I was tagged by @tideswept and I wish I was making this tipsy too but sadly I'm not

1.) How many works do you have on ao3?

13, not many, but they feel like a lot hah

2.) What's your ao3 word count?

263,623 words which are... quite a lot tbh

3.) What fandoms do you write for?

Right now just Star Wars. I'm a bit of a hyperfixation kind of girl and, even if I have more ship I enjoy reading, I can't bring myself to write for them idk

4.) What are your top five fics by kudos?

I'll be there for you: 1,399 kudos (Yoonmin)

Keep me safe: 777 kudos (Yoonmin)

Sea & memories: 502 kudos (Hyungwonho)

The light in you: 462 kudos (Hyungwonho)

Returning Hope: 238 kudos (Obikin)

Damn. Lots of kpop here, I've assumed I'll never get as many kudos as I did then, but I don't really mind. Now I don't know how I dealt with so many people reading my stuff hah.

5.) Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?

There was a time when I didn't really but now I always try to respond, if I don't it's because I'm horrible at keeping track and I'll think oh I'll answerlater but then forget and by the time I remember I think it's been too long and it'll just be too awkward. But I love when writers answer so I try to do my best.

6.) What's the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

I don't write angsty endings, for the same reason I don't ususally read fics with angsty or ambiuous endings. When I read/write fics I want my characters to be happy by the end.

7.) What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

For the same reason as before, all my fics have happy endings. But maybe the happiest is the obikin physiotheray au?

8.) Do you get hate on fics?

Nope, and that's wild becasue I've seen some awful things both in the kpop fandom and in obikin. I think I've been lucky, only a couple slightly mean comments that I just ignore.

9.) Do you write smut? If so what kind?

I don't write like pwp, but a couple of my fics have smut. What kind? hmm the loving one. I read so many very questionable and kinky stuff but I can't write it. Like, I would love to, but I can't make it work. For example I wanted the physiotherapy au to be much more kinky and horny but it just didn't happen. And if I was braver I would have writen welcome to out castle with a older obi-wan and younger Anakin.

10.) Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written?

Hmmm nope, no crossovers. (Unless you count mixinxg different kpop bands but otherwise no)

11.) Have you ever had a fic stolen?

Not that I know of :S

12.) Have you ever had a fic translated?

A couple of girls once asked me if they could translate a fic of mine, but I think they never posted it.

13.) Have you ever cowritten a fic before?

Nope, but I'm open to try.

14.) What's your all time favorite ship?

This is impossible to answer, I appeal to my right to remain silent.

15.) What's a WIP you'd like to finish, but doubt you ever will?

The modern jedi one. I would LOVE to make it exist but I doubt I ever will.

16.) What are your writing strengths?

DIalogue?? I think??

17.) What are your writing weaknesses?

Descriptions. I don't know how to write descriptions and feelings. I'm better at showing those through actions.

18.) Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?

Hmm I've never done it. Guess it would be okay if it makes sense in the story?? And it's important to distinguish between, does the POV character understand what they are saying or not?

19.) First fandom you wrote for?

I think it may be a cody simpson self insert fic I wrote in a notebook when I was like 13 lmao

20.) Favorite fic you've ever written?

I'm very biased with this. Right now I'm loving writing the castle au. But also, writing The light in you was very important to me becasue it got me going through a very dark time in my life. It's not my favourite, it's not the best, but it has a special part in my heart.

flowers in the winter (x) - yoonmin au

When Min Yoongi had moved out of his home to open his floral shop in a village on the other side of the county, he had hoped for a fresh start. A fresh start away from sympathetic glances and words of pity everytime he walked by with his cane in hand.

What he didn’t intend on was making a fool of himself in front of the most beautiful man he’s ever met — the quiet baker across the street whose husband was the village’s sole fatality in the war a few years back, and who is still very much grieving as Yoongi has been informed.

While it’s obvious the baker isn’t very impressed by him after their first meeting, an odd request requires them to work together.

Soon Yoongi comes to realize he and the baker may relate to one another more than he had anticipated.

a yoonmin au where Jimin is tired to be in his pack with too traditional views and wants to move away. When he encounters witch Yoongi on one of his forest strolls he thinks there might be a new kind of motivation to change his life.

Jimin was running as fast as he could while trying to avoid tripping over odd roots and hollows in the forest floor.

His breath was coming out in short puffs and he could see the little clouds vanishing into thin air as he was pausing to listen to his surroundings.

The nighttime fell over the vast planes full of rivers and trees.

He was almost there as as far as he knew, there was no chase after him.

Not that he expected any after his final talk with the elders and the pack alpha.

But he couldn't help but be cautious.

Tonight he was getting his life changed for good.

The change started when he came across someone he didn't know he longed for all his life, one beautiful day, right at this forest.

Min Yoongi.

A witch from a coven that lived all the way on the other side of the forest land.

It was late Spring and days were becoming warmer and warmer.

Jimin was off duty that day but he never really felt the weight of his responsibilities lift off his shoulders.

He was only a son of a late pack alpha, a cousin to a current one, third after his own two eldest sons.

But the pack Jimin lived in was quite conservative and preached that every alpha son in the leading family should be trained to take the role of the pack alpha at any moment.

Jimin could really understand the need for it in the past, where most packs lived closer together and were not on good terms with each other.

Hence the frequent wars and fights, hence the possibility of heirs dуing in a fight.

That's why every alpha son had to comply to certain rules, most of which the young wolf thought of no less than archaic and unnecessary.

The pack long ago united all smaller groups of wolves that lived in that valley.

And as the society progressed things were different from centuries ago.

If not for the elders and their traditions.

One of the most ridiculous yet were laws against interactions with other species.

Jimin didn't live under a rock and knew the world was so much bigger with so many more beings in it.

He was aware of the witches coven (local healers even traided with them!) that was on the other side of the forest.

He's always been a little curious about it, he wished he could travel there like the elderly couple of their werewolf healers.

He spent a good part of his training breaks in their hut, listening to their stories as they patched him up.

He couldn't help but imagine himself as their apprentice, helping them mix all the solutions, collect roots and leaves for drying, making brews to treat people, not to be skilled in art of war which wasn't likely to happen in these lands.

He could imagine himself traveling to study more about ways of treating sick, he's always been listening very attentively how their medics prepare mixtures to help with various illnesses and hurts.

But that type of occupation wasn't available for him in his own birth pack.

He was devastated when he first found out.

As he grew up, he still felt angry about it at times but as a responsible wolf he did what he should for their community.

Until he really considered there might be another path in life that he could take.

He was spending his afternoon off duty strolling the thin paths between the trees, trying to calm himself after yet another lecture from his uncle.

The other was insistent on Jimin participating in the nearest mating season.

Jimin was strongly against.

He was watching the floating clouds through thick branches, wondering if this is where he should finally draw the line.

Of course he wasn't quite looking where he was going and everything smelt like various flora.

Thats why he only smelt them right in front of him the moment he tripped over that said someone.

He held the balance well - perks of being a werewolf and his training but he already knocked someone onto the grass covered floor.

He heard a string of curses and rushed to the person on the ground.

- I'm so sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going!

It was certainly not a wolf, no amount of herbs growing around could hide a smell of another wolf.

Jimin's inner alpha, being curious by nature, perked up at the unfamiliar scent.

It reminded him of the springs he spent on a shore of a far away lake when he was a pup.

It was surrounded by apple trees and he could feel his mouth water at the light apple blossom scent with a hint of honey.

- Would you stop staring?

That brought him back to reality.

He bowed profusely.

Before him stood a person, dressed in a long cloak of a colour so peculiar he couldn't even name it.

The more Jimin looked at it the more confused he got. He huffed, shifting from foot to foot and heard an amused chuckle.

- It's enchanted, little wolf.

He raised his eyes and saw the man's face, framed with black wavy locks of hair and with quite an intimidating stare.

- You're a witch! - Jimin perked up.

- That I am, - a deep voice responded, still amused at young werewolf's mannerisms.

He learnt that Min Yoongi - a witch, 28 years of age, an exceptional potions master, was on collecting duty today.

On the days free of their main job, their coven collected ingredients for a set of basic potions to distribute them among those who couldn't afford them for various reasons.

He thought he saw a plant he's been looking for to use in his personal research, but as he was crouching down he got knocked by some airhead wolf boy

(- Hey! It wasn't intentional!)

...and there they were.

Jimin thought he'd never see Yoongi again and was asking him loads of questions.

The other seemed like a quiet type, more of a listener, but he responded to everything calmly.

As several hours passed he was smiling and chuckling more, reacting to Jimin's stories about the pack.

He wasn't surprised to learn their attitude towards other species.

The witch himself, his coven and the people that lived across the forest didn't seem to share the same views though.

It awakened some sort of hope in Jimin's heart.

They talked til nighttime that day.

Barely a month passed and there the young alpha was, meeting Yoongi in the middle of the forest on a weekly basis.

Of course it was kept a secret and Jimin was thankful he had a set kind of schedule so he could plan things ahead.

Two months later Jimin was determined.He wanted to move to that village.

Yoongi was very supportive of his decision and assured that he would be welcome there. The witch and his friends were going to help him.

Jimin just had to make sure noone gets into trouble because of him.

Even though his uncle was pack alpha, he always listened to what the elders had to say.

So after some careful conversations with one of them he figured out that if he was to leave the pack borders there's unlikely gonna be any chase.

Nobody is going to put out a grand search party considering the existence of two more heirs for the leading spot.

That eased Jimin's worries a bit.

It was almost three months after he met the witch when the thought first hit him.

Min Yoongi is amazing.

His new friend deserved all the admiration for his hard work and for being so he'll bent in his researches.

They were, amongst other things that Jimin could quite grasp yet, were aimed to provide a better life quality for magic and non-magic folk alike.

The young alpha was catching himself puffing his chest from time to time, proud to have come across and befriend such a valuable member of the pack.

His pack.

His heart jumped at the thought.

Gods, the instincts were so weird sometimes.

They still had their regular meetings, sometimes twice a week, in the depths of the woods.

Jimin was tying bunches of herbs and laying them inside the basket, listening to Yoongi calmly explaining how the lunar phase can affect the purpose of certain ingredients, when he looked at the man.

Really looked.

He was kind and collected, very intelligent and funny in his own way.

Maybe a bit reserved and sometimes grumpy, but the alpha found it..cute?

- Cute, - he said absent-mindedly and earned a strict glare in return.

- Ya, are you listening, little wolf? You asked!

Jimin couldn't help but notice the light blush on the cheeks, and a pleased little smile on the witch's rosy lips.

His chest rumbled.

Four months in their unusual but very welcome friendship Min Yoongi, a potions master extraordinare, started finding curious things in his pockets.

One day there was a beautiful wooden comb, dark brown, possibly made of walnut. And although it looked really sturdy, it had a beautifully carved genus Larix on it.

Yoongi decided to wait it out and see what happens after.

(- How could you not have known it's from me? I scented it!

- You're forgetting I usually can't smell the way you do, wolf boy!)

Next was a hand sewn pouch, with a beaded design that kind of resembled some berries, leaves and a ladle.

Yoongi was caught smiling all day long and got incessantly teased by his fellow coven members.

Then there was a box filled with assorted minerals, a small chopping board with same larch designs, carved onto one side, a bag full of seeds.

The day when he found a beautifully made knife in the bottom of his herb basket, he decided to talk to Jimin.

It was one of their usual places to hang out between working some errands in the forest.

Yoongi entered it and saw Jimin already waiting for him, holding something in his arms.

- Hey, - he greeted softly.

- Hello, little wolf, - the witch answered. Then he folded his arms and blurted:

- Are you courting me?!

Jimin looked like he was ready to combust.

With ruddy cheeks but head held high he confidently replied:

- Yes, I am! I was going to ask permission, but.. I wasn't sure you were aware of the tradition. So I decided to give you them anyway.

He was embarrassed but obviously held no regrets. Yoongi liked that confidence.

Yoongi hummed.

Then he walked up to the flustered alpha and asked:

- And what is this? - he pointed at something he held in his arms.

It turned out to be beautiful furs, just perfect for colder weather that was fast approaching these lands.

Yoongi accepted.

He had quite a bit of time to think about it.

They already shared lots of peaceful moments together, although never went far past long passionate stares under the safety of the trees.

The attentiion, the thoughtful gestures, the help, the presents - they were amazing.

And so was Jimin.

He was stubborn, boisterous, fun.

He was trying to reach his dream.

He was loud but had his calm moments too, reading one of the books Yoongi brings with him, sitting somewhere near, always with a question on his tongue.

He was caring and as a bonus, very attractive.

They shared similar views and had same ideas about their future and the future of soon to be their community.

Those times Yoongi took some of his friends with him to meet Jimin and discuss the move together only proved he'd get along with them just fine.

Yoongi decided to dive in.

Now more often than not they were strolling the paths side by side, but holding each other's hands.

They'd meet up under the moonlight and soak their feet in the lake, getting to know each other better, exchanging soft kisses.

Yoongi loved those moments a lot.

He'd let his hands wander on lean prominent muscles of Jimin’s arms and chest, hearing the quiet rumble that alpha would let out in content.

He'd let him caress Yoongi's long hair and scent him, trailing tiny kisses along his jawline, neck and wrists.

The veil of secrecy weighing above them seemed to only add excitement to their meetings.

By the fifth month most of Jimin's belongings were either transported with Yoongi and his friends or hidden in various places in the forest.

He was as ready as he could ever be.

Their last meeting before the move was talking through everything again.

- When you are about to cross the pack borders, you will feel a pull. That's the bond connecting you to your pack. If you truly, wholeheartedly want to leave, it will snap.

- Be absolutely confident, okay, Jimin-ah?

The young wolf nodded vigorously.

He knew he had enough willpower to do that. And also being born into the pack leader's family would certainly help.

- If I were you, - Yoongi said, rubbing his chin in thought, - I'd run. As fast as you can. So run, little wolf.

And running he did.

He never felt so free in his life. He took that leap to live, to have his safe landing in his lover's arms.

Yoongi was waiting for him in his usual place, greeting him with that dazzling gummy smile of his.

- Alright, love? - he opened his arms wide, enveloping the younger in a tight warm embrace.

He was wearing the fur pelt Jimin made for him and smelled so much like home, the alpha never wanted to leave.

And he won't.

I started this prompt a while ago so I wanted to tell you I hadn’t forgotten it~ nor the others in my box, I’m just v v busy!!

“To be honest, I didn’t know you’d go through with your big talk.”

Yoongi peers up at Jin from behind the straw of his drink. It’s pink, obnoxious, and not really what Yoongi would go with every day. Just like this place. But it’s cute, though, and perhaps Yoongi has a soft spot for cute things.

Just like the man in front of him.

The laugh Jin lets out is something dancing with nervousness and confidence. A strange mix, that Jin makes work anyway—because he’s, because he’s him. Because he’s a total flirt but his laugh never fails to make Yoongi relax. “Yet here I am.” The man makes a wide gesture around him, around them. Around the way too luxurious restaurant he deemed necessary for a first date. Their first date. Yoongi’s pretty sure Jin had quite the number in his book. Pretty sure that he’s one of the many conquests this lovely man wants to get in the pants of.

The thought doesn’t upset him as much as he thought it would. Yoongi’s not that pretty, actually. It was probably a dare, one he didn’t think Jin would go through, as he muttered out loud just a minute ago.

He sucks languidly on his straw again. Wonders why Jin eyes his gently puckered lips and the movement of his throat like he wanted to devour Yoongi here and there. That was—strange. “Yet here you are,” he ends up saying, once his lips leave his drink. Let his cheek rest on his fist as he gazes at Jin flustered chatting. The way he’d tug on his shirt, laugh too loudly even for himself, let out a flirty sentence once again before biting his lips and retracting just as fast.

Quite confusing, all of this. Amusing, too. “As pleasant as all of this is, hyung, don’t you have real preys to chase right now? I’d hate for you to end up alone tonight.”

Jin gasps, wide-eyed. “But...! I, I only want you, Yoongi-yah!”

Red cheeks and sincerely offended pout, hand reaching out to grab Yoongi’s. Warm. Grip desperate. Well, Yoongi would be desperate too if a simple dare took three months to finally accept a date with him. Jin’s a really, really good actor. Yoongi tells him so, because he’s a nice person, you know? “I understand how they drop their pants the moment they see you.” He nods, sincerely in awe. “If you want, I have this friend—“

Yoongi doesn’t finish his sentence. Blinks at the hands that just slammed on their table, recognize them immediately. The bracelets on the wrist, the watch, too. Bit of a quirk for the blazer-loving man, when he’s not decked in supreme and balenciaga. Hoseok’s cocky grin meets his gaze when he looks upward. “Pretty as always, angel.”

“Haven’t changed since the last time I saw you. Which was,” he checks his phone, pretends to be deaf to Jin’s complaints turned toward a still grinning Hoseok. “twenty minutes ago. You stalking me, Hoseok?”

“How could I not?” The man intones, quick to take a hold of Yoongi’s hand and hoist him on his feet. Yoongi barely manages to balance himself and not fall in the man’s arms—that would be way too cliché and he really isn’t in the mood for clichés. Isn’t in the mood for Hoseok’s sleaze either, yet that doesn’t stop the man’s appraising gaze on his body. “Look at you. That waist, those legs...driving all the boys around crazy.” He seems to stop short of saying other, dirtier things that wouldn’t be appropriate for the setting they were in. But his heated eyes say it all, the vague movement of his other hand as he gestures to Yoongi’s all-black outfit a statement enough.

Yoongi spies Jin looking too. Shakes his head with a vaguely amused grin. For, really, the prize of the bet must be high for them to be so damn insistent. He didn’t know fuckboys had that much time on their hand. “It’s becoming old,” he drawls, takes his hand away from Hoseok’s grip to grab his bag and saunter behind him. “You’ve been telling me this every day since I met you, maybe you should change disk. You’re not going to win if you keep this old tactic up.”

“But it’s not a game!” Hoseok whines; looks just as dumbfounded as he does when Yoongi rejects him. Which is really sad, because Yoongi’s been doing that for quite a while now. He gathers his composition quite fast, though. Hurried behind him with this pleading glint in his eyes that make all the girls go crazy. Too bad Yoongi’s not all the girls.

Too bad, nothing but a vague wave of disgust washes over him when Hoseok pursues Yoongi on the way to his class, as he mutters, voice like sex in a bottle, that Yoongi’s every gesture turns him on and that he spent his nights just thinking about him. Yoongi’s not interested in knowing what those thoughts were about, thank you very much.

He leaves them to bicker on his trail. Something about Jin playing dirty that he doesn’t really pay attention to. Too busy thinking about the assignment he has to complete for tomorrow, and too pretty fuckboys he wishes were more serious. But then again, they couldn’t have it all, heh? He would have sent them crying in their mom’s skirts with well-placed insults, but the thing was—the thing was they were good guys. Kind. Helped grandmas cross the streets and carried pregnant womens’ groceries. Kind in playing with cats behind the school’s gymn building and discussing candid video games, all boyish, all adorable.

But. They also ran after Yoongi at least once a day with innocent to downright dirty propositions. Why, he had no idea, but after three months he thought they would have given up already. Yet here they were.

Yet here Namjoon was, casual, nice suit on and biting his full lips as he looked at Yoongi. Appraised him from head to toes, before his eyes snapped upwards in guilt. Yoongi couldn’t figure out for the life of him why Namjoon insisted on being in this fuckboy crowd. Sweet Namjoon who, daily, liked to thank Yoongi for his existence. Paid him dinner and spent hours on the phone painting a breathtaking portrait of Yoongi’s being. Namjoon was corny. A total nerd. Shouldn’t be in this crowd.

Namjoon was also quite the pervert. Yoongi had never blushed harder than when the man decided it would be a good idea to share in precise details what he would do to Yoongi if the man agreed to date him.

So, perhaps Namjoon was a fuckboy after all.

“You stole my sight again, hyung,” the man says, rubbing the back of his blonde hair sheepishly. “You’re too gorgeous for your own well-being.”

“I never heard this one before,” Yoongi answers. Smiles, sweet and a bit fond as he passes him by. Pretends he doesn’t hear Namjoon’s sharp intake of breath when their hands brush, just so. “A bit corny. I like it, though.”

“Joon you lucky bastard!” Hoseok bellows behind them; and if Yoongi giggles when Jin hit Namjoon’s arm with a loud “Yah!”, then it’s probably because he kinda likes them, those silly fuckboys.

Even if—

Even if they like to walk in tightly-knitted crowd. Where there’s one, five other shouldn’t be too far behind.

And so, he doesn’t take more than a step or two before he’s met with Jimin. Red pants white shirt, gorgeous smile and puppy gaze, deadly spell to make Yoongi weak in the knees. He fucking hates this one dongsaeng. How’s Yoongi supposed to keep rejecting him when he’s—when he’s like that? When he’s all about knowing gaze and not-so innocent smiles? When he drinks in Yoongi’s every touch of attention like a starved man?

He knows Jimin’s shameless, had the displeasure—really?—to encounter the more forth-coming side of this one man. The side that likes to crowd Yoongi’s personal space and devour him with his eyes so hard, Yoongi looks away with burning cheeks and a sudden difficulty to speak.

“Hyung,” the boy says, hand reaching forward to touch Yoongi’s cheek softly. A bit more insistent, afterwards, when Yoongi doesn’t bat his hand away with a scowl. When Yoongi leans into it, just a little, just this one, just the way he pretends every damn time. “Why won’t you let me get close to you? How am I supposed to do that when you’re this beautiful?”

This is such a fuckboy thing to say, Yoongi screams, only for him to hear; wishing desperately his body would stop betraying him this way. But it’s been months and they’re still so damn insistent. It’s been months and Jimin doesn’t stop the love-sick puppy gazes, and, and none of them pursue anyone whose name isn’t Min Yoongi.

Yoongi retracts from his grip like he’s been burned, the moment he hears the others stalking closer. Jimin has his head cocked on the side. Eyes glinting, understanding dawning on him at the same side as a victorious smile stretches his lips.

So. Yoongi does what he gotta do. What any sensible prey would do when confronted with four (4!) predators.

He runs. Runs even though he hates running, knows he has to, this time. His facade is wearing off, and it won’t be long for them to realize he’s not as unaffected as he likes to pretend. Which—which would be a disaster, okay. For all their pretty promises, Yoongi doesn’t think they’ll stick around after they were satisfied with Yoongi spreading his legs just the way they liked.

That’s what fuckboys did, after all.

(Yoongi dutifully ignores the little voice that tells that—maybe, just maybe, they were different. He couldn’t afford a broken heart right now.)

He stops abruptly. Looks up like a deer caught in deer light, eyes wide, clothes disheveled and breathing cut of the blue. By the quick dash he took, or the sheer beauty of the man who gently caught his arms, Yoongi’s not sure he wants to know. Yoongi’s not sure about a lot of things, lately. Thrown in an sea of what’s right and what he desperately burns to do.

Sometimes, when confronted to one of those boys, Yoongi wonders if those two weren’t the same.

Quickly shakes his head at the nonsense. Because fuckboys, remember?

But Taehyung looks nothing like that in this instant. Taehyung’s burning gazes, staring intently in Yoongi’s eyes. Undiffused attention. He doesn’t blink and barely moves, looks and sounds like a man whose only reprieve could be found in watching Yoongi like he wouldn’t want to be anywhere else than by his sides. Fuckboys couldn’t look like that. Shouldn’t look like that. Had no right to make Yoongi feel like he was the only one on earth—melt happiness in his veins and color his cheeks red with only a glance.

Then Taehyung gets his tongue out. And, suddenly, Yoongi thinks it wouldn’t be such a bad idea to start running again after all. Watches disapationately as the man licks his lower lip, slow and tentalising. Pink tongue, eerie smirk that’s not really one; because Taehyung doesn’t need any of this shit to look sexy as fuck.

Taehyung’s genuine in everything he does. Intense in an out-of-this world kind of way. If only he wasn’t—

“God, hyung, have you looked at yourself? From your front to your back...”

—such a freaking fuckboy.

Yoongi rolls his eyes. Bites the inside of his cheek in a desperate attempt to control his body. Its reactions. The sudden, pleasured shiver that wanted to takeover his body at the sound of Taehyung’s voice.

Like—his voice. That shit wasn’t real.

He doesn’t tell Taehyung that. Only sidesteps the man and hurry on his way, knowing he would stop the others from pursuing him. He was a fuckboy, but a considerate one. Knew when he said enough. Still a fuckboy though. “And from my head to my toes, yes yes, I’m gorgeous everywhere, yadda yadda. Goodnight.”

Taehyung lets out a chuckle. Short, deep, and latching in Yoongi’s blood like the strongest aphrodisiac.

Goodness gracious.

“I mean, I haven’t checked everywhere so if you give me the opportunity—”

“Goodbye, Taehyung-ah.”

Taehyung laughs again. And Yoongi, Yoongi doesn’t turn around. Even if everything in him yells at him to. Even if, at this point in the game, Yoongi might just be a stubborn motherfucker.

His dorm’s not too far now, he realizes, as he flicks his eyes around the familiar and dimly-lit streets. Thoughts of his comfortable bed and gentle roommate nudge at him in comfort. But, realistically speaking—he knows it’s not over. Whatever this might be. His heartbeats pick up, those traitors, as do the swearing of his palm, the strange heat vibrating under his skin because—

“Baby hyung.” A voice crowns just beside his ear. Just as his back hit the wall of narrow alley. Gently, it doesn’t hurt, but something in the grip on his shoulders possessive. Just like the voice, just like the young-faced man whose big eyes take in everything of his body.

Yoongi belatedly realizes he stopped breathing. Tries to do so again, clumsily. Upset at having been taken by surprise again. But what should he expect anyway, coming from a guy like Jungkook? He’s still wondering about what this man cannot do, and to this day, doesn’t have a single thing to add on the blank page. Jungkook’s just good like that. A little shit that grew up too fast and alternate between deep and full of wisdom moments, to redoing vines in the middle of his classroom without any care in the world.

Not that—not that Yoongi knows him well or anything like that.

But there are firm hands gliding down on his waist. Keeping him pinned to the wall. Big, dark eyes, so intent and full of heat Yoongi thinks he starts breathing funny. Pushes his own hands on Jungkook’s chest but only manage to weaken himself because hello, Jungkook was fucking built.

Jungkook all shy-like at the beginning, slowly turning into this dangerous specimen that has all the people at school dropping their pants for him. Jungkook all about tongues out and suggestives look, keeps to closed ones the fact he’s still a total and complete dork. Lame pick-up lines, obscure references and meme-master kind of dork.

But—

Toward Yoongi—

He showed an ardent and almost obsessive kind of interest. No simple flirting and trying to get into his pants; but the soft, breezy autumn leaves interest that colored with the need to know what made Yoongi happy. What he did when he day-dreamed, what made him laugh, what made him sad.

And so, Yoongi’s walls may or may not have broke for him. A tiny bit.

Because Jungkook knows. Knows Yoongi still draws the sun in the corner of his paper, that he never stopped drawing a smiley on it either. Jungkook knows. Jungkook smiles and nudges him. Beams at him as he proudly waves his drawing, adorned with his very own smiling sun.

Jungkook knows. He’s a fuckboy in the making, more nerdy than anything—

And maybe that’s why Yoongi lets himself be kissed tonight. Goes pliant under the fingers digging in his skin, the teeth nibbling on his lips and the hot tongue fucking into his mouth.

It’s one kiss, two, goes on three and Yoongi doesn’t count anymore. Feels a hand snake under his shirt to tease the pale stretch of his skin, the pink and hardening nub of his nipple.

Yoongi knees Jungkook in the crotch. Hard and swift.

Goes on his merry way after straightening himself up, cheeks heated, heart throwing a party in his ribcage. Not a look behind him at Jungkook’s surprised and pained groan, because mama ain’t raised no easy bitch.

...

Mama did raise a sentimental bitch though, so the day after, Yoongi relents and accepts another date.

Fuckboys will be fuckboys, it’s just a matter of time before they give up on him, right?

Right.

What’s a Soul Really Worth, Anyway? by thisneedsmorefilth - 130k words, fantasy, demon!jm, witch!jk, listen, this and the next one are my top 2 jikook fics of all time, so well-written, plot so exciting legit reads like a book, better than a lot of books tbh, the world-building is INSANE, jungkook and the gang accidentally summon demon!jimin and chaos ensue, especially for jungkook...and you know why!!!, so funny, angsty, cried so much, happy ending but listen to me: you gotta read the sequel too, YOU GOTTA.

Militat Omnis Amans: The Beginnings by edaen - 92k words, fantasy, werewolf!jk, vampire!jm, forbidden love, super slow burn but super worth it, JIKOOK IN THIS IS MY FAVORITE JIKOOK IN ANY FIC EVER EVER EVER, this is the ultimate all or nothing will freeze hell over for the other kind of love, and the way this is written is just so... how do i describe it. like you can just tell the author wanted to be very realistic with their feelings. you’ve seen the word count, this is SLOW burn. like you will legit feel their struggle to just be able to love each other and while it hurts, it’s also SO GLORIOUS. i love this one so much and if you like reading angst with happy ending but like cranked up to 200% then read this. bonus feels if you read the whole series

Until Dawn (series) by edaen - this is the long series where the previous one above is part of. highly rec if you love fantasy and you wanna read about bts being a rag tag group of supernatural beings fighting evil yay. also it makes the above fic more satisfying because you see more of jikook just being tgt and in love (with bonus angst because of course)
