During an interview, the manor guests suddenly get a question about you. (Part 2)

hello hello! here is part 2 as promised. there are less characters than I hoped to write, but in exchange each blurb is a little longer than pt.1 !

Q. Could you describe your relationship with (Y/N)?

🦌 Bane rubs his chin, tracing his memory. "Hm... Indeed, I'm familiar with that name. I'd suppose that's someone I knew when I worked for the DeRosses." He crosses his arms with a low, contemplative grunt, as if struggling to remember anything else. "I'd need a photograph." I happen to have a couple on hand, and he takes them gently. A long period of silence follows. After leafing through the photos for some time, he says: "I remember. They were always talking about marriage." With you? "Mm. I was never interested, but I never said no. Eventually I made them a ring from a scrap of iron. I hoped they'd stop visiting me if I satisfied them... It's too dangerous to come to the forest everyday." Then he reaches into his pocket, pulling out a ring of his own. "In exchange, they gave one back." He's been cherishing it all this time, even when he'd forgotten its origin.

🪼 Ivy - "I'm no stranger to feeling like I'm missing my other half, you know. That sense of loss is one of the only constants I have left. (Y/N) fills my emptiness, and without them it increases twofold." I open my mouth to ask, Do you think you could be soulmates? but then my eyes dart to the Yithian and I realize my mistake. Sorry, was that insensitive? Ivy is not amused with my implication that she might be interested in claiming (Y/N)'s soul. "My dear interviewer, I am a scholar, not a monster. Whatever you're insinuating, you're gravely mistaken."

🤡 Joker's face suddenly hardens, in spite of the fragile, twiddling-thumbs demeanor he'd shown me thus far. His hands ball into shaking fists and his lips purse, as if he's psyching himself up for a fight. Are you okay? I ask, preemptively guarding myself with my clipboard. Tears brim his eyes and the strength falls from his shoulders. He mutters out, "All I wanted was to be their sword and shield, their angel of light, and they left me out of my mind. Hahaha... Wanna know the biggest joke of all? I'd let them drive me crazy all over again."

🦎 Luchino's mouth stretches into a lazy grin. "That one's a cutie, eh? Had the pleasure of meeting them yet?" I shake my head, reminding him that (Y/N) is the focus of my current investigation. I guess his laidback attitude fooled me into saying too much. He promptly straightens his back, the smile fading. "Yeah... Yeah, from one researcher to another, I get the intrigue," he says. "But I can't say I fancy another guy using my love as a test subject."

🪞 Mary - "Do you take pleasure in nosing around a lady's private affairs? I'd expect more tact, even for an interviewer." The chill in her tone startles me. I sputter out something in my defense, but Mary huffs and waves me into silence. "(Y/N) is enjoying the privilege of being my right-hand. They're my favorite one so far, too. I dismissed the others without a second thought."

🤕 Naib - "On good terms." Wringing out any insightful answers from this man is tougher than I thought. In hopes of inspiring more of a reaction, I tell a small lie: When I interviewed (Y/N), they described a rather colorful affection for you... Almost immediately, Naib breaks eye contact and crosses his arms. But I still only get a guttural "Hm." in response. Can you confirm if this is true? I press. His answer is, once again, a curt "Hm." (Slightly more affirmative, I would say).

🕯️ Philippe - "My work has always stood as a testament to my love," he caresses the wax figure grafted onto his shoulder, "but shielding someone in life is a far greater challenge than honoring my losses. My worries are endless." Suddenly reminded of his sister's tragedy, I offer a sympathetic smile. Do you believe (Y/N) is in danger? Philippe returns my smile, though I can't make out the intent. "Of course. Evil lurks around every corner. At the very least, it won't reach them while I'm around."

🎭 Sangria - A fond smile graces her face as she recounts her memory. "It was clear to me after some time that I had disastrously entranced them." Then she adds, lightly, "I hadn't meant to, of course. At the time, I thought, I'm not looking for love—no, I'd had enough of it all—but soon, their smile would appear in my mind every time I sang. When someone gives you that much inspiration? You'd be a fool to let them go." She has a playful tone of voice, but I can tell (Y/N) means a great deal to her.

“Come here often?” Your tippy toes ache from the way you stand on them. His face is so close, you can practically feel his smile. The sight is definitely a show to the other people of this club.

He snorts, bending down to kiss your lips.

“Come here often?” He reuses your line, pawing at your hip absentmindedly.

You laugh, startled at his lack of reaction. “Stop.”

He grins. “You got a number I can call?”

“Ew,” your numb face twists, presenting James with a pretty smile. “That was bad.”

“Was it?”

“Pretty bad.”

The line moves, the people in front of you walking forward three steps, before pausing again. The girls in front of you drop to sit on the cold concrete. The air is cold, and the concrete is colder. You feel bad for their uncovered legs.

“We’re never getting in.” She moans to her friend in front of her in a pretty blue dress. The sullen girls pick at their tights.

You look up at James curious as he gives you a small shake of his head. You’ll get in.

“It’s cold.” He frowns. “Are you cold?”

“I’m cold.” You agree. “You want a drink?” Your eyes peer up to his. “I’ll buy you a drink inside.”

Your flirting doesn’t budge him. “I’ll buy you a drink, sweet pea.”

Mary giggles behind the both of you.

“What’s it, Macdonald?” James turns, resting his chin on your head. You stare ahead, grinning.

“Sweet pea.”

He just smiles, turning back to bend and murmur into your ear. His proximity flusters you, and he has to chase your ear when his breath tickles you. It’s warm, tingling the skin in contact. “Someone’s got a case of the giggles.”

You nod, face faux serious. “She’s always got a case of the giggles.”

“I heard that!”

Lily grabs her, pressing a long kiss to her cheek. “She’s right.”

A warm hand grabs your arm, squeezing it tight twice before you realize the line is moving. Tripping over your feet, you let the hand guide you. “Oh,” you murmur. “sorry.”

“Right this way then.” James smiles.

You stare up at him. He’s the sunshine to your cold, the warmth to your achy fingers, and when you see him in this jacket it makes it hard to remember the way your shoes pinch your feet.

“This jacket is criminal on you, Jamie.”

“Yeah? How?”

“It murders me every time I see you in it.” You fake stab yourself in the stomach, twisting your fist and pretending to fall over. He catches you easily, holding you in his arms with a heavy smile.

“Time of death 9:34pm.” Sirius chimes in, though it falls to deaf ears.

James lifts you, still smiling as you push hair from your face.

“You look so pretty tonight.”

“Stop.” You blow.

“I’m serious!” James gasps, hands dropping down to the meat of your hips. Deftly, he turns you to face his friends. “Doesn’t she look pretty tonight?”

“Stunning.” Sirius nods.

“Very pretty.” Mary giggles.

“James.” You whisper, embarrassed. He doesn’t fret, grabbing your cold cheeks in his even colder hands.

“Yes, my darling?”

“Let me flirt with you.”

He pauses, standing in his place, your raw whisper startles him. “I can’t.” He murmurs slowly, letting you pull him closer to the moving line.

“Why not?”

“Cause you make me nervous.”

You laugh, pushing his chest. “Stupid.”

“For real!” He laughs back breathlessly. You see it in the cold air around you. “You make me so nervous.”

“When I like your jacket?” Your head tilts. “When I ask to buy you a drink?”

“When you look at me.”

You laugh. “You’re being silly.”

“I’m being honest.” He shrugs, grabbing your hand. Analyzing your face, he scoffs, looking away with a smile on his face, shaking his head in disappointment. “Have I ever told you you’re the prettiest girl in the entire world?”

“Enough!” Sirius yells pathetically.

Marauders Design 💫🐺🐶🐀🦌

Okay.

So.

These are my take of how the marauders are in my head. So if they don't look like what you have in mind, well first sorry, but second I'll gladly listen to what you had imagine ! (my "ask me" is open btw)

More info on my designs !

I made these designs based on fanon, and also some kind of world where voldemort and war doesn't exist (and so where Peter, Barty or Evan aren't some awful asshole death eaters or whatever).

However I think it could fit canon universe or other AU. I would just change the outfits and minor details depending on the context/world.

Most of these are based on fancast and fandom hcs, trying to fit what I have in mind and what the fandom did.

Also, these design fit them between I think 15 to 19 years old, they would maybe change a bit older, and obviously be different if younger. This is approximative, but well.

Let's just say they're around 16/17.

Regarding the clothes and outfits in general

I didn't do all of them in their hogwarts uniform BECAUSE I really love fashion design, costume design so I gave them outfit based on different factors :

It fit their era, even if some are more modern

DARK ACADEMIA OUTFIT

They all fit their personality, color aesthetic, and are very unique to one another (that's also why some are more modern cuz men dark academia fashion can be a bit repetitive sometimes)

Also,

I rlly stopped myself at giving them face piercing.

I love giving piercing to characters I draw. But I thoughts it didn't fit here.

So be prepare, they'll probably have some face piercing who pops up in sketches and other thing.

As well as more extravagant outfit cough men in dress cough

For a final a note, I'd like to add that they might CHANGE with time.

I wanna do illustration of them, some stupid sketches and other rlly big project like oh me oh my, webcomic

So some traits might change because of new ideas, new inspirations and just becoming more comfortable to draw them the more I draw them.

Heading into the general store, Mary Linton…or was it Gills again?

Windowing was such a hard time.

Mary gave a nod to the man that held the door open for her. She had come to Valentine to get her brother Jamie to come back home.

Daddy and Jamie had a fight.

…again.

Just wanting sometime to do, going to the general for a sewing book. Mary spotted a familiar black hat with a fired rope but now had beads on it. That handsome back, strong and broad. Worn blue jeans that showed off the cowboys-

Mary hand to stop herself for a moment.

She was a church going women after all.

But it couldn’t be.

Arthur Morgan, all grown up.

Not the boy she almost ran away with.

Almost married too.

But he was standing next to the sewing books, looking down at a set of paper dolls. One in each hand. Brow furrowed as he chewed on a tooth pick, trying to make a decision on something he had no understand off.

Mary wished she had pulled her corset a bit tighter now, taking out her compact she tuck a bit of hair behind her ears and checked her powers. She looked fine, not great but acceptable.

Finding her voice, Mary made her move.

“Hello Arthur.” She said,

Those same blue eyes of the boy that loved her so, looked to her as a grown man. Time had been kind to Arthur, age had made him handsome. Strong and well a man of the west.

Surprise lit up Arthur’s face. “Mary Linton, it’s been’a long time.” Arthur greeted shuffling the books of paper dolls to his chest as he tipped his hat, a ring caught Mary’s eye. She had no clue what material it was but turquoise was imbedded in it. “You look well.”

“It’s…Gill’s again…” Mary shuffled

“Sorry to hear that.” Arthur gave a nod of his head. “What brings you, here?”

“Oh um, Jamie. He’s bound and determined to set up an apple orchard. Dropped out of school, daddy if awfully upset.”

Arthur nodded and looked back to the paper dolls at hand.

“Do you? Live here?” Mary asked

“Naw, passin’ through.” He looked to Mary now. “Can I ask ya somethin? Need a women’s opinion.” Arthur asked surprising Mary, maybe Arthur has changed? He used to jump at the idea of helping her.

Mary blinked “I suppose.”

“My littlest is about ta be four, been wantin’ paper dolls like her big sister. But there are so many? Ladies and pets…cuse she loves critters. Or maybe the babydoll one? She’s fascinated because we have a new baby comin’. Should I just buy paper and make her some?” He showed the two boxes to Mary.

Mary was very surprised now. Arthur had married? He has children? She cleared her throat.

“If memory serves you are a wonderful artist. I would suggest making the dolls. She would probably like the ‘critters’ you’ve drawn better than the pets. She is a Morgan.” Mary was baiting the man to see if he was married. “How many children do you have?” She asked

Taking the advice Arthur nodded and set the packages down before picking up the cardstock and colored pencils along with wax paper. “Thank ya, I have two. Oldest is almost seven she’s a handful my Dyani, then I have my little girl Awinita. She wants to be like’er sister so badly.”

“You married an in-“

“Mary Gills, don’t you start.” Arthur warned “you married someone too.” He pointed out. Taking out his pocket watch and checked the time. Taking a breath Arthur forced himself to relax.

“Good seein’ ya, wish ya all the best. I gotta get going.” Arthur went to pay, this also surprised Mary. She couldn’t help herself grabbing Arthur’s arm.

“Arthur, I still think of you fondly.” She had no idea why she blurted this out. “Would you..ever consider…”

What they did to Chloe is not justice or karma

What the writers did to her is cruel and disgusting

Sure, she is a bully and a spoiled brat, what she did need to face consequences for that

But this…is just…I don’t have the words to say it

The fact that Andre don’t face any consequences for his actions and also as a reward he now has a new kid to raise its piss me off

That man is not innocent, he did not deserve this pathetic excuse of redemption arc

It also make me sick how people are celebrating this, even saying she deserves this and how they were right all this time about her been an “irredimible monster” and even saying Andre was a caring father to her

Caring father my ass, he is pathetic, an hypocrite, a man child and an coward

Are you telling me the man who raised that child to be an spoiled and mean person is now the victim???

I hate season 5, I take it back what I say about season 3 and 4, this is by far the worst season of the series in my opinion
