VEGAN CHEEZY BURRITO 
you don't have to be vegan to LOVE this QUICK & EASY recipe
This has been my dinner for this whole week ! try it out & tell me what you think !!
|INGRIDIENTS| 
1/2 cup Pinto beans
3 TBS of Vegan cheese ( i used Daiya)
1 tortilla ( i used Siete Almond Flour Tortillas)
1/2 smashed avocado with garlic + Salt
tomatoes
1 TBS nutritional Yeast

MY CURRENT WORKOUT SCHEDULE WHILE IN NURSING SCHOOL
i have my macros set up so that I workout 3-4 times a week ! Here is what ive been able to do
MONDAY - Cardio + gym upper body
TUESDAY - Leg day
WEDNESDAY- rest
THURSDAY-rest / cardio if i have time
FRIDAY - rest / cardio if i can
SATURDAY- upper body / cardio
SUNDAY - LEG DAY

1 MONTH UPDATE
If you guys remember I started Nursing School back in Jan and i gained 13 lbs since. Well  i went back to working out and eating healthy in August . I was so nervous about keeping up during September since i started my last semester but i have been doing really good because i have gone from 161lbs to 151lbs ! 
-1inch around my arms
-1 inch around the biggest part of my stomach
-1% of body fat
I am über proud of myself because i stuck to my macros but i also gave myself a day of two during the week to have any meal i want . REMEMBER to ALWAYS reward yourself but don't go too crazy eating . I am happy to have finally found my balance.

Guys this was my first week back to nursing school!! I dis great with the binge eating! I ate all my healthy meal prepped food! I am currently at a 1426 cals per day since i can only work 3-4 x a week !! Will post my 1 month progress by Thursday!!

I feel like i sometimes get so caught up looking at instagram fitness models / models / others and judge myself for not looking how society wants me to look . I am not perfect ! i have stretch marks on the front of my arms , my butt looks like a cinnamon bun swirl ! BUT GUESS WHAT ! i have learned to love all of it know why? my arm stretch marks remind me of all the weight i loss and how hard i worked to loose it and better. LOVE YOUR IMPERFECTIONS BECAUSE AT THE END OF THE DAY YOU NEED TO LOVE YOURSELF BEFORE ANYTHING.We tend to forget that the grass is always greener on the side of instagram/ Snapchat but not on the other. Find yourself, and what makes you happy!Us females aspire to look like others when we should be inspiring to be ourselves but the 2.0 version. . IMPORTANCE OF SHOULDERS WORKOUT
Strong shoulders make most arm movements easier. Every upper-body exercise involves your shoulder muscles to some extent, so strengthening your shoulders enables you to lift heavier weights for chest and back exercises.
Shoulder exercises also can prevent injuries. If your shoulders are weak, you can even injure yourself while opening a dresser drawer

How i look like after an hr running / walking on the treadmill! I am super lucky to have a treadmill over at my moms house which is 2 mins away from mines !
I ran a straight mile at a 4.5 mile pace then i ran at a 5mph pace and walked at a 2.5mph

August 7th i made year Vegan . i cannot lie to you guys though i did have cheese & ice cream here and there.... i went cold turkey so i am proud that i at least stopped consuming meat.. i need to find vegan pizza .... WHY DID I BECOME VEGAN? plenty of reasons ...  1. Health problems 2. was always curious  3. Better lifestyle 4. I learned about animal cruelty and did not want to be part of it anymore. i got this drink at Wegmans & its amazing! tasted like chocolate milk <3

Arnold Dumbbell Press
( focuses on the front and lateral part of shoulders)
Instructions. Sit on an exercise bench with back support and hold two dumbbells in front of you at about upper chest level with your palms facing your body and your elbows bent. ... Now to perform the movement, raise the dumbbells as you rotate the palms of your hands until they are facing forward. Try 3 sets of 12! when i first started i was using 5lb , then 10 now using 15lbs ! YOU CAN DO IT!

Pre/ Post leg day ! I WIEGH MYSELF THIS SUNDAY & FOR THR FIRST TIME I AM FREAKING ! i know i shouldn't ( and don't encourage you to look at the scale) but i really been busting my behind and doing intermediate fasting ! my goal is to loose 4 lbs this week .... YES THATS A CRAZY NUMBER. but i usually loose about 4 lbs the first week i get back to working out (usually after weight ) this is ME ! nothing fake real weight loss blog .  last time i weighted myself 08/6 i was 158.2 . my body fat was 30.1 .this is the highest i’ve been since i lost my 40 lbs. my goal is to go back to 147 and bring my body fat back to my normal which is 27% WEIGHT LOSS IS A ROLLER COASTER ! REMEMBER TO ALWAYS STAY MOTIVATED AND HAVE A CHEAT MEAL HERE AND THERE. I AM HUMAN TOO ! I’VE BEEN COUNTING MY MACROS AND KEEP UP WITH THEM AS OFTEN AS I CAN . YESTERDAY I TODL MYSELF I EARNED 2 SLICES OF PIZZA ( WITH  VEGAN CHEEESEEE ) IT WAS BOMB ! I DESERVED IT !SO DO YOU!!

BULGARIAN SPLIT SQUAT & STEP UP COMBO
Split squat-Although it is called a single-leg exercise, it still uses both legs. The split squat can be performed with the rear foot on the ground, or with the rear foot on a bench.
Step up-The move combines the action of the lunge with stepping upward, like climbing stairs, to really target your butt and upper hamstrings. All you need for the move is a short bench, sturdy chair, or solid coffee table to step onto.
(3 sets of 12) (3 sets of 12 reps on each leg for both workout) make sure you do it back to back . 1 set of 12 squats then switch and do step up using the same leg.
