed’ the connection and he could feel and control his lower body once more.
“They’re fine,” Dogday reassured, currently scrubbing a stubborn stain on his arm. “The fact you were able to fix me in the first place is a miracle in itself, angel.”
“I know,” you whined, unable to stop glaring at the poor stitchwork. “But it’s green. And all wonky…”
He paused to look down at the stitching, a fond expression on his face (though you couldn’t see it.) “I like it that way. It’s a visual reminder of how much you cared.”
Your heart thumped at his words, and you bit your lip. It had been an act of desperation… but he wasn’t wrong. You had cared-- you had been terrified that you would do something to hurt him. To cause him to die no matter what you did. You wanted to save him-- to be able to save someone.
The memory threatened to overwhelm you, and you dropped your washcloth so you could wrap your arm around his shoulders, uncaring that you were getting your clothes wet by hugging him.
You had been so close to losing him. Close to losing your own life. Failing everyone  yet again after you had failed years prior.
“Angel?” Dogday managed to shift, and before you knew it, you were in his arms, cradled against his body as you cried. “What is it?”
“I-I-” you stuttered, clenching your eyes as if you could push those memories out of your mind. Not just of him, but of everything. It was like a crack had formed and everything you had stubbornly ignored came rushing in.
“Oh Angel,” he sighed as if he understood, pulling you closer. “Sweetheart. It's okay.”
“How can you call me that?” You choked out. “I-I left all of you, ten years ago. I saw what they were doing and I ran away.”
“You were little more than a child yourself,” was not the answer you were expecting. As if he remembered just like Mommy Longlegs had. “Probably a bright-eyed intern or something, am I right?”
You weakly nodded your head. You had been so excited when your application had been accepted. Everyone was hushed about the project, but they were looking for brilliant minds to help lead the future. You had been chosen out of hundreds of others. You had signed so many non-disclosure and other legal papers you thought it was weird for a toy factory but dismissed it as corporate paranoia.
You didn't realize why until you stumbled upon that first file. Realized the toys looking after the kids weren't advanced animatronics. You hadn't discovered the whole story, but enough to send you running for the hills.
Literally.
You quit everything, and ran away into the woods hoping they would never find you.
“Besides, you came back. And now we're here. Safe.” His thumb wiped at your tears. “Cuddling in a bathtub.”
The last but made you laugh despite yourself and helped bring you back into the moment. You had to admit, it probably looked odd; giant Dogday squished in the tub with you--a full grown adult--more or less cradled in his arms. Both of you now thoroughly wet.
Your laugh made his smile widen faintly. “There we go. I know we'll all have hard days, but as long as we're here for each other, I think we'll get through it.”
Five: Wait
“I won’t be gone long, I promise,” you had said as you climbed into your truck. Without him. Dogday had all but whined at you, unashamed at the puppy-eye expression he gave you. “Day,” you had sighed, leaning out the window to cup his cheek as he leaned down. “I’m sorry, but the back is going to be full when I come back. And besides, who’s going to look after them?”
He should have pointed out that Kissy and Poppy were well able to deal with anything, the two girls were much more capable than they appeared. However, he had quietly conceded and stood back, allowing you to disappear down the steep drive.
That had been early this morning. Nearly five hours ago.
Dogday had barely moved from his spot, waiting to see the sunlight glint off your truck as it climbed the driveway. Or to hear its engine grumble as it approached. What if something happened to you? His sweet angel? He may have been trapped in the factory all those years, but he still knew the outside world could be just as dangerous. Especially to someone sweet and kind as you.
“You’re really whipped, aren’t you?” Poppy spoke as Kissy approached, carrying the smaller doll on her shoulder. “When I said they’d be our angel to come save us, I didn’t think you would take it this far.”
“They saved me,”  he answered, his eyes still focused on this distance. He meant more than just his life, when he was strung up like a piece of meat for the miniatures to come feast upon. When he had been so blinded by rage and the need for revenge…
He could still see your eyes through the thick glass of the gasmask, begging him to stop. Your voice as you asked him to spare Catnap’s life because there had been enough death.
“If that doesn’t deserve loyalty, I don’t know what else would.”
“Loyalty. Right.” Poppy sighed, shaking her head. “You sure you’re not suffering from a bad case of puppy-love?”
Dogday paused, his thoughts screeching to a halt at her words. Kissy Missy giggled behind her yellow hand as he struggled with the idea. Puppy love? Certainly not. What he felt wasn’t all warm, fuzzy, yet superficial.
It was deep and all encompassing to the point it almost overwhelmed him sometimes when he looked at you. Whether covered in blood and dust with a look of grisly determination, or freshly showered and wet hair clinging to your face while you laughed, you were his angel. He’d do anything for you.
“Not puppy love… but I do love them.”
Just as the admission left his voice box, he heard the grumble of an engine, and looked down the road to see your old truck making its way up the zig-zagging path, the bed filled with things as you had predicted. His tail slowly started to wag behind him, belying his excitement and joy.
He loved you so much, and he didn’t care if you never felt the same. As long as you let him stay by your side day after day, he’d be happy.
Even if he had to wait sometimes.
Six: Memories
Ollie may have been naive to things you presumed as common knowledge, but when it came to technology, he was a veritable genius. Considering he had to use the old machines to often run and hide from the others in the factory, it wasn’t that much of a surprise.
The scrawny boy was able to help you hook up the various equipment you had brought home with you amongst the tons of groceries. A scanner, an old VHS reader, and an internet router with enough power to accomplish what you wanted.
You hadn’t left the factory empty handed, after all. Dozens of VHS tapes, hundreds of files and loose papers. You had collected every bit of proof you could. And you were going to finish Rowan's work.
“Are you sure about this?” Ollie asked as you popped the first VHS tape to convert into a digital file. “You’re going to be in big trouble if they find out…”
“I should have done this a long time ago,” you said with determination. “Besides, I promised everyone else. They’ve waited long enough.”
Poppy and the others were silent. This had been part of Poppy’s plan all along, after all. Bring the crimes of Playtime Co to light and assure nothing like this happens again.
Yet your hands shook as you scoured for the email address for every news company and journalist you could find. You remembered what Playtime did to Rowan, and while their factory had been decommissioned a decade ago, it was hardly the only one. They were still one of the largest companies on the scene.
Who’s to say that similar things weren’t happening there? More than one had an orphanage on site, after all.
This would certainly be their downfall, and they were bound to come after you if given half the chance. This little piece of heaven that you had these last few days would be stolen away from you…
Dogday leaned on you from behind, lanky arms wrapped around your shoulders while his chin rested on your head. The heavy weight was comfortable, as was the soft scent of vanilla that you had worked back into his fur after his bath the other day.
“Nothing is going to happen to Angel,” he growled softly. “Or any of us. We’ll protect our new home.”
“Our family,” Poppy added quietly, and got a determined nod from Kissy and a cheer from Ollie. You relaxed into Dogday’s embrace, wrapping your fingers around his arms.
--*--
Dogday and Catnap circled each other, growls and snarls echoing in the small chamber. Red Mist filled the air, yet somehow Dogday was still awake. Aware of what was reality and what was a waking nightmare.
Catnap had not expected to see his old friend again after ripping him in half and sacrificing him to the miniatures. All these years and he thought Dogday was with him--with the Prototype-- and only to learn he sided with her. Poppy. And you. The one Dogday called angel.
Dogday finally made the first move, swinging a broken pipe he had been carrying. Normally Catnap could avoid it, but his feet stumbled over the debris hidden in the thick red mist.
“Stop it!” You screamed, voice muffled by your gasmask as you suddenly appeared out of the mist. Dogday nearly slammed the pipe into you, but stopped a hairbreadth away. Catnap was just as stunned as his counterpart as you stood protectively between the two large beings.
“There’s been enough death,” you continued as Dogday lowered his weapon. “I know he hurt you. I know he’s done a lot wrong, but…”
“He doesn’t deserve your mercy, angel,” Dogday growled softly. “None of us do, but especially not him.”
You shook your heads, arms still stretched wide. “Maybe, but I’m tired of all this death. Everyone’s been wronged here. The horrors that you all went through, even before the Hour of Joy. It has to end, and I want it to end now.”
You protected him. Stood up against the Prototype when He came down and tried to end Catnap’s life and steal his body to integrate with His. Catnap vividly remembered the determined expression on your face as you faced off against his fake-god.
You… were merciful. Kind. Real.  While the Prototype had stayed to himself, distant from everyone else, you walked with them. You had taken those four away from the factory, swearing to those left behind that help would soon come.
You would save them.
Catnap had to waitfor little less than a week before seeing your promise come to fruition. Not years, or another decade of pain and suffering. Less than a week and all sorts of people were swarming the factory.
You had made everything public knowledge, so the company or anyone else couldn’t just sweep them under a rug and dispose of them. He watched as humans cared for the little ones, offering the food and water that they had been deprived of for so long. PJ Pug-a-pillar, Huggy Wuggy, and others he didn’t know were still alive were pulled from the hands of death and into life. Freedom.
He could have stepped into the light and joined them. He knew the miniatures would be happy about that…yet watching one of miniature counterparts huddle close with its brethren, all of them with juice boxes and blankets, reminded him harshly of what he had done. He had done so much in the name of that false-god…
He had to find The Savior and do what he could to be redeemed.

Wednesday x fem!reader?
reader acts cold and mean to Wednesday as a prank,But it gone wrong
Thank you for requesting! I'm a gender-neutral writer, so I wrote it that way and sorry it took a little while to post this.
Prank went wrong
Wednesday Addams × Reader
Tumblr media
You have been completely taken by the trending app TikTok, trying the challenges yourself. You uploaded some videos on that app and surprisingly people liked it. They tagged you on varieties of challenges. One particular was the ignoring and being cold to your significant other.
You weren't just doing this for the challenge but also out of curiosity. How would your girlfriend Wednesday Addams react when she's suddenly not your muse anymore? Would she be angry? sad? Will she show emotions? or would she just kill you with a machete? You weren't sure of the answer but you had a strong feeling that it would be the last one.
To take this 'prank' to a whole other level you stretched the challenge for a week, normally it was just for a day, but knowing Wednesday she wouldn't notice, or would she? Anyway, you had a hidden camera fastened in a pin on your Nevermore jacket and cameras all over your dorm because that's typically where Wednesday would work on her novel. [Yes, she moved her Typewriter to your dorm. Why? Because she can and she wanted to spend time with you even though she's writing. Isn't she sweet?]
It was Monday, you officially started the prank. You purposely didn't pick Wednesday up at her dorm, which you normally do. You didn't expect her to notice but the moment she saw you in class, she shoot you a deathly glare. When the class ended, she thought you would greet her, but to her dismay, you just passed by her without throwing her a glance. It made her eyebrow furrow. She certainly will confront you about this, she thought.
You took it further when you didn't speak to her while having lunch. Everyone at the table was having conversations besides you two, Wednesday sat opposite of you, so she could intensely stare at you, while you were more fascinated by your food.
She's getting irritated by your lack of affection and she wanted you to know that by kicking you under the table. To her surprise, there was no response let alone any reaction from you, but deep down you wanted to scream her kick wasn't the lightest thing. You're sure it's going to bruise. You're still going through the prank, even though it was obvious you were going to be dead at the end of the day.
You ignored her and went ahead to your next lesson with the other students. She saw you were fine with others, but when it comes to her today, your behavior was very uncommon. She's starting to think if she had done something to upset you or if you changed your mind about your relationship. Nobody would have thought that a Wednesday Addams would be insecure, but she is because she knows she lacks in the area of love and affection.
During your last lesson, you notice Wednesday being gloomier than usual, and her eyes were observant. She usually does that if something is bothering her mind, that she's unsure of. She's also not participating in the lessons like normally.
That's when you realized, you've gone too far with the prank and it wouldn't last for a week. When the lesson ended, you tried to catch up to Wednesday but she was too fast and was gone as soon as she turned the corner. You decided to head back to your dorm, because she might be there and you were right.
As soon as you enter your room, you saw her sitting on your bed. Staring at nowhere, but she felt your presence. You closed the door.
Y/N: Wednesday, listen I-
Wednesday: Did you change your mind about us?
That question made you hurry in front of her and knelt. You took her hands and crease them with your thumbs.
Y/N: Why would I suddenly change my mind about us? You were my light in my dark place, even though you appear darker than light. I usually hate rain and thunder but when you came you made me understand the beauty of it. You made me embrace my darkness. I wouldn't trade you for anything else. Even if it's a prank.
You tore your little pin and smashed it. You aren't going to publicize your girlfriend's vulnerability. You're satisfied enough that she's concerned about you leaving her because that means she does love you and she cares for you. You pull her into a hug, she gladly took it and hugged you back.
Y/N: I'm sorry.
You whispered into her ears, she snuggled into your neck, her hug tightening as if you'll let her go. You continue whispering your sorry's in her ear and you swore to never play any pranks again.

Yandere!Elliott x Reader

Tumblr media
From the day you and Elliott met, you had become pretty close. Moving made it pretty hard to befriend anyone, especially due to your schedule, but Elliott seemed always available for you, always nearby and ready for a conversation. You and him had practically became best friends within the first few months of knowing each other. Elliott was a sweet guy, one that you cherished as a good friend.
Over the time you had moved, you had been trying to get back into dating. Elliott was supportive, and was always there to cry on when you were inevitably ghosted or dumped after one date.
This one really hurt, however. You were really into this person you had a date with, just for them to never speak again after the second date.
You turned to the one person you felt like would always be there for you. Elliott. You knocked on the door of his cabin, trying not to cry. It was pouring rain outside, soaking you to the bone. Your clothes clung to your skin, hair soaked and dripped down to your neck uncomfortably.
Elliott opened the door, worry immediately painting his face when he saw you shivering violently in front of him. "Y/n! What happened? Come inside, it's freezing out there!" He ushered you inside quickly, shutting the door behind you both. Elliott helped take off your jacket, hanging it up near the fireplace to dry it quicker.
"I'm sorry for showing up unannounced," you mumbled.
"Don't apologize, it's alright. Here, let me get you some dry clothes," Elliott said. He rushed into the restroom, coming back out with a fluffy purple towel and a white t-shirt and gray sweatpants.
It made you feel a little better imagining him own and wear such casual clothing. He had a huge vocabulary, but "casual" wasn't exactly something you assumed was in his dictionary. Even now, he was dressed in a beige turtleneck and black slacks.
Elliott dried your hair off with the towel gently, making sure to get all of the water out as best as he could. He then handed the clothing to you, turning around politely so you could change without him looking.
You quickly stripped from your wet clothing, putting on Elliott's warm, dry clothing instead. They smelled like ink and pine. Kind of like the trees that grew around your home.
"I'm done. Thanks," you told him.
He turned back around to face you. His cheeks were dusted pink, looking you up and down. Elliott cleared his throat and broke away his stare. "Of course. Do you want something to drink? I recently bought some hot chocolate, but I have tea too."
"Hot chocolate sounds nice," you responded quietly. Elliott smiled and went into the kitchen, returning shortly with two mugs of hot cocoa. He handed you one, sitting down on the couch next to you. He wrapped an arm around you and pulled you close, to the point where you were basically laying on top of him.
It was normal for cuddling to ensue between the both of you. Elliott was a very touchy person, always holding your hand or hugging you tightly. You never minded, though. Elliott was always soft and warm. It was comforting.
Elliott's hand drifted to your still-damp hair, massaging your scalp. You let out a content sigh, melting into Elliott's hold. "Do you want to talk about what happened?"
Your contentment dissolved into sadness again. "I was ghosted. Again. And I really thought they were into me."
He cooed and put his own mug down on the coffee table in front of you both before taking yours. You followed suit when he opened his arms invitingly.
You crawled into his lap, arms around his neck and head buried into the crook of it. Elliott buried his nose deep into your hair and inhaled. You were too busy crying to notice.
Elliott's arms tightened around you, rubbing soothing circles into your back. "Shh... it's okay. You deserve the world, and if they don't realize that, they were never worth it to begin with."
"I think I'm the problem. It has to be something I'm doing if--what, three people now?--have already ghosted me after one or two dates." You leaned into his warm hands that thumbed away your tears. "Maybe I'm just unlovable."
Elliott stiffened underneath you and his expression hardened. "No. Y/n, look at me," he said. He never sounded so firm before.
You lifted your head up to look at him. Elliott's eyes softened as soon as he looked at your tear-stained face.
"You are not unlovable. If anything, it's their loss. You're wonderful and kind and absolutely gorgeous. If they can't see that, then they're idiots. Okay?" Elliott leaned in, pressing a chaste kiss onto your forehead. "And perhaps, true love isn't as far away as you think it is."
You were too tired to look into his usual flowery words. Instead, you nodded and curled up against him again. Elliott returned to holding you, letting you cry into his shoulder.
He hummed to you. His hand stayed in your hair, another one on your back keeping you pressed against him.
When you woke up, you were tucked comfortably into Elliott's bed. The blankets were heavy on top of you, warm and cozy. Elliott was still holding you, but you could hear his soft snores. You smiled a little to yourself. He must've carried you here. Elliott was a sweetheart, even when you cried into him for hours until you fell asleep from exhaustion.
You laid there for a while longer, trying to fall back asleep. You couldn't, though, so you carefully slipped out of Elliott's grip to find the bathroom.
Despite having been in his cabin many times, you never actually went anywhere but the kitchen and living room. Elliott's cabin was small, but the darkness made it seem a lot larger than it actually was. You didn't want to turn on the lights to wake him, so you fumbled for your phone but couldn't find it.
Trying not to trip over anything, you shuffled around until you were sure you found the doorknob to the restroom. You closed the door behind you and flicked on the light, just to see a closet.
Just as you were going to walk out, you noticed something odd. A photo of you laid on top of a box. You curiously picked it up.
It wasn't a photo of you posing for the camera, or a selfie, or anything of that sort. It was a photo of you from far away, walking through town. The photo was clearly taken without your knowledge.
There were more photos under it. All of you. You were in every single one. Some of you shopping, some of you working, some of you talking to your friends. One of them even had you changing through the window. Your stomach churned when you saw one of you in bed, sleeping peacefully. You could see his shadow looming over you in that one.
It got more disturbing. You saw articles of your clothing that you had lost and never found. A pillowcase that was stained with hopefully your past drool, a used hairbrush, and various other things were inside the box too.
The door suddenly opened and you jumped, dropping everything in your hands. You backed up against the wall, staring at Elliott with wide eyes.
He stared back at you, eyes flickering from you to the box and pictures on the floor. His mouth opened and closed, but nothing came out. After a few seconds, he finally spoke. "Y/n, it's not what it looks like."
"Then what is it, Elliott?" you asked shakily. "What the hell is this?"
Elliott ran his fingers through his hair, sighing deeply. He crouched down and started picking up the pictures you dropped. "Please, listen to me. I would never hurt you. I just... I couldn't help myself." He collected all the photos with shaky hands and put them back in the box.
You didn't know why you weren't running. You should be sprinting out the door by now, but something kept you frozen in place. Elliott slowly stood up and took a step towards you. You flinched.
"I love you," he confessed. "So much. I've never felt this way about anyone in my life. I was so depressed before I met you. Everything was dark and meaningless. But then I met you." He stood close enough to cup your face in his hands, thumbs caressing your cheekbones. "You are everything to me. My light, my heart, my reason to live. I can't imagine living without you. I need you like I need air. Every time you're away from me feels like torture."
He leaned in close, forehead pressed against yours. You were still processing everything.
Elliott's breath tickled your lips. "I would do anything for you. Kill for you. Die for you. Anything you want, I'll give it to you. I could treat you so much better than those... people ever could." He spat out the word 'people', resisting to use another word to describe them.
Realization dawned on you. "Did you kill them?!"
"Of course not! I just," he dragged out a long sigh, letting you back away from him, "scared them away. If threatening them didn't work, I got blackmail on them. That was the only way your last date left you alone."
Your knees were weak. "You're sick."
Elliott frowned deeply. "I'm in love." You opened your mouth, but he cut you off. "Who do you go to when you're sad? Me. Who do you talk to about your problems? Me. Who do you call when you need comfort? Me. I'm the one who's always there for you, Y/n. Not them. Maybe you don't realize it, but you need me just as much as I need you."
"We're done talking, Elliott," you said. You tried to push past him to leave, but he grabbed your wrists tightly. You winced. "Let me go."
"I'll die without you. Please, stay," Elliott begged. "I'm sorry if I frightened you. I just got overwhelmed. I promise I'll be better. Just please, don't leave me. I can't handle losing you. I'd never ever hurt you."
Your shoulders sagged, so Elliott let his grip only slightly loosen. "You're scaring me."
Elliott cooed. "Oh, sweetheart. You have nothing to be scared of. I could never hurt you. I just love you so much." He released your wrists completely, only to wrap you up in a tight hug. "I just want what's best for you. And that's me. I can take care of you. You wouldn't have to lift a finger. I'll cook for you, clean for you, I'll do anything for you." Elliott was almost crying into your shoulder. His entire body was shaking.
Your fear and disgust turned into pity. Elliott was clearly sick. He needed help. You wrapped your arms around him hesitantly. Elliott melted into your hold like butter. He held you tighter, if that was possible.
"Elliott, you need help. This isn't normal." You rubbed his back in an awkward attempt to comfort him.
"I don't need help, I just need you." Elliott buried his nose into your neck, inhaling your scent.
You pursed your lips. Elliott was a good friend. He was always there for you. That was the only thing that prevented you from storming out the door or slapping him across the face. Well, that and the fact you were still terrified of him. "Why don't we lay down? It's late."
Elliott pulled away to look at you. His eyes were bloodshot and his cheeks were red from crying. He nodded. "Yes, you must be tired. Let's go lay down." Elliott took your hand and lead you into his bedroom again. You both laid down and Elliott immediately wrapped his arms and legs around you. Your face was almost smothered into his chest, and his scent didn't carry the same comforting smell as it normally did.
"Elliott?"
"Hm?"
"Will you let me leave in the morning?"
Elliott was silent for a moment. You thought he might've fallen asleep until he replied, "We'll talk about it in the morning."
That was code for "probably not".
