Worst GTA Characters
1. Melvin “Big Smoke” Harris (San Andreas) - Let me get two number 9s, a number 9 large, and well, you know the rest. Oh, some Ballas. Nah, I can’t let this food go bad, let me just stuff my big fat fucking face. Oh by the way, I’m actually allied with the Ballas, and I’ve betrayed my childhood friends. I meant to have Sweet killed, but I ended up accidentally having his mother killed. Smoke is an opportunist, and was always out for himself. Fun fact, when he says “If you can eat your food, while everybody else is losing theirs, and blaming you, you straight,” he actually meant if you can profit while everyone else is losing everything because of you, then you’re okay,” foreshadowing his own betrayal. Almost hurt me to have to kill him in the end, although his mentality is the surest path to hell. Well, that and 15 microdots and an ounce of mescaline. Also, he had no regrets. He saw an opportunity, and took it, no matter who he ended up hurting.
2. Frank Tenpenny (San Andreas) - When it comes to GTA baddies, Tenpenny is one of the worst. He builds a crack empire in order to extort money from, he convinces opportunist Smoke to be the head of said drug empire and ally himself with the Ballas, he orders a hit on Grove OG Sweet after Smoke fails to convince him to get into the drug trade, he murders Internal Affairs officer Ralph Pendlebury for threatening to leak corruption evidence, and he frames the murder on CJ, blackmailing him into cleaning up his mess. Officer Pulaski may be cruel and sadistic, but Tenpenny is much worse. He even has Officer Hernandez killed for snitching on him. Once CJ’s usefulness has come to an end, he orders Pulaski to kill him and Hernandez, resulting in Pulaski’s death. He even manages to avoid jail time, thanks to the would-be witness he orders CJ to kill, causing a city-wide riot. Thankfully, his erratic behavior in the end cost him his life. Fun fact, it’s actually possible that he left Pulaski to deal with CJ cause he knew CJ would end up killing him.
3. The Celebrinator (TBoGT) - Look, buddy, my boss is struggling to maintain two nightclubs, owes money to some dangerous monsters, and is $2 million in the hole for some diamonds that got stolen from him. I got enough problems without your tabloid journalism fake news bullshit! You know what, I’m just gonna throw you out of a helicopter! Oh, I guess I don’t want ANOTHER murder on my conscience, among literally thousands! Guess I’ll save you! Haha, you shit your pants! Guess you’ll never mess with me again!
4. Auntie Poulet (Vice City) - She only appears in three missions as a mission giver. When Tommy initiated a gang war between the Cubans and the Haitians, Tommy does some missions for Umberto Robina, and eventually gets contacted by Auntie Poulet, who drugs Tommy into taking the Haitians side of the war. Then after her mission thread, you’re no longer useful and the Haitians attack you on sight once you step into their turf, following Poulet’s phone call telling you you’re no longer welcome in Haitian territory. Wow, so you use me against my will only to dispose of me in the end?
5. Kent Paul (Vice City) - It’s always funny to watch him try his luck with the ladies, only to fail so spectacularly. This English man keeps his nose in places it shouldn’t be, but that does make him useful if you want to know something involving Vice City’s criminal underworld. And he’s managed two well known Scottish rock bands, Love Fist and Gurning Chimps. But the thing that breaks it with this particular character, is the fact that he can be as petty as Lance when he calls complaining about your lack of respect for him. I hope he too doesn’t sell me out to a rival Mafia family.
6. Brian Jeremy (TLAD) - Ever heard the phrase “Nobody Likes A Kiss-ass?” Clearly Brian hasn’t. He is constant brown-nosing Billy ever since the latter got out of rehab. The Alderney Chapter President of the Lost M.C. is always making the obviously wrong decisions, causing friction between himself and Johnny. And quite frankly, the rest of the chapter doesn’t seem to agree with his methods either, save for Brian. Even Billy finds his kiss-ass annoying, too! When Billy gets arrested, Brian forms a faction that are dumb enough to follow against Johnny, who has taken over as President. I NEVER let him live the mission “Bad Standing.” I make sure he’s halfway to hell.
7. Ray Bulgarin (GTA IV) - So you say your boss is a pain. If he is the head of a smuggling/traffic ring, and he loses his latest consignment in a ship that sinks, and blames you, and tries everything in his power to have you killed, then you have the wrong boss. Granted, in the original GTA IV, he only shows up twice. He makes a more prominent appearance in TBoGT, when he employs Luis, up until he finds out he and Tony were involved in the Diamonds Arc, which Bulgarin claims are his diamonds, then spends the rest of the game trying to have them killed. Word to the wise, stay away from this guy!
8. Zero (San Andreas) - Did you know that you do NOT have to complete his mission thread in order to complete the story mode? BECAUSE I DIDN’T!!! Fun fact, even his voice actor, David Cross, couldn’t stand hearing his voice in the mission “Supply Lines,” so you know this is an interesting entry! Also prior to the casino heist, he boasts to his rival Berkley about the upcoming robbery, which makes the heist more difficult than it needed to be. I laughed my ass off when CJ punches him in the face, knocking him out for his idiotic mistake! That’s for “Supply Lines,” you prick!
9. Beverly Felton (GTA V) - What’s Vinewood without the annoying paparazzi? Beverly is an overweight, obnoxious paparazzo who tasks Franklin with helping him harass various stars around the Vinewood area. When he tasks Franklin to take some photos on his own, Franklin returns and demands his payment, only to be blown off cause they’re shooting a reality show. Oh God, if only I had a rocket lau- OH WAIT I DO! Yeah I kill that obnoxious prick for being, well, an obnoxious prick!
10. Tonya Wiggins (GTA V) - Good ol’ GTA. You get to steal cars, rob stores, get as many cops to kill you as you can, and… tow cars? I’m sorry, TOW cars? Yep, GTA V adds the ability to do yoga, go to therapy, and the mundane task of towing cars. Thanks to a potentially old flame/crackhead Tonya, whose boyfriend works at a towing company. By “works” I mean sitting on his ass and smoking crack. In order to keep his job, I get guilt-tripped by Tonya to do his job for him for nothing. And what’s worse, her first mission is actually required to progress the story, despite being a Strangers and Freaks mission. Good news is her other missions aren’t required, and spoiler alert, they’re literally the exact same thing.
11. Isiah Friedlander (GTA V) - I got some problems. I’m stealing cars, running over pedestrians, killing cops, causing chaos. I need some professional help. By “help,” I mean someone to complain to while he just takes my money, overcharges more for each subsequent session, just checks his watch, and not even listen to me? What, not even my therapist cares about me? What do I pay you for?? Well, you got a nice car, I’ll just steal it. Asshole. Also, do the world a favor. After your last session with him, and he reveals that he has written all your sessions in a book that has been published, kill that prick!
12. Catalina (San Andreas and GTA III) - Do you have a psycho girlfriend? Why is she psycho? Does she go berserk when you rob the countryside with her? Does she force you to have awkward, BDSM sex with her? Does she dump you for some mute with absolutely no personality? Does she shoot you during a robbery and leave you for dead? Wow, you ARE dating a psycho! Run, while you still can! Catalina is without a doubt the most evil character in the entire 3D universe. She’s that universe’s version of Dimitri Rascalov, screwing people over to benefit herself. It’s likely she’d betray the Cartel too, if Claude hadn’t killed her and taken his revenge. Thank God my girlfriend isn’t like that!
13. Karen “Michelle” Daniels (GTA IV) - What do you do when your girlfriend turns out to be a narc? You put her on a list of GTA characters you hate, obviously! Introduced as “Michelle,” she was there to introduce players to the revamped “dating” mechanic that was previously in San Andreas, and this version is actually part of the “friends” mechanic. You know, the “let’s go bowling” everyone absolutely loves! Other than 4 mission appearances, she does little to nothing to the plot, except in her betrayal, when she reveals she’s an agent for the IAA, and her boss forces you to take down links to terrorism and threats to homeland security, in exchange for not having 100 murders pinned on you, and helping find the man who betrayed your unit. So, in a way, I think I should thank Karen for entrapping me in her honeypot operation.
14. Trey “Playboy X” Stewart (GTA IV) - Scumbag. Just an absolute scumbag. He stopped caring about his former friend/mentor Dwayne, and wanted to kill him after the latter has Niko kill the gangsters managing the Triangle gentleman’s club, a club Dwayne ran before his incarceration. When you get the choice to kill either Dwayne or Playboy, and you kill Dwayne, not only does the game let you know in a sad way you picked the wrong choice, but you’re everything that’s wrong with this world and I wonder how you sleep at night! I kill Playboy because not only do I (and Niko) sympathize with Dwayne, but I get his penthouse apartment and the classic Claude outfit!
15. Lance “Ryder” Wilson (San Andreas) - Could it be possible that Ryder calls you a buster because he himself is a buster? Also, what are your thoughts about the possibility that Ryder wasn’t originally meant to betray you? It still doesn’t detract from the fact that he seems to hold CJ in the most contempt out of everyone in Grove. Sure, Sweet was none too happy to see you again, but Ryder just can’t pass up every chance to call CJ a buster and comment on his “shitty” driving skills, which is obviously a meta joke referencing the chaotic way ALL GTA players drive (except yours truly). The only thing that shocked me when Ryder betrayed Grove was the fact that there was not even a mention of him, just Smoke! Still, I can’t help but feel his death was well earned for the way he’s always treated me!
16. Amanda De Santa (GTA V) - What do you do when you’re trapped in an unhappy marriage and divorce is just not an option? You cheat on your husband with literally EVERY man you come in contact with! In her defense, yes, Michael is by zero means a good husband or father, and she was faithful to him till she caught him cheating on her with a stripper. The thing I hate most about her is forcing me to do yoga in GTA. I play this game to cause chaos, not to seek enlightenment! Honestly, the De Santas’ marriage is like Walter and Skyler White’s marriage on steroids.
17. Devin Weston (GTA V) - Not all rich people are bad, right?! RIGHT?! Devin is the billionaire contact for the corrupt FIB division Michael, Franklin, and Trevor are forced to work for. He has Michael work with movie producer Solomon Richards on his latest film, and has Franklin in charge of an operation to steal five exotic vehicles. Things don’t work out well for our heroes though, as Devin cheats Franklin of his payment for the cars, and plans to cancel Michael’s movie production right before they finish, shut down the studio, tear it down, and redevelop it into condos after he gets a tax payout. Fortunately, the movie still happens, infuriating Devin. I don’t think he cares that Molly gets killed when Michael takes the film back, but he just doesn’t like that Michael made a fool of him. His death at the hands of all three protagonists was cathartic (yes, the “Deathwish” ending IS the canon ending!)
18. Simeon Yetarian (GTA V) - Somehow, Simeon found out that I’m making this list, and I’ve added him to it. You know what he said? He said I was a racist. Simeon runs a shady car dealership, where he gaslights his clients into buying his lucrative vehicles in his showroom, taking advantage of the fact that he’s Armenian and calling them a racist to get them to buy the cars at exorbitant interest rates that are nigh impossible to pay in full. When they inevitably default on their payments, he has his employees Franklin and Lamar repossess them. I’m glad Michael beat the ever-living shit out of him when he targeted his son Jimmy in one of his schemes. Call that karmic retribution. It does get Franklin and Lamar fired though, but maybe it’s for the best.
19. Jeffery “OG Loc” Cross (San Andreas) - You know that one kid in high school you just can’t stand cause he’s an annoying poser? Yep, that’s Jeffery. Oh sorry, “OG Loc!” This wannabe gangsta rapper gets himself thrown in jail just for minor misdemeanors just to help his career, which only skyrocketed because he stole Madd Dogg’s rhyme book, quite simply because he is absolutely awful at rapping. And his voice… I honestly wanna put a cheese grater to my eardrums. And you know you’re perpetrating when you gotta call yourself “OG Loc,” and you just gotta say you’re “gangsta,” just to drive your point. This character is absolutely unlikable in every way imaginable.
20. Manuel Escuela (GTA IV) - “The streets, man!” Manny is one of the most, if not the most, annoying characters IN GTA IV. Literally every sentence he utters the words “the streets,” and “man!” He even claims to have been one of the inventors of hip hop before it went commercial. His crusade is to “help clean the streets,” including busting and killing drug dealers (or hiring Niko to do so and take the credit). I was honestly both shocked and relieved when Elizabeta Torres shot and killed him when he harassed her for dealing drugs. But, he gets his organs harvested in the black market, so I guess he finally gets to help the streets after all!
21. Eddie Pulaski (San Andreas) - The instant I met this prick in the beginning of the game, I already looked forward to the moment you get to kill him. An officer of the corrupt C.R.A.S.H. division, and Tenpenny’s right hand man, Pulaski is cruel, sadistic, and racist. He carries out Tenpenny’s orders with little to no hesitation, and constantly taunts CJ. Right before CJ finally does him in, he smugly requests to have sex with CJ’s sister. Pulaski, you were a scumbag to the end.
22. Vladimir Glebov (GTA IV) - Ever played any game at all, and you come across one certain character, and say to yourself, “Can’t wait till I inevitably kill this prick?” That’s Vlad to a T. He’s rude, obnoxious, and inconsiderate. He always boasts about his “powerful friends,” being a debt collector for the Faustin Bratva. The straw that broke the camel’s back was him boasting about his affair with Roman’s girlfriend, Mallorie. After Niko kills him, Mikhail Faustin, despite not being particularly pleased that Niko killed one of his men, nevertheless despised the idiotic Vlad. He only kept him around because Faustin had sex with Vlad’s sister. So much for your powerful “friends.”
23. Maria Latore (GTA III) - Look up the phrase “gold digger.” Chances are you’ll end up with a picture of her. Maria is the trophy wife of Salvatore Leone, and it’s obvious they do not love each other at all. Maria only married him because he’s a rich and powerful Don of a Mafia Family. She’s also the reason Claude becomes a marked man for the Leone Family. She told a paranoid Salvatore that she and Claude were having an affair just to spite him. Honestly, if I were Claude, the moment she got kidnapped by the Cartel, I’d just let her die instead of paying $500,000 to my ex-girlfriend.
24. Bruce “Brucie” Kibbutz (GTA IV) - Business entrepreneur, “alpha male,” and steroid junkie, Brucie is the one guy you’d see at the gym that’s very obnoxious about his workout. His mission thread involves you killing some people just because he’s suffering from ‘roid rage. He one of the characters that can call you every five minutes outside of missions, a mechanic that most GTA players hate. Honestly, Brucie, I’d much rather be hanging out with Little Jacob. In TBoGT, his brother, Mori, is MUCH worse!
25. Roman Bellic (GTA IV) - “Cousin, let’s go bowling!” The thing that breaks it for most gamers is the infamous phone call seemingly every 5 minutes when you linger too long outside of missions. Roman also has a gambling problem that has constantly gotten himself and his cousin Niko into trouble. In the end of the game, you can be a real asshole and take the deal ending and get Roman killed at his wedding!

Let me tell you, friends, after struggling to have the time to write this chapter with so much going on in my life (My sister got married, yay! Work has been incredibly busy, Boo!), my ADHD did its best to try to prevent me from editing and getting it posted today. But here it is, finally! I hope you enjoy the new POV! Not sure if it will become regular, but I really needed it to tell this the way I wanted to.
Chapter 12
Carlos fought back tears as he looked at the grim faces around his parents’ dining room Sunday morning. The only thing keeping him from falling apart was that TK was already falling apart. He looked at TK’s red-rimmed eyes, swollen from crying and lack of sleep, and knew he had to stay strong for his husband and baby.
They’d always known this was a possibility — it had been their worst fear since the day they became Kennedy’s dads. Confronting it was an entirely different thing. Just like the lack of sleep and taking Kennedy to get her shots, nothing could have prepared them for this feeling.
TK reluctantly handed Kennedy to Andrea, then joined Carlos, hugging him around the waist and burying his face in Carlos’s neck. Carlos rubbed his back and waited for someone to come up with a solution. Typically, he was fiercely independent, especially when his parents were involved, but right now he just wanted a grown up — or someone more grown up than him — to make the nightmare go away.
“We don’t have to tell anybody,” Owen said, sipping on a smoothie. He’d made an entire pitcher, but, not surprisingly, he was the only person drinking one. “It’s not like anyone subpoenaed you for the information. It’s very easy to factory reset a phone. Do it, sell the phone, and forget this ever happened.”
“That still doesn’t solve the problem of this Kenny character existing,” Andrea said.
Carlos let out an exasperated sigh. “It’s Kyle, Mamá.”
“Whoever he is, he’s trouble,” his mother answered back. She propped Kennedy on her shoulder and kissed her temple. “Isn’t that right, mi cielo?”
“Andrea,” Gabriel spoke up, “Aren’t you friends with the social worker? Couldn’t you call her up and explain the situation off the record? See what she thinks.”
“Really, Gabriel? I’m surprised you think I would put a friend in that position. Besides, that could easily backfire.”
TK turned around and leaned back against Carlos. “We have to tell social services,” he said. “It’s the right thing to do.”
“Maybe in theory, but not in this context,” Owen said. “The priority here is Kennedy’s well-being, so in that case, saying nothing is the right thing to do.”
“You’re not talking about context, dad. You’re talking about looking at it in a vacuum. Don’t everybody’s feelings matter here?”
“Not to me,” Owen said. “I’m your father, and I’m Kennedy’s Buddy. You and Carlos’s feelings matter. Her well-being matters. I don’t care about anybody else.”
“Buddy?” Gabriel said, raising his eyebrow.
“People would never believe I’m a grandfather anyway,” Owen said.
Gabriel rolled his eyes, and Carlos snorted. His father-in-law was really too much, but at least his heart was in the right place. “Well, I agree with Owen,” he said. “We don’t owe anybody anything. Our family is what’s most important.”
“You’re all saying our feelings are the most important,” TK said, pointing between himself and Carlos, “but then dismissing my feelings about it.”
“Nobody’s dismissing your feelings, TK. We’re just saying that Kennedy is our number one priority.”
“Whatever, Carlos,” TK said, shrugging out of his arms. He walked down the hallway toward the bathroom.
“He didn’t sleep at all last night,” Carlos explained.

Looking back at TGaMM s2, while it’s pre-ending could’ve been stronger and the arc with the Chens could have used a bit more fleshing out, it’s FINAL episode was just about perfect and the stuff I loved from s1 was just as great as ever and as such, if this is the last we see of TGaMM, I’m pretty satisfied.
Anyway, outside of the s2 (series?) finale which I’d call a 10/10 episode and ending, here’s my top 10 in no particular order:
- A Doll to Die For: I’m a sucker for Lord Hater- I mean, Lord Doom. Really funny with good horror-comedy elements and a really sweet ending, has those s1 vibes of helping a character find their happiness and it’s just an easy one to rewatch for me.
- The (After)Life of the Party: Of course I’m gonna love the ep that gave us Jeoff - plus it’s just fun in its own right, and that song’s a bop.
- Faint of Art: VERY relatable as as a fellow creative, another great song, really good jokes and an incredibly sweet ending
- Dance Dad Revolution: Pretty sure I’m the only one who really likes this one, haha. I just found it really amusing, and even when he’s at his ‘worst’, Pete is still just super charming to me. The song in this one is one of my faves (was stuck in my head for the longest time), and I love that it was the Jeoffs and their genuine love for dancing that inadvertently ruined Scratch’s scheme in the end, lol.
- All Shark No Bite: just a fun time, ngl. I love GhostShark and I’m so happy he stuck around
- Davenport’s in Demise: really interesting spotlight for Andrea. Another great song, great lesson, fun jokes- and come on, of course I was gonna put the ep with the “soft rock personality” joke on here, haha
- Kenny’s Falling Star: Idk, I just really like the story in this one. Kenny’s actually a lot more endearing than I thought he would be, and both his songs are great.
- Frightmares on MainStreet: excluding the s2 finale, this was probably the best out of all the Half-Hour eps this season, as it never feels like it’s dragging nor does it ever feel rushed. It’s fun, sweet, exciting - really the only knock against it comes from how it’s ending now feels a bit hollow, given how rushed the rest of the Chens arc ended up being. (Also I’m still a bit annoyed that the Frightmares in the thermos never came back, either as a serious threat or as a solution to defeating another threat. Like- why bother having them in the Chens’ possession in the first place then?)
- Alakasham: a nice and entertaining episode that really highlights just how much Darryl has grown over the season, plus all the stuff with the magic was a ton of fun.
- FONAA: another ep that felt like a classic s1 romp with great jokes, great moments between Molly and Scratch, and a really sweet ending.
Outside of my faves of the season, I’d say pretty much all the other eps were also really good, only ever being just kinda meh at worst.
I’d say the only ones that stood out in a negative way were:
- (I know I’m gonna be in the unpopular minority on this one) Like Father, Like Libby: it just sorta felt like a One-Scene Wonder sort of ep given that you’re just spending the whole time waiting for the other shoe to drop, thus causing the rest of the ep to feel sorta boring and filler-y since it’s not super funny or interesting in the lead up to the Big Scene. I feel like it could've played better if we got more of Libby and Leah bonding instead of just Libby being only focused on her dad and Leah being worried.
Honestly, out of all the “Special Episodes” this season, it’s the one that feels the most like it instead of simply being an enjoyable ep that happens to have a Special Lesson (like Period Piece or 100% Molly McGee)
AND
- The Grand Gesture: not bad by any means, just overstuffed. It sucks that by the time we finally got a Darryl and June ep, it also had to be shared with a b-plot that felt like it took the majority of the ep. It also just wasn’t super funny outside of like two jokes and felt rushed by the end of it.
All in all, for as much as I loved this season for its episodic installments, it’s new characters (namely Jeff, Lord Doom and Ollie) and its songs, the fact that 2/3rds of the serialized stuff didn’t quite lead up to its potential in the end and fell a bit flat - plus a couple of sorta meh episodes - makes me want to say that I do think s1 is better by juuuuuust a little bit.
But hey, s2 is still incredibly solid and enjoyable - and again, DAMN, that was a super satisfying and really great ending both to Scratch’s personal arc and the show itself - which makes TGaMM a really good show overall in spite of some minor flaws and disappointments. Easily the best modern day Disney show imo right up there with Big City Greens.

¨First Day Frights¨ Episode analysis (S1 E1B)
Tumblr media
As a follow up to the the first episode ¨The Curse¨ we have the episode ¨First Day Frights¨. Based on the way Molly and Scratch interact with each other it appears that some days have passed since the events of ¨The Curse¨. Scratch is little bit more calm around Molly, he calls her by her name and the nickname ¨Mol¨ to mess with her in this scenario. Molly doesn’t hug Scratch as much as she did in ¨The Curse¨ and gets frustrated with him a few times.
In contrast to ¨The Curse¨, ¨First Day Frights¨ has better pacing and narrative. This is because the episode has a simple clear premise: Molly tries to make a good impression the first day of school while Scratch tries to ruin it so he is able to break the curse. This allows the interactions and jokes to flow better given that the plot doesn’t have to move every 2 seconds,
One of the highlights of  ¨First Day Frights¨ is that it introduces two important characters: Libby Stein-Torres and Andrea Davenport. I have to say that i really like both characters introductions and how they have a history with each other. Libby has been treated like an outcast by Andrea for years for mispronouncing her name on 8th grade. This gives some hightsight that explains part of Libby’s anxious nature since she was pushed around by the other kids thanks to Andrea.
Andrea’s introduction quickly establishes her snobby-rich-girl attitude, her desire to get attention from others, something that gets explored later on during the season, and her status in Brighton’s highschool. It’s also a bit interesting how she tries to be friendly to Molly at first for to change when Molly accidentally mispronouces her name a few times.
Scratch gets a better exploration of his character too. His social status is brought a few times showing how he is treated like the "worst of the worst" in Ghost World. He isn't a popular ghost, which leads him to be kicked out of the "Haunty Haunts" club. He is both very lonely and mistreated by his ghosts peers, explaining in part why he didn't have any friends before the events of the show.
One of my favourite things about this episode is how Scratch ends up repeating the same treatment he receives in the Ghost World when he is trying to humiliate Molly at school. There is a certain lesson of "don't treat others the same way you wouldn't like to be treated" and how we repeat abusive behaviours if we live in a toxic enviroment. When Scratch realizes this, he decides to possess Andrea and free both Libby and Molly from their outcast status. This is a very sweet moment for his character because it is one of the first times Scratch is shown to care about other people and be able to regret his actions. He frees Libby as well, someone who he never interacted with, probably because he felt sorry about her.
On last note, I like seeing Molly not having all things go her way in the first day of school. In other animated series it feels like positive characters like Molly usually have it too easy and they don’t have much obstacles except from some exceptions. It was nice to seeing her struggle while her not giving up, demostrating she has a lot of determination in her goals. It was also satisfying seeing her getting angry at times. It gives her more dimension as a character that way.
In conclusion: I enjoyed this segment more than ¨The Curse¨ when i first watched the show. It’s a better introduction to the humor and the character dynamic of the series. It’s less chaotic, more clear in its narrative. If you ever want make someone get into this show make them watch ¨First Day Frights¨ too since they are more likely to get a better idea of what the show is about.

Ready or Not (1/ 2)
Fandom: Station 19
Characters: Maya Bishop & Carina DeLuca
Summary: The morning starts with joy and laughter and making plans for their wedding anniversary - and then a call comes that changes their lives forever. As the day unfolds, Carina is confronted with her worst fears about Maya’s job and Maya has to come to terms with the death of another friend. Accompanies episode 5x05 - Things We Lost in the Fire.
Also @ AO3.
* * * * * * * * * *
Semper paratus: always ready. What it really means is that we’re always ready to lose a member of our family. But when it’s time to face that emptiness - when you realise you’ll never see that face again, touch that skin, feel that warmth, listen to that heartbeat - the question is... are we ever really ready? - Andy Herrera, Station 19, episode 2x15
Carina
Carina stands alone in the beanery, silence falling where there was chatter and laughter only moments ago.
“Why do I even come here? Why?” she jokes to herself, while ignoring the dread that settles on her stomach.
The explosion had made even the sturdiest of buildings shake and she knows from the way they all jumped up from their seats that it is serious. They had no idea what had caused it or what destruction it had left behind, and yet they had all rushed out the door the moment the call came. Most people would run away from danger, but not firefighters and not her wife. No, they run towards it.
Carina hates that Maya’s job puts her at risk so much. She has never said it out loud, but she wakes up with that fear every day. Some days are worse than others; in the months that followed Andrea’s death, she had almost begged her wife more than once to stay at home, to quit, to take up a desk job. Every time she bit her lip, stopping herself from sounding crazy.
The fear has become worse since Maya’s demotion and now she is back to running into burning buildings instead of co-ordinating the team from the outside. That demotion has sparked something inside of her and now Maya has something to prove. She says she wants to fight the systemic misogyny in the fire department, and of course Carina supports her in that, but she can’t find the same fire inside of her because it is dampened by the constant worry that her wife will do something cavalier just to shine in front of the boss.
She knows what Maya would say. She is careful; the number of dangerous calls are far outnumbered by the ones that aren’t; they look out for each other. She ignores the fact that in the eighteen months they have known each other, she has lost Rigo and Pruitt. Carina knows that the loss of them stays with her, even if she doesn’t talk about them much any more.
Carina never imagined she would marry a firefighter. She never imagined getting married at all, but she always thought she would eventually find the person she wanted to be with for the rest of her life. She assumed that person would be a doctor – someone who worked the same sort of hours, who understood the job and had the same outlook on life. Maya was the complete opposite of that, in some ways the complete opposite of her. She is neat, where Carina is messy; she is serious, where Carina is laidback; she is a planner, where Carina is spontaneous; she is a morning person, where Carina enjoys long evenings.
Carina had no idea that grabbing a quick drink at Joe’s after work one evening would end with meeting the love of her life and the woman she would one day marry. Life had been a rollercoaster since the day they met, what with Maya’s struggles with her captaincy, the pandemic, Andrea’s death, and her visa issues. Somehow they had got through it and they had grown closer than they had been before; all these things had made them realise that leaning on each other, and weathering the storm together, made them stronger.
Maybe her visa issues had pushed them into marriage sooner than they might otherwise have talked about it, but Carina finds comfort in knowing that Maya is her person, no matter what. Her parents’ difficult marriage and messy divorce had almost scuppered it, but thanks to the wise words of a friend, she had realised that losing Maya would be a stupid mistake. By the time their wedding day had come around, Carina knew how much she wanted Maya to be her wife, and for them to be committed to each other for the rest of their lives.
Yes, falling in love and marrying Maya is the best thing she has ever done – even if it comes with a price.
With a heavy sigh, Carina throws the half-peeled orange in her hands on the counter. She collects the half-drunken mugs of coffee and dirty breakfast plates, and tidies the kitchen, before heading downstairs to the station’s gym.
Maybe a workout will help ease her nerves.
It always works for Maya.
It doesn’t work so well for Carina. She can’t shut her brain off. Even as her legs pump and her arms work, and her breath heaves as she skips, her mind won’t forget that Maya is out there dealing with the aftermath of an explosion right now.
She is fifteen minutes into her workout when Emmett appears at the door.
“Oh, hey,” he says a little awkwardly, a clear sign that she is not who he was hoping to find.
“One of the perks of loving a firefighter,” Carina says.
“Yeah, totally,” Emmett says. “Hey, is Travis around?”
“They’re all out saving the city” Carina replies.
Another reminder that her wife’s life could be at risk.
She ends her skipping and sits down on a bench, grabbing a band and slipping her feet through it.
“Actually, I think this might be the only perk of loving a firefighter, because the rest of it is...” she trails off, feeling like she has said to much. She barely knows Emmett, after all, and she’s pretty sure they don’t have anything in common.
“It's a little bit of torture every day?” Emmett says.
Okay, maybe they have something in common.
“Yes, torture and terror,” Carina says. “I'm scared. Just a little bit, all the time.” It is a confession she has never been able to share with Maya.
“Me too,” Emmett admits.
Carina sighs. “And when they go out on calls, I...”
“Oh, that's way worse,” Emmett interjects.
“Oh, you're scared, too? It's not just me?” There is comfort in knowing that someone else feels the same way – a safety in numbers. “You just got scared when I told you they were out?”
“Oh, yeah, my stomach dropped,” Emmett says, with a small, embarrassed chuckle. “But just a little bit, you know? 'Cause I know how good they all are. I know how hard they work, and I know that they somehow manage to take it totally seriously and not seriously at the same time.”
“At all,” Carina agrees.
“Somehow.”
“Yeah.”
The share a knowing smile.
“And I know how much they love it,” Emmett continues. “So I'm a little bit scared all the time.” He pauses to sigh. “But I try not to let him know.”
Carina nods. “Hmm, same.”
Beside her, her cell phone chimes, vibrating against the bench. She picks it up swiftly and reads an S.O.S. message from Ben.
“Oh, they need me at the scene. There's a pregnant woman and a traffic jam,” she says as she steps out of the band.
“Yeah? I'll come with you,” Emmett offers. “But we're gonna have to run, so it's a good thing you didn't finish your workout.
Carina is happy for him to tag along. She slides her cell phone into her back pocket, grabs her sweater, and they head out the front door, easing into a steady pace down the road and towards the site of the explosion. She is grateful for the run because it hides her nerves – not about the patient, she is confident that she will be able to handle whatever Ben throws at her.
She is nervous about what she will see. She has never been at the scene of an explosion before and she worries about the sort of chaos that has been left behind.
They pass a long line of traffic – cars and vans and motorbikes lined up down the street. Some passengers have got out of their vehicles and are chatting to each other, some are scrolling through social media for updates on the explosion, while others are on the phone to family, friends and colleagues to let them know they are safe but stuck.
It takes them just over five minutes to get there. Emmett was right, it was a good thing she hadn’t finished her workout. She is not like Maya, she isn’t much of a runner, preferring less aerobic exercise like Yoga and Pilates alongside her weight training. The one time Maya had convinced her to go running with her had almost ended in divorce.
They are met on the edge of the disaster zone by a firefighter from Station 88, who lets them through once she has shown them the message from Ben asking her to come. He points them to where the first aid tents have been set up on the periphery, but even from where they are she can see the devastation caused by the explosion. There is debris everywhere, smoke and ashes drifting through the air, and the smell of burning fills her nostrils. She feels her stomach flip and she finds herself immediately looking for Maya. Just one glimpse is all she needs, just to know that she is okay.
She doesn’t see Maya, but she sees Andy and Jack and others. They look serious and focussed, but calm as they get on with the job of making the scene safe. They move with urgency, but there is a something about the way they work that instils confidence in Carina as she walks down the path towards the first aid tent.
It is shattered the moment she sees Vic lying on the ground – and all the fears she has about Maya’s job come flooding back.
Vic’s turnout gear has been discarded to one side and she is hooked up to a heart monitor, a brace around her neck and an oxygen mask on her face. Travis kneels beside her and Carina can’t see his face, but she can tell from his body language that he is upset.
She feels like she is being confronted with her worst nightmare, that one day she will see Maya like this – or worse.
The sight of her pregnant patient refocuses her mind and she pushes it aside for now, picking up a gown and wrapping it around her body.
“Hey, how can I help?” she asks, getting Ben’s attention.
She leans down as he sits upright to update her.
“Carina,” he greets her. He lowers his voice so as not to alarm the patient. “Thirty two weeks’ pregnant, pressure's sky high.”
The patient groans and Ben turns his attention back to the mama-to-be. “Hey, this is my friend, Doctor DeLuca. Alright? She's an OB.”
Carina kneels on the ground beside her and flashes her a small smile. “Hi. How are you feeling?”
From behind her, she hears Emmett asking about Vic.
“I got electrocuted. It happens,” Vic says a little sluggishly.
She thinks about what Emmett said earlier, that they are all good at their jobs. She knows that it is true, and especially Maya – she doesn’t know how to be bad at anything (except making a decent espresso) and yet Vic is lying injured on the ground with any number of side effects from the volt of electricity that has just gone through her body.
Carina turns her attention back to her patient.
“Can you tell me your name?”
“Aaliyah,” the woman says breathlessly.
“Okay, I’m going to feel your belly and check on your baby. Just hang in there,” Carina says.
“Please make sure my baby’s okay,” Aaliyah begs. “Please.”
“Okay, okay,” Carina appeases her.
She does a physical exam as best as she can with none of her normal equipment. The belly is tight, but there is no sign of vaginal bleeding as far as she can tell, which is one good sign.
“Look, I almost died – and I could still die,” she hears Vic say and it makes her shudder.
She can’t think about that right now – but, God, she wishes she knew where Maya was.
Carina takes another blood pressure reading. Ben was right, her patient has severe hypertension and that is something to worry about.
“Have you been seeing your OB for regular appointments?” Carina asks. “Have you had any problems with your blood pressure?”
Aaliyah shakes her head, no. “Everything’s been fine. I… I was on my way to the shops when the explosion happened. It knocked me down and I… the baby?”
She groans again, clutching at her belly.
Carina looks across at Travis, just as he and Emmett pick up Vic.
“I need an ambulance,” she demands. “As soon as possible.”
Travis nods. “I’ll see what I can do,” he says, without making any promises.
Carina turns back to her patient. “Aaliyah, I know it’s difficult, but I need you to stay as calm as possible for me. I’ll get you to the hospital as soon as possible so we can check on your baby.”
Aaliyah nods as a tear trickles down her cheek. Carina wipes it away gently.
“Is there someone you’d like me to call?”
“My husband’s away on a work trip,” Aaliyah says. “I don’t want to worry him.”
“What about a parent? Or a friend?” Carina suggests.
“Um, my mom lives in Tacoma,” Aaliyah says. She pulls out her cell phone from her bag and unlocks it, before passing it to Carina. “Her name’s Imani.”
Carina makes the call, keeping her voice calm and confident as she explains to Imani what has happened to her daughter and asks her to drive up to Seattle to meet them at Grey Sloan. Noticing that Aaliyah has calmed down, she passes the phone to her and lets her talk to her mama. When she hangs up, Carina puts the phone back into Aaliyah’s bag for her.
“Thank you,” Aaliyah says. “Your accent, where is it from?”
Carina smiles, but before she can answer, there is an almighty bang from nearby. The ground shakes, the noise reverberating loudly in her ears. She instinctively throws her body forwards, covering Aaliyah and her bump as she waits for whatever comes next. Her own body is rigid and tense; a bitter taste hits the back of her mouth and she feels bile rise from her stomach. She swallows and it makes her gag, and she finds herself counting slowly to ten – the way Papa taught her when she had an upset stomach as a child. Plumes of smoke and ash make their way through the air, and she wafts it away.
“Okay, you’re okay,” Carina soothes her patient, who cries out in fear.
Around her, every firefighter who can be spared from first aid care jumps up and rushes towards the source of the second explosion. Carina watches them go, desperate to follow them, desperate to find Maya, to know that she is okay.
Except she needs to stay with her patient, to calm her down and stop her blood pressure from rising any more. Her sense of responsibility outweighs her own feelings right now, and she feels anger building up inside of her that she can’t just run off and find her wife.
She can’t lose another person. Not after Mama and Andrea, and every family member lost during the pandemic. She can’t lose Maya too. It will break her and she knows she will never recover from it.
She still feels like an optimistic person most of the time. She never used to think the worst – until the worst happened and she lost her baby brother. Now she feels like she is forever living on edge, waiting for the next disaster to take someone else from her.
“It’s going to be okay,” she says again, as much for herself as for her patient.
“But… you’re crying,” Aaliyah says, looking up at her curiously.
Carina lifts her hand and wipes the tears off her cheek.
“It’s fine, I’m fine,” she lies. She checks Aaliyah’s saline drip to make sure she is still getting the hydration she needs and does another blood pressure check, relieved to see that, despite the shock of the second explosion, it has come down a little.
Two more firefighters from Station 88 come into the tent and she calls one over.
“I need you to stay with my patient, check her blood pressure every ten minutes and come find me if it gets anywhere near one-eighty over one-hundred-and-ten, okay?” she commands.
“Where are you going?” Aaliyah asks.
‘I need to find my wife,’ Carina thinks, but she keeps it to herself.
“I’m a doctor,” she says out loud, “I should go and check if they need my help.”
With that, she stands up and makes her way out of the tent, following the stream of firefighters who are all making their way towards the group of fire trucks.
“Hey! No civilians!” a voice calls out.
Carina turns to see Chief McAllister glaring at her.
“I’m not a civilian,” Carina says. “I’m a doctor!”
If he calls after her again, she doesn’t hear him. Her only focus is on finding Maya. She doesn’t get very far when she sees Ben and Jack pushing a gurney. She can’t see who lies on it, but she knows from the heavy boots and thick pants that it is a firefighter. Jack is ghostly white and looks like he might throw up. Ben looks terrified, his face twisted as he pounds the chest of whoever lies unconscious.
Carina’s stomach churns and she struggles to catch her breath for a moment as she stumbles forwards. She hears her name being called, but doesn’t know who is following her.
As she gets closer to the Aid Car, she realises that the boots are too big to be Maya’s, the hips too wide to take up that much space. A hand slips and she sees the dark skin, and it only takes her a second to realise who it is.
She rushes up to them as they come to a stop by the back doors of the Air Car, Andy close behind them. She immediately jumps in, helping to fix the neck brace that has come loose. Jack continues to compress Dean’s chest, willing him over and over again to stay alive.
“Maya?” she asks under her breath, hoping one of them can alleviate her fears. Tears prick her eyes as she waits for an answer and she blinks them back.
“Carina.”
Ben’s voice is soft and gentle, and when she looks up at him, he nods over her shoulder. She turns to see Maya running with another gurney, alongside Travis, Sullivan and some firefighters from Station 88 that she doesn’t know. Her face is sombre and determined, and it tells Carina that whoever is on that gurney is critically injured as well.
Her body shudders with relief at the sight of her wife, her breath catching in her throat as she sighs. She shakes it off and turns her focus back on to Dean for a moment, helping them lift the gurney into the back of the Aid Car. She takes a step back, catching Ben’s eye as he pulls the doors closed.
They both know how this will end.
Carina has seen so much death over the last year. All those patients lost to Covid, whose hands she held as they took their last breath without any loved ones around them. Andrea, whose skin had turned so pale as she had put her hands on his stomach to stem the blood as it poured out of his stab wound.
She knows what a person looks like when death is close.
He gives a short nod then shuts the door, the Aid Car pulling away sharply and the siren wailing as it hurtles down the street.
Carina turns to the second Aid Car and watches as the injured firefighter is lifted inside and Sullivan slams the doors shut, yelling for them to go. As soon as the vehicle starts to move, she sees Maya’s shoulders sag, her face ashen.
“Maya!” she calls out.
Maya turns, surprised to see her wife on the scene.
“Carina, what…”
Carina doesn’t give her time to finish her question, practically catapulting towards her and pulling her into a tight hug.
“Thank God you’re okay,” she murmurs into Maya’s ear.
She feels a little bit guilty for how grateful she feels that Maya is not one of the firefighters on their way to the hospital right now. Maya circles her arms around her waist and Carina holds on to her like she might collapse under her own weight if Maya lets go.
“I’m okay,” Maya says softly in her ear.
Carina’s body trembles in her arms and Maya’s hold of her strengthens in response.
“Hey, hey, it’s okay, I’m okay,” Maya repeats.
Carina buries her face into Maya’s shoulder, shaking her head against her turnout coat. All the fear she has been holding in threatens to fall out and she bites her lip hard to stop it, not wanting to fall apart in her wife’s arms right now.
Maya is the first to pull back, her hands cupping Carina’s face gently, her soot-covered hands leaving marks on her skin.
“I’m okay,” she says one more time.
Carina nods. The moment Maya looks at her, she sees the grief in Carina’s eyes and knows it is not all for her. Maya’s eyes drift behind her to where Andy, Theo and Emmett stand looking shell-shocked. Her head turns to the road that the Aid Cars followed back to Grey Sloan, and it hits her. There was another Aid Car before theirs, another firefighter down before Aquino.
She looks back at Carina, her jaw clenching.
“Who?” is all she says.
Carina’s head dips sorrowfully.
“Dean.”

I absolutely love your response to a Riventrix anon…it definitely reminds me of that tv trope where the spy ends up rethinking which side they’re on because of a guy/girl they fall for. It also gives me a little bit of Klaroline (where he tries to do good because of her)….I’m curious tho…what are your happy/cute headcannons?
Another Riventrix shipper?? Hii hello!!!
The way I yelled when you said Klaroline. They were, once upon a time, my OTP and one of the first pairings I wrote long fic for. I'm in love with the "lure of darkness" parallel there.
I rewrote this answer five times, because I struggle so much writing these characters as Happy. But I do think there’s room for it, so let’s expand on it.
Riven being Beatrix’s only weakness. He offered her love without asking for anything back, he showed her so much gentleness when others would’ve turned on her. I’m not deaf to “you care about her, even if you pretend you don’t” after she murdered a person and Riven being unable to deny it.
So Beatrix who wants all of this, but season 2, under Rosalind’s command and under Andreas’ watchful eye and Riven maybe-mind controlled.... It is just wrong. It goes for Dane too, she didn’t have to mind control Dane into caring about her. They both saw her worst and yet, they chose to save her. Even if she doesn’t understand this love, she’s seen it and experienced it.
So Beatrix who keeps feeding them small scraps of information by “accident”, Beatrix who busies herself with Stella and with terrorizing Sky and Bloom, but who tries really hard not to think of how Andreas and Roz already tainted the one (1) good thing she ever had.
I think Beatrix would hesitate if asked to kill Riven and I think it would be fun if she beat herself over it. Very “Won’t Say I’m In Love” Megara, you know? She had a purpose for Riv and it’s just... So much more now. He is so much more.
Beatrix who keeps setting herself up to failure, because logically she knows all the steps she must take and what she has to do, but she can’t. She simply can’t.

OmegaVerse - Birthday
POV Saul
I'm sitting at the table in my apartment, which serves as both a dining table and a desk or stand when I need a large enough surface. This place is much smaller than my old one, but I'm not going to complain, it's still better than the prison cell I was in.
I'm carving a small wooden figure for Sky's birthday from a model on the internet to join the few others I've already made. They are characters from I don't know what cartoon he likes. I bought him some real ones a few years ago but they didn't survive the fire. I hope he likes the ones I'm making, although I have my doubts. I think since it's coming from me, Sky will reject it just on principle. Part of him is still angry with me, despite our discussion after he found out I was an omega. Things are better, he doesn't provoke me anymore and there are no more arguments, but our relationship has changed and I'm afraid it's never going to go back to the way it was.
I am working on the character's head when I hear a knock on the door. I'm surprised because no one ever comes in here and if it were Rosalind, she'd walk in like she was home before demanding something. I quickly wipe the sawdust off my hands, place a sheet over the figures just in case it's Sky, before going to the door to open it. And I'm surprised to see Andreas standing before me. I was expecting a student, not him. He only comes to me voluntarily about once a week to take me to his apartments and make physical contact with me to keep me from getting sick. This is the only time we talk about anything other than work by the way and Sky is very often the focus of our discussions. We did it the day before yesterday, so there's no reason for him to be there today.
On the face of it, I don't react fast enough because he asks me:
"Can I come in?"
I open the door wide and shift to let him in. I see him look around the nearly empty room, then at me with a slightly raised eyebrow:
"Nice decor."
I close the door before answering him:
"You know I've always been a minimalist. And mostly I'm ready for the moment when Rosalind throws me out. But surely you didn't come all this way to criticize my taste in decorating."
I don't even offer him a seat, there's only one chair in the apartment anyway and it's the one in front of the table. There is no sofa or armchair, there is not even room to put any. He seems to realize this so he simply leans against the table and tells me the reason for his presence:
"I have a proposal for you for Sky's birthday."
"Go ahead, I'm listening."
"I'm going to buy him a car and I was wondering if you wanted to participate?"
I stand dumbfounded for a second before the anger comes over me like a tidal wave:
"With what money Andreas? With the one that was in my account, which the queen confiscated and apparently forgot to return to me after my release? With the money from my salary that Rosalind doesn't give me? Or with my savings hidden in the house that went up in smoke when you decided to burn it down?"
I look at Andreas angrily. I know it's not entirely his fault, but I'm sick of my current semblance of a life. Before he came back into my life, I had a family, friends, a house, a job I loved, money, and respect from others. And poof, it all went up in smoke in a matter of seconds. My relationship with Sky is broken, Farah is certainly dead, Ben left after turning me in, my house in the country is destroyed, my apartments in Alfea have been given to Andreas, I am no longer headmaster of specialists, I don't have a penny to my name and more and more people know that I am an omega. Not to mention the sword of Damocles that Rosalind and Queen Luna hold over my head.
So yes, I know it's only fair that I be punished for murdering, well, attempting to murder my fellow soldier. I have lived with this guilt for sixteen years, regretting every day the sword stroke that ended my boyfriend's life. And the worst part is that I replayed the movie a thousand times, trying to imagine how things could have been different. But now I know that no matter what I would have done that day, the result would have been the same: Aster Dell would have been destroyed and Andreas would have faked his death because it was Rosalind's plan all along. And it disgusts me to know that, just like my ex, I was this woman's puppet without even realizing it. And I don't even have the excuse of mind control.
Andreas seems to get the message because he raises his hands as a sign of peace and tells me:
"Okay, okay, no need to pick on me, I get the message. You can't, it's okay."
And he leaves without a glance behind him. I glance over to the table where the figurines are. I fight the urge to throw them all in the trash. I already didn't know if Sky would like them, but now they're competing with a car, so I might as well say they lost. I pick them up and put them away quickly. I don't want to make a hasty decision while I'm angry.
Once that's done, I sit down on the only chair in the place and take my head in my hands. A car? Seriously? Besides, it's not going to do him any good since they're not allowed to leave campus unaccompanied. But I guess it will remain for him the best gift ever. And it's not me who gave it to him.
*****************
It's Sky's birthday and despite my previous thoughts, I still packed the figurines. Maybe he won't want them, but that will be his choice, not mine. Besides, I don't want him to think I forgot his birthday.
Last night I spotted a new car in the school parking lot, I guess it's the one for Sky. I know he's going to be thrilled and it's going to be the best present ever for him. I thought I would be the one to give it to him at Alfea's graduation and I'm jealous that I can't do that. I know it's unfair of me because Andreas missed sixteen birthdays because of me.
I heard cheers early this morning, glanced out the window and saw Andreas leaving with Sky in the car. I don't know when they'll be back so I'll drop him off in his room with a note, he'll find it when he gets back. I guess it's better this way, that way I won't be able to see his disappointment when he sees the figurines.
I spend the day ruminating, trying to imagine what Andreas and Sky are doing together. I guess the former has earned points with this gift and then things slowly start to improve between them. And as much as it pains me, I try to gently nudge them together when they will listen to me (which isn't often). I feel like I'm finally erasing myself from Sky's life, but it's for his own good. There is a big risk that I will disappear overnight and then despite all his faults, Andreas loves his children and he is a good father when he wants to be. So it's only right that he should finally take his place in Sky's life, even if it means I have to give him mine. I just hope I still have a role to play, no matter how small.
I'm brought out of my dark thoughts by a knock at the door. If it's Andreas coming to gloat, alpha or not, I slam the door in his face. But to my astonishment, it's not him but Sky who is there. He scratches his head, uncomfortable but he tells me:
"Thank you so much for the figurines Saul, they are beautiful. I... I was wondering if you would help me paint them."
Then I see that he has a bag with little paint cans in it and I start to smile. He can't know how happy his request makes me. He could be spending his birthday night with his friends or his dad and yet he is here with me of his own free will. And just like that, the weight I've had on my chest since Andreas' proposal is lifted.

PLEASE NO ONE REBLOG THIS YET. IT IS NOT FINISHED
My own little retrospectives. Part two.
Worst characters
Again. This will be in no particular order. Some were villains. Some were “good guys”. All were annoying to me. It’s all a matter of personal opinion. It probably won’t be as long as the last one though. I can’t remember that many villains/annoying good guys.
Nicolette Stone. I’ll explain in my next post
Robert Robinson. He left David to die for a shot at freedom
Finn Kelly. Great character. But was the cause of several of the shows darkest episodes
Brent Colfax. The bastard almost assaulted Harlow in her own home.
Hendrix Greyson. I know everyone liked him in the end but I just can’t get over how he kissed two women without their consent.
Angus Beaumont Hannay. Creepy ass stalker who kissed Elly in her sleep without her permission
Terese Willis. She married Paul Robinson knowing what he’s like then acts betrayed when he acted in his nature. It makes no sense to me at all.
Glen Donnelly. He acted oh so superior to Paul but that’s only because the show retconned the incest plot line from 1991.
Gemma Reeves. She preyed on Bailey Turner. What else do you want me to say?
Julie Quill. She was far far worse than Paul ever was
Isabelle Hoyland. She was a skanky little trollop. And frankly I’m shocked and disappointed that Susan didn’t end up killing her.
Andrea Sommers. She was a rapist. What else do you want me to say
Heather Schilling. She’s the reason Sonya died.
Samantha Fitzgerald. She was Claudia’s lawyer just to spite the Kennedy’s
Claudia Watkins. She was exactly like her son Finn
Natasha Williams. She tried to baby trap Andrew out of jealousy
Xanthe Canning. She was just an inferior version of Donna Freeman
Dipi Rebecchi. I still say her reason for the affair was worse than Pierce’s
Scarlett Brady. She made fatal attraction look like a family drama
Mary Casey. She stalked and kidnapped Pepper Steiger because of a miscarriage
Fiona Hartman. The woman stood by while Jim Robinson died in front of her then used it to her advantage
Nell Mangel. That woman was truly, truly Nicolette Stone’s great grandmother. And I mean that in literally the most insulting way possible

My Time At SIX
Time for my performance review of SIX. I am only reviewing over the performance I went to and every performance is different from the last so my opinion will be different to others even if you went on the same night I did. The day I went to SIX, Adrianna Hicks, plays Catherine of Aragon, and Brittney Mack, plays Anna of Cleves, were not able to perform. Understudies Mallory Maedke played as Catherine of Aragon and Nicole Kyoung-Mi Lambert played as Anna of Cleves were who saw in their stead. And first and only alert, this will be long and full of SPOILERS for SIX the musical!!! DON’T LIKE SPOILERS DON’T READ THIS NOW OR EVER!!! NOW, onto to the show!
First up performance review is for Mallory Maedke as Catherine of Aragon. Catherine of Aragon is not my favorite of the girls and is my least favorite. However, that doesn't mean I don’t like her song or her character. When done right, Catherine slays especially in her acting parts. Unfortunately Mallory did not help her shine. Mallory’s voice wasn't compatible with ‘No Way’ the day I went. Her voice cracked on the high notes, something very noticeable, three times. She tried to fix this with a twist high note at the end, but still failed the song to me. Failing a high note is one of the most noticeable huge mistakes a singer can make when singing. Mallory’s acting wasn’t what I was looking for either. She wasn't bad, but she didn’t stand out to me. Mallory was worst performer on the stage that night as a singer and an actor. These are just the sad facts to me that night.
Anne Boleyn as Andrea Macasaet was amazing. She killed her song and her acting was superb. I personally love her take on “Don’t lose your head”, especially with her line ‘I guess he just really loved my head’. I love her song, her character, her dance, she was amazing, and she definitely stole the show for me. I crown her as BEST PERFORMER FOR THE NIGHT! 👑
Now Jane Seymour as Abby Muller. Abby was great to me. She put her entire being in her song and hit all the right notes. Her acting didn’t always hit me when it suppose to, but her voice was one of her highlights. Her Adele like ballad was beautiful and I felt her emotions in “Heart of Stone”.
My biggest opinion after Catherine, is Anna of Cleves as Nicole Kyoung-Mi Lambert. I loved Nicoles energy. Nicole put all of herself into everything she did in the show. Her dance, song, and acting was a 100% her and I felt all of her effort. Its because of that I notice she wasn’t the best even at a 100%. When I saw Nicole as Anna of Cleves, I wanted more from her. I want 110% into everything she did. Her dancing, acting, and sining were good, but they weren’t amazing. I felt like she was on the verge of that and yet she never quite made it. A song like “Get Down” is all about energy and the dance is the most important part. With Nicole, I wanted her to really get down with the song. Her dancing was good, but not great. Her singing was great, but was missing some fun and wildness that I associate with Anna of Cleves. Her acting was a hit and miss especially visible with some monologue between the queen missing her humor which made the scene even more funny or dramtic. Her effort made her shine as a performer, but it didn't take her to the top. With that determination and hard work, Nicole Kyoung-Mi Lambert does truly deserve BEST UPCOMING PERFORMER! 👑 I’m looking forward to her future achievements as a performer.
Katherine Howard played by Samantha Pauly sang her song beautifully. I love the choreography and the song of “All You Wanna Do”. It was definitely tough to pick best performer between her and Andrea, but Andrea’s energy won me over. Her acting was great and her dancing was on point. She stole my heart with her entire performance, especially at the end of her main song where her voice and acting was at maximum perfection.
Katherine Parr played by Joy Woods. I don’t have any strong opinions over her. She did great, was best four overall on my list, and her singing shone in “I Don’t Need Your Love”. Her dancing stood out and she was best dancer to me. Since I sat on the left side of the stage, she wasn’t clearly in my point of view. Which is why I have more opinions for the first couple of queens compared to her.
That's the end of the review everything else after this sentence is just a P.S. I went to SIX with my dad’s girlfriend so I bought three pins, one for her to wear, and a water bottle. Something very useful now that I’m working at the Y. The badges were super cool, each badge was a popular phrase said by each girl. ‘Queen Of The Castle’ from Anna of Cleves for V, ‘The 10 Among These 3′s’ from Katherine Howard, and ‘Sorry Not Sorry’ from Anne Boleyn for me. Just wanted to write about the cool merchandise. This is the end of SIX to me. No more blogging about the play unless something suddenly pops up to me and I feel the need to blog about it. Thanks for the reading and write to you all soon.

WEBTOON RECOMMENDATIONS PT 2
Like I promised, I’m back and bringing More WEBTOON recommendations! (Gonna be a lot shorter than last time because I’m busy, but maybe I might make a pt 3)
Tumblr media
This is easily one of THE BEST webcomics on webtoon- so much so that it kind of blows my mind that it hasn’t dominated the front page for Halloween.
Official synopsis- When Chaerin Eun becomes the protagonist of the romance novel she is reading, she expects a fairytale ending with the novel’s love interest, Jeha. But when a bizarre twist makes her realize the story is not playing out as it does in the book, she’ll need the help of an unlikely character from her class to defy the new storyline and find her happy ending -- if only she can figure out who this ‘Unknown Extra’ is first!
Tumblr media
Another really, really good webtoon- about this 18 year old named Robin, who’s so obssessed with fairy tales that she just wants to live life as a princess (like an actual princess) and ends up wishing herself into another dimension full of fairy tales where the only way she can go home is by taking on the role of Prince Charming- where she make sure everyone has their happily ever afters. A lot of character development and good messages here! Characters work really well off of each other, and literally every joke lands- the pacing is also really good too! (Maybe even too good), so if you’re looking for a fun read, on the (for now) lighter side, I’d definitely recommend this. (Heck I’d recommend it if you were looking for something serious).
Tumblr media
Ok this is called  Get Schooled or True Education (whichever you prefer) - and is literally one of, if not my favorite webtoons ever- in fact- if it weren’t for this webtoon, I don’t think I’d remember to check in every Sunday (since Remarried Empress and a few others went on hiatus) It’s literally the Rico Nasty of webtoons in the best way possible (I said what I said- it has a lot of chaotic energy, and deals with heavy themes very well).
Official Synposis-  Hwajin Na’s teaching techniques are pretty violent for someone who works in the Ministry of Education. That being said, when punishments don't seem to work on even the worst of school bullies, there is no better man for the job. Sometimes you can’t get a good education until those bullies are taught a lesson.
Tumblr media
This one is Called The Snake and The Flower-
Synopsis:  Long ago, an emperor suddenly decided to execute the members of his court. Only after being offered a girl named Aehwa, did the emperor’s rampage stop. The emperor cherishes his “flower” dearly. When Aehwa expresses an interest in music, the Emperor makes Harang Kang her personal court musician. However, the emperor decreed that only he can lay eyes on Aehwa and has Harang’s eyes destroyed. After finding out the true cause of his father’s death, Harang swears revenge on both Aehwa and the Emperor. In this twisted realm of snakes and flowers, who will prevail?
Tumblr media
OK- I’ll admit that even though this one has just started, and is probably Romance (the only Romance webtoon I’ll ever recommend) It’s really really fun so far- I love the fl, who despite you’d think would be like Regina from Mean girls is pretty cool? Ml is awful at first, but I’m expecting to see him change in a bit. (I think it’s gonna be a SLOW BURN)
Synopsis:
Popular girl Andrea has a big secret... her perfect life is a sham. She hides an after school job that supports her family so she can fit in with her wealthy friends. After she loses her job, she lands a lucrative gig as a maid in an ultra-rich family mansion. Little does she know, this home belongs to her biggest rival and the guy she hates most: Alex.

Now a real question
What kind of kinks Daniel's characters would have?
oh boy THIS is a pandora’s box
hmm i guess i’ll go down my list of my favs of The Danny Bunch™ lmao
alex kerner (goodbye lenin) has a thing for smoking. he likes to watch you smoke, and he HAS to smoke after sex. god forbid you go to a party with him and someone passes you a joint, because homie is Erect Instantly. he also likes for you to be on top, so most of your fucks are like he’s on the couch and just looking up at you. i also feel like he has a thing for, like, your hips, and he’ll always grab at them/bite them. there’s been more than one occasion where he’s left teeth marks on your hip. he likes to eat you out. he likes the way your thighs quiver around his head when you’re close. he loves to have you suck him off too, and his favorite is when you choke and gag on his cock and his precum dribbles down your chin. just the thought of THAT alone is enough to get him off.
andrea marowski (ladies in lavender) is a sub, so THATS something we have to talk about. this boy is a sub and a bottom, and he has the worst mommy/daddy kink ever. he just wants to be good for his partner and hear how he’s such a good boy. praise kink. praise kink AS HELL. if he EVER has to dom/top, he is a service top. if his partner has breasts, boy he is ALL OVER THEM. he likes to hold your tits and roll your nipple between his fingers, he likes to rest his head on them when cuddling, and man oh man he is forever on a quest to have a titty in his mouth. he also likes for you to be on top, and he’s sucking your tits the entire time (my breastfeeding kink goes brrr). baby man. that’s all.
niki lauda (rush)... where do i start with this guy. maybe it’s not so much a kink, but he’s into quick fucks. right before/after a race, he’ll shove his partner against a wall and just Go To Town. i also feel like he likes bareback/creampie, but not breeding. he just wants to own his partner. degradation as hell— “god, you’re such a whore on your knees like this, bet you wanna suck off every racer here, huh?” and i touched on this earlier but it bears repeating: he Can and Will take pictures of you and keep them in his wallet/pocket/sun visor, anywhere he can possibly have them. just a picture of his fist in your hair and you can sorta see his cock buried in you in the corner of the picture, and if someone sees the polaroid, he’s just Proud. i also feel like he likes to overstimulate you, so he’ll fuck you until you’re so close that you can taste it, and he’ll pull out and do whatever the fuck. and teasing AS HELL. “if i place first, i’ll come back and fuck you stupid, how does that sound?”
laszlo kreizler (the alienist), like niki, is into quick fucks. like, pushing your skirt up and just fucking you hard and fast, then returning to work like nothing ever happened. (he likes to see your weak legs, and he’s proud of himself if you have to sit down). he also likes really slow stuff too, though, and he’ll take his time laying you down and undressing you and will kiss your neck and it’s the definition of Making Love. although, unlike niki, las is ALL about that breeding kink. he doesn’t really want kids, but he’s in love with the idea of seeing his partner all big and pregnant and barefoot around the house. it’s all part of staking his claim on you. he also really likes giving his partner hickies, because the clothing of the period allowed for shit like that (high collars on shirts, long sleeves with coats, etc). i feel like there’s a hint of choking in there too; he just grabs at your cravat when fucking you and won’t stop until he sees tears in your eyes.
zemo (tfatws) just... again, he is worthy of his own post, but i’ll make this quick: choking. spanking. pulling your hair. spitting (on your tits, in your mouth, on your cunt before he slides into you). a little tiny bit of slapping too (just Smack A Clit and hear a bitch whimper, i agree). he also has SUCH a thing for like, buying you nice jewelry and fucking you while you’re wearing it. bonus points if it’s a necklace and he gets to watch it bounce off your tits while you fuck yourself on his cock. and buying you nice makeup and edging you until you’re crying and that expensive mascara is running in rivulets down your cheeks.
padre domingo (MY MF MANS)... i literally have no idea where to start with this guy. he DEF is all about what’s bad and sinful and looked down upon, so he likes forbidden rendezvous, which include railing you over the alter. he’s into bondage, but in the way that he’ll wrap his rosary around your wrists and keep count of how many orgasms he’d given you (or, alternatively, how many times he’s edged you). bonus points if he has access to your rosary, so he has TWO rosaries and DOUBLE the number yknow. also... i haven’t really talked ab this before... but... anal. he likes it. he buys into the idea of like “god’s back door” or whatever the fuck, so he’ll be in your ass and like fingering your cunt and pinching your clit WOW i am actually turning red here. he also likes eating you out, mainly for the moment where you squeal when he sucks on your clit and your thighs try to close around his head. he likes for you to be loud. he likes to hear how much pleasure he’s giving you.
hmmm... i think i’ll end this with someone i haven’t touched on before: checo from paradise mall (or, as i call him, emo baby boy who DEFINITELY listens to three cheers for sweet revenge on a fuckn loop)
Tumblr media
he just. he. he likes to have his hair pulled. he loves his long hair and, even when y’all aren’t fucking, he likes to have his hair played with. he also likes quick fucks; like, the picture above gives me very “we’re out with friends but you look delicious, come with me to the bathroom and let me rail you”. and he has you leaned over the sink and is fucking you from behind, and he shoves his fingers in your mouth and forced you to watch yourself in the mirror, and he’s in your ear the entire time “you’re squeezing the shit outta me, honey. ya like watching yourself get fucked like the dumb little slut you are? yeah, you fucking like it, i can feel your little cunt getting wetter by the second.” size kink as HELL too, like, he’ll press his hand to your belly as he fucks you and he’ll go harder and faster until he feels himself through you against his hand. he likes to mark you up too, so like hickies on your neck, collarbones, shoulders, thighs, stomach, hips. if he knows that you’ll be wearing a specific item of clothing in the coming days, he will make the darkest, most obscene marks in places that he KNOWS will show.
feel free to add onto this

BREAKING BAD TV Review (WITH SPOILERS)
Hi everyone! It's Riley here with a TV Review! I've seen so many TV shows, but Breaking Bad is the first show I decided to start actually making a review for... so without further ado... (If you haven't seen the show, I don't recommend reading this, as it will spoil the show for you)
Okay... so what is Breaking Bad?
Well... Breaking Bad is a show about Walter White, a 50 year old man who gets diagnosed with cancer, and goes into the drug industry to make money for his family. Along the way, he gets help from former high school student, Jesse Pinkman, who now is a drug addict. Eventually Walter becomes one of the biggest influences in the drug empire.
The show was probably one of the more entertaining shows I’ve seen in a while. The way Walter’s story unfolded with what he would do next was written incredibly well.
I personally thought Jesse Pinkman was the best character. His story had elements that I feel many people could relate to. Even if everybody is not an everyday druggie on the down low (or maybe you are, I don’t know), the way Jesse is constantly fighting to turn his life around, made me feel so bad for him. When his first girlfriend was killed in season 1 because Walter just stood there and watched her die (screw you Walter), I immediately felt so bad, then when he met Brock and his mother Andrea, I felt so happy that maybe he would have his life turned around, NOPE! Walter poisons Andrea’s kid with ricin to get back at him, and honestly that was the WORST thing I could’ve ever seen. Jesse Pinkman, I could create an entire separate post on why I love him. I’m so glad he got out at the end.
Tumblr media
Now, let’s talk about Walter White.
Tumblr media
Walter motherfucking White. This man. I don’t think I have ever despised a main character as much as I despised this man. Although his intentions began as something that was probably maybe, possibly for the greater good, he later becomes this selfish dick that nobody fucking likes, because all he does is complain and manipulate people. Honestly, Walter White deserved the ending he got. The way he treated Jesse countless times, the way he lied to Skyler and Walt Jr. during the entire course of the show (granted, I do not like Skyler) either, I could go on and on.
I think the best highlight of the show is the season 4 finale with the death of Gus Fring. Gus Fring was one amazing character. I didn’t like him, but he was a FANTASTIC tribute to the show. I never saw the death of him coming the way that it happened. (I had his death spoiled, but I had no idea it happened like that!)
Tumblr media
Overall, this show is rated (in my opinion) a 8/10. Seasons 1-4 were FANTASTIC and kept me interested every single episode, however, season 5 fell a little short for me. However, the highlight of season 5 was when Hank found EVERYTHING out, that really had me on the edge of my seat.
Tumblr media
If you like this review, and want a FULL version, I will posting one to my YouTube sometime soon! I will go more in depth about the show, characters and the things I strongly like and dislike about everything involving the show!
Thanks for reading this blog and I'll catch Y'all later!

Little Bird
Bucky Barnes x Mutant OFC
Enemies to Lovers
Chapter 6
Warnings: Swearing
Rika slept for most of the flight, enjoying the small bedroom at the back of the private jet. How would she ever fly commercial again? Her alarm went off at noon NYC time, an hour before they were set to land.
She put on the travel suit that Julie gave her including the matching hat and shifted into Adrianas coloring, comparing to one of the pictures she brought.
Nat nodded her approval when Rika entered the main cabin. Sam smiled and Bucky quickly looked away. Rika said a few practice phrases to acclimate her tongue to the accent and was ready to go when they landed.
A limo was waiting for her that whisked them away to a posh resort hotel where she was assigned a room. Rika looked around the 2 bedroom suite she was given and it was fancier than the compound and Xaviers mansion combined. The thickest carpet she had ever walked on and every appointment imaginable. She schooled her face with a bored look and signed for the tip without thanking the bellhop.
Once the door closed Rika let a breath out and took off the hat. She looked at Bucky "I'm going to take a quick shower and get dressed before it gets too late."
She went into one of the bedrooms and took out the dress for the party, which was already underway in a ballroom downstairs, and stepped into the shower to quickly rinse off.
Rika dried off and styled her long hair to the side with curls and a purple flower comb holding it back. She put on more moneys worth of jewelry than she could ever dream of affording and slid the green silk dress on, it felt soft and light against her skin. She left the bathroom to sit at the vanity and take a breath to calm her nerves. She didn't notice Bucky's breath hitching or how he stared at her. Rika looked at another picture of Adriana, with full evening make-up on, and shifted her color back. She gave Bucky a tight grin. "How do I look?"
Bucky glanced over and mumbled "You looked better before" meaning her natural blue.
Of course she didn't hear it that way and  spat at him "Are you able to not be a dick? Or are you getting into character, Soldat? Let's just go." She checked her reflection and grabbed her bag on the way out with Bucky trailing behind.
The elevator ride down was tense and neither spoke until the doors open and Rika walked to the ballroom telling him "With me, Soldat. You better watch my back"
Rika smiled as she looked around, trying to hide how nervous she was. There were too many familiar faces here and she had to blink away all the memories, in her cell or on the table while they experimented on her or the worst when they lined her bones with adamantium, which was the worst pain she had ever experienced, seeming like it would never end.
Rika grabbed a glass of champagne when a waiter with a tray full offered.
A beautiful blonde woman approached her, Rika recognized her, Andrea von Strucker, one of the late Barons twin children. "Adriana, how nice to see you. It's been awhile. Have you been well? You look a little different?"
Rika laughs, trying to sound confident. "Andrea, it's so good to see you. How is your handsome brother? I've been relaxing and rejuvenating at this amazing spa in the Andes. Remote and so restful."
Andrea looks her up and down "I was surprised to see you here, I heard you've had some legal issues."
Rika laughed lightly "You know how it is, law enforcement types get your name on a list and constantly look for any little thing to harass you over. Such a waste of time and money because they all expect a payoff. I had to clean house to throw the scent off so need some new assets to play with."
Andrea looks Bucky over "Yes, I heard that you acquired the Soldat here when Zemo went back to jail. He's quite the specimen. Is he good for anything besides glaring at everyone around you? I bet he's an animal in bed"
Rika grinned lustfully "He does have many impressive assets and skills"
Andrea laughed out loud "You never could pass up a pretty face and tight ass. Just don't fall in love like you did with my brother. Women in our position don't have the luxury of love."
Rika nodded "It's a small sacrifice when we have every other luxury.
Andrea turns to leave "I have to make the rounds, don't want to be rude. I'm so glad you could make it tonite. We must get together soon to catch up. I'll tell Andreas you are here, I know he would love to see you."
Rika waves as she leaves and speaks under her breath "she's an awful person. Watched me while they lined my bones and looked completely bored as I screamed. Adriana had an affair with her brother who came into my cell during the night on a regular basis and did what he wanted to me. I was just a tool so they used me anyway they pleased."
Bucky has to suppress a grimace at hearing what Hydra did to Rika. Then gives a curt nod. Searching the room for Joseph Cartelli, he sees him holding court in an oversized leather chair with a group of people sitting around him and listening every word he says.
Bucky glances at Rika
"I see Cartelli over there, you should head that way, maybe see if you can catch his eye."
Rika nods, her face grim. She smooths her dress down, forces a fake smile on her face and grabs another glass of champagne before slowly meandering over towards Cartelli, trying not to look too obvious. He looks up, smiles at her and waves her over.
Rika walks up to him and smiles. Cartelli grins and takes her hand to kiss it. She giggles softly and her face flushes pink. He speaks "My dear Adriana, it has been far too long. You look different. Refreshed and so relaxed. You recent troubles seem to be improving your beauty. Is there anything we can do to help? "
Rika keeps hold of his hand "It's nothing serious, just the law trying to disprove the belief that some of us are untouchable but since it's true they only wasted some of my time and money. I had to let some of my toys go but I heard this is the place to find new playmates."
Cartelli laughed "I'm so glad it wasn't as serious as the rumours made out to be. We have some interesting assets on offer tonite. A mutant from Germany who is blue and has a tail but the best part is that he can teleport. Imagine popping in and out to take something back that is yours or that you want to be yours. And young girl who can change the density of her body and 'phase' through solid objects. Those are two of the most exciting ones but there are many more. I see the rumours are true about your recent acquisition. The Soldat is quite the specimen, maybe young would consider a trade? We would love to return him to the Hydra fold.
Please sit, dear, anything you want, all you need is to ask."
Rika sits on the arm of his chair and Cartelli lays his arm next to her, his hand wandering over her exposed lower back. His touch gives her a chill and he grins.
"I know it's been years but you still respond to my touch like it was yesterday. Maybe we should take some time alone and explore that."
Rika forces a smile "Perhaps, after the auction. I never like to limit my options. You never know what will come along."
Cartelli nods in agreement "So true. In fact, I see another former beau of yours coming. Andreas! It's so nice to see you, I'm glad you and your sister were able to attend. Of course you already know, Miss Moreira."
Andreas looks at Rika with a dangerous glint in his eye and kisses her hand "Addy my sweet, it has been far too long. Have you replaced me with your Soldat? I'm sure he cannot be the solution to all of your needs. I would love to have you in my bed again and remind you of how well we mesh. I can still taste you on my tongue"
Bucky clenches his metal fist and has to work to keep his breathing steady at the thought of Rika in bed with that man even though he knows it wasn't really her he's referring to and when it was her, she had no choice.
Adriana sure seemed to be very popular.
Rika laughs "Now Andreas, it's been a very long time and I heard that you had married. Where is your new bride"
Andreas pulls her closer "My wife is simply a business transaction and isn't interested in my work so spent the day skiing. She's probably passed out in her room with the ski instructor or masseuse. I have my own suite or we could go to yours. Does your Soldat like to watch like your last bodyguard did?" He laughs.
Rika pulls away "Perhaps later, I don't want to miss the auction."
Andreas nods and kisses her hand. "Of course my dear. I will look for you when it's all over"
Rika shudders at the look in his eyes, her stomach falling. Something is wrong. All the comments about her looking different. 'They know something' she thinks to herself.
Cartelli grabs her hand as Andreas walks away "Don't wait too long to choose a partner for tonite or you may end up dancing alone. I would hate to see that happen."
"Of course, Joseph. The auction and the fine mutants always get my blood boiling so I must have some release afterward."
Cartelli smiles wickedly "I'm not sure you'll last that long. It should be kicking in pretty quickly."
Rika looked at him confused, feeling suddenly tired and like everything was in slow motion. She looked towards Bucky for reassurance but someone had shot him with a sedative dart and he was already down, being dragged off by 2 large men.
She hears Cartelli sounding like he's in a tunnel,
"Miss Darkholme, did you really think you could just walk in here with your Avenger friend and we wouldn't know? Thank you so much for returning two of our best assets"
His laughter was the last sound she heard before everything went black.

hello again lia! i'm the last anon you replied to! i completely agree that MC isn't likeable (i've played the game and i've watched the anime, and it's really hard to imagine myself as her because i wouldn't make any of the decisions she makes 😪) but i decided to finish the anime because although the creators did a bad job with retelling the story (i also agree that your plot is superior to theirs), i really like how they animated victor ✨ i also have some more questions for you! (since i love interacting with you): 1. what do you do when you get writer's block? 2. do you ever feel like quitting writing? and if you do, what motivates you to pick it back up? 3. have you ever thought of making writing your career? or is it like strictly a hobby for you? that's all for now! i'll be back with more questions though 😋 also from now on i'll refer to myself as 🌸 anon, so you'll know it's me! have a nice week ahead!
Hello there!
Wow, so nice to find your ask, what a great way to start my week, thank you for that! I LOVE THIS!
You kind of want to make me want to give the anime another shot. I'll try to focus solely on our dear CEO and less on... you know. May stir the juices somewhat.
Now to your questions:
1 - what do you do when you get writer's block?
Because I have all the story plotted now, my writer's block is usually related to how I am going to present the story. So I try to write it in different ways and discern which one will fit me best. The big solution (IMHO) to writer's block is simply to write or find someone who can help you stir your ideas. I have a very close friend with whom I discuss the story, and sometimes just talking about it helps me visualize it better. Some people suggest distractions to get your mind off it, but I find personally find them a good excuse to procrastinate, and my anxious nature won't let me relax until I have it done, so I grab the bull by the horns and just. keep. writing. Even if it's utter crap and sometimes it is.
2 - do you ever feel like quitting writing? and if you do, what motivates you to pick it back up?
It's going to be three years since I started writing this story, so... Yeah. Many times. Especially in the beginning, I had this little voice telling me that I had no business writing, and all that I put on paper was utter garbage. I quieted that voice now, at least a little.
Funny story, by the end of part Growing Stronger I had a massive breakdown and decided to finish it by killing Andrea on her wedding day. I spoke to my friend (@attackonmyself, I love you so freaking much!) and said I was ready to quit, and I presented the plot about how Vic and Andy would cease to be. Thankfully, she convinced me to keep writing the story but suggested I would keep this plot and use it as a short fic for Halloween. And that is how His Worst Nightmare was born.
I have several things motivating me to keep going. Number one, although I don't have a lot of readers, I do have some people that are deeply invested in the story and want to see how it ends. And I feel it would be disrespectful of me to quit the story just like that. They have been there for me in my greatest and suckiest moments, I do owe them, respect them and love them a lot. Number two, although Vic and Andy are fictional characters, I feel like I have a responsibility towards them. They have stories to be told, and lessons to learn, and I won't be able to find peace until they live it all and find closure. Their closure is my closure, I guess. Number three, I love writing. It's insanely complicated sometimes, sometimes I wish I could just go to bed and sleep, but I need to write. I write every day, every single day. My husband is already used to having notebooks around the house because whenever I have the free time, I'm writing.
3- have you ever thought of making writing your career? or is it like strictly a hobby for you?
Not a day goes by that someone (most times my husband) doesn't tell me I should invest in writing and try to do it for a living. And there is no plausible reason I don't do it, except for this big one... I'm a coward.
I have no shortage of ideas or things to try (I'm seriously stopping myself from starting another fic, because I want to get this one done first) but I fear rejection. And writers get a lot of it. That scares me to death.
So for now, until I get a decent set of balls, it's just a hobby. One day, who knows? And MLQC team, if you ever come across this post and you would like me to write for you, I'd do it for FREE. (Right, dream on girl, XD)
Thank you so much for your questions, do keep them coming! It's really nice to hear from you! I hope you have a wonderful week (you surely made mine) and everything goes your way!
Huge hug and lots of love!

Silva Lining (Saul Silva x Reader) Chapter 11
Warnings: Mentions of infant death
Word Count: 1.8k
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
-19 years ago-
As per usual, Farah was bored. She was home in the kingdom of Solaria and once again her family were throwing another ball. Of course she had to be there, she was part of the royal family after all. Her sister was Queen Luna Star, she couldn’t make the family look bad by ditching the event, especially as it was held in her honour.
Big ball dresses and small talk wasn’t her thing. This was temporary however. Soon Farah would be going back to Alfea to take over as Headmistress and she’d finally start living by her own rules. Her mentor and friend Rosalind would be there to guid her and Saul, a friend she had met as a student, would be there as the Headmaster of the Specialists. She couldn’t think of better people to be surrounded with.
There was one upside to the party. People from all over the magic realms had been invited and there was one person in particular that caught Farah’s eye. She didn’t expect things to go the way they did but one thing led to another and she and the mysterious, dark haired stranger found a quiet room in the castle and made love until the rise of the morning sun.
The story goes that she awoke from a dream, a prophecy. The stranger was never seen again and later was found to be the king of the Blood Witches, an enemy to the fairies. Three weeks later and Farah found that she was pregnant. The prophecy was coming true.
“A child, born on a Soul moon, half Fairy, half Witch. Powers bestowed by the Great Dragon, will be the balance between good and evil. The key to the lives of all those who harness power, they are the one true heir to all the lands.”
The former King and Queen of Solaria were ashamed of Farah. Hiding the truth about the pregnancy from everyone. Even her sister Luna kept quiet of the affair, as she did not want anyone else to have claim to the throne, prophecy or no prophecy.
Nine months later and a girl was born. Farah was elated, however there was a dark sinister plot she didn’t know about. The doctors were ordered to do something unforgivable by Queen Luna, under the pressure from her parents. Farah was told that the baby was still born, a spell cast on the newborn to make it seem as if she were not breathing. Farah was inconsolable. Maybe the prophecy wasn’t supposed to come true. But it was.
Queen Luna had a soldier take the baby to the first world and left it on the steps of a hospital, where it would be taken care of as a changeling, nobody the wiser.
Farah grieved for her lost child but finally moved on, becoming Headmistress of Alfea and leaving royalty behind. She didn’t speak to her family, didn’t mention her sister or her lineage to anyone and changed her last name. It was kept a secret so she could live a somewhat normal life. Eventually the story was re-told to her three friends, Ben Harvey, Saul Silva and Rosalind who all swore never to tell a soul.
Farah thought that part of her life was behind her, a mere, sad memory of something that shouldn’t have been. But she was wrong. 18 years later, Saul found a changeling crying in the woods over the body of a burned one. She didn’t know it then but Farah’s life would never be the same again.

-Y/N’s POV-
Growing up, you’d connected with books like Harry Potter. Something about you could connect with the main character. Treated unfairly over and over by families that were meant to take care of you. No belongings, no friends, a tiny room and worst of all… no parents. You’d sat in your room at nights pouring over the words in your books, imagining the magical life you wished you could escape to.
You wanted a group of friends like Ron and Hermione. The adventures, the power, the fun. Even reading those books would never prepare you for a moment like this. You’d dreamt about the day you found your birth parents, gone over and over the meeting in your head a thousand times. You hadn’t pictured it like this.
You were still in Farah’s office. She was looking at you, tears rolling down her cheeks. You were crying too, what were you supposed to say? You felt like you couldn’t breath. You’d always thought you weren’t wanted, that your parents had just given you up like people give up smoking after new years, but that wasn’t the case at all. She’d thought you were dead. She didn’t know… She didn’t know. You wanted to be mad, be angry but all you could feel was upset and confused.
“I- I don’t know what to do, I don’t know what to say, I don’t know… who I am.” You quickly swept the tears from your face and stood, knocking back the chair in your hurry.
“Please don’t run away Y/N, I.. I wanted to tell you sooner but I needed to be sure. I didn’t want to give you false hope and I couldn’t go through losing you all over again.” You wanted to scream, you didn’t know whether to hug the woman in front of you or run for the hills. It was all too much.
“Stella knows doesn’t she, that’s part of the reason Queen Luna took her, she’s my cousin…” You were sobbing again, more like hyperventilating. Saul had bust the door down as soon as her heard your gasps of air. In seconds you were in his arms and he was trying to get you to breath again. Your ears were ringing and you couldn’t concentrate. You just needed to get out of there.
You did the only thing you knew how to do well. You ran, taking Sauls hand in yours, you opened a portal and poof. Both of you disappeared from Headmistress Dowling's office.
Now, the truth is you thought you’d become stronger after all the training and the hard times you been through. But all this drama and truth takes the cake. How could you not run away after that overload of information?
Mums your Headmistress.. check
Dads the king of the Blood Witches…. check
Your future husband is your mothers best friend… check
Your bestfriend is actually your cousin… check
Your Auntie, the Queen of Solaria pretended you were dead and made you a changeling.. check
And to top it all off you were the answer to an ancient prophecy and apparently you were supposed to be the answer to the balance between good and evil. Just another day in the life of Y/N.
Even when you landed through the portal you were still hyperventilating. You wanted the ground to open up and swallow you whole. Saul was on you again in a flash, trying to calm you down before your powers went haywire. Hey, at least you had an explanation for why they did that from time to time. You were more powerful than you’d ever thought possible.
“Angel, please try and breath, copy me, in and out, it’s okay, I’ve got you, i’m here, look at me. Y/N LOOK AT ME!” Sauls pleading and authoritative voice seemed to snap you from your panic. Your eyes were full of unshed tears and you felt physically drained. His arms came around you and his chin rested on the top of your head. God, you wanted to be mad at him for not telling you but you couldn’t. It wasn’t his place to tell you and you knew that. Plus, being in his arms was the only place you felt safe, you weren’t about to ruin that. You needed Saul more than he would ever know.
You calmed, peeking out of Sauls arms to take in your surroundings. You don’t know why your mind had taken you here, this was the last place you or Saul would probably want to see. Asterdale. The wind swept through your hair and spray from the ocean below dusted your tear streaked face.
“Saul, please, tell me what really happened here. I need to know the truth.” He nodded. You pictured the barrier around the building coming down and a flash of electricity bolted from your hands, the ruins now visible.
“It all started with Rosalind…..” He dove into telling you the truth about what really happened. How Rosalind had lead Farah, Ben and Saul to believe there was no one in the village, burned ones were the only ones left. Apparently Sky’s father had been part of her plan too, he knew the truth and Saul and him had a fight.. ending in Saul killing his best friend Andreas. It was all Rosalind’s fault.. Rosalind, the person Bloom was trying to free from Farah’s spells.
——————————————————————————————————
It had been a few hours of just talking with Saul, laying in his arms, when you both decided to return to the school. By now, people would probably start to wonder where you both were and you didn’t need to make things any more suspicious. It was also still too dangerous to be out in the open like this.
Something about the school looked different to you now. Older, more worn down. Full of lies and secrets hidden in the walls. It was as if she sensed your presence. Farah was waiting on the steps outside, pacing nervously, your friends waiting along side her. You don’t know what compelled you to do it, one minute you were walking next to Saul, the next you were in front of Miss Dowling… your mum, and then you were in her arms. At first she stilled, shocked perhaps, then she hugged you with everything she had in her, tears flowing freely, mixing with your own. It felt right. It wasn’t her fault you were a changeling. If anything, it was just as unfair on her. The baby she was excited to have, was secretly taken away from her and for years she was lead to believe a cruel lie. You were pretty sure you even heard Saul sniffle from behind you.
Your friends had been filled in by Farah, she knew you would need support after the ordeals you’d gone through. There were no words for the shock everyone had experienced today. Yet, you still felt like something bigger was on the horizon.
The burned ones were still a major threat, Bloom was still having dreams about Rosalind, and Beatrix was locked up in some magic stealing cell. Most of all, you had a mother and a father and the King of the Blood Witches, well, he was still out there.
