there isn't a "kill all the ____" that will fix the problems of the world, because, 1. you probably can't. 2. if you did, more of them would probably come into existence, or 3. other people would come to fit the same social position. 4. There isn't a group of Fundamentally Bad Evil People that Cause All The Problems, because 5. Harm isn't caused by a type of person. everyone causes harm and an effective system of addressing harm has to contend with that. 6. you will end up expanding the definition of ____ to include whoever else you want to kill anyway. which will suck. 7. Destruction without building will leave nothing behind. New harms will arise. Old harms will continue. Because there is nothing to replace them. There is nothing Helpful being done. a better world isn't created by just getting rid of all the bad stuff and calling it a day. you have to actually make something that meets peoples needs. 8. structures of power and harm sometimes maintain themselves even if no one intends them to or purposefully wants them to. 9. systems of power will end up finding a scapegoat. they will convince you that some marginalized group are the real ____ and you should focus on them. and in your zeal and blood thirst you, or at least some of your allies, will fall for it. And you will commit atrocities. 10. The world that is created can only come from the world that is. And look, whatever group you are thinking of -- yes I mean them too. Pedophiles, rapists, murderers, sociopaths, nazis, billionaires, cops, you name it. Harm and oppression is far too complicated to ever be solved with Finding The Right Group To Kill. And there are lots of really great arguments to be made about why eliminationist rhetoric is ethically bad, or historically questionable, etc. I am open to that being added on and talked about too. But my point is that It Will Not Accomplish Your Desired Results. You Will Have Committed Atrocities and You Will Have Failed At Achieving Your Initial Goal.

I get really fucking pissed off when christians (I say christians because they're the ones who mostly say it, but this is for any motherfucker) who disrespect other religions. "It's just a joke!!!!" But when WE say something that's even a little contradictory to their religion they'll start fucking whining and bitching like some baby. If you want to disrespect others beliefs, fine, but don't get angry when we disrespect yours.

"Atheists/Pagans/Witches are cringe sometimes" and "A vast plurality of the Christian community support genocide as part of their religious belief" are not in fact similar issues, nor do they make the two sides equally bad.
Non Christan anger is anger at the fact that we're marginalized in a Christian. Christian anger is anger at the fact that they believe non-Christians (and usually a bunch of other groups) have more rights than they'd like. Just because both express anger at the state of the world does not mean they're the same.
"All strong religious beliefs, or political goals tied to religious beliefs are the same" is something that assumes an entirely individualistic world of pure philosophy, which isn't the world we live in. You just can't view the things non-Christians say and do, and the things Christians do, as the same, in a society where Christianity is so dominant.
Like, an atheist saying they hate their Christian family members probably is saying that because they're a threat to their safety. A Christian saying they hate their atheist family members hates them because they believe they shouldn't have rights. They aren't the same.
We need to stop having this hyper-individualist view of religion, and we need to stop acting like religion exists in a philosophical void. The rights of non-Christians have been put aside for the feelings of Christians for far too long, even among people critical of other systems of oppression.
Edit: I put some atheist tags because I feel like this is as relevant to them as it is to me. However, if there's any tags religious people shouldn't put on their posts please tell me.

The religion discourse in anarchism never changes, and you know what: it's getting old. There's so many anarchists who are so committed to that old slogan that was appropriated from a Blanquist of all people that they're absolutely confident that when anarchy is established they're gonna get rid of every form of religion there is, and these same types of anarchist always operate by the same Christian/Christian-ish or 19th century understanding of religion, which completely fails to deal with religions that aren't based on the idea that your continued existence after death depends on you following the correct religio-philosophical doctrine to the letter and worshipping one correct god. This problem especially applies when dealing with things like paganism, indigenous religions, and occult movements (and, by extension, any understanding of Satanism that does not conform to The Satanic Temple's neo-romanticist new atheism). Some anti-theists openly say that their answer to the general phenomenon of religion is to coercively proselytise against people who have any given religion: to harass, stigmatize, and even violently attack people in the hopes of getting them to leave their religions behind. They justify such behaviour on the grounds that "religion" is comparable to racism as a "false belief" and therefore inherently oppressive. Lo and behold, Soviet anti-religious campaigns are to be waged by anti-Soviets! Is there not a sweeter irony?
But the fact is, I am tired of the whole discourse on the internet, though I may keep making a lot of the same points I do, because damn it I am justified in doing so. Regardless, I say, let's just dispense with it all in favour one simple thing: I will not conform to your vision of reality by any means, and as far as anarchy is concerned, you can either respect that or I will fight you. We either understand each other on the subject, or we can't be "comrades". We're either on the same page, or we're probably going to be enemies. And if you have any illusions of us putting up wth any fantasies of violent proselytism towards us, you should reconsider them. And I very much mean to be an egoist/individualist about this. I find that's not particularly difficult through Stirner's philosophy. There will not be any complications in play, and the anti-theist who doesn't like this can simply get fucked. I am not interested in compromise here, and I am not interested in discourse with them.

so that there is no ambiguity, we can take inventory. more than any other religious demographic in the united states, white evangelical Protestants:
support preemptive war
condone the use of torture
favor the death penalty
are more likely than members of other faith groups to own a gun, to believe citizens should be allowed to carry guns in most places, and to feel safer with a firearm around
are more opposed to immigration reform and have more negative views of immigrants than any other religious demographic; two-thirds supported the border wall.
sixty-eight percent of white evangelical Protestants—more than any other demographic—do not think that the United States has a responsibility to accept foreign refugees
more than half of white evangelical Protestants think a majority nonwhite US population would be a negative development.
are considerably more likely than others to believe that Islam encourages violence, to refuse to see Islam as “part of mainstream American society,” and to perceive “natural conflict between Islam and democracy.”
also believe that Christians in America face more discrimination than Muslims
are significantly more authoritarian than other religious groups, and they express confidence in their religious leaders at much higher rates than do members of other faiths.
this is a nostalgic commitment to antiquated, aggressive, militant white masculinity. i need not to point to specific instances of this in the current political theatre for you to understand the mindset.
this is the most dangerous group of people in this country, posing the biggest threat to our way of life. recognize it and call it out when you see it. daylight is an effective tool against this type of hatred.

I've noticed a lot of similarities between the current batch of online anarchists and the New Atheist movement of the 20aughts and 20teens. The Venn diagram of them is far from a perfect circle, but angry-and-smug anarchism fills the same niche as angry-and-smug atheism for a lot of them.
"Religion government is responsible for all the world's problems and everything would be perfect if it just went away. It has never done anything good and every bad thing that has ever happened has been because it exists. "The only reason religion government exists is because of stupid people who want to tell everyone else what to do; any other reason why these things could possibly exist, and how society starts looking when these things aren't around, are irrelevant and will be glibly dismissed. "Everyone who isn't an atheist anarchist is a stupid sheeple bootlicker. I am much smarter and a better person than they are. I will take every opportunity to point out how stupid religion government is and how stupid and worthless they are, and then block them when they make counterpoints instead of immediately bowing to my clear superiority."

Retiring An Old Anarchist Slogan
One should not have to be a religious anarchist to understand why the adage “No Gods No Masters” is antiquated and ought be retired. This would certainly not be to defend the existence of any deity, pantheon or religious practice pertaining to anarchy (which has no mind for any faith whatsoever,) but to recognize redundancies that, intentionally or not, marginalize those who seek complete…

The material conditions for radical change are built through many small acts;
Planting the trees that will feed us as time passes,
Making the friendships that will build communities and connections,
Reading, learning, teaching, speaking;
eating, feeding, doing the dishes;
Moving our bodies, sleeping;
Becoming the sort of people who could be in the world we want to see happen.
Nothing will be different if we don’t lay the ground work. There will be no sudden moment of salvation. Just a building, and a planning, and a trying, and a series of culminations.
Perhaps there will come one day a revolution. Perhaps there will only be the trickle of what little improvements we can make. To me, the actions to take are the same. Create a world we can survive in. Don’t wait.

Humanity needs a spiritual Renaissance that is founded in freedom and self-determination. Where there is an enthusiasm for life and striving to live more abundantly - body, mind, and soul.
Humanity needs to look both inward and outward for all the truths and solutions that we've accumulated over our time on Earth.
I think if the most privileged, the most wealthy, the most intelligent, the most resourceful, and the most well connected among us come together that we can solve this issue of the human condition.
And by "solve" I mean create a world that is so unlike this in form and function as to seem fantastic and paradisical.
Where there is a will that strives for progress against all odds, there is a chance for the impossible.

on another note about anarchy
yall i really dont think you get how easy it would be to do, just a few generations of being intentionally nice
but at the same time, i dont trust the majority of people to put in the effort of learning how to be better
either way I will die mad that lasting widespread peace is not a reality, and i will die even more mad that people actually believe you need government.

Optimus is fine and everything and an ok dad ig but I feel like he’s ignorant to so much. Like the fact that Decepticons are the Autobots’ creation they couldn’t kill.
The autobots made the decepticons and then act like the heroes. They are just as evil as the decepticons.
And Optimus would never acknowledge or understand that because the autobot council’s actions never negatively affected him. (As far as I know and if they did then he is more a fool than I thought)
I think that’s why Optimus and Megatron fight so much is because Optimus justifies autobot crimes to a fault. It’s annoying as hell I can imagine lmao
Anyways it’s a hill I’d die on if I wasn’t already dead lol
