YANDERE DRACO MALFOY HEADCANONS

Although Draco and Lucius are somewhat alike with their arrogant and pompous nature, he's a tad bit more softer to his lover and more.. understanding and caring than his dad

You won't even know he has an obsession with you and even he won't know it at first either. He hates the way you talk, laugh and smile since it always makes his heart race and stomach erupt with butterflies in a frenzy. And he despises it even more when you hang out with Harry, Ron and Hermione even more. He won't be too mean to you compared to them but you'll arrive at the conclusion that he hates you. But it's quite different actually

He'll be angry with himself for falling in love with you and even more so when he grows and becomes obsessed with you. He'll be staring at you during classes and during breakfast, lunch and dinner and he'll be showing off and bragging more around you to get your attention. You might be thinking that he's most probably planning to target someone to be their next victim of amusement or something but he's been watching you all along and noticing your every move. The way your graceful body moved and your long and lovely veela hair flowed around your shoulders and the way your eyes sparkled with joy when you were discussing about your favorite subject. Crabbe and Goyle might tease him about it till he tells them to shut TF up and Pansy might be a bit jealous of you but she'll move on. As for Zabini, well... he won't really care in any way

Draco is quite the stalker, no doubt about that. He'll be stalking you from the shadows or make other people stalk and follow you and tell him what you've been up to. He'll like tormenting and bullying you even more so but why does his throat clench and heart twist so much when he sees tears in your eyes or when you look and stare at him with a pained and hurt expression on your face?

Draco isn't one to show emotions and affection just yet. His way of showing love and affection towards his darling might raise a few eyebrows but that doesn't mean he doesn't care about you, of course he does! He just has a different way of showing it, that's all, but he'll stop after a while when he comes to know his feelings of love for you are really deep

He will do his best to make you think he's good and change your mind about him. You might think it's all a trick just for him to start tormenting you and bullying you all over again but it's not that at all, he just needs another chance to prove he's good and for you to love him! He might act like one god damn Tsundere but inside he'll literally be screaming 'NOTICE ME!!!!' Even if you look at him and give him some reaction be it good or bad, his day will be made like no joke. He LIVES for attention from you and that's also the reason why he keeps creating scenes where you're close just so you can witness the whole thing (I Don't know why this is making me laugh XD *WHEEZE*). Other people won't be so safe from not even his own people from his house! Be it Gryffindors, Ravenclaws or Hufflepuffs or even Slytherins for that matter, anyone else talks to you too long for his liking will be pulled aside by him for a little 'chat' till they run away crying or screaming or hexed

When you finally accept him, he'll be over the moon soaring in pleasure in joy and will make sure you become his lover in no time. He's selfish and will want MORE of your affection whether or not you're willing to give it. He might even ask someone turn him into a ferret just so you could pet him or laugh, he lives for such things. Draco will literally spoil you, taking you out frequently to the 3 broomsticks or Madam Puddifoot's teashop for some delicious warm Butterbeer, Honeydukes where you can enjoy that new candy they just got and he'll even buy you a quill from the quill shop there. He'll share his things with you when he gets parcels from his parents. He'll be really clingy to you and if you ask him to leave you alone for a while he will but he'll be back later. Oh, and as for Peeves, he doesn't dare to mess with you, not after Draco threatened him. I don't know what Peeves is scared of but whatever he did actually worked. And he'll also have Crabbe and Goyle carry your bags or things if you're feeling tired or he might do it himself to show you how strong and capable he is of taking care of you

Now when it comes to rivals, he'll just hex them and threaten them to stay TF away from you or he'll end up killing them. And he'll kidnap you later on but don't worry, he'll treat you really well. Unless you make him mad and call him a monster and all that. He'll be really sad and as much as he doesn't want to punish you, you have to be disciplined and so, he might lock you in a room and maybe mess with your dreams a bit that make you running back into his arms since he's skilled at Occlumency as well. He'll be smug inside that you're finally coming around and he'll stroke your hair and whisper how he'll always love you and nothing can ever separate the 2 of you. He'll be putty in your hands if you show hi affection and he'll give you anything and everything you could every want

As long as he has you by his side at the end of the day, that's all that matters. Anyone else doesn't matter in this world now, only YOU hold a special place in his heart

SUMMARY: You despised Draco Malfoy more than anyone, but the same couldn't be said about his feelings towards you. But how will he handle these feelings as they slowly grow darker as the years go by?

When Draco first met you in the first year of Hogwarts, he developed a crush on you and after watching you from a distance, his crush on you deepens. However, he made never made a move that could give you a sign of his romantic feelings for you. Instead, he became one of your worst bullies at Hogwarts. He often teased and insulted you, but never did anything physical.

His yandere side didn't show until both of your sixth year in Hogwarts. He turned into a completely different person, more cautious and anxious, though he does a good job at hiding the latter emotion. Draco became bitter but more reserved and he spent most of his time on his studies and other things rather than bullying the first and second years like he usually did in the previous years.

At first, Draco kept a distance from you. He always avoided you, even during class, though he managed to sneak a glance or two at you when no one was looking. Draco couldn't leave you entirely no matter how hard he tries. However, it changed when another one of your bullies, Vincent Crabbe, began to torment you by practicing curses on you and Draco was there to see it.

Draco saw red and in the middle of the practice, before Crabbe could comprehend it, he fell unconscious and began to bleed. When Crabbe fell unconscious, Draco was left to face his bleeding and bruised darling on the floor looking at him like he was a monster. Draco immediately casted a sleeping charm on you and darkness surrounded you.

When you woke up again, you were in a peculiar and dark room. It didn't look to be your dormitary or any other houses's dormitary. There was tea and soup prepared for you nearby where you were sleeping. And although your entire body still felt sore from the curses, you felt much better. Several of your cuts were covered in bandages and your bruises were treated with what seems to be ointments.

You tried to get up and look around the room but noticed that you were chained to the bed. The chains was only long enough for you to reach the tea and soup, but it didn't let you go any further. You tried to move the bed but you failed and suspected that a spell was casted to ensure that it wouldn't move.

A few hours after, you heard something open and saw a blonde figure emerge from the shadows of the dark room. Your attention was immediately onto your old bully and you demanded for him to let you go. But Draco refused to, saying it was for your own good and you're in danger.

Draco used a spell to fabricate a letter filled with your handwritings to give to the teachers and the headmaster for your temporary leave of absence from your classes to visit your dying grandmother. You weren't entirely sure how he had managed to pull it off, but the whole school bought it and no one was left wondering where you are.

You were pleading for him to let you go but he was adamant to keep you there— wherever you are anyways, because you don't even recognize your surroundings.

He insisted that he was keeping you safe, looking almost like a desperate mad man, which might be what he was. He became a death eater and knew the risks and consequences outside of Hogwarts and even inside too. He's more than certain that he's the only one who could protect you from it all.

He lets you be free from your cuffs every once in a while, but he was smart enough to not let you be without them for too long. His mind might be completely filled with thoughts that you needs his protection but he still understands the nature of living beings and the want for freedom. That's why, he's careful with the amount of time when you're with and without cuffs.

He's very protective of you no matter what your blood status is, but if you're a muggleborn? His paranoia is over the roof and he's always sure that someone is following him or watching him whenever you're around. It doesn't mean he'll stop visiting you though, it just means less time for you to be free of your cuffs.

You'll be staying in the room he has chosen for you for the remainder of his school years in order to be close to you and he won't be going back home during the holidays because he doesn't want to spend time away from you. He already has to be away from you because of his classes, why does he have to for the holidays too?

He won't be trusting anyone with you. That's also the reason why he's barely letting you out of his sight during his free time. Even eating breakfast, lunch and dinner with you.

Don't be mistaken though, even when you're locked up, he's making sure to take care of you well. He brings you everything that you ask him for and all your favourite foods and many expensive clothes and jewelleries. You look like a pretty little wife/husband for him and the prospect of you marrying Draco excites him.

You're the only thing he looks forward to all day. He knows he has changed during his sixth year and he is not like his old self but you bring side the happiness he didn't know he still have inside of him and he's willing to do everything and anything to make sure the little joy inside him is always there, even if it means locking you up for the rest of your life.

Draco

♡ As a type, he's extremely insecure and possessive. Draco isn't the type of person to be content sharing any of his things, and the same seems to go for his darling. He doesn't exactly see them as an object, but he absolutely believes that they belong to him and him alone. Draco, due to this mindset, hates seeing his darling with other people. He hates it, actually. He's the type of yandere who depends heavily on the attention from his darling.

☆ That being said, he gets jealous easily, especially if his darling happens to be close and/or friendly with Harry or anyone from that circle of friends. I think he'd be a lot worse if his darling was close with Ron, especially. He literally loathes Ron Weasley, so seeing his infatuation being friendly with that red-headed rat makes Draco fume with rage. Despite this, he can't really do much about his darling being around these people, so all he does is pout.

♡ Despite all of his toxic traits, I hardly think that Draco would demean or mistreat his darling. His behavior towards them is quite the opposite of that, actually. Draco is that mean guy who goes as soft as wool when around the person he has feelings for, and at the beginning of his infatuation with his darling he doesn't even realize that he's developed a soft spot for them. He just assumes that he can tolerate their company. Draco treats his darling so gently and sweet. Narcissa did not raise a brute.

☆ He has commitment issues but reversed. Draco cannot stand the thought of his darling not being committed to him. He'd be the type to daydream about being married to his darling, and he desperately craves that cute, domestic life with them. If his darling had a problem with being tied down, Draco would be absolutely devastated. He's the type of guy who proposes several times until is darling inevitably says yes. If they stubbornly refuse to marry him, Draco becomes sort of delusional. He'll go around calling them his wife/husband/spouse.

♡ Draco would get romantic advice from his mother! Lucius is absolutely pathetic, but Narcissa would offer him generally good courting advice, and always reminds Draco to treat his little lover well. I can see her absolutely adoring Draco's darling, especially if they take care of him. If we're talking about post war Draco, he's been through a lot and needs someone to give him tender affection. When Narcissa hears Draco talk about his darling she gets super giddy because of how happy he looks. I feel like it'd be near impossible for her to dislike Draco's darling.

Dear (Name),

We have not interacted with each other very much but we have crossed paths a few times. More times then not the few interactions we did have were mainly negative and I apologize for that but I have a certain image and family reputation I must uphold, especially in front of others. But I have been watching you, watching how you interact with others and what kind of person you seem to be. It has made me want to introduce myself properly to you and genuinely get to know you, to experience what so many others have seemed to grow so attached to you for, but I have not yet found the right time to do so or how to go about it. Therefore, given the things I have seen for myself and the fact that you overall seem like a sincere person just trying to survive with what has been dealt to them I couldn’t just stand by and watch you being played and lied to by the people you believe to be your friends.

I had not really had any intention to reach out to you this way or write to you at all. But I thought you should know something very important and I know you wouldn’t have believed me if I came to you in person. This letter will not be inherently positive given the circumstances it is concerning and I sincerely apologize for what you are about to become aware of but you should not be in the dark about it. Especially, when it concerns so many people you have grown so close to and fond of.

Attached to this letter is a petition that had been started before you first took a position at Hogwarts. Word had gotten around about an obscurus being brought into Hogwarts and out of fear, worry and repulsion someone had taken it upon themself to take action. The petition was demanding you not to be allowed at the school as well as near the staff and students in attendance who reside at the castle. The petition had been stopped early on before it really took off but it had still gained plenty of signatures. Signatures you may come to recognize for yourself.

One very glaring signature was from the very mother of the Weasley children who you have grown so attached to and vice versa. Notice how she was one of the top signatures on the list of names, meaning she was one of the first to rush and sign against you. And yet she has welcomed you into her home, has made you a part of her family and has the audacity to act Saint like. As if she had not tried to ruin your chances at making a living for yourself or getting to experience and feel some kind of ounce of acceptance and belonging.

How will you be able to continue to have a woman who had gone against you so hastily like that as someone worthy of being a part of your life?

Would she have ever told you that she took part in taking action against you?

Will you be able to see any of the teachers the same given that a number of their names had been signed as well?

How will you bring yourself to look at, let alone be around, the children of those who never wanted you around in the first place?

I know if it were me, I would cut those people out of my life entirely. As you should. They are not worth your time or friendship, let alone to be brought into your life as family. I do hope you heed my advice, you truly do not need people like that in your company.

After reading all of this and being blindsided by this information I am sure that you must feel unbelievably hurt and betrayed right now but you needed to know. Although, I am sorry I had to be the one to relay it to you but someone had to.

The famous couple in Hogwarts.Everybody thought they are a perfect match and everything is very good in their life.

For Y/n,it was of course.

But is it true for Draco too? God,even in their relationship Y/n asked him out.She was clearly obsessed with him and showed no hiding about it.And Draco said yes because he wanted her to annoy him,maybe in relationship she would be less clingy.

But man,he was never so wrong like this in his life.

After getting into this relationship,she got clingier than she was used to be before.Whenever he woke up,she kisses all his face and hugging him.Even going to the classes,at night..All times of the day she is with him and even when he talks with his friends she is either on his lap or hugging him.

And it also made his friends dislike this.

"We missed you along us,bro.She is always with you.Is she your puppy or something?"Blaisa,one of his friends said in potions class which she did not have today.

It was like she could not control herself when she did it.She could feel pain slowly coming to her body.She knew Draco was not going to care but she was wrong.

When Draco saw her sacrifice her own life for him he immediately felt guilty inside of him.When the spell hit her he was frozen and numb.

“WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU DO,POTTER?”Draco yelled at him coming closer to Y/n and holding her numb body.

Immediately Professor Snape came to the scene and took Y/n to hospital.Draco begged to stay there with her but Madam Pomfrey said she needs to get a rest...

It was 2 days since that day and Y/n was not awake still.Draco visited her in these 2 days and also he broke up with Astoria.

At first he thought it was because she sacrificed her life for him and it was just guilt but no.

After breaking up with her,he always felt this feeling.He missed her next to him.He would give everything to get her back.

YANDERE HP GOLDEN ERA: SLYTHERIN BOYS X DORMMATE READER

continuation of my previous post (i got caught up in getting out my anthony goldstein headcanons was it obvious). okay so full disclosure, i haven't read the fanfictions lorenzo and mattheo are from (i only read yandere is it obvious) (i see their faceclaims and cannot. exclude), so if i'm not portraying them correctly shout at me. but just for a moment, imagine having the 79-80 liner slytherin boys yandere for their dormmate? (okay there is a loophole i'll write for male readers/darlings if asked).

maybe they've known the reader/darling since childhood, and the sudden close proximity magnifies the possessive and obsessive tendencies they were developing towards the darling. or, the darling could suddenly get sorted into slytherin and now they have a roommate they did not expect to have. for the second scenario i don't think the darlings personality would matter much - either way, they're all apprehensive about this really cute kid they suddenly are dorming with.

maybe they give the reader a hard time at first (although this is only really likely to happen for a darling in a different house, or a muggleborn darling) but whoo boy if anyone else thinks of teasing the reader, they'll get hell from our dear slytherins here. actually, anyone who the reader pays mind to becomes a target of torment and bullying by draco and his gang. especially potter. please, reader, for potters own sanity and the good of the wizarding world, do not approach, think about or even look in the direction of harry. it ends in an ugly tantrum from draco, prolonged sarcasm from theodore, silence from blaise, aggression from mattheo and teasing from lorenzo. crabbe and goyle won't be carrying your books for you for the next week either.

when they get like this, it'll be the darling that'll have to make it up to them, or risk having it all drag out until one of them gets over it naturally.

GREGORY GOYLE & VINCENT CRABBE (cast josh herdman, jamie waylett):

they're all horribly possessive and jealous by default, but generally, crabbe and goyle are the easiest to deal with, they both have a soft spot for their darling, and are pretty used to being bossed around, the second choice and having to share. they're also the easiest to appease, putting food on crabbe's plate is enough to make him happy, and paying goyle any mind will go a long way.

they don't need constant attention (draco), validation (draco), and affection (draco), from their darling, and are content just being in their life.

BLAISE ZABINI (cast louis cordice):

after them, i honestly don't know who's worse. going in alphabetical order, blaise appears to be calm and uncaring when it comes to his darling, but do not be fooled, he's not going to sit back and let his darling get whisked away by the likes of a half blood (sorry mattheo), spolit daddy's boy (apologies draco), spolit mommy's boy (soz enzo) or someone who's one lab accident away from becoming a supervillain (blaise's words not mine theo).

blaise tolerates the rest of the slytherins for now, but if any of them think he'd ever fully agree to sharing with the likes of them, they are wrong. he fantasises about taking his darling away from the world after graduating, and probably has his mother trying to arrange a marriage the moment he decides they're his.

DRACO MALFOY (cast tom felton):

unlike blaise, draco is not even a little bit subtle about his possesiveness over his darling, he only see's the other slytherins as tools to ensure his darlings safety and happiness at hogwarts, and does not bother to pretend like he isn't planning to kidnap move the reader into malfoy manor the minute they graduate. actually, he couldn't wait that long.

he'll look for any opportunity to have the malfoy family gain custody of his darling. all the more better if his darling comes from a dysfunctional household. but either way, he'll make sure his family is all they have to turn to.

all i know about lorenzo is that he has mommy and daddy issues so i'll have to piggybank off that. he'll present himself as the 'sane' one, if his darling is complaining about the behaviour of the other slytherins, enzo wholeheartedly agree's with them "i don't know what's wrong with all of them - you sure you didn't slip any amortentia into their drinks?" he becomes a safe haven from the possessive obsession his dormmates seem to share for their darling.

LORENZO BERKSHIRE (fancast louis patridge):

lorenzo acts the most normal, but don't be fooled, he's just as obsessed as the rest of them. enzo is just better at hiding it. he too, frequently thinks about whisking them away, but is much less finite about it; holing his darling up in his house isn't the end goal. he could honestly live with sharing them with his fellow slytherins, but this is all assuming that the reader takes well to his attempts at becoming the 'sane one'.

if enzo isn't able to successfully befriend them, he'll have to settle for being the 'mean one'. teasing and humiliation follows his darling, as does he. it's not severe, but it's probably the push the reader needs to fall into deep depression and anxiety. so please, take the sane bait.

MATTHEO RIDDLE (fancast benjamin wadsworth):

mattheo doesn't exactly have a family reputation to uphold, blaise, draco, enzo and theo would want to keep up a respectable reputation, whatever that is in pureblood society, but mattheo? the dark lords son? he's entirely unhinged.

if lorenzo is the 'sane one', mattheo is the 'crazy one'.

he doesn't really care what his darling, or others, think of his behaviour. if he wants to spend time with them, he's going to. he'll pull them out of class, drag them away from the other slytherins, just to skip rocks in the black lake with them, or raid the kitchens. he doesn't really bother hiding his yandere tendencies, he'll actively tell his darling not to talk to certain people "because i said so" "stop asking questions", and will refuse to elaborate further. sometimes, there will be disturbing moments of honesty between him and his darling; he'll admit that he's obsessed with them, and threaten to attack people they pay attention to. and he'll tell them that they belong to him.

sometimes it's frightening and sometimes he'll come across as sweet. he is both predictable and unpredictable, which puts his darling at unease around him.

THEODORE NOTT (fancast lorenzo zurzolo):

theodore uses guilt to garner his darlings sympathy, all the more easier if they are childhood friends. he'll make sure they know about his harsh childhood, and make them feel responsible for his wellbeing. he's the only one to create a sense of dependency not built upon threats. out of all the slytherins, he gets to know his darling the best, he'll use guilt, emotional breakdowns and dark secrets to create a sense of obligation towards him.

theo is the most comforting of the slytherins to be around, he's quiet and the only one who they can spend time with without feeling much pressure. he demands the most of their attention, and is by far the most possessive. whilst i can see the other slytherins finding a way to deal with sharing their darling amonst themselves, if the rest don't back off eventually (stop dreaming theo) (they won't), he's the most inclined to just get rid of them - he can't stand it when his darling is around anyone but him, he wakes early to walk his darling to class just so they won't get caught up in the busy halls, where eyes can wonder and other people can have a chance to interact with his darling.

theodore pairs with them for every project, which leads to some ugly arguments between him and blaise, who only really get's his fill of his darling by sitting next to them in class. and draco, and mattheo and enzo and even goyle who was hoping the reader would help get him a good grade for once.

out of all of them, draco, goyle and blaise are the most patient. they want their darling to love them, not see them as monsters to flinch away from.

theodore, lorenzo and mattheo will take whatever they can get. lorenzo in particular doesn't want his darling to fear him but won't let them get away with trying to escape or disobedience. mattheo doesn't mind being the villain if he must be, but his heart clenches when his darling acts so obviously distrustful of him. theodore is the least patient, and if his darling starts to shy away from him, he snaps. at them, at the rest of the slytherin boys. but he's also easy to keep content, so long as his darling is always by his side.

similarly, blaise just enjoys being in the presence of his darling, and doesn't feel the need to cuddle up to them constantly like draco and enzo do. mattheo is a loose canon, and sometimes is fine being near them, other times he wants skin to skin contact 25/8.

they're hopeless at sharing, and only really get along for the sake of their darling. there are only really two ways this can end; theodore finally snaps and tries to off the rest of them after graduation, or they somehow come to an agreement on sharing, maybe they each get their own day a week

monday for draco, tuesday for blaise, wednesday for theo, thursday for enzo, and friday for mattheo. goyle and crabbe probably aren't taken seriously enough to get given their own day, so then the weekends are spent sharing (fighting).

the only time the boys will work in tandem is when someone attempts to take their darling and their attention, away. best example, darling starts dating someone. which is already pretty improbable, considering they give the reader no alone time whatsoever. but let's just say the darling here is going on a date with cormac mclaggen (get a grip, darling), any grudges they've been holding against each other are off, mclaggen has just signed his death warrant.

mattheo and theodore do most of the dirty work, whilst lorenzo distracts the reader. draco and blaise cover up their tracks, so it seems like whatever they did to mclaggen was an untimely accident. or have it blamed on someone else. goyle and crabbe intimidate anyone who tries to get close to the darling from then on.

they might hate sharing with each other, but they truly despise sharing with an 'outsider'.

SPICE, ICE AND EVERYTHING NICE

It had been a while since Draco Malfoy had kidnapped you and claimed that 'he was doing this for you'. True, at first you literally hated his guts and wanted nothing to do with him but slowly you couldn't help but fall in love with him. He didn't hit you or anything, rather in fact, he treated you really well and his family liked you too. Of course, if you ignored the fact that he was too possessive and highly clingy 

Currently Malfoy was out getting something for you and when you asked him where he was going or what he was getting, he just told you it was a surprise for you but he was a bit red and had a small smile on his face much to your surprise. You didn't try escaping from him since one, you didn't really want to escape from him anymore and two, you anyways couldn't escape from his place, the security around was quite tight

Malfoy came back after 20 minutes and when you hugged him and said "Welcome home'' his heart couldn't help but melt. This was exactly what he'd imagined before taking you for himself. After he hugged you, he dumped the contents of the bags on a table nearby and told you "You wanted to make gingerbread houses for Christmas right? So here....'' and you looked at him in surprise. "Oh wow, I wonder who got you into the festive mood of Christmas, it's almost like a Christmas miracle'' you joked slightly and he spoke "Yeah yeah, whatever. It's not like I enjoy this shit, I'm doing this 'cause you won't shut up about it'' and rolled his eyes but you knew better

And now, let's fast forward to the time when you both are busy making a gingerbread house. You couldn't help but groan "Why is this hard?" and Malfoy looked at you amused and replied "But my love, this was your idea'' and that's when you got an idea in your head, you decided to mess with him a little. No doubt it would result in him yelling till the walls get cracks, but it could be worth it, you were in a mood to have some fun with him. You pretended to drop a spatula and asked him to bend down and get it. After he retrieved the spatula, you were standing in front of him and you smeared some flour on his face and cheeks and ran away giggling. Malfoy looked a bit surprised at first but then smirked and yelled "You're not getting away that easily from me love!'' and then proceeded to chase you around the place for a few minutes

He finally managed to pin you down on the couch and the both of you were so close to each other that your heads were touching each other and he whispered "You're in for it now'' and you braced yourself for him to get mad at you. But instead, he just started tickling you and you couldn't help but squeal and squirm for all you were worth. After that, you both were panting like you ran a mile and you asked him a question that he didn't want you to ask. "Draco, could we please go out? I promise I won't try escaping, we don't even need to actually go out. Just the backyard, please, I want to feel the snow again. It's been really long'' At first he refused but when you pulled your ultimate wild card, your cute puppy dog eyes, he grumbled under his breath and muttered "Fine. But you won't be stepping out without me and without wearing proper clothing to protect you from the cold. And no making a fuss, I don't need you catching a cold'' and you nodded

You and Malfoy had a blast by having snowball fights with each other, building snowmen and even building a little ice castle. You smiled to yourself, remembering your childhood when you used to play in the snow and pretend you were Elsa from Frozen (Don't lie, we've all done that) and that's when Malfoy decided it was the perfect time to give you his gift. He pulled you closer to him, kissed you on the lips and forehead and then spoke "Merry Christmas my love'' and handed you a little box. When you opened it, it was a charm bracelet that had both of your names on it along with a few other charms that you liked and you found it rather cute and endearing. You felt a bit embarrassed, he'd got something really nice for you and all you've managed to come up with was a card since you couldn't really go out

"I understand if you don't like this and if you want to throw this, I won't stop you, it's silly anyways'' you muttered as you took him inside and gave him the card you made for him. He looked at it for a few minutes and then at you and then at the card again and you could have sworn, he actually had tears in his eyes. "Draco, are you....are you all right?" you asked him and placed an arm on his shoulder but he muttered "I'm fine, I just had a little dust in my eyes, that's all. But...  this is far from silly love, it's something you made for me with your own hands, I'll always cherish and treasure it. I'm never throwing this away and don't you even think that for a moment'' and kissed your head again

He made some hot chocolate for the both of you as you both sat by the window, admiring the snow from the warmth of your home. Christmas was always about spending time with friends and family for you, and as you looked at Draco who had an arm wrapped around you protectively, you smiled to yourself. These were the little soft moments that you wished would never end... who knows, perhaps a little Christmas magic would grant your wish after all.....

Draco’s heart screeched to a stop. 

As one of the many wizards- and. Probably non-wizards too, if he was being honest, which made his blood boil; in the race for Hermione’s hand, he knew what it was to be punched square in the face by this woman. And Weasley had just gotten it, right behind him. Spectacular.

Krum had also beat him by asking her to the ball. He’d been too busy pretending to not give a fuck to wear his heart on his sleeve, just like Weasely. Something about Her put him on the same level as the ginger moron. He needed to fix that.

He inhaled sharply at her first sob, growing distant as She stormed off the signature Hermione way he loved so much. 

Cut her off at the staircase on the third floor, dickwad! He screamed at himself, pressing deeper into the shadows as Weasley walked past him, clearly having some kind of stroke. I mean, he couldn’t blame him- he’d reacted the same way last year to Her ire, and the growth hadn’t come until two months later. That’s when he came to terms with his obsession. 

It had happened one day in the library. He’d come to see if she’d be there, to fish him out of his misery as the sight of her so usually did, but after doing the entire room twice over had concluded that she was likely out at one of her study spots with her friends. Usually, this would send him stalking right down to the gardens, but today it angered him more than normal.

So instead he’d stalked off searching for someone else. Colin, his name had been, right? He had a flashy muggle thing that stored pictures of people- still pictures, where the person didn’t get to vanish whenever they felt like it. It would be a picture of Hermione, not a pretend Hermione taking life on paper. He needed the real deal.

That’s what spurred him on tonight as he dashed after Her like a madman. The staircase to the third floor was the only place they’d find some fucking privacy- people were still scared of it since the smartest witch in the world hadn’t been able to save her albeit weak friends from nearly dying in there, understandably- he needed the real deal. No more hidden pictures and defending her from his friends and the lock of hair he’d stolen from Pansy Parkinson to stop her from brewing Polyjuice but couldn’t quite convince himself to throw away yet. 

“Wait for me!” He yelled when she reached halfway up those stairs. She didn’t turn around, just collapsed to her knees. He was too far away to catch her.

“Hermione,” he said, falling to a crouch as soon as he was next to her. How was she so fast in heels?

She looked up at him through tears, breaking his heart.

“Now is- really not the time, Malfoy,” she said weakly.

“I agree, it’s not. And I’m sorry,” he said, relieved as her tears stopped for a second.

“Finally got over pulling the pigtails of the girl you like at the playground, have we?” She asked, glaring at him. 

“Yes, yes, we finally grew some balls,” he didn’t bother to be surprised that she’d figured him out- of course She would have him figured out, “and now we’re here to take care of you. Let me take care of you. Please.” 

“I don’t need you.” 

He sighed hopelessly. He knew. He knew exactly how much she didn’t need him, but-

“But I need you.”  ////

Hermione wasn’t sure of what she was doing.

But she’d been protecting herself since she was young, here at Hogwarts, and. And she wanted to be kept safe for once.

“You look beautiful tonight. You’re beautiful everyday, but. People don’t see that because you’re so obviously focused on being more than that. But tonight, you’ve made an effort to look beautiful, you’ve made an effort to have a good time, and let me help you enjoy yourself.”

Now she was dancing with him, his hand on her waist, his other hand gripping hers- he was so much warmer than she’d ever imagined he could be. 

Harry was nowhere to be seen. She didn’t want to see Ronald.

And she felt what Draco had said. She felt it in her heart and on her hips today. 

Let’s give him some kind of fraternization to yell about, she’d said. His smile had been so genuinely happy- happy for her, that she’d decided to let him fix her makeup and lead her back to the ball.

She knew his body, protective and shielding as it was now. She’d watched him enough to know when he really meant something.

“Let me show you a good time, and then let me show you that you are a good time. Let me show you that you are like stargazing.”

“Where, exactly, are we going?” He huffed behind her. She paused.

“Love, you’re breaking my hand,” he said, and she turned around to look and realized that she really was, she was squeezing his hand too tightly. 

“Sorry,” she let go.

“Where are we going?” He asked again.

Well, she’d been leading him to the Room of Requirement. Because she required him really badly, but maybe that wasn’t the best idea. Maybe he’d change his mind in the morning, and then make fun of how badly she’d needed him right now- look at how he was grinning, boyish and excited, and how easily that grin could turn into an evil smirk. The last thing she needed was to be slut shamed by the entire school, more, god knew wizards were really backwards with this kind of stuff- 

“Don’t tell me you were planning to bed me already, Granger.” 

There was that old-fashionedness. It was called sex, Malfoy, but she couldn��t say that out loud.

“There’s this certain type of Muffliato spell I could teach you? Basically, you could cast it on me and I wouldn’t be able to talk about whatever we get up to for the rest of our lives. Make for great teasing later, but mainly you wouldn’t have to worry about me ruining your reputation. Sworn to secrecy, and all that.”

She blinked.

“How do I know the spell isn’t just made-up?” She asked.

He grinned even harder.

“So glad you asked, love.” 

And that’s how they found themselves in the Restricted section, and he was pushing into her against the shelves, murmuring about how long he’d dreamed about doing this to her, and what a dirty whore she was for him, and how he was as much of a harlot for her.

“Fuck, Granger.” Her skirts were bunched up around them, and her hair was getting ruined, and the makeup he’d restored was melting with sweat and his tears instead of her broken sobbing. And she felt safe. 

And then when they were done, he lifted her off him but didn’t put her down. Carried their tired bodies all the way back to his dorm, and half-asleep, she felt him changing her into a sweatshirt that smelled like him. Some kind of curtains around their bed, keeping them from the others who’d fill this room later, and she was cocooned in him and more blankets than she’d ever been under in her entire life. His silent groans as he slid his cock back into her for the night nearly killed her, and then she fell dead asleep.

Everyone was staring at them. Of course they were.

Hermione had slipped back to her dorm in the morning, and her girlfriends had been shockingly happy for her. She’d tugged her robes on, and then hurried to breakfast before she could bump into Ronald. Draco was waiting for her at the entrance to the Great Hall. He invited her to sit with him. She said no, on the grounds that she didn’t want to rely on him to defend her. He begged her to let him show her off. She’d caved.

And now she was eating at the slytherin table for the first time, with Draco Malfoy, and his pack of raucous friends who were being surprisingly nice to her. If her second year self could see her now… 

Even the fucking Beauxbatons were glancing at them regularly. Ronald wasn’t bothering to hide his death stare, and Harry just… raised his goblet and drank to something, presumably the chaos she was causing. She snorted as Ron dragged him away from the Gryffindor table.

She missed him, but he’d never really taken sides when it came to Ron. Not when it really mattered. 

She felt Draco lean his chin on her shoulder, and realized their friends- their friends?- had gone quiet.

“Oh, Merlin. You’re no better than a housecat,” she said, exasperated. The table burst into uproar, and Hermione suddenly realized that most of the laughter in the Great Hall came from Slytherin.  ////////

“You’re still going to be friends with Potter?” He asked.

“If that’s a problem, I can leave,” She replied.

“Don’t leave.”

“I don’t intend to,” She said, smiling at him. 

Today was Hogsmeade, which was good, because Draco was addicted to her. He wouldn’t have been able to let Her go so quickly. They were sitting in the Hog’s Head, unpopulated and quiet right now. He’d enchanted the tablecloth to hide them from the rest of the pub, opting to cuddle Her for warmth instead.

She stared down at him with big, brown eyes that he was absolutely enchanted with. When they’d first met, he’d really assumed she was part-Veela.

“Are we dating yet?” He asked excitedly.

“What do you mean yet?”

“Tell me about yourself,” Draco said to her. They were in his bed, Muffliato spells and curtains shed. She liked it here because it was so cold that she had an excuse to cuddle him.

“My parents are dentists,” and then winced, remembering who she was talking to.

“What’s a dentist?”

“It’s… basically someone who rips your teeth out for you. It’s universally regarded as a method of torture in the muggle world.”

“Is that right? That doesn’t sound right,” he said, laughing.

“No, I swear. And they have this trademarked color? It’s this terrifying minty blue-green. It symbolizes fear for everyone but me. I’m the only weirdo who’s comforted by it because I grew up in offices that were absolutely smothered by it.”

“Are you telling me the truth right now?”

“Merlin’s honor.”

it would be fucked up if Bellatrix was the only one who figured out the reader was an obscurus. like maybe they’ve run into each other a few times at the manor on an au where she wasn’t imprisoned but Narcissa is always intercepting them. kind of irritating the hell out of Bellatrix because she immediately picked up on the dark energy that the reader’s got going on and really wanted to get to know her.

and sometime after the reader is outed/the Malfoys find out she’s just not phased. sort of making Narcissa paranoid.

the reader runs into Bellatrix at Spinner’s End as the reader is leaving her house and Bellatrix is leaving Severus’ house and there is silent moment between them that kind of changes the reader’s perception of the witch.

the reader will ask how she knew and Bellatrix will shrug before saying: “it takes a monster to know a monster”

turns out in those small, measly interactions, the witch began to form a curiosity that lead to the yandere mentality. i mean, the woman spent months stocking the poor reader to find out who her sister’s mystery lover was. how could she not get obsessed with the woman? but she never pursued her romantic interest because she wouldn’t betray her sister like that. well, at least not until she found out the reader had ended things when she discovered they unintentionally intended to use her against her own kid.

and although Bellatrix was annoyed to have their plans ruined, there was something about the reader that just made the whole death eater business seem tiring. for the first time in her life, she understood why her sister wanted no part of it or why her brother-in-law seemed to be very slowly pulling himself out.

just crackling at the thought of Harry nearly tripping as he walks down the narrow staircase at Spinner’s End one summer mornjng and sees his aunt sleepily making a pot of coffee whilst Bellatrix fucking Lestrange (who has recently and very publicly defected from the death eaters) is disconnecting the floo and setting up dangerous traps around the house in some sort of twisted moment of domestic bliss.

you just know that Andromeda can’t stop laughing at the irony that Bellatrix ended up with a muggleborn after everything she put her and Ted through but Bellatrix simply argues that the reader is more then a muggleborn considering her immense power whilst Narcissa tears the manor apart in a fit of rage and poor Draco is quietly wondering if they’ll adopt him

and Lily is rolling in her fucking grave. she contemplates coming back to haunt her but seeing the Bellatrix is willing to go toe-to-toe with the Dark Lord for the reader eases her anxiety a bit. plus it’s also nice to have someone teach Harry more then one combat spell

I like to imagine that in this scenario, Bellatrix didn’t end up taking part in the torturing of the Longbottoms (but she still had full knowledge that it was going to take place) and having Lucius and her sister vouch for her resulting in her not being taken to Azkaban in the aftermath of the war but still being on the Ministry’s radar.

Bellatrix would spend most of her time at Malfoy Manor along with her sister, not really doing or going anywhere unless necessary, so she would of course notice when Narcissa goes off at odd times and for lengthy periods, the same for Lucius. She doesn’t think much of it when her sister and brother-in-law do so together but it peaks her interest when they do it separately while the other has other things to tend to. So of course her curiosity and nosey-ness get the better of her and she falls her sister one day only to witness her meeting up with a woman she’s never seen or heard about before in a very muggle populated area. Bellatrix doesn’t want to confront her sister right away, rather wanting to find out what all she can on her own before finally questioning her sister.

And the more Bellatrix follows her sister, taking in all the information and proof there is, she’s hit with the horrendous reality that her beloved sister is having an affair with a muggle. At first, Bellatrix is far too taken aback to comprehend everything that’s she’s added up with all that she’s witnessed and found out. She doesn’t want to believe or accept that her sister has been tempted by something as deplorable as a muggle, but the facts are right in front of her. It gets even more confusing when she ends up catching Lucius visiting the same muggle woman that she caught her sister with.

I could definitely see Bellatrix going two ways with this. She either confronts Narcissa first and gets all the information that her sister has been withholding from her for all this time then meets with the muggle woman behind both Narcissa and Lucius’ backs to see what’s so amazing and worth risking the reputation of their families over. Or Bellatrix takes it upon herself to meet this muggle woman before ever confronting her sister altogether and see what that has to offer, only for Bellatrix to pick up on something about the Reader that’s just a little off but peaks her interest all the more.

She doesn’t agree with the relationship or the Reader whatsoever, whether that’s due to her prejudice or her own jealousy that Narcissa and Lucius get to have the darling to themselves who knows. But Bellatrix keeps her mouth shut for her sister’s sake and puts up with the Reader being at the manor more and more now. She hasn’t seen Narcissa so happy and content like she is when the Reader is around and that’s makes Bellatrix bite her tongue all the more. Besides, the more the Reader is around the more Bellatrix can get a feel for them and figure out what’s so appealing about them that caught Narcissa and Lucius’ attention, as well as her own.

Bellatrix wouldn’t be entire subtle in her intrigue towards the Reader and Narcissa knows her sister enough to see that she’s paying just too close of attention towards her darling, and it worries her to no end. She knows how unpredictable Bellatrix is and she knows that when left alone to her own advises, Bellatrix will take whatever chance she can. So, of course Narcissa is going to keep her darling as close to her as possible or at least within her sight at all times. And if her darling were to be out of her vicinity or Bellatrix were to catch the Reader alone there’s no doubt that Narcissa most likely put a tracking spell of some sort on at least her darling, maybe even on Bellatrix, just to know where her darling or when the two cross paths and she needs to intervene or intercept them.

After the Reader up and leaves the Malfoy’s without so much as a word, Bellatrix is of course there to comfort her sister but internally she’s excited. On the low down she never really wanted the relationship to workout with her sister and the Reader, whether again it was due to her prejudice or her own interest in her sister’s darling, Bellatrix is the only one who really has a clue. But now that it’s happened she can’t help the giddiness bubbling up inside of her. This means that their darling isn’t really their darling anymore, right? Is this the Reader’s way of ending things altogether with them? It has to be! Bellatrix wouldn’t completely go out of her way to look for the Reader, she doesn’t make it her mission to find the darling or anything, but her mind is often consumed with the thought of the muggle woman who had her and her sister vying for her attention and what was just so appealing about them.

It isn’t until Bellatrix and Narcissa make a visit to Severus’ place that Bellatrix catches sight of an all too familiar figure taking out the trash or getting the mail next door. Fortunately, she had been boredly looking out the window while Severus and her sister talked otherwise she wouldn’t have been any the wiser to the allusive darling having taken up residence right next door to good ol’ Snape. Bellatrix wouldn’t drop by right then and there though, no, she wants to have her time with the Reader without her sister there to soak it all up. No, Bellatrix would come back another time and when she did she would be having a very long talk with the Reader.

Imagine the Reader’s shock and inner panic when she answers the door to Bellatrix fucking Lestrange standing right there armed with a predatory smile, as if she’s finally cornered and caught her prey after playing such an infuriating game of cat and mouse. Bellatrix doesn’t wait to be invited in, she just pushes her way past the Reader and takes a look around before making herself comfortable. Then Bellatrix confronts the darling with everything she knows and has the Reader spill everything to her about what she is. No doubt Bellatrix uses Narcissa and Lucius’ hurt regarding the Reader leaving them to manipulate the Reader into talking with her.

Once it’s made clear that the Reader is in fact an obscurus, Bellatrix can’t help the excitement coursing through her. This whole thing just has her feeling some type of way and she likes it. She promises not to breath a word of the Reader and Harry’s whereabouts to her sister and Lucius or the fact that the Reader is the obscurus that the Dark Lord is wanting. But, Bellatrix’s silence comes at a price but the Reader will come to learn what that price is later on. It’ll be sometime before Bellatrix drops by for a visit again, it could be a few days or maybe a few weeks but she does come back and this time she’s not leaving again.

Those few days or weeks, Bellatrix spent thinking and mulling things over. This whole Death Eater thing just didn’t do it for her like it used to. Sure, it could be because it’s been so long since she’s seen or had any part in any Death Eater action but even the thought of that didn’t appeal to her anymore. But what did sound all the more thrilling was what the Reader had going on, both with herself and the whole Harry being the ‘chosen one’ debacle. Now that sounded like some good ol’ heart pumping, blood rushing fun. And Bellatrix wanted a taste of what the Reader had to offer. So before the Reader can even process or have any knowledge of, Bellatrix moves herself into the Reader and Harry’s new refuge on Spinner’s End. And Severus would be shitting his pants the first time he catches sight of Bellatrix sipping tea out on the Reader’s front porch as if she was born to do just that.

I really love the thought of the Reader just coming home one day, probably after a long day at their muggle job or whatever only to find Bellatrix all moved into her and Harry’s home like it’s the most normal thing. Harry’s utter shock and inability to accept/process that Bellatrix Lestrange is now living in his house and is alone with his beloved aunt is something else entirely. Like, I imagine this whole thing going down with Bellatrix and leaving the Malfoy’s altogether happens while Harry’s still off at Hogwarts. Also, I love the thought of Bellatrix being completely and utterly under the belief that since she’s moved in with the Reader and now that Narcissa and Lucius aren’t in the picture then that means she may as well already be married to the Reader. She’s going about her day to day life living in domestic bliss, meanwhile the Reader is totally just taking this whole situation as a weird roommate ordeal. Like, sure Bellatrix has her own room and everything but she still sneaks into the Reader’s room to cuddle and what not. Really Bellatrix is content just taking what she can but in her mind she and the Reader are already married and Harry’s their adoptive child. God forbid, Petunia ever meets Bellatrix, shit will hit the fan and there will just be nothing but chaos.

The utter reaction of Harry, the Order of the Phoenix, Albus, Narcissa, Andromeda, Sirius and the entirety of the Wizarding World to Bellatrix Lestrange’s very open and public defection as a Death Eater and from Voldemorts side as whole would be fucking incredible. Like, I just imagine Bellatrix apparating to the Daily Prophet or whatever other magical journalism/news source and just being like “Boy, do I got a story for you”.

Also, I totally stand by Muggle!Aunt!Reader being the best of friends with Andromeda and Ted Tonks in any and all scenarios regarding the Reader. Like, Andromeda and Ted are just utter platonic yanderes for Harry’s aunt. I like to think that after so long of not hearing or interacting with Bellatrix or really anyone else from her family, Andromeda is just randomly greeted to Bellatrix apparating into her and Ted’s home to ask advice on how to deal/tolerate with a muggle. And Andromeda is on her ass laughing that her over the top prejudice sister has fallen for a muggle herself. Not to mention, Andromeda feels so bad for the poor soul who has garnered her psychotic sister’s interest. I wouldn’t be surprised if early on, Narcissa reached out to Andromeda to ask advice on how to court a muggle which is what initially brought the Reader to Andromeda’s attention.

And you can bet your sweet lasagna that Bellatrix is going to go out of her way to teach Harry how to really duel and what spells would be so much more effective than just Expelliarmus. Like, are you serious? Is that all Hogwarts has taught you?? Also, I totally headcanon Bellatrix becoming a Defense Against Dark Arts teacher at Hogwarts if she quit being a Death Eater pretty early on. Especially if Muggle!Aunt!Reader was a teacher at the school too then that means Bellatrix could be even closer to her.

YANDERE HP GOLDEN ERA: SLYTHERIN BOYS X DORMMATE READER PT2

so more of the slytherin boys was in the lead last night and inspiration struck, but i still will be doing whichever option has the most votes by the end of the week, and eventually i'll probably have all of the concepts up, if you haven't already you can vote here.

so i did more reading up on mattheo and lorenzo, and i honestly don't know where to pick up from, i'm thinking of making this my main concept for yandere hp and building on it.

the last post specified the darling as the dormmate of our dear slytherin boys here, but many of the headcanons can be applied to a fem darling, or darling from another house. it's quite intriguing to imagine someone who had grown up close to draco, theo, ect. getting sorted into a different house; i can honestly see this being a trigger for the boys' yandere tendencies to develop.

sure theo was attached before, but he had never even entertained the possibility of not getting sorted into slytherin together. and what do you mean the darling won't be there to knock draco down a peg when he won't stop talking down to goyle?. how is blaise supposed to get through seven years of not watching his darling everynight whilst they sleep?

i might expand on this in my future ravenclaw (possibly hufflepuff) posts. for now i want to delve into the individual yandere characteristics of each slytherin (i'm considering adding pansy, adrian, other slytherins) to the concept if anyone else is interested.

DRACO MALFOY (cast tom felton):

i think i've made it painfully obvious draco is alot to deal with as a yandere. he's got a bit of everything and even more; but overall, he is overwhelmingly obsessive. his obsession is driven by irrepressible thoughts of his darling. ever since he was a child, separating from them has simply felt wrong, i think he's likely to have known the darling the longest, perhaps having grown up close to them.

maybe his darling is a member of the black family, or a lestrange, or hails from another prominent family, thus he has been brought up closely next to them.

there's no one he feels more comfortable around, his darling is his home, which would be sweet if he weren't willing to kill and maim others to keep his darling with him.

his darling was probably hoping, praying to get sorted into any house but slytherin, it didn't take a ravenclaw to know draco would only get worse if they shared a dorm/common room. immediately, he claims the bed next to his darling, and already has pestered his father into arranging them a private dorm together, but that old oaf dumbledore refused because "all students must be treated equally." what bullshit. if you ask draco.

he won't let his darling interact with anyone "don't lower yourself and associate with the likes of them" and socially isolates them. don't you dare wander off, it'll end in the biggest tantrum, and don't even think about dating, the entire slytherin dorm will implode on itself.

draco needs constant attention, his darling is all he thinks about so he expects them to only think about him as well. you'll quickly learn that it's best to give draco the attention he wants. it's not that he plans to give his darling a hard time, but he becomes moody, both mean and clingy at the same time. he'll have his arm around his darlings waist whilst accusing them of being a blood traitor, and attacking their insecurities, then a few hours later he crawls into bed whispering sweet nothings.

it leaves his darling on the edge, because sometimes these mood swings happen even when paying him the attention he so desperately craves.

this could lead to his darling keeping a facade up in front of him, so he has less ammunition during his mood swings, but if he suspects his darling of not being as open and comfortable around him as he is them, all hell breaks loose.

THEODORE NOTT (fancast lorenzo zurzolo):

but he's not as sensitive about his darlings perception of him as theo is. perhaps sensitive isn't the correct word as much as demanding. theodore demands his darling be open and honest with him, he wants to know about every ache and thought they have. however he is best characterised as a possessive yandere. above all he cannot live with the thought of sharing his darling with anyone.

sharing, in theo's mind, is anyone even casting a glance upon his darling. why isn't his company enough? why does his darling have to interact with undeserving rodents like malfoy, potter and the weasleys? he would completely abandon his life outside of his darling if they just asked would anyone else do that for them? no!.

they're the person that matters most to him, and he wants to be the only person his darling cares about as well.

theodore has likely known his darling since childhood, perhaps they shared similarly harsh parents/guardians, and bonded over that. it would make it all the more easier to theo to manipulate them into staying close to him.

his company is not as dreadful as draco's, and he doesn't demand physical affection and praise as much as the latter does, not if his darling is not willing. but there is still a part of him that yearns to press up against them and never let go.

he simply cannot handle his darling distancing themselves from him, and is quick to resort to threats, blackmail, emotional manipulation, anything that he thinks will keep him and his darling close.

he is another one who will shamelessly confess his love and attraction to his darling, and has already 'claimed' them in a strange way; everyone at hogwarts seems to identify theo out of the slytherin boys as the one the reader is 'dating', to theo's delight. his darling doesn't have to agree with the rumours or even think of them as a couple, as far as he's concerned, they've been together since they met.

MATTHEO RIDDLE (fancast benjamin wadsworth):

the only one who i imagine the darling meets when they start at hogwarts is mattheo. whichever year he starts at hogwarts, he's immediately intrigued by them (for whatever reason). maybe the rest of his dormmates take poorly to his blood status, and the darling is the first to welcome him, or maybe ol' moldy voldy has tasked him with extracting something from the reader.

no matter what jumpstarts his obsession, it develops at an alarmingly fast rate, one week he's glancing over at them in class, the next he's invading their thoughts whilst they sleep and following them in the halls.

his darling likely won't take too easily to his sudden interest in them, they've already been dealing with several unsettling slytherins for years, and are probably always on guard.

not like mattheo cares. if he wants to be close to them, he will. he knows draco and his gang have to treat him with courtsey if they want their families to stay in the dark lords good graces, as does his darling. so he inserts himself (quite violently) into his darlings life.

it should be harder than it is considering his short temperament and his darlings cautious nature, but he's able to understand his darling on an intense level due to his inherited legilimency.

no matter how uncomfortable his darling is around him, he can just invade their mind and lock them in a room with him if he wants to spend time with them. and he always gets what he wants.

he seldom reveals that he is reading their mind, lest they feel the need to develop occlumency. it also gives him a kick knowing their raw thoughts, he could never even say a word to his darling and still know them better than anyone else does. including the other slytherins.

deep down mattheo's incredibly insecure about his connection with his darling; out of theo, blaise, goyle, enzo, draco, he's known them for the least amount of time. he's the only half-blood. he's evil incarnate son of the dark lord himself. he'd only bring them pain and suffering but he can't bring himself to let go of them either.

whilst theo, draco, enzo and even goyle will confess their affection for their darling, and perhaps admit to what they've done, mattheo will only do the latter, and does not provide any context as to why he hexed weaslette after the darling complimented her quidditch skills, nor will he elaborate on why he must take showers at the exact same time as his darling everyday.

BLAISE ZABINI (cast louis cordice):

blaise shares his concealed affection for the darling. you could be none the wiser to his deep seeded affetion for you for years only to suddenly be told that he's your betrothed and now he refers to himself as your fiance and invites you to sleep in his bed as if it's the most normal thing ever.

among them all, blaise is the most calm and calculated. he knows that following his darling around and monopolising their interactions makes him look bad but sometimes he just can't help it. he has to sneer at granger who the darling got paired with in potions, and make remarks about how disgusting muggle and mudbloods are.

but he doesn't think he's better than muggleborns; he thinks he's better than everyone. i think blaise is the most likely to develop an obsession for a shallow reason, maybe the readers is aphrodite personified, hails from a prominent pureblood family that his mother is encouraging him to marry into or is incredibly intelligent, their actual character couldn't matter less to him. from the moment he decides they're his, they're his.

blaise is uniquely one of the only ones who actually wants his darling to love and show him affection of their own accord (meaning he would be nice enough to give them amortentia).

he wants them to be happy, but he also wants them to be entirely dependent on him. he takes on a sort of big brotherly role, he encourages them to eat and sleep well. he wants to be the one they ask opinions on outfits, schoolwork, ect. he thinks if they rely on him for everything, it'll be impossible for them to leave.

LORENZO BERKSHIRE (fancast louis patridge):

out of all of them, enzo is by far the 'softest', as mentioned in the previous post, he's the 'sane, normal' one out of all of them. he doesn't act strangely creepy (sorry blaise it's true), disturbingly controlling (don't deny it mattheo), possessive, obsessive or devoted to them. he comes across as the 'best friend', the sidekick in every romance novel that offers advice and stays out of the drama.

this is because he initially see's his fixation on his darling as nothing but a desire to protect them from those lunatics he and his darling call 'friends'. but why does his heart drop when he see's them getting pulled into a room by mattheo, or when blaise stares at them as if they are a veela. it's not jealousy it's concern for his poor mate. yeah, that's it.

and why can't he stand to be left out of their attempts to evade the others, or when they don't confide in him, whether their troubles are slytherin related or not.

he's probably the only one who realises how messed up what they all do is, the rest justify it, but when enzo eventually gives in to his obsession he doesn't pretend to be in the right. he's apologetic but he just can't let them go.

the only thing that would set him off would be them distancing themselves from him. he can handle sharing, but the idea of his darling avoiding him, not viewing him as the safe haven from the rest really drives him to insanity.

i also think lorenzo would be the one who convinces everyone to share their darling once shit hits the fan and everyone wants to take the reader for themself.

GREGORY GOYLE (cast josh herdman):

goyle is honestly just happy he gets to be around his darling. yeah, it would be nice if he could have them to himselves, and not just be a lackey for draco to sabotage the others. maybe his darling treats him with a bit more benevolence and he's grown attached to them over the years.

always willing to lend a helping hand, i think he's the least possessive out of all of them, and is best characterised as a devoted yandere. whilst the rest of them want to maintain some level of control over the reader, he's content just being near them. he doesn't even have to talk to them but it's a plus.

i wonder if he's actually as bad at school as he acts or if he just doesn't bother listening so that the darling has to dedicate time to tutoring him. no one knows.

goyle will really have to fight tooth and nail to be apart of the sharing arrangement enzo, draco, theo, mattheo and blaise somehow eventually come to. (that i will expand upon in a future post because this is getting long).
