Robbed if sleep, tormented by OTP thoughts and mosquito bites, I decided to create another otp questionnaire.

This one is somewhat similar to my popular Unusual OTP Asks but it's written to be answered in character. As always, you are free to adapt it to your liking.

I used"LI" to refer to a character's love interest rather than partner or significant other because I didn't want to include a fixed relationship status, though the questions were written with a relationship in mind.

Found this randomly, and just decided to answer all the questions for Eleven and River.

1. River, not to say Eleven isn’t affectionate, but he doesn’t ever say how he feels directly. which resulted in River assuming he didn’t love her at all, so yeah, she wins.

2. River is the little spoon, because Eleven likes to play with her hair while she’s asleep.

3. I mean, I could say the whole spoilers thing, but that’s easy, so instead…probably arguments about killing people.

4. Exploring. they’re both nerds. he’s the doctor, she’s an archaeologist. Yeah, exploring.

5. Already drew it, the answer is River. One, she’d fight him if he tried to pick her up. Two, Eleven is a stick. Three, River being badass is half the reason Eleven is into her. her picking him up would fluster the idiot to no end, and I love that.

7. Eleven: starts flirting back River: stops trying to kill him?

9. Depends on which end of the timeline we’re on. River in her past was reckless and violent, and probably saw the doctor as a complete stick in the mud, with all his spoilers, and rules. Towards the end however, she was the one teaching him his own rules. (that’s what we call a bootstrap paradox.) meaning she had to be the worrying responsible one.

10. The Doctor remembers almost every detail about River. he could tell you the exact thing she’d order, even at a place they’ve never been to, just by glancing at the menu.

11. Usually River.

12. Still River.

13. That one is Eleven. River would never think to hold hands, unless she was dragging him somewhere.

14. River, the doctor is too busy fidgeting/melting into the floor.

15. The doctor barely sleeps.

16. Surprisingly enough, I think that’s Eleven. It’s not to sleep mind you. He’d just want to spend more time with her before dropping her back off, especially towards the end of his timeline.

17. River, I don’t think Eleven ever says it, not to her. he’s probably said it to himself, or even to other people, but he never got around to telling her.

18. I imagine Eleven would leave meals for her on occasion towards the end of their timelines. Mainly when he was running out of days he could see her. they’d usually have notes with random jokes and things. they were his way of saying ‘I love you have a good day/night,’ without actually saying it.

19. River

20. They’re supportive…at least, as much as one can be when your friend marries your daughter. I think they took it well honestly.

21. Eleven, he asks her to dance at nearly any opportunity.

22. River can’t cook. surprisingly enough, cooking a decent meal wasn’t part of her kill the doctor training. Eleven on the other hand, can cook quite well. he tried to teach her once, and the kitchen caught on fire.

23. Eleven is the king of cheesy pickup lines.

24. River, all the time, especially when she was younger.

25. Eleven, but only because River functions without it. She definitely needs assurance that her husband loves her, because it’s eating her up inside, but she’s still able to do things regardless. The doctor meanwhile, has moments where, without assurance, he’s going to fuck up the universe.

27. Eleven.

28. Eleven: travel River: depends, either school, jail, digs, or teaching.

29. One for each.

River never traveled with the doctor, because she feared her husband would come to resent her for risking their timelines.

The Doctor has thought of millions of different ways he could save River from the library, but is so afraid of failing, that he hasn’t attempted any of them.

River always keeps a box of Jammie dodgers around in case Eleven drops by. she’s been doing this since university.

Eleven’s diary is nothing but him gushing about his wife. like it’s just full of him complimenting her, and writing awful poems, and sketching her. He’s definitely written down that he loves her, even if he’d never said it.

14. Who kills the spiders?

this is more a question of who does something about the spider (jango) vs who sits down on the bathroom floor to look at the spider and looks up the species and takes a picture to send it to jango once he's finally found its species' name (and THEN. he does something about it.)

29. Who is the better cook?

jango. obi-wan's a competent cook out of necessity (raising a child), but i feel like he has very little patience for cooking. he knows how to cook well a few dishes and that's about it, he's not interested in experimenting and he won't go out of his way to learn how to make something unless he has to.

jango on the other hand 1. enjoys cooking, 2. actually has the patience for it. i also think that for him it is something that connects him to his family (to his parents and to jaster), and probably one of the very few parts of his heritage he allows himself to engage with by the time he is living on kamino.

49. Who is the driver/ Who is the passenger?

it depends! i think jango's usually the pilot when it comes to ships and obi-wan drives when it's a speeder. jango's the better pilot and obi-wan is the worst backseat driver in existence, so it all works out.

Who’s the primary protector of the two?

Pieck. Despite Hange being very smart, they know fuck-all about social cues. Because of this, they can easily have miscommunications that people don’t pick up on. Pieck is usually the one cleaning up this mess because she is completely versed in Hange-lingo. Additionally, she’s much more confident about speaking up. Hange certainly can get angry, and would gladly fuck up anyone who looks at Pieck the wrong way too.

Who sleeps in and who is the early bird?

Hange always wakes up first. Always. Pieck is naturally very sleepy. She’s usually first to fall asleep, and always the last to wake up. Usually Hange will wake her up with breakfast and kisses to lure her out of bed (It works).

Who is the least patient?

Hange. They have a very short fuse. They never get genuinely upset but get very quickly frustrated. Pieck had never once caused this though. Literally anything and everyone has the potential to make Hange impatient, except her.

Which of the two listens to old music and which one is more into the newer stuff?

Kind of 50/50! Pieck adores old jazz, while Hange vibes to classic rock a lot. They both like newer, alt music as well though.

Who’s the first one to quit a new hobby because they’re not great at it on the first try?

Again, Hange. They do not have patience for failure.

Who holds a grudge the longest?

Pieck. She still brings up Hange asking to “ride her” within like 2 days of knowing each other (Hange would never apologize for that though lol)

Who secretly knows all the lyrics to the other’s favorite songs but refuses to expose themselves?

Pieck 10000%. She’s very musically gifted and is always humming along to something. Hange noticed her doing this after they had been singing along to a song they liked and were shocked how much she actually remembered.

Who’s more likely to cry about a plant dying?

Hange. This also happens frequently because they keep trying to take it for walks.

Which of the two is the most outspoken?

This is tough. Hange is much more outwardly eccentric, but is much calmer and collected around Pieck. Pieck is sort of the opposite. She’s much more reserved in social settings but tends to talk to Hange a ton when they’re alone. She can ramble about the funniest things for hours, and is the only one capable of shutting Hange up because of this.

Which of the two is quick to speak and which one is quick to listen?

Contrastingly to the last one, Hange is still always talking, but this is mostly because they actually feel like someone is listening for once. Pieck was the first person to really notice their quirks and not just dismiss or tease them for it. Instead she actually admired and wanted to hear more about them.

Who’s the most eager to have kids?

Hange externally, Pieck internally. Hange likes pointing out baby clothes and toys they like any time they go shopping, and Pieck will usually just laugh and shake her head. Secretly, Pieck thinks about having a family with them all the time, she literally dreams about it and is sad to wake up and find it isn’t true for a while.

Which of the two rolls their eyes the most often?

Pieck. She’s always too cool for literally any situation she’s in.

Who’s an open book and which one is more reserved?

Hange’s open about a lot of things, but has a lot they keep to themself. They really don’t like to dwell on the past, but it absolutely catches up to them. Pieck is always there to support them though. Pieck isn’t necessarily holding anything back, but doesn’t openly mention much of her past. They both bond over their desire to move forward and make new memories (together of course :) ).

Who gets the most invested in their hyperfixations?

Hange. Pieck likes it though because it gives her new things to look for for them when she’s out shopping (She loves giving gifts, especially to Hange)

Who’s into Eurovision?

Pieck! She’s very into music and get’s wayy too into the show as a result.

Which one’s the first to help a stranger in need?

Hange probably. As mentioned, they’re very socially inept, so a stranger really doesn’t exist to them. They’d help just about anyone.

Who’s had the same pair of jeans for years and refuses to change them out?

Hange. Pieck always tries to buy them new ones but Hange insists the old ones are “reliable”... whatever that means.

Which of the two is the most gullible?

Hange. Pieck frequently capitalizes on this in flirting with them, it helps her get them flustered way quicker. Pieck loves seeing them turn red.

Which of the two acts bothered by the other one but secretly enjoys every second of it?

PIECK!! Despite her outward coldness at first, she literally adored Hange from the beginning, it was just difficult to accept them as a friend that fast in their circumstances. Pieck would do literally anything for them though.

Who’s more likely to get into a bar fight?

Honestly… Pieck. She’s very possessive and would fuck up anyone who even glanced wrong at Hange. She'd quickly realize she fucked up tho and Hange would have to drag her away.

Who’s the optimist and who’s the pessimist?

Hange’s very optimistic. Pieck isn’t necessarily a pessimist, but tends to be more realistic

Who gets more easily embarrassed?

Hange. Mostly because Pieck likes to fluster them in public. Hange falls for it every time, but secretly enjoys the feeling

Which of the two would you rather team up with for a game of laser tag?

Hange physically, Pieck mentally. Hange would be barrel-rolling and corner checking like they’re in a professional COD lobby. Yes, they get shot almost instantly, but they’d make an excellent human shield as a result. Pieck would literally have control of the game in like 20 minutes tops. She’d rally her team and coordinate strikes so precise the 12 year old's on the other team would leave in tears.

Who gets a little too invested in board games?

Pieck. People have stopped coming to game nights because of her. Not because she’s aggressive or mean, but because she’s way too good at them. Hange would never be on a team without her, they know they’d lose so fast.

Which of the two is more likely to take care of the other’s elderly parents?

Hange. Any time Pieck’s father is around, or they’re with him, he and Hange are like best friends. They love hanging out and talking about their jobs (I HC her dad being a doctor before). Pieck melts every time she sees this.

Which of the two is more likely to stand out in a crowd?

Pieck. Let’s bffr for a minute. Girl is captivating beyond belief. Hange never really gets worried about this. They know Pieck has plenty of options and free-will, it’s obvious she’s with them for a reason.

Who will be the one baking banana bread on a Sunday after a week of complete mayhem?

Pieck. She loves baking. She finds it relaxing to have precise instructions to follow and enjoys the end result of having nice baked goods available, even during a crazy week.

Who brings CapriSun to a frat party?

Neither. They both prefer booze.

Who’s the designated driver?

Neither, see above (They’ll probably beg Levi later in the night)

Who sugarcoats and who shoots it straight?

Pieck is a minor sugarcoater. She’s usually very forthcoming, but is too emotionally intuitive to constantly be blunt. Hange however has never sugar coated in their entire life.

Who insists they’re the best at everything and who lets them believe it?

Hange’s falsely confident to a fault. They will never say they don’t know how to do something. They will abandon whatever they tried and have Pieck take over 98% of the time, but hey neither of them are complaining!

Who’s the first to apologize?

Hange, but literally over nothing. They’ll bump Pieck slightly while walking around their kitchen and apologize profusely, which Pieck finds both confusing and adorable.

Who takes on boring tasks around the house so the other person doesn’t have to do them?

Tossup. They both work late nights, so whoever gets done first will usually try to tidy up for the other as much as possible.

Who’s the more skeptical of the two?

Pieck. She’s literally like if a raised eyebrow was a person. She may seem chill, but she wants to protect those she loves and will not relax until she feels safe enough to do so.

Who picks up languages faster?

Pieck. She randomly drops sentences in other languages that Hange in no way comprehends but finds mesmerizing nonetheless.

Who’s better at dealing with emotional trauma?

I’ll take none of the above for 1000 please!

Who’s more foulmouthed?

Pieck: Oh shit

Hange: Watching your fucking language.

Who’s more in touch with internet culture? Alternatively, if they live in a world where the internet doesn’t exist, who would be more in touch with it if it did exist in their world?

Probably Hange. They would def own some kind of shitposting twitter acc while Pieck is on pinterest all day (making wedding boards).

Which of the two is more artistic?

Pieck, but Hange constantly is drawing her, so they actually can consistently do that and it doesn’t look bad.

Who’ll be the first to snap if someone makes a bad comment about the other person?

Pieck. She is the definition of "Take no shit, do no harm". She is very defensive of those she loves and will get very upset at someone bad-mouthing them.

Who’s the most self-aware?

Surprisingly, Hange. They kind of live in their own little bubble. They’re very conscious of those close to them (especially Pieck), but this also makes them come off as kind of an airhead even if they really do appreciate their own world a lot.

Who has the most self-control?

Pieck mostly. She is very self-regulating for the most part and is usually well in control of things in her life and mind. Hange’s much more impulse based. Still though, neither one can contain themself when it comes to the other when they’re in more intimate settings.

Which of the two would be more likely to make a family album with physical pictures?

Pieck. She’s very artistic so she’d make it super pretty and organized.

Who would confess their love first?

I’ve thought about this one just about one billion times and I honestly like to think it’s Pieck!! Hange, despite being open and honest all the time, probably wouldn’t want to scare her off with something like that (they never would, they’re just worried of freaking Pieck out with a confession like that). It probably was super sweet though and made Hange really happy that she felt okay saying that:,)

Who gets most excited about holidays? e.g. Christmas

Hange. Although they aren’t usually super into shopping, but they LOVE buying any kind of seasonal decoration and adorning their house to match. Pieck is much more keen on arranging them and making it all look nice.

Who gets most intense during a fight?

I think Pieck could yell tbh. She may sit on a temper that gets elevated on very rare occasions. That's how Hange knows something is super wrong.

Who’s the cheapest?

Hange. The soles of their boots were literally falling off when Pieck just replaced them with an identical pair of new ones. Hange never noticed.

Who’d refuse to pay the others bail just to mess with them?

PIECK. I could see this happening so clearly too because of everything about Hange😭 They’d get drunk and into a fight and have to call Pieck to bail them out, but she instead just hangs out on the opposite side of cell bars all night to mess with Hange.

Who’s the most concerned about details and semantics and who doesn’t care at all?

Pieck would notice a grain of sand missing from an hourglass, Hange probably didn’t even notice the hourglass until a year later.

Who invites the other to dance for the first time?

Probably Pieck. She’s more confident in social situations so she wouldn’t mind asking at all.

Who overthinks the most?

Hange. They ask Pieck if she still likes them like every single day. Pieck stopped taking it seriously like the 10th time and just messes with them by saying “Not at all” or “This is strictly platonic” (They’re literally married).

Who whines the most when they get sick?

Again, it’s gotta be Pieck. Hange and Pieck could be following the exact same recipe and Hange would still set something unnecessarily on fire.

Mostly Hange, but Pieck can be quite a bit too! Hange thinks it’s funny that such a tiny person can have that much rage and finds it adorable.

Oh man…I wanna say Pieck because she literally can heal herself but Hange has always been through some crazy shit. Let’s call it a tie.

Pieck, mostly because she’s very into fashion and staying trendy. She picks out most of Hange’s clothes now and likes to shop for them. Hange really doesn’t have the eye for it, but thinks they look nice together when they match.

What is each member’s love language?

Ladybug is really big on words of affirmation, whenever he’s down, Tangerine will shower him with reassurance and compliments until he sees his precious little Ladybug crack a smile.

Tangerine LOVES physical affection. More than he’ll probably ever admit. There’s nothing that can beat coming home to Ladybug and laying his head in Ladybug’s lap as he gets his hair played with. He doesn’t freely give physical intimacy, so for him to be like this with Ladybug is huge.

What would they describe as their perfect date?

They can both agree on this one—a night in, watching a movie they finally agreed on after fighting a bit, and being with each other. It’s nice to get away from the noise (even though if there’s one thing Ladybug will do, it’s chat).

Who made the first move?

Okay but surprisingly, it was NOT Tan, Ladybug had to say fuck it and just overtly flirt with Tan. If he hadn’t, Tan would 100% still act like he hated Ladybug, though towards the end he was fooling no one.

Who is more sentimental?

Tangerine without a doubt. Very big on gift giving, he goes out of his way to buy Ladybug anything he thinks he’ll think or anything he thinks remind him of Ladybug. “The teddy bear reminded me of you, it has a tiny bucket hat and everything, love.” 🥹

Which member calls the other in to kill the spiders?

Ladybug is the resident spider killer in the house. (The irony.) Tangerine isn’t scared of a lot of shit but a spider is one of them.

Who falls asleep first?

It’s a toss up, but most of the time it’s Ladybug. Tangerine’s favorite thing is to just look at how beautiful Ladybug is—run his fingers through his hair softly and memorize every line and curve of his face.

Who wakes up first?

Ladybug. Easily the happiest morning person ever. It drives Tan insane sometimes. Most times before Ladybug decides to get up for the day, he’ll take his time and now it’s his turn to admire Tan. Tan is a light sleeper so he doesn’t run his hands through his hair, but he will lightly trace over the tattoos engraved into his husband’s skin. How did he get so lucky? He smiles and his heart and soul feel so content.

Who is more more relaxed/carefree?

Overall, more so Ladybug although both tend to worry. It took A LOT of sessions with Barry to get Ladybug to where he is today.

What’s one way their personalities compliment one another? (Is it opposites attract or are they pretty similar?)

Ladybug and Tan are perfectly opposite. What one lacks, the other brings to the table. They have their fair share of similarities, but it’s their differences that make them compliment each other the most. Missing halves to a whole.

Who is always cold?

Ladybug always has a sweater on when he’s home. Tangerine refuses to put the air down any lower than 68° F. “If I wanted to live in the Arctic I would, but I don’t. Can you please turn the air off? PLEASE.”

Which member is always trying to bring home stray animals and which member always has to say no?

Who worries more?

They both worry around the same amount. (My folks with anxiety—you know how it is! 🥹)

What are some non-sexual activities they do together?

Watch movies/tv shows, kill people oops I mean go on missions, go to the cafe, cuddle and read to each other.

Who would be able to talk their way out of a speeding ticket?

Them? Obeying the law? Actually stopping for a ticket? Yeah, no. Their way of talking themselves out of a ticket is not stopping to get one in the first place.

Who is the better cook?

Tangerine. Ladybug loves his cooking. He’s always trying new recipes and he loves to be in the kitchen. One of Ladybug’s favorite but rare sights: Tangerine dancing, swaying to the music playing in the background as he’s focused and lost in cooking a meal.

What are some things they don’t agree on?

Organization, therapy, football, tv shows/movies, clothes…

Which member is more physically affectionate?

Tangerine 🗣️. He can’t seem to go a second without touching Ladybug in some way. Hand holding his, fingers intertwined, hand on his lower back, fingers in his hair—the list goes on.

Which member is more verbally affectionate?

Tangerine again surprisingly, especially now that they’re married. Being that Ladybug’s love language is words of affirmation Tan became so much more comfortable being affectionate in this way.

How does each member feel about PDA?

No PDA. It’s not their thing. They have to keep up appearances that people easily see through anyways.

Who’s the safer driver?

As crazy as Tangerine drives, he’s safe. “We almost died!” “Are you dead though? Okay. That’s what I thought.”

Ladybug: tries to flirt but just ends up embarrassing himself. He’s the type to try and lean on the door frame to look sexy and he ends up missing and falling to the side.

Tangerine: such a good flirt, but also cheesy when he wants to be.

Which member steals borrows the other ones clothing?

Okay! Hear me out, Tangerine steals Ladybugs pjs at home and he’s always stealing borrowing his fuzzy slippers. When they go out they have pretty different styles, but when they’re at home pjs are pjs. Tangerine likes the soft pj pants Ladybug buys and is always wearing them to bed sans a shirt. “These are our pants, our slippers. What’s yours is mine and what’s mine is mine. That’s the vow we made.”

Who is the cuddle initiator?

Both of them are at any time. They’re literally attached at the hip when they’re alone.

Are they an introverted couple or an extroverted one—AKA would they prefer to go out to a party or event together or would they rather stay in?

Introverted couple all the way. With their jobs they’re around people all the time. It’s nice to have a night in and just be alone together.

Who is the big/little spoon?

Big spoon: Tan

Little spoon: Ladybug (sometimes if Tan falls asleep first, Ladybug gets to be big spoon).

Who is more likely to make an impulsive decision and who is the voice of reason?

Tangerine is the more impulsive one of the two for most things. No one can calm Tangerine down like Ladybug does, he keeps him grounded. Get you a partner like Ladybug.

Who’s more likely to laugh at their own jokes?

Let’s say it all together—Ladybug. This isn’t up for debate.

Who takes longer showers?

Tangerine without a doubt. He has such a in depth shower routine which involves relaxation, shower time, skin care, and keeping up his facial hair. “If you put the time in to look good then you feel good.”

Who is “more loved” by the in-laws?

Neither are on speaking terms with their parents. They have the family they need right here though.

Who is more likely to get jealous?

Definitely Tangerine. He’s a confident man—I mean look at him, why wouldn’t he be?—but there’s something about someone chatting Ladybug up that brings out the green eyed monster we call jealousy. He hates going on honeypot missions when his Ladybug has to seduce a mark (god bless his soul).

What was the most surprising thing they learned about one another once they started dating?

Ladybug has his serious and dark moments. He presents himself as happy-go-lucky and aloof but when a mission has really gotten to him Tan sees a side of him that he doesn’t like. It makes him hurt to see Ladybug hurt.

Tangerine is sensitive and vulnerable when he wants to be. Tangerine and Lemon didn’t have the easiest childhood, jumping from foster home to foster home. So when he’s vulnerable with Ladybug, Ladybug knows to be extra gentle with him. He wants to cherish Tan and love him so much he takes away the pain. And he wants to hurt anyone who ever hurt Tan and made him feel like he wasn’t worthy of love like this.

Who stays up way too late and who tries to drag them to bed?

Ladybug is always trying to drag Tangerine to bed when he moves around in his sleep and doesn’t feel Tangerine next to him. “Come to bed, I need you to sleep.”, “In a bit, love.”, “Baaaaabbee, come here.”

Ladybug! It KILLS Tangerine who likes to have everything in order. It’s a constant battle at home. “Why are there pants next to the hamper and not in them? Fucking hell.”

Tangerine. But is it really an accident? He has the means to spend the $ so why won’t he? With them being away on missions all the time, it’s rare he gets to spend the money he’s making so when he gets the opportunity or want to spend he will.

Kids aren’t for them. With the lives they lead, it’s just not feasible. BUT if it had to be anyone it’d be Tangerine wanting kids.
