Hey we just got the Disventure Camp All Stars Intro!

It was so good and they improved so much when it comes to animating the scenes :D

Let’s see what we found..

- So it starts off with Emily pushing off Oliver, Marcus and Nina. So by that I’m guessing that Emily is going to be an antagonist, she doesn’t seems very nice. And will probably cause more drama between the contestants.

- And JAMES AND LAKE LETS GO!! These two seem to get along pretty well. I reckon Aiden, James and Lake are going to be a power trio like Hunter, Ally and Tess last season.

- Speaking of Hunter and Ally, I think they might’ve had an issue that happened before the season started. They also could’ve started dating are now becoming extremely toxic and hostile towards each other. And they must be really loud for Fiore to making them to shut up.

- Also I reckon that Fiore and Alec’s arguments and issues haven’t been resolved, from this photo I predict that he’s just telling her all the things that make her a “mistake”, and I don’t think Fiore cares just by seeing the look on her face

- Miriam is on the look out immediately, considering that she was the winner of season 1, and her age. She’s probably thinking that people are going to target her, (which I don’t blame her for) and is probably looking for an immunity totem. I don’t think she’ll make it far though.

- Now the 2 antagonists, Yul and Grett. From the poster of Grett we can already tell that this will discuss weight loss, and her happiness and stuff. This relationship will most likely be toxic since well, Yul’s in this relationship. It’s either that Yul forced her to lose weight to keep dating her or Grett did it for her own happiness and Yul and Grett are actually a good couple, (though I doubt it.) Most likely, Yul will probably use Grett to get further in the game.

- The look on Jake’s face! I really hope he gets a redemption arc this season and makes it far this time, I thought Aiden and Jake would be friends but from this intro I really don’t think so anymore, hopefully I’m wrong? Anyway, seems like Tom and Aiden become friends, although I don’t think Tom and Aiden will start dating considering Aiden already has a good boyfriend. And by Ashley’s concerned face (not this photo), I reckon she’ll try and help Jake from getting jealous.

- We got a new trio!! And Ellie and Gabby! I never thought that Tess would be into painting, but it would be great for these three to get along this season. Especially away from the Ally and Hunter drama.

- Also the way James looks at Aiden!! So cute, also since when were Aiden’s eyes so round?? It looks different, or is it just me?

- And the season 1 cast! I think Jake is going to have some insecurity issues about Tom, considering that his trust has been broken many times. But I hope that Ashley and Miriam would help them (especially Jake) to be a better couple ❤️

- Connor and Riya being center stage! I bet they’re the main couple, I think over the time before the season Riya got famous and became rich, although from this shot she seems to be fame hungry or whatever you call it.

- Also James and Aiden are holding hands! I love them, Ellie and Gabby have their usual stare and stuff, and Grett and Yul as a couple too.

Hey, I haven’t read Little Women or any of the books related, the only adaptation I have seen is Greta Gerwig’s and I’ve recently rewatched it. And I have some thoughts are mostly ramblings and need to express to someone so I hope you don’t mind me popping in here. I don’t really know where people got that Jo was In love with Laurie? She loved him as a friend but romantically? I never got that really. And how I took that scene with Jo and Marmee was Jo admitting she was lonely and if Laurie asked her to marry him again she would say yes. That’s kinda unfair to herself and him when you think about it, marrying someone just because you’re lonely? Not because you are truly in love with him? How would you both be happy together? I’ve seen some discussion around them and I don’t really like people putting in the tropes “oh lovers who went wrong or right person wrong time” to Jo and Laurie. Because they weren’t lovers, they were friends. And I don’t understand where people get Jo being the “right” person for Laurie. I wish we could have gotten more of Jo and Friedrich. They were cute I think. And I wish we could have gotten more with Amy and Laurie. I think this summer I’m gonna find the books and read them. Anyways, there’s my thoughts and hope you are having a good day.❤️

especially when ur thoughts are so spot on, and i'm honestly so surprised and pleased u got this from greta's version. bc a lot of people think she made laurie and jo be that "right person wrong time" couple when they're not like that at all, in any adaptation, even greta's.

ur totally right, jo never loved laurie romantically. like, ever. and it's made obvious multiple times. ("i can't love you as you want me to...it would be a lie to say i do when i don't," in the proposal scene.) and it's especially made clear in the attic scene, with jo admitting she's just so lonely. but if you can't get it from: marmee: do you love [laurie]? jo: if he asked me again, i think i would say yes. do you think he'll ask me again? marmee: but do you love him? jo: i care more to be loved. i want to be loved. marmee: that is not the same as loving. jo: i know. like ur honestly dumb i'm sorry? or don't know how to read media at all. or ur just being willingly obtuse idk.

and i would go even further. i firmly believe that laurie never loved jo that way, either. that boy was lonely before he met the march family. maybe even lonelier than jo was after beth died. he was an orphan, lived with his tutor and his grandfather (who was kind of cold to laurie before he met the marches, as well.) he had no friends. jo was the first girl he loved at all, in any way. of course he thought he was in love with jo. he didn't know any other love except the love had for her. and laurie was a romantic, as well. of course he thought the two of them were meant to be.

but they weren't, ever, and that's made so clear from their conversation in the attic. laurie: jo, i have always loved you, but the love i feel for amy, it's different. and i think you were right about this, i think we would've killed each other...i think it was meant this way. like...do jolauries think laurie is lying to jo? what reason would he have to do that? it doesn't make any sense.

and jo looks so stunned (this is admittedly clearer in the book than it is in greta's version) because it's amy. not because she's jealous, or expected laurie to still love her, but because her best friend just came home married to her little sister. that would stun anyone. and she looks sad, again, because she's so lonely, and she basically looks at the rest of her family coupled up and in love (amy and laurie, meg and john, marmee and her father) and she aches, because she doesn't have that.

i really think greta's only mistake was including that stupid letter to laurie. it didn't make sense and wasn't true to jo's character at all.

and finally, once again, laurie doesn't love jo like that. not back then, and certainly not now. i mean, the journey from "i think you will marry, jo. i think you'll find someone, and love them, and live and die from them, because that's your way. and i'll watch," to "i never thought i'd prepare a carriage to help jo march chase a man, but i like it!" he's delighted in that scene, just like everyone else. bc the jo he saw with friedrich was so different that the jo that was around him. he can tell the difference because he knows the difference now, because that boy is so desperately in love with amy it's not funny.

and that's another thing jolauries disregard: laurie's love for amy. because he does love her. and amy loves him, and understands him in a way that jo never did. and laurie wants to be better for amy. because, let's face it, that boy was a mess when amy found him in europe. (and this is one other thing the movie leaves out: laurie realizes in the book that jo was right shortly after he leaves concord - the two of them would've never worked. and by the time he meets up with amy again, he isn't still mourning his relationship with jo, he's just insurmountably lonely again, just like he was before, and he doesn't see an end to it.) he heals bc he falls in love with amy. he wants to be worthy of her, because he admires her and respects her. there's a great first draft of the script which is floating around on the internet which includes this letter from laurie to amy: Dear Amy, I have gone to make something of myself, so you might not be ashamed to call me your friend. like...he just got his heart broken by her. but he doesn't get angry at her, like he got angry at jo, because he loves amy. and he wants to be around her and is desperate to have her in his life, even if it's just as a friend.

and, just to give more evidence that amy is the first and only person he's in love with (and because i just love it a lot), here's the original draft of their kiss scene: laurie: i love you. amy, i love you. amy: you do? laurie: more than anything or anyone in this world. you are first in everything. you do not have to accept me, but i love you, amy march. [amy cries even harder. he kisses her.] amy: i love you, laurie laurie: i love you, amy march. laurie literally has gently but ardently resigned himself to loving amy even if she doesn't love him back, which is such a change from when jo rejected him.

and ur totally right, jo and friedrich are so cute together (even though louis garrel is unfortunately an asshole). and more importantly, friedrich understands jo in a way laurie never did, and lover her for who she is instead of who he wants her to be. and come on, when friedrich says, "my hands are empty," and jo takes his hands in hers and says, "they're not empty," and then he kisses her in the rain. like that is peak romance idk what anyone says.

anyways. tl;dr jo never loved laurie, laurie never loved jo, laurie is in love with amy, jo is in love with friedrich.

Regarding the incredible royal AU (THAT I LOVE SO MUCH ALREADY🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡) If that’s okay I would love to hear more about andreil and what happens next? Maybe about them becoming official (like official official- being recognised as a prince and his betrothed/ husband(?)) (I guess it depends if in your AU people officially recognise gay relationships (hopefully they do? :D) and just the overall reactions to that event or maybe like the scene of one of them proposing to the other (I don’t really know about engagements in history, do you need to properly court somebody? As for andreil becoming official - I think yes. When I do royal aus I wouldn’t necessarily call the universe/world “queer normative” because the higher in station you go, the more true “straight until proven otherwise” holds - no one frowns on gay relationships and the setting is perfectly accepting, they just kind of… expect their rulers to be straight for bloodline convenience and all that 🤷 and it’s not like Andrew is trying to be subtle either, he keeps his relationships and ‘affairs’ to himself well but once he actually takes a liking to Abram he’s not really trying to hide it (case in point: here). He just lets the rumors about his sexuality spread and hopes he won’t have to make a big deal about coming out.

The really really fun part about universes like this is that we can kind of make up the traditions to be whatever we want! I love love love the idea of courting, I think it’s got great possibilities (and I’m so certain Aaron courting Katelyn was like the floweriest, cutest thing ever omg) so I’d love to make Andrew actually commit to courting Abram 😂 But like in canon where Andrew and Neil (and this is only a widely accepted head canon) don’t make a big deal about a proposal and wedding, probably having a tiny wedding or just going to the courthouse - Prince Andrew doesn’t make it a grand, super special thing like King Aaron and Katelyn wanted to. He picks the parts he likes and makes sure he meets all the basic expected requirements (because I want SO BADLY for Andrew to secretly be a sap, he likes the romantic stuff he just doesn’t like making it public) and then when Abram wants to, they get married and Abram becomes whatever title is next in line after prince. Duke? I don’t remember right now but yeah to avoid confusion/political issues he is not technically also considered a prince.

The people as a general rule love this, people like parties and they like celebration and a wedding is both of those and the prince seems happy so that’s as good as it’s gonna get. No one’s going to be able to say Abram doesn’t make them a tiny bit wary because let’s be real. Abram’s nature before you get to know him can be off putting. But that’s the only real thing anyone would have against their marriage.

ANYWAY. god there’s so many ways it could go, so many little things and fun possibilities to consider when you think about an Abram/Andrew courtship and SINCE WE GET TO MAKE UP THE RULES?? If you guys start putting courtship ideas in the tags and replies I might melt omg 😭🥰 sappy Andrew, Abram picking up on it when he realizes how much Andrew likes it (the only thing he’s actually sappy about is making Andrew blush and making him feel special in ways that aren’t just because of his station), parts they put on for show and the little cute things they do for each other when no one else is there… AUGH

Red Eye - I rewatched it after Oppenheimer and it really holds up. Fun, tight thriller that is only like an hour 20 lol. Also Brian Cox aka Logan Roy is in it (and Jayma Mays my beloved)

Theater Camp - as a Jewish theater kid who went to and/or worked at a summer camp every year of her life from ages 4-20, there was no way I wasn’t gonna like this

Mamma Mia series - obviously everyone on tumblr knows about these already but I made my family watch them with me for the Fourth of July and god if I could live in the world of any movie it’d be this one ❤️

Man Up - very cute & fun British rom com I first discovered in college and rewatched this summer. Everyone has incredible comedic chemistry in this, and Lake Bell & Simon Pegg have great sexual chemistry as well (quite a lot of British faces who were nobodies when this was made who’ve gone on to bigger things - most notably Phoebe Waller-Bridge who’s only in a single scene)

X-Men: First Class - my favorite superhero movie ❤️

Indiana Jones series - I rewatched the whole series and saw the new one in theaters this summer. The first and third are literal masterpieces. Second one is mean spirited and racist. Fourth actually has quite a bit of charm, but then it fell apart in the back half. The new one…woof. Nobody but Steven Spielberg should be allowed to direct Indy movies.

Asteroid City - the longer it’s been since I saw it, the more and more I think it might be Wes’ masterpiece

Past Lives - incredible. But I know you already know that one lol

Are You There God, It’s Me Margaret - perfect, perfect film.

The Other Guys - we need Adam McKay and Will Ferrell to get back together, the fate of studio comedies hangs on this (anyway this movie is hilarious - but also if hell is real Marky Mark is obviously gonna burn for all eternity)

wait ok kind of cute idea, do you think there might be an option for an MC who’s slightly touch adverse (like Hero) to have a different way of initiating physical touch with Hero that’s not hugs?

And i’m sourcing this from my own life lmao! so I’m autistic and so is my mom, and when i was growing up, she didn’t like hugs or kisses, unless she initiated them, but she knew that kids need physical contact to develop properly so instead of hugs, she would hold my hand and squeeze it 3 times. and i would do this to her as i got older too, though when i was small i could only hold onto a few of her fingers lol! it’s the only kind of physical contact we were both ok with not being “notified” before hand! not saying we never hugged, cause we did, but the hand holding was a lot more special to me in hindsight. sometimes i think she noticed that i reacted similarly to touch as she did, and that’s why she started it!

anyway i think that would be a cute scenario for a touch adverse MC (if that’s possible?) and Hero! and if it wouldn’t be possible in the story, i just think that’s a cute scenario to imagine them in!

So I finally managed to read the new chapter after i got off from work today. And it was worth the wait! You know what, I really forgot that charles got p2 in that race.. tbh I don’t even remember austrian gp😭 that was a stressful weekend for me personally.

Fake dating au is a beautiful fic, in fact one of the first piarles fic that I ever read(which made me fall in love with the pair). Takes my back to the first chapter when he was pining over her ahh I told you it’s so fairy tale esque when they are together like this so many scenes that I could swear are out of beauty and the beast the princess and the frog Pygmalion etc the awkward dinner sequence the basket ball sequence him and the cherry on top the prize of all prizes the one that made my hands fly to my face as I let out a happy shocked gasp the admission of love ❤️ I’m happy and know that the angst is gonna kick in but I’m going to try and live off this sugar rush as long as I can did I tell you that her confrontation with him after she finds out the coffee shop burned down and their walking around the country house are tied to be my most re read scenes in the series ?!? I love angst as much as the fluff but I appreciate the fluff so much because of I’m feeding my hunger of the scraps of happy sun lit carefree moments you gift us with I need honey to blow a hole in johns head ok!!Follower by blowing Peter I need a these violet delight esque ending for him and Fisk but especially him I’m so fascinated with the way you write Fisk his presences looms large in the story even though he’s not even an actual character yet I’m terrified of when we finally get to see him actually terrified and that is fucking amazing that you’re able to convey this . I was kind of glad we got miles I was going through withdrawals with that boy he makes me miss his presences even it was angsty as hell his presence is noted and appreciated same with Felicia

I find that the sweet parts of their relationship are the trickiest for me to write, so I’m so glad you enjoy them! Idk why the flirting doesn’t come easily when I think about it as a second character, so maybe I’m leaning heavily into Mary sue territory by writing my personality into those scenes. 😆 I don’t know why I can write complex angst and emotions but fluff…? 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve also started cross posting this fic on Ao3. I don’t keep up with that account as much because I haven’t figured out the engagement magic, but it’ll be nice for readers who aren’t on tumblr to get to meet Peter and Honey.

S&V!John Walker is one of my favorite awful characters to write. I have had a fun time psycho-analyzing this psycho, and making him a worthy villain for this story. I promise, I have something special planned for Agent Walker.

*****🚨 ⚠️NWH Spoilers (just in case)🚨 ⚠️  

Omg!!! I really enjoyed NWH so much!  😃  It was way better than FFH imo.  I loved how the movie took me on an emotional rollercoaster all throughout. It was fun, exciting, nostalgic, funny, sad, emotional, and intense all in one!  I loved it.  ❤️    I’ve already seen the movie twice!  😂

I liked how we got to see a little bit more of MJ and her personality. We even get to see her in her room lol.  I liked how we got to see some backstory on Ned, and even got to see his grandmother.  I liked how the teachers did NOT get much screen time in this movie (no offense lol) like they did in FFH.  I also liked how the movie was a bit more serious this time around, and wasn’t just a bunch of jokes (I kind of felt like FFH was a little too much joking/trying hard to be funny at times).   I loved seeing Peter and MJ’s development as well!  And I felt like they had way more chemistry this time around when they were no longer being anxious, awkward teenagers around each other lol.  I loved seeing the softer side of Michelle as well. She’s really come a long way since the first movie! 

I was heartbroken about Aunt May’s death, and it really was gut-wrenching, but I’m kind of curious to know how Peter is going to navigate his life going forward now.  I kind of feel like Marisa Tomei’s character was kind  of wasted in this franchise (jmho), but she did a good job with what she was given.  

I LOVED LOVED LOVED seeing all of the old villains and Tobey and Andrew come back for this!  Sooo many memories! Omg...I squealed in the theater when Andrew popped up lol.  😂  And I cheered even more when Tobey appeared lol.  I KNEW IT!  I always said to myself that when a rumor just won’t go away, it usually means that there’s some TRUTH to the rumor lol.  I’m just happy that now the cast doesn’t have to lie anymore lol!  😂 Remember back when Jimmy Kimmel was asking Zendaya what kind of food Tobey and Andrew like for Thanksgiving, trying to trick her into spilling some details lol??  🤣  Anyway, I was shocked at how much screen time they got tbh, because I figured they would only get a quick cameo, but they got a LOT of screen time!  And seeing Tom being able to share the screen with those two who came before him must have been SUCH a huge moment for him!  My heart welled up with pride when I saw them all onscreen together, and the group  hug...Omg....  😭 😭 I know Tom must have cried on set lol.  What an honor....  I was so happy for him when I saw that scene.  🥰  I’m assuming this is “the scene” he was referring to that was a huge moment for him in his career.  Just a guess lol. 

This was such a huge and emotional film for everyone, and I can’t wait to see it again!  Andrew is still a GREAT Spider-Man, and Tobey is still a good Peter Parker. It’s like, they have their strengths, and then Tom is like good at being both Peter and Spider-Man in an effortless way.  It’s like, I never forget who he is underneath the suit when he puts it on, which is what happens to a lot of actors when they play dual roles in superhero films.  

RE: The Press Tour...  I LOVED it!  I think they handled it beautifully! Sooo many cute and sweet moments between the two of them.  🥰  When you compare their NWH press tour, to their FFH press tour, you can tell that they were definitely going through a breakup in 2019.  😔  They just seemed sooo much more relaxed, chill, and comfortable with each other the entire time during this NWH press tour.  Sooo many sweet moments that we will probably be posting in gifs and pics for months to come lol.  Even Jacob seemed way more relaxed during this press tour lol. Everyone seemed less on edge imo lol.  

 RE: The NWH Ending... Oh boy, the ending was sooo bittersweet!  😭  I honestly didn’t understand why Dr. Strange had to erase everyone’s memories of Peter Parker. Why couldn’t he just erase the fact that people linked him to Spider-Man?  I just didn’t understand that lol... But oh well, maybe I’m not supposed to think TOO deeply about it lol.  I felt so sad that Ned and MJ acted like they didn’t even know who he was at the end of the movie.... But, at the same time I kind of wonder how MJ and Ned would have even ended up being friends w/out the Peter connection tbh lol...because let’s be honest, even though they were both on Decathlon, MJ was pretty closed OFF in HOCO, and barely ever made any friends lol. 😂 

Anyway, it was so sad that Happy and MJ didn’t recognize Peter at all, but MJ is still wearing the black dhalia necklace at the end of the movie, so hopefully one day she’ll ask herself where she got that necklace and how it got broken lol.  😂  I just have hope/faith that she will figure something out or start to remember something about Peter in time.  I’ll be honest though, I’m really excited to see where the next movie takes us!  I LOVED seeing that  Peter is now venturing out on his own, he’s got his own apartment now, he’s studying for his GED’s, and he’s making his own suit.  I feel like the movie basically undid all of the mistakes/issues that some of the fans complained about in the franchise (ie. Peter not making his own suit, everything being handed to him by “Mr. Stark”, Peter never having to struggle, etc), and this is Sony/Marvel’s way of sort of starting from scratch again, with an eventual ADULT Peter Parker in the future films to come! 😊 I’m actually REALLY excited to see what’s next for Peter and his friends, especially since hopefuly they will be graduating or in college by then, and I’m excited by the prospect of there not being any Avengers or mentors in the films anymore lol.  😂   It’s time for Spider-Man to shoot his webs and swing through NYC on his own!  I’m sooo EXCITED for that, and I can’t wait to see Tom take on this role in a 4th movie!

Charmed ep. 11 review

Ok! I’ve finally had the chance to watch the ep live again and I was lucky enough that the ep was actually really good. 

Macy and Harry ❤️: my shipper heart exploded! Now, I’ve seen a few people saying that Macy’s sl has been all about hacy and I don’t really agree. Shipper status aside ( we’re capable of rationality even if we like a pairing, that’s odd right?), Macy’s sl this season has been actually pretty good. She started the show as a young woman afraid of opening herself to love (every kind of love) but now she’s so full of hope and happiness. I don’t know, I actually enjoy watching this woman fighting for what she wants and loves. We’ve seen her more open to her sisters (even if we still lack Macy and Mel’s scenes) and to the man she loves, we’ve seen her fighting for her job, fighting against society... She’s so vulnerable and so strong and I love her and I want her to have everything she wants! And I’m totally on board with Harry losing his immortality but keeping his whitelighter powers! 

Maggie (and Jordan): Maggie’s been the more consistent character on the show. I’m glad that she’s trying to figure out herself and her desires. Still, all this nemesis thing is kinda childish? I don’t really see the point of Antonio. I’m sure he’s there to show how difficult it is for women to get the same kind of recognition men have easily. I mean, Maggie seems more capable than him anyway, even if the show implied that she only got the internship because he had an incident, which sucks! Anyway, Antonio has no point on the show for now! As far as my man is involved, I don’t really know what to say. He is perfect as usual. I know it’s a slow burn but I’m enjoying every moment! 

Now Mel: I don’t really have anything to say about my fav because her sl was a bit weak. But the thing about Mel is that, imo, she shines either way, because she is just that good of a character. I wish the writers would recognise more her talent! I’m a forever bitter Mel fan! 

Josefina: I don’t know I just love her! I’m glad she’s here to stay and that she finally got her powers (very cool, btw). That scene with her and the tco was beautiful! She’s so cute! 

Abigael: look Poppy is an amazing actress and I’m sad she was stuck with this poor writing. Abigael could’ve been an incredible villain and I will mourn the missed opportunity. This said, THIS IS EXACTLY MACY’S STORYLINE FROM THE FIRST TWO SEASONS. THE SAME! I’M NOT EVEN SURE THEY CHANGED THE DIALOGUES. IT’S BS!

Overall, I really liked the ep. The only thing that leaves me meh is the allergy. I understand covid restriction, but the moment you let Mads and Rupert kiss, the social distancing is pretty useless. Just get over it.

And when Inspector M doesn't survive(bc fuck that preview for the next episode what is happening???? To all of them) I will throw hands. As well if the babys aren't safe.

Also again about their parents, like Nam wakes up and who is their? Her friend, his baby gangster friens, her headmaster (wtf?) and than her teacher/gangster and a wanted doctor 😂.

It never came to my mind that she would do it out of jealousy though; her avenging her sister always seemed like the more likely option. But at this point I don’t know what to believe anymore lmao. Pued killing his girlfriend because she threatened to expose something he wasn’t even a part of?? idk.. It seems like Rung was covering someone up. Also if it’s all true, how tf did Tan not know about any of this???? idk, him always being so clueless about everything is still kinda sus to me... 👀

But at least we got some cute domestic shit from them like UGH that was so soft 🥺

M will survive for sure, I have no doubt in that. I liked the scene with Nam waking up but also why was that old dude there??? Who is he again? the director of the hospital?? i can’t remember.. But anyway sorn, that and tan and bun being there for her was so cute 💜 I love their little family moments so much 🥺 Also the way they escaped had me cackling lol.

🍄how do you get yourself in the mood to write? honestly, it usually just kind of hits me at random times. some days, i have so many ideas and so i’ll plot everything out but i won’t actually write, so i’ll leave it for a while and then maybe come back to it when i get too impatient with myself. other days, if i feel stuck, what i’ll do is just kind of word vomit my thoughts and go back and edit everything later, or feel out the vibes. but i feel you, writing is honestly very hard, especially if the motivation just isn’t there :’( but i think my best advice is to just get ideas out of your head and onto theoretical paper!! then just start typing even if it’s just your thoughts like “uh idk what to write but maybe if kdjflsfjlkas”

I first read Hideaway and I fell in love with it. Seokjin’s characterization was so perfect. In other fics I have read Jin is always portrayed as this superficial rich guy who don’t really contribute to the storyline but Hideaway was just so warm. I love that you played with the timeline and gave us glimpses of their childhood stories and current time events. Also that scene when Jin explained all the ways he will have her...🥵🥵🥵

Then I binge read Office Hours and let me tell you... it was probably the best fic I have ever read -and I have read A LOT- and I will never stop talking about it. First of all the smut... Damn girl I was sweating. But the characters were so humane, they had their own flaws and character development. I love that you tell side characters stories as well. I think this one hit home for me because I have recently graduated and I could feel all of Yoongi’s anxiety and the bittersweet emotion leaving brings. I have also ended a 3 year relationship so Jin and OC’s story hit me deeply too. It broke my heart to see that Jin was longing for something that he will not have. But I am happy that you showed us his character development and ending as well. And ofc I cannot not talk about Namjoon’s and OC’s energy together. They made me feel so excited for a new relationship. They both had their past traumas but at the end, their love was strong enough to get through it. I don’t know much about your writing process but if you do write epilogues or drabbles, I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see a glimpse of their relationship after they decided to try things again.

And lastly, Countermelody... I am not kidding it was like watching a movie. I can only describe this story as warm. It made me feel so warm and happy. The characters were amazing. I felt like I was also a part of the family (OC, Yoongi, JK, Mr. Kang, Hobi and Namjoon). OC and Yoongi were made for each other. (I mean technically this is a story so they are made for each other but anyways 😂) I also fell in love with Jungkook’s character because he was just so cute!! Again, I love that there was character development at the end and the characters learned from their mistakes. I know I will come back to this story whenever I feel down.

I will read whatever else you have because you are serious the best writer I have encountered in this platform. (I first found you on AO3 btw) I love your characters and how you build a whole new world for each of your stories. I don’t know what you do for a living but I really hope writing is a part of that because you are just amazing. Sorry for the long message ahahahah just wanted to say these before I dive in to your other works! I wish you the best!! ❤️

@hoeforseokjinn, how happy, loved, safe, warm, and full you’ve made me feel with your comments! Hideaway Jin is so real to me, and I’m glad you felt he was warm and grounded. Thank you for noticing that aspect about him walking Friday through! That scene where he explained everything? Well, we all have so many big dreams and desires but may be unsure of how to put ourselves out there when those dreams and desires are so personal. Jin sees that in Friday as early as middle school, when they’re hanging out in their room, and talking about kissing. And from then on, he’s always there, with his quiet strength and confident foresightedness, easily walking her through the bigger picture on the interpersonal stuff so that she can focus on experiencing what she wants to experience. So selfless (and sexy) of him. I believe it’s something we all crave from time to time, and I wanted to honor that.

Office Hours Namjoon still kills me, and a lot of what I wrote about here was based on my experience in grad school. Yes, I wanted to share what that pressure really looks like, and how it can bleed into other parts of our lives. But I also wanted to share that joy that you felt -- that academia is ultimately a world for discovery, and that includes self-discovery just as much as it does worldly knowledge. I’m so glad this made you feel that giddy, new relationship / new car smell kind of excitement! We never know what’s around the corner. And if I do come up with drabbles, I will share!

Countermelody Yoongi is. an. absolute. DREAM. (yes, I said it like Agust D!) Omg and yes, cutie Jungkook was so irresistible... oof, that story truly did something to me. I might still be processing it. I have always wanted to be either a novelist or screenwriter, so it means the world to me that you felt like you were watching a movie, especially one that you felt was so wonderful! I’m a fan of those kinds of ragtag groups (for example, I’m a HUGE Mike Schur fan), and I’m glad that you felt like you were part of this family, because you are. I think that’s partially what I’m processing through this one. The meaning of home. Feeling at home in our bodies. Ourselves. In new places. With each other.

I was meant to post this a bit earlier but school and life just got in the way (つω`*)

Anyway! So I received both my gauron/bonta-kun fan and the entire set of full metal panic 0, my figures are still on the way (as I couldn’t afford buyee’s shipping express rates ( º＿º ))

Starting off with the fan, OMG it is BIG, it covers my entire face and it’s made of plastic, and fits snuggly into my collection and very useful on hot days

I got the last one off of otakurepublic for 25 dollars and worth the wait honestly, I’m in love with this fan❤️

Now my Manga

I was gonna buy the og manga than this but I lost the auction (๑°ㅁ°๑) so I just bought these, and I’m actually happy cause I LOVE THIS MANGA, everything is the same yet so different, it’s more like a parody of the series, even changing some ppls personality, and I kinda like this manga than the og storyline, I like how gauron looks and how the lambda driver is represented as a wolf (like sousuke) and when gauron got defeated sousuke gave this HUGE PUNCH IT WAS SO COOL and ppl who activate the driver turn insane aswell really showing the mental strain it puts on the pilot. The twins also made a small appearance in the end of boy meets girl where they try and realise gauron on the hospital bed (we don’t see them though) I also like how Kaname can defeat bad guys too with her pan in one nightstand. Sadly it only covers novels 1 and 2, with one night stand COMPLETELY rewritten even rewriting Takuma’s backstory, and ending it off with the infamous scene of Gauron and Kurama on the roof of a building-and The mangaka even included “I love you Kashim” ☠️ but I enjoyed reading the manga it was worth the money. I spent around 60 dollars on yahoo Japan for the full set.

So Thct has endend, now my emotional support comedy Bl doesn't cheer me up once a week anymore. The only Lichtblick is a Tale of a 1000 stars, have been waiting too long for that.

I watched Thct with my sister any boyy did we take like twice the time of an episode to watch it, because we would pause, laugh and rewatch scenes. We were so hyped every week.

Anyways, only from my sister I heard how it was hated amd idk what people's problems are?? I don't read reviwes of things I like/enjoy (especially if there is a lot of hate). Don't need that bad energy in my life. But to all of them who hate that (or other) shows why the fuck did you complete it?? Like I have a few shows taht I don't like and I just drop them???

So back to the show, man was the last episode fun. The verbal attack Chonlatees mother made on Tonhons father, iconic. Yeah i saw the thing with Miriam being the surrogate mother from a mile but oh did I love it. Na got a boyfriend, sweet. But omg Ai and Ni were just perfect, the faces the dialogue everything we loved them.

So anyway I nned to find something that gives me my serotonin now. But also there are some shows I need to catch up on so.... and uni.... i should probably study.

I wish they would’ve shown Chon as an actual co-parent though. Another thing I didn’t like was how they resolved the dad’s homophobia by him wanting a granchild like??? the fuck.
