Morning
Hello, all you beautiful people🥰 SMUT SMUT SMUT— This is an NSFW drabble Hope you enjoy~
Tumblr media
The voice he uses when he wakes me. Husky and low. Sometimes it’s due to tiredness, lack of sleep, and work. Other times—most of the time, it’s the knowledge that my body tingles with goosebumps when I hear it close to the shell of my ear.
“Morning…,” he exhales softly against my ear that it tickles. The rough layers reverberate through me, fluttering around in my lower belly. The breath I take in is quick to calm my beating heart yet it is futile when his hand languidly traces the band of my panties over my cream nightgown. The hem has ridden up to my thigh and this does not go unnoticed by officer Gavin’s keen eyes.
My voice comes out lazily. “Mmm morning.” The band stretches and smacks lightly on my hips as his fingers play with it. I bite the inside of my mouth, guide his naughty hand to my soaking pussy that awaits his fingers and the moan that escapes me is immediate when his fingers slip in and come into contact with the bud of nerves.
It’s aching when one finger slips in, followed by another. They move without hesitation, those nimble fingers. My toes curl inwards, soft moans of his name escape my lips. Then I feel it, his hardened cock grinding against me, the quivering sighs teasing my ear knowing full well how it shoots sparks straight to my core, that it only serves to make me more hot and wet.
My body’s on fire and it coils further and further into a tight knot desperately waiting for the inevitable snap that would release me into oblivion. “Almost there,” he whispers as he adds another finger. His lips rest on my temple leaving a few kisses. The couple of moans I let out are the only response he gets. His fingers are unrelenting in their mission, slamming in and out, teasing the bud of nerves—the friction as he rolls his cock to my ass makes me see stars.
“Ga-gavin...” In my fogged out brains the squelching sounds register—it’s erotic and like a moth drawn to a flame my body responds to it, making me moan louder. The way I am right now—naked, vulnerable, an incoherent mess and on the verge of falling apart, it’s only for his eyes. I aimlessly find something to grip as I near the breaking point, the bedsheet is my victim but it slips away easily. Almost instantly, Gavin’s idle hand envelopes mine, our fingers fill the spaces between.
“Thank y-ahhhh!” I grip onto his hand as I reach the blinding crest and feel my whole body tremble with overwhelming relief and satisfaction. It takes moments for my body to come down from the high, moments where I’m breathing hard, where Gavin licks his fingers clean, showers me with kisses everywhere he lays his lips on, runs his fingers through my hair with praises from his lips.
I turn to face him, meet his lips in a deep kiss. My hand travels to the obvious bulge, I don’t need to see to know what the dampness means. He shudders with a groan, eyes darting to mine and away from them in a second, hand on my hips bunching the fabric of my nightgown. And of course a red hue dusts his skin, ears in its wonted heavy colour.
“It’s your turn,” I say softly. He puts his hand over mine, shaking his head. “It’s okay. You have to get ready for work,” he pats my bottom prompting me to leave the bed. Leave him alone as he takes care of himself. Who’s he fooling?
I push his hand away, look into his whiskey eyes that are clearly dilated and hungry and decide I won’t let him deny me the bliss I feel when I satiate his needs. I grip his clothed cock a little harshly and look directly at him when he moans.
“You want me?”
He starts and swallows, blushes deeper and then nods, dark whiskey eyes never leaving mine. “Answer me,” I move to his jaw and pepper it with kisses.
“Yes,” Gavin says, his voice tight.
The kiss is hard and sloppy as my hand slips into his boxer and hold his aching cock.
“Then let me take care of you…”

A/N: Thank you for reading❤️
It's been far too long people. I've been busy with college, exams, results and the aftermath of being plunged into "the world." I just graduated and am in the midst of finding a job. It's tough and I've been adjusting to this new normal. So, I haven't had the mood to sit down and let my writing juices flow. But I'm working on something and this is part 1 of a smut series.

Can I have a cup of latte with some sweet cream and yes hcs of our CEO dealing with a pregnant wifey 🤧🤌🏻 Pregnancy reveal to labor that will be a thank you.
Tumblr media
Firstborn
In his Victor way, he immediately sensed her presence and looked up from his work. Seeing the grin on her face, he immediately knew something was up. “What has gotten a dummy so riled up?” he asked, pausing as he glanced farther down and spotted the pregnancy test in her hand. He jumped up from the couch and hurried to her side, his large hand reaching for hers to grab the test. She relinquished it with no struggle and Victor stared at the little window. A laugh started deep in his chest and made its way to the surface, emerging as he wrapped his arms around his wife.
“See? All that worry for nothing! I told you that we just had to be patient! We have to celebrate. What would you like for dinner? I’ll make you anything you want. And I’ll call up the doctor to make an appointment. This time everything will go smoothly.” Victor scooped the girl up into his arms and buried his face in her hair.
She squirmed a little and squeaked indignantly, but Victor only laughed louder and carried her out of the office and into the living room. “I can walk, you know,” she insisted, his joy soaking into her soul and making her laugh as well. “But really all I want for dinner is a nice butternut bisque. I’m a little too nauseous for much more than that…”
Victor immediately set her down at the dining room table and went to the cupboard where he kept the tea and coffee. Soon the scents of ginger and peppermint filled the air and a steaming cup of tea appeared in front of the girl. “Drink this first while I make dinner, then. But give it a few minutes to properly steep before you greedily gulp it down.”
“It’s too hot to gulp anyway,” the girl protested, but Victor merely shook his head and began his preparations. She watched his strong and slender form as he cut, cleaned, and drizzled olive oil over the resulting chunks of squash. The edges of her lips twitched in a pleased manner and her heart felt almost too big for her chest.
In this moment, she was the luckiest girl alive. She picked up the teacup and inhaled the fragrant steam before blowing a soft breath over the surface of the liquid. As long as she had the love of that man, she had the entire world in her palm.
His baby wasn’t a bad addition, either.
The cup of tea was gone long before the squash had finished steaming, but the girl was content to sit at the table and just watch Victor work. He often glanced over at her and his dark eyes glittered every time he caught her staring. She enjoyed watching his skillful hands transform the hard vegetable into a smooth and creamy soup which soon he ladled into a bowl and placed in front of her. It was followed by a thick slice of toasted sourdough and another cup of tea.
Only once she was served did Victor dish up his own meal and join her at the table. “Are you feeling any better?” he asked, dipping his spoon into the silky soup and blowing gently to cool it. The girl nodded and tore off a bit of the bread to dip into her soup. It was delicious, as was to be expected, and she didn’t even need to ask the ‘secret ingredient,’ because she already knew exactly what it was.
Joy.
~~~
Two months passed by as a moment and a lifetime simultaneously. The girl lost count of how many times she’d had to run out of a filming shoot, returning to the concerned looks of her coworkers.
Finally, Kiki pulled her aside. “Boss, we’ve all noticed that you’ve been ill a lot lately. Is everything okay?” She looked into the girl’s face with concerned eyes, seeming to seek the answer in her boss’s expression. The girl fought with herself for a long moment. Was it too early to make an announcement? She knew it would be another month before she was out of the most dangerous portion of the pregnancy, but if her coworkers were already getting worried…she knew she wouldn’t last another month without telling them.
“Yes, I’m fine. It’s just…don’t spread this around, okay? But I’m pregnant.”
A look of wild excitement filled Kiki’s face. “Oh my goodness! Congratulations, boss! How far along are you?! Has anyone planned a baby shower yet? Are you having a boy or a girl? How does Victor feel about it? This is so exciting!”
The girl slapped a hand over Kiki’s mouth, but that did little to quell the other woman’s excitement. “I’m only eight weeks along, but Victor and I are both very happy. We won’t know if we’re having a boy or a girl for quite a while.” She giggled and her other hand went instinctively to her stomach. “It definitely is exciting. But!! You have to swear not to go announcing it to the entire world, okay? I’ll tell the others after the shoot today, then you all can gossip to your hearts’ content with each other.” She shot Kiki a serious look, and Kiki straightened into a salute.
“You’ve got it, Boss! I won’t tell a soul!”
It was a promise which lasted approximately twenty minutes before the news was nearly enough to make Kiki explode. “But you have to act surprised when the boss tells everyone after the shoot, okay?” she whispered after spilling the beans to Willow.
“Oh, obviously,” Willow insisted. “And we’re also obviously going to plan a surprise party.” Kiki agreed wholeheartedly and the pair went back to the shoot. The day seemed to drag by even slower than usual as the secret burned a hole in their mental pockets. They did their best to look innocent every time the girl was nearby, but the moment she turned her back, the pair could barely contain their excitement.
By the time the shoot wrapped up, everyone was completely exhausted except Kiki and Willow. They were still hyped up on the high of their secret and practically vibrated with excitement when their little crew was called together.
The girl looked at each one of her friends and smiled. “I have a bit of an announcement. I was going to wait a little longer, but I have no doubt the cat would get out of the bag sooner rather than later. So here it is: Victor and I are expecting our first child.”
Cheers of congratulations filled and echoed around the mostly-empty set, making it feel as if the girl were surrounded by an army of well-wishers.
~~~
“But the casual white shirts go on the blue hangers, and the formal ones go on the black ones!”
The girl began pulling all of the clothes that Victor had hung up off their hangers and tossed them on the bed, her arms moving in far more exaggerated circles than was entirely necessary. Victor watched with exasperation, his arms crossed over his chest and his brows furrowed. “Why does it matter? Besides, they are my shirts. Shouldn’t it be my opinion that counts when it comes to putting them away?”
He may as well have declared the instigation of World War 3. The girl looked at Victor incredulously and threw the hanger she was holding to the ground. “Fine! If you’re so opinionated about it, I’ll just let you put them away yourself! And the closet can be a mess.”
“I already put them away myself once, and you pulled them all back out. That seems like you caused the problem, not me.” Victor’s exasperated tone only earned him a look that could kill a nation before his wife stomped out of the room and disappeared into the darkness of the rest of the house.
Victor took a moment to breathe. Why was everything a fight lately?! Good grief, it was the color of hanger for crying out loud. He’d thought putting away the laundry would make her happy, not cause yet another argument. He glanced over the pile of shirts on the bed and wondered where exactly he’d gone wrong.
A cloud settled over his heart as he picked up the shirts and ensured they were on the ‘proper’ hangers before putting them back in the closet. Every now and then he glanced at the bedroom door, half expecting to find her standing there watching. However, she never appeared. It didn’t take too long to fix the shirts and make the bed for good measure; only after that did he dare go seeking his wife.
Perhaps ‘seeking’ was the incorrect word. Victor was pretty sure he knew exactly where he’d find her. He easily crossed the dark house and opened the nursery door, standing in the doorway. Moonlight filtered across the carpeted floor and landed on the chair on the opposite side of the room, highlighting the small amount of dust which drifted back and forth as sand in the ocean.
Sure enough, the girl was curled up in the rocking chair, clutching a shiba plush. Even in the moonlight he could see the glisten of tears on her cheeks and he sighed. “Dummy,” he whispered, crossing the room in three long strides. She looked away, hiding her face behind the golden fur of the shiba. But Victor pushed it gently away and lifted her chin. He wiped away one of the tears with his thumb and kissed her forehead. “I love you, my little dummy.”
While the words were simple, they seemed to be the magic words which unlocked the door. A torrent of tears ran down the girl’s cheeks and she flung herself into Victor’s arms. “I didn’t mean to yell at you,” she sobbed, burying her face in his shoulder. “I don’t know why I’m like this! It’s like I can’t even control myself and I hate it!”
Victor ran his fingers tenderly through her hair and held her close. “It’s just the pregnancy. You’ll feel better soon. Only six weeks left, hm? I’m not going anywhere, no matter how moody you get. So stop beating yourself up and come to bed.” He slid one arm under the girl’s legs and scooped her up. “You need your rest if our little one is going to be healthy.”
~~~
It was dark when the girl waddled into the office. She groaned a little and shifted on her feet, trying to find a position that didn’t hurt. Unfortunately, there was no such thing at this point in the pregnancy. Her hand went for the lightswitch and she wondered idly how she was the first one there for the meeting. Anna had seemed quite insistent that it was incredibly important, and even Victor had seemed keen to get her here on time.
The lights caused her to go momentarily blind and she squinted as they adjusted. A jubilant shout of ‘SURPRISE!’ caused her to jump, but once she was able to open her eyes again, she was met with a room full of pink and blue balloons and streamers. Everyone she loved sat in chairs around the room with bright grins. Cupcakes decorated with pastel frosting and baby bottle sprinkles made up a large centerpiece, surrounded by various other snacks, while another table was absolutely loaded with brightly wrapped gifts.
A hand softly on her back propelled the surprised mother-to-be into the room; it was connected to a smirking Victor. “Come on, get in there. Your friends didn’t organize this just for you to stand in the doorway with your mouth hanging open.”
She broke out of her stupor and joined her loved ones for an evening of ridiculous games, eating, and opening of gifts. The sheer amount of love she felt from everyone in the room was a warm blanket which encircled her heart with tender softness. Each hug, each gift, and each kind word helped erase just a little bit more of the pain and discomfort of being eight and a half months pregnant.
And when Victor noticed that she was beginning to tire, he took her hand in his big, warm palm and addressed the room. “Thank you, everyone, for the party and the gifts. We very much appreciate it, but my wife is going to fall asleep in her chair if I don’t get her home soon.” She gave his hand a squeeze and with those they loved trailing behind them with arms full of gifts to load into the car, the happy pair returned home with far more than just a new mountain of belongings.
~~~
Of course it would be the middle of the night. The girl got up for what felt like the fifteenth time that night to use the bathroom, only to feel warmth running down her leg. “Too slow…” she muttered as she waddled into the other room.
However, it soon became apparent that this wasn’t a middle-of-the-night bladder leak. An intense pain gripped the girl’s stomach and she curled up on herself, letting out a strangled squeak of pain and surprise. It wasn’t incredibly loud, but loud enough to cause Victor to rocket up from the bed. His sleep had been poor for the last week already, just in case this exact thing happened.
“Is it time?!” he exclaimed, looking quite silly with his dark hair tousled upwards and his boxers slightly twisted. All it took was a single nod for him to spring into action, tossing on the clothes he’d specifically kept on the chair next to the bed for easy access and grabbing the hospital bag they’d lovingly packed together.
Minutes later the girl was dressed as well and Victor helped her into the car. His hands trembled as he buckled her belt, though out of fear or excitement was up for debate. Probably both. He hustled around the front of the car and into his seat, turned the key, and soon the pair were speeding down the road toward the hospital.
Each time a new contraction hit, the girl fumbled for Victor’s hand. “I’m right here. Just breathe,” he soothed, running his thumb over the back of her hand. “We’ll be there soon. I’m right here.” As Victor was wont to do in situations involving his wife, he drove with a reckless abandon in regards to the speed limit. They soon walked into labor and delivery, where the girl was whisked away while Victor paced the waiting room.
Luckily for everyone in the hospital, Victor was only made to wait until his wife was dressed and put in her delivery bed before he was allowed to go back with her. “It will probably still be a little while, Mr. Li. The contractions are still ten minutes or so apart, and she’s only at an eight. We’ll check in often, but why don’t you try to get a little rest while you can? When the contractions are two minutes apart or less, we’ll get the doctor in here.”
Victor nodded, though he knew there would be absolutely no rest for him tonight. Not until those sweet cries filled his ears, and that sweet bundle filled his arms. He sat at his wife’s bedside and held her hand as she did her best to remain calm through round after round of contractions. “I’m positive we’re having a boy,” she murmured. “I regretted deciding to wait to find out for sure, but now that it’s time…I think it’s even more exciting this way.”
“I don’t care if it’s a boy or a girl, as long as we get a healthy baby.” Victor placed his hand on his wife’s belly and was rewarded with a solid kick. “They’ve definitely got your attitude…”
The hours passed by painfully slowly. Painfully being the key word. By morning, the girl was convinced this labor thing was never going to end. That was, until she was hit with contractions five minutes apart. Then two minutes apart. Victor pressed the call button repeatedly and the nurses soon arrived, the room filling with motion and excitement. The epidural went in and warm, blissful numbness took the place of the hot pain which had been filling her existence.
The doctor arrived and, after a brief examination, smiled. “Alright, love. It’s time to push, okay? Three breaths and push for me on three. One, two, push. One, two, push.”
Time felt like it stood still as Victor watched his sweet wife’s face flush, and her hand crushed his with each straining push. The doctor kept checking repeatedly, his voice encouraging. “You’re doing great, mama. I see a head! Keep pushing for me. Not too much longer now.”
And he was right. Two pushes later, the shrill sound of a baby’s first cry pierced the air. The nurses rushed forward with a towel and a clamp for the cord, while the doctor checked over the new life for signs of health. “Well, Mr. and Mrs. Li, it seems you have an absolutely perfect little boy.”
Victor wasn’t even embarrassed about the tears that ran down his cheeks as the doctor wrapped the still-mucky little boy in a towel and handed him to his father. He was a chunky little man…and the most beautiful thing Victor had ever seen.

Temporary Trouble, Permanent Promise (MLQC One-Shot)
Hello hello greetings it’s me :) Thank you @krishastumblernow for this request! I hope you like it!! It is really refreshing and fun talking about MLQC and Lucien with you :))) He is such an interesting love interest (To this day, I still have no idea what goes on in his mind lool)
Tumblr media
Featuring: Lucien x afab reader
Word Count: 3103
Summary: Lucien observed that you were in deep thought again, lost in your own world. Fortunately, he had methods to bring you back into his arms and to ensure that nothing would steal you away from him again.
Warnings: 18+ (minors do not interact please! I beg)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
The late afternoon sky was clear and beautiful but why was your mind not feeling the same way?
Last week, Anna and Kiki were snooping into your love life for the umpteenth time ever since they had spotted your frequent visits to the university carrying pastries that they craved so badly.
“I knew the gardenia bouquet was from Professor Lucien!” Kiki squealed at the occupied vase on your desk.
You sighed. “Anna, please tell me you don’t take part in office gossip too.”
She managed a sheepish smile. “But how has he been treating you? You've been together for almost a year now. How many dates have you gone on?”
With your mysterious boyfriend, a coincidental encounter often ended up as one. It was kind of hard to link a number with that. Wait, why were you even entertaining Anna’s question?
“What is this, an interrogation?” you asked in a huff, hoping they did not catch the waver in your voice. “It doesn’t matter. We haven’t really gone on one for a while now.”
Anna contemplated that scrap of information. “That makes sense. It is students’ midterm season afterall and who knows what sort of complicated research he could be working on? It was so hard to even arrange a time for him to be our consultant for the next show.”
Kiki pinched your cheek as you wrung a magazine tightly. “Don’t worry! He made time to send flowers for you. I’m sure another date will be set or I’m gonna make sure of it! Maybe some sort of amusement park, the beach or maybe Netflix and chill---”
You bonked her head with the rolled-up magazine. “I thought I gave you enough proposals to draft up to keep you busy, Kiki!”
Anna hastily steered Kiki away before the list could become more inappropriate for a workplace environment.
“Fine! Fine! Just make sure he is not dating his work instead!” Kiki called back, her last words echoing in your mind.
***
The click of silverware broke the trance and brought you back to the cafe where you sat across from your boyfriend in a secluded table at the corner away from the lively chatter.
“It seems like you have stirred your drink into a little caffeinated whirlpool,” Lucien said, amusement evident across his lips.
Instantly, you dropped the slim spoon, spilling droplets of lukewarm coffee over your fingers. “Ah! Sorry, I wasn’t paying attention.”
“First at my lecture and now here. What am I going to do with my silly girl?” Feigning a helpless sigh, Lucien gestured for your hand. His dark bangs hung low as he concentrated on patting a napkin across your skin.
You scowled. “You mean your 8 o’clock lecture.”
“Hm, perhaps I need to resort to other methods that will keep your eyes on me.” He brought your hand to his lips and kissed it tenderly, silencing your grumbling. Lucien’s sensual purple eyes did not break contact with yours as his tongue swiped over the last drop of coffee on your skin.
You drew your hand away before anyone nearby would notice. “H-Hey!”
Lucien let out a chuckle with his smiling eyes. He would snatch every single opportunity he got just to see your face burn pink. It didn’t help how easy it was for him either. No matter how much you prepared for his sudden attacks, he would always manage to surprise you, whether it was when he prepared dinner with you or when he laid beside you in bed.
Just like the sly fox he was.
Lucien adjusted the sleeves of his dress shirt before leaning forward. “Well, now that I have your undivided attention, why don’t you tell me what is on your mind, Kris?”
Despite his ever-attentive nature, you weren’t afraid to try to escape, undiscovered. “Nothing worth noting,” you simply said, fidgeting with strands of your hair under his scrutiny.
He raised an eyebrow. “Is that so? I would not consider it ‘nothing’ if it stole your attention from me --- not once but twice today.”
If he stared a moment longer, you might’ve caved in. His dark overcoat hung over his chair but it easily reminded you of his long white lab coat, of his status as a professor, neuroscientist---heck, even as a consultant. They all reminded you of his duties, responsibilities and surely as a result, the inevitable workload.
Instead, you grabbed your cup and downed the last of your coffee as you hastily shrugged into your coat. “I-It really doesn’t matter. Let’s go home.”
Studying your every move, Lucien let you put his coat over him and drag him out of the cafe in silence.
***
The bright red and orange leaves swirled through the cool breeze down the streets of Loveland City. The calling geese soared across the sunset toward the direction of the south. The scenery did its best to distract you but it was too late.
Suddenly, a warm hand held yours and you looked up at Lucien, whose eyes were unreadable. You two stopped walking in the middle of the vacant walkway by the river, barely able to hear the calls of the geese that were now so far away so quickly.
“Something is troubling your mind,” Lucien insisted, reaching for your other hand, shielding them both from the frigid air. “I can’t help but seek the answers to your worries.” He managed a tender smile. “Your scowl is endearing but I prefer your lovely smile the most.”
His quiet, pleading eyes were going to be the death of you. You couldn’t help but smile the smile he cherished above all. It encapsulated the innocence that he would do anything to preserve from the crooked world. He was patient, caring, and intelligent. Maybe, just maybe, it would be unreasonable to turn away from his offer of support.
“I’ve been just thinking . . .” you began but trailed off, fidgeting with his hands that were much larger than you own.
“An awful lot, unfortunately.”
You held your gaze with his. “Y-You’re not dating your work, are you?”
For a long moment, Lucien did not speak. The breeze was tousling his stubbornly straight hair, rustling his long coat, and rippling the waves of the river. His eyes narrowed as he analyzed your expression as if it was a complex thesis.
Then he let out a soft laugh.
“So you’ve been scowling all day and lost in your thoughts all because you convinced yourself that I am unfaithful to my dear girlfriend?”
Sheepishly, you rubbed your arm. “Now that you phrased it like that, it really does sound silly.” When he tried to suppress his chuckle, you pouted. “Okay, now you’re making fun of me.”
You were about to turn away, but he caught your wrist.
“Now, now, there’s no need to turn from me. I still need you so.”
“No, you don’t. You need your work more,” you said but you couldn’t stop the small smile forming when he wrapped his arms around your waist from behind.
He buried his face into the crook of your neck, nudging your scarf aside with his chin until his lips had access to your bare skin. You giggled against his insistent kisses, squirming from the cold.
“Although I admit I have been busier than usual,” he mused, “it was to ensure that my weekend is free. My weekends are always reserved for you. I will make time for you no matter what.” He turned you around, the last rays of sunlight gleaming against his deep purple gaze. “However, I can’t read your mind, so you will have to let me know what your heart desires from me.” He leaned close to your ear. “And I will provide whatever way I can.”
You blinked, your senses sharpened at his soothing voice and determined devotion. When you didn’t respond, Lucien caressed your hands again. “Ah, it seems like I have not convinced my silly girl.” Before you could protest, he pulled you along, resuming the interrupted stroll down the waterway. “What shall I ever do with you?”
***
There were wonderful perks of dating your next-door neighbour. It almost felt like you were living together, judging by how often you visited each other for simple domestic reasons. You would drop by to water Lucien’s plants, especially since he had convinced you that they grew vibrantly whenever you were around. He would invite you over for dinner after you two went grocery shopping the day before. Sometimes, you two would share coffee on separate balconies, both leaning on the railing, subconsciously, trying to be close even in the early morning.
Tonight, Lucien triumphed as he proposed to invite you over before you could offer the same yourself. I will beat him next time, you promised to yourself as he motioned you inside. You removed your thick coat, deeply sighing into the comforting warmth of Lucien’s apartment, the scent of cinnamon and lavender wafted to you. You started wandering down the hallway, failing to notice how he was locking the door and flipping the latch over the door frame with his eyes trained on your figure, as if the great big fox finally cornered the oblivious rabbit.
“I left some lettuce in your fridge yesterday,” you mused as you stretched your arms over your head, realizing how stiff you had gotten because of the filming sessions lately. “Maybe we can start with that for dinner. Mm, what goes well with lettuce?” No answer. “Lucien?”
Unfortunately, your momentarily raised arms left you vulnerable as a strong pair of arms wrapped around your waist. Lucien pressed his nose along the side of your neck, inhaling your sweet scent. This did not seem to be the same Lucien as the one at the walkway. This time, a lingering presence of possession hovered in the air.
“Wait, Lucien??” You tried to squirm out of his grasp, but it was futile against his strength. He always wore that flowing lab coat, making you forget how much muscle was hidden from plain sight. Although your heart was racing, his warmth was soothing as if determined to alleviate the initial panic. “W-What are you doing?”
You could feel Lucien hum against your exposed skin. His soft hair brushing your cheek as his hands began drifting upwards. “I have drawn my conclusions,” he murmured in your ear. “I know what I shall do with you.”
Lucien’s voice was too close to your sensitive ear. He tightened his embrace when you weakly struggled again. “Are you trying to run away from me? After your accusation of my unfaithfulness?” He sighed. “You are truly cruel.”
“I-Is that what this is all about? I wasn’t! That was not what I meant to do!” you protested as you looked over your shoulder, only to find his amused smile and darkening eyes.
You pouted, frustrated you still fell for it. “Hey, you’re just teasing me! Again!” You were about to call him some creative names but his lips met yours, silencing your train of thought in an instant.
Little did you know that you had always managed to turn such a tranquil professor into a competitive madman with your unintentional provocations. You still thought he was just teasing you even when his hands were all over your body, from tracing your collarbone to squeezing your inner thighs? He’d make sure you retract your words. As every second passed, the gentleness of the kiss slowly but surely became more passionate and dominating, revealing his inner desire.
You were beginning to feel light-headed and tugged at his sleeve, hoping to take a very much needed breath of air. However, Lucien was insistent that you learn your lesson for doubting the true extent of his love for you, as nothing was more of a priority than his own queen. He yearned for your lips more than he ever yearned for air. His greedy hands craved to feel you more intimately than your clothes were allowing him.
By the time you were able to successfully push his broad shoulders away to breathe, you realized your back was not pressed against his chest anymore, but on a soft comforter instead. Lucien had discarded his overcoat long ago and he was loosening his tie. The blue moonlight streaming through the translucent curtains emphasized his defined biceps and abdomen as he threw his dress shirt behind him.
Lucien was towering over you on his bed, his arms at both sides of your face and his knee between your thighs. Slowly, he stroked your silky hair from your face. His distinct scent surrounded you, overwhelming your senses as it engulfed your own.
Feeling self-conscious, you tried to turn your head to the side to break the intense stare but his slender index finger halted your meek attempt.
“There’s no need to be shy anymore,” Lucien murmured. “It is just the two of us.” The lightning of frustration had long vanished from your veins. Your heartbeat echoed in your ears, praying to survive his abundant hunger for you.
Yet your thighs pressed against his leg, your body was instinctively willing to appease his demands.
Lucien ran his lips across your neck, his soft breath fanning over your sensitive skin. “I love you so much, more than anything,” he whispered. “Why won’t you believe me? What must I do to convince such a stubborn heart?”
You made a feeble attempt to pull your sweater off but to no avail with the position you found yourself in, trapped in your boyfriend’s possessive grasp.
“I don’t hear an answer.” Delight creeped into his voice. “I can’t read minds, silly. Tell me what you desire.”
You couldn’t help but let out a whimper, not knowing you ignited a darker desire deep within Lucien. He was being so unfair. With your glossy eyes and small pout, you said, “Please, help me, Professor. It feels too warm.”
One second, your body felt stuffy in thick cotton. The next second, cool air rushed over your chest and stomach. You gasped, almost missing the sound of ripping from your sweater. Hasty fingers pulled your long skirt and tights off, leaving them to pool below your dangling feet. Lucien pressed his toned chest over yours, shielding you from the autumn chill before it could rob your body of warmth.
“Is that all?” he prompted as you squirmed for any sort of friction but he remained still, awaiting your words.
You whined as you clawed your straps off your shoulders. “It’s still too hot, please, take it all off.”
“As you wish.”
Lucien kissed your shoulder as he unclipped and slipped your bra off, caressing your chest, a bit rougher than expected. You whined again and he couldn’t help but chuckle at your impatience. Yanking your undergarment away, he was about to give you another hungry kiss, but you put your palm over his firm chest. His eyes darkened at your sudden refusal yet his smile indicated he was very much entertained by your trembling movements.
“And what else must I do to win your affections, my dear?” Lucien asked, his steady tone almost couldn’t hide his wild instincts to ravish you completely. Then, he felt your thighs shifting against his dress pants. He let out a chuckle. The ringing of his brass buckle and rustling as he removed the rest of his clothes felt much louder in his usually silent bedroom.
As Lucien was slowly pushing himself in you, you hummed with pleasure. “Faster, Lucien,” you pleaded. Despite the contrasting size difference, you didn’t care. You wanted all of him now. Your welcoming arms felt so inviting as he was pulled right on top of you suddenly, eliciting a groan from him due to your tightness. You let out a moan as you felt the friction you craved from his steady thrusts.
As Lucien marked you with multiple lovebites over your throat and chest, your fingers ran through his hair, dishevelling it into something that was sin to professionalism. He was panting, his pale complexion becoming rosy as you kept moaning his name, desperate for his full attention.
Satisfied with the dozen marks, he gave you a passionate kiss, his lustful tongue meeting yours. As you sucked on his in such a shy yet nevertheless seductive way, his thrusts against you grew more erratic.
“Ah Lucien~” you mewled, clawing your dainty nails deep into his broad back while your limp legs jolted around with his every thrust. “P-Please more~”
Your constant pleads seemed to paint you into the insatiable one but his quickening, deep thrusts said otherwise. Lucien could not break the kiss and his unyielding embrace around you.
Suddenly, the inevitable tension within you grew impossibly tight until you reached your high, eyes slowly unfocusing. Your raw moans for Lucien were muffled by his deep, eager kisses as he continued thrusting in, extending the euphoric feeling.
With your remaining strength, you wrapped your arms around his neck and your legs around his waist before you rocked yourself against him. A deep rumble arose from his chest. You broke the kiss (much to his dismay) before you pressed your lips against his ear: “I love you so very much, Lucien.”
The gentle sincerity and the purity of your sweet voice squeezed his pounding heart, driving him over the edge. He groaned against the crook of your neck as you felt the thick and warm sensation deep in your core. Slowly, it started to trickle down your thighs as well.
Neither of you moved from your position as you both gathered your laboured breaths finally. You combed your fingers through Lucien’s hair and he nuzzled against your neck, scattering butterfly kisses across your marked skin.
“I love you more than you will ever know,” your boyfriend murmured, more to himself. He never told you how deep he had fallen for you. He never registered emotions that were this strong in nature before he had met you again after so many years apart. It felt like he fell into an endless abyss, in the realm of the unknown yet there was a sense of comfort indescribable every time you smiled at him.
You pressed your lips onto his forehead to break his trance before craning over to check the clock. “Are you hungry yet? There is still some time to make a quick dinn---Ah, Lucien!”
Before you could get far, his hand pinned your wrists over your head on the mattress. “Yes,” he said, leering at your confused state. “As a matter of fact, I am still very hungry for someone.” Before you could retort against his unreasonableness, he nipped at your ear. “I have reserved my entire weekend to prove my devotion for you, remember? I don’t want to waste any of it until I have thoroughly convinced you with my evidence.”

Please take my offer of the second smut I’ve written -- I hope you enjoyed it :))

The Rain’s Requiem - [Lucien]
He possesses a memory that never forgets anything he has seen, yet ironically, the details of his past elude him … except for the haunting memory of that tragic rainy evening.
Words: 694 words
Tumblr media
The incessant pitter-patter of raindrops on the unforgiving asphalt road drowned out all other sounds in its relentless symphony. Amidst the shroud of darkness on that dreary evening, the sporadic flashes of the traffic light stood out conspicuously. A tall, drenched man in a somber trench coat remained motionless by the pedestrian crossing, his usually nonchalant face now etched with a desolate expression.
It was a scene all too familiar, one he had witnessed countless times.
Bloody umbrellas were strewn about while the bodies of a family of three were sprawled haphazardly across the road. Puddles of blood had formed under those three, mixing along with the unabating rain. One of them was a young boy with a red scarf wrapped around his neck. He was lying on his side with blood splatters covering part of his ghostly-pale face, while blood continued to seep through the fabric of his black short coat, forming several darker patches on it.
Having lost so much blood, it was unlikely for the boy to survive this. In fact, if not for the barely noticeable twitching of his fingers, none would have thought that the boy was still alive. Perhaps, it would have been better for the boy if he had died at that time.
That was what the man had thought.
The man slowly closed his eyes and the sound of rain ceased instantly. When he opened his eyes, the scene before him had changed. He was no longer in the dark and gloomy city. Instead, he now found himself standing under a familiar camphor tree on a bright cloudy day.
The little boy with a red scarf that he saw in the previous scene was currently standing a few steps in front of him. Although he was wearing the same outfit as in the earlier scene, there were no signs of blood or injuries on the boy. Instead, he was clutching a familiar sketchbook within his arms, while eyeing the man curiously from head to toe.
“Who are you?”
It was a simple question, one that the man knew the answer.
I am who you will be in the future.
Still, he couldn’t bring himself to say it because it was a truth that was too bitter for him to swallow. If the boy knew of the things he had done in the shadows and the kind of life he had led after that fateful evening, he too would deny such a future and the man wouldn’t blame him for that. Indeed, no one could have envisioned such a future for the boy.
After a moment of thought, the man had finally answered the boy with a smile, which was as vacant as the void within his violet eyes.
“I am … the person you least expected to be in the future.”
Right after saying that, the man suddenly found himself leaning back against the chair in his office at the research center. It took him a second to realize that he had dozed off earlier while taking a break from work. Draping a hand over his eyes, he let out a soft sigh that seemed to echo within the silent room.
This was part of the reason why he rarely sleeps. Whenever he sleeps, he will dream and the only dream he will see will be that rainy evening, which was the only piece of his past that he could remember in vivid details. Nevertheless, it was a memory that he wouldn’t want to remember if he could help it, since it signified the losses that he could never be able to regain no matter how hard he tried.
Who are you?
The sight of the little boy looking up at him with bright violet eyes that were gleaming with curiosity and innocence had resurfaced upon his mind, causing him to clench his fist unknowingly.
That boy… was no longer in this world.
On that rainy evening, the little boy with the red scarf had died along with his parents in the car accident.
The one that was currently living in his place was merely an empty husk that went by the name of Lucien Xu.

An Office Redecoration
Genre: Pure fluff, baby!
Word Count: 1.4k
Warnings: N/A
Author's note: I almost didn't finish this in time for Victor's birthday, but I did! A little self-indulgent fic for my first muse's birthday. Happy Birthday, Victor! Tagging: @darlingdummycassandra/@darling-dummy-blogs, @otome-and-fanfiction
Tumblr media
It takes a lot of convincing for Victor to attend a lunch meeting; it took even more to convince him to participate in a lunch meeting on his birthday, no less. Reluctantly, Victor agreed, leaving his office empty for 3 hours—just enough time for Nicole to come in and redecorate for his birthday. Something she enjoyed doing every time this particular day came around.
Before they got together, Victor rarely celebrated his birthday - it was just another day to him, nothing special about getting older. Now, she makes it a point to make a big deal about it, to celebrate him and show him that he is worthy of celebrating the day. Today, she planned to decorate his office when he returns, complete with a red velvet cake she baked herself and presents - some homemade, most bought.
She was on her way to his office when she saw him coming out of the elevator. “Hey you, where are you off to?”
Victor faintly smiles, quite happy to see her, before walking over to her and kissing her gently. “I have a meeting I need to attend, which unfortunately means we’re going to have to reschedule our lunch, sweetheart. I’m sorry.”
Nicole frowns, pretending as if she didn’t already know. “Oh no, that’s okay, my love. We can just have a dinner date when you've finished work. You should get going, can’t have Mr. Punctual running late.”
Victor lets out a chuckle before he gives her one last peck on the cheek before he heads out the main doors, leaving her alone. She texts her friends Violet and Cassie that the coast is clear and to come on in with the rest of the belongings. Nicole hops into the elevator, intending to meet her friends in his office. Also, because she has a key, she can unlock it.
Cassie and Violet get up to his office after 5 minutes, decorations and presents in hand, ready to transform his borning, minimalist office into a colourscape of decorations. Placing everything in a giant pile on his desk, the three girls set to work, Nicole decorating his desk, Violet standing on the couch to hang streamers from the ceiling, and Cassie ensuring the table was set up and organized with the gifts and cake. They talked, laughed, and often wasted time, making a task that should have only taken them 2 hours at most take them over 3 hours.
The sound of Victor clearing his throat caused the girls to jump. The 3 of them turn and look at him sheepishly, waiting for the verbal whipping they are about to receive. “And what do you 3 think you are doing?”
“It was Nik’s idea! I swear!” Cassie says, quickly hiding behind Nicole while Violet tries to sneak out behind Victor while he is distracted. “She wanted to do something special! She paid me to do it!”
“Thanks for throwing me under the bus, woman!” Nicole chuckles, walking over to her husband and placing a hand on his chest. “I wanted to do something special for your birthday; Vi and Cassie were more than willing to lend a hand and help me celebrate you. They even got you a few things. Let them all easy; it was my idea.”
“Yeah! Listen to your wife! Let us off easy, or I’m taking my gift back!” Violet says from the door. Victor turns to her, levelling her with his gaze. She squeaks before dashing out of the room, Cassie hot on her heels. “Love you, Nikki! If you’re still alive, text me later!” Violet calls from down the hall.
Nicole rolls her eyes before looking back at Victor, getting a read of him. “They really are innocent; this whole thing was my idea, love. Including the lunch meeting, I’m sorry, I just wanted to surprise you.”
Victor scans the room, looking at the carefully made decorations, the photos of them together lining his desk, and the 35 gifts all placed on the table and floor in the corner. “You didn’t have to do this for me, darling.” He says, regarding her again with a soft look in his eyes. She always found a way to make him feel loved.
“Both Cassie and Violet got you a couple of things, too, as a thank you for everything you’ve done for them. Although they never asked me, so lord only knows what they gave you.” Nicole laughs before walking over to the table and pouring Victor a drink. “As annoying as they can be, they both love you.”
Victor follows her, taking the drink from her hand and looking at the wide assortment of gifts before him before picking up a small, unassuming bag. “Text them to come back; they helped you; they should be here to celebrate, too. Plus, I’m going to need someone to clean up with. I’m dealing with your ass.” He chuckles, taking a sip.
It didn’t take long before Violet and Cassie were back in his office, drinks in their hand, sitting on the couch as Victor began opening his gifts, grabbing the same unassuming bag from before. “That looks like Violet’s handwriting.” he chuckles before opening it, seeing a lump of black fabric at the bottom. Further inspection reveals it's an apron that reads Mr. Good Looking is Cooking.
Victor looks at her as she fights the urge to contain her laughter. “You need to wear that the next time we are over for dinner! It’ll be so good!”
Victor rolls his eyes before reaching for another gift, a small package with Cassie’s name on it. He opens it to see several regular, sophisticated-looking ties until he reaches the last one. Pulling it out, he holds up a tie adorned with several different cat faces. Cassie points to one particularly grumpy-looking cat, “Look! It’s Victor!” Cassie laughs before pointing out the other cats. “The cute fluffy little kitten is me; Violet is the orange cat, and Nikki is the sophisticated-looking cat!’
Victor glares at her while she smiles innocently. “This is why you’re the grumpy cat, Victor!” She whines, hiding behind Nicole.
“You two are menaces, you know that?” Victor groans before letting out a small chuckle. They may be menaces, but he really did appreciate their gifts. He opens one of Nicole’s gifts next, hoping it isn’t something ridiculous but not putting it past her. “Tie clips and cuff links, thank you, my love.” Victor smiles, placing them down beside him.
***
Hours pass, the cake devoured and all the gifts are unwrapped, save for 2 - a bottle of whisky from Cassie, more ties from Violet, as well as some Shiba Inu plushies from her as well. All 3 of them got him cooking-related items or something food-related. His wife gave him a subscription to a whisky club plus new whisky glasses to go with it, a new leather wallet, and a few more odds and ends.
The two remaining gifts wait on the table as Victor and Nicole say goodbye to Violet and Cassie, shutting the door after they leave.  “Why did you want me to save those two for after they’re gone, darling?” Victor asks, walking her back to the couch and taking the two gifts off the table as he goes by.
“Those two are quite special; I wanted to get your genuine reaction, not your measured ones with the others here.” She smiles, watching as he tears open the smaller of the two, revealing a silver and black Rolex Sky-Dweller watch.
“Baby…this is beautiful. I love it so much. Thank you.” He says, pulling her in for a kiss. He breaks the kiss, resting his forehead against hers. “You’ve been so good to me this year, my love. I don’t know how to thank you.”
“There’s still one more, darling. This is my favourite gift, actually.” She hands him the last gift, her hands trembling slightly with nervous anticipation. Victor carefully opens it, revealing a black leather-bound book. Opening the front cover, he’s greeted with the photo they took on their first date. Flipping through the pages, pictures of them together at events, photos from dates, and even a few of their wedding photos line the pages.
Victor’s eyes well with tears, looking at the memories and sweet little notes and drawings she added. “I…don’t know what to say, my love. I think this is the best gift I have ever received. I love you so much it hurts. I don’t know what I did to deserve such a perfect wife, but you made my birthday so special. I am never going to forget this day. Thank you.”

My Most Beautiful Treasure- Victor Li
Tumblr media
Summary: Nicole’s birthday is around the corner and Victor has prepared several surprises for his beloved wife on her special day
Genre: Fluff/Slightly Suggestive
Word Count: 1.3k
Notes:
Happy (belated) birthday beautiful! @multifandom-worlds
Thank you for being a part of my life and putting up with all my crazy ideas and silliness! I love you and I hope you have a fantastic birthday just as fantastic as you are! <3
This will be told in Victor's POV
Enjoy ~
"Where are you taking me, Victor?? Why do I have to keep my eyes closed?" She asked for what seemed like the third or fourth time that day as she kept her eyes like I had asked her to.
I let out a soft chuckle, guiding her carefully towards the door. "Have patience, my sweet. You'll find out soon enough." Was all I told her as I let go of her hand to unlock the door using my key.
Today was a special day. A day I hold dear to my heart. It was my darling wife's birthday. A day I grew to love almost just as much as I love her.
Nicole was never one to celebrate her birthday, to her it was just another average day. Nothing overly special. However I wasn't inclined to let that remain that way. Every year from the moment we met I've marked that special date as the day to spoil and cherish her endlessly.
More so than I already do now, which she still hates me doing even after all the years we've been together.
Today just so happened to be that special day and I had made plans to make sure it was a birthday she would never forget. Everything had gone smoothly from the start.
I had taken the day off of work to make breakfast for her in bed. We spent the entire morning enjoying each other's company from the comfort of our bed and watched several of Nicole's favorite shows and movies.
I took her out to lunch at her favorite cafe once the afternoon rolled around and shortly after we went to the mall to do some shopping.
Everything she took interest in for more than several seconds was purchased much to her dismay saying she didn't need it.
What she thinks I don't know is that I knew the beautiful smile on her face only grew wider with every item I bought for her. Oh how I loved seeing that beautiful smile…
After shopping we spent the rest of the day being with each other doing anything and everything she wanted to do and I have never seen her look so happy. I'm forever grateful to get to see it. I wanted to always see her smile and hear that beautiful laugh.
Everything was perfect. She was perfect. And I couldn't be happier to call her my wife.
After a wonderful day, it was time for dinner   and all I had told her was she needed to be dressed up and to keep her eyes closed once we were on the road.
Much to her dismay yet again, she was as cautious and curious as ever, eager to know just what I was planning. I was taking her to my restaurant–-Souvenir where a delicious meal (of all her favorite foods) was waiting for her. And as well as the gift I had gotten her months in advance.
I opened the door before taking her hand once again leading her inside, making sure to close and lock the door behind her before bringing her down the hall towards the dining room.
"But I really want to know! You've told me to keep my eyes closed for so long!" She whined slightly but still willingly following my steps.
I let out a soft laugh, stopping once we arrived at the dining room where the room was decorated according to how I wanted it. Dimly lit with candles, balloons and streamers in all of her favorite colors scattered throughout the room, her gifts she received not just from me but from my sister and Nicole's close friends on one table off to the side.
The main table with all the delicious foods laid out hot and ready to be eaten with a large bouquet of her favorite flowers; cherry blossoms and red roses as the main centerpiece of it all.
I smiled at the sight, proud of the work that was put into this place while we were gone all day. Making a mental note to thank my sister Cassie and Nicole's friends for helping set it all up for me while I was out spoiling my wife.
Turning to my wife, I pulled her into a soft kiss, instantly stopping her from complaining as she reciprocated the kiss, leaning in closer.
Once I pulled away from the kiss, I softly whispered with a soft smile ghosting my lips as her cheeks were flushed "You can open your eyes now, my love."
Once she opened her eyes, she looked at me, before looking around the room, gasping as she noticed all the decorations and food.
"Oh my gosh… Victor, did you do all of this..? When did you.." She trailed off as she looked around, still shocked as she took it all in.
I chuckled softly, "I had a bit of help from my sister and your friends. They were the ones who helped decorate the place. Cassie helped me with making the food.. I wanted to surprise you with dinner at Souvenir… Do you like it..?"
"Like it..? I-I love it!" She exclaims with a  smile, turning towards me, fresh tears in her eyes. "Thank you my love. This is absolutely beautiful. You've spoiled me so much today.. I don't know what I did to deserve it."
I smile, snaking an arm around her waist, pulling her into my arms as I softly kiss her forehead. "Existing. You deserve it for existing.. And for being a part of my life. You're the reason I wake up every morning with a smile on my face. You're the reason I'm a better man… I love you more than words can say, Nicole. I just wanted you to know how special you are to me and how important this day will always be to me. Because you're special. You're everything to me." I softly wiped at the tears that slipped down her cheeks.
She was at a loss for words, but the ever growing smile on her beautiful lips says all the words for her. She cups my face into her hands, pulling me into a deep kiss. One of which I don't hesitate to reciprocate. I pulled her closer to me as I deepened the kiss, a soft moan escaping her as our tongues colliding once I was given access to her mouth
I nearly lost all train of thought as the kiss grew more and more heated. Gripping onto her tighter I slowly pulled away, breathlessly chuckling, a grin on my lips. "As much as I would love to do more of that. We still have dinner to get through my love. I am your final gift for the night so more of that will come when we get home."
She blushes, the beautiful shade of red coating her soft skin. "R-right.." She giggles slightly.
I softly let go of her to pull out a small box from my jacket pocket. "Before that thought, here's another gift from me that I got you. It's… something you've had your eye on for quite some time now so I hope you like it." I handed her the small box.
She takes it, chuckling slightly, "Another gift, Mr. Li?" She teased as she opened the box, revealing a beautiful diamond ring with a black onyx gem in the shape of a teardrop in the center surrounded by smaller diamond gems along the sides of the sterling silver band. Each gem shining brightly within the dimly lit room. Once again she let out a gasp.
"Victor.. Oh my god you didn't… This is absolutely gorgeous, how..how did you know I wanted this..?"
"I saw you look at it on your phone several times in the past few months, sweetheart. It wasn't that hard to find it and I even got the matching ring as well." I smile, holding up my hand which has the matching ring, resting on my ring finger.
She smiles, pulling me into a hug, "T-Thank you, my love. I love you so much."
I kiss her forehead, "I love you more, babygirl. Happy birthday, my most beautiful treasure."

RATING: 18+, Minors DO NOT interact!
CW/TW: A hint of self-doubt, mirror sex, penetration, fingering, cumming on body, praise, clothed sex
WORD COUNT: 1.3k
A/N: A little birthday present for my dear @leikeima! I love you so much and I hope you like this little piece!
Tumblr media
At first, it made sense for Kiro to buy a mirror of that size for your shared bedroom. A man who partially earns a living by simply looking good in front of others has a lot of reasons to own a mirror that big.
After watching him use every mirror in the house a lot, except for the one in your room, you start to suspect that there must be another reason as to why he bought the mirror.
Your questions are answered when he catches you standing in front of it, looking unhappy as you scrutinize yourself in your reflection.
For some reason, the dress you bought just doesn't seem to sit right on you. The purchase initially made you feel excited, but now that you've put it on, you feel deflated, bitter, and dissatisfied.
Before you can wallow in your disappointment any longer though, lean arms wrap around your middle and your eyes snap up to meet your boyfriend's eyes in the reflection of the mirror.
Kiro leans down and props his chin up on your shoulder, pouting at you, empathy shining in his eyes, “What's wrong, sunshine?”
It's tough to not succumb when he looks at you so earnestly and you cave.
“It's nothing serious. This new dress that I bought just looks bad on me and I don't feel too good about myself. I'll just take it off and I am sure I'll feel better afterward,” you explain, your hands moving to lay on top of his own on your tummy.
Your boyfriend doesn't ease up. His eyebrows are drawn together in an expression that is a bit hard to read. Is he taking pity on you? Is he unhappy?
Pulling you back against his body, he tightens his embrace around you as he presses a kiss against the side of your neck.
“You look pretty in this. You always do,” he murmurs, continuing to trail kisses up your neck until he reaches the skin right below your ear.
Tilting your head to the side, you will yourself to keep your eyes open, gently tapping one of his hands.
“K-Kiro, just let me get out of this, and then we can-”
“No.”
He doesn't stop and instead moves to leave a hickey on your skin. You since at the sight sting that comes from his incessant sucking and nibbling on your skin and you grab onto his button-up shirt trying to keep yourself upright.
One of his hands moves up over your chest and he gently grabs a hold of your throat, his thumb softly pushing against the side of your jaw to turn your face towards the mirror.
You're met with your reflection, slightly out of breath and holding onto him. You look like you belong there, in his arms, ready for him to take you apart before putting you together once more.
A cheek grin is what awaits you, once your eyes dare to wander towards his face in the mirror and you feel a tingling sensation at the base of your spine.
Humming playfully, his other hand moves down over the flowy material of your dress, before sliding underneath the fabric and allowing his fingers to dance over the skin of your inner thigh.
“Look at how pretty you look. Are you sure you don't feel beautiful in this, baby?” Kiro asks, a slight flush to his cheeks as he watches your chest rise and fall quicker in answer to his ministrations.
The rings on his fingers feel cool against your flushed skin and you whimper when you feel one of his fingers rub over the fabric of your panties. Kiro chuckles at that and gently tilts your face towards the side to press his lips against yours.
“You're adorable…,” he mumbles against your lips between kisses, his eyes hazy from having you this close.
Against your back, you can feel him harden in his pants and you tentatively move closer, rubbing up against him.
A choked gasp leaves his lips and he pushes his hips closer against your backside.
Quick fingers push your panties to the side before two of them slide into your warmth with little resistance. You're painfully wet and you can feel it gushing down onto his fingers.
You stumble forward, but Kiro's hand moves down and away from your neck, to hold onto your waist. Subconsciously, your hands tried to grab a hold of something and now they lay against the cold surface of the mirror.
“That's it…Good girl,” the man praises, when you start to move your hips in time with the movements of his hand. His fingers thrust in and out of you, scissoring you open, each time they enter you fully, and a string of moans leaves your lips.
Leaving the mirror, one of your hands moves to the back to lift your dress, exposing your ass to him.
“Fill me up, please. I need you,” you plead, and surprise flashes across his expression, before he smiles, flustered at the gesture.
Pulling out his fingers, he frees his cock from the confines of his pants and pushes them down, before using your slick essence to stroke himself a few times.
Lining himself up with your hole, he pushes forward, filling you up with one swift thrust.
A gasp gets stuck in his throat at the way you squeeze around him and one of his hands comes forward to rest on top of your own against the mirror.
Slowly pulling out, he pushes back into you, a moan of your name leaving his lips this time, before he sets a moderate pace.
Bracing yourself against the mirror, moans and warm pants leave you, the reflection slowly turning slightly foggy from the warm air.
His other hand sneaks to your front, grabbing the hem of the dress and pulling it up to your lips,
"Bite d-down on this for me, angel. Hold it up - fuck - hold it up for me, so I can see," Kiro urges you and you take the fabric into your mouth, relieved to have something to muffle your sounds.
Your reflection in the mirror is disheveled, scandalous, lewd. You feel your cheeks burn with excitement at seeing yourself like this for the first time.
The relief doesn't last long. His fingers make their journey down over your torso, before ending up between your legs and languorously rubbing circles over your clit.
Biting down onto the material of your dress, you moan at the sight of it in the reflection of the mirror. You don't see all of it, but it's enough to send you into a daze and for your tight walls to clamp down around his cock.
Kiro groans at that, "F-fuck, if you do that, I'll -"
When you finally come undone by the coupled sensation of him filling you up over and over again and his fingers insistently rubbing over your sensitive clit, you struggle to hold yourself up, bracing yourself against the mirror and almost collapsing into it.
Kiro pulls out, one hand moving to push your dress up your back and to hold onto your hips, while he fists his cock with the other one.
Pumping it a few more times, he finally cums, emptying himself over your ass and the back of your thighs.
Heavy breaths are the only thing that fill the otherwise silent room, before you feel his hands on your waist, helping you stand up right, before he turns you towards him.
Leaning down, he presses his lips against yours in a lazy kiss. His lips are soft and taste of a hint of strawberry.
When he pulls away, he presses a soft kiss against your cheek, before playfully tugging at the hem of your dress.
"How about we pull this off and go again? We got it dirty, so I will just take you shopping afterwards. How does that sound?"

Tumblr media
As the final piano notes chimed, the crowd split into a shower of adoring cheers. An enchanting smile broke Kiro’s face as the golden-colored confetti slowly rained down on him. Some of it landed in his honey curls, but he didn’t care. His eyes were fiery and his breath was uneven, yet, even in his disheveled appearance, Kiro seemed like a statue sculpted by the gentle hands of an artist.
An angel.
A star.
The audience’s applause died down. There was a moment of silence, and just as Kiro was about to announce his final song, he was overcome with a chill.
“Happy birthday to you…”
A small voice broke out from the mass. It was small and delicate at first, a bit unsteady and clumsy. But soon, more people started merging in on the short celebration.
“Happy birthday to you…”
Kiro’s heart felt as if it was about to burst out of his chest. The sea of golden lights from the audience reflected in his eyes, softening them. It felt as if the universe had gifted him a personal night sky.
“Happy birthday dear Kiro…”
Their voices were merged into a mighty unison. Like a powerful river sweeping up everything in its way, they swept up Kiro’s heart in their current. It took everything in him not to burst out into tears.
“Happy birthday to you…”
Thunderous applause rang out throughout the stadium once again. Except, this time they were not praising Kiro for his melodic voice, his fluent dancing skills, or even his handsome looks. Right now, they were honoring him for simply existing. Because on this day, 21-and-something years ago, a star was born.
“Thank you… Thank you, everyone. Truly and sincerely, thank you.”
Kiro could not find the words that could come close to describing his gratitude. How could he put it into terms that this specific moment was the sole purpose of his existence? How could he express the prolonged and dreadful nights of his youth, falling asleep completely alone on his bed with no one to remember his birthday? How could he convey the hours in class, daydreaming about being on stage exactly like in this moment? How could he explain the unnerving feeling that after his life would end… the only ones mourning his death would be the tranquil feathers in the lake and the stars that left behind a trail of tears as they fell from the heavens in grieving memory of him. Yet now, his fears were drowned out by the people who idolized him. Each proclamation of their love washed away the suspicions of his heart bit by bit.
Oh, how he wished he could have gone back in time and told himself that all of his struggles would finally pay off. That all of the torture and the disappearances and the disarray and the heartache would paint this moment in unspeakable magnificence.
There was only so much Kiro could say to reciprocate their overwhelming love. To make up for it, in his heart, Kiro renewed the promise that he made to himself all those years ago. He will push himself to new limits—pour his heart into every song and implement a piece of his soul into every performance to make sure they knew that he felt the same way about them.
With those overwhelmingly inspiring emotions, Kiro finished his concert.
His agent was the first one to greet him as soon as he stepped backstage.
“Kiro, happy birthday! You didn’t think I would forget, did you? Here… I got you a little something,” Savin shoved a little brown paper bag into Kiro’s hands.
Kiro couldn’t help but peek inside. It was a mini orange cake with a big purple flower on the top. It was quite cute.
“My oh my, Savin. Since when are you the one to appeal to my sweet tooth?”
“Don’t get too happy just yet. This is the only time I will allow this. You may eat anything you want today—but don’t eat too much. You must remember that you still have one more concert to perform at.”
“Yeah, yeah, Savin… I know…”
Savin’s serious face finally broke into a smile as he ruffled Kiro’s hair, “Happy birthday, Kiro. You’re a good kid… really. I am very honored to be working with you.”
The rest of the crew finally caught up with Savin and gathered around Kiro, congratulating him.
“Wow! You’re 21 years old today! That’s a special age.”
“You’re all grown up now Kiro.”
“You should’ve told us beforehand that it was your birthday, Kiro! We would’ve prepared something for you.”
Kiro’s grin never left his face, “There’s no need… really. Everything I need to be happy is already right here.”
It would kill him to admit it, but in reality, Kiro hadn’t remembered that it was his birthday until the birthday song just a few moments ago. He couldn’t help but feel a little bit guilty about this. After all, it was Master Key—his savior—that gave this day to him. It felt almost disrespectful not to honor it. When his personhood had been stripped of him as he was taken to that horrid place in his youth—it was Master Key who had given back the identity that he was robbed of. Of course, he couldn’t tell anyone that. He kept it a secret through most of his life, so how would he be able to speak of it now?
“Alright everyone, settle down,” Savin spoke through the commotion, “Kiro, let’s get you home. You’ve worked so hard today, you deserve some rest.”
“But don’t you guys need my help to clean up?”
“No… I insist. Let’s go back.”
***
Kiro sat in the passenger's seat as the car sped down the road. It was quite late already, and the streets were mostly clear aside from a few lone travelers.
As he looked outside at the passing city lights, Kiro couldn’t help but remember his words from earlier.
“Everything I need to be happy is already right here.”
He couldn’t help but ponder whether he actually believed that statement, or perhaps was simply deceiving himself. On one hand, he was content with the life he was currently leading. But on the other—if he were to imagine a perfect world… Master Key would surely have been right here beside him. And that girl from the orphanage… yeah, it would’ve been nice if she was with him at this special moment too—
“We’re here.”
Savin’s voice snapped Kiro out of his deep thought. He hadn’t even realized that they were already parked outside of his hotel.
“Oh… yeah.”
Kiro dug around in the backseat to find his dance bag. He then clutched at Savin’s gift and was about to leave when—
“Hey. Do you wanna… come in?” Kiro suddenly asked once he realized that his agent did not move an inch, hands still firmly placed on the steering wheel as if he was trying to make a speedy escape.
Savin sighed, “I would love to stay longer, but I have to get back to the venue. I have to make sure that the clean-up goes smoothly.”
“I can wait for you to get back.”
“Then I need to plan out your schedule for next month when you get back to Loveland,” upon seeing Kiro’s sullen face, he quickly added, “I’m sorry. Believe me when I say that I would much rather spend time with you than plan schedules… but I simply can’t. I’ll make it up to you next week when you go on break. Just tell me where you want to go and we’ll do it. Just not tonight… Please… don’t be upset.”
There was an awkward pause between the two of them. A moment that stretched out for too long. When suddenly, Kiro broke out into a laugh.
“Alright, but I’ll remember that. I’ll make sure we go to every bakery in the city. And… you cannot go back on your word.”
Savin sighed, this time with relief, “Of course. Have a good night Kiro. Go to bed early today, okay?”
“Okay.”
“Take care now.”
Savin’s SUV pulled out of the parking lot hurriedly. It sped off into the distance… and Kiro’s smile disappeared along with it.
***
Kiro never noticed it before, but his hotel room seemed overwhelmingly quiet at this moment. He would have simply ridden it off as a dramatic contrast in volume between the calmness of his room and the intensity of the concert… yet he couldn’t help but think that this feeling had nothing to do with volume at all.
Kiro dropped off his bags by the door and then desperately powered on the TV in hopes of getting rid of this uneasy emotion in his chest. This proved to be effective, but only by a mere fraction. Soon, the TV was nothing but a minor buzz in the background, and the silence swallowed him whole again.
He stood there in the middle of everything, the smile that was on his face merely a few minutes ago had disappeared, instead replacing his features with an apathetic look. His eyes—which were once so bright now had their light extinguished, leaving only a pitiable gloom.
No… no, wait…
Kiro shook his head as if to reset his thoughts. He wasn’t going to wallow in self-pity and ruin this joyful day for himself. After all, he was supposed to be optimistic. That is what Master Key would have wanted. That is what everyone wants. And perhaps… that was what he wants as well.
Kiro suddenly remembered the mini cake that Savin had given him. Perhaps that would make him feel a little better. After all, sweets always seemed to lift his mood.
He quickly took it out of the brown paper bag and set it down on the little kitchen island. He didn’t have a candle to light, but that didn’t seem to matter at this moment. Kiro clasped his hands together, and, as if to not disturb this fragile atmosphere, began to hum in a quiet voice.
“Happy birthday to you…”
“Kiro, you must remember this day. I might not be the one who’ll spend every 9th of April with you in the future, but I hope that you will always be in the company of loved ones.”
“Happy birthday to you…”
“Loved ones… Will they be by my side?”
“Happy birthday dear Kiro…”
“Of course. Because Kiro is the most awesome and the cutest kid in the world.”
“Happy birthday to—”
Kiro suddenly paused as he remembered this dialogue he had with Master Key all those years ago.
Loved ones…? Who… were his loved ones? Before, Kiro had thought that the whole world were his loved ones. But if he were to believe what Master Key had said, his loved ones were the people who celebrated his birthdays with him.
It was at this moment that it dawned on Kiro that he was completely alone in the small hotel room.
His hands slightly trembled and his vision blurred with tears.
No… this can’t be it. Had the moments of bliss just a few hours ago been nothing but an illusion? Why had he felt that when he was up on stage, all of the things that troubled him simply faded away? But now that he was in his room, far away from the lights and the confetti and the persona of Kiro, he was brought back to face with the things that he thought he would never have to confront again. Where were all of his adoring fans? All of the people who supported him? Everyone that loved and idolized him?
Where were his loved ones?
They sure weren’t here now.
When the spotlight faded, they all went back to their lives, their homes, their families. Only Kiro had no one to return to but an empty hotel room.
No… this can’t be it!
Disregarding the cake on the table, Kiro shot up from his seat and grabbed the first coat that he could find in his suitcase. He then jolted out the door and within a few moments, he was running down the barren sidewalk. For the first time, Kiro was thankful for the intense exercises that he was forced to put up with every day. He was sure that he had enough stamina to make it to the stadium without stopping. Luckily, it wasn’t that far from his hotel either.
Kiro had managed to put on his coat on the way here, but as soon as he stepped through the entrance to the stadium, he felt hot again.
A few coworkers had thrown him bewildered gazes.
“Kiro? What are you doing here back here? Didn’t Savin drop you off at the hotel?”
Kiro hadn’t heard the person who spoke to him, instead he continued running as if his life depended on it.
Finally, he made it up to the stage. Face flushed red, he doubled over and tried to catch his breath again.
The radiant lights had been turned off for a long time already, and the audience had been replaced with nothing but empty seats, but this would have to do for now. After all, it was lucky that they hadn’t started dismantling the stage.
When he could finally stand straight again, Kiro took a deep breath, closed his eyes, and tried to imagine the rows of seats filled with people again. The way their cheers stirred ripples in his heart. The way they shouted his name in awe. The way the world was his and his alone when he stood here.
But no matter how long Kiro stood on that bare stage, or how hard he tried to concentrate, that feeling of satisfaction never came.
With a heavy heart and a single sigh, Kiro laid down. When he opened his eyes again, the empty audience stared back at him, as still and eerie as a graveyard. It felt as if the silence was purposefully mocking him—picking at his insecurities, throwing salt into the wound.
He turned away and closed his eyes once again, embracing the familiar darkness.
The answers that once made sense to him dissolved as soon as the crowd left the stadium. Once Kiro decided to dig deeper into the foundation that his morals and pride were built upon, he realized that it was as stable as sand and as firm as glass—shattered and scattered about with the first gust of wind.
Suddenly, there was no purpose for his existence again. No one was there to tuck him into bed and kiss his forehead and wish him a happy birthday. He was falling asleep completely alone. He was back to daydreaming about being up on stage. And after his life ended… once again, the only ones who were left to mourn him were the water, the feathers, and the gloomy night sky.
How would he be able to face his younger self and tell him that nothing had changed from then? That the moments of torture and disappearances and disarray and heartache equated to nothing?
That the thing that he spent his entire life chasing turned out not to be what he had craved?
Everyone loved Kiro, but no one loved subject 1562.
Just a few minutes ago, Kiro would not have been able to explain the heavy loneliness that seized up his heart from time to time. It just didn’t make sense to him how the whole world could love him, yet he still felt so alone. But now he knew the reason. Perhaps it was because everyone loved only half of him. The radiant half. The one that glowed like the sun. But light cannot exist without darkness. So who would love 1562? The shy, quiet boy that had been abandoned far too many times. The one that didn’t glow quite as bright, but was just as important. No one will ever truly love him because no one will truly understand him or the things that he’s been through. The people who loved him only loved him temporarily and superficially. Even his agent—the one that had been with him all these years, through thick and thin, didn’t really know him. No one knew him except…
Except for his mentor and the girl. The only two people who were able to love and accept him just the way he was. With all of his imperfections and all of his flaws. But Master Key had been missing for years now. And the girl… he hadn’t seen her since the orphanage. He wasn’t even sure that she was still alive, much less her whereabouts.
No one could truly love him but those two people.
And if he couldn’t find them? What would happen to him then? Would he spend all of his birthdays alone?
No…
Like a singular star in the expansive galaxy, Kiro felt entirely isolated and so difficult to reach. If only a brave astronaut could travel the distance and pick him out from the vast skies.
Was it too much to ask for? Was he being too selfish?
Kiro’s hands balled into tight fists as he whispered a silent prayer into the night.
‘I don’t have a cake or a candle to light… but please… the one who makes birthday wishes come true… please let me find them…’
***
“Kiro… are you in there? Can I come in?” You called out through the thick wooden door of Kiro’s dressing room.
There were some rustling noises before he called out in a raspy voice, “Come in!”
Without a second thought, you swung open the door, and with the biggest grin you could muster, you exclaimed, “Happy birthday, Ki—”
You paused. Kiro was nowhere in sight.
You looked around the room in confusion when you finally spotted him draped over the brown leather couch, blue eyes wide with shock. As the realization set, you quickly covered your mouth with your hands, as if to take back your sudden proclamation.
“Oh gosh. I am so sorry… were you sleeping?”
“Miss Chips… what are you doing here?”
You gestured around vaguely, “Umm… surprise? I was supposed to wait back for you at the hotel room but I just couldn’t wait to see you.”
Kiro had been away on tour for a whole month already. Your desire to see him could not be contained any longer, so you decided on scrapping your earlier plan of greeting him at his hotel. Instead, you dragged all of your suitcases to the venue he was performing at to see him as soon as you landed.
Kiro blinked. He looked like a lost puppy. It seemed as if many thoughts were running through his mind at this moment.
Finding his behavior cute, you crouched down to him and kissed the top of his head, “Sorry, I shouldn’t have shouted so loudly earlier… You look really tired.”
“I missed you too.”
Kiro took your hand and gently brought it to his lips. Then he intertwined your fingers together as if to make sure that you weren’t going to leave.
Upon seeing your reddened face, Kiro’s lips curved into that familiar charming smile, “You’re so lovely, you know that? You didn’t even leave your suitcases before seeing me. It makes me so happy knowing that you missed me as much as I missed you.”
“Of course, I missed you Kiro! And, it’s almost midnight. I had to wish you a happy birthday,” you suddenly frowned, “don’t tell me that you’ve forgotten about your birthday again.”
“How could I? I’m turning 23 today,” there was a short pause before Kiro began to speak again, “It’s true what they say, yeah? Time really flies, doesn’t it?”
“...You sound like an old man.”
You both burst out into giggles upon that statement. After a moment though, Kiro looked at you with sincerity in his eyes.
“No, but really. Since I’ve met you—my life has just… felt like a dream. And I know it sounds cheesy but… every day we spend together just… seems to speed past. I am so grateful that you’re here with me today.”
A quietness spread over you for a long time, until finally, you met Kiro’s eyes, “Where else would I be?”
“Where else were you every April 9th for the past 22 years?”
You playfully rolled your eyes, “Whatever. I’m here now. That’s all that matters. Come on, let’s get back. We still have a birthday cake to eat. And—not to brag, but I think I’ve outdone myself with your gift this time.”
“Oh? Well then, I hope I won’t be disappointed.”
You left the room hand-in-hand, laughing and talking about nothing. The domestic atmosphere made Kiro’s heart feel full, as if he was finally satisfied.
Suddenly, Kiro realized that this was the sole purpose of his existence. He didn’t need the massive crowds screaming his name, as long as his name was in your heart alone. There was no need to daydream about anything more because you were already everything he had hoped for. You were the thing he spent his entire life chasing.
You were his loved one. And you were by his side just as Master Key had hoped.
Everything he needed to be happy was already right here.

Night
Hello, all you beautiful people🥰 Another installment in the 4 part Gavin (s.e.x) series. Yes, I was supposed to do Afternoon and Evening first but I'm still writing Afternoon and Evening has yet to be written. So...let's just skip to Night, shall we?
This is an NSFW work, and it's also a little angsty. I had to. I was desperate for angst TW: Unprotected sex, and...nothing else. I'm so bad at this
Tumblr media
I come out of the bathroom, fresh as a dewdrop and see Gavin against the headboard of the bed, clothed in his tee and shorts, reading papers with his glasses on. It’s never used often, those glasses. Kept in a black zipped case, it remains on the bedside table ready for use when he wants to. Rather, when he has a splitting headache after reading too much too closely. Though, there are times when he adorns those golden spectacles for the surprised glint in my eyes that leads to heat spreading to my cheeks which results in me tugging my bottom lip with my teeth.
I have an inkling of why it’s there today because the second I emerge from my shower, his eyes meet mine immediately in a gaze that tells me he’s not OK. It’s the kind where his smile doesn’t reach his eyes. Behind that gaze is the lethargy of his recent mission that ended after a month, a sadness of which he has experienced that he’s yet to tell me. He looks like he’s about to cry driven by fear of loss. Ringed with dark circles, the reports he ought to be reading are abandoned with an unfocused mind.
I stride towards Gavin, with a resolve of eliminating the feelings which feed into that look. He puts the papers aside and the spectacles on it, arms at his side to welcome my presence on his body. I don’t even bother changing into my pyjamas, only removing my bathrobe and tossing it onto the chair, knowing that his clothes would be strewn all over the floor. Clad only in my delicates, my legs straddle his hips. He cups my behind and pushes me up, securing me comfortably above him, levelled to his face. My hair falls encasing us in a curtain of floral vanilla scent—a secret reprieve, only the two of us share.
Our hands fiddle with our clothes—mine are gone in no time, my fingers move on to his shorts, pull it down in one go and throw it haphazardly. He’s bare and chuckling when he looks at me. “Don’t worry, the other half of my body won’t dare run away.”
The delivery of that line should have me laughing but his voice is as empty as a hollow tree, something he tries to mask with cheekiness but fails. Though it twinges within, I don’t point it out. Instead I reciprocate with the intended cadence and smack his chest lightly, “I’ll be sure to use that line when you tear my clothes in shreds.”
He purposely averts his eyes all innocently with a satisfied smile on his face. The back of my fingers absentmindedly runs over his cheek as he tucks the spilling locks of my hair to one side. “What’s on your mind?” I ask.
There, it’s that look again. That look in his eyes tells me he’s so afraid. He breathes heavily and pulls me closer into his warm embrace, protectively cradling the back of my head. I wait for his shaky breaths to dwindle and answer though I know it won’t come as easily. I look back at him to see his eyes glisten wistfully and then he says, “I’m so happy that you’re here with me.”
My face twists first into confusion and then understanding. I don’t pry further because that one line tells me everything I need to know. A smile forms on my face as I cup his cheeks. “There’s no place I will be than in your arms, my love.”
The smile he gives me is loving and grateful as he brings me into his embrace once more. There’s a small lump forming in my throat, but I swallow it. There will be no tears for now, not when he needs my strength—and it comes full force as my fingers ghost over the deep lines on his body
All sizes with pains that ache my heart. I dance over the fresh gash across his sternum like they’re hot coals burning my fingers. Yes, it burns. It burns my entire being, makes my blood boil that he has to put himself through countless horrors—yes it is not deep, but the marking remains sufficiently angry to leave a scar crossing both his pecs.
My thoughts halt when he looks at me with a pensive gaze. I remind myself that anger is not what I need now as well. I’ll not let him have the chance to comfort me, not when he’s clearly in need of some love. So, before he utters anything, I kiss lips, one he gladly sinks into. Desperate and breathless it becomes and it makes me float, taking away my mind that would eventually travel down the path of bitter horrifying stories it conjures.
I caress his cheek with the back of my knuckles. Kiss all over his face. He chuckles as I flutter my eyelashes across his skin. I look into his eyes, tired but always exuding gentle love that sends a rush of warmth through my body.
No words leave my lips, it only moves to join his again. Our kisses are unhurried and languid, a sweet dance. We save exploring each other’s bodies for another day, for today we yearn only for the warmth such nakedness provides. I raise and sink slowly down his cock. The chorus of sounds leave our lips at the pleasure of fullness we both feel, feeling so close to one another, the warmth that one can only feel when they’re skin to skin.
One of his hands stays resting on my bottom and the other sneaks up to hold my nape, mine finds its way to the soft strands of his hair, and they stay put for anchor. I feel him engorged and pulsing in me. The burn of my core, the stickiness my legs feel and the incredible need to rise and slam hard into his body. I ignore all the impulse, instead we rock our bodies to a slow rhythm. Moving together and savouring the deliberate thrusts.
Gavin’s lips caress my neck until they land at the corner of mine. “You feel so good,” he whispers against my lips, choking my sighs once more in a reverent kiss. Tonight, I let my lips take away his grief, my body take away his pain. Perhaps after, words will be shared once more, dead in the twilight wrapped around in sheets heated by the warmth of our bodies.
The waves of pleasure crests within us yet we never hasten. I feel the usual jolt in my tummy, one look at him tells me we’re both about to fall over the cliff. “Together,” I tell him and he’s about to pull away when I stop him, clamping down. “I want it inside.” He stills, eyes wide as he stares at me for a few seconds. The question is clear. Are you sure?
Softly he asks to confirm his thoughts, “Is that what you want or are you doing this because you think I want it?”
I yearn, and perhaps I am doing this for him. But I don’t care. I know he’s the man I want to spend all my nights with wrapped in our sheets, the only one whose golden eyes I ache to meet when I wake. Somehow I know he needs that as well. To be so close to one another until the air we breathe diminishes.
“I want it…,” breathlessly it dispels from my lips.
I look at him and his eyes are glassy and dark to a deep shade of bourbon as he kisses my forehead.
“Then come with me,” says Gavin.
We’re in one tight embrace as our bodies rock once more—a little faster, and within a few seconds we come undone in a gentle rush. I have no plans to move, to feel the emptiness that will instantly wash over—he doesn’t either when his hands stay tight around me. I feel the warmth of the duvet around my skin as we kiss goodnight and say I love yous before we drift to a slumber.

A/N: Thank you for reading❤️ Updates will be quite slow since I'm working now. I had this piece in the drafts as I wrote it immediately after Morning. I waited so long only because I wanted to post it by order but the Afternoon piece is taking longer than expected. It's really out of my comfort zone, so writing it has been a slow process. To those of you reading, I appreciate your patience~

Take These Memories
This takes place after the most recent events in the global server. So...spoilers kind of?
Mr. Mills looked down at the gleaming key in his hand, then back up to Victor with confusion clouding his gentle eyes. "Boss?"
Victor simply nodded before turning his head away, showing perhaps more emotion than he intended. "I don't need it anymore. Souvenir is yours to do with what you will. You have more than paid for it through the years."
What he didn't say was what was really on his mind.
I don't need it anymore. Souvenir has served its purpose.
I already found her and this time...she isn't coming back.
I can't take these memories.
Safely in his car, tears began to fall for what felt like the thousandth time.
And Victor made no move to wipe them away.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Victor:
Tumblr media
Creative writing
Sometimes poetry but often, creative writing since you loved spending time working on your historical romance novel. You never showed it to anyone, in fear that it would be ridiculed for any cliché use that you cherished.
At first, Victor assumed you were just writing a report on your laptop but sometimes, your eyes would light up as you eagerly typed out multiple sentences.
Did you find your report on Miracle Finder’s plummeting ratings that entertaining to analyze?
“How’s the progress?” he asked from behind and you hastily flipped the computer shut.
“Okay, I guess.” The light in your eyes instantly vanished.
Huh. He should’ve known. “The deadline is in two days. Did I give you too much time to spare?” When you didn’t answer, he went on: “What are you writing?”
“You’re going to say it’s stupid.”
“If you expect me to say that everytime a dummy does something, I’d lose my voice already. I only say if it is truly disastrous. Let’s see it.”
You reluctantly handed the laptop over. You started a couple of pages on chapter 18, but you expected he’d glance at the first few lines and turn back to you. Instead, he took a few minutes, perusing with a blank scowl.
Any hope shattered when he started pointing out all the grammatical errors and that the plot so far isn’t logical. Your face felt hot. He was treating even your story as a report.
“The girl should’ve told him the truth in the very beginning,” Victor said, “so none of this mess would happen.”
Your blood was boiling. What, now he’s the CEO of some publishing company?? “Yeah, well, maybe he’d just call her a dummy and dismiss what she says like he always does!”
. . .
Victor would turn and leave with your laptop. Starting from page one, he would read each dialogue and analyze the characters more carefully.
You two will not end up like that couple. Not if he could help it.
Lucien:

Painting
You enjoy nature, especially animals and landscapes.
Sometimes, Lucien and you took a stroll around the forest by the Loveland University so you could get some real-life references.
No matter how vibrant the pigments were, they never drew Lucien’s attention away from you and your concentrated scowl and the slight peek of your tongue as you carefully painted an arc for the branch of a willow tree.
“They don’t look right,” you mumbled, breaking his trance. “But I’m not sure why.”
“Your hand is shaking,” he said, reaching out. “Here, I’ll hold it still for you.”
Maybe it’s because you were embarrassed that you didn’t realize the issue before or maybe because he was leaning very close, but your hands were shaking even more.
However, with gentle guidance, the branches you drew together were natural and lovely, interlaced with one another just like your hands.
Kiro:
Tumblr media
Dancing ft. singing
If the rhythm is inspiring or if it’s just your favourite song, you’d probably be in an imaginary music video in the next moment. (Of course, when you were alone.)
Back to reality, it was Kiro who dances but he usually sings more in his performances in concerts.
He didn’t expect you to be a dancer too.
Kiro came home earlier than usual one day. Savin had let him go ONLY because he wasn’t acting too rebellious that day.
Before Kiro even opens the front door, he heard blaring music, almost reverberating off the wall.
His approaching footsteps were completely muted and a familiar voice was singing both parts of a duet song. Then after, an eerily familiar song . . .
You didn’t notice him as you were dancing away to his latest single.
But when you do, all you wanted was to hide in a closet.
But he thought Miss Chips was adorable and gushed about your accurate choreography.
You both probably ended up dancing to Kpop or Disney songs.
Gavin:
Tumblr media
Knitting and needlework
Your mother taught you the basics, but you loved the activity so much that you made your own small, simple projects.
Sometimes, Gavin returns from missions with torn clothes and you were always willing to sew them up again if possible.
He finds your talent in knitting very intriguing, how your fingers and yarn and needles danced around one and another like hummingbirds.
Subconsciously, he thinks about the future, when you two would be older and when you would be making knitted garments for your two’s grandchildren.
Wait what do you do with all the clothes you knit now?
One day, he informed you that he would be away for a long mission.
You were bummed. “You have to return on the 20th or earlier! Or else I won’t stop knitting this very scarf until you do!”
When Gavin got back, he noticed that the scarf was pretty long.
“You did take breaks, did you?” he asked, holding your hands as he examined them.
You rolled your eyes when he took your joke to heart and so literally.
You wrap the long scarf around him (maybe a couple times keep it clear from the ground, even considering his height).
Good thing the scarf was big enough to cover part of his face because his ears and cheeks grew pink from your gentle gesture.
He untangled the scarf just enough to loop it around you too, narrowing the distance between you two until you were against his chest.
“Thank you.”
He liked to wear it during autumn and winter ever since.

set before Ch13, no spoilers pairing: Xu Mo | Lucien/Original Female Character word count: 4,002
She hadn't intended to come to the lecture today, she'd texted Lucien as much, but her morning at work had been too hectic to bear without a break. Rose had a lot to do but she thought that she could treat her visit to Loveland University like taking her work to a cafe. Lucien's soft voice would be the perfect calming soundtrack for answering emails, and the promise of getting to spend time with him after class was an inherent motivator. - Rose doesn't pay enough attention to Lucien's lecture, she tries to make up for it after class.
my goal for this was to write a lucien fic that is fun and fluffy but could be a little bit angsty with more ch13 and beyond context, and i think i did that! reblogs, comments, tags appreciated!!
read on ao3
Rose hadn't realized how commonplace her "auditing" of Lucien's lectures had become until this morning, walking into class, when one of Lucien's students greeted her by name as he held open the door for her.
"Good morning, Miss Prichard," he said, nodding his head respectfully before continuing to his seat.
Rose's eyes immediately darted to the lectern where she found Lucien, smiling knowingly. He mouthed, "Good morning, Miss Prichard."
The teasing light in his eyes filled Rose with a dizzying warmth. She felt caught, somehow, like this student had announced something precious about her to the world.
Another student's voice followed, and then another. Rose waded through a sea of good-mornings on her way to her usual seat at the back of the classroom.
"Good morning. You're all supposed to ignore me, remember?" Rose laughed, trying at an easy tone.
The first time she'd attended one of Lucien's lectures for this class, she'd introduced herself—somewhat unnecessarily—as the producer of Miracle Finder. Lucien had instructed his students not to mind her, telling them that she would be auditing lectures from time to time as a matter of personal interest. Then, she'd only expected to attend a few classes, just to better understand Lucien's style as a presenter. She thought that, in doing so, she might improve her skills in directing the professor's segments on her show. This original intention was far gone, now, as she'd been attending classes faithfully every week since her first.
Lucien's instruction to ignore was offered in vain. Rose drew attention naturally over time, by nature of the popularity of her show among Lucien's classes. The classroom rumors about Rose and Lucien's relationship certainly didn't help, either, as it was getting harder and harder to hide her familiarity with the professor from his students.
After taking her seat and unpacking her things, Rose chanced another look up at the front of the classroom. As if sensing her glance, Lucien pulled his eyes from the lectern and met her gaze at just the right moment. Again, he gave a sly smile.
She hadn't intended to come today, she'd texted Lucien as much, but her morning at work had been too hectic to bear without a break. Rose had a lot of work to do but she thought that she could treat her visit to Loveland University like taking her work to a cafe. Lucien's soft voice would be the perfect calming soundtrack for answering emails, and the promise of getting to spend time with him after class was an inherent motivator.
"Good morning, class," Lucien said, nonchalant yet effortlessly commanding of the room's attention. As his students responded in kind, he spared a quick glance at his watch, as if to subliminally call attention to the time. "I hope you've all been well.”
As Lucien eased into the lecture, Rose surreptitiously opened her daily planner and uncapped a pen. If she could respond to at least ten emails and finalize her shooting schedules for the week in the next hour and thirty minutes, she would have the rest of the afternoon free to spend with Lucien.
She read and responded to emails, checking off names and tasks in her planner as she went. Then, she moved on to the schedule, referencing notes from the emails she'd just responded to and calls she'd made that morning. The lecture faded into sweet background noise as she worked, the words hardly registering above the buzz of her thoughts.
It wasn't until Lucien mentioned Rose by name that she realized he'd been talking about an episode of Miracle Finder and returned her attention to him.
“This was when I first began working for Miss Prichard, of course,” Lucien continued, though the context for the statement was completely lost on her. She thought back to early episodes that Lucien had consulted on, trying to find a thread that connected to the topic of the lecture. Unfortunately, however, she was also drawing a blank on the topic of the lecture.
When Rose raised her head, clearly giving away her sudden shift in attention, she was met with another knowing look and teasing smile from the professor.
She gave him a sheepish grin, hoping to convey sincere apology. In response, Lucien shook his head at her as he continued speaking. To the auditorium of students, the swish of his dark hair and momentary crinkle of his eyes were surely taken as natural micro-expressions. To Rose, however, they were clear communications. He didn’t mind that she wasn’t paying attention, not really, but he was planning to tease her about it for the sake of it.
Lucien was fond of meaningless pretenses, taking advantage of any opportunity to turn a friendly conversation into a battle of wits. Rose suspected that being playfully antagonistic toward her was Lucien’s way of flirting, though calling him out on this was her trump card. She knew that she couldn’t let him see her hand until exactly the right time.
“I’m afraid I’ve gotten off topic.” Lucien chuckled as he let his eyes fall to the lectern in front of him. He was lecturing without the use of any notes, so he was purely glancing away to give Rose the mercy of broken eye-contact.
Rose felt her shoulders naturally fall as Lucien’s eyes left her. She returned, somewhat stubbornly, to her work. She was doing this for his sake, after all, working during his lecture so that she could give him her time after class.
In the back of her mind, Rose began assembling a bulleted list of counter-arguments to the jabs she anticipated. By the time Lucien had concluded his lecture—four minutes early, by the time displayed on Rose’s laptop—she’d finished enough of her work to justify a few hours away from the office and armored herself for a sparring match.
Lucien watched patiently as a line of students filtered out of the room. A few of them wished Rose goodbye, unfortunately giving Lucien more license to tease her.
Once the last student was gone, Rose stayed in her place, intentionally slow in putting away her things as she enticed Lucien to approach her first.
“I’d like to congratulate you on your perfect attendance in this class, Miss Prichard,” he said, coming to stand in front of her on the other side of the desk table, “I didn’t think you were going to be here this morning.”
Rose shrugged coolly, keeping her eyes trained on the zipper of her work bag as she pulled it closed. “Gotta keep you on your toes.”
“Hm,” Lucien hummed. “Is that what you do?”
“Well, truth be told…“ She finally stood at full height, raising her chin so that she could meet Lucien’s eyes. She found a fiery expression on the professor’s face. He was enjoying himself already. “I’ve always wondered whether you perform better with or without me watching.”
An almost imperceptible twitch at the corner of his mouth told Rose that she’d almost made him laugh, but he just managed to maintain a placid smile.
“Do you have a hypothesis?” Lucien asked.
“Not sure,” Rose said, “it could go either way, I think.”
“Well, regardless, you would be unable to test any hypothesis without paying attention to my lectures in the first place.”
There it was. Rose was disappointed at not being able to effectively distract him, but she switched gears without difficulty nonetheless.
“I brought my work with me so that I could get ahead of some things. I’ve earned at least three hours away from the office.”
Lucien frowned. “I was expecting an apology.”
“Would you accept three hours of my time as an apology?” Rose asked, drawing the connection between the two points in bold.
In response, Lucien leaned away and crossed his arms. Either his ego was bruised or he’d anticipated this point and was readying himself to deliver another cutting remark. The anticipatory silence alone was enough to make Rose waver in her resolve.
“It’s not very sincere as an apology if you were already planning on giving your time to me.” His voice took on a distant, musing quality, as if he were speaking to himself, reasoning through a difficult problem. “I’ve gained nothing for my trouble.”
“You’re right,” Rose relented on one front, no longer able to bear the worry that she might have truly hurt his feelings. She rounded the desk and came to stand in front of him. As she wedged herself in between Lucien and the table’s edge, a thought came to her. Another trump card. “I’m sorry that I didn’t pay attention to your lecture, Professor Xu.”
Her voice pitched just so, Rose sounded like a student apologizing after being pulled aside by the instructor. And, judging from the smirk on Lucien’s lips, he had gotten that impression exactly.
This did its job to break the tension, freeing them finally from the previous conceit. Lucien’s shoulders rocked with a hearty laugh as he loosened his posture and dropped his arms back to his sides.
“Alright, that’s enough,” he said. “I’m very grateful that you aren’t one of my students, please don’t ruin that by roleplaying as one.”
“Uh-huh.” Rose hopped up onto the desk behind her and reached for the lapel of Lucien’s jacket to make up for the new distance between them, only to find that he’d stepped forward already, completely in sync with her. To occupy her hands, she took hold of his lapel anyway, tugging at it before smoothing away an invisible mark. “Then, don’t call me ‘Miss Prichard’.”
“I was trying to be professional in front of my class,” Lucien answered without missing a beat. “Wouldn’t it seem odd if I called you by your first name in front of them?”
"Well, it would be much more professional if you didn’t say my name in such a sultry, gruff voice." She dropped her voice down into a lower octave and spoke in a poor impression of his gravelly tone. "Miss Prichard."
Lucien's hands found Rose's waist and squeezed slightly as he pushed even closer to her. He was fighting a smile at her teasing. "You're in rare spirits today."
"Just trying to make myself worth the trouble," she shot back.
"By being more disagreeable than usual?"
"You're pretending you don't like it." This wasn't exactly the trump card, but it was just as good. The exact diction seemed unnecessary when his hands were already on her waist and her hands were playing with his collar.
Lucien laughed, a low chuckle that reverberated physically through Rose due to their proximity. The feeling almost made her lose her nerve again.
“Furthermore,” she pressed on, the implication of his previous statement not lost on her, “I’d like you to elaborate on something for me.”
“What’s that?” Lucien’s head dipped lower, further closing the distance between them. His broad shoulders shielded her face from the sunlight that filtered in through a window, giving her a feeling like he was closing her off from the rest of the world. The thing between them was undeniable now, but she still wanted to hear him say it.
Rose dropped her hands from his collar and leaned closer, resting her wrists on either side of his neck, letting her hands fall limp behind his head. "Why wouldn't you like to have me as your student?"
The hands around Rose’s waist tightened and she could feel an intrepid thumb slip between two buttons of her blouse and brush against her bare stomach. Lucien raised an eyebrow, as if to confirm consent, and she nodded permission without thinking.
He cleared his throat and looked away, an uncharacteristically timid expression momentarily clouding his face. When his gaze returned, there was a new light of resolve in his eyes. “Do you have a hypothesis?”
“Possibly.”
“Go on.”
“I’d rather you just tell me what you meant.” Rose almost didn’t recognize the assertiveness in her own voice. She’d reached her limit with Lucien’s game.
Lucien, unfortunately, seemed gratified by her desperation. A smug grin overtook his face.
“If you were my student, my feelings for you would be frowned upon,” he said, as matter-of-factly as if he were commenting on the weather, “as would whatever it is we’re doing now.”
“‘Whatever it is’,” Rose repeated. “What are we doing, Lucien, really?”
She realized a moment too late the weight that the question held. It was something she often wondered, an anxiety kept at a low simmer in the back of her mind. All of the flirtation and silly games and sweet moments together that amounted to nothing but gossip amongst college students did worry her. Why didn’t Lucien just ask her out? They were adults, they could just date.
It was worrisome that Lucien preferred drawing out this ambiguous flirtation.
The hands on Rose’s waist stilled, then withdrew themselves entirely as Lucien took a halting step back. Rose frowned, feeling as though she’d made a mistake, pushed him too far. Her hands fell from Lucien’s shoulders and into her lap.
Lucien didn’t look upset, necessarily, but his placid smile no longer reached his eyes. It was that faraway look he got sometimes, that Lucien-is-deep-in-thought-give-him-a-minute look that Rose occasionally teased him for. With no better option presenting itself, Rose resigned herself to wait for him to come back to her.
“It is complicated, isn’t it?” he asked, finally. He offered no other consolation or counter-argument. That was all. It was complicated, wasn’t it?
They worked together in a public capacity, they were busy people, Lucien’s students already had their rumors…
Rose felt suddenly ashamed, almost as if she had really been a student trying to seduce her professor. She looked down at her hands, trying to find the right words to undo what she’d just done. There had been a spell over them before she’d broken it. All of the flirting had almost amounting to something.
“I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have—“
“You didn’t—“
“It’s okay, I should—“ Rose hopped down from her place on the table, wobbling a bit and instinctively taking Lucien’s offered hand to steady herself. As soon as she was right on her feet, she dropped his hand as if it could burn her.
“Rose,” Lucien said, his voice taking on a more firm tone than she was used to from him. He didn’t touch her, didn’t move, but she felt trapped there with him nonetheless, she stilled completely just at the sound of his voice.
“What?”
Lucien sighed, suddenly looking a little bit helpless. “You were going to spend the next three hours with me.”
"I..." Rose faltered, unsure what to say to this. She didn't particularly want to spend three hours pretending that she hadn't just tried to kiss Lucien in a lecture hall in a building with his name on it. "I am really busy today, maybe I should just go."
"Rose," he said her name again, more gently this time. He brought a hand to her chin, pushing her to look into his eyes. "Tell me what just happened."
Frustration shot through her unbidden and she spoke without thinking. "You stepped away. And you're right, things are complicated. I'll leave you alone."
Lucien took another step back, leaving a wide space for Rose to pass through. The frown on his face, though, gave her pause. She stayed still, a little dumbfounded at how easily he'd given up.
"I'm sorry," she said.
"You're—“ Lucien paused, then cut himself off with a laugh, further compounding Rose's confusion. "Why should you be sorry?"
"Because I..."
Before she could finish her sentence, Lucien interrupted. "You didn't do anything wrong. I was worried that I'd made you uncomfortable, which is why I stepped away. If that isn't the case, then I should be the one apologizing for confusing you."
"You didn't make me uncomfortable," Rose said, "but I was worried."
As much as it pained her to bring attention back to her earlier insecurity, Rose couldn't just move forward without addressing the root issue.
"Worried?"
Seeking physical stability that might bolster her confidence, she leaned against the table again and crossed her arms. She felt a bit safer, closed off from him as she spoke. "Sometimes it feels like you only like me when it's convenient. Or when you feel like toying with me. Sometimes I feel like a mouse being tossed around by a cat."
The look on Lucien's face made it clear that he was holding back a smile at her colorful analogy. He straightened and waited for her to continue.
"You know what I mean? The constant play-fighting and flirting and late night phone calls and walks home from work and—“ Rose shook her head, she was getting off-point. “—and nothing. It feels like you want all of this time and attention from me with none of the commitment. None of the clarity. And it's driving me completely insane, Lu."
Dappled light from the window flickered across Lucien's face as he turned away, avoiding Rose's eyes as he took in her words.
"I see." He spoke without turning back.
"Unless I'm making all of this up, in which case I really am sorry."
"No, no, I suppose I just didn't realize." It was a mercy when he encroached upon her personal space again, when his cool hands came to rest on her shoulders. It was a mercy when he looked at her with wide, clear eyes. “I’m sorry that I made you feel that way. I worried that it would be more complicated for you if our relationship were to change.”
“You’re not entirely wrong.”
It would always be more complicated for Rose if their relationship were to change. She was a woman in the entertainment industry, often scrutinized much more heavily than her male counterparts. She couldn’t even count the number of times that rumors about her had surfaced, just by nature of her proximity to the men that she worked with. Dating scandals with Kiro, rumors that she somehow pandered to Victor in order to increase her company’s funding, and the fact that gossip about her relationship with Lucien sometimes overshadowed online conversations about Miracle Finder itself.
Even still, Rose couldn’t find it in herself to push feelings for Lucien away. For one thing, she already had to deal with the gossip regardless. Being with Lucien might not actually change anything for the worse.
“But?” Lucien prodded, though the look on his face told Rose that he probably knew what she was going to say already.
“But I don’t think I’d mind. I mean, if you don’t.”
Having heard all that he needed to hear, Lucien moved his hands back to Rose’s waist and lifted her gently back onto the table. They were almost exactly as they had been, reset as if nothing had happened.
“I’d like to offer some clarification,” Lucien said, leaning even closer than before, speaking into the crook of Rose’s neck. “I feel lucky just to have you in my sight. I didn’t want to trouble you with concern for my feelings, but now I feel like a complete fool. I’m sorry to have made you feel insecure.”
“I understand the hesitation, really.” Rose smoothed Lucien’s lapel, then trailed a hand to his neck. His skin was always so cold. She felt as though she’d leave scorch marks where she touched him.
“Mm.” So close to her collarbone, Lucien’s hum reverberated pleasantly through her. He pulled away just slightly, allowing him to look her in the eyes. “Still, I apologize.”
He was stalling. Rose smiled, squinting her eyes at Lucien to let him know that she’d caught onto his game. “You know what they say about actions speaking louder than words, Professor?”
Lucien smiled back, unable to deny that he’d been teasing her. “Right.”
“Well?”
“I’d like to kiss you,” Lucien said, his voice steady and lacking intonation. The line was delivered in such a casual manner that Rose only made sense of the it second after the butterflies in the pit of her stomach.
A quick nod was all it took to grant Lucien full license with her. He kissed her jaw first, chuckling at Rose’s obvious disappointment.
“I have to be absolutely sure that you want this.” He trailed lower, pressing a soft kiss to the side of her neck. “And, besides, am I really such a tease if I deliver on the result?” He lingered just above her shirt collar, sucking gently at the base of her throat.
While Rose could easily go back and forth with Lucien in a verbal match of wits, she was completely at his mercy in her current state. She felt him continue to trail kisses back up to her jaw before finally pulling away to study her again.
“You’re absolutely a tease,” she huffed, “regardless of your final output.”
“Poor Miss Producer,” Lucien laughed, feigning a pouty voice, “you’re rarely this irritable.”
“And you rarely make your delight in my suffering so obvious.”
“Suffering?” Lucien’s words fell on her neck as he returned to suck on her throat again.
“Lucien. Please.”
He was more gentle than Rose anticipated, considering the way he’d been kissing her neck before. His lips just barely brushed hers, as if he was breathing her in.
Having had enough of his teasing, Rose threaded her hands through Lucien’s hair and deepened the kiss, feeling him smile at her taking of initiative. Tit for tat, he slid his tongue into her mouth. It was this that allowed Rose to see the new game; he was holding back, making her work for it.
She tugged Lucien’s hair, earning a gratifying, low groan, then spread her legs just slightly to rest them against the inside of Lucien’s thighs. Every point of contact between them buzzed. Every minute reaction from Lucien deepened Rose’s resolve. It was just like a fake argument or a friendly game of chess; even if she couldn’t beat him, she could make herself a formidable rival.
One of his hands travelled down from her waist to her thigh, where he traced a careful line below the hem of her skirt. Rose gasped into his mouth when he pinched her leg, finally breaking their kiss.
“Was that too much?” Lucien ducked his head lower as if to check Rose’s face for signs of duress.
Rose gave a breathy laugh. His concern was deeply endearing. “No, you just surprised me, that’s all.”
“Good.” He pecked her lips again. “You’re so…” Another quick kiss. “God.”
“We probably shouldn’t go any further,” Rose said, earning a frown from the professor. “I mean, not here.”
“If you’re worried about my reputation, let me assure you that I locked the door as soon as my students left. The windows are also too high to be seen into and tinted on the outside, besides.”
“Do you bring girls here often?” Rose giggled. “You sound very sure of yourself.”
Lucien narrowed his eyes at her and pinched her cheek. “Funny.”
“That’s not a no,” she teased in a sing-song voice.
“Hey.” Lucien threaded his fingers through her hair, suddenly looking very serious. “This isn’t just a casual encounter, is it? To you?”
“Lucien.” It ruffled Rose that he even had to ask. Of course it wasn’t.
He nodded, seeming to understand implicitly. Rose loved that about him, the way that he saw right through her, sometimes. The way they could speak without speaking.
“How much more time do you have?” He kissed her neck again, then slumped against her, resting his head on her shoulder. The emotional sincerity seemed to have momentarily exhausted him.
“I don’t know, two hours?”
“Why don’t you let me take you to lunch?”
Rose laughed. “So all that talk of high windows and locked doors…”
Another soft kiss, this time on her cheek. He was as casually intimate with her as if they’d been dating for years.
“Keep it in mind for another time,” he said. “Maybe that will help you to stay alert during my next lecture.”

thanks so much for reading!! <3
i've been having a hard time creatively lately and i think that it helped to write something for a fandom i've never written in before. i have played mlqc for more than three years and lucien is one of my favorite characters of all time, but i've never really gotten involved in fandom until now. i hope i was able to do lucien justice here.
if you're missing me, i've been more active on twitter lately, and have made an account specifically for mlqc, mysme, obey me, and the ssum. my username there is @/pdbutterfly

To Each Their Own - [Gavin]
After more than a week had passed since the sniping incident at Twin Leaves Orphanage, Gavin visited the Lucien Bioscience Research Center.
A follow-up fic to "Shadow of Doubt", with reference to the end of Season 1: Chapter 6-19 of the game's plot.
Words: 2306 words
What is Lucien's connection to Black Swan?
That was the single question concerning the professor that constantly gnawed on Gavin’s mind. For the sake of the girl’s safety, he was determined to find out the answer. Yet, an unexpected twist had come his way. Commander Leto, his superior, had suddenly ordered him to cease all investigations related to Lucien as the STF had other plans for the latter.
The order didn’t make sense to Gavin, especially when Leto had refused to disclose the details of these plans when he asked about it. Instead, the commander had told him to just focus on his investigations on Black Swan and even subtly reminded him again to not allow his work be affected by his personal feelings. Despite feeling indignant about it, bound by duty, Gavin had no choice but to comply with the commander’s order.
However, that didn't mean that he couldn’t’ to pursue the truth on his own terms.
After taking a day's leave under the guise of a much-needed break, Gavin dressed himself in plain clothes and made his way to the Lucien Bioscience Research Center. He expected his request for an impromptu meeting with the professor to be rejected at the security booth. To his surprise, the request was granted with ease and he was promptly led to Lucien's office by a research assistant, as though his visit had been expected beforehand.
As Gavin stepped into the office, Lucien had shifted his attention away from the computer screen to meet his gaze. The professor's violet eyes as they locked with Gavin's amber ones had shown no sign of surprise or unease. Moreover, Gavin could tell from the steady look in those eyes that Lucien had not only anticipated his arrival but was also aware of the purpose behind this sudden visit.
“Good afternoon, officer,” the professor greeted while offering a reserved smile and clasping his hands together on the desk. “How may I assist you today?”
With his suspicion confirmed by the subtle nuances of Lucien's demeanor, Gavin proceeded to take his seat across the desk. He wasn't typically one for delicate maneuvers, but he was prepared to engage in this dance of discretion if that was Lucien's preference.
With a deliberate move, he drew his ID card and badge from his jacket pocket. These proofs of his affiliation with the Special Task Force were laid out on the desk between them, a silent yet potent declaration of his intent and standing.
“On behalf of the Special Task Force," Gavin began, his voice steady and unwavering, “I am here to formally request for your cooperation in answering a few questions related to an incident that took place at the abandoned building near the Twin Leaves Orphanage more than a week ago.”
This pretense of his visit being official business was a risky gamble. There was a chance of Lucien seeing through his facade, or worse, words of his unauthorized visit leaking back to the STF, exposing his defiance of direct orders. Yet, amid these risks, Gavin maintained his composure. His resolve remained unwavering, his mind poised and fixed firmly on his objective.
Only a select few were privy to the details of the sniping incident and Commander Leto's directive to leave Lucien untouched meant that it was improbable for Lucien to have encountered any prior or future inquiries from the STF before Gavin's impromptu visit. Besides, Gavin knew that revealing his personal motives would only narrow down his chances of extracting the answers he sought from Lucien.
Lucien's eyes flicked briefly to the ID card and badge before returning to meet Gavin's gaze. There was an inscrutable depth beneath the surface of those violet eyes, as if they could peer through Gavin's facade of authority and discern his true intentions.
“Of course,” the professor responded, his voice warm and inviting as he placed his previously clasped hands flat on the desk. “I am more than willing to answer any questions you have to the best of my ability.”
“I appreciate your cooperation, Professor Lucien,” Gavin said as he retrieved his ID card and badge from the desk, before slipping them back into his jacket pocket with practiced ease. “Before we delve into the specifics of the incident, I would like to know if you are familiar with the purpose of the Special Task Force.”
Lucien maintained a calm demeanor as he nodded in acknowledgment. “Through some acquaintances, I have come to understand that the Special Task Force is tasked with overseeing Evolvers and handling incidents related to Evol abilities.”
Gavin took note of Lucien's carefully chosen words and the casual mention of his extensive connections. After all, the STF was an independent organization that operated discreetly and was never disclosed to the public, much like the existence of Evol and Evolvers. Thus, it was known only to those Evolvers who had either crossed paths with the STF or had been directly involved with its operations.
Gavin hadn’t expected Lucien would openly divulge such information. It felt calculated, perhaps a ploy to test his reaction. Nevertheless, this disclosure represented a step forward in his quest to uncover more information about the professor. Eager to maintain the momentum of their dialogue, Gavin pressed on with the conversation.
“I see,” Gavin said, pausing slightly. “Then, let us move on to the incident. Can you explain why you were in the vicinity of the orphanage on that particular night?”
Lucien's reply came smoothly. “I was accompanying Miss Lea home after we finished watching the premiere of her latest documentary at the orphanage,” Lucien explained. “Due to the unexpected change in weather, we decided to take a shortcut that passed by the abandoned building.”
To the untrained ear, Lucien's words would seem straightforward, but Gavin knew better. Each phrase was meticulously woven, not just to convey the necessary but to embed messages meant solely for those who were meant to understand.
The way the professor addressed the girl wasn't merely polite. It was a nuanced signal, a way to subtly highlight the differences in their connections to her. It could also be interpreted as a veiled challenge. By hinting at Lucien’s closeness to the girl, it became a subtle provocation that was aimed at unsettling Gavin. Nonetheless, Gavin kept his composure as he had never lost sight of his primary objective for meeting the professor that day.
Another phrase with double meaning would be the mention of "unexpected change in weather" by Lucien. They both were aware that it wasn't a natural occurrence. Instead, it was caused by Gavin's wind Evol spiraling out of control, which prompted the professor to reveal himself as an Evolver as he used his Evol to shield the girl from harm.
In that critical moment, Lucien had handled the situation with an ease that belied his usual reserved demeanor. His calmness in the face of imminent threat had revealed a depth of experience with such high-stakes scenarios, a stark contrast to his public persona as a reclusive researcher.
This familiarity with danger was what made Gavin even more wary of the professor. Yet, if Lucien had persisted in concealing his Evol and maintaining his facade as an unassuming researcher, he could have avoided further scrutiny and suspicion. So…
“Why did you choose to use your Evol at that time?” Gavin asked.
He refrained from mentioning the glaring risk Lucien had taken at that time, the risk of drawing the unwanted attention of the STF that was known for its interest in Evolvers. Although unspoken, there was a hint of a smile dancing at the corners of Lucien's lips, which suggested that he understood the deeper implications of Gavin's inquiry.
“It was instinct,” Lucien replied evenly, his voice betraying nothing. “When someone important to you is in imminent danger, the instinct to protect overrides any personal consequences. Surely, as someone dedicated to protecting others, you can understand this sentiment as well, officer?”
Gavin's gaze had sharpened at Lucien's words. The professor had not only reiterated the girl's significance to him but also masterfully steered the conversation to challenge Gavin's own principles as a guardian. It was a cunning maneuver that momentarily shifted the focus away from himself to Gavin's sense of duty.
Even so, Gavin sensed a thread of truth weaving through Lucien's statement. It led him to consider whether the diversion wasn't solely a strategic maneuver but also a veil over a moment of rare honesty. Although it could have been another one of the professor's cunning ruses, he was inclined to believe in those words of his … at least, for now.
A thought had suddenly occurred to Gavin, which caused his eyes to flick to the clock on Lucien's desk. After realizing the current time, a feeling of restlessness started creeping over him. He had intended for his visit to be not more than an hour since staying any long in the research center could tip off the STF about his meeting with Lucien. However, it had already been half an hour and he still hadn’t made much progress in deciphering the professor’s intentions. His time was running out and this visit might be the only opportunity he had to question Lucien. Recognizing the urgency, Gavin knew it was time to abandon the subtleties for a more direct line of questioning.
“Are you familiar with the Black Swan, professor?”
The question hung heavily between them. Gavin's piercing gaze remained fixed on the professor’s expression, attempting to decipher any hint of awareness or astonishment at the mention of the name. Yet, Lucien's demeanor remained unfazed, his expression as impassive and collected as it had always been, revealing nothing.
“Ah, the concept of a Black Swan,” Lucien responded casually, his tone nonchalant. Upon seeing Gavin's puzzled look, he raised an eyebrow as he elaborated, “An unforeseen and impactful event, often recognized only in hindsight. Isn’t that what you are referring to?”
Frustration simmered beneath Gavin’s composed facade, especially when Lucien's innocent response had seemed entirely natural, too natural. With a subtle narrowing of his amber eyes, Gavin pressed on, his voice steady yet imbued with a subtle undercurrent of tension.
“No, I am referring to the global criminal organization, The Black Swan Collective. There are evidences of the group’s involvement in a series of Evol-related incidents that have been happening throughout Loveland City, including this recent incident that had taken place at the abandoned building.”
“Furthermore, the fact that Lea was caught up in this recent incident together with you, who are an Evolver,” Gavin continued without breaking his gaze away from Lucien, “it naturally casts a shadow of doubt on you, professor.”
Gavin observed a subtle shift in Lucien's demeanor at the direct mention of the girl's name, a fleeting change so minute it might have gone unnoticed by the less discerning observers. Nonetheless, the professor’s expression remained unfazed as he met Gavin's sharp gaze.
“Your concern is understandable,” Lucien began, his tone appeared both calm and thoughtful. Yet, there was a distinct sharpness underlying his following words that was discernible only to those attuned to notice. “However, it is important to remember that correlation doesn't necessarily imply causation. My association with Miss Lea and our involvement in that incident might merely be a coincidence.”
While maintaining an unwavering eye contact with Gavin, a hint of a smile touched the professor's lips, which seemed unassuming and yet conceited at the same time. “My primary focus has always been my research and its potential to benefit society. Any presumed connection between myself and The Black Swan Collective is purely speculative.”
The professor's tone, gestures, and expressions had been flawless throughout the conversation. However, Gavin knew that this perfection was due to Lucien's skill in masking the truth, rather than him being innocent. Despite this, it would be futile to keep pressing further without any concrete evidence and a quick glance at the clock had told him that his time was up.
It was time to conclude this visit.
“Understood, Professor Lucien,” Gavin said, managing to keep his voice steady and free of the frustration simmering beneath. “Thank you for your time and cooperation. Please keep this conversation between us.”
Lucien nodded with a knowing smile, as if to acknowledge the unspoken understanding between them. “Of course, I value the privacy of our conversation as much as you do,” he replied meaningfully. “Should you require further assistance with your investigation, don't hesitate to reach out.”
With the conversation concluded, Gavin nodded in acknowledgment and rose from his seat. As Lucien rose to show him out, Gavin raised a hand to refuse the offer.
“No need, professor. I will show myself out. I wouldn't want to take up any more of your valuable time.”
Lucien acknowledged his decision with a nod. His expression was one of understanding mingled with a faint trace of amusement. “Very well, I appreciate your thoughtfulness, officer.”
Taking this as his cue, Gavin turned sharply and made his way towards the door. Just as he was about to step out of the office, Lucien's voice had stopped him.
“Officer Gavin.”
Pausing, Gavin looked back and saw Lucien with an enigmatic smile on his face.
“Take care.”
Uncertain of the true intention behind those words, Gavin nodded sternly before stepping out into the hallway and closing the door behind him.
Regardless of whether it was before or after this conversation, one fact remained unchanged and that was…Gavin could never trust Lucien. Even so, he couldn’t deny the professor's genuine concern for the girl's wellbeing. Whether it was driven by personal gain or other motives, it was undeniable that the professor was willing to risk his own interests for her sake.
In fact, their mutual desire to protect the girl might be the one and only factor that made them, in a peculiar sense, allies.

Wearing My Clothes
Genre: Fluff Word count: 580 Warnings: N/A Author's Note: Happy Birthday, @darling-dummy-blogs. I love you; thank you for sticking around through everything the past year or so! I appreciate the hell out of you! I hope you like your gift!
Tumblr media
I watch Cassie laugh, closing her eyes and lifting her head to the sky, letting the raindrops land on her face. I stand with my umbrella above my head, listening to the soft patter of the rain while my beautiful wife dances and twirls in the rain. We were returning to my place after a date when the skies opened up, leaving us caught in the middle of a shower. Where I immediately grab the umbrella, which would easily fit the 2 of us, Cassie kicks off her shoes and runs down the sidewalk, giggling the entire time.
"Are you having fun there, my dear?" I chuckle, walking a few steps behind her, her shoes in my hand. She giggles more, jumping into a puddle and splashing water up her thighs. I hold in a chuckle, watching her dance around in the rain, getting herself absolutely drenched in the process. She fails to remember that we aren’t going to her apartment; we’re going to mine, where she has no clothes save for a bralette and a pair of panties.
A few minutes later, we make it to the front door of my building. Closing my umbrella, I quickly put in the code and opened the door, getting us in from the rain. We walked down the long hallways to my place, earning suspicious glances from my neighbours. “I offered the umbrella; she just chose to get wet. This was all her own doing.”
“I’m going to go get out of these wet clothes and grab a shower if that’s okay?” Cassie asks, even though I know she already knows the answer. I laugh, following her upstairs so I can also change out of my wet clothes. “Towels are in the closet outside the door. Don’t use up all the hot water!”
Cassie jumps into the shower, humming a tune to herself while I put on a dry pair of slacks and a dry t-shirt, gathering her up a t-shirt for her to wear, plus her sports bra and panties, when she inevitably remembers that she has nothing here. Not that I am bothered by the fact that she always wears my clothes whenever she’s here, but I love seeing how my shirts hand off her body and read her mid-thigh. There’s something so damn hot about it.
Hearing the water turn off, I gather the garments in my hand and head out of my room, waiting by the closed bathroom door. “Uh… Victor..” She calls out. “Can I borrow something to wear? I forgot to bring clothes again….”
I laugh, opening the door and going to place the clothes on the counter for her. “There are clothes on the counter for you, my dear. I knew you forgot them, why not just pack a bag and leave it here? Although that would be the smart thing to do, now wouldn’t it?”
“HEY!”
“Oh, my favourite dummy.” I smile before leaving the bathroom to give her some privacy. I headed downstairs to pull up a movie for us to watch once she was done. I was lost in thought, contemplating many useless things, when her form came into my line of sight, bare legs up till high thigh. I swallow hard, readjusting my slacks before pulling her onto my lap.
She squeals slightly before settling into my lap, sliding a hand up her bare thigh. “You look great in my clothes, by the way. Perhaps you should “forget” your clothes more often.”

A Birthday Surprise...?- Victor Li
Tumblr media
Cassandra tries to plan a birthday surprise with her daughter for her beloved husband while he is away on business the day of his birthday. Unaware of the fact that he ended up returning home earlier than she expected…
Word Count: 1.3k
Notes:
It's been a while since I've posted haha.. I've taken a break from writing due to my personal life unfortunately
And recently, my account has been giving me issues in receiving messages with friends so I've been dealing with that lately as well
But those issues aside, of course, I had to post something for my favorite and beloved CEO~ How could I not!
Happy Birthday, My Love!, My Greatest Miracle, May this day fill you with happiness and contentment. I am forever grateful to you for being in my life. <3
Told in Cassandra's POV.
Enjoy~
“Mommy, Mommy!”
My four-year-old toddler squeals, scrambling into the kitchen where I was briefly tending to the cake propped on a cake stand. Looking down at my daughter, I smiled.
“Yes, my sweet girl? What is it?”
“I finished wrapping Daddy’s gift! Look!”
She beams excitedly, feeling quite proud of her work, she removes her tiny arms from behind her back, revealing the wrapped gift in question, wrapped up in crinkled wrapping paper topped with a slightly uneven and off-centered bow. Her wrapping skills were most definitely not the greatest but for a four-year-old, it seemed pretty up to par. I couldn’t help but let out a soft giggle at her attempt to wrap the gift she got for him.
“It looks beautiful, baby. You did such a good job! Daddy will love it.”
“Yay!” She bounced up and down cheerfully, her soft raven curls bouncing everywhere as she did so.
“Go put your gift with the others in the living room, sweetie. Then you can help me with the  finishing touches to the cake.” I tell her with a smile, ruffling her hair with my free hand.
“Okay!” She dashed back to the living room whilst I continued decorating the last finishing touches of frosting.
For his birthday cake, I made a 3 layered vanilla cake, topped with a homemade buttercream frosting dyed a vibrant red and decorated with a white chocolate drip along the top. I then added a simple buttercream border to the bottom of the cake and as well as little dollops to the top of the cake. All Isa needed to do was add the sliced strawberries to those dollops and the cake would be complete.
Isabella comes rushing back into the kitchen and right over to me.
“I’m ready!” She beams, excitedly. She’s been so excited for his birthday all week, she could hardly contain herself. I couldn’t help but smile, lifting her up into my arms.
“Alright, you get to be the lucky one to finish decorating the cake. All you need to do is add these little strawberries to these little guys right here. Can you do that for Mommy?”
She nods, “Yes!”
I handed her a strawberry slice, which she took happily, as I then leaned her closer to the cake so she could place it. She focused entirely on placing it carefully on the first dollop of buttercream, before repeating the same process with the others.
“Good girl! You did a great job!” I said looking over her work before smiling at her, showering her cheek with kisses once she finished.
Isa only giggled happily, wrapping her tiny arms around me, in a gentle hug.
“Come on now, let’s bring this cake to the living room. We have to go pick up Daddy soon from the airport,” I tell her, as I set her down. Isa nods as she heads back to the living room excitedly, only to see her father, Victor standing in the doorway of the living room looking at all the colorful decorations that were scattered throughout the living room–from various colors of balloons along the railing of the stairs, the streamers scattered throughout the room and along the wall, to a large and shiny ‘happy birthday’ banner hung up along the windows with a surprised expression on his face.
When she noticed him, her face lit up with joy as she immediately ran over to him,
“Daddy! You’re home!” She cheers happily, practically throwing herself into his arms.
Victor’s expression changes from one of surprise to one of contentment as he lifts up his daughter into his arms, showering her in kisses.
“Hello princess, I’ve missed you so much.” He smiled, as she hugged him tightly, giggling as she received several more kisses from him.
“I missed you too!”
Upon hearing his voice, I immediately left the kitchen, surprised that he was standing there in the living room and confused as to how he got home sooner than I expected him to. With the cake stand in my hand, I briefly set it down on the coffee table beside the gifts, as my mind questioned how he got home before we could leave to pick him up. I could have sworn I had more time…
When did his flight come in? How did he get home??
Trying to hide my confusion, I shake off the questions lingering in my head and walk over to greet him, smiling.
“ Hi, my love! I didn’t know you’d be here already.. We were just about to go pick you up from the airport, why didn’t you let me know you landed?”
Victor set down Isa, letting her go play with her toys whilst he pulled me into his arms, smiling with a chuckle,
“There’s my beautiful wife, I did, but I did not get a response from you. So I had Goldman drive me back home instead. I did not expect to see all this when I came in though..”
“Well…Surprise..?” I laughed slightly, “I was planning to keep it as a surprise for when we got back home… but then you came home..” I pouted slightly, a little saddened that the surprise didn't go as planned.
He pulled me into a soft kiss, one I couldn't help but melt into, smiling once we pulled away.
“I was still surprised, my love. I can tell you both worked very hard on this. Thank you. I did have a feeling you'd plan something like this.” He chuckles.
“Of course, I would! This is such an important day to me. I will always celebrate this day for as long as I am with you, my love. This day is the day you were born. Today, I get to show how much I love and appreciate you being in my life. How much you being alive has made my own life a much better place. How much I love celebrating you. This is the one day a year that will always be special to me, just like how you and Isabella are special to me. I love you. Happy Birthday.” I softly say, kissing him gently once more.
Victor smiled against my lips, returning the kiss with one of his own, holding me close, a look of contentment and happiness could easily be seen on his face once we pulled away. This. This is exactly how I hoped he would react.
“Thank you, sweetheart. I don't know how I got so lucky to have you and our precious little girl in our lives but I am so grateful. I love you both so much. Only you have made this day, what used to be so mundane and boring, so special and bright for me. I always look forward to whatever surprises you have in store for this day and no matter what, I will always look forward to celebrating my birthday as long as I have my special girls with me. Thank you for being in my life and for making me feel special.”
I couldn’t help but smile so wide, proud and overjoyed, I pulled away from his embrace, taking hold of his hand. I led him over to the couch and had him sit down where his birthday cake and all his gifts both from me and Isabella were on the coffee table. Isa comes rushing over, climbing her way up onto the couch and onto Victor’s lap which he gladly accepted, holding her close in his arms, kissing the top of her head.
I lit the candles on the cake, bringing the cake closer, while doing so I started singing ‘Happy Birthday’ to him. He smiled once I finished, with Isa happily clapping her hands. He leaned over, kissing my cheek.
“Thank you, my love. Truly. This day turned out to be better than I could have ever expected.”
“You’re welcome, my sweet. Here, make a wish and blow out the candles.” I smiled.
He looked at the cake briefly, before looking at me and Isabella in his arms, smiling he gently took hold of my hand with his free one, lacing our fingers together.
“My wish…has already come true.”
