#Kon kent x reader

Note
Have you considered writing one where Batboys or Superboy(Kon-el) meets an Anodite if you've already written one where Damian meets a reader who owns an Omnitrix
I haven't thought it this but that would be interesting.
he'd probably be freaked out about the form of it but then chill about it
he thinks that the abilities and powers of your form are cool and wants to know about the planet that it comes from
how did you inherit the powers? Are you from Anodyne?
He probably asks something stupid like if you're naked in full Anodite form and makes jokes about it
"BABE PUT SOME CLOTHES ON!" *bursts into a fit go giggles*
he likes that you'd be free spirited and kind of live to the beat of your won drum since he's like that
It is important that you have some moral compass but he just respects that you're not bound by the confines of society
it's comforting that you'd live long since he will too and he doesn't want to lose you any time soon
He'd be up for going on so many adventures all over the universe or even just going to like six flags
definitely loves the independent nature of the Anodites and relates to it personally
since it also takes time to fully master your powers, he understands that sometimes you'd be frustrated and need space since you'd feel like you aren't getting anywhere with it
It can take a really long time to master your abilities and sometimes that's discouraging but he reminds you that he's there for a really long time

Kisses
Conner Kent x Reader
Summary: Literally just Conner Kent being needy because i wanted to write a tiny drabble.
“Oh, come on, are you seriously going to get upset because of a joke? I’m sorry!” He rolled his eyes at me and got up to leave. I tried to stop him from getting but he seemed pretty persistent on getting up so I laid back down and rolled over facing the wall. “Fine then, goodbye.”
“Bye.” He opened and closed the door but I knew he was still here. I try to hide my smile from him when he hugs me from behind and kisses my neck. I laugh and cover my face so he couldn’t attack it with smaller kisses. “Move your hands.”
“No!” It came out with little giggles all while being muffled by smushing my hands into my face to keep him from lifting them away. He was trying to be gentle and not use his super strength. He managed to leverage two fingers from each of my hands off of my face before I turned and buried my head in a pillow.
He pulled the pillow out from under my face and turn it so he could kiss me. I finally sat up and faced him. He was quick to cup my cheeks and give me a final peck on the lips. “Happy now Conner?”
“Very.” He chuckled and pulled me down with him to lie down on his chest.

Storming in the Streets, Pt. II - Conner "Kon" Kent x Reader
Word Count: 3,037
Summary: After meeting on a particularly rainy day, Kon had become a common texting buddy, at least when he was not busy. But both of you unsure of how to proceed, it seemed the current flow of flirting and awkward banter was doomed to run dry - at least until Superboy manages to sneak in asking for a date at the coffeeshop the two of you had considered on your first meeting. And with nerves settling in your stomach, it’s finally the day of your date.
Notes: Requested by an anonymous user.
<< Part I - Part III (UPCOMING) >>
…★…
Your friend’s abrupt message had been enough that day to get the neurons in your brain firing right.
Conner, or Kon, the dorky yet charismatic guy who had helped you lug your groceries home and who had shielded you from the tsunami of road water, was Superboy. That explained why you had such a nagging feeling of recognition while you were with him – just a touch too tired to actually connect the dots on your own.
And somehow your little meeting had ended with an exchange of phone numbers and a possible coffee date.
You had needed to sleep almost immediately after that, and when you woke up it was almost enough to think you had dreamed it. At least until you had looked at your phone and seen a text message from him. Funny enough, he had asked for you to send him the selfie you had taken with him, which you did before setting it as his contact photo.
From there the rest had been easy. Conversation between the two of you flowed naturally, and when you both had the time, could last for hours. Even if one of you, typically Kon, was unable to respond for some time, the responses would pick back up like no time at all had passed.
But despite that, little progression had been made. Despite his charming persona, you found Kon was more of an awkward dork than he had initially let on – not that that wasn’t endearing in its own right. It was, and you greatly enjoyed that side of him.
You learned a lot about Conner in this time though; on your phone calls you could hear the excitement in his voice when he spoke about one of his hobbies, something that made him happy, or even just the way he seemed to talk about his friends.
It was jarring in the beginning, to some extent, since you did not know the real names of his friends, to be listening to him tell you something only to hear the culprit of that particular blunder was someone such as Wondergirl or Impulse, or even the elusive Robin. Or when his cell had been commandeered mid call by an overly curious speedster who had caught Kon trying to sneak in a moment to hear your voice – as he had later admitted. You were unsure that he ever got off the hook for that one, if the teasing in the background had been anything to go off of. It was humanizing though, and you got used to it fast enough.
But despite all the phone calls and text messages, neither of you had made the first move to see each other in person again, and it had been well over three months.
The one time that you had gotten close to asking him, the world had seemed to need saving, and if that hadn’t been a sign then you were scared to ask what was. So instead, you backed down, waited to see if he would make the first move.
Thankfully the wait was not a long one.
It had been late, at least for you, when you had gotten pulled to work overtime. You had needed the money, so it was hard to argue yourself out of it. As little as you wanted to be there.
But you were practically a dead-man walking when you finally stumbled through the front door of your apartment. Not bothering with the lights, you had felt your way into your room and collapsed on the bed. It was on instinct that you had called Kon, an after-work ritual for the last 2 months at least, so much so that you did not even think about what time it would be for him.
Usually, he would just cancel the call and send a text if he was busy with something, or get to it later if there was a fight. This time though, when he picked up, you swore you heard a chorus of voices in the back as he seemed to fend them off.
You waited a moment, brow furrowed in confusion before pulling your phone back to look at the time, doing the mental math before you realized it was hours after you normally called, and he was with his friends at the moment.
Still, putting the phone back to your ear, you were able to make out some of what was being said. A cacophony of teasing and yelling, asking Kon to either put you on speaker or say hello.
His friends were certainly a lively bunch, especially when they wanted to be a pack of menaces – which seemed to often be their love language.
It was all enough to have you smiling as you waited patiently.
Finally, the noises died down as Kon seemed to get somewhere more private. And quieter.
It is then that you hear a breathless huff from the other end of the line. “Hey.”
“You know you didn’t need to answer if you were busy.”
“Well, you didn’t call me earlier. I was a little worried.”
You groan at that, remembering what had been slipping your mind earlier that day. “I forgot to message and tell you I got asked to work a double.” Your voice is muffled as you shove it into the pillow underneath you.
But it’s enough to get Kon laughing at least. “That bad?”
You hum in response, the sweet siren call of sleep beginning to set in.
“You still awake?”
“No,” you mumble out, and you hear Kon chuckle at that.
“I’ll let you go – oh! And my friends say hi.”
“I heard,” you say, grinning.
“I’m sure you did.”
For a moment you think that is it. He’ll say goodnight and hang up like the conversation normally goes. Instead, he catches your attention.
“Actually, can I ask you something real quick?”
Your heart is practically beating out of your chest, and you can only hope that he is about to ask what you think he is. “What is it?”
“Remember that coffee date I owe you, do you think we could do that sometime next week?”
You must take too long to respond, something you find unsurprising when his worried voice is bringing you back to the present. “Of course!”
Oh, that was too loud, you think with a wince. Catching even yourself off guard with your volume. Thankfully the super on the other end of the phone makes no comment about it.
“We can talk about it more tomorrow, if you want.”
Your face hurts from smiling, and you doubt it will stop anytime soon. “Absolutely.”
You can hear him exhale the breath that he had been holding in anticipation. “Great. I’ve been wanting to ask for a while now.”
“Honestly, so have I.”
You can practically hear the way he lights up when he next speaks. “I’ll talk to you tomorrow then. Goodnight.”
“Night, Kon.”
You hear the phone click off and cannot help the silent scream you give as you shove your face back into the pillow. You might be too excited to actually sleep now.
This thought is proven otherwise when you find yourself waking up the next morning to your alarm clock and a text from Kon asking what time you can call later so the two of you can plan your date.
It’s a good start to your day, you think.
But when Friday is rolling around the corner, the day of your date with Conner, the nerves finally start to set in.
You had agreed on a quieter coffeeshop, somewhere people might be less inclined to bother the pair of you on your date if he was recognized by chance.
At around 11 he shows up to your door, flowers, your umbrella, and a bag of the clothes you had lent him all in hand. He has that same goofy smile on his lips, but it looks softer. Everything about him does. He isn’t dressed in his leather jacket this time, but in a soft plaid flannel and worn jeans. Though you notice the piercings are still in, he had opted out of his sunglasses this time.
It suits him, is what you think, though you feel the way your cheeks heat before you remember to let him inside. At least before someone walks out to see the two of you there.
Kon is a little early as is, and you’re almost done, telling him as much before you take the flowers from him gently and put them in a vase with some water, thanking him in the meantime.
Finishing what you need to do does not take much time, and soon the both of you are out the door.
Despite your nerves, you can tell he is feeling the same way, and yet you both fall right back into your easy banter on the walk there.
You choke on your words for a moment when you feel him slip his hand into yours – taking it as a bad sign, you feel him pull away before you stop him, intertwining your fingers together. Neither of you say a word about it, but you can see the way his smile gets warmer and feel his grip tighten around yours.
It’s nice to see that the coffeeshop is mostly empty when you get in, and finding a seat away from view proves a quick task – as does getting your food and drinks. Though you had tried to sneak paying for your portion behind his back, Kon had seen it coming and taken care of both before you even got the chance.
It earned him a “thank you” before you stuck your tongue out at him like a child.
By the 30-minute mark of being in the café, the both of you had seemingly forgotten your nerves all together. Jokes flowed easily, and Kon feigned indignation when you balled up your straw wrapper and flicked it at him, hitting dead-center on his forehead.
It results in dramatic and fake tears that have you laughing so hard you start crying yourself, which just leads to Kon doubling over as well.
When both of you finally calm down, he reaches forward, pulling your hand across the table so that he can hold it once more.
You’re still listening, you swear to yourself, as he rubs his thumb across the back of your hand.
Okay, so maybe you aren’t listening, at least until the movement stops and you focus back on your date.
Kon has a view of the entire coffeehouse, though the pair of you are sat away in a corner. But he isn’t looking at you, he is staring at something right over your shoulder, squinting. His lips are in a thin line and only a moment later his shoulders slump and he sighs in a resigned manner.
It’s worrying, the direct shift in his mood. “Are you okay? Do we need to leave?” It’s tempting to turn around and try to see what he was looking at, but doing so would be too obvious, and you doubt you would recognize it.
He gives you a reassuring smile and begins to rub his thumb over the back of your hand again. “We don’t - I just see a very familiar mop of brown hair across the street.”
You study him for a moment before deciding at the least this is not a villain, which leaves one other option. “Your friends are watching us?”
It’s amusing really. Even superheroes cannot escape the meddling of friends – and this seemed in line for their antics.
“It’s definitely their heartbeats.” He gives a small smile once more before apologizing.
That heartbeat comment is interesting, and you make a note to ask him more about it later, but for now you have another matter to tend to.
“Hey, if I had told my best friend where we were then I am positive your friends would not be the only ones staking this date out right now. I am expecting a full interrogation when I get back home. And that is only if a home invasion has not already been committed,” you jest, trying to reassure him.
It seems to do the trick and he perks up a bit. “We can end the date here if you want, or we could stay a bit longer.”
It isn’t hard to hear the hope in his voice at the end of his sentence, and you happily agree to stay longer.
Every so often, at first, you catch him glancing out to where you assume his friends are hiding. Though you don’t look back yourself. If things continue the way that they have been then you are sure that you will meet them sooner rather than later.
But the two of you lose track of time eventually, both far too preoccupied with each other before one of the staff comes up to your table to inform you that it is 3 o’clock, and they’re closing for the day. You both apologize as you gather your things – you barely managing to beat Kon out and leave a tip – before the pair of you exit the building.
You stand there for a moment, and you can see the warning look that Kon shoots over your shoulder, causing you to snicker.
He gives one more apologetic smile as he looks back down at you. “I’d like them not to scare you off before I can ask for a second date,” he admits.
You hum for a moment, rocking in place as you look up at him. “You might wanna ask me now then,” you tease.
“I guess you’re right. Would you like to go on a second date?”
“There is nothing in this, or any other world, that would convince me to say no – I will absolutely go on another date with you, Conner.”
It looks like his turn to flush as he takes your hand again, pulling you alongside himself as he sets off in the direction of your apartment.
The conversation is still just as light and fun as it had been at the cafe, and you find yourself leaning into his side as you walk. Kon manages to catch you off guard when he lets go of your hand, causing you to pout at him, only for him to wrap his arm around you before intertwining your fingers again.
You can let him off the hook for that then, because you enjoy this a lot more.
To your dismay, you reach your front door. Though you see the hesitation on Kon’s face as well. You don’t mean to, but you can hear the offer leaving your mouth before you can stop it: “you can stay a while if you’d like.”
He seems tempted for a moment before he shakes his head reluctantly. “I do have some things to do today – and I should go round up my friends before they get into trouble too. Plus, it sounds like you’re walking into an interrogation.”
You pause at that before closing your eyes and letting out a deep sigh. “My friend is on the other side of that door.”
It isn’t a question, but Kon confirms it anyways.
You nod your head, glancing at the floor. You’re not ready for this date to be over, but it is a small reprieve to know there will at least be another.
You’re still tucked firmly against Kon’s side, and he makes no move to take his arm from around you either, but when you glance up you find him looking at you with a shy expression. It’s strange, seeing him look so sheepish compared to his bolstering charisma, but you let him take his time.
You’re glad you do, because you know he can hear the way your heartbeat picks up when he asks if he can kiss you.
It seems a struggle to get the word yes out, so instead you just nod your head in acceptance.
That is all he needs and Kon doesn’t hesitate to move both of his arms around you and kiss you properly. It isn’t until you tap him, reminding him you both need air, that Kon realizes he might seem a little too excited for that.
Not that you seem to care, he notes, admiring how flustered and shy you seem to have gotten before you wrap your arms around his waist in return and rest your face in the crook of his shoulder. “Oh” is all that he hears from you, and he doesn’t try to hide the way he lights up at that.
His phone starts ringing though, breaking the quiet moment, though neither of you pull away as he slips it out of his pocket to check what the issue is. But it’s a reminder that it’s time for him to go or soon he’ll be late to meet up with Ma and Pa back at the farm.
You know the look on his face and release him, stepping back and giving him a small nod. You know he has to leave, and you have to go face a slew of questions on the other side of your door.
He hesitates for a moment before leaning down and stealing one quick kiss, still enough to have you flustered a second time.
You know that he seems too amused with this new knowledge and you smack at his chest lightly. Kon holds his hands up in surrender with a sweet smile.
“I’ll call you later, okay?”
“I’ll let you know how all of this,” you motion to the door behind you with an exasperated look, “goes when we talk tonight.”
“I can’t imagine I'm getting off scot free either.”
You hum at that, remembering your little spies with amusement.
Finally, the both of you say your goodbyes and you watch as he disappears through the door that leads to the staircase with one last wave and charming smile.
Leaning against your own door though proves to be a mistake when it’s flung open the moment the tell-tell click of the stairwell door closing reverberates through the hallway.
“Tell me everything” is all you vaguely hear as your friend drags you back inside.

yandere superfam drabble i
Tumblr media
listen, i have a ton of ideas for the batfam. really, i do. but come on. superfam.
dc masterlist
Tumblr media
Thinking about Clark and his family as yanderes.
Individually, they're enough of a headache, but together? Damn.
Clark Kent sees himself as your father. The problem with him as a yandere is, he's genuinely terrifying. I mean, ignoring the fact that this man is literally Superman, he's also incredibly delusional.
I think most people downplay, or forget exactly how strong this man is. He's strong, fast, and so insanely smart. All that being said, there is literally zero chance of you avoiding him, under any circumstances.
The only saving grace in this situation is the fact that he's, like I said, delusional. Not in a 'oh, I know this is kind of wrong, but I can justify it as being right' kind of way. Rather, he wholeheartedly believes he's helping you, doing the best thing for you by allowing his obsession and thoughts of you overtake your life.
You don't even have the luxury of a slow descent into the situation. His mindset regarding you shifted really quickly, and by the time you were clued in on it, you'd already been stolen away to a farm in the middle of nowhere, ripped away from your life without warning.
The only aspect of his mindset that doesn't quite fit in with the delusional yandere archetype is the fact that, if you push the right buttons, he will absolutely fly off the handle. That in itself proves that, no matter how much he insists otherwise, he knows what he's done to you is wrong.
Jon Kent is a carbon copy of his father. He firmly believes that your place in life is with them, as a part of their family. The fact that you weren't born into the family means nothing to him. If you weren't meant to be with them, the your paths would never have crossed.
The only difference between him and Clark is that Jon has no doubt in his mind that what they're doing is okay. Clark is delusional; Jon is deranged. A part of you believes you can't really blame him - he's a child, a product of his environment. If that's what he was taught his whole life, by the people he loved and trusted, then of course he didn't see a problem with it. But the larger part of you still hated him, hated the fact that he saw you as the crazy one, as if his family hadn't abducted you from your crappy Metropolis apartment in the middle of the night.
And the fact that he was a few years younger than you didn't stop him from treating you like a child. Granted, he was insanely strong and fast, but that didn't mean you had to enjoy him manhandling you as easily as his father and brother whenever he thought you were getting too fussy.
Conner Kent, a few years your senior, isn't like Clark or Jon. He's completely aware of what they're doing to you, of how invasive and creepy it is. He just doesn't care.
I'd almost argue that him being fully aware of how wrong it all was might've been creepier than the shared delusion of Clark and Jon, especially since he could stare you dead in the eye, blank faced at the sight of your tears, and tell you in the most monotonous voice you've ever heard that he didn't care about what you wanted.
Besides a few uncanny moments with him, he was mostly pretty cocky and snide, with this keen way of getting under your skin. It's almost as if he revelled in the fact that you knew he knew they were wrong, the fact that he could do something to help you get away from all this, but he just... didn't.
The worst part was, if he hadn't, you know, kidnapped you, you might've liked him. He was easy to like, if you ignored the annoying sarcasm and ever-present smirk, the type of person you might've wanted to be friends with.
Too bad he spoiled all that by being batshit crazy.
Lois Lane, to her credit, was against the idea at first. She acted as the voice of reason in the family. Or, at least, she tried to. But the men in her family were nothing if not determined.
She realised how crazy, how morally wrong it was to rip someone away from their life for what you thought might be best for them. She also realised how terrified you'd be, surrounded by people, beings who were so much stronger than you, able to subdue you with little more than the tip of a pinky finger.
But, in the end, they won her over. The idea of someone to take care of, someone normal in the family - someone like her, and a daughter to boot - the offer was too sweet to pass up on. She's an odd mix of mindsets, a point somewhere between Clark's delusion and Conner's unwavering sanity, and that makes her scarier than the rest of them, somehow.
The fact that she knows it's wrong, but is able to convince herself it's for your own good - that's terrifying.
Though, she is great in the motherly role, acting as neutral ground for whenever one of the others overwhelm you past what you can reasonably handle. She seems to have a sixth sense for your threshold too, appearing as if out of thin air whenever you're close to snapping at one of the three men who are always in your hair.
Out of all four of them, you'd admit to liking her the most, though admittedly, it's for a selfish reason. She's the easiest person to slip by - the rest of them have super sight and hearing, and even if you could slip away, they'd catch up to you in a few seconds flat. Lois, as much as you may dislike her, was only human. Yes, she had this weird sense for when you'd try to pull something, but for the most part, you had more leeway with her than anyone else.
As a result, you stuck to her like glue, which lead to Jon whining that you were playing favourites. Jon, you could understand. He was a child, one who was used to getting his way most of the time. Clark, however, also tended to develop a strangely endearing pout whenever you ignored him, one that had even Lois caving and forcing you to spend time with someone other than her.
One thing all of them had in common was the fact that they were so damn clingy. They seemed magnetically drawn to you, hanging off of you like children at all hours of the day. It was infuriating, constantly having your personal space intruded upon.
Even at night, when you tried to sleep, you'd wake to find Conner or Jon sliding in beside you, or, even worse, you'd mysteriously wake up in Clark and Lois' bed the next morning. That always made you uncomfortable - how had they managed to move you several rooms down without you once waking up?
Your only saving grace was that all four had their own lives outside of the household, often leaving for work or school, or even patrols, so you very rarely had to deal with all four at the same time. Your favourite days were the ones when it was just you and Lois. You could slip away in the morning, right after Jon caught the bus to school, and spend the entire day away from the prison-like household.
They at least trusted you enough to let you roam around the farm freely. Well, not trusted, exactly. More like, they knew you couldn't get far before one of them caught up to you.
The perks of living in the middle of buttfuck nowhere.
On the bright side, they acted as if the entire household revolved around you. You could decide what everyone ate for breakfast and dinner, you could decide the 'family activity' of the week. They tended to give in to what you wanted pretty easily, on the condition that you gave them something in return, whether it be attention, affection, or some crudely handmade gift that wasn't worth much.
Despite their joyful front though, they could all be terrifying, especially Clark. You'd learnt that the hard way when they'd first taken you. One of them snapping usually only happened if you put yourself in harm's way, but there were other circumstances where they (Clark), felt punishment was warranted.
You'd once made the mistake of making genuinely hurting Lois (or, her feelings at least), to the point of making her cry. Once, and never again.
But since then, you'd learnt how to play your cards, how to skate by in the Kent household with only a small dose of anxiety. You'd managed to avoid being metaphorically (and literally) shackled to the bed, like when you'd first arrived. Time had made things easier - time, and getting to know them.
As much as you were loathed to admit it, getting to know them had made it easier to handle them. It'd been a hard pill to swallow originally, but as the months went by, you'd had to accept the fact that you weren't going anywhere, and it was better to adapt to the situation than remain sullen and miserable for the rest of your life.
They seemed to believe you were slowly but surely coming around to the idea of being a part of their family. You definitely acted like it. But deep down, you were biding your time, waiting, planning for the perfect moment.
You'd leave, run and hide, go to furthest corner of the earth to get away from them. You always thought you would, and one day, you did.

BEING ADOPTED INTO THE KENT FAMILY WOULD INCLUDE...
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Showing up at the Kent family farm nervous as all hell.
Your new parents did their best to make you comfortable and at ease on the rather long drive to your new home,
But nerves were natural.
And such was evident at your rather quiet approach.
You didn't really feel like chatting, even if your new parents seemed nice enough.
It was... weird.
You went from living in city suburbs with couples looking to make themselves look better by adopting a 'troubled teen' to being surrounded by corn in the middle of nowhere Kansas.
You had two new brothers appearently. According to Lois.
Jon and Kon.
Funny.
When you'd met Clark he seemed like he was deliberatly trying to make himself smaller and less threatening.
Which was kinda funny because of how comically jacked he was for a reporter.
Your first night wasn't too overwhelming.
Your new family gave you time to settle in, and you even had your own room which was super nice.
It was like a complete blank slate, completely your own to make cozy and comfy.
You settled in surprisingly quickly, Jon was definitly a big help in putting you at ease.
He took it upon himself to show you how to do the chores.
Weeding the garden, feeding the animals, and changing their hay, it was a great way to get to know your little brother.
He also roped you into staying up a little later to play video games in his room.
You were almost positive Clark and Lois knew, and just didn't say anything.
Kon was like the cool brother that showed up to be your partner in crime then dipped.
He didn't live on the farm, he had told you he was roommates with afew of his friends.
Like one of those early 2000's sitcoms.
Clark did his absolute best to be the father figure you'd never actually had.
He helped with your schoolwork, encouraged your hobbies and was overjoyed to give you advice when you asked.
For such a big guy, it was certainly decieving.
He was like tne sweetest person you'd ever met, and even taught you how to do things like crochet and bake.
Lois is a powerhouse of a mother.
If you have any problems in school she's on it before it can become an issue.
Bullying? Dealt with.
Bad grades? What's the problem, sweety?
And as you started to get more... comfortable in your new home, you noticed that there were some odd things about your new family.
Regular everyday things resulted in broken items.
Wether it was Clark breaking a glass,
Jon breaking the handle on the barns sliding door,
Even Kon accidentally broke the faucet when he visited.
Speaking of Kon.
He sure visits alot for someone who lives out of state.
Huh.
He must be spending a whole lot on plane tickets.
And the whole family was weirdly aware of like- everything.
The only way you could logically explain it was that it's because Lois and Clark are reporters?
But, like, that also doesn't make sense?
How did Clark know you were in the kitchen at like 2am? His and Lois' room was upstairs all the way down the hall.
No way he heard you.
Not to mention the weird amount of "work calls" he had to run off to.
And Jon had a strange amount of school field trips.
Something was up with your new family.
And maybe it was time to delve into the family buisness.
Reporters uncovered secrets afterall.
And this family had a lot of them.
Tumblr media
@zeep-wuz-here I did the thing... (>_<)
Reader is gonna do some snooping uh-huh. Mini reporter in the making digging up the ✨️secrets✨️

Reader is a clone of Plastic Man, cuz I love him.
Heyo my Hatchlings, how has everyone been doing? I finally finished up my assignment and I’m finally back. Did you guys miss me?
As a clone of Plastic Man, you put a good amount of people on edge when you appeared. Seeing as Plastic Man is very much immortal and unbeatable in the long game, they feared if you were good or evil, as there wouldn’t really be any way to defeat you if you turned out to be bad.
Luckily for them, you turned out to be as good of a guy as a clone of Plastic Man could be. You weren’t completely black and white, and sure you stole sometimes, and had a habit out of causing problems for corrupt people in power, but who were they to blame you.
You lived with Patrick Obrian, since he’s the closest thing you have to a family, and he never even had the thought of rejecting you because of your clone status. If anybody knows what its like to be judged and struggling to exist, its him.
Patrick plays an active supportive role in your life, and he teaches you how to use your powers. You end up being very skilled at the shapeshifting part of your shared powers. Sure, you still stretched, grew or shrank in size, anything Plastic Man could do, but you enjoyed shapeshifting the most. You even got a hang on switching colors, something Patrick struggled with.
When Young Justice was cooked up, you were one of the first they placed on the team. Mainly because of how powerful you were, and since part of them wanted to keep an eye on you, just in case.
You never took anything too seriously, it just came with the territory of being a clone of Plastic Man. Live life and all that. You did get into some arguments with different members of the team when it comes to morals, but that’s to be expected of a team.
When the team finds and rescues Conner, you immediately feel a level of kinship with him. Your clone status isn’t known outside of the league, so the knowledge Conner was born with doesn’t let him know you are a clone too.
As everyone tries to figure out what to do with Conner, you just settle down beside him, your stretched limbs dragging closer to you until they’re the normal length, where you offer him a snack or something to drink.
“Youd think they’d be better at dealing with clones, huh?” you joke, chewing on your own snack as he just looks at you, still confused and on edge about everything.
At his questioning glance, you lift your goggles and wink at him, pointing a thumb at yourself as you almost proudly declare yourself a clone of the best member of the justice league, if you were to be asked anyways.
As the league tries to figure it all out, you sit with Conner and just talk his ear off, never letting him wallow to far and making it harder for him to overhear the negative things said about him. Only Patrick knew, but the League fearing that you’d turn evil still weighed on you, and you didn’t want Conner to deal with the same thing.
Its only after you’ve made him smile and laugh that you accept that you’ve done your duty. When its time to leave you give him a way to contact you, and give him another cheesy wink before pulling your goggles back on, telling him that you clones should stick together.
Over time you become one of the people Conner is closest too, especially when he isn’t as welcomes by the people around him as he had hoped. This angers you and by extension Patrick, but your father figure just rolls his eyes and says he isn’t surprised.
In the beginning Conner spends a lot of time with you and Patrick, but mainly you, since you are closer in age. To be someone to look up too, you even stop with your petty crime for a while, just so your bad reputation won’t rub off on Conner.
Seeing him mingle better with the team, you take a happy step back and let him build the relationships he craves. Because of your different opinions and looser morals, you never became much more than acquaintances with the team, but seeing your fellow clone happy is enough for you.
But even as Conner gets closer to the team, he still holds onto you, since you were the first person to show him casual kindness without any suspicion or wanting something in return. You also have a lot more life skill than he does, so going to you for advice is normal for him.
When the time comes, you were most likely the one to leave the young justice team first out of everyone. You just don’t fit into their dynamic, and you run best on your own or with your father figure. Its hard to be an immortal who would never get to experience true normal life on a team of people who could.
You don’t leave the league, but you become more of a contractor, someone they call in when they need the help. You keep beating up bad guys, but you also fall back on the familiar feeling of crime. You only steal from those that deserve it though, and use your shapeshifting to easily get away with it.
It becomes a bit of a running gag, as the league always sends the young justice team after you since you aren’t an actual lethal threat. It kinda becomes training for them, and since Meghan can’t ever find you through mind powers, they have to work hard to find you.
When Conner leaves the team you to go out for drinks. Who cares about your ages. Seeing your father figure, you could be thousands of years old and never age physically, so it didn’t matter to you.
If your relationship was romantic, this would most likely be where it developed further, since Conner would be less tied to the team, and he could spend more time with you.
If your relationship isn’t romantic, it would still develop from here, just become more brotherly. You always joke you’re the batman to his superman, always shapeshifting into batman when you do, much to Conners fake annoyance.
Honestly even if it became romantic, youd still transform into batman and make kissy faces at him, since superbat is probably a running gag in the league.
You guys go on dates, even if its platonic, just to spend time together, maybe travel the world a bit, or even travel space, since you could easily survive away from earth. Theres probably also some very deep conversations about existence and your worth, since being a clone and always being treated like one weigh heavy on anyone.
When it truly hits Conner how much you struggle with your own role as a clone, he’s a bit surprised. Hed never imagined you were just completely fine, but you had always seemed to let the comments and suspicion roll off your back.
All in all, you two have each other’s back, always. The bond you have is deep in the way only two people created the same place for the same purpose can have. So, no matter if its romantic or platonic, you two become a familiar sight on and off the battlefield.

It was quiet. There was no sound of cars in a busy street, voices of pedestrians that became too much as they all overlapped, no musty smell of used up air. It was quiet, only the sound of the TV, animals outside, and the heartbeats of your loved ones could he heard.
Your grandparent's farm was your escape. It was where you could go when you wanted to get away from the city that you and your family lived in. Apparently, everyone agreed, because now you're spending the summer on the farm, along with your mother, father, and brothers.
Your mother was helping your grandmother clean up after breakfast. Your father was helping your grandfather with the animals, you and Jon were watching a cartoon, and Kon was still sleeping.
Despite your grandparents being two lonely farmers, more people were still going to be joining you. Everyone had decided that it would be nice to invite Bruce Wayne and his children to join in on your short vacation. You had barely gotten Jon to sleep the night he found out that they said yes, he was far too excited about what was to come. Eventually, your mother had to come in and scold him for still being up.
If you listened close enough, you could hear their plane, and if you listened even closer, you could hear their hearts and words. Which Jon had been doing the entire time he had been awake, anxiously waiting for his best friend and his family to arrive, your father and Kon doing the same. Was it a little weird that Clark, Kon, and Jon were all best friends with members of the Wayne family? Yeah, a little bit. But did you care? No.
Jon had been going on for years now about his best friend, Damian Wayne. Apparently, the two of them met due to being Robin and Superboy. Jon had told you about the many adventures the two of them had, the times they would hang out at Wayne Manor, and how much he adored Damian. You've heard similar stories about Bruce, and Tim aswell, your father and Kon sharing the same excitement as Jon over their best-friends.
Almost all of the Wayne family has heard about you, too, but not as much as Damian has. Jon is always talking about his older sibling, born just two years before himself, and a year after Damian. Jon is always talking about the things the two of you have done, what you like, any new changes you've made to your appearance. To some extent, Damian feels as if he already knows you. You also feel the same.
"I can't wait for you to meet him." Jon excitedly tells you, taking his eyes away from the small TV and looking at you. You turn to meet his gaze and offer a small smile, hoping it will get him to stop gushing about this family you've never met. Maybe you're excited about meeting a certain older brother, one that your family said came back from the dead. It's not that you don't want to meet them, it's just that you don't want to spend your summer with some strangers.
~☆~
It was about lunchtime when you could hear the plane getting closer to the farm, your family raced outside to greet their friends.
A grown man was the first to jump out of the plane, his hair wavy and black, eyes blue and skin tan. He had one of those Hollywood smiles that instantly got you plastered on a magazine. He ran up to your father and welcomed him into an embrace. He was far too young to be Bruce Wayne, but also too old to be Damian.
Another boy hopped out and jogged over to Kon. Obviously, that's Tim. His pale skin and shaggy black hair gave it away.
Who you assume was Bruce emerged next, the wrinkle between his eyebrows and his strong physique being a sign. You could hear your father whisper his name as he went up to hug the man.
An even younger boy walked out, instantly earning a yell from Jon. He looked almost identical to Bruce. Only his skin was tan, and his nose was stronger. His eyes were green, a strong contrast from the three blue-eyed men that he had traveled with. His hair was black and clean cut, styled upwards. He was gorgeous. His description could only mean that he was the one and only Damian.
Another man walked into the light. He was tall and muscular. His wavy hair was black with a stripe of white and out of his face. He was wearing sunglasses, blocking his eyes from your view. Even from the distance, you could see the scars that adorned the side of his face. Jason Todd.
You watched as your family exchanged their hellos, obviously excited about the entire situation. Just as you were about to turn and go back inside, you heard your father introducing your grandparents. That could only mean that you were next.
His arms gestured around your family before finally landing on you, "And that's, Y/N." He spoke.
The first man(whom you overheard the name of) started walking towards you, his flashy smile on display.
"Hi, I'm Dick!" He introduced himself, offering you a handshake. After you reciprocated the gesture, he put his arm over your shoulders, holding you to his side. His hand rose up to point at the other people he arrived with. "That's Bruce," he stated, pointing at the man next to your father. "That's Jason," His finger was now pointed at the man with the white streak in his hair, "Tim" was all he said as he gestured to the boy conversing with Kon. "And that's Damian." He said, pointing at the boy that was being bombarded with questions by Jon. To your surprise, he was staring right at you. His gaze was sharp and felt like he was seeing right through you.
Your eye contact was interrupted as your grandmother came rushing past you with a pitcher of tea and some cups.

"Superboy, this is Powerpuff Man. He protects the city of Townsville from aliens, giant monsters, and demons." Superman introduced.
Conner sized the young hero up. He was certainly... colorful. Hot pink fingerless leather gloves. Black boots, light blue tights and a green leather jacket. He looks like he'd fit better at a pride parade than being a superhero, but Conner took his father's word for it. "Nice to meet you, Powerpuff Man." Conner tried not to laugh at his ridiculous name.
The other hero shook his hand. "You want to laugh don't you? It's okay. Most people do, but I can't change the name. I've had it since I was six years old."
"You've been fighting crime since you were six?"
"Hell of an age to start, eh?"
Superboy laughed. "I guess so."
Superman smiled. It was nice to see Conner getting along with other superheroes.

It's summer in Metropolis; the sun is beginning to set, slowing down over the horizon to bathe the world in a pink, hazy glow. You, Kon, and Tim are slouched on the couch of your new apartment, boxes piled high around the three of you.
"You know…" you begin, sagging against Tim.
"We can always unpack tomorrow," Kon finishes for you. You hum in agreement and roll your head over Tim's shoulder to look up at him.
"Yea," he huffs tiredly, "yea, I'm good with that."
"We should go out," you say, sitting up and ignoring the grumbled complaints of Kon as you jostle him where he was settling in against your shoulder. "The fair is best this time of day. Come on, please?" Kon and Tim exchange a love-struck glance as you look up at them - a glance that maybe you would notice if you weren't so busy pouting at them. A glance maybe the two of them would be aware of if they weren't so busy each trying to hide the fact that they're so in love with you.
"Alright," Tim says, pulling himself off the couch. "I'll figure out which of these boxes we put our boards in…"
By the time the three of you were skateboarding down to the boardwalk, you were all trying desperately not to think of the mess you'd left while you tore through boxes trying to find what you needed, and you were giggling quietly to yourself at the whole ordeal.
"Stop laughing like that," Kon says, but his voice gives away his own laughter, "it's not funny, we're going to have to clean that up later."
"Yea, yea," you say, waving your hand dismissively. "Tomorrow, though. Tonight I get to just eat funnel cakes and drink slushies until I can't stand anymore and need you to carry me home." Tim snorts at your words.
"Oh, yea, that's romantic," he says sarcastically, but neither he nor Kon misses the blush that spreads across your cheeks at his words, although you do your best to hide it as you pull up to the fair on your boards.
"Hmm, nope, not quite. Try again - you never know, maybe the eighth time it'll work," you comment lazily, taking a bite out of your funnel cake as you watch Tim and Kon fail spectacularly at one of the fair games.
"You try it then," Kon quips back, trying to shove the ball at you. You dodge him, though, moving to hide behind Tim.
"Nuh uh… they're rigged, Kon. That's why neither of you can win." You laugh as Tim scoffs at your words, snatching the ball from Kon and aiming at the stack of pins.
"We'll win," he says stubbornly. When the ball misses yet again, he turns to you, hands on his hips. "How many of those have you eaten?"
"Beautiful subject change, Timmy. This is my last one, I promise," you say, curling your hand around Tim's elbow so that you can drag him away from the game, Kon following behind. "Here, Kon, help me finish this. It's almost dark out and we need slushies." Kon grins at you and takes the rest of the funnel cake from your hand, letting you continue to pull the two of them through the fair.
"Cheer up, Tim," he says, mouth full. "You know this next part is the best."
"You were right, Kon… this is the best." Tim's words are quiet, his eyes trained on the horizon where the last light of the sun dips over the water, blanketing the three of you in darkness. You rub your hand on your jeans, the condensation from your slushie making your fingers cold.
"Aw, you getting all sentimental on us?" Kon croons, slushie straw still in his mouth as Tim scoffs and jostles his shoulder, mumbling a shut up under his breath. You lean back on your hands, feet swinging over the edge of the pier as you listen to the other two.
"Do you really think this is a good idea?" You ask softly. The other two look at you.
"We said we'd do this when we all finally moved in together. We sat right here on this pier when we agreed that the next time we all met up in Metropolis, it would be to build a home together. Of course this is right," Tim says pointedly. You huff, keeping your eyes focused on the rippling water underneath the three of you, watching the way the waves hit the wooden supports and dissolve back into the darkness.
"No, I mean… are we doing the right thing? Like, being here, I mean, and - and doing all of this together… how do we know we're growing up right?" The two of them are silent in response, Tim frowning, eyes forward, while Kon stares intently at you. "I feel like we're standing on our own feet for the first time," you continue, "and if we trip ourselves up - or, even worse, if we trip one another up… I just - I don't know if we're doing this all wrong."
"I don't know if there's a right way to grow up," is Kon's quiet response, his voice more serious than you're used to. "I know that's… not the response you want. I know you take a lot of pride in squaring your shoulders and planting your feet and knowing that you're doing the right thing and headed in the right direction - and that's something I love about you. You always know… you know who you are and what you're doing and where you're going. Honestly, I… I really envied you for a while because of that. But… I think this might just take some stumbling. That's why we're doing it together - if you fall, we'll catch you. If one of us falls, you'll catch us. We've got each other." Kon smiles after his speech and you think, for a brief moment, that the sun's come out again, reversed time just to shine on you one last time before you're all adults. But it's just Kon - Kon with his sunshine smile and unwavering faith. Kon, with his feet planted so firmly and his posture so steady - and you realize that you envy him for the very thing that he envies about you. Funny how that works.
"What if we do trip one another up?" Tim says, hands clenched in his lap. "What if you're right and when one of us stumbles, we just take the other two down with us?" You reach over at Tim's words - at the tense strain in his voice, and tangle your hand in his so that you can silently coax his fingers to relax.
"Maybe Kon's right…" you say softly. "I'm sure we will mess up. We'll make mistakes and we'll argue and then we'll make up again. None of this is going to be perfect - we're not perfect, despite our best efforts. Maybe it's time we learn to make some mistakes." You smile gently, squeezing Tim's hand in your own. Kon grins at your declaration and Tim sighs, tipping his head back to stare up at the sky, the stars beginning to shine ever so slightly through the haze of the city lights.
"Yea…" he says wistfully. "Maybe it is time for us to learn how to make some mistakes."

non-vigilante batsis is almost always done with her family. Always bothering her and always in her business, she can't blame them and honestly, she can't get too angry at them for being that way. Sure she knows how to defend herself, they all made sure of that but it's the fact that some of the people who are against them can overpower her and hurt her in many more ways than one that causes them to kinda have a short leash on her.
So it's no surprise to Dick who was sure that one day that batsis was going to rebel when he catches her sneaking back into the house in the middle of the night thinking that no one but Alfred would be home. He catches her the third time of her doing this, if anything she's happy that he didn't see who dropped her off.
She just hopes Dick doesn't look too hard at the shirt that the guy she's been sneaking out with let her wear, the giant S in the middle would give her away immediately.

Superhero fans for years have been saying that Dick Grayson 'has a thing for redheads' because his two main canon love interests are redhead women and his most popular mlm ship is from one of the worst DC adaptions ever with a guy who also happens to be ginger but Princess Koriand'r is a black woman,Babara Gordon has multiple black adaptions and his other gfs have been Bea Bennett who is black too and Helena Bertinelli specifically when she got rebooted to be black/white mixed and Tim Drake is said to canonically have a type in blondes because he's canon bi now thanks to Bernard Dowd but in his second solo he was dating a black girl named Tam Fox and way back in his first run his first crush Ariana Dzerchenko dyed her hair blonde because she thought that's why he liked Stephanie Brown and Tim straight up made a very strained fake smile while thinking 'I hate it' and the fandom made a whole meme fanart trend of Kon-El Kent being upset and wishing he was blonde so Tim would've chosen him instead since he was previously considered Tim's canon boyfriend by fans. But when black people headcanon Hobie Brown as stritcly black4black or perfers to date black women over anyone else and make jokes about how he'd never date a white person because of how black punkish he is and there's nothing to disprove either since his only love interest is his Prowler variant's Mindy Mcpherson who's a black woman and him and Gwen Stacy were left ambigious in the finale version of Atsv,we're being 'uninclusive' and 'too mean'.Lol.Lmao even. What's y'all's opinion on the Percy Jackson show deciding to let Leah Jeffries keep her natural hair instead of the blonde afro wig they considered which was a good call in a meta sense since book!Annabeth Chase hates being blonde because she wants to be seen as more than her hair color btw

Storming in the Streets - Conner "Kon" Kent x Reader
Word Count: 1,863
Summary: Kon sees someone under a shop awning – while a storm rages around them. Thinking they may need to get to their destination dry, he offers his jacket to help them. Too bad the storm has other plans.
Notes: I have never written for Kon before. Also, this was technically my first attempt in years writing an “x reader” but I was only ever motivated to write it when there was a literal summer storm going on outside.
Part II here
…★…
“Hey, are you alright?”
At the sound of the voice behind you, your head whips around – not the best decision considering how tired you are and the way it seems to make the world spin despite your body remaining rooted where you stand. It takes another minute before you remember you were asked a question, and the man in front of you is waiting patiently for your answer. You squint, assessing the situation before you decide to answer. “I’m alright.”
“You’ve been standing here for the last, like, 15 minutes, do you need any help?”
Before you even get the chance to answer there is a crack of thunder above you, drowning out any words you may speak. There is a simple word on the tip of your tongue: no. No, you do not need any help, thank you. But that would be a lie – you’re dead on your feet, with too many bags to drag behind you and into your apartment during a raging storm. The storm would be fine on a regular day – but you’re already bone tired and the thought of water seeping through your clothes is an unpleasant one at best. Finally finding your voice, you give him an answer. “Honestly, I’m not sure that I can get all these bags back to my apartment. Not without something breaking.”
He seems to think for a moment, and somewhere in the back of your mind something says he looks familiar. You find it on the tip of your tongue and then he flashes a smile and just like that the thought it gone. “I can help you carry them back,” he shrugs, standing a little straighter and that same smile plastered on his face, “if you’d like the help.”
You need the assistance, really, and with the sun starting to set your options are dwindling as is. But inviting a stranger back to your apartment is certainly not in the top 10 list of ‘best ideas’ and you know that much. Your apprehension must have shown because the stranger’s voice breaks you from your thoughts once more.
“I can give you my name, and you can send a picture to someone you know, to be on the safe side if that’s what you’re worried about.”
You hum for a moment, thinking it over. “Y/N.”
“Kon – well, Conner. But everyone calls me Kon.” He shifts closer as you pull out your phone, still waiting patiently. Once more you ignore the feeling of familiarity, instead turning your back to him and holding the camera up for a selfie – some morbid part of your mind chimes you may as well have an updated photo if you go missing. If it bothers him, he says nothing about it. Instead, he gives a charming smile, long enough for you to take the picture and send it off to one of your friends, before slipping the device back into your pocket.
Turning back to him, you already have a few of the bags on your arms. “I can grab a few more really quick.” Rather than reach for a bag, you find him taking off his jacket instead before stepping closer, draping it over your shoulders.
“Don’t worry, I can carry the rest of them,” he assures, picking them up before you have a moment to protest. It takes you longer than you care to admit for your brain to reboot, and when it does, you’re flustered. Enough so he notices because his charming smile is threatening to give way to an amused smirk. You can see it in his eyes.
“Don’t you need your jacket though? It’s raining.”
“I think you could use it more right now.”
He says it like it’s the easiest thing in the world, and the thought of staying somewhat dry is too compelling. Enough so that you set your bags down so you can properly slip the jacket on instead.
“Thank you,” you murmur, gathering your bags back up. You swear they’re lighter than they were just a moment ago – enough to notice – and you think he may have more bags on his arm than he did before you were distracted. You decided not to ask about it. Making your way out into the rain, with him following, you are determined to reach your apartment before you end up looking like a wet cat. Especially with the attractive guy walking beside you.
It is 5 minutes into the walk, you’re already wet, and so is Kon – not that you mind too much with the way his shirt is clinging to him – but you do feel a bit bad about it. Luckily, you can see your apartment building just ahead. “We’re almost there, it’s that one, with the crumpled sign next to it.”
“See, and nothing bad happened just because I’m not wearing a jacket.”
The absolute confidence in his voice makes you laugh and you turn to look at him. “Careful, we haven’t made it there yet.”
“I am 100% promising you that we’ll make it inside alright.”
“What, you wanna bet on it?”
“Let’s make it a bet.”
And as if the world had the same sense of humor as you, or was determine to prove Kon wrong, a car came screeching past you. Being on the sidewalk, neither of you paid too much attention to it, until it hit the large puddle of standing water as it came rushing up on you.
Faster to react than you, Kon turned his back to the wall of water that came crashing down, shielding you and the bags you had both been carrying to the best of his ability.
Freeing one of your hands and wiping the water out of your eyes you looked back up at Kon who now stood soaked to the bone. Grinning, and unable to help yourself, you quip up at him, “I think I won the bet.”
He stops and looks at you for a moment, seeming to process your words before a smile breaks out across his face and he laughs. “Yeah, alright, you win this one.”
“Come on, I can get you a towel when we get inside.” You pick your bags back up before ushering him forward. As if the rain had not been trying its hardest, the car had certainly soaked him enough. You had to stifle a laugh, careful not to compare him to a wet kitten the way he looked beside you now.
Ignoring the annoyed glare from the lobby receptionist, the pair of you headed straight for the elevator which remained empty thankfully. You manage to reach the front door of your apartment with ease, fishing your keys out of your pocket before halfway stumbling inside, your arms already tired from the bags you had been hauling before letting the majority of them hit the floor with a thunk, the delicate bags (which you had made sure to hold onto) being set on the table instead. Kon followed your lead, still dripping a small ocean’s worth of water onto your hardwood floor. Cringing at the thought of waiting longer, and feeling cold yourself you asked him to stay put for a moment before you vanished into the bathroom, reemerging with a towel. “You can get dried off if you want, and there are some extra towels. First door on the right.”
A look of relief shone through and he mumbled a quick thank you, carefully taking the towel before disappearing into the bathroom.
Discontent with leaving it at that, you scamper off to find your clean laundry, knowing you had to have some clothes that may fit him. You had enough comfy, oversized shirts and sweats. Now on a mission, you dug through what you had, ignoring the nagging that reminded you that you would have to clean it back up later. Finally, you got a hold of a pair of pants and a shirt, one you’re guessing will be able to fit him. Content with the choice you make your way back down the hall and knock on the door, Kon opening it just enough to peak out at you.
“I figured it’s not much good to get dry and then get back into soaked clothes. I think these should fit you just fine.”
“Thanks again – but are you sure?”
“Well, I also appreciate my floor not turning into a pool, so yes.”
With a hum of agreement, he took the clothes from you and shut the door again.
Satisfied, you threw your own towel over your shoulders and cleared one of the bags out so he could put his soaked clothes inside, fishing out an umbrella as well. No sense in giving him clean clothes only to get soaked again on his walk back home. When you hear the door open you look up and meet his eyes and find your breath catching in your throat.
He looked good – and maybe you had misjudged the size of the clothes, but you were not about to complain, you reasoned, when he stepped out.
Flustered, you handed the umbrella over to him.
“Oh, my thanks for saving you from the wall of water?”
You laugh despite yourself at his joke, seeing the amused grin on his face growing at your response. “Something like that, yeah.”
The next few minutes were spent gathering his things, assuring him once more you would be alright without the umbrella. Though he seemed more than happy to leave it with you, you wanted him to stay at least a little dry while he made his way back out. Finally ready, the pair of you shuffled to the door, with you lingering in the threshold as he turned back around – now standing in the apartment's hallway.
Maybe it was your eyes playing tricks on you, but you could almost swear he looked flustered for a moment before he was brandishing that same confident smile once more. “Maybe I could give you my number then – so I can return the umbrella later.”
Taking the dive and rocking on the balls of your feet you shot back, “maybe we could get a coffee together too?”
You decided then and there that the sun would cower in shame if it ever saw the way he lit up at your question. “I was hoping we could,” he chimed handing his phone over with a new contacts page open.
You put your name and number in before handing the device back.
“I should get going now though. I'm sure you have things to do and I have some errands to finish.”
“Feel free to message and we can talk a bit later.”
“Oh, I will. I’ll talk to you later.” He winked, pulling another laugh from you, before turning to make his way back outside into the storm.
Content with all that had happened, you bounded back inside, making sure to lock the door behind you before looking for your phone – you needed to let your friend know you were okay, or you would never hear the end of it.
Unlocking the device, you almost choked on air when you see the text notification:

Superman x witch fem black reader x Superboy! Our future? Part 1!
You come back from a mission only to meet a boy who claims to be your son?!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
After your mission with Flash which was an epic win! After going back in time to help stop an ancient Egyptian pharaoh from destroying world you just wanted to turn in your report go home and watch TV and rest but life had another plan for you today!
"When you use that spell on that other guy and had him hallucinating that he was fighting in his underwear was absolutely hilarious Y/H/N! (Your Hero Name)
"Right? Like he didn't see that coming! I do feel bad for the poor guy tho." We entered the Batcave as we got closer we could hear three people talking I saw Batman and Superman an unfamiliar face. It was a boy well more like a teenager he had blue jeans, black combat boots with a black shirt when he turned around I can see the Superman symbol and for some reason you had this pull towards him and he looked strangely familiar?
"Hey guy's! We're back it took a while you know with the whole space-time thing but we're fine, we made it got the job done so uh who's the new guy new face looks pretty young to join the Justice League don't you think?" Flash says. Superman looked at me I gave him a small wave to say hello but he just gave an awkward smile looking pass you. It was weird he usually doesn't do that, something must have happened you turned your attention back to the teenager who was looking at you with his eyes glossing over like he was close to crying?
"Since when do we allow fans into the batcave?" I asked hands on my hips I had got a good look at his face better and to your surprise he looked kind of like Clark? Before you could say anything the boy ran towards you with such speed nearly knocked you over he pulled you into a big bear hug almost like he was too scared to let you go everyone just stood watching the scene Bruce stood with a blank face, Superman stood there with an uneasy look while Flash was just as confused as you were with what was going on.
"Your here! I made it just in time!" The boy says into your shoulder you honestly didn't know what the heck was going on but something in you felt a connection to this unknown boy. You hug him back rubbing his back he pulled back flustered.
"Uh hi?" I say with a confused smile.
"H-hi! I mean I'm sorry for uh hugging you I just got really excited!" The boy said with a nervous smile geez even his smile is like Clark's!
"That's fine hon just uh be careful next time you wanna hug someone. You nearly knocked me off my feet!" You say hitting his shoulder. He smiled but was still flustered, you got a better look he was definitely a spitting image of Clark but only a tad bit kid had some muscle on him that's for sure but what really caught your attention was his eye's they were Y/E/C (your eye color)you put a hand on his cheek making him flinch a bit from your warm touch.
"That's funny your eyes..." Before you could finish Flash cut you off sliding over next to you and the kid.
"Can someone explain what and who this boy is please?" Flash says looking the kid up and down, Batman looked towards Superman who looked back shaking his head Batman looked towards the boy who looked back nodding than turned at you nervous.
"Um so first I'm really happy to meet you and second please don't freak out when I tell you this but I'm Kon-el."
"Oh so you are Kryptonian! Another cousin you failed to tell us about Superman?" I asked jokingly but he just looked at you awkwardly with a tiny blush, okay what the heck is wrong with him? You just turned your attention back to the young man.
"Well it's very nice to meet you Kon-el the minute I saw you I knew you were somehow related to Superman. You are just as handsome as the man of steel himself!" You say with a smile he blushed at your words while Superman also looked flustered by you calling him handsome.
"Thanks...mom."
I froze the smile on my face slowly dropping I heard Flash gasped while Bruce and Clark stared at your face waiting for reaction the boy looked at you with a bit of concern but the only thing you could do was just stand in shock looking between the boy and Superman who was still waiting for your reaction but you let out a simple small confused "Huh?" before everything went black.
Clark's POV
Before anyone else could react Y/n eyes rolled in the back of her head luckily I had caught her in time. Conner I mean Superboy started to panic kneeling to the ground along side me.
"I-i'm sorry it just slipped out!" I just gave him a small understandable look.
"It's fine Superboy she's okay just in shock."
Not that you blame her I nearly had the same reaction I was in metropolis when Bruce had gave me the call saying that it was urgent I rushed over only to find Batman holding a teenage boy at gun point (it was a kryptonite gun) at first I was confused and concerned until Batman told me that the boy claimed to be mine and Y/H/N son which of course was hard to believe because I was in a relationship with Lois even though we've been having issues and Y/n had no interest in dating (at least that's what I was told by Diana) and we were only close friends nothing more nothing less. At least that's what I thought until the boy in front of me claimed to be our child and he needed the Justice League's help. Of course me and Bruce had doubts but I could see that he did resembled me a bit only he didn't have my blue eyes but had Y/E/C (your eye color) that's when the boy who called himself Superboy told Bruce to look in his back jean pocket and that there was a picture to prove it of course Batman did in to our surprise it was a picture of me and Y/n who was laying in a hospital bed, a beautiful but tired smile on her face and was holding a newborn baby, at the bottom of the photo it read "Welcome to the world our little miracle child Connor Kent" I had to hold on to something because I felt faint, Bruce held my shoulder trying to help me stand on my feet.
I had a son? the son of Superman and Y/H/N...we had a son?!
it just it sounded so...right??? I shouldn't be saying or thinking such things because I'm in a relationship with Lois but recently we've been having issues especially about how she feels about Y/n which just make this whole situation worse!
Just as Connor was trying to explain how he got here that was when Barry and Y/n entered the cave back from their mission, which brings us back to the present with me holding Y/h/n in my arms and Connor looking very concerned for his future mother.
"She did say she was tired after using so much magic and the shock of meeting Superboy I guess was too much for her body." Barry says arms crossed, I picked Y/n up bridal style then turn to looked at Bruce.
"I'll take care of this you call the other's." I say before walking out with Conner not far behind. Today has been tiring for everyone.
To be continued this and AU where Conner isn't a Clone between Lex and Clark but you and Superman's son idea I had while working 🤷‍♀️
Here part 2!

Everyday I've Missed You
Clark Kent X Wife! Wayne! Reader
Warnings:suggestive content, explicit language, angst, and torture.
Words:1394
Arthur's notes! Conner is from young justice and Kon is 90s Superboy. Also Jonathan and Jordan from Superman and Lois series are readers young set of twins
Clark's disappearance takes it's toll on the family..
Tumblr media
It was early night with a bright night sky. Y/N Kent was sitting on her bed with her youngest two son's. Two sets of twins and all four were boys. Conner and Kon were only 10 when Y/N was pregnant with Jordan and Jonathan.
"momma when's daddy gonna be back?" Jordan asked yet again, laying his small head on her chest "is, he ok? I really miss him"
Before she could reassure her deeply concerned little boy his twin cut in "yeah it's been 3 weeks! This sucks" Jonathan whined laying on her arm
She kissed Jordan's forehead and then kisses the side of Jonathan's face. She was miserable but she had to be strong. She couldn't let them see the worry that tried to creep up to her e/c eyes. It was the hidden heaviness in her heart that showed through her face only when she is alone.
"oh my sweet boys. Don't you worry. Your Daddy is gonna be back home as soon as he can. It's gonna be OK"
"promise?" Jon asked holding her hand tighter
"I promise"
....
Many miles away from the Kent farm. Conner groans popping his knuckles and twist his neck to loosen his tight muscles. Kon twisted his back trying to make a louder popping noise.
With Superman gone it brought up much responsibility for them to keep the world a safer place. The two teenagers flew above the sky headed for the large farm. The couple bought it with Y/N's inheritance of her parents that her children were never able to meet.
The two brothers share a sadden smile seeing their mother sitting on the roof. She was wearing her lounge pants, house-shoes and tank top with Clark's plaid jacket. She was clinging to the jacket with her eyes shaking.
Conner and Kon gently land onto the roof beside her. She looks to her son's softly smiling.
"hey boys. How.. How was patrol?" she asked trying to distract herself and her boys from her bitter mood.
"it was fine..." Conner casually said more concerned with his mom.
Kon and Conner sat beside their mother taking her hands into their own. She remained silent as saying anything would bring her to tears.
After her husband was doing missions off planet. Sudden silence came, Clark hadn't been seen nor heard form, in 3 weeks. Bruce had been searching for his brother in law ever since.
"it's uh getting late. I know you two are half-Kryptonite like your Dad but your half-human like me.. So let's all go to bed" she ordered moving to her feet.
The oldest twins stand onto their feet with their mom. She feels so lonely. Clark had never been gone this long for years. She new who he is but she can't help but worry.
Conner wrapped his arms around his mother into a heartfelt hug, along with his twin Kon. The twins lay their heads on her shoulder. So much of her heart wanted to cry.
Y/N laid in her lonely bed clinging to Clark's pillow. She quickly covered her, mouth to muffle the impending sound of her crying. She takes a deep breath in and out. As she finally was able to calm her heartbeat down...
"AHHHH!!!" Jordan screamed panicking
"Jordan what's wrong?!" Jon asked his twin
"g-get away from me!!" he frightfully said holding his hands over his ears hearing.. Everything. His head began to pulse.
Conner and Kon speed into their younger brothers room. They see Jordan's arms over his eyes as he is curled in ball crying. Conner touches his arm gently
"hey Jordan what's wrong buddy?" Conner asked
"did you have a nightmare kid?" Kon asked
"Jordan baby what's wrong" Y/N said entering the room.
She sits on his bed, holding his arms with her hands. Jordan hugged his mom begging her to make it stop, as he started to lose control of his breath. She recognized the anxiety in his voice being the similar sound of Kon and Conner when it happened.
"shhh shhh listen to my voice. Listen to me. Take a deep breath in and out, ok? Can you do that for mommy please?"
Jordan did exactly what his mom asked him to "what's happening to me?" he asked genuinely scared.
"it's OK. It's all completely normal for a half-Kryptonian. It's OK. Do you remember Daddy telling you about, how you may be able to hear a lot of things? And be able to see certain things like a x-ray?"
"Y-yeah" Jordan mumbled
"well sweetheart that's what's happening. You're getting your powers like your Dad"
"really?! I'm gonna be a like Conner and like Kon and like Dad! Ooh do I get go on patrol"
"no!" she quickly said "Kon and Conner will teach you how to use your powers but for right now I want you all to get some sleep"
"ok, Ma.. I can't wait to tell Dad!" he exclaimed
"he'll be very happy for you"
Y/N kisses her son's head goodnight and then the other boys. She departs for her cold bed that would not bring her any form of warmth.
In the Bat-cave, Bruce sits on his chair looking at the picture on his desk. Bruce was being hugged by his sister and Clark. It was during his surprise birthday party, which of course he already suspected. All while Diana was behind the camera.
The four of them had always been close, going on double dates, and fighting crime together.
"you should go see her" Diana told her husband
"not until I fix this" Bruce responded bitter
"Bruce this isn't your fault" Diana quickly intervened
"the issue at hand being my fault or not is irrelevant. I promised her I would find him and I intend on not stopping until I do"
Darkness surrounds him, snow blankets as far as he could see. His red cape was torn, his hands were wrapped with part of the fabric from his cape to keep his arms warm. His hair had grown to his shoulders and his beard was half as long. He opens his palms to the fire trying to warm himself. A unusual feeling, that was becoming a bitter normalcy.
Darkseid had seized the man of steel and taken him. For weeks torturing him, no words left his lips but only agony. They kept him far enough from the yellow sun that which gave him his powers.. He was defenceless.
In his darkest moments he remembered her. He held onto her sweet voice with the memory of her comforting skin. He had to survive for his sons. Darkseid underestimated his fight to live. He left his body to rot on the planet.
He suddenly was in a beautiful dream. There she stood above him holding his face in her hands, as he was on his knees. She leaned down to his face and kisses him softly.
“wake up my dear” she whispers
When Clark finally slowly opened his eyes, he was cold.
The detective had found a lead.. he knew his sister had every right to know, but it wasn’t worth the risk he could be wrong.
Hope was finally here. He runs and runs through the snow. The plane entrance opens, he smiled to see his loyal friend. Bruce smiled to his brother in bond.
Clark didn’t waist any time.
As Clark's powers were restored. Clark went home to his family. While flying he is instantly overtaken by two teenagers in tears. He hugs them both tightly.
“boys” he cried, he gasped seeing his little boy “Jordan?!?”
“DAD!!”
Clark was right over the farm. He looks down seeing Jonathan running on the ground in tears yelling up to him. Clark quickly speeds to the ground and picks up his little boy to hold him. Jon began to cry squeezing his neck.
He leans into his Dad's neck "you kept your promise"
"I always keep my promises" Clark cried kissing his head
He hears her footsteps running, her heart racing and he hears her tears falling onto the floor. Clark put his son down.
As he sees her knees begin to tremble. He speeds to her lifting her into his arms. She squeezed his neck tightly as now she let her pain be heard in the warm embrace. He kissed her lips no longer cold

Batboys x Thor!Reader
I HAVE TO I HAVE TO I HAVE TO. I just rewatched Ragnarok and I have seen a few posts speaking about Thor!Reader x the Batboys and I just had to write this. Please can people start making more headcanons and stories about this! Anyways, this is gender neutral and race neutral. I have also included some Marcel characters as well so hehehee enjoy!
Dick Grayson
First off, Dick loves your humour and how you deal with tricky situations
Like he admires how you can make lighthearted jokes as a giant dragon is trying to eat you
Which brings us to how you met
You piss off a lot of people, and this time you had happened to piss off someone with a dragon that’s trained to hunt down people
You knew you had to get off the beasts radar, so you went to the one place everyone would least expect you to be: Gotham City
Unfortunately the dragon wasn’t as dumb as you thought and followed you there, which ended with a lot of damage to Gotham’s streets, an angry dragon trying to bite your head off and an even angrier Batman
Nightwing joined the fight and just as he thought he was going to die when the dragon went for him, your hammer went straight through the beast and saved him
”Dragons have never really liked me that much”
”What?”
”Which is weird since they’re meant to be like puppies. I’m good with puppies.”
”They’re meant to be like WHAT?!”
He instantly fell in love with you. He enjoys how fearless and determined you are, even if you get beat up by a large creature occasionally.
You care about those you love and would do anything for them, something both of you share.
He understands your complicated relationship with your adopted sibling the best out of everyone you know, since it’s kinda similar to the one he used to have with Jason.
He knows your strong asf, but it never stops him from worrying about you.
He would do absolutely anything and everything for you.
He’ll never admit it but whenever you go into space and you take him with you, he gets really nauseous. Space makes him feel sick.
A lot of your enemies like to use him against you, and visa versa. It usually ends with the criminal being in critical condition in hospital after you beat the shit out of them. (Yes you beat up your own kidnappers)
Jason Todd
You were in a library cursing at the book in your hand as Jason walked past you.
He found it amusing how you were trying to be quiet as the librarian had shushed you a couple of times already, but what really prompted hi, to approach you was the fact that the book you were cursing at was a Greek mythology one.
He’s never seen anyone that worked up over a book about the Gods before.
The answer he received from you was one he was not expecting
”This goddamn book has so many inaccuracies! Thor is not the God/Goddess of Lighting, it’s Thunder you fucking idiots! They always get me confused with Zeus…”
”…What?”
When you saw his confusion, you held your hand out to greet him.
“Thor, child of Odin. And you are?”
”Uh, Jason…son of Bruce?”
He met you as Red Hood a few weeks later when Bizarro had a run in with a large green good friend of yours
“Ah! Jason! Son of Bruce.”
”I have no idea who that is.” He lied, but you could see straight through him.
You were actually able to recognize him due to some of his left arm getting exposed from having his suit torn somehow during the fight. He had a scar there that you had noticed during your first meeting. It was shaped similarly to a lightning bolt, which caught your interest.
You grew close and you both became very protective of the other
You always defend him against his family members, especially Bruce (who won’t admit it but sometimes he finds you scary)
You get along with the Outlaws very well too. You sometimes even join them on missions.
You love it when he teaches you something about plays, poetry and novels. You think it’s really cute that such a dangerous man can be so cute and romantic.
He’s definitely helped you save the world a couple of times.
Tim Drake
He met you during his Robin days
You were a friend of Kon’s, and he called in a favour when his team was failing miserably on a mission.
They were being attacked by some angry aliens who happened to be using some of their tech to mind control parts of the planet
Bart had gotten one of his legs broken pretty badly so he was out for a while, Cassie was knocked out, and Tim and Kon were barley winning their fights.
Suddenly some thunder sounded in the sky and everyone was blinded by a bright light (your thunder bolts hehehe) and the most beautiful person Tim has ever seen appeared out of nowhere from the sky and beat the function out of the remaining enemy
He’s a bat, and is very much like Bruce when it comes to being suspicious of people so he wasn’t so friendly to you in the beginning
Your first impression of Tim was that he gave zero fucks about anything. He’s pretty, but definitely doesn’t care about shit (or acts like he doesn’t)
You guys saw each other more when you helped the Titans, Justice League and even Batman out with a few missions
And also whenever Kon would invite you both out to the same places to hang out. You guys got very close over the years.
Then you guys began hanging out by yourselves in and out of uniform
You saw people while you were each other’s close friends, but you just always knew that you loved each other.
Then he became Red Robin and fell into a dark hole after Bruce’s ‘death’ and became very standoffish with you
You spent more time in space, where you made more enemies with dragons and men made of fire who like putting you in cages (Ragnarok reference hehe) and your family issues got a lot worse too
All the times you spent away from Tim (a few weeks) made you both realise that you’re in love with each other. So you returned home through Bifrost, and turned up at his nest one night when it was raining and confessed your love for him. (You were still covered in blood as you literally just came back from a fight)
You guys have always been inseparable together, but in a romantic relationship? UNSTOPPABLE.
